Great parking space for any type of car (up to a SUV-type) Hotel looks nice and clean. Signs everywhere, it’s impossible to miss any instructions. 24/7 Coffee/Tea area at the lobby self-service. Sitting areas available to avoid eating in rooms. Rooms were clean, everything worked good. Bathroom was also cleaned. TV worked fine I would definitely choose to stay at SPARK again!

They put us in a room close to the ice machine, room 105, the room was extremely humid with lot of mold, the smell of mold was terrible, we woke up sneezing every day. The window didn’t open for ventilating the smell. I Asked to change but they hadn’t another room.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Check-in was very quick. We had 3 rooms and they were able to have us all on same floor close to each other. Pool was nice and it was shaded in the evening. Parking lot had lots of spaces. Breakfast was mostly bagels, fruit, cereal, oatmeal. This hotel was a great location if you were going to universal and seaworld. We would definitely stay here again.

The lady who setup for breakfast in the morning was very friendly/helpful. The pool area was clean. The lobby was well kept and the free coffee was nice. HOWEVER, the room had such a bad smell of backed up sewer that came up with every flush. The carpets felt sticky and smelled like mold/mildew. If it wasn’t for the horrible smell I’d give the stay 5 stars.

The hotel is a good place to stay more than anything if you are going to Universal, Epic or any other park in Orlando, but it has a few things to keep in mind, the regular room doesn’t have microwave if this is important for you take it in consideration, they have one in lobby but is a little bit awkward to go with your plate to heat it up. In the other hand, Idk how they manage security but I have been in other hotels in the past and they gave me a ticket to put in the car to be aware I was a guest but no in here, but there wasn’t any issues or anything just a little bit concerned the first moment so I’m not sure how they handle that part. Rather than that the room is comfy, clean and a good quality continental breakfast (there isn’t much variety) which is ok for 2 or 3 nights. Last but not least least great customer service the front desk in specific Jackie, and pantry ladies as well.

And! They have to find a way to identify it better, as there are like 3 Spark by Hilton in the area! Have that in mind before requesting for a ride to the hotel!

My only complaint was the towels. They were consistently stained, which was disappointing and something that should definitely be improved. Aside from that, everything else was perfect and I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel could do with some updating and freshening up. The room was relatively clean, but I was not impressed. There was adequate parking but I could see it getting crowded during busier weekends. The free continental breakfast was not appealing. I wouldn’t recommend it nor book it again.

This place looks great from the outside and the Hilton makes you think quality. This is far from quality. Hallway to the room smells moldy. The bathroom had mold. A tall person has a person will have issues showering. The toilet didn't want to flush. I can go on. One night was more than enough.

The room: When you first walk in, there is the “living room”, which has a suspicious looking couch and chair. You can tell there used to be a tv and entertainment center in there. But..not anymore. So it’s just the couch, chair, lamp, and echos. The actual bedroom is cozy, along with the bed. I like how when you turn on it the tv, there is a greeting message with your name. Water pressure in the shower was great. The bathroom door and bedroom door get in the way of each other. They both swing out into the “hallway”. The air in the room was stuffy. If you have a portable air purifier, BRING IT. Breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about. I ended up getting breakfast from Wawa. There aren’t any microwaves in the room. There is one in the lobby for everyone to share. Staff was friendly, overall room was “meh”. Probably wouldn’t go back.

Except for the lobby, the hallways, elevators, rooms are all very dated. My room and entire floor had a musty smell, like wet rug type of smell that was not pleasant. Turning on the room AC just spread the smell out even more. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We even treated the front desk lady to pizza we had brought back for a quick dinner. Parking is complimentary which was nice, so many other hotels charge for parking. The continental breakfast was par for the course. The beds, sheets and furnishings were comfortable. The lasting impression overall is the smell unfortunately.

