This hotel is top notch. Aside from the high parking fee, it’s the perfect stay. The staff members were friendly, the restaurants on site are delicious, the market was convenient and room service was time efficient and reasonably priced. I will definitely stay again.

I love my room, the boutique suite, the glass shower door and also the bathtub. I also had a wonderful view looking at the pool. I enjoyed the pool in the Jacuzzi just a relaxing vacation. I stayed there at least once a month so beautiful I highly recommend this beautiful resort.

Absolutely one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The room was extremely clean, service every day, incredibly comfortable bedding. The pool area was well maintained with bar service coming to the pool. I could not believe what an incredible stay for the money. I will definitely be back.

The place is okay with very friendly staff; however, you have to pay extra for everything. Breakfast is not included, it is $30. The gym is $10 for each use. $36 per day for parking you vehicle. No microwave in the rooms, you have to use the one in the common area on the lower level.

The 2 mornings we were their we had Breakfast at the Buffet Breakfast, I can't remember the name of the resteraunt, but anyway, Ron our server was absolutely amazing. He always makes us feel welcome and he makes the experience of being there wonderful. We love the hotel and we will always keep coming back and we will always ask for Ron. This place was just ok, we chose it for the great price. The hotel has started to age and greatly needs updating. The pool area was packed and difficult to enjoy. The golf course was beautiful and we enjoyed our morning there, and the day spa was also lovely.

The facility is beautiful but it's going through a transition with renovations . The breakfast on site was phenomenal and created to order. The burger at Tobias was very tasty as well. My only problem was we could not enjoy the hot tub bc kids were jumping in and out of it. There should be an age requirement for the hot tub.

This place was really cool and massive has like 12 different places to eat has 4 pools with 2 hot tubs and a lot I didn't even get to experience because I was only there for 1 night.

I’ve stayed here several times and enjoy being a guest here. Staff and service was kicked up a notch this time and it shows in the rooms and all around the property.

The staff was very friendly, the property is beautiful, and the pool was amazing! Our room had a slight weird smell, and the water pressure in both the shower and sink was pretty low, but besides that everything was great. The parking shuttle was also always available and very convenient.

Shingle Creek is my favorite hotel in Orlando. The staff is friendly, rooms spacious, pools are relaxing and the food is top notch. 10/10 recommend.

Great hotel all around

Best Hotel

My fiancée and I stayed here for the weekend, and my expectations were unfortunately not met. After our first nights stay, we returned to find our room untidy and not cleaned. We visited a few of the restaurants within the hotel, and there were a few employees who were unwelcoming and not very courteous. We would walk through the halls to see towels on the floors and food trays sitting out. Overall, we would not book a stay with this hotel in the future.

My only gripe is the absolutely out of control room service and parking charges. The hotel includes gratuities, service fees, and tax to everything. A pot of coffee from room service is listed as $20. In reality the final bill was $28 and change. And $48 valet parking fees per night. So while the resort keeps their accommodation fees reasonable they really put the screws to you after check in. Budget a lot of extra money if you plan to hang around the resort swimming, eating and drinking.

We moved from a pretty awful stay at Margaritaville Orlando to the Rosen at Shingle Creek. It was an excellent experience from check-in to check-out. From the pool area, restaurants, hospitality and the room, we immensely enjoyed everything. We will definitely be back!

This has been hard to property for at least 15 years in the Orlando area. Historically, it was a beautiful well-kept property that have gorgeous communities and a great golf course. Post Covid both of staff the condition of the property as well as the customer service has fallen will below far for a four star hotel, unfortunately after a long, good stent staying here because it was convenient to Disney for my family, but also a great golf course for my husband to play. We will no longer be returning to this property over past several days some of the incidents we have had to endure is on our last trip. We were given a room that had no beds in it literally in a room with no beds. They wound up bringing us rollaway beds because they said they were sold out. It was a large conference room, but it was the most ridiculous thing ever. On our visit before that there was so much weed on our hall. We had to call security because we have children and we were really extremely scared of the kids. We’re gonna get high security said they could do nothing about it because they weren’t allowed to go door to door to figure out where the smell of the weed was coming from. The visit prior to that the hotel is hosting out of town, power line and due to a storm. We respect the power line. We also respect the work that they do. However, I have two young girls, and they were cussed in the parking lot by some intoxicated workers, which was not ok

For how much I paid for one night, my family and my expectations were exceeded. The resort was beautiful and extremely clean. We came up from south Florida for my daughter's birthday and the kids loved swimming in the multiple pools and there were tons of food options if we didnt want to leave the hotel. The only cons were the poolside drinks were extremely over priced and the arcade was impossible to win any claw machines.

We have been coming here ever since the property was inaugurated. Its has been maintained very well since day one. Literrally we have stayed here for over 2-26times over these years. And we will reuturn for sure !

Our stay was overall very enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our trip, especially during check-in and whenever we had questions. The location was convenient for getting around Orlando and close to attractions and restaurants, which made traveling with my daughter much easier. It was also very convenient that the hotel was near everything.

