The Staff is fantastic, polite, trained and very alert. The hotel is clean and straightforward, the rooms are spacious and have everything you need for a short stay near the airport. Breakfast has variety and it's pleasant tasting. The shuttle from the airport as a little late picking us up from the scheduled time, but just about 15 minutes.

Cleanliness of the room and close to the airport when leaving the following morning made it easy. Room was comfortable. Enjoyed the stay overall. The bed was really comfortable and made for an easy night sleep. There was nothing that I didn't like. I got exactly what I paid for. No complaints.

The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The property also has a bar and offers a happy hour from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, which was a nice bonus. I did not like that guests have to pay for parking each night of their stay. The bathrooms were not in good condition, and there was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom drain. The rooms were not well soundproofed. We could clearly hear conversations and noise from neighboring rooms throughout our stay.

Room was mostly clean need to get dust from under the sofa bed. Walls thin because kids being loud at night. Some of the rooms need maintenance. The microwave has a lock so think it ate your food, ha ha. The room set up was absolutely wonderful! Pool view recommended. Shuttle drivers Ez and Jeffrey full of life and energy they were Absolutely fantastic. I would stay here again with my kids/family.

Beds were old and uncomfortably worn out. Pillows as well. Our shower was broken, and could only be turned on halfway. The hotel itself is very loud for an airport hotel, from the windows to the hallways to the doors. Rooms are large but I would take half the size for a comfortable bed and updated washroom.

People were very friendly I was told I wouldn’t be charged for parking but they charged me anyway.

The entire building was phonemonally clean and the staff service was impeccable. We received nothing but courtesy our entire stay. This will be our go-to stay in Orlando from now on.

When I got into the room, I was surprised that they would have such awful furniture in the living room. The sofa had stains all over it, and it was tearing at the seams and bleach spots on it. Other conditions of the room were poor, including baseboards that were popping loose with old yellow caulking. I was not a fan and will not stay here again.

The room smells musty. Stains on the hallway carpet Staff acted put out with questions.

My husband and I stayed here one night before our cruise and one night after our cruise. The service is amazing and the hotel is very clean. Our flight got delayed coming home and the hotel accommodated us with no problem. We travel often and great customer service is our top priority. I highly recommend the Sheraton. The staff are extremely pleasant.

Promised a free shuttle. Then was left hanging for 2 hours at the airport. When I called like I was asked to she said she already drove by amd didnt stop. Then she hung up. I called again to see if anyone was coming or not and was informed she'd be there soon. 2 hour delay and Sherrie or Sherly was so rude. When I asked why she didnt stop she claimed she thought she already picked me up. She never even slowed down or stopped to see. When I complained to management and asked to speak to the owner I was told id get a call back as theres no night manager on staff. Still no call this am so I called again and was offered a 35 dollar refund. Never staying again and still wouldn't let me talk to management.

the staff was very nice and friendly and the place was very clean and neat. Our problem was with the door lock. It was very old and the internal battery was down and needed to be replaced before we could get into our room. the other problem was with the mattress which was very cheap and really old and uncomfortable. The pillows were so old they would not even stay puffed up but went flat immediately. I have always liked staying at Sheraton and thought of them as being a higher end hotel, so I was really surprised to see such shoddy bedding and mattress. the other thing is a fee for parking overnight which is ridiculous after paying the room rate. It should be included or told to the customer up front.

Booked, received a confirmation email, got a taxi to the property only for them to tell me my booking had been cancelled. I received no notification of cancellation, it still showed as confirmed in the Booking.com app. It was the early hours of the morning and my flight had been delayed until the next day so was tired and stressed. I get that they cancelled the booking, but the guy at the front desk was pretty rude, very unhelpful and couldn't have cared less. Thank goodness for the Ramada next door where I had to opposite experience when I walked in desperate to find somewhere to stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Truly the worst hotel experience of our lives. 24 hour shuttle service is a lie.. landed at the airport and called the number provided for shuttle service. Went straight to voicemail 5 times. Had to try and get around all the automated services to talk to an actual human, whole process took about 30 mins just for them to tell us we would have to wait an hour for the shuttle (it was 3AM and we had a toddler with us). Was told to take an uber, told them we didn’t have a car seat because it said shuttle was provided, they did not care. When we arrived to the hotel via uber with no car seat, the shuttle was sitting at the entrance with a driver sleeping.. Went to check in and their computer system was down and had to sit in the lobby for 30 mins, the guy at the front desk literally laughed when we expressed our concerns about the shuttle. Finally made it to our room at 4:30AM. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

