The hotel smelled so fresh and clean. The room was very nice. Bathrooms a little small but were very clean. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Wish the breakfast was complimentary like most but breakfast selection was big and delicious. I give it a 5 star 10/10.

I like how quiet and peaceful the hotel was. I liked the fact that we could walk from the hotel to other places and restaurants and the proximity of the parks.

The hotel is older and looks it. The lounge has been permanently closed though their website doesn’t disclose that fact. The breakfast served in the restaurant is $14/person and is what is usually a free continental breakfast at other hotels (terrible food). The only good thing was the location.

Friendly and helpful staff, quick and spacious elevators, carpet in the room and a corridor as well. There were long black hairs in the bathroom. On the floor and in the bathtub. The chair was so dirty and the cooling system was very noisy.

Great place to stay in Orlando! The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Its location was excellent, very close to the theme parks, which made getting around easy and convenient. The room had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Orlando.

I always stay with Rosen Inns, every month throughout different locations in Orlando. I usually leave excellent reviews however, This one highly disappointed me this trip. My review today is not against the hotel, as the hotel was still clean, however mostly with the maintenance and staff. Unfortunately upon entering my room on this trip, I did not realize it at first but later that evening, as I went to brush my teeth the cold water faucet did not work so only hot water was available. Additionally, I became extremely nauseous later that night probably from something I ate at the park, not the hotel. My complaint was because the cold water was not working that night as I began to get sick and needed water and there was none available. I phoned the front desk to ask if someone could please possibly bring me some water. This is not a normal request for me only because I was unable to move as I was extremely ill, but needed water and hydration due to vomiting. I was told “we don’t have any water down here”, and there was no further explanation no further offer of assistance or anything. Needless to say, the next day as soon as I was able to start feeling better, I left the hotel. I do still love the Rosen Inn brand however, I will not return to this location.

Spotless clean, comfortable beds, super value for money, pool area, location! Nothing, I have come here over 20 times. The time before this I was unhappy and gave feedback. Said I would give it one last try and this time I found it had improved hugely!!!
- 2/5
Remote was broken, beds hard as a rock, shuttle to parks was inaccurate AND I called prior. They literally suggested I uber back if I use them and they only run like 4 hours on sat, BOTH restaurants weren’t functioning and breakfast you must pay $14 for food worse than free continental breakfast.

The Pros Location & Value: Generally excellent value for money, situated in a fantastic spot right on International Drive. Amenities: The Wi-Fi, pool, and gym were all of a good standard and easy to use. Parking: Plenty of parking available. It is $10 per night, but I understand it caps out at a maximum of $50 per stay. The Cons Dated Rooms & Odor: While the rooms were spacious and clean, they felt very dated. Additionally, during my first visit, there was a noticeable musky/damp smell across the entire floor. Temperamental AC: The air conditioning unit was very noisy and struggled with temperature control. It would turn off once it hit the target temperature, allowing the room to heat up quickly before kicking back on again. Major Concern: Late-Night Wellness Check & Management Response On my penultimate night at 10:45 PM, I was startled by a commotion at my door. A security guard was attempting to enter my room to perform a "wellness check" on the floor. Fortunately, I had deadbolted the door, so they could not fully enter, but the guard was very loud. While I entirely understand the necessity of daily wellness checks, conducting them this late at night is unacceptable. It could be incredibly disruptive or traumatic, especially for anyone with young families asleep. When I raised this with hotel management the following morning, the manager was incredibly blunt and unapologetic. He explained that their system had "failed" the previous evening, forcing the late check, but he completely failed to understand why a guard trying a door handle at nearly 11:00 PM was an issue. Procedures clearly need updating for when normal routines fail.

When we got there the room had roaches, as soon as we turned on the light the roaches hided, we left and came back and expected the room to be cleaned and organized as it is normal for hotels, but it wasn't like that, although they changed the towels they did not organize the room, so I called and complained about it and they explained that the housekeeping service it is only every 4 days, I requested a change of room due to the roaches and they were able to handle that quick and properly, so I was happy for the response and the kindness of the staff. Overall it was a decent stay, I was expecting more from the hotel but I guess it was okay.

Beds, where ok, the location was very good, everything was near, didn't try the breakfast, has a good gift shop a little expensive, but ok. rooms were clean on arrival and the beds where really comfy. The parking lot has a fee... so if you are in rental have to pay a fee of $10 each day u use the parking lot. The breakfast is a little expensive if you want to buy a side of the reservation. The reposition of the towels each day was ok, but they left the used towels in the room, so in my 4 days stay, I end up collecting 4 diferent towels in the room.

Not a very good experience for getting that the room was not ready. We had to wait then they told us that we had to pay for parking at the hotel so it was $10 a day that was not disclosed when I booked them OK and then the room is not clean. The crowns are not clean outdated and old. I would not book here again and then at the end they took $50 for room security that they will not release from my credit card. I have to fight with them to get it back.

The balconies are all permanently locked "for guest safety". The restaurant appears to be permanently closed as well. It seems like they are trying to get by with just the minimum of effort in all areas. Not a "nice" place, but it worked for the two nights we were there.

This was remodeled but is not a fancy hotel. I now LOVE this hotel! I've stayed at nicer hotels around Orlando before, but this Rosen Inn was one of the best experience for me. SPACIOUS room! AWESOME huge mini-mart in the lobby. BEST water pressure EVER! Rare to sleep comfortably in hotels and this was one of them. AC was not that annoying for me at all. Incredible location in the Sand Lake neighborhood alongside International Dr with all the stores and restaurants within walking distance. One of the BEST areas to spend a weekend at. Applebee's is directly across the street to walk at for meals. Ate there twice and enjoyed it. You can clearly see the Volcanic Bay's mountain across street on I-4 from the hotel. *Parking is not free.

We didn't use the breakfast room—I thought it was free. The room was very nice.
- 5/5
Everything was perfect
- 5/5
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. While not overly luxurious, everything was exactly what we needed—comfortable beds, a nice bathroom, and plenty of space for our family. Housekeeping did a great job keeping things tidy throughout our stay. One of the biggest highlights was the location. It’s super convenient to all the major attractions like Universal Studios and not too far from Disney, plus there are tons of restaurants and shops nearby within walking distance. That made everything so easy, especially traveling with kids. The hotel also has nice amenities, including clean pools and on-site dining options that were both affordable and convenient. It felt like a great value for the price, especially considering the location and service. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Rosen Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable, budget-friendly place to stay in Orlando. It’s perfect for families, couples, or anyone wanting a clean and convenient home base while exploring the area. I would absolutely stay here again!
- 5/5
The rooms should be cleaned daily.

