El hotel esta muy bien ubicado. El aire acondicionado funciona bien. Necesita un poco de cariño, porque tiene algunos detalles en las paredes y otras áreas. Ofrece servicio de shutters a los parques de Universal y algunos de Disney. Ahora cobran el parking cosa que antes no hacian. Overall si necesitas un espacio donde descansar despues de un día en los parques u otras actividades es una buena opción.

Great location, staff, pools, and value. Some rooms are typical Florida dated motel-style. This was on the lower end of the several Rosen properties we've stayed at.

Location is perfect, front desk staff and shop staff are lovely It is a bit outdated with decor etc and can be a bit smelly when going in but with the humidity orlando gets, it would be expected. The cleaning could be a bit better but I bring my own wipes and sleeping bags etc and it does the job.

It was my birthday weekend get away I live just a little over an hr away had to pick up hurts from Mco., was out and about for most of the time I can say it is on the street where attractions and theme parks with restaurants, pharmacy, souvenirs etc. area is pedestrian friendly was easily accessible, the local trolley to sea world/discovery and aquatica runs right by the hotel and a bus to universal studios too picks up from the front of hotel It’s a hotel for a short few days stay and there’s a bar and mini shop w food and gift shop on site too. The swimming pool was a nice size there one for kids too. Check in was easy. The location was close to high ways and airport is about 20 mins or so away.

it was spacious, newly decorated. The staff edpecislly Renee at the travel desk, my Chi town girl, were very very helpful. Breakfast was Great! Loved the berries, yogurt and egg omelets, good coffer, prices fair for the competition. Would love to come back and spend a week or two. Loved the trolley and all the stops on I-drive.

If you just need somewhere to sleep for the night then it’s a “fair” option, nothing more. The rooms are very outdated. No frills here. Spend a little extra and go to a chain hotel. There is security though so that is a plus in terms of parking and not worrying about your vehicle overnight.

We stay here all the time. But now they charge parking. Also why are the toilets so low? Lol and we had an issue with the AC so I called front desk at 2pm and they showed up at 11pm with us in bed!! Had to get up so they could fix it. Might look into something different next time but it was nice while it lasted .

Very close to universal and offered shuttle buses to and from. The staff was friendly and helpful. Facility was very nice overall. We got a room with 2 beds and the beds were doubles instead of queens, so a little cramped for two people. They were advertised as doubles, but I thought it just meant two beds in the room, not that they were double beds, partially my fault. There was also a dead cockroach in the bathroom. No live ones, so that was good.

Breakfast buffet was not included and overpriced for the soggy eggs they served. The lounge was nice and the food is good but make sure the bartender writes done your order or he will get it wrong. The pool area is beautiful and a nice place to relax or take a dip to cool off. Id suggest a pool view upper level room for the best view. But it is a great hotel to stay for the price. Id stay again.

Unfortunately, this stay was really disappointing. The air conditioning didn’t work for a full day, and since I was traveling with my autistic son, having a comfortable room environment was extremely important for us. Also, the Light Bite store, which was supposed to be open, was closed every time we attempted to go, even at different hours throughout the day. After long days out, this became very inconvenient. In addition, I reported that $200 went missing from the room. I’m not trying to create unnecessary conflict, but I did bring it to the attention of staff and did not feel it was properly addressed. I also want to mention my experience with guest services. When I first called to report the issues, Sean was extremely helpful, professional, and kind, and I truly appreciated his assistance. However, during a later call, Michael was rude and repeatedly cut me off while I was trying to explain my concerns, which made an already frustrating situation feel even worse. I had high hopes for this stay because of how positive my previous experience was, so this was disappointing. I truly hope improvements are made moving forward, because the location and overall potential of the hotel is GREAT!!!

The facility was clean and staff mostly helpful. It was raining very hard and we asked one of the staff if we could get to our room from the office without getting to wet. She thought about it and said that some of the areas are not covered so not a good idea. We did it and did not get whet. Right next to the biggest McDonald's in the United States, walking distance. Hotel is very nice for the price.

No I tend to use this hotel regularly because I enjoy the stay always with no worries. If I ever have an issue they have always corrected it immediately.