The hotel was quite disappointing overall. The bathroom felt especially neglected—fixtures were outdated, the faucets were old and leaking, and the space didn’t seem well maintained. On top of that, the paint job throughout the room was poorly done, which added to the overall worn and unappealing feel of the stay.

The staff was excellent, and very knowledgeable. The room was clean and the view was great! The only thing was the rug on the halls to rooms needs a little cleaning.

Good value hotel. Basic but had everything that we needed for a one night stay. 10 minutes walk to a few restaurants and 15 minutes walk to international drive. Free breakfast and free tea/coffee was a bonus. Small selection of snacks and drinks available that you pay for at reception. Only complaint was being charged $8 for a small bottle of water which was daylight robbery.

The breakfast was limited, and the hard-boiled eggs were rubbery. Because the price was reasonable, I would possibly give it another try, but I would hope the breakfast was better...maybe the attendant was having an off day.

Il y a une piscine non chauffée qui n’est pas très grande pour ce genre d’hôtel. La chambre est correcte mais pas extraordinaire. Il y a un mini réfrigérateur et pas de micro-onde. Mais si besoin il y a un micro-onde en libre service en bas. La salle de bain est aussi décevante: une baignoire en plastique comme dans les mauvais motels d’autoroute et des traces d’humidité au plafond. Les lits sont confortables. On a bien dormit. Le petit déjeuner : un peu décevant. Il y a des bagels variés avec quelques accompagnements. Mais à part des œufs durs il n’y a rien de salé. Quelques céréales aussi. Et des muffins. Au final c’est quand même trop basique pour un hôtel de ce style. Et niveau prix même en réservant suffisant à l’avance, ça reste trop cher pour ce que c’est.

The room keys weren't working for the first 2 days.

Close to Universal Studios 1st of all they charged my card the the day before. When I called and said that it was no prepayment required she said if your with booking.com we need the money now. That was rude. So then when we got there they could not give us keys to the room because of some reason they kept acting like every time we came back it may work. Then another employee said its been like 4 days. They didn't notify or give us a choice to stay somewhere else. Thats why they took the money. I felt scammed no tools no toilet tissue we had to ask for everything we needed very unsatisfied

the location is great! There is no microwave and a kettle in the room. Its very hassle to go up and down just to reheat food and get a cup of coffee. The airconditioner is not that cold. The room looks old and you can tell its just renovated we found some unfinished works on the sink (there is a long cracks were the mirror is). The breakfast is very dissappointing. no other breakfast options (no bacon, no sausages, no breakfast eggs just a boiled egg everyday.) The next morning we went out just to eat a good breakfast.

You can tell there are improvements in progress, but the hotel has it where it counts- the rooms are solid. We think adding a warm protein or two could level breakfast up a bit. The staff made things as great as possible.

Breakfast was quite simple, with limited options. The boiled eggs, for example, were not peeled, and the overall selection could be expanded. The bathrooms seemed a bit outdated, and there was a mild cigarette smell in the elevator at times. Additionally, the room was booked for four guests, but only three towels were initially provided. I had to request an extra one, which was quickly resolved. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but with some improvements in maintenance and attention to detail, the experience could be much better.

It would be great to rotate options, such as offering toast in addition to bagels and to include items like scrambled eggs or a wider variety of fruits.

We were there for 3 days and in those 3 days no one came and clean our room. We would leave and come back and the room would not be cleaned. Also our toilet was clogged the very first day and they tried to give us a plunger to unclog it?? Absolutely bottom barrel service. THEE worst hotel. This is my #1 spot when I go to Orlando. It's in the center of everything, near I-Drive and all the tourist attractions & about 10 - 15 minutes from downtown. Jackie & or Tricity aways take good care of me from the time I check in to the timeI check out. 100# recommend this hotel stay to everyone looking.