The main staff was amazing. The housekeepers were friendly and the front desk staff were very welcoming. Our room was a bit humid but after changing the thermostat it settled. It was spacious which we loved. The lady that did shuttle service on 5/9/26 was disappointing. We arrived at 629am for the 630 shuttle. She didn’t lift a finger. She stood there impatiently as we put the luggage in ourselves. Before I came out she actually told my fiancé that we would need a different shuttle because she was running behind. The time was 632am when all items were in the truck and doors were closed. When we arrived at the airport she again didn’t help us retrieve our items and when we said thank you and wished her a good day she walked off and drove away She spoke with attitude and she completely ruined our experience. DONT USE SHUTTLE SERVICES

Danny at the front desk was especially thoughtful and even pronounced my name correctly, which is something I rarely experience. That small gesture meant a lot to me and made me feel truly seen and welcomed. Thank you Danny, for your professionalism and warmth. One of the curtain handle was broke to be able to close the black-out curtain. And the microwaves were difficult to function.

Be prepared to pay for parking at the price tag of $25.00 a day while you stay. This too me is crazy. Also had mainly sports channels no abc. Was very disappointed also no full length mirror either. I would not recommend.

Front desk mentioned it was due to overbooking, but either way the room type I paid for wasn’t honored. The room itself was fine and clean, but the layout was not what we booked. Just be aware if you’re expecting a suite setup you might want to double confirm with the hotel ahead of time.

Unfortunately, the room itself also presented some concerns. There was a noticeable musty odor, which suggested possible mold. After looking around, I found that the bathroom wallpaper was damp and spongy, which may have been the source of the smell. I do want to mention that I really enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool area—it was a unique feature and a highlight of the stay. However, the most frustrating part of my experience was the confusion around breakfast. I specifically selected your hotel on Hotels.com because it was listed as offering complimentary breakfast. The next morning, my daughter and I ate breakfast, and only afterward was I informed that there would be a charge. While the server was kind and professional, I was surprised and disappointed to be billed $20 for a very simple meal. At no point prior was it communicated that breakfast was not included. Given the condition of the property and the unexpected charge, I left feeling quite dissatisfied. I would appreciate you looking into this matter, particularly the breakfast listing discrepancy, and considering an adjustment or partial refund for my stay.

Everyone on the staff were very friendly and happy to help us. They upgraded us to a suite that was beautiful and clean. Josh and the young lady with the braces were so very friendly and helped us with everything to make our stay memorable. Danny was also very helpful and a great person who made us feel like family. I’m sorry that I forget about a few other staff members names but the ladies working at the breakfast area where so very sweet and friendly and made me feel so comfortable and helped me get my ladies breakfast ready to take back to the room. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know going forward. Can not wait to come back and see everyone.

The room itself was disappointing. The bed was a spring mattress, wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, and the area didn't feel safe. However that staff was excellent.

The property was at a great location. Breakfast was great and the staff was awesome. It was very accommodating and they had two different pools indoor outdoor a gym area and a bar that you were able to get to is very close to the airport. It was a great location. I will go back again.

I booked the hotel specifically because i saw that there was an indoor pool but when i got there the pool was closed so i had to get in the outside pool where it was raining and dark outside. The rest was fine.

Joshua at the front desk was wonderful. The shuttle driver was great. Creat location close to the aiport. They even let the doordash deliver to our door.

I would like to start with the positives. The room was a good size and clean. We booked an accessible king suite and there were plenty of grab bars in the bathroom which was appreciated.

We were in room 105, first floor. Starting just around midnight and carrying on throughout the night, we heard rats in the ceiling over our bed. It was loud and disgusting. In the morning, we told woman at the desk and she said it must have been raccons and dismissed us. We know the sound, we are not stupid and we have a cabin in a rural area, we know the sound. Being dismissed in such a way was almost as bad as the rats. Hence, the review. The first negative feedback i have ever left. We wanted nothing from her, only axknowlegement. On the flipside, shuttle drivers were characters and enjoyable and restaurant waiter was obviously smart, kind ,exhausted and still managed to be gracious and welcoming. He should be somewhere better than rats in ceiling hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located next to the airport and the shuttle driver Marlon was quick to pick up and quite entertaining. I ate dinner in the lounge and the salad with grilled chicken was delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staff was friendly and polite. However, the front desk checked someone into my room and gave her a key while I was in it. If I had not deadlocked the door the mother and her toddler would have caught me stepping out of the shower. After that close call, I did not trust any noise near my door.

