Excellent service. I had very noisy guests in the room above me and the reception moved me to another room as soon as I reported them. Good breakfast buffet and good protein options for purchase.

Awesome coffee and cleanliness. We enjoyed the walking distance to various stores and driving distance to so much food spots . The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was the small breakfast section but the breakfast was delicious.

Breakfast though…. This is absolutely were it goes south. There is waffles, cereal, and yogurts. You will have to purchase eggs, sausages, burritos, and specialty coffee. A friend in our group ordered a cappuccino, for them it’s a premix machine that makes it. Anyway, she opened the lid to let it cool off and there were so many ants floating in the cup. Imagine someone poured chocolate sprinkles in your drink… it was disgusting. They offered her a replacement soda and did nothing to clean the machine or stop serving! They kept making people’s drinks. Probably best to go a few min down the road for breakfast.

Convenient location to Orlando attractions. Continental breakfast was helpful but crowded. A little dinghy in the common areas and bed pillows. No frills but suites our travel purpose.

False advertisement about Disney shutters it only picks you up from Epcot. Very loud AC, and thin walls makes it hard to go to sleep. The sink water was coming out white the room was small and just overall not the cleanest hotel. The breakfast and pool area were very poor.

The breakfast was very lacking. There were not people helping to restock the area or attempting to clean the spaces where people were eating. The room was clean, however, we were placed in room 120, which is right next to where housekeeping comes and goes. This would be okay, however, staff were incredibly noisy coming in and out. Talking with very loud voices even though guests were trying to sleep. If need be, I would stay here again, however, I would keep all these things in mind and ask not to be placed in a room that is so near housekeeping and bring your own breakfast.

Reasonably-priced rooms, free parking, comfy beds, clean, safe, great area to walk the dog, quiet, cool AC. The only thing that I miss is the full hot breakfast. It was there last year, but it's apparently been replaced with a continental (mostly bread) breakfast. That's fine. If that's what you have to do to keep the price of the rooms from going up, then so be it! That's what matters to me. I can get breakfast any where along the way. They do offer a hot breakfast item menu. $9.31 for 3 scrambled eggs is a bit excessive though. I picked up some breakfast at the local WaWa gas station every morning. Overall, I would stay again. But if the price were to ever go up, I'd consider at least looking at competitively-priced rooms elsewhere.

The hotel was very clean, good location, amenities were nice and convenient. I liked that they had items for purchase such as snacks, drinks and even various medication. I enjoyed the stay. Personally I think the room was a bit small, I typically like more spacious rooms but altogether it was comfortable.

Nice place to stay but the breakfast included in the stay is lacking for me being a diabetic nothing they had I could eat unless I wanted to pay 12.00 for two eggs with bacon

The hotel was a decent place to stay and close by to nearby the theme parks. Staff was nice from my experience. Breakfast is ok but they charge for meats and eggs which is strange so you really only get bread breakfast items. They offer water and juice but limited time. Then they’ll direct you to the water fountain in the gym area. No one ever came to bring new towels and when I requested them, I had to come downstairs and get them myself. The elevator during my stay was very shaky and by the end of my stay I had to take the stairs from the 3rd floor. You don’t get to use the pool for long because it’s closed and locked after 8pm which sucks for people coming back from the theme parks that want to relax afterwards. You can’t even sit out by the pool if you want because it’s locked. No adult swim time either. Overall I’ll give this place a 7/10 overall

Didn’t get the room I paid for, instead I received a small room. It is very noisy hotel and you can hear anything that other guests are saying.

While this year they didn't charge for parking, they took away their hot breakfast. They have toast and coffee. They also clean the pool during hours guest want to swim, instead of between check out and check in. Walls and doors are so thin you can hear everything.

No air conditioning in the room! Morning staff was rude, but overnight was welcoming. We got in around 3:30 a.m. due to a flight delay and by the time we realized the air was not going to work we were too exhausted to deal with it, 2 kids were passed out but mom and dad got no sleep because it was so uncomfortable. Told the front desk in the morning and just said oh, sorry.

The stay at Spit-X was nice, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the daily breakfast was great. The only issue was that the free shuttle to and from parks only left to and from the hotel once a day.

Stayed here with my boyfriend, our stay was wonderful and staff were friendly! Room was cleaned and the free continental breakfast was great! Loved how close it was for Disney springs/parks and how the hotel has a shuttle that will take you to the parks if needed! Overall, we have a great time and would book here again in the future!!!

It's an ok hotel to just sleep the night. Expect bugs, expect ac to not be cold no matter what. It's controlled by staff. Carpet in hallways dirty as well. Like mentioned if you just need a place to sleep and don't want to spend money at least you'll get quietness and feel safe.