The room was comfortable and a good value for the price, but it's nothing impressive as other reviews have suggested. It's merely fine. The breakfast is not a hot breakfast. There's a bagel bar and yogurt station, but dont' expect eggs, pancakes, waffles or other hotel breakfast standards. I actually liked the approach because it's designed for a quicker stop, but I could see where this would disappoint others. The staff was very friendly, so that's a big plus. There was a fire alarm that went off early one morning and everyone had to go outside until the fire department showed up. Turns out it was some kind of alarm system malfunction. Now, most would say this isn't something to blame on the hotel, but since it was a system malfunction, that tells me there are updates that need to be made. One final point - and this isn't a slight to this hotel at all - but be careful because there are two Spark hotels that aren't too far from each other. Per Uber or Lyft, there is this location - "Spark by Hilton Orlando Universal Blvd" and the other comes up as "Spark by Hilton by Universal." I made the mistake of going to the wrong one, but I think it's a pretty easy mistake to make.

We had a suite with our upgrade. The layout was strange. The living area had a couch, chair and desk. You could sit on the couch and look at the wall. The bedroom had a nice TV. You could lay in bed and watch TV. I don't like to lay in bed and watch TV. The TV should have been in the other room. The furniture in the living area was clean but looked like something you would buy at Big Lots. The other thing I didn't care for was the breakfast. Basically, it was bagels. Plain ones, ones with seeds, bagels with cream cheese or bagels with butter. toasted bagels or untoasted. Bagels with butter and jelly or bagels with no butter. There was also cereal, bananas, and yogurt but not hot food. My son was also staying there in another room and his comment about breakfast was "It won't win any awards". All in all, the hotel was fine, There are a few things that could be improved.

I think any of the negatives are people that have champagne taste with a Busch budget. If you are expecting a resort then book one. If you want a full breakfast with all the fixens then go pay for some at one of many local places. I appreciate No "hidden" resort fees or charge to park, everyone we encountered was friendly, clean room ,obvious pride the staff has. The place exceeded my expectations for sure. We enjoyed the bagels too.

Great affordable option for a few days at Universal. $10 uber ride to park. Clean, comfortable and everything in working condition. Staff friendly and helpful. Free Breakfast is fine if you like bagels, but if not, there is a McDonald’s within a 5 minute drive of the hotel. In same 5 minute radius is a Walgreens, Popeyes, and a pizza place (Giorlandos?). Dominos and Pizza Hut deliver to hotel room. 24 hour coffee in lobby, so no coffee maker in room. Coffee not strong enough for us but that’s a personal preference. Small Beverage cooler in room convenient for minor refrigeration needs.

I stay 5 days for New Year , The Breakfast is Very Poor , Only Bagel , Eggs whitout peel ,Children Cereal and Orange Juice. The bathtub is peeled and when i asked for 2 Towell in the morning i had to send messages 2 more times and gave to me afer 6PM .

I have stayed here twice. It's local and close to everything. It's a clean and quiet hotel.

Unfortunately, the second room was not much better. While the odor was slightly improved, the room itself was very dirty. There was hair on the bathroom floor, visible insects, and clumps of hair throughout the carpet, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. This has been one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had through Hotels.com. We filed a claim through the app, but customer service indicated they were unable to reach any on-site management. We are still attempting to resolve this situation. Based on this experience, we would strongly advise others to avoid staying here. It’s difficult to understand how this property continues to operate given the conditions and lack of accountability.

Everything was average. I asked if they could make up the sofa bed ahead of my arrival, since I knew I would be arriving very late and tired from my flight. They acknowledged my request, but did nothing. The hotel is older and painted over (not a great paint job), many times. It is in a convenient location, good access to pretty much everything. Staff were nice.

We were nervous basef on some of the reviews, but the wholr place was clean, the breakfast was fulfilling. The most surprising part was the bed was very comfortable.

Hotel has some renovations - our biggest areas of concern were cleanliness (lobby/breakfast areas and hallways) were very dirty, breakfast items were continually out of stock, the room itself was very hot and humid despite constantly running the AC and the water pressure is very low.