Need more staff that speaks English. After requesting for my room to be clean , it was an issue with the staff doing so. The bed wasn’t all that comfortable. But the food service was greatly appreciated by Omar he did a great job as well as Mari.

When I got to my room, it was clear it hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was a lighter sitting next to the sofa, blue stains on the bedsheets, and strands of hair left in the sink. Completely unacceptable. Early the next morning, I was woken up by extremely loud noise in the hallway. Several workers were taping the walls and laying plastic on the floor, extremely loud with no regard for guests trying to sleep. To make things worse, the pool was closed due to construction—something that was not mentioned ahead of time. One of the main amenities I planned to use wasn’t even available. When I went down to the market area to buy something, the front desk was completely unattended. Meanwhile, the security guard was sitting by the door watching something on his phone at full volume, not even acknowledging guests. Overall, this stay was a complete letdown. Between the lack of cleanliness, the noise, unavailable amenities, and unprofessional staff, I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff was wonderful from the minute we checked in, the housekeeping staff was outstanding flexible and went out the way to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. I’m sorry I can’t remember names, but the young lady who took care of us on the second floor. We were in room 214. She was amazing very courtesy professional. The young lady in the dining area was also amazing professional courtesy they made us really feel welcome. Welcome to the entire staff. We are thank you my wife and I would recommend and stay there on our next trip to Orlando. Thank you very much everybody.

I was able to check in early which was so appreciated, and the airport shuttle was great! The room was excellent and very spacious. The indoor pool was closed, which was one of the amenities that drew me to this hotel. There is no vending machines so you have to buy items from the market, and it is so overpriced. The staff was very friendly and helpful, just wish we would have had some things to do while staying for the day.

After a flight cancellation at night the proximity of the hotel and shuttle service to the hotel were a godsend. The shuttle driver was prompt, friendly and very helpful. The front desk staff and food options were also excellent. Room was updated and clean. Altogether a bright spot in an inconvenient situation

Our shuttle driver (Marlen) was amazing! Went out of his way to assist us! It was my first experience with getting an "uber" and it wasn't great but I must say Marlen came to our rescue and took us to our destination. He knew we were stressing. All hotels should have a Shuttle driver like Marlen. Denise

We had to pay for parking and on the first daywhen I asked for the room to be cleaned, I was told that the cleaning time was over. The cleaning team did not speak English and had trouble communicating with us even to request simply taking the trash out, bringing towels and making the bed.

Front desk person was so helpful! Room was very clean and spacious.

The room smelled dank, and I had such a hard time sleeping both nights I was there. I tried opening the window for some fresh air, but its sealed shut (and dirty!)

Yes everything was fine, something that I noticed driver for the airport shuttle he don't drop you off in from of your airline, he left you in the first floor you have to take the elevator to 3rd floor.. is ok (MCO ORLANDO)

Ideal location to airport and staff extremely friendly and helpful

When I first arrived, the front desk girl didn’t seem to have any idea what was going on. When I got to my room, I sat on the bed and could feel the springs underneath the bedspread. Needless to say, it was a very uncomfortable sleep. The only coffee option before 7 AM was the cup in the room with packet powdered cream. I went to the lobby to get a fresh cup and the girl without looking up from her phone informed me that there wasn’t any and that I couldn’t get any until 7 AM. I had to leave for the airport by 6:30. The high point of the stray was Rebecca the bartender who was very kind and helpful. Other than that, I would never stay there again. Not a good experience.

Spent the night after a long flight from Europe. I didn’t have to wait long for the shuttle, check-in in was easy, the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the sheets of good quality. My only regret was that I couldn’t relax at the bar because I was too tired!

The shuttle driver whose name is Tiger is wonderful. On time, pleasant, and helpful for a first timer who needed info. Very professional but warm. Would recommend this place for anyone. Clean, good accommodations. Great staff.

It was difficult to call them. Defaults to central booking. They transferred me to customer service, but then I had to enter res# and I was driving. Only wanted to ask a question about shuttle for early flight and ended up stopping at hotel to ask before dropping off rental car. Also microwave would not open unless I pulled it out and unplugged it. Otherwise, the people were great and room was nice.