The check-in was fine. But when we entered our room, we found that there was mold/black spots all over our shower. The second day of our stay, our room keys stopped working. We went to the front desk to fix it, and the man tried to insinuate it was our fault and that we had somehow de-magnetized them. While he was fixing our room keys, he took a phone call and then he put our keys back on the desk without saying anything to us or making any gesture to signify it was fixed. We waited until he was off the phone to make sure we were all set, and then he looked at us like he was confused what we were still doing there. Housekeeping only came in our rooms to put more towels in the bathrooms but they didn’t even empty out the trash bins.

This is a gated hotel that makes you feel safe and posh all in one go. It was amazingly clean with clean dry towels everyday (should have to add that part but…..). Staff were amazing. Gate stuff super friendly and gave a lil wave every time my family left or came back. Lastly location, location, location. It has it all. Less than 20 mins to Disney or Universal.

We were so disappointed after thinking we were going to a resort. This hotel has not been updated in a very long time. Difficulty getting in the door and then the door had a deadlock bolt to make you think you must really need it. Furniture was ripped, etc. Went right back to front desk nd they cancelled the reservation without any questions asked. The other two Rosens - the conference center sand the plaza were lovely

Staff were friendly. Quick check in. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Toilet was not functioning properly. Not sure why it’s a resort. Nothing resort about it. Did not like the $10 a day parking but that’s on me for not checking if they charged for parking. Breakfast buffet was $20 per adult and $11 per child. Again on me for not checking if free breakfast was included. Great location. I would still recommend staying here. It served its purpose.

The bed was awesome. We had two beds and that was cool because it gave us the proper space for our luggages and to sleep. The bathroom was good as well and the location is great because it near the parks and have everything you may need around the property (restaurants and gas stations for instance). One other important topic to highlight is that the hotel is inside a private property and this keeps us more safe. The stores and restaurants inside the property is also cool. The hygiene of the room was not what I expected. For 2 days in a row we found 2 cockroaches. This is something that bothered me a lot. One thing that is not guilty of the property but also was annoying is that there was a construction site nearby doing a loud and boring noise all the time during the day.

The place has been re decorated since our last visit. Bar and restaurant lovely, staff excellent too. Expanded bar food menu really helps. Guest dumping their recycling from their purchases at the out let's in the communal trash cans that were too small for an adult shoe box let alone 4! Bit of an eyesore.

Clean room! Excellent facilities. Staff was really kind and helpful. We did not had time to use the pools, but they looked so tempting. We will be staying again within the Rosen Inn hotels group.

It was quite Walking to the lobby for my orders. I do understand it safely however when you have walking issues and trying to carry bags. I did get lost every time. Some area are to dark.

Unfortunately, things didn’t improve. Our ground-floor room near the rear exit (car park) was extremely noisy. It genuinely felt like there was no soundproofing—traffic, people walking past late at night, and general outside noise were constant. One evening, we even overheard a distressing domestic situation outside, and on both nights, a guest in a neighboring room was loudly discussing trying to hire prostitutes while sitting outside. Although staff did intervene, the issue kept recurring. Inside the room, the problems continued. The air conditioning unit was very loud and outdated. The walls were so thin that we could clearly hear conversations, TV noise, and even someone coughing next door—which woke us up at 6am. We also noticed the smell of weed coming from the back car park. The room itself was dated but generally clean, which is one positive. However, we did spot a few small cockroaches in the sink. Given the overall experience, we were shocked—especially considering the positive reviews we had read beforehand. Perhaps we were just unlucky with our room and neighbors, but feeling unsafe and uncomfortable goes beyond expectation

My main frustration, however, was with the laundry room. I understand Rosen likely uses a third-party vendor, but there are definitely opportunities for improvement. The website states the machines are coin-operated, so I came prepared with quarters. Unfortunately, the washers and dryers don’t accept quarters—you have to purchase tokens (which were actually CiCi’s Pizza tokens), and the machine only accepts dollar bills. Around 10 PM, I went to do laundry before my flight home and realized my quarters were useless. I drove to Walgreens to get a $10 bill since the machine indicated it accepted $1, $5, and $10 bills. When I returned, the machine wouldn’t accept my $10, so I had to make another trip to a convenience store just to get smaller bills. Even after finally starting my laundry, only one dryer was working—and it was constantly in use. I set a one-hour timer and checked several times, but it never became available. By 3 AM, I gave up and had to bring my wet clothes back to my room and pack them in my luggage for my flight home. If you think you might need to use the laundry facilities during your stay, I would strongly recommend planning an alternative.