I will start that for the money we paid is was a great stay and the rooms very clean. Also air conditioning was able to super cold the room to 60’ and the shower had good pressure and hot enough for a good shower. The king side bed was super hard … We didn’t sleep well because of it, The FREE breakfast is continental and coffee had no coffee taste. You can pay for hot breakfast if you like. Overall it was all about the stay… and yes there is a lot of places to eat walking distance and the location was excellent! Staff is doing a great job

Great hotel. Clean room and the staff were great too. The breakfast was overcrowded and we decided to go out for breakfast. The only thing we had to deal with was the room a/c. Stays at 76 to 74•f. Other than that. Excellent hotel with excellent location.

Hotels was excellent. Only disappointment was thought breakfast was included but wasn't. Definitely recommend this Hotel and would rebook with them. Thank you for your excellent service.

The check in was good, friendly guy at the desk. But a few things: > There was a small refridgerator, but it's on the floor, under the desk and not easily accessible. No microwave and no coffee maker! > The other thing that I found strange, there were inside steps (both ends of each floor) however, they only went to the outside! I was on the second floor. I wanted to walk down but there was no access to the first floor on the inside. I've never stayed at a hotel that you couldn't walk downstairs and stay inside the building. Finally, on Sunday, I was staying til Mon. (Mem. Day) I had to be at my function at 7. The sign right there as you walk into the breakfast area said 630a open. It was 635a and the girl stopped me and said they don't open until 7a on Sunday. I told her the sign RIGHT THERE said 630, but she insisted on 7a. OK, fine, and I told her I just wanted to get a juice. Again she said they opened at 7a. I told her I just wanted to get a juice because I had to be somewhere by 7. I also had a SMALL plastic bottle that I wanted to fill and drink from on the way. She reluctantly allowed me to get juice from the juice machine but told me I couldn't use the bottle?? I told her it was no bigger than the cups they had but again she insisted. I told her I just didn't want to waste a cup, but OK. So I filled the styrofoam cup, then poured it into my bottle? Just poor C.S. Sad.

The room that they gave us had dirty sheets. Although front desk did give us more. That doesn’t negate the fact the sheets were disgusting. Hotel replied to my concerns saying that we decided to stay and didn’t notify them right away. Which is true because we were out and about and discovered the sheets when we pulled them back. Also, it’s peak season Disney everywhere else was booked. So that was a very insensitive comment being that this was THEIR wrong doing. Very disappointing and disgusting for management to say. I will also be reporting to the BBB and so forth.

The one complaint is that the bathroom door was missing its strike plate, thus unable to properly close and lock. This being just an overnight stop of a road trip, we persevered and reported it upon check out.

“Breakfast buffet”? Only a variety of breads. Bagels, waffles, muffins… no eggs no protein.

Staff was just ok

It is a quiet environment and you find several options of food and drink. The cleanliness of the place is very good and you feel very comfortable with the organization of the rooms.

Everything was clean, the location was nice and the personal are nice people. They say it has breakfast included but it's a lie, they only offer types of bread , the only protein options was paid options, we booked a breakfast included hotel and at the we got to paid every meal. The other concern was the parks transportation. They say they have Disney and Universal shuttles, but the don't offer every park and also the hours are very inconvenient

The staff was very friendly and helpful and check in was great I arrived early and wanted to drop my bags and they said I could check in since my room was available which was fantastic. Rooms was very clean. The breakfast was nice. The shower is everything. Location and surrounding areas was also good. Highly recommend!

I travel all over and I don’t understand why Orlando still playing the COVID game. Not for safety it’s to cut the staff hours. Won’t be staying here again for these reasons alone. Staff was accommodating and nice but room stuff for service is piss poor and unacceptable in my preferences. Off the beat as well. Back behind strip mall area and if that is your option to hide out, perfect if you can deal with the lack of service. Though this is a lower priced hotel so expect the trailer park and the other low end patrons to be there with there high expectations and low end budgets. You can have lasagna if you want two pieces of chicken and a little bit of pasta. Hope this helps

The rooms were clean quiet and modern. Guest were very friendly and very welcoming. This was my third stay here and the breakfast went from good to mediocre. Waffle maker was available but worm meal is now long gone. I guess budget cuts due to inflation. Good place to stay with plenty of places to eat breakfast in the local area.

