The staff and facility was amazing. The room that I book was well beyond what I expected. They have so many different activities to do around the village for every age group.

The staff was amazing, super friendly, very welcoming. The location was very clean. Breakfast was great.. great play area for the children outside plenty of family games!! The only thing the pillows are simply horrible … one of the too full beds were super lumpy. But the other bed was perfect comfortable!!!

The room I was staying in was right at the corner of the hallway that people walk down the steps and run down the hall. On top of that the elevator room was right near it making loud noises all the time and ice machine. Other than that staff was nice and welcoming

I appreciated the staff's willingness to assign a new room when I informed them that there was a leak in my first assigned room. They sounded happy to help and sincerely sorry for my trouble. I didn't like finding that the carpet was wet near the air conditioner in my first room. I also didn't like the rust-looking ring around the tub drains in both rooms. The pillows in the first room were rather stiff, but the pillows in the second room were very comfortable.

Room was clean, comfortable and was a good size So many people at breakfast, hard time finding seating. Food was cold, Had a hard time trying to check in, even though I showed my paid reservation, Waited around a half hour or more before someone found it. Also, new person should not be alone, on a Saturday, in Orlando checking people in She did do a fairly good job and did not get overwhelmed

has ADA features it comes w/ 1 king bed & a bunk bed, which will still not work for two seniors & a disabled guest ( 1 adult (me ) & a middle schooler who moves a lot ) . We stayed w/ the non ADA room w/ no room anyways but there was no space for the disabled guest to manuever his knee scooter & worse is when u pop open the pull out bed by the living room area near the kitchen , it’ll cover the space so no one can access the kitchen / fridge / front door once that pull out bed is opened. It was a safety concern & a poor lay out of the room. Hotel was in a great location. Staff lack personalized approach & customer service skills . Warm breakfast was sufficient. I think they can do better. Good thing we were mostly out.

Overall the stay was good. The property was clean as was the room. My only criticism would have to be that the room was a bit small for two adults and two kids. Also, the breakfast situation was not the best.

Hotel room A/C kept us up all night from how loud it was. Toilet wasn't flushing and would load up water for a very long time before stopping.... another loud thing in the room. Carpet smelled like humidity and the room just felt dirty. Our room was on the ground level and the curtains to the window wouldn't properly close so anyone from the outside can see us. We had to place hair clips to keep them closed. Not a pleasant stay and wouldn't recommend.

Julio was so pleasant when we checked in her gave us a overview of all the properties, so we can enjoy ourselves to the max. The staff was all so friendly and kind during our stay. The amenities were overwhelming, and I loved that the pool stayed open till 10pm. It's in a prime location close to so many attractions and restaurants. There is an outlet nearby too for anything you may have forgotten. It's definitely my favorite hotel in Orlando so far, and I've been traveling here for 10 years. Probably that no bottle water provided in the rooms.

Need to fix the sidewalk in back of the building and need to update the carpets in the hallway and in the rooms along with the awful green sofa, the place would be an 8.

There were so many positives about our hotel stay. We loved the breakfast with the Mickey-shaped waffles, the pool amenities, and the size of our room. There was a barking dog that could be heard down the hallway, but otherwise we would go again.

Everything was perfect except for the LARGE dip in the mattress on my bed. Super uncomfortable and really made my back hurt.

This hotel needs some attention. The bathroom pipe leaked all night and the tissue holder was falling apart. Additionally, once my head hit the pillow I smelled a foul odor and was wondering what the smell was, turns out it was the Pillow that had the smell like the pillow case wasn’t washed properly or the pillow itself maybe got wet and developed an odor. Very unpleasant night for me.

Parking can be complicated to find late at night when property is full. Our room was very at the end of the hallway in case of an emergency it would be very hard to navigate to safety.

Breakfast buffet was over crowded, but expected with a holiday weekend. Pool was a little dirty the second day.