Rooms were not clean and had an odor to it as well as sheets had stains with a bad odor. Even after requesting the rooms to be cleaned, they still weren’t.

Breakfast bagels were very good. Room was a normal quick hotel stay. Hard to get ahold of someone at hotel while traveling. Ended up driving there and room not ready. Close to Universal, shopping and restaurants. Shuttle is a drop off in AM and pick PM. If not headed to area for whole day. Shuttle is a con. A reason I stayed here was for shuttle and ended up driving.

Everething was good, room and beds good and clean, good location. We stayed 3 nights, breakfast has the necesary. I love the coffee station all day is was excellent.

Tub and sink both did not drain while in use, blood was found on the wall in the bathroom, breakfast is very falsely advertised with very few options. Staff were not very friendly and were seen lounging on the entrance furniture upon arrival.

House keeper did not clean room well and forgot to give us towers after they left. Reception lady did not nice when we checked in and just become friendly after we showed the driver license. Overall the Spark in Houston, Texas is better than the Spark in Orlando, Florida.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was welcoming and helpful, the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the beds were excellent. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Water being 8 dollars is insane

Go to floor 5. Breakfast was boring they should have more food options than just bagels, yogurt and cereal. And a bottle of smart water being $8 is insane that’s the price of a whole case of smart water

I booked a two bedroom suite for my family and I, in hopes to be able to prepare some food during our 3 night stay. My suite had a very tiny fridge, but didn't even have as much as a microwave in the room. The suite was very barren and there were even holes in the walls from a broken soap/lotion dispenser that was once attached, and never repaired. The experience was quite sub par in my opinion, for the price I paid. Despite the disappointment of the property, I was very impressed with the staff. They were incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating.

Took a shower and felt like I was gonna fall right through the middle.

The bathroom was not clean upon arrival. There was hair in the shower. The ironing board was broken, and there was a light flickering in our room. The paint on the wall was chipping. It seemed like a low budget room. The bed was comfy, but other than that, it was not the best hotel room.

I realize the hotel is in the midst of being remodeled so I hesitate to be too critical. I assume new carpet and paint are in the agenda. I would also suggest bath towels more of the quality we would expect from a Hilton property.

Rooms are outdated, some of the bathrooms are gisgusting. The hallways are all dirty, carpets stained everywhere. This is not a 3star hotel

Over all I am happy with my stay, for the price. The staff was very VERY helpful. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room wasn’t the BEST, but nothing worth complaining about. AC was great, breakfast was sufficient, and the shuttle to Universal was an added bonus. Would definitely stay again.

The facility is older and smells unclean in the carpets. The furnishing is old school, the pillows are super flat and not very comfortable. The shower had a very poor Walmart shower head on it.

Did not allow a late departure, no floss, and no extra towels.

Spartan accomodations. No microwave, coffee maker, or safe. The only chair was a cheap uncomfortable metal chair. Cold water pressure low so shower was running hot unless reduced to a trickle. Cheap uncomfortable

Got locked out of room at 10 AM when checkout was at 12 pm, then had me go downstairs to get a key that didn’t work to have to go back downstairs again. Wasted about 30 minutes being locked out.

The air conditioner when it turned on was very Loud and it sounded like someone was mowing the grass outside our window, toilet seat was Very loose. I was not advised that there would be a fee for my dog. When I was looking for a hotel for this day, I was searching for hotels I was looking for one that excepted pets. I saw this hotel accepted pets, however it did NOT list a Price.

The hotel needs a lot of care and the carpet was stained in different areas of the hotel. Our bathroom was dirty (mold). The staff was very friendly.

The hotel was not very clean. Breakfast consisted of bagels, cereal, fruit some days, cereal, muffins, boiled eggs and oatmeal however the microwave didn't work to cook the oatmeal. I have stayed at other hotels with a far better breakfast. The reviews I read said it was a nice hotel and good breakfast, however I highly disagree.