It was great considering the price point and location. The only detail was the bathroom when I checked in was less than great, with some sand in the bathtub and messy towels in the floor, and also a cockroach around. But the staff answered promptly and came in to clean. Would 100% stay again because of the price and location.

Good hotel for a vocation to Universal Orlando resort

The location was excellent. The complimentary shuttle service to Universal Studios was both comfortable and secure. Regarding Disney parks, an Uber ride typically took about 30 minutes and cost between $20 and $50, depending on the time of day. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, the staff members were very friendly, and the opportunity to relax by the pool was also a delightful experience. If you are seeking an affordable hotel that provides all the necessary comforts, this establishment comes highly recommended. It would be lovely to have some water in the room. I am accustomed to this amenity in Europe. This was my initial visit to the USA, and I am not entirely familiar with how mini-bar selections operate here.

It's near several attractions to include Pointe Orlando and then a 10 minute drive (or half hour walk depending on your speed) to Universal Studios I thought dinner buffett would be open but they were not. I wish they had more rooms with single beds available on booking.com.

Nothing. The image in your booking site is not the image of the location. The hotel is old and run down. Room was old, doors inside the room didn't close properly or got stuck when closed. Water pressure was low. Tub was dirty, toilet height is almost to the floor, fridge racks collapsed, microwave locked itself. The security is a joke and you have the nerve to charge for daily parking. Wish I had taken photos as they speak louder than words.

However, upon arrival, I was told they only offer limited transportation, mainly to Universal. A staff member even admitted this confusion has happened to other guests before, which is unacceptable. If this is a known issue, it should have been corrected already instead of continuing to mislead guests. The room conditions were also below expectations. There was constant noise, people smoking nearby, and overall it did not feel worth the price I paid, especially considering the transportation was the main reason I booked. We were moved to another hotel, which was slightly better, but the inconvenience cost me valuable time. I had dinner plans that night and missed them because of the situation. Unfortunately, the second room still had issues—noisy area, dirty towels, and a door that was difficult to open. Transportation remained very limited, with only one shuttle to Epcot at an inconvenient time. Overall, the hotel needs to be more transparent and accurate. I would not recommend staying here.

First, they gave us a room where the door didnt want to open..you have ti scan your room key about 4-5 times and apply pressure to get the door open. The room AC did not work well. The room itself had a bad odor. Probably from the carpets. The shower head was leaking onto the roof and water splash everywhere. While we were staying, apparently Icon park had some take over and people were running everywhere around the hotel. Security was just letting people in. Helicopters we're flying around looking for someone. The hotel also tried to charge us $10 to pick up our amazon package that we had sent there. We did not feel safe. I immediately checked us out and moved hotels.

We did see one bug in the bed bedroom not sure what kind of bug it was, but that’s the only negative comment I would have. Otherwise a place was great for families and personal getaways.

The first room we got had a small live roach in the bathroom, there was something very sticky on the dresser and the tub had dirty feet marks; after complaining about the room, they did move us and that room was clean and smelled much better than the first one. I don't know if the first room wasn't cleaned but the second was much better.

The room was old, dark, and had a bad odor. I didn’t see bugs but I have never been so uncomfortable staying at a hotel. We had several issues with the door to the room and there was a weird lock on the door. I guess you really get what you pay for. I will never stay here again. I barely got rest. The rooms need remodeling and the bathtub was stained and dirty. I didn’t even take a shower. I’m glad it was just a one night stay! I would not recommend this place. The only reason I gave it two stars was because I didn’t see bugs. Well I saw one but it was a fly so I will let that pass this time!

I was there March 27 - 30 2026 and have yet to receive my $50 room fee back and yes I have called the location at 7600 International Drive in reference to the matter and still yet to receive my $50 back.Also being charged $10 a night for parking at a hotel you have reservations at is redicolous so my bill when from $360 to $390 plus a $50 room fee costing me $440 dollarCan you please help me at least to get back my $50 room fee I will never make reservations here again

Hotel was not what we expected at all. It is very outdated. It is located right off a major highway and the traffic noise is super annoying for sleeping. There is construction on the street you enter and it is very hard to access. The room was clean but definitely needs to be updated to today's standards. The cooling unit is so old it couldn't keep up with the high Florida temperatures. The lobby staff was friendly at check in but you get grabbed up by sales people trying to sell vacation packages. The pool was nice and well maintained.