Great customer service! I was able to check in early without a problem. Room was nice and clean. Had no issues during our stay. Thinking of coming back next year 😁
- 5/5
They had buses to take us to and from universal and epic universal. The rooms were clean and anything we needed to staff was super friendly about bringing to us.
- 4/5
The hotel was nice. The housekeeping staff was excellent. The hotel staff in general were all so nice. We did not have breakfast there but did take advantage of the Lite Bites on multiple days. No complaints there. The pricing was reasonable considering it was a hotel store. Air conditioning kept the room cold. We had an issue with the door lock but they fixed it quickly. All in all we decided we would stay there again if in the area.
- 3.5/5
Everything was really clean and the staff was amazing. There were no utensils or cutlery available. It’s impossible to microwave food. So even though there are microwaves in the rooms, they are kind of useless. Also, the sink being outside the restroom and right next to the rooms entrance is a bit outdated and makes it less private if someone is sharing rooms with friends or family.
- 1.5/5
We had a house keeper knock and crack the door (okay fine) but after saying no thank you our half her body into the room INSISTING to come clean up. Me and my roommate told her 8-10 times - no. Close the door. We have undressed minors in here and she WOULD NOT LISTEN. I had to get pretty ugly and yell at her to close the door because she stood there door open with 6 and 10 year old girls completely undressed. I am PISSED at this interaction. It shouldn’t taken a “no thank you” and moved on. I looked in this woman’s face and said “NO. CLOSE. THE. DOOR. We have naked kids in here” and she kept trying to get trash.
- 1/5
Staff was not available during arrival had to wait and yell for assistance as there wasn’t a bell or phone to use. I was inconvenienced at 1am to move my car from paid parking so another car could take my spot, but was told it was for construction. I had to wait anywhere from a 30 minute wait to an hour for room service for towel exchange. I felt like a bother when I asked for anything from front desk as the attendant had an attitude problem. I will not be staying here or recommending it to anyone for the foreseeable future.
- 5/5
Very clean, staff was great and for a great price highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again. Next time I visit Orlando.
- 3/5
It's alright, no complaints tho just a good cheap hotel near universal
- 3/5
Easy booking pretty straightforward, front desk was good. However, housekeeping not so much. My husband and I stayed for two nights. First night we arrived very late it was fine. However, second night when we came back our bed was not made we found it exactly the same as how we left it in the morning. They did change towels for clean ones but is the first time I stay in a hotel that does not make the bed for the guest. It was disappointing.
- 3/5
I wanted to give this hotel five stars because the amenities were beyond exceptional with a 24 hour mini mart where you could purchase a variety of food and snacks as well as a microwave to heat up food. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and the room itself was spacious with a fridge and microwave. However the TV in the room did not work nor did it have an HDMI cable to connect the TV to an outlet and the bathtub had previous renters hair in the bathtub/shower. Good for the price and location to Universal but I prefer to pay a littler extra for cleanliness and all working amenities.

We have stayed here several times in the past in the regular guest tower and it has been great. But this wasn't a pleasant, restful experience at all in the pet-friendly building. I would recommend this hotel if it's in the tower. Great rooms, quiet, friendly staff, extremely convenient to the Universal parks, and the price is really good. But if you need a pet-friendly accommodation, I would look elsewhere.

This hotel truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. We stayed for two nights and booked two rooms — both were spotless, with incredibly comfortable beds that made us feel at home. Traveling with a baby can be challenging, but the staff made everything so easy. Our request for a crib was handled quickly and with genuine care, which meant a lot to us as a family. What truly made this experience unforgettable was their honesty and exceptional service. I accidentally left a personal item in the room, and even two days after check-out, Donald Mann, the Director of Security, personally contacted me to let me know it had been found. Not only that, but he went above and beyond to help return it to me. That level of integrity and dedication is rare and deserves recognition. It’s not just a hotel — it’s a place where you feel valued and cared for. We visit Orlando often, and from now on, this will always be our first choice. Highly recommended!

Room had an unpleasant smell. Bathroom very small..Staff asking me to go to another building on the property late at night, which I understand was beyond their control if that building met full capacity, however, staff didn’t seem to be understanding 0/10….went to Holiday Inn Resort , 15 minutes away and had a very pleasant 2 night stay, clean, pleasant staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff, I rated Holiday Inn Resort 12/10

Very awesome and helpful staff. Very safe hotel, close to Universal and close to every thing for tourists. They offer shuttle buses to Universal parks with a convenient schedule, that's one of many things why I chose them. I would recomend the hotel to makes some upgrades like take out carpets of evry floo.