There's 4 single hangers and one single hook on the bathroom door. No dresser in the single rooms. No Kleenex, no microwave and no coffee in the rooms. The "hot breakfast" is more like a contentinal breakfast and a weak one at that. They advertise 24 HR coffee available but that's just not true. My husband tried to get coffee at 6:45am and was told no, wait until 7. The room appeared clean at first but if you look at the baseboards/corners were very dirty. Ther was animal hair collected in the corner of our room from previous guests. Hair in the shower. The sink was very slow to drain. Very poor ventilation and windows don't open. The dryer wouldnt work and charged us. It turned on but wouldn't rotate so the clothes did not get dry. Spoke with the front desk and has not help and they didn't even put an out of order sign up. I can't believe what we paid to stay here. Would not stay her again. Way overpriced, not very clean, shuttle not useful (ridiculous times), bad breakfast, no towel racks, limited housekeeping, unhelpful/unfriendly staff, no Kleenex, no maintained (clogged sink), inadequate ventilation, no microwave in room, no coffee maker in room, washer/dryer don't work, no clothing rod for hangers (I small hook with 4 hangers), pool moderately clean.

I had no problems whatsoever with the room itself. I definitely recommend to anybody who’s looking for a nice getaway (very affordable). The only thing is they had no wash cloths

The property is ok but room is not fit for family. It does not have enough shampoo and soap. The fridge was not working and they wouldn't provide toothpaste when asked. They didn't have any water on the floors and we were asked to get water from ground floor each time. The breakfast was minimal with not much choice and if you actually wanted good breakfast, you would have to buy from their restaurant. The coffee was horrible and diluted. The shuttle service is only available for universal and not seaworld affliated parks. The room is not soundproof at all and the door has huge gap so you can hear everything. Overall be careful when booking as they do charge extra resort fees when booking but you will not get any amenities for it. They do not have lockers in the room either.The only advantage is that it is clean and close to the theme parks.

I really like the cleanliness of the hotel,friendly staff and very quiet location. I didn't like there was no facial tissue for personal use which should be considered but overall, it's a great place to stay.

The location of the hotel was great and the staff were extremely friendly + helpful! However, the room was dirty in multiple places and the hotel advertises hot breakfast and that’s not the case. The options are very limited, just carbs and sugary items. Free breakfast was one main reasons we booked this place, so this was quite disappointing.

Friendly staff, clean room with some recent updating. Lighting was a little weird that we couldn't leave light on by beds while turning off the main lights. Either you had the main lights on by themselves or all lights on. No Kleenex in bathroom. Bed was comfy and shower was great. Had some noise issues a few times with room above.

This hotel offers a complimentary buffet breakfast which by all standard should have eggs and sausage and the wasn’t the case. They only offer breads and cereals and bananas no other fruits. Also our room was infested with ants. We told the staff and they “cleaned” the room but it still had ants very bad. It was close to Disney so that was a plus.

The hotel is nice and clean and their breakfast buffet was convenient. The staff were nice, but the guy at check in gave us false information. We had chose this hotel out of multiple conveniences and one was that they have a restaurant that opens for dinner at 7, and after being told they’d be open last night they were not.

Breakfast is basically waffles, cereal, or bagels. Our room was not cleaned well. I found a last guests key card between the blanket and sheets. We kept having issues with ants and found silverfish in the room. Being on the 3rd floor made it odd to me to see so many ants. They don’t clean rooms u less you request it each day. The walls and floors are thin and you can hear everything in other rooms. The only thing I liked was it was across the road from the outlets

If i was going to say anything bad, it would be the breakfast area. The free breakfast was all made up of carbs and much to crowed to get the food that was available. Other than that, property was clean and the staff was awesome

The hotel was very clean. However, there was a weird chemical smell in our room. Also, when we asked where we could eat, the lady at the front desk said she didn’t know, even though we could have ordered pizza right there in the hotel and there was an Outback Steakhouse right across the parking lot. All in all, 4 out of 5 stars.

Breakfast was the worst in all hotels I've ever stayed in Orlando. Small room, crowded, horrible food, dirty floor, lack of service, and people preferred to buy food instead of getting what was offered for free. Not sure if that was a strategy to sell food and get more revenues or just a terrible coincidence. Breakfast is what fuel your day and when not done properly everything feels poor. Will never go back to this hotel.

Front desk staff was great. General cleanliness was good. Stained throw pillows on beds & we killed approx. 5 ants in the room during our 2 night stay. Where this place loses points for me is the breakfast setup/staff & the overall upkeep of the property. Both nights there were bags and bags and boxes piled up outside next to the trash can. Looked similar to a homeless camp vs a hotel. The breakfast did not have decaf coffee (not a huge deal but does suck since most have it as an option) and the breakfast staff was awful. Did not speak English well enough to place an order. I paid 8 dollars for a microwaved bagel egg and cheese sandwich. She could not understand what I meant by "bacon" and all the menu writings were predominately in Spanish. I get having both languages visible....but Spanish shouldn't be the main focus to the point I can't understand or order a simple breakfast item. And this is coming from someone who speaks a little Spanish to begin with. Overall the hotel was well worth the fairly cheep amount we paid but the general feeling of the stay was pretty low.