Clean, friendly staff, great food, and excellent location. The only downside is that the walls are thin. I spent my entire night listening to a couple argue and snore. Most likely, I won’t stay here again because privacy and quietness are important to me.

Very well kept overall. Lobby was inviting, staff attentive, and the restaurant is more of a bar with nice tables/chairs in the other side of lobby- would have given all 5s but it seemed like carpet cleaner was still on some parts of floor. My burger was overcooked but I still enjoyed it.

I think the only con or gripe I would have is that the parking offered by the Sheraton for a long-term stay was way more expensive than other places. We had to go with another long-term parking company even though we stayed at this facility both coming and going from our trip abroad.

One of the most clean, good location, quiet hotels I have ever been too. Staff was so friendly, convenient restaurant and bar in the hotel. Rooms were super big with a living room that was separate from the actual bed. One of the cheaper options for this area. I would recommend getting this room to anyone. Also the free water bottles and Starbucks coffees in room free was a nice added perk! Shout out to all staff for making this start to vacation unforgettable!! You all truly take passion in what you do and it shows. From the house keeper, from desk, and shuttle guys I was so pleased! Thank you again!

The charge for parking is a huge SCAM , what on earth they expect me to get there ?! The room furniture is rundown and falling apart. NO TOOTHPAST in the room and when I asked for it they told me to come and get it because no one was available to bring it to me !! This is not the Sheraton that I used to know !?

The room was clean and the staff was nice. However, when i walked into my room, there was a very big difference of the clean smell from the hallway into my room. The room smelled like mildew/mold and it felt as if everything was wet. Also, I had two tvs in the room and both of them had no cable and did not work. It kept saying "weak signal", which was annoying because i was on a vacation getaway by myself.

The shuttle service from the Airport was a huge plus.. Customer service desk was very professional and the cleaniless of the facility was awesome.

I liked the closeness/location of the property to the airport. It was very convenient. The staff were friendly helpful and friendly, even late at night. They answered all our questions and were able to help with everything we needed. The room was spacious and we loved the space in the bathroom. The only downside was the musty smell in the room as soon as we walked in. The pull out couch was damp which we think caused the smell in the room.

Was convenient as was very close to the airport. The property looked well kept up. The room for being Sheraton was surprised did have a musty smell, the shower floor is very worn and had yellow stains. I think it needs a refresh. The comfort of the bed was okay 6 out of 10. The staff I will give them a 10 and the shuttle driver was super nice.

Quick ride from the airport. Suite was spacious and cost reasonable. Room was clean although the corridor to the room smelled a little. The shuttle service was a nice touch although a little confusing to find.

So expensive and no one tells you that you have to pay for parking or how much it cost. You hid the extra cost just to get the booking. Then you still don't even talk about parking at all during check in, let alone letting me the cost. Very shady!

Very professional

The property is conveniently Located close to the airport which was our biggest concern but the property is a bit dated, the bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain water was able to be spared all over the sofa bad made lots of sounds as my kids were sleeping.

I think its nuts that they charge their own guests $21 to park in their parking lot. I had to park behind the building and walk back to the entrance in the dark by myself. Not safe and not cool to charge to park if I paid $130 for a room.

My husband and I have stayed here twice and were impressed each time. Staff is great. The food is great, particularly the Cali Cobb Salad and calamari appetizer. Rooms are very nice. The free shuttle to and from the airport is fantastic. We live in Minnesota and will always stay here when we are cruising out of Cape Canaveral.

Best thing about here is the friendliest of the staff.

The indoor pool was under construction. The cleaning staff was talking loudly in the hallways every morning by 7am. I couldn’t sleep in for one morning during my stay there.

We stayed at the Sheraton because we had an overnight layover for our flight from San Juan,PR to Cleveland,OH and this hotel provided a free shuttle to and from the airport. We were very pleased with our stay! The staff were extremely friendly. Marlin, a joyful Jamaican man was a god send to us in a stressful circumstance where we did not have our luggage. We bought him dinner and gave him a nice tip! We would stay at this hotel again when needing shuttle service. Our only minor issue was the pool was rather small and not as expected from the photos.

Rooms were very clean and modernized, more than enough towels and toiletries. Restaurant can improve on the menu items. Utensils were not as clean as expected. The pool was nice partially indoor and out door. I just didn’t like the fact that the pool is behind the glass by the bar and restaurant so the other guess can see you while sitting at the bar