Buen precio muy central cerca a todo en orlando
- 5/5
Was a great place to stay close to universal
- 5/5
Great and clean
- 1/5
Bed smell , Mod in the room. Bug in the room.
- 2/5
door lock is broken, ironing board broken, microwave oven door broken...what a disaster in that room.
- 5/5
This is my second time staying at this location, I love that their breakfast dining option, location, their shuttle service to the Universal park. Unlike my first stay, this stay was inside the main building and there were a few things I was not not fond of: the lack of air circulation on the floors made the air in the halls muggy and stuffy feeling, the mold on the wall in the bathroom which clearly is a result of the bath towels hook location. Those walls after each stay, should be cleaned after each stay and or the hooks for the towels be moved to a different location. Although we were switched to a different room, it was the same issue in the other. Besides that, the room was clean and the stay excellent.
- 5/5
The room and bathroom was clean. The staff was nice.
- 5/5
Family friendly. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable
- 1/5
Went to the desk to check in the clerk ignored me after a few minutes I said hi I’m here to check in. She very rudely stated I have to finish sorting the mail have a seat in the lobby. It looked around and there was like 12 people sitting in the lobby all waiting on her to finish checking in her mail. Extremely rude took about another 30 minutes before I was able to check in. Went for the buffet breakfast in the morning. Had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated. The buffet was extremely limited and not good. There was lukewarm eggs, some bacon and sausage that appeared to be old the fruit consisted of a bowl of pineapples there was some grits and some cold still already made pancakes. They had bagels but no cream cheese for 30 bucks. It was definitely not worth it. I basically ate a piece of bread and three bites of cold eggs. They included a gratuity which I never would’ve paid that much because it was almost impossible to get anybody to bring you coffee. This is a place because of the rudeness of the staff I will never visit again.
- 5/5
Excellent on all levels!
- 2/5
The hotel in general feels dirty and worn out. Bathroom was gross, room smelled like mold. Staff could care less, we tried a Rosen property and won’t make that mistake twice.
- 3/5
Room was dated but clean. Hotel needs an update urgently. Wifi is not great, ice makers not working and halls smelled of smoke all of the time.
- 5/5
nice and clean
- 5/5
Comfortable, amenities & shuttle to Universal Studios
- 3/5
Room got the job done for a quick family trip. They could invest in pest control and fixing there laundry machines.
- 2/5
Hidden charges such as pay to park your car on their premise while you paid to stay. Breakfast was insinuated as free they they gave a 20% off ticket when O went to breakfast she said they just changed their policy and it was only 10% off they jist didnt have any new coupons. The room i was in was next to roadway very noisey. Mold around fridge smelled musty. No one cared about your stay or concerns. Will never stay here again nor recomend!
- 5/5
Yes, room was outstanding and staff was very attentive
- 5/5
The hotel was dated and it seemed a little sketchy at first, but it was clean and perfect for what we needed which was sleeping after being at the theme parks all day. I would stay there again for the price.
- 5/5
I went with my family(Husband and Daughter) it was conveniently close to many restaurants and driving distance to Universal, I liked that they had many great amenities but unfortunately the restaurant in the hotel was not available but there's plenty of places walking distance to choose from and they have a little shop inside the hotel. The staff was nice.
- 4/5
My criteria for a good hotel are clean room, comfortable beds, and clean bathroom/shower. This hotel definitely satisfied all those needs! It's not fancy or elegant but I didn't need that because I was in town for a convention and just needed someplace to sleep at night and shower in the morning. I would stay here again.
- 2/5
Room neglected staff not helpful website needs upgrade
- 5/5
Staff was great. The shuttle to the park was a plus and they had many times for pick up and drop. The room was clean
- 5/5
The room was spotless.
- 4/5
Yes
- 2/5
The staff I encountered was great, check in was easy and the front desk staff was super nice and professional. However, the room (and the property in general) was way too dirty! There was dust everywhere, bugs as soon as we got to the room, garbage on the floor of the corridors… I could go on and on.
- 4/5
Clean rooms & 5 min from theme parks
- 4/5
Hotel is good for the price, staff was friendly, only thing is the establishment is just old and outdated so don’t expect a newer style hotel. Think old carpets and orlando from 2005 , this is doable for a short trip but if you’re planning a week or more long stay then invest in a little nicer hotel.
- 3/5
The hotel needs better cleaning in the rooms.
- 5/5
Convenience
- 1/5
The staff was not happy to help… information had to be sought after not offered.
- 4/5
It was good! Had a restaurant for breakfast!

- 5/5
The room was very nice Nd clean
- 4/5
I would stay their again.
- 3/5
I always thought this place was really clean, but this time there was a cockroach in my room and I was on the 9th floor. Also, one of the staff is always rude every time I deal with her.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable room, 5 minutes from Universal/City Walk. It was my second time here and I would go back.
- 3/5
Pros: Excellent location, comfortable bedding, good in-room amenities, and friendly staff. Cons: During my recent 6-night stay, I encountered cockroaches on three separate occasions at night—near the microwave and in the bathroom sink. The hotel has also introduced new fees: $10 per night for parking and $10 per package for deliveries. I will be looking for alternative accommodations for my next visit.
- 2/5
Decent rooms and the staff tried to help, but the stay had issues. I had to change rooms because of roaches, and the second room still had one. The bathroom doors were broken, the front door had a large gap, and housekeeping didn’t make the beds and left the curtains open. High occupancy limited solutions, which made the experience frustrating.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing
- 5/5
Everything was amazing.

everything about this hotel was average.
- 5/5
Nice location . Good place . Good price.
- 5/5
Clean room, fast elevators
- 2/5
I stayed here 2 nights. I booked for the fitness center but was pretty underwhelmed with the only 4 things they had. My room was not very clean. Spring mattresses were pretty uncomfortable and i did not sleep well either night. Noise was very common outside and inside. The carpets need a good vacuuming. One bed had dark grime spots you could scrape off. Something had leaked out of the fridge from a previous guest that was missed during the cleaning. Bathroom was pretty clean though. Definitely wont come back. It was a lower cost though. Still north of $100 a night.

