Breakfast was basic, but clean, well stocked, and fresh. Too was very clean and quiet. Bathroom and kitchen were also very clean and well maintained. Comfy bed and sofa!

This hotel exceeded my expectations and needs. It was only 2 miles from my event destination but the hotel is in a private area. The room was huge, comfortable and quiet. The included breakfast in a pleasantly clean and well maintained area was actually good especially the strong coffee that you don’t normally experience. Staff was not only helpful but allowed me early checkin without any issue. There are just enough amenities on site to keep you occupied and busy. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and secure.

Hotel was very clean. Staff were very helpful and nice. I would go as far to say the bed and pillows were the best I’ve experienced at a hotel. I slept like a baby. Room was very spacious. AC didn’t miss a beat and I like it cold💁‍♀️

I stayed for five nights. I noticed several bug bites on my legs on the third day staying and more bites appeared after returning back home. I suspect bed bugs in my room.

Very friendly and professional staff! The location was perfect for what we needed and so many cute areas nearby with food, shopping, walking, etc. The rooms were fantastic- very spacious and comfortable! The breakfast was also very convenient and plentiful. Pool was great and relaxing!! We'll definitely stay here again when we come to the area!! We had a stay from Friday - Monday, so 3 nights, and were a little surprised that housekeeping didn't come in. It wasn't an issue at all, as when we asked for more towels we got them, but we just thought for a 3 night stay that housekeeping would come around and at least make the bed! But not a big deal at all!

We had an early start to our day, and after student move in at UCF, and late lunch, we were really looking forward to some down time. Before heading out again for dorm room necessities. When we arrived at the hotel, we realized we were too early for check in. We were just happy to be out of the heat and seated in the lounge area. After that the front desk employee went ahead and checked to see if our room was ready, and without having a lengthy wait, he checked us in, gave our keys and we were on our way to the room. This was much appreciated, thank you! Parking is good, always able to find a spot even if returning late, well lit. Close to gas station, restaurants etc. This has been our number one hotel to stay when in the area. Our stay was a good one, but first time using the sofa bed, which was not as comfy as expected. Other than that, nothing else to report. We will be back.

The room was great. There is a full kitchen with stove and microwave. I was able to stock the fridge and actually cook which made eating much cheaper during our trip. It was a great value for the price.

Breakfast had good options, and on day 2 they had the delicious egg white kale quiche, wish they had it every day or another egg white option. Customer service was great, from front desk to breakfast staff. Location was great, gas station nearby as well as restaurants for lunch, snack or dinner. Will be back. Can't think of anything, all went well.

I enjoy the staff, the rooms had full kitchens, the security measures at night, you can't just enter. I enjoyed the pool and the big BBQ pit for guest to use. The free breakfast in the morning it's good and not just juice and fruit but eggs waffles sausage or bacon, depending what day. It had a better selection than most places i stayed. Location is perfect with wawa and racetrack across the street. Lots of food options near by. Free coffee all day in the common area. And tons of snacks for purchase if you don't feel like leaving. I have no complaints.

Beautiful area with less traffic then central Florida. Limited outdoor seating available but worth the price to stay. The bed wasnt as comfortable as I had hoped but its always difficult to have a bed feel as good as your own. Loved that it had a kitchen. There were tons of shops and places to eat in the area as well.

The front desk staff were amazing, especially one young man that worked on the night shift. We were unfamiliar with the area and he was more than happy to assist and had a wealth of knowledge to share regarding various events in the area, including the Kennedy Space Center. Also the housekeeping staff could not have been more helpful and they kept our room sparkling clean and they were so attentive to our needs. It was time to go home and we said thank you and farewell and headed to the airport. We had an afternoon flight and it was delayed , but they assured us it would only be an hour and a half delay. Well due to the unexpected difficulties they kept pushing the departure time later and later, until they finally told us that due to heavy holiday travel, several planes had been taken out of use due to mechanical and other issues. It was already 8:30pm and we were stranded. My husband immediately went to work on getting us another rental car and I called your wonderful and caring staff at your front desk and explained the situation. Not only did she get us checked back in, but she was able to check us back in to the same great room that we had spend the last week and a half. We were thrilled to get our same room back. It was our first trip to that area and we loved it. You have an outstanding and amazing , friendly and caring staff that will always go the extra mile for those lucky enough to choose your hotel. The place was very nice, small lobby but everything is nice and clean. My room was awesome. It had a kitchenette and a full size fridge. A sofa bed, a desk with multiple outlets. Nice grounds, I got to use the pool area, small but comfortable with nice chairs to sit on and tables with umbrellas. Across the street there is a small lake where I sat to anker my energy with the earth. Over all I loved it. If I have to return to the area I will definitely choose them to make my stop. Unfortunately I didn’t think of taking pictures, but it was a very enjoyable experience.

