    Walk in shower flooded due to drain working very slowly. Room smelled musty and construction going on everywhere. Bed was clean and comfortable and breakfast was minimal. Didn't see any signs of bugs, but wouldn't stay at this property again.

    The first room we got had bed bugs and the shower water was extremely cold there wasn't an option for hot water at all and they turned off from 9- 3:30pm. I asked for a different room because of the bed bugs but when we got to the room we smelt an terrible smell just to find mold all over the walls and bath room flooring and also wood rioting.

    Don’t stay here. Room had an awful smell when we checked in, went to buy air freshener and it was ok. Floor was filthy, dead roach on the floor, no hot water, shower didn’t drain good, sketchy people hanging around. I needed fresh towels and the clerk was helpful with that, I’ll say. Overall, horrible. Drove 18hrs for vacation and this is what we dealt with. Online it all looks nice and I got a great deal but you get what you pay for. You’d think with the extra hotel fees they charge per day they would put all that to use. Pay the extra and go elsewhere especially if you’re traveling with kiddos.

    We checked in at 3 AM when we got up in the morning to take a shower. There was no hot water. We went down to the office and asked if we could change rooms and they let us know that they’re boiler was out and everybody was just dealing with it we asked for a refund and they have refused to give us our money back. We were supposed to stay for six nights and we were only stayed one and had to get a different motel. I will never go back to this Hotel. they were also only supposed to take $54 when we checked in they took 154 and still have refused to give us a refund.

    Visited on Memorial Day long weekend. Great place if you want to stay close to Universal Parks, Indian restaurants - Bawarchi, Tamara, also really close to Ripley's Believe it or Not, Madam Tussades, Titanic, etc. Shopping areas are also close by. There is complimentary breakfast and swimming pool. Also, Mariana from staff was very helpful.

    Fridge would not get cold. Water in shower never got hot. Or even warm for that matter. Breakfast was a watering hole for sickness. It was an open loaf of bread with slices of it hanging out, a giant jar of peanut butter with a knife in it and peanut butter all over the side of the jar, a couple stale English muffins and some cereal in a jar. No staff was managing the area. Very dirty! Elevator barely fit 2 people and felt like it was going to drop at any time. Huge gap between our room door and frame which led to bugs getting in. Will never be back.

    There is no hot water and seems they’re not planning on fixing it. Breakfast is really basic and you get it from a small room with a microwave and sit outside in the shade. They rarely refill things once they’re over, so go early! Room was big and bed was very comfortable. However the Aircon was reaaaaaaaally loud which makes it hard to sleep. If you get rooms to the front, expect trucks and noise from 7:30/8am onwards.

    The hotel did not have hot water my entire stay. Breakfast starts at 7:30 am to 9:30. by 8:23 there wasn't any food left. The room was clean, but the smell wasn't nice. While sitting in our car making a private phone call, my husband was surrounded by police officers asking for him ID and RM#. This was the second time by the same officers invading our privacy. Staff was very nice.

    During our check-in, the staff did not tell us that there was no functioning Water Heater so we were there for six days five nights with no hot water whatsoever coming back from the theme parks in the evenings was a nightmare because I had to shower with cold water. The staff was very polite. Everything was clean however, none of these rooms have microwave or coffee machine so you have to go prepared with these items.

    The property charges a facility fee and a deposit fee, which came as an unexpected surprise for both me and other guests checking in at the same time. This caused some confusion and delays during the registration process. Additionally, bottled water is not included with breakfast or provided in the room fridge, and there is an extra charge if you want one.

    Front desk remained on site all the time and were friendly. Water smelt horrible. Cold water shower. No hot water for all 3 days. Did not give us towels when we asked for new ones. Water bottle costed $2.5 per bottle. Insane cost for water which should have been given for free or less than a dollar. Lots of hair strands throughout the room. Disgusting. The toilet water comes almost to the brim which makes cleaning difficult. Hair dryer was not provided even though it was mentioned in the amenities that would be provided. Breakfast was very basic and no water even then unless paid. Shower gel / body wash was of very bad quality. Shower floor was cracked and was not clean. Air conditioner if turned to heat mode, gave a very horrible stench. We had to put some air freshener to make the room smell better. Overall very horrible experience. Never visiting there again.