Muy amable, habitación limpia
- 2/5
I waited for about 15 minutes to check in. There were two staff members already helping other customers. I was next in line and there was a lady customer who clearly was trying to cut in front of me. Their was one staff member who had just clocked in for her shift and when she was ready to help customers she took the lady that cut in front of me and didn’t even say sorry that she took her first. So after I waited awhile again and it was my turn to check in the staff member wasn’t really happy when I was checking in with two rooms Because the party in front of me had multiple rooms as well. She told the staff member next to her that if there was multiple room check ins after me that she was going to take them because she didn’t want to them anymore. Not the experience I was looking for after I had someone cut in front of me at check in and waiting quite awhile to check in.
- 5/5
M room was always clean. The towels and trash were taking out before I returned. Never had a problem with the hotel. I always return.
- 3/5
The staff member was not very friendly at check in and she was not very helpful in directing us to the room number. We were greeted by a german cockroach in the bathroom which made for an uneasy sleep knowing they were in the room.
- 4/5
Nothing stood out except tiny bathroom.
- 4/5
Hotel was fine. Staff was good
- 5/5
This is at least my 5th stay at this hotel. Nice staff, clean and spacious rooms, nice facilities in general and the price is one of the most inexpensive in the entire area. Many buses right outside the door going to the Lynx Station (half and hour ride) where connections can be made to anywhere in Orlando. Trolley also outside going ot convention center and other points on international drive. The #38 bus will take you to Universal Studios in ten minutes and leaves every half hour. Many chain restaurants within easy walking. This is the place. A greta value.
- 5/5
It was clean but a bit smelly
- 3/5
Staff was great and friendly. Building and rooms could use more cleaning. Visible dirt and prints on doors, dingy carpet, elevators. Good location. Rooms were quiet. No desk in the king room which I thought would be there. Makes it less convenient to work. Not a bad hotel but could use some tweaking.
- 4/5
Hey the staff was amazing at the Rosen Inn closest to universal. The room was clean to a point… the bathtub was dirty and was not draining the best. However, we over looked that has a small inconvenience. Also the pillows were not the best but, we made it work.
- 5/5
Did a 1 night stay before our cruise. Great location. Clean . Would stay again
- 4/5
For price I got is good area for stay if you no want drive you got all by waking or us scooters around the hotel
- 3/5
Check in was easy.. An unexpected $10/day charge for parking was added when we checked in. It located in a decent area with lots of resturants. There seemed to be a lot of traffic noise, Maybe because there was a small space under the door.. The room was clean and smelled good. It was worth the price eepaid space smalli i space under the door
- 2/5
Broken AC, was a cold night, and I got sick, because the heater was not working, they replaced next day, and the toilet clogged.
- 5/5
The room were spotless. I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the Rosen.
- 5/5
Great location slept great nice and quiet
- 3/5
Three years in a year my so and I stayed at Rosen Lodge, the first two years was wonderful.December 2025, was very disappointing, out of seven nights we had to make our own beds.Three nights we had no coffee or water cups, even though we left a note asking for it.Its not fair to charge the same amount of money for cut services.II am seven y - five years old I didn't appreciate having to struggle with making a large bed with arthritis hands. No one told me in advance that Rosen Inn is no longer a full service business. Will I go back next Christmas season sadly the answer is No.
- 3/5
The restaurant was closed
- 2/5
During those four days, housekeeping service was not provided even once. We returned from the parks late and extremely tired, and unfortunately we had to put our children to bed in unmade and damp beds. Since we had left the room early that morning, the towels had been left on the beds, causing the bedding to remain wet. Additionally, we were charged for parking twice, which was another inconvenience during our stay. This situation was very uncomfortable and disappointing, especially considering we were traveling with children. We hope these matters can be reviewed and addressed accordingly.
- 5/5
Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
- 1/5
First, although the property is a bit dated, it was comfortable. The listing for the property indicates wifi. I booked the property to use the wifi for work. Connection was slow and behaved as if the network security was at a very high level. Nothing would load. And I had an important probate court appearance via Zoom the next day. Front desk staff was unhelpful nor concerned because “it was free.” I needed to work so I checked out my first day of arrival and found another hotel. The whole situation was most frustrating and unacceptable. I will never stay at a Rosen property again.
- 1/5
I booked this hotel, which is a disappointment and does not live up to the photos online. I was unable to get them to reimburse me, even though I had never stayed at the property. They are a sham of a hotel. Never stay here. The rooms are disgusting and dirty.
- 2/5
They offer a room for 5 people, but only 4 can actually sleep in it. An extra bed costs $100. They claim to have no resort fee, but they still charge for parking.
- 1/5
The room was fine but I did feel like I was in a murder film. I made my husband check the tub for a dead hooker. I felt very on edge and unsafe while staying here and it was definitely not advertised properly. The pictures look better than it actually looks, needs major updating.
- 5/5
Staff were super nice. Clean room.
- 3/5
Small bed
- 3/5
Cleanliness of the room: I could tell everything doesn’t get thoroughly cleaned as the tv remote was disgusting and the rolled up bath mat in the shower still had dried soap on it from someone else
- 3/5
Room was okay - very small and my kids complained of the smell, which was noticeable in the hallway and room. Staff was very attentive and provided clean towels each day. We did not appreciate the aggressive man in the lobby who wanted to sell us additional packages - just let us be on our vacation.