The staff are helpful. The property is fairly outdated though, and considering how large it is, keeping up the cleanliness must be difficult. My main complaint is the lack of transparency on "park/local attraction shuttles." It's very misleading. They only run once in the morning and once at night, and not necessarily to every park in the area. We had to drive in and pay for parking again, even though we'd already paid to park at the hotel.

The breakfast could have been a lot better the mi key mouse pancakes were the highlight everything else was nasty and was the same everyday. The staff wasn’t available all the time the rooms were pretty small but ok for a short stay. They should update the bathrooms.

The staff was extremely friendly, my only issue was even after I checked in and my card was charged well over the amount needed for the hotel price and the extra fees I kept getting notifications that they were still trying to charge me an extra $250 and none of the staff could figure out why I was still trying to be charged. Was even charged for parking a car even though we didn’t have a car there. This wasn’t a deal breaker for us but the photos show a Starbucks on site no Starbucks and there food hall area was very limited my girls were excited for the froyo bar and that was also not available. For alarm went off and there was no explanation as to what happened and no urgency to make sure ppl were informed of what was happening. We had a power outage and it took awhile for their generators to come back up but again no one was offered any type of explanations to what was happening,

The rooms were very large and clean with plenty of amenities to make the stay comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty with a variety of foods for anyone’s tastes. The property is large with many options for food and entertainment.

The staff was great. The bathroom can use an update but it was clean. If you're going to Disney take the bus from the hotel. That and the free breakfast will make up for the parking charge.

At the hotel, the front desk said is our third party for free shuttle to the theme park. Then the time schedule pick up go and back to the theme park wasnt same between in the brochure and inside the web to do booking. The pick up time schedule in booking website was at 9.30 am, the late night pick up at 10pm . You can check what time morning and night time schedule open and close the theme park then compare with this offer free service. The free shuttle to the theme park only for attract customers.

The staff from the dining room was great. Magnolia Ellies was excellent; her service was outstanding. However, there are a few details in the room that I was not comfortable with. They did not refill the body wash and the hair conditioner. Additionally, I asked the front desk staff for a shower cap, but I did not receive one.

Breakfast was great with lots of options. Park and pool added a great addition to our rest days. Only downfall was the $25 per day parking fee in addition to the $50 per day incidental hold.

The property is well maintained but the rooms are a bit dated. There is no clock in the room which was odd for me. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff amazing. The biggest problem is the lobby staff. Very poor at customer service. Also they charge $25 per day to park you car???? Never heard of such a thing. Usually if you are a hotel guest you get free parking. Not valet but free self parking.

ROOM CLEANER DIDNT listen to my request & there was a moldy blanky in my room the entire trip when I ask her nicely the morning I saw her , to replace it , bc somone put it in the room in a zip plastic bag wet still from washing it and it was so gross n moldy I had to keep putting it on the floor by the door - She folded it and happy putting it on the the sofa on the room (when my kid was sleeping bc it has all her Disney blankets on it* . FRONT DESK WORKER WAS LIKE A 17 YEAR OKD TESANGE CHILD VERY RUDE BLAH & DIDNT EVEN KNOW JOW TO DIRECTNUZ THE RIGHT WAY TO OUR ROOMS. annoying

Its a really nice Hotel for the price range, you feel on the 90s but is really clean.

Rooms weren’t clean when we got back, garbage was still over, sheets weren’t changed and they left a big bag of garbage in our room! Not to mention no toilet paper added and no body wash refilled.

room was easy to book, inexpensive, big enough and clean enough. the air in the room was broken. the blower under the window was set to 60 degrees and could not be changed. we called the front desk when we couldn't take it anymore and they said they would send someone up but nobody came. it was super early (like 1am) and after waiting a while we called down to cancel the service call since it was unpredictable when this service person might show up and we had 3 children in the room we didn't want to scare. My kids were coughing all night and got sick. this was the first night of our vacation. It was a terrible way to start things off. A week later and I'm still recovering from the cough this frigid night gave me.