During my 2 night stay on the 8 floor, the a c unit i set to auto and every time it came on the sound was loud and it disturbed my wife and myself sleeping most of our stay. On Saturday 5/2/26 it rained pretty much of the morning throughout early evening. We stayed in our room and there a lot banging noises as if there were construction going on. The front desk female Erin?, did NOT explain in detail that you had to pay for self parking. I have stayed at this hotel on 2 other occasions and I did not have to pay for self parking. The screen at check in did not explain paying for parking as well.

I always have breakfast at the resort it was yummy as always!!! And the spa experience was absolutely phenomenal i felt like i went to heaven and back. I will definitely be booking another one during my next stay in two weeks from now for my Birthday!!!!

The event we were there for was very well run. The catering was delicious. And the meeting rooms were in good shape. Most crucially, our plumbing was a mess. We had no water pressure and the hot water in the shower sputtered and made sounds like a lawnmower. And it leaked constantly all over the floor. And the sink only had scorching hot water no matter which way we moved the knob. We asked to have it serviced but nothing was done. Some of the amenities were broken, too, like the pool lounges. And our room had no ventilation so it was constantly humid like a sauna. They need some work on the infrastructure. I was even charged for 3 days of parking I didn’t use, which they did remove from my bill upon request. Even with all that, we really enjoyed our stay. The poolside cocktails helped :)

Before you check in make sure you ask if they are doing construction in the room above you. If not you will hear loud noise until 6pm on Saturday night and again Sunday morning at 9am. Unacceptable in my opinion on a weekend for sure. When asked from desk Saturday I was told they work every day. Then on Sunday when I brought to the attention of from desk management I was told the same thing they work every day. Instead of yelling I walked away. We live in the area and there are several hotels and treating a local this way is unacceptable

The only thing you should keep in mind is that if you are parking by your self it cost $36 a night if it’s valet parking it cost $46. Staying in the hotel is a very good price but because of the car parking I’d rather stay in any other hotel since the price is the same or slightly better but if the parking isn’t a problem then this is the hotel for you.

The rooms were very clean and large enough. The pools were great and lots of towels available and cold water available also. The restaurants were great. My wife and I could order one meal and split it since there was so much food. The shop in the grill was also very useful with coffee, water, breakfast food to go.

A beautiful resort! I loved having all of the restaurants inside the hotel. It was very clean and beautiful. The staff was not the friendliest inside of the market or front desk. We had a corporate event there and it was very hard to find somewhere to eat during lunch because there were so many people.

Room was dated. Typical 1980s Florida. After breakfast hours the downstairs is so quiet you can hear a pin drop. The outside is beautiful and overall good value.

We wanted to stay somewhere close to Epic Universe as this was our first visit to the park. The biggest perks for us for our hotel stay was location and a pool. I knew there was a lot of amenities at this particular hotel, I kind of skimmed over everything and was pleased with what I saw. As soon as we drove through the front gate, everything was beyond perfect. We were immediately greeted by the valet staff who got us a luggage cart. I parked the car in the self parking area while my husband and daughter checked in. The hotel lobby is absolutely breathtaking, I couldn’t believe how big this hotel was. It was very clean, and very fancy. We made our way to our room which overlooked the golf course. We got a 2 queen bed room and it was just what we needed. The beds were nice and comfortable. We made our way back down to the lobby to check everything out. Our first stop was in the market, we got some sandwiches and desserts which were delicious. We made our way out to the pool area, which we couldn’t wait to check out later. The golf course by the water was super peaceful and the arcade was tons of fun with lots of cool prizes you could win, which was a big hit with our daughter. Lyft pick up was very easy and so was getting in and out of the self parking lot. We spent the day at Epic Universe and couldn’t wait to get back to the hotel to soak and relax in the hot tub. Afterwards, we got room service and the food was really good. Overall, our stay was a 10 out of 10!

The hotel was good. The rooms need remodeling bad but they’re very clean. All carpet with we do not love. For the price, we would stay again. It’s a huge hotel with decent restaurants and room service. Coffee was great when delivered to the room. Be prepared to pay for both self park or valet.

The only issue we experienced was with valet service. We waited approximately 40 minutes for our vehicle, and it was only brought after we followed up. We were later informed that the valet attendant had inadvertently returned the keys to the desk. While we understand there was an event and the team was busy, other guests appeared to receive their vehicles within just a few minutes. Unfortunately, this delay caused us to be late for a dinner reservation, and with two small children who were hungry and tired, it created unnecessary stress. Aside from this incident, everything else during our stay was very good, and we truly appreciated the cleanliness and hospitality.

Great resort!! We stayed there with our dog for two nights, and they were very accommodating. We took walks on the golf courses around the property, and the views were just spectacular. The rooms need some updating, but they were very clean and the service was outstanding. That’s why we’re giving it 5 stars. Highly recommended!

We love staying at this resort. All the staff we spoke with were helpful and courteous. The beds are comfy, and the resort offers great amenities.

The food options were great. Three fine dining restaurants, Java cafe offers Starbucks coffees, Boba place was always closed during our Saturday-Monday stay. Mexican restaurant was great, the burger place was amazinggggg and so was the sushi restaurant. See pictures of the food. Our teens enjoyed all the amenities at the hotel. The resort it’s self was great. Very clean, lots of amenities and really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Only thing I would say is the staff was not very welcoming or friendly. Didn’t need staff other than checking in and out but it wasn’t the best interactions.