Staff was amazing and nice
- 1/5
We did not eat the breakfast as they told us the restaurant had been closed since last year. There was no heavy blanket on the bed, and it was cold over the 2 days that we were there. We went to the store and bought our own as the sheets on the bed also had an odor. There was no fitted sheet just a flat sheet, some kind of insert, and another flat sheet. There was also a rock under the frame of the bed so I cannot image it was vacuumed, or they would've seen it. I did not complain to management because the night I arrived they wanted to charge for parking, and I didn't agree with that. I thought I'd seen free parking on the site and even if I didn't why in the world would it not be included???? Where was I supposed to park? When I told the manager this she smirked and told me to look it up. I looked it up in the meantime she stood looking at me with a smirk. The room itself was noisy as well as you can hear the traffic outside the door. There was 5 of us to a room and there was only 2 beds and 4 towels. I had to order a roll away bed myself instead of them assessing our needs before hand. And the best part was the 6:30 am alarm that went off. l would not recommend this hotel to anyone. On a positive note. I requested extra towels and they came immediately and the location is quite ideal.
- 5/5
Good for the price
- 1/5
Staff was rude and refused to honor anything that the app said, bed sheets were dirty, and they didnt change them for us, the room was dirty and smelled funny. AC wasnt working for neither of the rooms because it was so hot in there.
- 5/5
Yes All Was Well. Thank You.
- 1/5
I stayed 2 nights. They did not make the beds. They only clean the room and make the beds every 3 days!!! It's horrible. The last thing you should know is that they charge you $10 per day for parking. I will not be going back there.
- 1/5
The room was old, the bathroom smelled really musty and on top of it all they wanted to charge us extra for a rollaway bed though we booked for 5. I’m allergic to mold so it was a rough night. It was late so we were limited in options for cancellation or finding a different last minute hotel given it was the day after Christmas. Would never book a Rosen property again. Plus the location is awful traffic wise it was next to impossible to turn left out of the lot.
- 5/5
- 3/5
After staying in 4 different Rosen locations, this one by far need the review. The bathroom is really small, hard to bathe my kid. The breakfast is dine in only.
- 5/5
The hotel is walking distance to everything, the rooms were clean , the hotel staff was very friendly. Would stay again for sure.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Great hotel easy to check in and out and very closed to uni
- 4/5
It was all good
- 2/5
was not included part of the room. The actual room was in a separate Shabby building outside the main building. Please disclose all these things when booking, Sorry for Expedia, will stop using Expedia in future,
- 5/5
Good!
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
I really like staying at Rosen Inns around Universal but after just finding out they will be charging per night for parking now I will probably stay at other properties.
- 5/5
I didn't eat the breakfast...
- 5/5
Great.
- 4/5
The staff were excellent and kind, particularly the lady who worked at the convenience store on the evenings of 12/3-12/5. The room was comfortable, the bed was excellent. One frustration was that the office table had no reachable power outlets by it, so I had to move it to the other side of the room to plug in my computer and work. It was an awkward & cramped situation, but I made it work and it wasn't a deal-breaker. I was sorry that the lounge was closed the whole time I was there, and I was slightly annoyed at how slow & overworked the elevators were. I also was very annoyed at the hidden $30 charge for parking. It's Orlando. Everybody drives. Everybody parks. Everybody who goes to Rosen drops a surprise $10/night for the right to park. Not great. All that said, it did a lot of things right. It would not be my first choice hotel, but certainly not my last.
- 1/5
Never had a reservation. Never stayed there one night, so I can’t lie and state info that’s not accurate
- 3/5
We had called to see if we could do early checkin as we had an early flight. They told us yes, but if the room was not ready, they had somewhere to store our luggage. When we got there around 2, we were told no early checkin, could only check in at 4.And the room to store luggage was small and already full. We had reservations for an early meal and planned to do some shopping. But we had to lug our luggage onto the trolly and all over International Drive. We had to chase down maid service for towels as we never did have maid service in our rooms.
- 2/5
We did not have breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The room was small, the toilet constantly ran, laundry was $8.00 per load for the washing machine. Our room was warm - like the air conditioner wasn’t keeping up. The beds were super outdated because my husband could feel the springs. We enjoyed the new lady that started working there- very friendly along with her trainer very kind. We didn’t care for our room all in all- we felt more tired waking up because of the tossing and turning on the mattresses.
- 2/5
Bathroom towels were stained, pillows were like rocks
- 4/5
Clean and convenient to universal studios
- 4/5
was a very nice hotel, a little noisy staying across from the offices on first floor i would recommend 2nd floor or higher
- 5/5
Unfortunately I did not have breakfast in the hotel.
- 3/5
Definitely needs an upgrade. Replace carpets especially in the pet friendly rooms. Water was cold in shower but otherwise wasn’t a bad stay.
- 5/5
Rooms clean, friendly staff, and it’s in the middle of everything universal studios. I have never had a bad experience at anything with Rosen name attached to it.
- 4/5
This hotel building looks old but it’s clean and comfortable and good to recommed
- 4/5
I chose a plan without a breakfast
- 3/5
need better housekeeping service
- 4/5
The room was very clean and the staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. The TV's picture was glitchy. It was somewhat noisy outside when housekeeping would go by.
- 5/5
The staff at this hotel is always very helpful with all my needs. The breakfast buffet was good for the price.
- 4/5
Room clean and comfy, didnt have breakfast.
- 4/5
Good location.
- 5/5
Yes, everything was great !
- 5/5
Everything was amazing
- 4/5
The room was nice & the bed was very comfortable.
- 1/5
The number of guests, the room indicated online that it can accommodate was incorrect. One person ended up sleeping on the floor and we were told if he needed a rollaway that would be an additional charge. This should’ve been stated upfront. There is no room service or room cleaning or bed make service however you want to describe it. The most they do is to change the towels. Parking and breakfast is not complementary. We stayed here November 10 through November 12 because we were working in the area and it was close to the job site.
- 5/5
Always a great stay
- 4/5
Desk manager Josh was super friendly. I got a room upgrade at no charge. The room was clean and the view was amazing.
- 3/5
Decent rooms, amenities and cleanliness lacking
- 5/5
Room was very nice. Location was excellent.
- 5/5
I had to pay for parking horrible
- 4/5
Very friendly staff, good location.
- 5/5
I love how it was accessible to a lot of restaurant and shopping places. Food was great especially the 24 hour mini market. It was clean and quiet. Definitely will book again in the future.
- 2/5
Room not clean, shower did not work well, room phone did not work
- 5/5
Great staff amenities, location recommend for travelers.
- 1/5
I didnt get to stay because i had a family emergency. My vacation was ruin because they said they would have to still charge my card for not staying there
- 1/5
I book a reservation for 5 people went to check in, they let me know they couldn’t accommodate 5 and I would have to pay extra in order to accommodate us (whick makes no sense because I book for 5 people I should not have to pay any extra) staff was rude and didn’t care
- 1/5
This hotel was absolutely terrible. The moment we walked in, we were hit with a strong smell of sweat. The chairs were extremely dirty and even had suspicious white stains clearly left by previous guests. During our stay, we repeatedly found cockroaches in the room, which was completely unacceptable. We have truly run out of patience with this place. Unless your budget is extremely tight and you have no other choice, do NOT stay at this hotel.
- 5/5
It's a good experience to stay here. Highly recommend
- 5/5
Clean room, great staff, and location fabulous!
- 4/5
We didn't get to spend a lot of time at the hotel because of this being a business trip. Nothing bad, pretty ave stay. Good things, the Rosen brand seems to be pretty consistent on the I-Drive area. We have stayed at nearly all of the Rosen I-Drive locations over the past year. All pretty clean, the rooms are consistent in style. We will say, at some of the higher price locations, the clientele was definitely better. That is no fault of this location. Just an observation.
- 3/5
Staff was nice. Parking is$10pv/pn. Lobby breakfast was about $20pp and same as a free breakfast bar at other hotels. Coffee was not good. Bathrooms were tiny. Good luck if you need to change clothes in there. Beds were comfy. Easy walk to Applebees and Arcade Monster.
- 1/5
Expedia did not take care of their customer. No check-in. Date was wrong and they charged me anyway.
- 4/5
Clean rooms
- 2/5
The breakfast wasn’t included and we had to pay $20 for only a piece of bacon and a banana. The maids never made the bed and the front desk people were rude.
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
Don't know, was refused a room because I had 3 dogs, unpublished limit was 2,they even knew that I had 3 dogs beforehand did not mention the limit untill I tried to check in,josh the desk manager told me to find another hotel
- 3/5
Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Pillows were extremely uncomfortable, way too firm. Bathroom was very small. Towel rack fell off the wall the moment a touched a hand towel. Room was clean. Shuttle was convenient, and quite a few dining options surrounding the hotel, though all of the hotel restaurants advertised are closed other than the breakfast buffet.
- 3/5
The bathroom was as small as you can make it... Didn't care for the spongy pillows... The added $10 a night parking seemed like a ripoff. The breakfast buffet we looked at and immediately ran away!!
- 3/5
Rooms were nice, decor is dated, & beds are basically springs.
- 5/5
The room was very clean
- 4/5
No room service come to give or take dirty towels or even change bedding.
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay, and really liked that they had a microwave. Staff was nice as well.
- 4/5
The hotel room was clean, & the staff was great. You can buy snacks, drinks, and mostly everything you need if you forgot something in the lobby. The one downside that I didn’t like was in the room you could not open a window. If you’re doing a longer stay mine was 6 nights, it started getting pretty stuffy in there even with the fan constantly running. Other than that it was a great stay and i would recommend!
- 1/5
BED BUGS!!!
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
The distance to the parks was very convenient, which was the best part of our stay. However, our room felt old and not well-maintained. We also found cockroaches in the room, which was extremely disappointing and concerning. The breakfast was okay, but it could definitely be better in terms of variety and quality. Overall, the location is great, but the hotel needs significant improvements to cleanliness and upkeep.
- 3/5
The staff member upon arrival our first night was just rude and not friendly at all. The next morning we went to check out the breakfast and decided against it and as we were walking out a man asked us aggressively if this was the Rosen International, we told him no. We passed the front desk with the worker who was sitting watching the interaction who just said no and shook their head. I suggested they tell the person instead of a person who was not registered to be there walking around asking potentially posing a threat.
- 5/5
Perfection
- 5/5
The Rosen Inn was a very convenient hotel to stay at during my Universal trip since it offered shuttle services to the Universal theme parks and there was a lot to do in the area.
- 3/5
Great staff. Older hotel but great deal on the price. No complaints.
- 4/5
We hired a car so this location was perfect to get to universal and Disney. If you don't have a car then don't fret, a shuttle bus can be booked (first come first serve) or the local bus stops virtually outside the hotel to take you to city walk.
- 4/5
Room was good, check in was easy and quick
- 4/5
Staff was great. Rooms were average. Our first room smelled really bad and we had to be given a new room. Some of the hallways smelled a little funny but it was decent overall.
- 5/5
Great stay, spacious and clean room, very friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable beds and a pool, brunch restaurant and 24/7 convenience store onsite but also other food, snack and drink options available for purchase. Also very close to Universal, Disney and many other attractions and activities as well as many stores, food places, restaurants and bars. Some beaches are also close if driving.