Breakfast was very poor but you could PAY for better food! Staff sat watching children go wild RUNNING in the lobby and running into people and knocking things out of peoples hands and yelling. We had to get up and ask the staff people could they please control the kids and they walked very slow and stood beside the families and really didn’t say anything to them. No receipts when asked for ones. It had potential but we won’t be staying there again

The lobby, breakfast area, and room we’re all very clean, neat, and organized. Parking was free and so was breakfast, which was a huge bonus. I would not have used the pool because the most shallow part was 4 feet which was too deep for my child. I thought it was well worth the value for the price I paid to stay there.

Cleanliness was a concern, there was a visible blood spot in the shower, which is simply unacceptable and raises serious hygiene issues. The breakfast offering was also disappointing. I was expecting at least some basic healthy options like eggs or fresh fruit, but instead, the selection was heavily skewed toward sugary items with little nutritional value. Staff knowledge was another weak point. When I asked about nearby locations and things to do, I didn’t receive clear or helpful answers, which made planning outings more difficult than it should have been. Additionally, it should be clearly stated that the shuttle service is only available for the parks. This was not well communicated in Expedia website and could easily mislead guests expecting broader transportation options. But Thank you anyway. Sheyla

Great value for the price and the location was perfect

We walk in after a very long drive. They made us walk back to the car with all our heavy bags back to car to hang lot tag. Then, we waited 20 minutes because the key wasn’t programmed. The floor was sandy. The place smells like fabuloso covering smoke . The linens are worn out and at best 200 thread count. There is no coffee in the room. The blow dryer cord is 6 inches so you have to bend down to dry hair. Staff is nice. It should be 99$/ night. I chose the hotel based on the 8.3/10 rating …

This property is a good layover. The rooms do not have closets or dressers. The staff was too busy on their cell phones to care.

Great stay! Bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower had good pressure and tons of hot water. The King room had a work desk with office chair, large bench, lounge chair with foot stool, multiple plugs for charging. TV worked great as well. The only thing we found negative about our stay was when we tried to call the front desk to see how late we could check in, we couldn’t get ahold of anyone and their mailbox was full. It ended up not being a problem and we checked in at 10pm. No issues otherwise. They also had multiple EV chargers on site.

Not a bad hotel to stay at if traveling on a budget. Only real gripe I had with it was the Breakfast options that were free were lacking. You could basically get bagels, waffles and yogurt for free, but if you wanted something like eggs you had to pay at a separate breakfast bar. Plus the seating area was small so it was often hard to find a seat. The hotel is close to a lot of things, and if you’re attending a conference at the Rosen Shingle creek like I was it’s an easy 15 minute drive from there.

The room was big and quiet. The bed was soaking wet on tone side of a king bed so I slept on the other side, not a big deal, I liked this hotel over all, so close to the Vineland outlet mall.

I’ve been coming here since 2022. It used to be a secret type hotel I found with no traffic. The area was quiet at one point, but as the months and years went on, more people found out about the hotel, plus they kept expanding the surrounding neighborhood… with stores, restaurants and added highways. Regarding the hotel itself, I’ve been grading it a A+ each time I come. I still love it here. Just one or two minor hiccups… the nooks and crannies could be a little more cleaner, and the water in the vending machine needs to be restocked more frequently because each time I stay here, it always says sold out. But that does not deter my review. Regardless, I still love it here.

Yes, the breakfast was fresh, and the protein was the only thing you needed to pay for. The service has great quality.

Breakfast was decent, with a simple selection that included cereals like Froot Loops and Frosted Flakes, make-your-own waffles, bread with jams, bagels, bananas, and juices. They also offered separate hot food items for purchase, which was a nice option if you wanted something more filling. The main downside was the pillows in the bedroom. Although they provided several, each one was about half the size of a regular pillow, which made them less comfortable. There also was not much closet space, so storage was a bit limited. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay thanks to the friendly staff and the good condition of the room.

The breakfast offer was basic, and the dinning room where the breakfast was served is very small for the amount of guests who visit the hotel. We spent five nights, and three of the five mornings, we didn't find a table to have our breakfast.

The breakfast needs a HUGE UPGRADE. I´ve never been to a hotel that does not offer at least eggs for the breaksfast: that´s the 1st one in my life! Even worse, they charge you ($4) for a single scramble egg. Unbelievable! The breakfast they offer is basically bun and butter (sometimes cream cheese), pancakes with only 1 topping (honey or syrup, not sure), coffee, milk, some cereals....and that´s it. So either offer a MUCH BETTER breakfast or do not offer something like that for free!