The playground is awesome, they play music which is also great. You have a place for drinks and food right there, but $8 for beer is out of control. We had balcony and two beds which was nice. Our room was super old, dirty and the carpet was old and a bit smelly. Tub is awful, old, patched on the plastic walls, tub spot is coming out of the wall. The inside shower curtain is too short so the water sprays out of the tub. They want you to dry your towles but there is only one hook on the door and towels slide of it. You can’t dry them outside. One mattess was ok, didn’t sink in or make sounds but the other was bad. Ac is loud and makes a lot of wierd noises that I’ve never heard before, it wakes u up.I understand old, but not taken care of, for Marriot is just awful.

I’m giving this hotel 4 stars mainly because of the pool experience. The chlorine level felt significantly higher than what we’ve experienced at places like Hilton or Disney resorts. We all left smelling strongly of chlorine, and unfortunately my swimsuit was affected—it went from fuchsia to a faded pink and purple, and I had to throw it away. Because of this, I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again. Overall, it’s a good property with great service and breakfast, but the pool chemical balance could definitely be improved.

The room was clean & tidy & just as large as I was expecting. The pool area was clean, the only problem I had & I don't recommend is ordering anything delivered to your lounge chair. I decided I was hot & thirsty, so I ordered a drink to be delivered to my lounge chair & it told me 45 minutes to an hour... an hour & 20 minutes later, no drink, so I just wasted $10 on a drink I never recieved. Breakfast was good too, they have Mickey Waffles!

It was a pleasant stay for a family trip visiting Disney. Our room was a bit cold as there’s no control over the fan constantly blasting. Other than that room was spacious and clean. Amenities are minimal and okay. 15 min drive to all parks and convenient location.

Not a big selection of breakfast or options. Basically they switch out their meat every day, but everything else was the same after a week. It did get pretty monotonous. Only other complaint is that we booked a King suite and our king bed was more like a queen but they swear it's a king

The room's door handle was difficult to use. The shower has no lip to the bathroom floor, and the floors are mis-sloped, causing standing water. Parking is $25 per day, and there's nothing but the hotel on the property. There are much nicer resorts for the value.

The hot tub was great. The pool was good. You had access to all the other property pools around. Also, the breakfast was good plenty to go around would definitely say again. I would say that they could use a little bleach in the bathrooms in the rooms around the outside, where the toilet and tub meet other than that, it was OK

The property has three Marriott Hotels in a circle, they share a common open area for kids to play, and a mini mall with a eatery. I love that it is within walking distance of three large restaurants. I stayed at the Springhill Suites. The complimentary breakfast had a nice selection of food items and a full waffle station. I will definitely stay here again.

Service is great and we appreciate the free breakfast. The hotel is not the newest and greatest. Amenities are old and in need of repair and replacement. Beds are old and sunken. They should be replaced but I guess demands is high and delaying it. The price is affordable so will attract budget travelers. They will not be happy with the beds.

The hotel rooms were damp, curtains, sofa and carpets all could use a deep cleaning. It was definitely a let down. The photos make the rooms seem larger, then they were. Although, the location was great. We would more than likely not stay there again.

We were eventually forced to request another room, but only after staying two nights with no shower curtain and a damaged mattress. When we were finally moved, it felt far too late. To make matters worse, a shopping bag mysteriously disappeared from our room, and no explanation was ever provided. Overall, a very disappointing experience—never again. If you stay at this hotel, don’t expect anything better than what you’d find at a roadside motel.