- 3/5
The room smelt damp and the floor felt dirty but everything else was clean and tidy
- 2/5
Very average, couldn’t get into hotel room one day. Shows ID staff member said it’s not a drivers license from the US passport was in the hotel safe. Security came they couldt get in either. Turned out battery on the lock was flat. Maintenance had to come along, then had to wait ages for hotel to recut keys. Star had a real attitude problem and did everything she possibly could to take time and not accept my overseas driver license as ID. Terrible customer service.
- 5/5
They had food and beer for sale in the lobby which was so helpful to not have to leave the hotel
- 3/5
I had the breakfast, ended up throwing up, made my stomach upset. I don’t know what made me sick. The staff was really nice tho.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very smooth check in process, and the hotel room was clean. Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the area. They also have a free shuttle service to the Universal theme parks (reservations required).
- 3/5
The restaurant and bar are closed. The bath was missing soap, and the hallways stunk. For the price it was what I expected. Cheap and convenient to Universal Studios.
- 5/5
Ok
- 5/5
Staff were helpful and polite

Very clean, staff was friendly and respectful
- 2/5
It states breakfast provided, but really you have to pay 20 bucks a day to eat. Hotel was ok at best, and it did the job, but won't be staying here again.
- 3/5
Decent stay
- 5/5
It was a really great stay. I appreciate the staff helping my family out with anything they need.

I was charged $10 a night parking, when I booked this hotel they didn’t have a parking fee, it was implemented after my booking. I didn’t receive any notification from the hotel or Expedia notifying me of this additional charge. I would have cancelled this booking and booked another hotel with no parking fees that is an upgraded hotel had I known before checking in.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean upon arrival, had full sized shampoo/conditioner/body wash. The mini fridge and ac worked as expected. The breakfast buffet catered to all palates at a reasonable rate. Close to everything we planned to do. Would stay again.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly, everything was clean and neatly made, and it's comfy to stay in.
- 4/5
Staff was very courteous and helpful. Hotel needs some maintenance/upkeep but overall it was fine.
- 4/5
The hotel staff were nice at check in and check out. Very sad to see they closed the shogun restaurant which was amazing last time i came here. We didnt use the breakfast option since waffle house and ihop were so close. That being said, the location is great! So close to universal and gift ships and dinig options. The room wasnt the cleanest but it wasnt super dirty. Theres carpet so eep. Tv is good and has hdmi options. We got the exterior rooms which was nice. The pool is pretty small. Camt beat the price. Also there was a salamnader in our room which didn't bother us!
- 5/5
Fantastic and staff Amazing
- 5/5
nice location, not that friendly staff
- 5/5
Cleaning staff were very respectable about belongings while cleaning the room. The room while staying in, no issues with noise level. Was great to have access to a 24/7 snack store in the hotel.
- 4/5
Service was good