Check in was easy and room was clean. Good location close to a bunch of restaurants and stores. Breakfast was highly disappointing. They only had breads (bagels, muffins, waffles) and bananas. You have to pay for eggs and breakfast meats like bacon and sausage. Not worth it as you had to wait in an 5-10 minute line for mediocre food at best. I preferred to go to Starbucks or somewhere else instead. The hotel was pretty busy and the floor I stayed on was always loud since people were inconsiderate. I was on a long road trip and wanted to mostly sleep so that was highly annoying. If you’re looking for a quiet hotel, this is definitely not it. Nice but not sure if I’d stay again

Location Room was dirty, had bugs in the windows and then as well in one of the beds! The sheets had red and orange stains on them. I asked the person on our floor if they would change the sheets, it never happened so we just didn't sleep on that bed. Late Saturday evening I noticed small bites on my legs so I decided to pack everything up after we shook everything out to make sure no bugs had gotten into our luggage and take a short rest and then leave out early morning before the sun came up. We visit Orlando at lease four times per year and always stay near international drive but this experience may have changed that!

Spot X satisfied the need that my spouse and I had to be near SeaWorld for a family vacation. I also appreciated the fact that someone who worked at the front desk also tried to make sure that we had hot water for coffee after I mentioned the fact that a coffee maker or kettle would be a fitting addition to the room. The room was somewhat cramped, though I grant that much room is not necessarily required for a married couple's two night stay, as we had. However, cleanliness should be a standard for all hotel rooms, and the cleanliness of the room was brought into question when I noticed stains on the bed that smelled like syrup; this was somewhat unsettling, as we did not have any syrup in the room - in fact, we didn't even use any syrup at breakfast. The shower also had a dirty floor before I even stepped into it, the tiled walls of the shower looked as though they were hastily applied, and the sink had a rather rank smell (again, to be fair, that may just be the consequence of having Orlando water, known for being low quality). It is also worth noting that the latch lock on the door was not properly aligned.

The rooms were clean and the staff I talked to were friendly. The pillows were too small. Either get bigger ones, or give more of them. They provide a breakfast, but it was literally all carbohydrates. So bring diabetic, I never enjoyed that. There are other options available to purchase. The pool area was nice, and check-in/out was very easy.

Staff was very friendly. We travel with a dog and this was a perfect place. The property is quiet with areas to walk our dog.

We had to request to change rooms during our stay due to ants in the bathroom on the 4th floor. The breakfast was extremely limited, and they had paid for options which felt like questionable advertising when the booking included free breakfast. And then the shuttle to the park had a limited number of journeys at very odd times. All in all the extras felt a bit missold.

The pool and lobby were dirty during my entire stay. It didn’t make sense because I constantly saw workers walking around but nothing seemed to be clean. I thought the staff was pleasant and helpful. The inclusive breakfast was underwhelming as well. They need to rename it “continental bread” because muffins, waffles, toast and more muffins was the only available options. No protein at all! If you want eggs it costs extra and you only get 2 eggs. I would not recommend staying here unless these problems were fixed. Lastly, I did not see any hand soap in my room (gross).

Location is great if you go shopping and to Disney parks. Our stay was short but we really enjoyed the place, the staff was nice and spoke English, Portuguese and Spanish, the room was small but clean and tidy. A kid was making noises in the hallway and you could hear as if she was in our room so walls are on the thinner side but besides other guests the hotel is away from the main road so you cannot hear any other noises.

Let's start with the things that need improvement: definitely the bathroom, where there's absolutely nowhere to put the towels. Absolutely zero. The breakfast is advertised as "full," and it is "full" if you pay for it. The included breakfast is basic. I don't have a problem with that, but I do with the advertising because it's not true. The main problem with breakfast is the lack of space. You have to perform acrobatics to get through the crowds of people crammed around tables. Everyone tries not to get in the way, but it's nearly impossible. The positives: It's geographically in a great location, very safe, very clean, the staff is always attentive, the rooms are clean, and there's no smell of mold or chemicals. We'll definitely stay there.

Breakfast should be advertised as “continental”. It’s pretty basic, cereal in a styrofoam cup (not bowls), yogurt, waffle machine, bagels and toasts. There is a small cafeteria looking stand right in front of the dining area but everything is for sale there. Unless you would like to skip breakfast or are ok with bagels and coffee, you will probably need to go somewhere to have breakfast.

Honestly we would not stay here again. Staff was unpleasant at check in, almost seeming inconvenienced by us being there. The rooms were decent, nothing crazy but still clean. However in order to get your room cleaned/get refills on towels, toilet paper, etc it was only upon request which I found weird. Due to this everyone set there trash bags out of their rooms every night which was kind of gross. We also picked this hotel due to them saying the had a shuttle to the theme parks (universal and Disney). What they don’t tell you is that they only go to a couple select parks, not all, AND then are at weird times.Which might be okay if you aren’t ok not staying open to close but we wanted to spend a full day in them so we had to uber instead. Overall it was a good price for the length of stay but if we came back we would definitely pick another hotel.