It is very clean and well kept with friendly staff that were readily available. There were only a couple things we weren't crazy about - It was difficult to walk around in the room with the sleeper sofa because of where/how the "living area" TV was mounted - No freezer in the in-room fridge - usually hotel fridges have a small freezer tray. This one didn't, so we had to buy leak-proof bags and fill them with ice each day for our cooler - Breakfast food quality was great, but there was little day-to-day variety and not much seating considering the size of the hotel

Great location- hotel itself needs some TLC. The rooms are bad- clean-ish, but one of our beds was broken (like mattress literally flat like a 700 lb person laid on it), the pullout bed was literally flat and had blood stains on it. However, the one good bed we had was fine. The carpet/walls are clean though appear dirty and overall tired. Just desperately needs an overhaul- at some point no amount of cleaning will erase the wear and tear. Staff were really pleasant, breakfast was decent. Still a great location, but needs some money out back into it! I don’t think I’d stay here again, but it’s not a horrible budget option. Meh 5/10

The room was clean, spacious and bed was comfortable. I really like how the Springhill Suites rooms are laid out, with the separate sitting area. We did not use the sofa sleeper, but we can go into the separate sitting area make some coffee and relax on the sofa, without disturbing those in the sleeping area. The sitting area is also where there is a second sink and the coffee maker. The hotel breakfast has a good selection of both hot and cold food, including Mickey waffles! We are not early risers after closing down the parks and went to the breakfast area every day during the last hour, 8:30-9:30 a.m. This was one of the busiest times to go and each day, we did have to search for other guests leaving their table to get a table, but we expected it. The hotel has a sign posted near the front desk with a stop light pictured that details the best and worst times to go to breakfast to try and avoid the crowds. We used the complimentary shuttle offered by the hotel four out of five days. You do have to make a reservation at least an hour before your desired departure time, but there are several options for departure/return times to TTC and HS; one dept./return time for AK. There is a $50/day hold put on credit/debit card for incidentals, along with a $5/day resort fee, but they also give you a $5/day food/beverage credit to offset that.

The staff was excellent - especially the breakfast staff. They have a thankless job, constantly making sure all the food stations are filled, cleaning up after messy families, and keeping all the waffle and toast stations spotless! They were cheery, always offering you a smile. I was so impressed with them. The breakfast was better than we expected! Hot choices every morning, including cage-free scrambled eggs, either pork or turkey sausages and other items. Plus muffins, bagels, toast, oatmeal and all the toppings, cereal, yogurt and Mickey shaped waffles! We very much appreciated the fresh fruit every day as well. Thank you so much! The Disney shuttle was on time every day, morning and night - we had no issues. The property was tidy, the pool area was excellent and our granddaughter loved the playground by the shuttle stop! SO handy! We would stay here again and I highly recommend.

The air in the room was broken so it was 74 all night and the bed was broken with a HUGE pit in the mattress. We arrived from the airport at 11pm, and they no longer had the room category I had booked. All around huge disappointment!!

The hotel was nothing like the pictures!!! There are no “suites” on the hotel like described and pictured! The arcade area only had 3 games that worked. The bistro closed earlier than what their hours said.

Although the room and staff were great, this was my fourth stay, and I found it concerning that I did not receive an email with my invoice as I normally do. I checked out in person and was told my account was clear and that the invoice would be sent, but it never arrived. Later, I noticed unauthorized charges on my account, which was unexpected given the assurance I received at checkout.

The water valve in the toilet continuously ran, the shower drain was clogged, very poor cleaning (floors not swept, mopped or vacuumed throughout our stay), had to constantly request washcloths and towels (4 adults in the room), the pullout couch completely blocked the kitchenette and exit door, mold and falling ceiling tiles in hallway.

The entire hotel was spotless, not just my room. All staff I encountered met me with a level of humble enthusiasm and all questions were answered. I even went to Cooper's Hawk based on front desk rep's recommendation for me and I had a wonderful evening, thanks to her!

Our family's first visit to Disneyworld and Florida. I booked our room 4 months in advanced to be told there wasn't a room avaliable to accommodate a family of 5 with an accessible room. We checked in 1 hr after the check-in time. We were moved to the Courtyard across the lot. Two nights in a row, we had trouble getting into our room. It was a hassle going back and forth to the front desk multiple times.