- 5/5
Clean room, good price, relatively close to everything. Have stayed before and am sure i will again.
- 2/5
This hotel is haunted the tv turned on by itself at 2am and throughout the night. It was showing a dead channel blue screen and it kept on switching channels by itself. I couldn’t even use the remote to turn it off. Pillow was hard to sleep on.
- 5/5
I woke up too late to eat breakfast. Went to Halloween Horror Nights. Went to bed at 330 am.
- 5/5
Clean room, comfortable pillows, and close to universal. Less than a five minute drive. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice. This is not a luxury hotel, but certainly worth the price to cover the basics and a place to sleep for a short vacation. Friendly staff, and easy check-in process.
- 5/5
Very convinient i love it! My kids love it !
- 5/5
We had a great day front desk. People were very friendly rooms were clean. We did eat breakfast there. They had a buffet, but it was not included with your stay. I was very reasonable price.
- 5/5
Star was very kind and helpful when when she checked me in, my room was flawless. Good times :-)
- 4/5
Our beds were not changed until the 6 day . Otherwise great
- 5/5
Great breakfast menu
- 2/5
Found roaches in the restroom, toilet was not clean, overall would not book again. Customer service was good tho
- 4/5
We stayed for seven days but our beds were changed on the six day. Weird
- 4/5
When I reserved to room in July there were no parking fees, when checking in, in October there was a 10 a day parking fee. Front desk even told me it had just changed in September. Breakfast showed a less expensive price on line but at check out was more. For price and convenience I would return. Rosen closest to Disney is the one I usually stay at. Both are great for the price and convenience.
- 5/5
Clean across the board
- 4/5
Great
- 5/5
Was excellent but other hotel offered the breakfast free.
- 5/5
Wonderful service
- 1/5
Bath tub filthy full of green water Called
- 3/5
There was no breakfast which is fine I just couldn’t rate it if there wasn’t any. There was globs of toothpaste on the bathroom door when we got there, no soap, and hair in the shower. The main problem were the ghost ants though. We couldn’t have anything to eat in our room or they would get into it somehow. They were all over the table and dresser. We ran out of things which was also fine but when we called to request it, even offering to get it ourselves, they said they would have someone bring it all up but they brought half of what we needed. We had a lot
- 4/5
The room was clean and staff was nice and friendly
- 4/5
Nice, thought we'd be able to walk to Universal with hotel write up. $10 Uber each way
- 5/5
As always yet another wonderful stay at the Rosen, always stay here, staff are so kind, hotel is just perfect for what we need:
- 5/5
This Rosen Inn is top notch! The facility is clean, staff is great, beds are comfy, the breakfast is really good. My loved ones & I had a pleasant, non-problematic stay.
- 5/5
Clean room, staff was courteous, late night snack options. Close to everything on international drive
- 1/5
Ok
- 5/5
Good hotel in general
- 5/5
Very convenient for a quick trip to Universal
- 5/5
Upon arriving everyone was great.. the staff was friendly and very informative. The desk clerk had a great disposition and a nice little chat with me as well as gave me all the lowdown on my room and the parking. The room was comfortable ,The food was good and they had a great variety They had restaurant on site so if you didn't want to go nowhere to get anything you can actually stay there and eat The room was comfortable and the atmosphere was nice I would come again
- 5/5
The entire staff was excellent and very friendly. They would go by each room every morning offering clean towels and toilet paper.
- 5/5
Was good stay
- 1/5
The staff was nit friendly, the hotel smelled terrible, and the rooms were dirty. The only positive thing about this hotel is its location, everything else is terrible. I would NOT recommend.
- 5/5
Yada
- 5/5
Definitely would recommend very nice and clean stay!
- 3/5
Loud road noise, room is dated but clean, bed and pillows are not the most comfortable. But it’s close to Universal and has a shuttle.
- 5/5
Air conditioning for room wasn’t working properly, other then that was great.
- 3/5
During my check-in process, the staff were great except for the manager. He was rude and condescending.
- 3/5
The ac was cold, property was clean for the first two days, on the third day there was a roach that came crawling out like it owned the place when in the shower. Shuttle is convenient, only count on the morning shuttle- the night shuttle comes often before park closes so if you want to stay at universal the full time the shuttles stop running at 8:30 pm depending on what park you’re at. Beds weren’t uncomfortable. The breakfast is a buffet and it was upwards to 30 dollars for me and my son- the eggs were such a WEIRD texture, the sausage had some WEIRD hard pieces in it, would not waste money on this breakfast place. Overall, this hotel’s price and location was convenient, and it served its purpose.. but unless in a bind I will not stay here again.
- 4/5
Our first time staying off Universal property at a Universal parter hotel. I wish I was more impressed. We chose this hotel based on reviews of the shuttles to/from the parks. Also read a review that they would shuttle to Disney for a fee. We used the shuttle twice the whole week and used uber/lyft the rest of the time. The shuttle times were very strange and they do not in fact go to Disney. Last shuttle back from Epic was over an hour before the park closed. Probably wouldn’t stay again unfortunately.
- 3/5
Old but close to everything
- 5/5
Easy stay!
- 1/5
The rooms are clean and expected for what you’re paying. My only complaint is there’s a weird smell the room has when the heat is on. Besides that the staff aren’t the best. Thy act like they’re being inconvenienced anytime you ask a question and aren’t friendly at all. During check in the front desk was very monotone. I had an issue with water coming up from the drain in the tub and called the front desk several times and they never answered the phone so I had to walk down there to ask in person. I assume she was a security guard because she had a white button up and tie but she seemed like she wanted to talk to her coworker more than assist me. I told her about my problem and she said to give her a second so I walked over the gift area they had. I walked back over and she’s just talking to another worker that had came back. I’m standing at the desk and both of them look at my crazy like I’m bothering them when I was just waiting on an answer from her. I had to ask about the problem a second time and was told there was no maintenance worker there at the time. Which I was completely fine with because I was very late but I would’ve appreciated her to just answer my question in the first place. Other than that it’s a good location if you’re trying to go to the universal area. I stayed for 2 nights for HHN and had no problem getting there and back. There’s also a variety of restaurants in the area.