We stayed here for a week and the entire duration of the stay was great. Our room was clean, the beds felt great, and the staff was very accommodating. We were able to check-in early because of our rewards and anytime we had a question or a request all we had to do was speak to someone at the front desk and they helped us out quickly!

The staff were super kind and very helpful! I booked this spot because of the pictures of breakfast that was shown. I was expecting to be served eggs, sausages Protein is important in my diet, but there was none and it costed extra. Big inconvenience for me.. and it ruined my trip in a way. Please for the sake of future customers Update your pictures and update a clear menu of your breakfast so people will know what you offer specifically. If i had known this I would’ve booked a different hotel.

Falsely advertised shuttle to Disney parks!! They only had one shuttle a day that went to certain parks and that was at 10 am. Too late for us and not flexible at all! There are many other hotels close by that offer better services!

The only negative was that it seemed to attract younger adults. There was a party going on above our room until about 1 am, then our neighbors came back late and proceeded to party, laugh and shout until about 3 am. We didn’t get much rest that night.

Staff were very nice. Check in was easy. Check out even easier. Just what I needed for a short trip. My dislikes i should say were people were incredibly loud in the hall but that has nothing to do with the hotel itself and my room was close to the laundry area. Again however i did not hear the laundry until someone put something too heavy so it was a bit loud otherwise it was not loud.

The room rate was reasonable, and it's close to shopping centers and restaurants, as well as quite near the theme parks. My only criticisms are that the smoking area is right at the hotel entrance, the pillows were more like cushions, and there was nowhere to store clothes.

Disappointed about offered shuttle hours. They were a bit unrealistic,. The room was okay however the bed was a bit springy. Also, breakfast was misadvertised. The only good part is that it was fairly close to all the attractions and airports (10-20mins).

I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience. The rooms are extremely noisy due to very poor sound insulation. You can hear every single step, movement, and conversation from the people upstairs—it’s impossible to get a decent night’s sleep. The noise starts early in the morning and continues late at night. Housekeeping is not done daily; you actually have to request it, which is inconvenient and feels like a basic service is being skipped. The included breakfast is very low quality. Most items are basic and underwhelming, and if you want something simple like scrambled or fried eggs, they charge extra—which is pretty cheeky for a hotel breakfast. The only thing that was actually decent were the waffles—they were surprisingly good and the one positive point. I wouldn’t stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.

One other big complaint is how in the world do you serve coffee all day long but do not offer decaf. I had to wait for the kitchen to open so I can get decaf coffee and I had to actually pay for it. I had to pay for decaf coffee never in my life did I have to pay for decaf coffee in a hotel. I stay at many hotels and decided to give this one a try. Never will I ever come back here and I will definitely give this hotel a very bad rating. The free continental breakfast was laughable as well. Not even a piece of fruit. I noticed there were a lot of foreigners and maybe they are used to this kind of service, but believe me this was horrific in my book. You can tell this hotel is just a cheap money hungry sorry place to stay with lacking amenities The reason I am giving it a 2 star and not a 1 is because the staff were very nice and all were embarrassed when went to them with my complaints.

Fee to park my car was a surprise when I arrived. Was not mentioned in the reservation. Included breakfast was limited, had to pay for things like eggs. Room service had to be requested and only changed sheets if staying more than 4 days. Rooms were not in the best of condition, signs of disrepair. Will likely choose a different hotel when retuning to Orlando next year.

We typically spend a night or 2 at Spot X when we come to Disney. Clean rooms, good breakfast and great location. We have stayed 4 times and will do so again.

We stayed here one night for our flight the next morning. Hotel was fairly clean and quiet. They had a few snacks and drinks that you could buy down stairs. The only thing that sucks is breakfast on the weekends didn’t start until 7am which is pretty late if you ask me. Most hotels start earlier than that especially for travelers so we had to find somewhere offsite to eat breakfast in the morning.

The check in was ok. Went to the room and looks like it could've been cleaned a little better. We stayed for 2 days. Had the room cleaned. No new towels were left. Had to go downstairs and ask for new ones. They only gave me 2 large towels. The elevators take forever and the area is heavily congested due to the outlets being near. I would not stay here again. Over all the hotel needs to have a deep clean. And better customer service. Oh also forgot the fire alarms went off. Called the front desk and was advised it was a false alarm.

I was shocked and disappointed that their shuttle to local theme parks was quite limited and offers 2 mid-day options, not sure who is going to a theme park mid day for 4 hours. I would not recommend this place if you are planning on utilizing the shuttle. Or at least call ahead before booking to learn more about the theme park you desire to go to and the shuttle schedule.