    Horrible experience most of the room was damage Was no hot water in the hotel since was traveling with kids had to look for a new hotel , they claimed that they wore gonna start a refund proses they never did , than when i contact hotel.com to contact them the hotel answer the phone and choose to claim that they count approve the refund by the phone only by email , than they never answer the email so the refund never gets processed ! I drove back to the hotel and they claim again can only be do true Email but they never answer the email !

    There was no hot water at the property and didn’t tell you until we checked in and made it impossible to cancel the reservation, the telephone number was disconnected so the agent couldn’t reach out. The phone in the room didn’t work so we didn’t get any fresh towels or toilet paper during our week stay. We ended up buying our own also when we did go to the front desk no one was there and the door was locked. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and staff didn’t care anyways. No compensation at all. Room had missing tiles, bathroom was gross and rusted.

    It’s a great hotel honestly. You get what you pay for. Our room didn’t have cold water. Maintenance was supposed to come fix but we didn’t bother to ask that next morning. Air conditioning is great and the hotel is peaceful. I enjoyed my stay. I would stay there again maybe just get my hot water fixed next time lol.

    Yes the air conditioner works and the beds are pretty clean but you can just see the dirt in the cracks in the floor, the bathrooms aren’t in great condition, no warm water at all, heavy construction all around the building, and it’s understandable they don’t have to but since my flight landed around 12 I ended up getting there around 12:30, but he refused to let me check in earlier despite it being nearly 100° outside, making me wait 3 more hours outside. I rate my experience with them a 3/10, though I appreciate having a place to stay nonetheless; I just have to be honest and transparent.

    Room we were given was picked from the inside, bad odours surround the place, crack heads yelling at each other on the property, service came from one of the rooms that was run down no main office was available at the time they claim.     Overall, an okay stay. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. The shower could have been warmer, the floors are spongy and room had a bit of a damp, musty smell. You get what you pay for here, if you’re looking for a place to sleep it’s fine. Also, the building is currently under construction so there is only one entrance/exit and it can be difficult to locate.

    The location was perfect close to many restaurants and attractions but I wish I would have known there would be construction all over the property before I had paid my money to stay of course I found out afterwards the staff was good the pool was nasty looking and no microwave so we had to go to the lobby and every time you try to warm up your food there was a long wait only one microwave of course

    The entire stay at this hotel was horrible. I feel like the pictures were outdated during booking. The property was under construction. The ice machine was broke. There was no hot water in the shower. The floors were dirty in our room. The one bed has dirty sheets. The refrigerator leaked. There were bugs in the floor in the bathroom area. Only one elevator. Overall I think it should be closed down.

    This property is currently under renovation. Rooms will have potential. Ac noisy, but keeps the room cool. Hot water was not in evidence, despite letting tap run.     No toiletries were provided. They couldn’t find us new towels. Our room was missing a chair, bucket for ice ( no liner) also shower wasn’t even Luke warm… water spills over out of the shower easily. Hence the issues with towels. Also, the continental breakfast was only fruits and toast and nothing came hot. All was grab and go. Also, you have to use your room key to unlock the use the tv. Major thing, they do not abide by the do not disturb signage. Someone came into our room and put up the shower curtain and there was mud boot prints in the actual shower. Plus, they made a mess when they entered. Please be aware and be safe.

    I was only there 1 day, but we took a shower and we had no hot water and there was spiders in the shower, and there's roaches in the room. So we'll never go back there again!

    The photos on Expedia website are nothing like what this hotel is at the moment. There is no entrance from the Main Street, it is under construction, so you need to go around the building and enter on the side. I wish I had taken photos to upload, the room is DEFINITELY not the one on the website, the bathroom was with rust, the bedroom was old. The breakfast was terrible. I had originally booked for two nights, I only stayed the one night because it was close to midnight and too late to be looking for another hotel, went out for breakfast, and then checked out to another hotel to shower etc, since I wasn't going to be at this hotel. Maybe the photos are of what the hotel will be once construction and remodeling is done. The staff were courteous and they are not responsible for the state of the building, they just work there.

    The location and that’s it. Whew where do I start this property has to be a joke.I was waiting for Ashton Kutcher to come out and say ”Surprise you’ve been punked” First they have the nerve to charge 28 dollars for an early check in and 10 dollars if you lose your key card. That’s not the worst part only went down hill from there. I paid 28 dollars to check in early only to find a man sleeping in the bed of the room I was given.I was scared shitless obviously people have guns these days anything could have happened. So I go down to the front desk and the lady at the front desk didn’t even offer so much as an apology, she just switched my room. as someone who has worked at hotels before I understand things happen but for her not to even acknowledge their mistakes is ridiculous! she didn’t offer to take the early check in fee off or anything.Then I get to the room and it was ok bed was fairly soft, way better than the outside looks very Sketchy.Don't get me started with the “breakfast” when people say in the reviews it’s food that’s what they mean.They had frozen pancakes you warmup in the toaster,French toast sticks you warm up in the microwave, Cereal no one has probably ever heard of and tangerines ?.Definitely a sorry excuse for a breakfast.Long story short you couldn’t pay me any amount of money to stay here again! You have been warned!