Clean Quick Check in and Check out
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and amazing help. Always smiling.
- 3/5
Window curtains took some finess to close. Old property.
- 2/5
I have stayed at the property since 2017 when coming to Orlando. Since last years stay the property doesn't seem as clean. I reserved 2 rooms this trip. The first room had ants and after complaining 2 times. Moved to a different room only to find cockroaches in the bathroom of the other room on the day of checkout. Will not be staying here again
- 3/5
Good price for hotel.
- 5/5
The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly.Nearby has many dinning options and its a walkable location to many activities.
- 5/5
- 5/5
I really loved it here. Everyone was nice and friendly. I'll definitely be back either later on this year or next year with my partner!!
- 4/5
Everything was fine, the only thing was the extra parking fee I was forced to pay since the policy changed on August 1, and I made the reservation on August 2, according to what they told me. The website doesn't clarify any of this when I made the reservation, but since you're already there, there's not much you can do.
- 5/5
Love it
- 1/5
The room was dirty to the point we asked for a refund and went to a different hotel.
- 3/5
There was a large wad of hair on shower wall when we checked into our room and the beds we very small (full size).
- 3/5
Smelled old .
- 1/5
Beware Expedia states what you see is what you pay Not true upon check in was required another payment option to pay for parking We have stayed at Rosens several times this is new And management could careless about our concerns with added fees
- 5/5
Clean rooms, air condition struggled a bit but that was probably because it was so hot and humid out.
- 4/5
the deluxe rooms are pretty small and outdated. but the rona are clean, close to the park. i think they chose to charge for parking because everyone else does too. but it does keep people who don’t belong there out.
- 5/5
Great hotel for the money! Beds were comfy and room was clean. Would stay here again!
- 5/5
Extremely pleased with the quality of the hotel for the price! Very comfortable beds and pillows!
- 3/5
Used this hotel many times over the years as its position on International drive is good but will not use again. When we first entered room I notice food crumbs directly on carpet directly outside our room door 4 days later it was still there, our room was only cleaned twice on our 2 week stay. First morning using wash basin after removing plug I felt water on my feed only to discover the pipe under neath was not connected, 3 maintenance men & 2 hrs later it was repaired, next morning flushing toilet it blocked then started filling with dirty water & waste that must have been either in waste pipe or coming from other rooms, this happened twice during our visit maintenance did fix it but toilet was left filthy and we had to go and buy bleach to clean it ourselfs as it was never cleaned, the desk staff were very pleasant but standards at hotel have really deteriorated and I will not use again.
- 3/5
Close to everything
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Very friendly staff and bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Convenient breakfast options including buffet style.
- 3/5
It was alright.
- 4/5
Practical for 1-2 nights. We only needed a hotel for the night. Check in and check out easy. Very close to international drive and most attractions. They just need to pay more attention to the cleaning task. Room smelled weird like mold. And it was not clean overall
- 5/5
It was amazing everything was so close the hotel was clean and the staff was nice Thomas over the transportation was so very nice and kind. Breakfast buffet was very good
- 5/5
Absolutely wonderful even have a store inside the place for convenience. Would stay again
- 5/5
Fantastic
- 5/5
Great customer service
- 2/5
Rude staff and leaky faucet in the bathroom
- 3/5
Front desk was not friendly or interested in servicing guests
- 5/5
Great hotel
- 5/5
Love the Rosen inn hotels in Orlando. Close to theme parks, shopping and food options. Property is quiet and safe. There is a $10 parking fee.
- 2/5
Our room had roaches
- 2/5
The room is basically, you get what you pay for. The beds were ok, the bathroom door was warped from steam and wouldn’t close, the door to the room had gaps where you would see sunlight and hear everything happening outside. Thankfully we are heavy sleepers and it wasn’t a huge issue. I do not plan on staying here again.
- 5/5
Was very comfortable, staff was friendly, only two things I can say needs improvement, the elevators need work. Very slow one was broke down. The other thing no guide on the TV to see what’s on. You have to scroll thru each channel.
- 5/5
The staff was great
- 5/5
Close to universal
- 4/5
Never have had a problem with this property except for water pressure. I was however disappointed on my last trip to learn they now charge for parking. We may or may not be back
- 5/5
Conveniently close to Universal Studios
- 3/5
There is no balcony. That’s why I picked this hotel and was very disappointed to find out the balcony is just for show, all being bolted and glued shut.
- 4/5
This hotel is a good budget option for those staying near Universal. It is an older property but is clean and close to the parks
- 3/5
I’ve been staying at the Rosen properties for years but as expected when Harris Rosen passed the quality would go down. They are now charging for parking which is crazy. Usually my go to hotel. Not anymore
- 5/5
This hotel is my second home when I stayed in Orlando. Is always very clean and nice.
- 4/5
Nice and clean had a nice pool but didn’t go in.
- 4/5
Great place, close proximity to the parks.
- 5/5
Great location. clean comfortable room. Great staff.
- 5/5
The only thing I noticed is that the TV is not a smart TV, not many options but, when im Orlando, a TV should be the least of a necessity. I recommend this hotel to everyone looking to stay close to Universal Studios and within a budget. There's so much to do in this area, close proximity to gift stores, ice cream, food, theme parks, hard rock cafe, and activities.
- 4/5
Good location, parking is cheaper than most locations on International. Room was clean, average hotel room.
- 3/5
giving room in different building and not as picture.
- 1/5
We have stayed here many times, it’s always been our go to however this time apparently they now have a hidden parking charge if $10 per day. I booked the room before this new ridiculous charge came about and yet was still forced to pay. It was NO where on my reservation confirmation of a parking charge.Very rude about it as well. Will never stay here again.
- 5/5
Great hotel. Dated but so clean and well kept. Near every restaurant on IDrive and Universal and walkable to many restaurants and shops and experiences. Just be forewarned traffic and crowds can be bad by Icon Park and on I Drive. Don’t drive there on Saturday night. The room was spacious, the pool was large and so clean and the gym equipment was well kept. We’d stay here again.
- 1/5
As soon as we walked in the door, we saw cockroaches. And the faucet in the tub was leaking
- 1/5
I killed 4 roaches in my room. I went to request help and got no apology from the front desk Managaer Josh. He moved me to another room. As I was talking to him about my room there was a roach on the office wall.
- 4/5
Beds are fairly comfortable. There is a little noise from traffic/highway but after a long busy day it didn’t matter too much.
- 5/5
Nothing beats the price and deep pool. Any hotel, 5ft deep pool so you're essentially dipping your entire body in water. 9ft deep with goggles enhances the experience of deep swimming, meaningful propulsion and fun exploration under water. Hope someday, they manage to install a jacuzzi somewhere.
- 3/5
You get what you pay for it. At the end i stay one night and was a sheep hotel.
- 4/5
Quite dog friendly clean rooms good staff
- 5/5
Very nice hotel, will definitely stay again if making a trip to Universal in Orlando. Shuttle service was very convenient and the buffet inside the hotel had a good variety of food.
- 4/5
It was a really nice place to stay
- 3/5
The check in process took about one hour. There was a huge cockroach running through the towels, probably from the bathtub.
- 1/5
They canceled my reservation
- 5/5
Very good location close to parks and outlet malls. Many dinning options around the area.
- 5/5
My first time staying there it was kinda scary bc a security guard came to my door stating they were doing wellness checks
- 5/5
Restaurants close walkable distance. Safe. Good parking
- 5/5
Simon the guard was AWESOME!!! He made our gate entrance very pleasant.
- 5/5
all was good