Breakfast was average, and the room did not include basic amenities like a microwave or an electric kettle for hot water. However, the hotel was very clean, room service was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Room was clean, no facial tissue, no closets. Continental Breakfast was very spare; coffee was in small cups and not very good.

Continental breakfast by the term they served only bread muffin, milk and cereal. They were charging for basic food like scrambled eggs. Second disaster is with the mattress and the pillows they provided. Very low quality beds.

Nice and clean hotel, great staff. Be aware that the free breakfast does not include almost any protein, if you want eggs, sausage or bacon, they are available but you will have to pay for them.

Room was comfortable and clean. Great location for shopping. Staff was courteous. Publix and restaurants within walking distance.

This was our first staying here, and let me tell you it was a great decision! The hotel was very clean and new, the staff was nice and friendly and very helpful, they had the initiative to accommodated us in a handicap friendly room for my brother, great location near the outlets, Publix, multiple stores and Walgreens. We will definitely come back soon! This will turn to be my favorite next spot to stay!

Sticky drawers, nail clipping in the bed must wear sock or shoes in the room due to dirty floors, limited breakfast, GREAT LOCATION! Close to Disney, Sea World, outlets.

2. New room given has a crack with tape on the floor in multiple locations within the room but the ac/heat was working. 3. Beds are bouncy and firm like spring loaded 4. Bathroom door doesn’t close; hinges need to be aligned to properly secure as designed. 5. Entry door has no sound proof barrier for floor crack, so you hear everything and see a beam of light coming through all night. Socks were dirty from room floor. 6. Asked staff after returning from park event can I barrow scissors to cut off family write band and I’ll be right back. The guy said no can’t let them leave the counter, I literally gave him my room key as collateral for the return of said item. 7. Lobby toilet moves a lot; needs to be secured before it breaks off floor. 8. This spot didn’t mark the X for our future family park trips as it wasn't a pleasant first experience.

They charge me for a parking that was included and told me it was a change in policy. Also they change completely the breakfast but no for good.

Walls are very thin. You can hear everything going on at all of the rooms above you next to you. There's a big gap under the door so you can hear everybody at 8:00 in the morning. Talking and going down the hallways to get breakfast. Very noisy. Went to get away for a nice quiet weekend and this was not it!! Bed was comfortable. Pillows were very flat left with a neck problem.. overall score I would give a 2.5 out of 5

Good for an overnight stay! We needed somewhere to crash after a Christmas office party and it was clean and comfortable!

Upon arrival of check in I waited a significant amount of time while the single employee went back and forth with a clueless customer. No one else available to help. A can of Raid bug spray sat right in view. Upon arriving at my room, i found hairs on my bed sheets and small black stains. The pillows on the bed are throw pillows, not a bed pilllow. A flat 12x12 square pillow. That is NOT acceptable and provided little to no comfort.

Room was clean, no carpet made it even cleaner, staff was very friendly, beds were comfortable (unlike many hotels that have terrible beds), breakfast wasn't much of anything (bagels, toast, yogurt, waffles)

We base our stays on breakfast hotels. Unfortunately, the breakfast was not as advertised on the web nor what I had called to confirm before booking. It was all various breads/waffles, brown bananas, and terrible coffee. They offered eggs and breakfast sandwiches FOR SALE. We felt cheated and told the manager. She apologized and gave us a goodie bag with candy, chips, and cozy socks. How does that make up for a pitiful breakfast? There were also ants crawling from the A/C to our dresser. We let them know, and they came out to spray the next day. Ants were gone. Pillows were terrible - lumpy, flat, and square-shaped. No room service unless you ask or if over 4 days. Shampoos were of poor quality - bring your own. WI-FI was poor - hard to do any business on your laptop. We did appreciate the convenient location, near a highway and surrounded by various retail and restaurants. Also liked the tiled floors - kept the rooms cleaner. This is definitely a budget motel.

Roaches in the room

the check in say at 4pm and i have to wait almost 1 hour to get my room. I found a cockroach in the bathroom . I told the lady at from desk and she say can not give me another room . the manager will not came back until the next day. nov 24 i told the guy in front desk about the cockroach and he ignore me and just took the key to check out.

Breakfast was carbs and unripe bananas and sugary fruit drinks, refrigerator made a loud popping sound regularly that at times was loud enough to wake us up, noise from 2nd floor transmitted clearly through ceiling, room echos due to lack of sound absorbing furnishings and very tall ceiling, staff focused on personal conversations rather than customer service.