The hotel is big and spread out, room big with refrigerator and microwave. Restaurant closes at 9 pm but has a smaller store for pizza or tenders. The bus has to be reserved with time at the lobby.

Nice rooms, pools nice, but encounter one of the biggest disappointment. I was mislead when doing my booking that breakfast is serve. Upon presenting myself and family for breakfast. We were told we have to pay. Misleading!!!

My family has enjoyed the Rosen Inn for many years! It’s always a dependable, enjoyable and affordable stay. The ONLY thing bad I have to say is the breakfast (extra cost) is less than satisfactory—-and at $65 for four people I have had way better.

Overall good stay. Was a surprise $10 a day passing charge not listed anywhere that was not included in total price quote.

Had a great time staying at the Rosen Inn International. The staff was great and informative and the location was perfect.

Unfortunately there was an infestation of ants in our hotel room and the rooms are very outdated and the place needs an overall renovation. I stayed only one night during my 1 week stay in Orlando and checked out then went to a better hotel. If they do a complete renovation I think it would be a whole lot better.

Stayed while attending a show at the convention center. Front desk was great. Travel desk was great. Rooms could use an update but they were fine - spacious, good amenities. House cleaning was there every day and did fine. Trolley to convention center was somewhat regular, traffic makes it difficult but it was good for us in the end.

The first room had no heat. I am disabled and the room was so cold that i had cramps. I was moved to another room and the heater worked but there where only 2 curtains and there was renovation next door or upstairs for hours and hours... drilling and bagibg for hours. We got no sleep and we lost the spirit of our vist. Terrible stay. I hope after renovation you do better by your cutoners who come to invest thousands and thousands of dollars into your local economy.

Our initial room had a strong odor, which my wife was allergic to! The staff was sympathetic and moved us to a room that did not have the odor and was fine for our two night stay. The grounds and out door pool were well kept and clean. Unfortunately, it was very cool outside during our stay, so no one was using the pool.

Older hotel, rooms need an upgrade

The door was hard to open and had trouble locking when leaving. There were bugs in the bathroom. Wish bed was made everyday.

Amazing location—clearly they spent all their effort on that and forgot about the hotel part. We stayed for four nights and somehow housekeeping never discovered our room. No cleaning, no trash removal, no bed made… truly impressive consistency. After complaining, they generously delivered a couple of towels, as if that solved everything. We then had to ask for bedsheets and make the bed ourselves. Five-star location, zero-star service. Would recommend only if you enjoy doing your own housekeeping on vacation.

Small double beds with uncomfortable pillows. Our light looked like it was going to fall apart, most of the elevators were out of order or took forever to get to your floor. Our TV barely worked. It would be playing a show and then all of a sudden the screen would go black but you could still hear the sounds. At other points, the sound would stop but the screen would be on. This wasn’t just my room. It also happened in our second room. Only positive thing about our experience were the staff and the water pressure.

We had a relaxing stay in this property. The room that we stayed in was comfortably clean, the staff are proper & accessible by walking to some restaurants, diners & some fast foods.

There are plenty of dining options within walking distance, including several Indian restaurants which was a huge plus. The atmosphere is very family-friendly, making it a reliable and convenient home base for an Orlando trip. Overall, a positive experience for the price point!

The pictures that they post are outdated. The elevators hardly ever worked. The cleaning staff left an envelope for a tip and we forgot to put a tip in in our room was hardly even touched. The towels had a smell to them. I was very disappointed.

I didn’t feel like the room was fully ready for my stay. When I arrived, I was asked for my room number even though I was still checking in. Once I was given a room, it didn’t seem thoroughly cleaned. The tub continued to run water after being turned off, the toilet needed fixing, and the AC unit began making a very loud noise. The property itself is great, but these small maintenance and cleanliness issues definitely need more attention.

Room had a very musty/moldy smell from it. I stay here several times a year and actually have an extended reservation and they couldn’t combine them so I had to wake up early to check in again and pay another deposit. The bed is sunken down and had several roaches alive and dead.