This property was great — clean, efficient, and comfortable! The staff was kind, the food was excellent, and for the price, it’s an amazing deal. Plus, it’s super close to the theme parks. We had a phenomenal time and would highly recommend it! A++++

The breakfast options are perfect. Just what you need before a day at the parks. If anyone complains about this, they need to be reminded it’s free and if they’d prefer an alternative then there are plenty of restaurants not far away to accommodate this. However, we were disappointed that only one elevator was working when we arrived on 15th October and it still wasn’t working on the 25th when we left. Although not the end of the world, the hotel was busy and waiting took a fair while. They were also full a lot of the time so it was easier to take the stairs. We’re lucky that mobility isn’t an issue as we were we on the 5th floor, but for others this could’ve been a problem. On the day we left, the other elevator also stopped working. The lift cleanliness needs to be addressed. carpet is not necessary in an elevator and this one was stained and filthy. Someone had dropped cereal on the floor in there and the crushed remains stayed there for 5 days until we left. It’s probably still there now, but as it wasn’t working, I don’t suppose it matters. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms is a welcome treat saving us from bringing our own and the staff are polite and friendly. We’ve stayed here before and will stay here again. It just needs a few tweaks here and there and it’d be even better

Our room was in at the 5th floor and the elevator was not working that day

Walls were dirty. Only 1 elevator worked. Raccoons were eating outside from the garbage in the parking lot. Shower made a loud noise for hot water. Very disappointed. Thought Hilton brand hotels were good. Not so much here.

The staff was amazing but the hotel had roaches and there was a horrible smell in the hallway and in our room.

Hotel was OK but some areas needed TLC.

It was very cool and easy to fall asleep after a night of waking around theme parks.

The air conditioning needs fixed. Everything else was great. Breakfast bar was okay….but lord it was hot. The air unit in the room never blew below 69….and didn’t blow hard. Needs some updating.

When you stay at a Hilton hotel you have certain expectations. The breakfast had no variety, no hot food and was done by 9:30. The rooms were clean but there was no safe in rooms. We had a suite of two rooms what a joke the rooms look nothing like the website. The TV and refrigerator is only in the bedroom. One chair in the room had mold reported and was never removed. It seemed they had long term residents from what they said to us. If you’re looking for a basic hotel this is probably for you

This was a great location for getting around Orlando as well as jumping on the highway and heading out of town. The staff was great, the breakfast bar was good and the rooms were very clean. They clearly made some updates to the rooms and more could be done, but for the price and convenience, it was just what we needed.

Great place close to all the attractions. The newly renovated hotel is clean, safe and convenient. The staff are super nice and attentive. The price is great especially for those trips where you only need a hotel room for the evening and out most of the day! My experience was better than I expected.

The breakfast bar was subpar. Rubbery boiled eggs we had to crack ourselves, a yogurt dispenser(???), bagels, etc. Only used it once so I feel like the value was not there like it usually is for a Continental breakfast included. The location is very convenient, and the staff were very friendly and kind. There were no bugs. Aside from that, everything kind of sucked in this place. Old and musty and poor amenities. Didn't use the pool but it looked tiny and sad. Wouldn't stay here or at a Hilton Spark again.

We enjoyed our stay! The hotel was spotless, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the price was very affordable. Our room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had fresh bedding with super comfy pillows. Breakfast had a good selection, coffee was folgers and available all day and choice of flavored creamers and sugars, and the pool was clean with the perfect temperature (and over 5ft deep!). This hotel is pet friendly as well. They have a dog treat jar at the service desk! They make their guests feel welcomed and a priority. Overall, a wonderful stay — we’d definitely stay again!