Room was moldy and musty, laminate floors peeling up and breaking, duct tape holding entry way to hotel together as well as part of my hotel door, I was traveling with my 8 year old daughter and felt very unsafe after I realized my key accidentally opened a room door that was not ours. What if someone’s key did the same for our room?! The walls and doors were paper thin. You heard everyone in the rooms on both sides as well as everyone coming up and down the hallway all hours of the night and morning. The “free continental breakfast” was sub par. And no one explains anything to you at check in. So after a 15 hour first day at a Disney park I expect to come back to a room with at least the bed made and fresh towels. Nope. No one told us that you have to request prior for all of that or for your room to be clean which I have never heard in all of my years of traveling. I would never stay here again. I’d give it one star but the only reason I give it two is for its proximity to the outlets, shops, and theme parks. Otherwise I hated everything about this property.

Our room card wouldn’t work, every night after getting tires from the parks we would have to go to the front desk and have to have the room card reactivated, the was not OK! Specially with kids! It an OK hotel just to sleep and shower. Nothing else.

They had very small pillows, they were confortable. The room was very noise you could hear everything that was going on outside.

We arrived late at night and exhausted. Our room key would not work. We had to go back to the lobby and were told another couple had the same issue. The receptionsit walked the couple to their room, just in case but failed to do it for us. In the morning, after breakfast, there were at least 6 people on our floor locked out of their room. We were locked out again. The night receptionist did not report it to the morning shift. When we asked for a discount, we were told we would have to call the manager the next day. We never got the chance to do so due to our busy work schedule. The room was adequate but had no complimentary tea or coffee. I could hear people walking upstairs at all hours of the night and the pillows were pathetic. They had 4 tiny (not even standard sized) flat pillows on a king size bed. I was very disappointed with this hotel, especially after seeing Expedia rate it as "excellent". I would rate it "fair".

Breakfast: Started basic but fine (sausage, eggs, pancakes). Mid-stay, it switched to a make-your-own waffle setup with no protein options, long lines, and previously free items became paid add-ons. Housekeeping: Only available upon request, which wasn’t explained at check-in. We found that detail buried in fine print days later. We had to go downstairs multiple times for toilet paper and towels. No towel racks made it hard to reuse them. Room: Very basic—flat pillows, mildew smell from the A/C, and thin walls so you hear everything. Amenities: Small laundry area and a lobby store with snacks and essentials, which were convenient. However, the water/juice dispenser shuts off in the evening, so you have to buy water after returning from the parks. Staff: Friendly, but important details like the shuttle schedule and housekeeping policy should be clearly explained upfront. Overall: Okay for a quick stay, but not ideal for theme park visitors due to shuttle limits, surprise costs, and minimal comfort.

We shortened our stay from 7 nights to just 1 night. The hotel lobby furniture was dingy and stained. It was so crowded, it was not pleasant. The King room was much smaller than we were expecting from the photos. The floor in the room was not very clean. We had to use a towel to brush off our feet before getting in bed. The pool had no shade and only 2 lounge chairs. Avoid unless you just need a place to sleep.

We weren't able to come due to devastation caused by Melissa. We explained this to the hotel but didn't get a refund or reschedule. I could've understood if we had just missed our flight or cancelled for a random reason, but where's the empathy? Every penny counts when your home is damaged and many people around you are homeless.

Very small space for eating. Dirty and sticky room. Dirty shower with a lot of chlorine. It seems like they didn't clean it and just threw chlorine in to do its job on its own. We arrived at night and the smell was very strong. We had headaches. The worst pillow I've ever used and the mattress was terrible.

Great Experience

The rooms were very clean, the breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. The location is great, you're a driving block from a shopping center and can actually walk to a nearby Publix. The general manager went over and above to make our stay great.

I was not impressed at all. The lobby area was not pleasing. The bed mattress was so uncomfortable and my luggage got wet from a leak coming from the AC. I will not be booking there again >

We arrived early in the morning before check in time, the front desk staff was terribly rude. The room was not clean, there were hairs on the floor was disgusting. We were on the 1st floor, the guest above had been storming all night. Terrible experience, will never return for sure.

The atmosphere at Spot X was comfortable and very clean and the staff especially Marisela the front receptionist was really customer oriented, made me want to stay at this hotel whenever I visit Orlando or anywhere else this hotel is based.

No housekeeping service unless it’s requested, breakfast ok, clean room, AC perfect, old sheets and very small pillows.

I had a negative experience with a front desk worker I had two reservations I wanted help with . She checked me out then made me wait behind several customers before checking me back in for my second reservation. With the second incident this staff member wasn’t even at the front desk. She screamed to me in passing in the lobby if I was going to check out in front of all the other customers. This experience was disheartening and I feel like she didn’t want me at the property.

Everything was okay. Simple. Rooms are not noise free. We could hear people outside door walking by, people walking above us. No bath mat when you get out of shower. Shower door seals were hanging loose at bottom. Not enough hooks in bathroom.

I came with my boyfriend and our service dog and everything was great. I wish they didn’t have put us in the room close to where they do laundry because all night was a lot of noise. Besides that, everything was good!