The two bedroom room was very nice and it afforded my son and I privacy while we were at UCF for orientation. The kitchen was very handy to be able to prepare breakfast which we did the second day of our two nights stay. The first day we woke up and went to have breakfast, it really was not That great. They probably could do better as far as the breakfast is concerned, but the staff are very friendly and very accommodating. They provide help very quickly and have answers to all of your questions.

Otherwise, I still will give them another chance because they were very courteous and the remodel looks fabulous! The beds are super comfortable and the little kitchenettes in each room are great! I really enjoyed my stay there overall! It's only 10 minutes from my aunt's house whom I was there to visit!

The staff was so helpful and very nice. One morning at breakfast there was another guest who was very difficult and was treating your lovely host terribly. Your host did everything she could to help the guest and meet her requests even though the woman was awful to her. We stayed at what was supposed to a 5 star hotel in Clearwater beach. You put that hotel to shame!

Rooms were spacious. I liked that there was a separate living room area from the bedrooms. Beds were comfortable. Having a refrigerator made it convenient to keep drinks or leftovers in also.

The hotel staff was friendly and the place was clean and convenient but the pillows are horrible. My car was detailed the morning before my stay and when I got there the only parking offered is under trees and I woke to my car being completely covered and dirty.

The arrangement/layout of the 1 bedroom unit, was not a true suite. Refrigerator, stove, microwave were too close to bed. Refrigerator noise at night, could not be drowned out by A/C noise.

This is always my first choice in the UCF area. The rooms are great and the location is easy to walk to dining and other needs.

The property was a little beat up and not the cleanest. There were crumbs of food and miscellaneous under the beds, for example. The breakfast was pretty good.

The staff was excellent! I had an issue with the smell. I like to smell clean. The towels had a terribly smell to them and when we walked in the room for the first time the smell was not inviting. The chair and sofa was not clean. It also had buttons missing from chair and sofa. Stains on both as well. As i stated earlier, the staff was very professional and kind.

Super clean suite - nicely appointed

Our stay was the best experience our family has ever shared. Over several vacations, we have stayed at other competitive hotels. However, this hotel stay was the absolute best without question. The suite layout is spacious, refreshing and clean. It surely felt like home. Jessica, Veronica, Natalia, Samara, the cleaning staff and Ana the morning breakfast attendant were very welcoming. Especially, we appreciate Jessica's patience and assistance in accommodating our needs. She showed superb professionalism. Kudos to the entire staff. Well Done. I would recommend this hotel to all.

Room had broken air so moved to another. Bed is very uncomfortable. Bathroom is very outdated. No air running in hallways, very warm. Breakfast seating environment is way to small for number of guests in the hotel. Have stayed in many hotels in the surrounding area and this one was very disappointing

Always a great place to stay. This is my preferred hotel in the Quadrangle/UCF area.

All the staff was nice, but the site needs to be deodorized. Every hallway and the room smelled musty and had some odd food smells (I understand that people were likely cooking). Some Glade rug powder would work wonders, and there should be automatic deodorizers in the hallways. Toilet was a little janky, had to jiggle the handle to get it to stop the internal flow. The room had a funky smell, one of the TVs didn’t work, they were having construction very early in the morning on a Saturday waking us up. Breakfast was typical, the rooms are a decent size and we enjoyed the full kitchen

my family and I stayed here during Hurricane Ian. we evacuated from St Petersburg. We arrived well ahead of check in and they were kind enough to let us check in. The rooms are spacious had cooking supplies and full refrigerator. Some things could use an update but we would stay again if needed. The only bad part was the woman running the small breakfast buffet. She tried to hurry everyone and on one day she said, ok im closing in 5 minutrs, i want to go home!! All of yhese people were here for shelter, there eas no reason she couldn't leave the room open. As it was all they had was a choice of 2 microwave egg sandwiches yogurt, cereal and 1 waffle maker.