    First of all, the hotel on the outside is falling apart. Not well maintained at all. Dirty and broken down. The rooms are no different they were somewhat clean, but everything in our bathroom was rusty and old. We had no hot water, and I did not get a refund. There is no breakfast. it's a lie. There's a small table inside the tiny office that had some finger items, that's it. I will never stay at this hotel again.

    The Breakfast never exist, just pick up things, the coffee was the worst. Nothing in the breakfast was fresh. All things are plastic bad things. The 1st room that assignment was repairing and the Guy doing ymthe repairs send us to reception to change the room, the next room 324, wasn't clean, the A/C never function properly, the towels stinks. The toilet don't function well, the shower not drain well. We ask to change again fot a change and the next room, the 308 room, the ceiling got a few leaks. The checkout day, the receptionist tell us that the room 324 wasn't available to give to anybody.

    Room was clean but not clean enough. The washroom water was blocked in the shower space. Last customer's personal clothing wasn't removed. There was a lot of humidity in the room that didn't go away even when turning on the AC. Staff was good. Laundry is payable. Breakfast options are good. Near to bus stop and restraunts. Overall cheap and best deal, it's just the condition of the property that's deteriorating.

    I'm a corporate travel agent for the big US travel management companies. I decided to spend 4 nights at this hotel. It was a last minute booking. I held it because was showing availability in the middle of spring break at a reasonable price and I dont have a problem staying at budget hotels just because i've stayed at all kind of hotels. It was a Wednesday to Sunday trip. So when I arrived Wednesday night I got a room with a corroded bathtub. I didnt look anything else and went straight to the front desk and they gave me a key to another room in the first floor, right behind the front desk and the construction. I took it because it appeared better. When I woke up on Thursday and saw my white socks dirty beyond comprehension, I walked all over the place I grab one of them and took it to the front desk and showed them how cleaned was their hotel. They didnt even offered to clean my socks. The TV I had reported it was not working and they never did anything to fix it. On Saturday, there was a signal that I was able to scan and fixed it myself. Not very helpful because the audio was partially working. So I decided to return one day earlier. IF YOU WANT YOUR VACATION SPOILED PLEASE BOOK THIS HOTEL.

    Do NOT stay here. Room and overall property is not just dirty, it is disgusting. You will notice the smell immediately. Someone working at the front desk is not consistent. Does NOT provide hand soap for the bathrooms, an issue I have never faced in all my years, what hotel does not provide hand soap? LARGE insects crawling around inside the room. If you want a real thrill look under the bed and see what is living there. Water does NOT drain down the shower drain, it just puddles up and over the side of the shower stall. Police officers blocking the parking lot due to suspicious activity and people loitering on the property. We did not even stay the first night we were booked here and the manager refused to return any of our money for the three nights we had booked. We left the day we arrived, informed the front desk person of the issues we were having based on cleanliness and safety and stayed at the Holiday Inn next door. The manager REFUSED to give us any kind of refund. But for a place unwilling to give you hand soap for the bathroom, I don’t know why I expected any type of humanity of service. Do NOT stay here.

    This hotel is terrible. I was charged $127 a night for three nights starting Sat 3/8/2026. When we arrived, the room smelled terrible. There was mold on the ceiling. The floors were scratched up and dirty. There were chunks missing from the floor of the shower. The finish on the toilet was worn off. There was a bug on the bed. When I went down to the desk to complain, somebody else that arrived just before me was also complaining. We did not stay at this hotel. The area is very sketchy and there are prostitutes going in and out of rooms. The front desk person told us that all the rooms look like that and that he could not issue us a refund. He gave us the email address of the site manager and said that he would reply to us on monday. It's Tuesday and we still have not gotten a reply through that email or the message we sent through this site. Hoping that cheap tickets can help us get a refund for that nightmare hotel. Beware!! Do yourself a favor and stay at ANY other hotel in Orlando

But then at check-in they pull out a piece of paper that shows you where it’s been changed to 21. I’m currently disputing this with my bank because I had no help from Hotels.com.