Love this place!

The room was clean, but becoming in need of a remodel. Curtains had holes in them, the bathrooms are in need of updates, the television channels were in and out throughout the day. The extra fees and cost of additional items have become more expensive than airport items.

Customer service of all staff was excellent! Very accommodating and attentive. Will definitely recommend to others and will stay again.

Room was great, service was great, spa was great. The only thing I don't agree with is the $38 parking per day. Are you kidding!!! is not like we are @ Disney. I understand charging valet or for people that are not staying but for guest? No way. For that alone I wont be back.

I took the family to Orlando for a last minute weekend trip. The hotel was beautiful and well equipped. I found the staff to be professional, and attentive. Best of all, the rooms were clean, and well equipped. Great experience, I would definitely stay here again.

I’ve now stayed at this hotel twice, and both experiences have been excellent. The rooms are consistently very clean, fresh, and well maintained, which makes for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Other than the Front desk registration girl Kaylee not keeping her word about calling us when our room was ready. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. The registration Worker almost had me leave a 4 star but it wouldn’t be fair to the other hard workers.

Everything was great from the resort, staff, amenities, room and the location. I envited some friends that had never been to your resort and they absolutely loved it and said they are definitely coming back.

The pool facilities were outstanding. There were plenty of fresh towels, convenient water stations, and a brilliant pool bar that kept the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable. We had a lovely poolside lunch and drinks at CatTails which was perfect for a sunny afternoon. The true standout of the trip, though, was Cala Bella The food, wine, and overall experience were absolutely incredible and easily the highlight of our stay. The Lobster Ravioli and Chicken Parm were 10/10. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise. The buffet offered a very good variety and excellent value, making it a great way to start the day. Overall, Rosen Shingle Creek delivers comfort, quality, and exceptional service in every area. We would definitely revisit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Lovely hotel. I would have given five stars, but they charge you to use the gym. I have never seen a hotel do that before. Def feels like an unnecessary dick move. Gym access should be included in the booking.

Fees, fees, and more fees. This is a pretty nice place but is is not the value it disguises itself to be. I am savvy enough to read the fine print and check for buried fees when staying at a "resort" like this. Expedia showed all of the fees along with the statement: "these are all of the fees reported to us by the facility." Unfortunately there was STILL a $38 a day "self-parking" fee. Expedia's disclaimer statement lets us know that the parking fee was not reported to them by the hotel. Hey guys: just put the fees on the room price and stop playing games. Budget conscious consumers REALLY appreciate transparency.

We love the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort! We try to come here every year. Price is great, staff is friendly and amazing. Many restaurants to choose from and location is perfect to the theme parks.

I honestly loved it and will def be staying there again!

The hotel was at very low capacity so a lot of the restaurants / bars were closed and the buffet breakfast was not being served. This was very disappointing as we had reserved 3 rooms for the family to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday. We had stayed here before to celebrate our daughters 21st birthday and we had a lovely time which is why we booked again - such a shame! We were not told at check in that the hotels amenities had been reduced, if we had of been told, we could have re-arranged our plans. We did not check in until early evening, when our plans were to have a drink at the pool bar, meal at the Burger restaurant and then a lovely buffet breakfast the next day - all 3 were unavailable. We ended up having a sandwich from the deli! It is a beautiful hotel, but unfortunately we had a very disappointing time.

I do not recommend staying here. The room was dirty and smelled like mold. The bathroom shower faucet was leaky. There were bits of food left on the carpet. It was so bad - I checked out same day instead of staying the scheduled 4 nights.

What a beautiful resort! It is beautifully decorated for Christmas with lots of lights and trees wonderfully decorated. I only stayed one night so I did not have breakfast but I did use the market place and the food was delicious and love that it was open 24 hrs. Will definitely stay here again!

Expensive to eat there but the options were nice, for those who can afford it. The room was nice, clean and modern, with plenty of space. Nice big windows overlooking the pool on one side of the hotel, or the International Drive scene on the other side of the hotel so either way, you get a great view.

Breakfast was good

Don’t be misled by the room rate. They charge you $36 a night for self parking. Location was convenient and facilities nice.

The stay was very pleasant. The rooms are very clean, the staff is friendly, and the hotel is beautiful. I have stayed at other Rosen hotels and they never disappoint.

The only things that weren't ideal is the parking and the pillows. But everything else was fantastic

Overall I absolutely love this resort. I have been coming here for a while now and I really love the location, food, amenities and the staff. I only stayed for one night but I truly enjoyed my stay. The bed was very comfortable, although my tub wasn’t the cleanest. I still highly recommend this resort to everyone.

Overall this is a solid resort. Clean, friendly staff, beautiful grounds. The hotel does feel a little dated but well kept. Was here for a conference and was inundated with additional fees for every small thing which was extremely disappointing. Definitely felt grifty at times and like the resort was looking to make a buck vs. providing services to its guests.

I loved everything about this resort! And it’s 5 minutes from Epic Universal, so that was a bonus.