I am sorry to say this was a NIGHTMARE from beginning to end. When my family and I arrived we were told bluntly that the hotel was overbooked and our reservation would not be honored. We were NEVER contacted that this would happen. The manager said we could go to a "sister" property down the road. When I asked how we should get there, he rudely replied "Just call yourself an uber i guess". We were then informed we needed to come BACK the following day for the remainder of our trip. Thus a 2nd UBER ride to pay for. When we returned the next day we waited over an hour in line as there was only a TRAINEE at the desk and he sadly had no idea how to help people. When we finally made it to the front the TRAINEE had no knowledge of the problem we had faced and was unsure how to help us. The manager finally arrived and we made it to our room 83 minute after arriving. When we got to the room our luggage was not there and it took another two hours for it to be located. They proceeded to charge us for three days of parking when we had no car!!!!! This was a nightmare for my family from start to finish and I can only hope that something will be done to compensate my family for this terrible experience. I hope to hear from you soon.

Sink, microwave were very helpful with kids! I liked to seperate seating area with couch and room had 2 tvs. Staff was friendly. I would have liked to see more dining options, when we went one of the areas was closed down.

The hotel description is also misleading. The property is essentially three Marriott hotels clustered together, and the indoor pool is located in a neighboring building and not within the same facility. This means walking a long distance outside, which is especially inconvenient with kids. To top it all off, the morning we were checking out, the hotel completely ran out of water. Unbelievable. We will not be staying at this property again.

The room was OK, the breakfast was good, it is well located; only a couple of things, we had to pay for parking spot and also last day there was an issue with the water, it was shut off for more than 2 hours, we couldn't use the bathroom.

The hotel is next to Highway 4, which can be a bit noisy for rooms facing it due to weak soundproofing. The room is getting old but has everything you need, from a separate sink to a microwave. For breakfast, you can make your own Micky Mouse-shaped waffle, which was fun and delicious. Staff are friendly and courteous.

Dated. Freezing cold in the lobby and breakfast area. Listing shows 3 outdoor pools 1 indoor pool. No mention that at all but 1 are at sister properties. Crib is a pack n play. Delivered with missing leg. TV remote not working properly. Rugs filthy. Shower curtain tattered. Musty. Very disappointed Marriot. Ive never experienced this at any of your properties. Will mot return.

After check in we stepped out and when we got back my wife wanted hot Tea. The front desk guy said he was gonna bring it to the room. I passed out and my wife stayed up waiting for it and never came.

Staff was good, however the room was not in good shape. Bedding was dirty, walls were taped together. We ended up moving to a different hotel after two nights.

This was a GREAT piece for our family to stay while visiting Disney world. It was clean and updated and the staff members were pleasant. We rented a car and it was only a few minutes to drive to Disney. There is a shuttle but the times didn’t work for us as we were attending after hours Christmas parties however the shuttle is a great feature. There is an outdoor playground for the kids, an arcade, basketball hoop etc plus the pool so there was plenty for the kids to do. They were able to borrow basketballs and soccer balls from the front desk to play in the little quad area. Overall we were very pleased especially for the price - we will definitely be back next time we go to Orlando!

I needed non-feather pillows found all feather pillows in our room tried to call the front desk for hours on end. Nobody answered the phone. My husband went down. They said they would send somebody with non-feather pillows. One girl came that did not speak English with one feather pillow said she’d be back with. with no feather pillows, she never showed up again continually tried to call the front desk and another guest picked up the phone down there frantic because he was trying to check in and there was no one at the front desk, a major safety concern, and allergy concern. We did not feel safe stay in there checked out the next day and the manager told me she marked my account that Expedia would regund me she knew she had a problem there that night. well, unfortunately, she keeps having multiple excuses why she can’t give the information that Expedia needs to refund me after she gave me the code. This needs to be taken care of immediately.