    How can I begin? This hotel shouldn’t even be listed by Expedia. Very few redeeming features (perhaps location and the small tv set only). Room was terrible.     My wife located two housekeepers, but neither could provide clean towels. She then returned to the front desk only minutes after we had checked in, where staff seemed confused and questioned whether we had actually checked in, making the situation more difficult than it needed to be. She was eventually given towels. We also found the bathroom supplies unacceptable — the shampoo, conditioner, and soap appeared half-used and mismatched from a previous guest. The next morning, which happened to be my wife’s birthday, we went to breakfast and found extremely limited options, essentially cereal and toast. I understand this is not a five-star hotel, but we still expected basic cleanliness and hospitality from a property operating under the Wyndham name. We have traveled across the country and stayed in many hotels and motels, and this was easily one of the most disappointing experiences we have had. Given its location in a tourist area and its focus on families, I strongly recommend improved training and staffing focused on guest experience and basic standards. We will not be staying at this location again.

    I wasn’t able to checked in When I booked the room I put on the notes that I was going to be there after midnight so I got to the hotel at 3:15am and no one was there door lobby was close with the lighting sign open I was knocking the door for like 15 minutes and no answer what so ever even was some there knocking the door he was there before me so I when to the car because it was so cold for like 10 minutes and I left with my wife to look for another hotel I was 4hrs driving from Miami with my wife 7 months pregnant for that really bad experience we had. I was charged to my credit card without us staying at the hotel Very on happy with that situation I hope they reimburse my money

    The room had mold on the doors and the walls and the ceiling. Walking in to a cabinet with the front hanging off by a screw. Construction in the front made getting in and out of the parking awful. Cleaning staff only comes one every 3 days but it seemed like they don’t do much more than change the sheets even when they do come considering the level of overall grime

    The hotel called the police and had me put out. I only stayed for 30 minutes to an hour or less. She became angry because I asked about the $100 they asked me to put up and she could become angry. So she asked her manager to put me out. That was not good. I would like my money back.Thank you

    the room was unacceptable. the bathroom was not clean and the entire room had a very strong chemical smell that made my and my girlfriend’s lungs hurt. even a day later my chest is still uncomfortable when taking deep breaths. there was no airflow and the ac didn’t cut on nor did the window open. the room was completely unacceptable nor was it safe for us to stay in.

    Would not recommend this to anyone! We didn’t even end up staying there because it looked too sketchy and the place was a disaster. Also, there were four sheriff cars in the parking lot when we pulled in for some unknown reason. Definitely find a better place to stay.

    The original room I booked had mold all over (in the shower, right outside the bathroom, above the tv, by the bed, by the door) then I was moved to another room guess what was in there? Yup you guessed it MOLD. The front desk stated to me that they would be able to get me back in the room style I originally booked. The next day comes; I'm told they can't move me because they are booked up. Expedia and the hotel were no help at all. I went home sick and couldn't even enjoy my birthday celebration! I did a Google review with pictures!

    The room had an odor, the toilet didnt flush, the wifi kept going from fair to poor even in the middle of the night, the floor was not mopped well, the a/c was weak, the shower base was so shallow that water was coming out, the fridge was very small and in this dresser type furniture that was useless because the heat buildup makes it lose efficiency, the breakfast items were not good or set up well at all and we saw a German roach in the room. For the price we really couldn't complain but it was very hard just to give it that second star only because the staff was friendly and the pool actually worked even though it was cooler than what we would want to use it at.

    Staff was nice. The lobb was way too small to begin with and then they added a coffee and water station insdie. I did see live and dead roaches but I have come to expect that from cheaper places. I did not like that my room was only cleaned every 3 days when I was here for a week with other people in the room. Had to take my own trash outside. Also did not like having to go to that same already cramped lobby to heat up any food in the dirty microwave. Beds were very low to ground. Almost locked myself out due to forgetting to take my room key out of the "power" plate.

    Room had been neglected for a while! Very dusty and had mold. Our room only had one towel when I went to the front desk to get another one I was told they ran out because of laundry issues. Made sense since the sheets looked like they were never cleaned, from long hair to little hairs and stains. This was not worth what I paid for it, should be closer to 45.00 a night.