Good hotel

We were given a handicap room on the first floor immediately upon seeing our electric wheel chairs. That was very kind and thoughtful of the hostess. I liked that they provided a smoking section for those that smoked. I also thought the beds were very comfortable, and even though I didn't need the extra time, I appreciated the 12pm checkout time. It is very considerate for your guests that may have long nights. I really enjoyed my stay, and I will be back whenever I'm in Orlando and needing of a comfortable and clean room. Thank you for making my stay a nice one

no towels. second night: bathtub and sink still not clean, but bedding was redone (already clean first night) and towels were placed in bathroom.

Advertised as new, but it’s not a newly built hotel, it’s a refurbished building and not a well done one. The bathroom was tiny, the toilet was literally in the way of the sink. The parking lot was overflowing with cars parked in areas that weren’t designated as parking spaces. One elevator was out so there was literally one elevator for all of the guests and staff to use.

The Spark, was a great experience. However I’m familiar with the Hilton Brand and they never disappoint. The atmosphere was right and the breakfast and the experience was incredible.

My entire stay was really good. I’m considering returning in a month. I truly recommend this hotel.

Overall the stay at Spark was okay and staff was nice! One of my issues was some areas weren't clean. For instance at check in, in the dinning area there was a mess by the microwave. Elevator seems to always be dirty and have stuff on the ground. On top of it all one elevator was out of order and the other one wasn't always working. Me and five other people got stuck in the elevator during our stay, The elevator made it to the 1st floor but only the inside door opened. We could see the metal door on the other side. We had to ring the bell for emergency. We took the elevator back to the second floor and took the stairs. Ended up taking the stair the remaining of the trip because we didn't feel safe taking the elevator. Overall the room was clean and well kept.

It’s was Ok and the location was really good. The breakfast offered by the hotel needs to be improved.

Loved the soft beds and comfy pillow, but was upset by other guest being rude.

Everything was as it should be

Everything was great for the most part. I was surprised by how cold it was in the room when I arrived. The thermostat was set to 51 and it was 58 degrees in the room. I am glad there was an extra blanket in the room because it took a little bit for the room to warm up. The only thing that could have been better was it was hard to get hot water in the shower.

We had dirty towels in our bathroom but past that our stay was great. Breakfast had good amount of options for what it was and the staff was super friendly. I felt safe and it was only a 12 minute drive to Sea World and 5minutes from Icon Park which where our travel goals.

Good overall, breakfast needs a few more choices. Very good location close to a lot of entertainment and shopping area.

My room felt damp, and the carpet was wet at some point, which caused an unpleasant odor. I reported this to the reception, and while some action was taken by providing air freshener, the smell and dampness remained. I was offered a room change, but when I agreed, I was informed that there were no rooms available.

This hotel was very clean and I would stay there again. My rm was great!! I do wish there were eggs at breakfast. Something hot other than toast.

Stayed there on July 31, 2025. Its amazing. The place is quiet, clean and the staff was professional. The $50 deposit required at check in was reversed immediately after checking out. No issues at all. I would recommend this property.

Clean and convenient location.

Room was neat and clean, spacious, had the typical amenities except no in-room coffee but there's free coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Only problem was the shower head didn't seem installed properly as it was spraying back onto the wall. Otherwise no issues.

I've been working for the hotel industry for 15 years and how she handled the situation never seen nothing like that, I didn't have to say many words is like she read my mind. This is a beautiful property in a very quiet and accessible area. I know this hotel gets a lot of wear and tear with all the traffic all year round but hope the Hilton brand puts a little love in it and does not let it deteriorate. Overall I'm definitely staying in this property as much as I can whenever I fly in to Orlando.

This is our 2nd time staying in a 2 month span. The first stay the AC was wet on the carpet under it and had a musty smell. Since we were there for one night and primarily at the park we just thought is was a one off since the beds seemed new and clean. The last stay a different room MUSTY smell in this room and AC was loud and rattling they whole stay. Staff is AMAZING, but the AC units need maintenance badly the rooms are okay especially if you plan on spending all your time out of the room then it may be for you!

I definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit any of the Universal parks, Icon Park, etc. My room had a great view of the Ferris wheel at night.