This was our second stay here in 3 months. The beds are ultra comfortable and the breakfast choices are fantastic. There are 8 Mickey waffle makers!!!! I enjoyed the pool for a short time the day of checkout. We will return here when in the Disney area for sure!

I was charged wrongfully for parking when I didn’t have a vehicle and it took over 2 weeks to get a reply from one of the managers. When I’ve been calling everyday. They also never gave me a receipt so I didn’t know what was even charged until I asked multiple times what it was from. If you stay here, demand a receipt and watch your credit card for charges that don't line up.

Breakfast was reasonable, but there are not enough tables. During busy hours, you end up having to wait until someone leaves, which can be a bit inconvenient. Another point is the parking: it costs $25 per night. Considering the overall price of the stay, I believe parking should be included in the reservation, or at least offered at a more affordable rate. Overall, the hotel is good and well located, but these details do make a difference in the experience.

Checked in late, around 830pm. Got to room and it was a handicap room that wasn’t requested. I would have gone back to front desk to get moved, but I wasn’t feeling the greatest. Also, room had a flashing light on the ceiling all night long, along with dirty q-tips in room, hair stuck to shower wall and strings and hair all in the carpet.

Previous underwear of guest found under bed after serviced by housekeeping. Heat and AC were ok. Breakfast service was excellent!! Shuttle Service did not occur due to being full. We didn’t realize that the shuttle is contracted and not apart of the hotel. Didn’t realize you had to go between hotels in Marriott Village to obtain some services (lunch and dinner). If we should make it back to Orlando, our hotel choice would be different. Pretty disappointing for a Marriott Owned hotel.

Great stay! We have stayed here before and love the hotel and option to use other amenities on the property. The kids love the three pools. They also completed the scavenger hunt and got a sweet treat after dinner. One complaint this time was I received a $5 dining credit with the resort fee however the restaurant was closed so I was unable to actually use the offer. I was disappointed as that's what I was hoping to have for dinner and then had to figured out somewhere to eat offsite. The morning breakfast was great with a variety of options.

We booked a room for two nights. At the time of checking in, the front desk staff asked me whether we need parking. I told him we don’t have a car. But when we checked out, we were still charged for parking. I realized the problem because I asked for a printed receipt. If i didn’t, i would lost 50 dollars.

My room was not very clean and the shower water didn’t warm up much so I was stuck taking cold showers every night. However the staff was kind and the Marriott Village property outside of the buildings is pretty. They have convenient things to offer such as: transportation to and from parks, food options, entertainment, etc.

Not a new(er) property, but was well cleaned and rooms were spacious. Breakfast had good options, but was crazy every morning. Location is close to Disney Springs and Magic Kingdom, and has tons of shopping and dining options less than a mile away.

But this stay was made particularly special because of Mary at the front desk. We arrived very early in the morning, just expecting to store our luggage. Mary found a room for us and checked us in. This was a personal reservation. The next morning, I had to check out and switch to my Gartner reservation. once again, Mary was very helpful and managed to keep me in the same room, so we didn't have to move. Later in the week, I saw Mary again and she recognized me. That was very thoughtful.

We have stayed here many times as a family. Rooms are always clean and bring breakfast bar in the morning is a convenient way to save on cost. The hotel is located close to everything, the outlet malls several dining options in the theme parks. We have not used them, but have noticed it several people utilizing this amenity. Only reason that this was not rated as a five star is that the mattresses could do with updating. Other than that, staff is always friendly than being polite and accommodating. Will definitely continue to book the Springhill in the Marriott village on future trips.

Breakfast was very good. I was a little disappointed with the room. The room was clean and spacious, but there are no towel bars to hang your wet towels on in the bathroom. The only towel bar was one small bar that held the clean towels. The toilet was not as clean as I thought it should be. The handicap rail in the shower was not in a very convenient place for anybody that might have a balance issue. There was no plastic mat for the shower either. The tub was a little slippery.