    Old doesn’t mean dirty!!! The least that can be done is making sure the rooms are properly cleaned before checking people in. I requested a change of room and quickly realized the rooms are all the same, someone changed the bed sheets but never care about the rest. After two days, i requested a “towel” this was precisely on January 18…at 7 am until i checked out at 11:30, there still was no single towel available because the washing machine broke down. This place just need a minimum of care, someone needs to step in and cleanup

    We were asked to switch rooms, and while the second room smelled slightly better, it was still unacceptable. There was visible mold on the picture frames and along the ceiling. The room overall felt dirty and poorly maintained. To make things worse, we saw fleas by the sink. This experience completely ruined the beginning of my birthday trip. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I would never stay here again.

    Staff was nice, the bed had hair all over it, the fridge did not cool, the ac worked. The shower was gross. It had hair on the corners, the flooring was sinking, the corners of the bathroom were dirty. We wore sandals in the shower. Even though the toilet seat itself was clean, on the bottom sides, it was not. We stayed because we arrived late in the day and were exhausted.

    During our entire stay, we were provided with only one towel. We had to request additional towels, and were given only two more, being told that no others were available. Additionally, no room cleaning service was provided at any point during our stay. Regarding breakfast, it was extremely limited and insufficient. Under these conditions, it should not be advertised as “included,” as it does not meet basic expectations for hotel breakfast service. Furthermore, the hotel facilities are in very poor condition, which significantly affected the comfort and overall quality of our stay. In addition, a charge of USD 100 was applied to my credit card. This amount was charged as a final charge, not as a temporary or pending authorization, and has not been refunded to date. I have not received any explanation or justification for this charge.

    To make matters worse, my daughter has asthma, and mold is one of the triggers for her allergies. The front desk area is very small and does not even have seating.     The hotel is under construction, rooms are old, dirty and are falling apart. You definitely do not get what you see on the pictures which I consider falls advertising. Staff was nice. Even though I booked the hotel for 2 nights and looked at the room before I checked in, I immediately checked out again after I closed thee door to the room. It had a 1 inch gap and after looking more closely at the bathroom I found the shower unacceptable to have anybody stay in the room. It was absolutely disturbing how dirty it was. Would not recommend staying there until it is renovated.

    The room was filthy - my socks turned black from the dirty floor. The floor felt slimy. I was so uncomfortable - I wish I had brought sandals to not have to walk on the floor. Felt extremely unsafe - when I checked in at the lobby there were cops outside resolving an issue with someone staying there. The room did not have a door stopper! I had to put barriers on the door to be able to sleep. I could hear people walking by the door and smell smoking from outside.

    All the gorgeous hotels in the area and then you have this ghetto location. I was seriously considering not staying here when I got there but I decided to give it a chance. The rooms that I saw were all in disrepair. None of the ones I was in had hot water. All of them had rust on the towel racks and other metal ornaments in the room. All of them had chipped paint and the very small doors looked like chunks were taken out. The showers were still dirty and had hair in them from the previous guest. I decided to leave after they could not find a room with hot water nor one that was clean. They have tons of cameras on you and a bunch of signs that say no cell phones or video. A very weird and creepy vibe like they are watching your every move. Super weird cliche signage like No returns. All sales are final. Kind of like the ones you see in run down motels in the movies. The breakfast was empty and there were bugs crawling around the place where the food was. There was a locked fridge and mold on the baskets that held food. Ended up leaving after the first night.

    Extremely dirty, unsanitary and dangerous/unsafe room. Urine on toilet seats, mildew on bathroom floor, fingerprints on nightstand, wood rot on baseboards, no threshold from shower to bathroom floor which is exposed sharp tile ends, extremely hard bed...I could go on and on. We were traveling with a 2yr old and booked 2 nights. We tried leaving the first night but all surrounding hotels were booked. We only stayed the first night and immediately left the next day. Front desk lady didnt have the best customer service but did her job. We are waiting on a refund from upper management of expedia due to these grotesque circumstances. Never book here!!!!

    I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the condition of the room provided. The television was not functioning, as the speakers had clearly blown, and it was only replaced after the current occupants specifically requested it. Additionally, the mattress had visible burn stains, which is unacceptable for any guest accommodation. Most seriously, both guests staying in the room experienced bites from some type of bug, causing discomfort and raising concerns about the cleanliness and safety of the room. This situation was extremely disappointing and does not reflect the standards expected. I am requesting that this matter be addressed promptly and that appropriate action or compensation be considered. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

    Room was dirty when we arrived. Beds were made but there were soap suds and hair all over the shower and floors. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Even the lotion bottle provided was half empty. So glad we only stayed 1 night. Staff was nice but it doesn’t make up for the disgusting conditions of the room. They really need to do better with cleaning the rooms in between guests. It’s listed with “free breakfast” and that is untrue. There’s no breakfast and their lobby is a tiny room with a microwave and snacks for purchase. Wish I could’ve gotten a refund. Would’ve gone elsewhere if it wasn’t so late.

