Very clean hotel and spacious room with comfortable seating and kitchen area. The location was great for me as I was there visiting someone in an area hospital. There are also restaurants and coffee shops right outside the entrance.

We stayed here for multiple nights and loved our stay. The hotel receptionist was warm and welcoming and helped us with the best room to stay. We really enjoyed the breakfast and all other services and the price was right. Highly recommend this hotel for everyone to stay.

We Love the location and the staff is Always great. Would like more comfortable softer beds, updated furnishings that are not worn out or stained...seems that hotels don't put in quality furnishings with covers that can Hold Up and allow for ease of cleaning

In a post COVID-19 environment, we have learned that cleanliness is important for health reasons. Sadly, the hotel staff no longer comes into clean rooms daily. Linens and trash were left until service was requested. I think Marriott has a reputation to uphold and cleaning rooms once a week minimum is not a good practice. I choose to stay at hotels because of the service. With hotel service I can expect clean towels and fresh linens daily. If I wanted to clean up myself, I would opt for a cheaper Air BnB. Just a suggestion.

The staff is super friemdly. I was able to modify my reservation and still keep the same nightly rate. The room and the hotel was very clean. The only minor hiccup was they did not have the sleeper sofa ready for us but they quickly provided the necessary linens.

Room was quiet and well equipped. Bed very comfortable Staff helpful and friendly Everything was brand spanking new. Room 425 had no water pressure in the morning in shower. Signage to find the hotel was very poor. Had to enter hotel to find out the parking arrangements. Breakfast was poorer than I would expect in a Marriott

It's in a neat/clean/new commercial park - seems geared toward traveling medical? Nice, clean, neat. Parking garage across the street with free car charging stations. The mattress could stand replacement (felt like I was in a rut left by a man twice my size, lol)

Everything was nice in the hotel the staff amazing, and the area also amazing, everything was clean but... The sofa bed for my kids was horrible. This has to be changed because I don't have problem paying for he room but if my kids are uncomfortable I can't stay. Other than that like I say above amazing.

No garbage containers available at each floor. Guests must take elevator to main floor to get rid of their garbage. Rooms are not cleaned regularly. My room was cleaned only one time in three days. Had to go to main floor to ask for towels.

The staff here are excellent, friendly, courteous and very helpful. The food at breakfast was good. The bed was a bit hard and the waffle maker only came out on weekends. Overall a good experience.

Wonderful place to stay! Staff was very courteous and the facility was very clean. It had everything to make us comfortable. It looks like the area is in the process of being developed. It is great already but with some shopping and other fun things to do it will be fantastic! Can’t wait to see how the area changes over the next year.

Room was nice enough. WE chose this room because of the pull-out bed for our son, but it was very uncomfortable for him. But the king bed was great. Breakfast sausage and potatoes were very good and were ready early in the morning for our departure.

We woke up with what appeared to be bites from fleas or bed bugs. We reported and showed the bites to the front desk staff and we were later told a company has been called to clear out the room.

My husband was having surgery at the VA hospital and we needed to be close to the hospital. This was a wonderful experience with the kitchen. The only drawback was the first day the cable was down and we had no TV all day. It was fixed the next day and all else was perfect.

Wasn't aware there was no daily maid service and that you had to go to front desk for towels as well as hunt down shampoo. Ice gets cleaned out between guests and it takes hours to refill. On check-in, had to wait about 20 minutes for luggage cart.

Amenities provided in the room made the place feel like home. It was good to have real plates, silverware, pans, cooking tools, and even a wine opener. Shower leaked through the door...needed a new gasket. The rest was nice.

I have stayed here many times and like the rooms very much. Location is convenient and the staff very nice. If I had one suggestion it would be that I would love more availability of food options on the premise, not just junk food. Maybe more frozen items and fresh fruit.

I thought the hotel parking was unique I’ve never stayed at a hotel that shared a parking garage. The hotel was very well kept and the staff was amazingly helpful and friendly.

Very pleasant staff, room was very nice with a full kitchen. Very nice !

Hotel, location and room was good. The only thing we didn't like is that they allowed guest to walk around the hotel without face masks.

Very clean and comfortable. Stayed here will my grandson was in Nemours Children’s Hospital. Just a 5 minute drive. Couple of nice restaurants right next door.