Room and carpet floor where the rooms are located need to be cleaned. Carpet has soiled spots and rooms need the furniture cleaned & curtains need to be cleaned. Bed was clean in the room. Just overall it was a decent stay but they need to do a deep cleaning on the carpet and room furniture. Also the free shuttle was disappointing because it’s contracted through a third party so you have to book 24 hours in advance and take whatever time slots are available. If it’s not you have to find your own way to the parks. Free Breakfast was really good with variety.

I recently stayed at SpringHill Suites and had a truly enjoyable experience from start to finish. The hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways, making my trip smooth and stress free.

Very nice place to stay. Employees were all very nice!

It was okay to many people in the breakfast area and not enough seating and breakfast was always the same no bacon no omelette etc.. I think the breakfast spot could have been much better for the price of the hotel and the parking and the deposit that’s held on your card..

i liked the 3 hotels & dining & shopping options. & that they were gated.

I DON’T agree with charging a destination fee and having to get a snack because either way you’ll be charged that fee. If we’re staying at hotel why should there be a fee to park. Hotel seems dated.

Great Hotel

Everyone was friendly and polite and the room is good size and very clean.

Friendly front desk. Nice breakfast. Room too dirty, no water for 1 night during our stay

As per other reviews, the breakfast was limited variety but i think the other positives outweighed this. Will stay here again.

It was a good stay bit far from city

Busy but nice

I enjoyed my stay here and would consider it again. Had a minor mishap at first with the room that I was given but staff was very friendly and quickly resolved my concern.

More pool time

Pool warm and spotless with lots of chairs and towels. Double beds starting to wear. Breakfast with Mickey waffle station excellent

Otherwise, the room could definitely use some upgrades/modernizations. The couch was notably dirty on the tops of the cushions from so much use, half the TV channels didn’t work, and I went to about 9 different ice makers on 3 different floors and they were all either out of order or out of ice. I don’t see myself staying here or the other two properties in Marriott Village (which I have also stayed at in the past) until they update them.

Close to parks

This is a good hotel , great service. I would recommend if you need to stay nearby the Disney or Universal parks.

Nice and quiet place love it

Property is clean and safe. Food places in walking distance. breakfast change every morning that was a plus for me and it was great. Bus took me and my family to shopping mall and Disney springs for free and pick us back up and took us back to our hotel. Pool clean with fresh clean towels when needed by pool. Game room and playground for the kid. Room nice and clean. I would stay again love it.

It’s says here there is no deposit required but they charged 200 USD plus the bus to the parks is no accurate to the information on this app, they only offer to Disney and not no Universal but after that the place is clean in a good area and the staff is very kind and helpful 4.8/5

There was a HUGE cockroach in my room. Room is very old and dainty looking! Was then transferred to a new room and mattresses need to be trashed, they had indentations in them HORRIBLE. Bath tub water spout was loose and shower head water pressure non existant. Needless to say would NEVER stay here again or a Marriott hotel either. Quality is just not there!!!

This was a great family trip, because of SpringHill Suites. Close to shopping, close to restaurants. The free breakfast was enjoyable. The hotel was clean the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the pool and the gym.

I loved my stay here and the free breakfast was excellent and they had plenty even though the dinning area was full from the start of breakfast till the end of it.

I checked in at 2am because my flight was delayed, the person at the desk even told me out loud what room I was to get, I confirmed a room with two beds and a pull out bed. He advised I would need to walk to be other building because his building didn’t have any of ththe rooms with the pull out couch. I take all my luggage to the other building by myself, and walk what seemed like forever down hallways and up the elevator two flights to get to the room and it’s not the correct room. I then went downstairs to that building front desk and was greeted by a security officer who was covering the desk but couldn’t help. He advised the representative would be back soon. I’m exhausted and very inconvenienced at this point. I asked if he can call the other building to try to resolve my issue so I wouldn’t need to walk again that far with all of my luggage. He attempted to contact them but no answer and nobody would answer the phone, after standing there for 20 minutes finally the other man who helped originally came to the building I was at to assist. He proceeded to try to give me a roll away bed. I declined and asked I be put into the room I paid for. He finally agreed. I get up to the room and the couch is a twin not a full size that he said. I settled for the night but I was very very inconvenienced as family in my party who is disabled had to sleep on this very small pull out bed. I wouldn’t recommend this property.