    This place is a lot more than meets the eye. It's not in the best part of town, but the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, and the beds are comfy. The shower could be a little better for consistent hot water and the wifi wasn't great, but if you are looking for a clean and cheap place that you don't have to worry about bugs etc then stay here. It's great if you want to save money. If you want a resort then don't stay here. Keep your expectations reasonable. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

    I chose this motel because it was the cheapest. It was adequate… check in and out was fine, breakfast was lame (no protein), the grounds and motel looked run down but it was generally clean, stocked with toiletries, refrigerator and blow drier, and the price was right. If you are looking for a modern, attractive hotel this is not the place for you. But it works as a more affordable option.

    The hotel was missing floor boards, holes in the wall, disgusting bedding, the toilet didn’t flush and it smelt awful. the man at the front desk was nice enough to give me a refund when I explained him how uncomfortable I was staying there and we left 10 minutes after checking in. The pictures are definitely deceitful.

    I booked this hotel through Expedia, but did not stay overnight due to serious safety concerns. When I arrived, I personally witnessed a drug deal in the parking lot and a prostitution transaction right outside the rooms. The property was under construction, there was no signage showing where the office was located, and after a prolonged wait with no staff assistance, I no longer felt safe having my family on site. This was not an inconvenience, it was a matter of guest safety being directly compromised. Between the unsafe activity, lack of clear operations, and misrepresentation of the property online, this hotel did not meet even the most basic standards. Travelers should be aware: this is not a safe or family-friendly environment. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

    The was also no hot water. I reported the issue but they never sent a maintenance person as they said they would. I also asked for an extra blanket and it was never delivered as promised. When I went to the lobby to ask for it; I waited nearly 30 minutes and the front desk assistant told me he was too busy and alone, and that he couldn’t get the blanket. Very disappointed with my stay.

    Apart from that, I did enjoy my stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is in a perfect location — surrounded by restaurants and shops, with a bus stop and i ride right outside. It’s also within walking distance of Walmart if you don’t mind a bit of a walk. The grab-and-go breakfast was okay, offering pancakes, fruit pots, cereals, and porridge. Despite the cleanliness issues upon check-in, I would definitely stay here again.

    The elevator was small and dirty, so I ended up taking the stairs after that. My first impression of the room was not a good one. The first thing I saw was a small bug on the bed. I got rid of it, and thankfully that was the only one I saw inside. The hotel is under renovation, and our room was not renovated yet. There was paint splatter on one of the walls, and the floors were cold and sticky. The shower was not great, and the first night I took a cold one. The breakfast was pathetic, if I'm being honest, so we did not eat it. The one highlight was that the staff was very nice and did a good job. We would not stay here again.

    This is the room you book when you literally just need a room and nothing else. This is a very rundown shady hotel. People with kids should look elsewhere. The rooms have an overwhelming smell of mold & they aren't that clean. That said, the AC worked, the beds were fine, and the shower had decent water pressure. Front desk guy was chill. It is VERY close to the parks. But aso there is a $100 security deposit, a list of how much each item in the room costs in you choose to "buy" anything from the room, and you have to use your key to use the TV. Take the good with the bad.

    There was bugs crawling all around sink snd bathroom walls, floors were in need of repair. Stains on the couch and looked in disrepair. We had an issue with the flight, arrived the next morning, werent looking for a full refund but to waive $9 off the daily $9 charge since we misssd one night, they didnt want to hear any of it. The eating area was outside in the parking lot and just looked tacky. The elevators looked like something out of an insane asylum. The room was not sanitary at all. Slept with my clothes and did not go under the covers.

    It was so horrible I checked out 10 minutes after I checked in.. the door wouldn’t open with the key and then when an employee used their key to open the door the door itself looked busted and had to be pushed in to be closed.     There is no bath (which seems to be getting popular with other motels) just a shower so you will be standing all the time with nothing to sit on. There is a fridge, iron (but no board) and hair dryer. Room service was 3 days out of 11. Pool was small but acceptable. Breakfast was typical American buffet (which means very limited) but as there is no additional resort fee, consider the $9 you pay for breakfast as the fee and the breakfast is free. Dealt with 3 staff at check in area (2F & 1M). All cheerful and helpful.

    the parking and actual building of the property also doesn’t look very safe. i understand they were “remodeling”, but then they should put effort in rooms and service. it really could be a cozy hotel room… i love the theme and the layout, but it was not what i expected and disappointed in quality. If it weren’t for the area it’s in, I would have switched hotels in a heart beat.

    I my work schedule changed and when I got there to cancel they told me I would be charged a no show fee for the first night but the front desk couldn’t issue a refund. After sending emails to the property manager they refused to give my money back for the full week I had booked even tho I never stayed a night in this shady hotel. If you travel for work and have an unpredictable schedule I would not recommend. There is a reason it’s the cheapest hotel in the area. Look at pics of the property or read any of the reviews before booking this place

    I don’t like that they call the police when they are being disrespectful or denying your stay based on how they feel about you, I don’t like that they can deny your stay and not refund your money.     Shower didn’t drain properly causing me to not be able to shower when I needed to in the morning before checkout. Floor was filthy and needed to be mopped or cleaned. Bathroom counter was slanted so everything rolls off of it. They wanted $25 to check in early when I’m sure the rooms were ready before 3pm. I’ve never had a hotel/motel ask for money for an early check-in.

    I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, efficient, and convenient. The room was equipped with everything I needed, and the mattress covers were incredibly comfortable—I slept like a baby! Overall, a wonderful experience that I would happily recommend.

    This location could be going through renovations but a lot of issues. My bathroom door wasn’t even lined up so closing it was a mission, drawers too tight to open or glued shut. Hotel was not the Wyndham quality I’m used to. Probably wouldn’t stay again if I had the choice.

    Unfortunately the best part of this one hour stay was the check in staff, they were kind and understanding as my partner and I checked in and out within an hour due to the state of the room. It has a small, broken deadbolt, hair on the floor and in the bathroom, and dirty walls/floor. My partner and I did not feel safe in this establishment sadly.

    this was, by far, the worst hotel i’ve ever stayed at. i shouldn’t even say stayed, because i checked out within15 mins of checking in. a lot of it is under renovation, which is fine, but then the rest of the available rooms should be clean. our room contained live and dead centipedes, 2 of which being poisonous. seemed to be blood splattered in the corner of the room. the beds had some kind of fecal matter (i’m assuming rodent) and hair. the staff at the front was very friendly, but they could not provide me with a refund since the manager was not there.

    If you are using public transportation to get there from the airport be aware that it is an hour bus ride Staff at the reception was friendly Bed was confortable I had a room on the pool side On my last day a guest started honking early in the morning which woke me up Reception sells water bottle Couch in my unit has seen better days, definitely should get a deep clean Realised on my last night that there was a black mark on the sheet on the side of the bed I was not using After my first night cleaning team has not passed by then after the second night they changed towels but didn't do the bed like hotels normally do.

    When I arrived the place did not appear to look like the pictures advertised. The front of the building was tore up. I booked two Queen sized beds and the beds were maybe full size at best. The room smelled of mildew and the condensation in the room was extreme. My toilet did not work in my room. There were dead bugs inside the room and rust everywhere. I booked the room for 5 nights and I stayed for only 1 night. I do not recommend the place.

    We found cockroaches in our room, breakfast is granola bars and frosted mini wheats with only out door seating, pool was small and dingy looking, rooms were patched and painted but very poorly, bo bathtub, toilet constantly backed up, receptionist refused us to grab breakfast 15 mins early when we had a work training to leave for.

    The reception is a tiny little room that is cluttered and untidy - not at all welcoming. There is coffee available and you collect the ‘breakfast on the go’ from in here which is an interesting experience. It does appear that improvement work is taking place but not sure if it actually is - the place has an overall air of neglect about it. It’s dark and shabby, The first 2 rooms we were allocated were not ready so it took ages to actually get settled in a room which was supposed to be a refurbished one - wouldn’t like to see the non refurbished ones. No coffee machine or hairdryer and what looked like very old random toiletries that we didn’t bother with. The TV wasn’t connected so no TV throughout the stay, the night reception did try to sort it but was unable to. A basic hotel with very limited resources, the receptionists were really nice and helpful considering their work conditions, so kudos to them. The ‘breakfast’ that is included is not what I regard as a suitable breakfast - no healthy choices just sugary snack foods. There was bread and peanut butter/jelly but no plates, just disposable bowls for rice cereal or fruit loops. I had to ask for milk as there was none out. The fruit cups are not fresh fruit just prepacked peach or mandarin pieces in syrup. Overall, not a great experience!