Hotel was nice but they shut off the water for 6 hours overnight which was inconvenient

we stayed at Springhill Suites in Orlando and had a wonderful experience. From the breakfast options, to the friendly staff, clean property and multiple restaurants on the property. We were conveniently close to Disney Springs, and SeaWorld, while offering shuttle transportation to other Disney Parks.

The hotel is what you pay for not great not terrible convenient to Disney and outlet malls

Housekeeper was excellent. Very clean, And the Breakfast Bar was very good also.

Front desk helpful and polite Given a voucher to use daily but only allowed to use at village food hall which was closed on first week and only opened 4pm-10pm next week. Not helpful if out enjoying the day at local attractions Good distance from local attractions and lots of restaurants near by Room basic and standard, was cleaned but the dirt was ground in and old, bath never drained properly and toilet flushed when it wanted to, Room had a decent size fridge and microwave in it two tvs which played at same time a fraction out of sync so that got irritating Asked to pay on the last day with a credit card that was a different one to the one linked to hotels.com so I didn’t get charged etc for it being used abroad, the gentleman at the desk said no problem and put it all through, however the change came out of the original linked card anyway and I got lots of fees to pay, I tried contacting the hotel before arriving and afterwards regarding this but they never respond

The property was decent but there was a water leak in the lobby and cooking equipment was down which made breakfast chaotic. Also, the 5th floor was soooo hot! I also used the laundry and one of the dryers was so clogged that it didn't dry my clothes. Other than that, facility was quiet and close to all the parks. I would probably stay at courtyard next time.

the mattresses were a little but dirty and old, and stiff, not very comfortable, but everything else was nice. Clean, good staff, buffet was good. Pool should be opened a little later. 4/5 stars

Great staff

Staff was friendly and helpful. When I checked in I noticed the towels that’s where in the room were dirty there also wasn’t any body wash in the container. The breakfast wasn’t all that but it was free so can’t complain there. Parking was $25 a night.

Hotel was a great place to stay, very accommodating for my family of 11. They were able to get us rooms side-by-side,,, full breakfast was good and very convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. We’ll definitely stay there again.😊

The location of the hotel was convenient. However, our bathroom was not clean. It had several hairs on the sink and the bathtub. The towels were kind of yellow and it didn’t have a good smell. The bathtub curtain wasn’t clean, it had some sticky pink spots. Check in and check out was smooth and the staff was very kind. The lobby was welcoming and very clean.Overall my main concern was the lack of cleanliness in the bedroom.

Everything was great

I would not recommend this hotel. We had to change the rooms three times because the room had a weird smell every time we went out when we came back the Lucky key didn’t work. We had to go to the front desk so they could come and open my room all the carpets were dirty and the people at the front desk was terrible.

Coffee maker was dirty

We were so disappointed with the rude reception at the front desk as the person seemed very annoyed by our questions, called 4 times and sent 3 messages prior to arrival and had zero response, just wanted to make sure late check in will be ok. Room was fine as expected as we have been in a different SpringHill property, the disappointment was the extra charges as nothing was mentioned during reservation, qas only notified with the extra charges in the confirmation email. Breakfast was a disaster, they close half of the service area by 9:00 am or before even though Breakfast supposed to be until 9:30 am. Most of the food items are gone with no replacement by 9:00 am It gets very crowded with long lines since half of the areas was closed. People crowd all areas as it is not organized at all, people waitby specific items when it is empty, waiting for more. Complete disappointment.