    I can't believe this place is called a hotel. It's unbelievable. It's not even a motel. The walls are dirty, the bathroom is disgusting, and it's gloomy outside.     In front of the “hotel” there was a very loud music where people were gathering and drinking until 3AM. They didn’t provide as a key because none was available and, because we arrived at 2AM we had no choice but stay there. The room was just as nasty as the outside, the chemical smell was unbearable and we had to ask to change to another room that was just as terrible as the first one. The floors were broken, sticky, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. It felt like an horror movie. The “breakfast” was just a bad joke! There was literally a pot of coffee and cream for takeout! Not even a place to sit down. I honestly could not believe my eyes and I could not believe I got scammed by name “Wyndham” on this place and that was the only reason why I booked this place. I tried to ask for a refund so I could go to another place but there was none.

    I really liked it because it’s so cheap the staff was so nice especially Cameron very excellent service . The towels are clean and rooms too. No complaint at all .Recommended 100 percent.

    They had no keys to give us so we had to rely on one person to get in every time we want out. The breakfast they offer was protein bars. The tv only worked if you had a specific card to insert in wall and they only got one for us after someone checked out! And there were zero usb ports. It was awful!!

    The property was the most dirtiest and chaotic I have ever seen. The front desk had no room keys left so they had to open it for me everytime. The room was sooooo muggy and disgusting. The floors were horrific. By far it felt like a project apartment

    Had a last minute opportunity to add a few days onto a trip to Orlando for volleyball and to spend a day at Universal Studios. Wanted a hotel that was close to the park but not expensive as we wouldn’t be spending much time there. In hindsight wish I would have spent the extra money. The view of the hotel from the street looks like it came straight from a low budget horror movie. The front reception was pretty disheveled, though the receptionist was at least pleasant. I was shocked that the elevator made it to the top floor. The hotel room didn’t look like it had a thorough cleaning in the last decade. Shower shoes were a must. The beds were uncomfortable, and one squeaked loudly anytime there was any movement at all. I’ve had laptop screens that were bigger than the TV. If there were not any bed bugs, it’s probably because they don’t want to stay there either. To be fair, we didn’t check out the pool…. But the $9 “resort” fee is laughable. We survived. No one bothered us. No one broke in. The staff was reasonably pleasant, it’s not their fault. That said, I won’t be staying there again. Wouldn’t recommend it to others if you have other options.

    Upon checking in, I was told they were out of keys and a staff member would have to let me in the room. So.. anytime I would need to go anywhere I had to wait for someone to come let me back in. Was told twice to wait by room door (3rd floor) and someone would be on their way to let me in. Both times I had to come back down to find someone. The second time I was fed up and had words with the office clerk. He then came up himself, let me in, and a few minutes later came back with a key. This was at midnight after I returned from working in the area. The room floor was gross and the tv did not get any channels even with the key in the power slot. Only positives were that there was hot water, bed was ok, and A/C unit was quieter than most. Also, free breakfast consists of a granola bar from a basket and a pot of probably old coffee.

    Room was dirty, staff was rude and unaccommodating, hotel also looks nothing like the photos, shower barely had pressure and didn’t want to drain which made it unsafe for my mother who has mobility issues, all together I do not think I’d ever stay here again.

    Rooms were never cleaned when we were gone. Towels not restocked. When asked the cleaners went home. So had to use dirty towels and dirty bed linen for days in a row. Room had mold on the walls and there was a mold smell

    Didn't book someone else did yet I am charged by Expedia and only would get money back if property manager approved to provide waiver to cancel was told by Expedia manager refused I didn't go to Florida and yet I am being punished by a greedy company because someone else used my account to book. Will never book with companies ever again bad business for both

    AC was broke in the first room we were given. We had to be moved to another apartment with working AC. The rooms were dirty and not well maintained. The grab and go breakfast selection was were poor on our second day all there was to offer was coffee.

    The facilities were under construction, with no warning. Hard to find , due to limited signs. Requested handicap room, ended up with 3rd floor room. Handicap bar in shower was falling off. Room smelled strongly of weed. Manager said there had been previous complaints. Taylor in the front office was very nice and helpful!!
