Great place to stay with the family and friends

Sadly for it being “remodeled” it was not as expected. Elevators are dirty and floors are cracked in the elevators. The main elevator broke down. Rooms are not clean you can totally tell room service doesnt care on cleaning very well. Room we got was for 6 people but only had three big towels we had to go get more. First room service they only took dirty towels and only put three clean ones again even though you could tell there was more than 3 people staying. They didnt restock toilet paper or paper towels. So once again we had to go get more. Second room service was suppose to be “deep clean room service” they definitely didnt do a deep clean, toilet bathtub floors and sinks were not cleaned they once again didnt restock toilet paper or paper towels only left three big towels again. So we had to go get everything ourselfs once again. Ever since we arrived you could tell nothing was very well cleaned to begin with and after seeing the room service ourselfs it only prooved to us how un clean they are. The front desk people are nice and breakfast was also good the pool is ok but i dont think we will revisit sadly. Theres so many hotels around the area so its probably best to look elsewhere

Great property first time staying at this property would, definitely would stay again. Great property close to everything and Great breakfasts everything was pleasant.

We have only used this property since 2007. We never even look at another location. That will no longer be the case. Room wasn’t ready at check in time. Air would not go lower than 74 until the last day and was super loud. I talked to the front desk several times and was always told they would look at it. It was not looked at. I also don’t like that they charge so much for parking. They also no longer offer any incentive to those that continue to return.

My only issue with the location was they charge you for parking when you are already paying for staying there 😡 The furniture wasn’t as comfortable as I would like in the living room. The pull out bed mattress wasn’t plush enough to not fell the fixtures underneath it. Using sheets onto of the leather coach to sleep on it that was was ineffective due to sliding of and needed to be slightly softer.

The mandatory parking charge has always been waived for me. This time it was not. I will never come back because I was not treated well, certainly not like a valued customer! However, it gets much worse. A family member received an outrageous fine for not paying for parking when they came to visit me. I advise anyone considering staying here to avoid this property at all costs. Go where your loyalty is appreciated and you are valued as a guest! I expect an apology from management, with reimbursement for my parking and that of my visitor, with the assurance this will never happen again. Please do not respond about your policies or to apologize. Your hotel standards are unacceptable and the way you made me feel is wholly inexcusable. Marriott Residence Inn - NEVER AGAIN!!!

Don’t look twice, just Book the rooms! Everything was nice, including the staff! Very sweet’ and the. Chuck E. Cheese arcade was a plus for my kiddos, they really enjoyed it!

We originally booked a room with 2 queen beds, but our experience ended up being even better than expected. I called around 8am to ask if early check-in was possible, and the staff was so accommodating and kind. Not only were they able to let us check in early, but they also gave us a complimentary upgrade to a 2-bedroom suite! The customer service was amazing and really made our stay extra special. Definitely appreciated how welcoming and helpful everyone was.

This hotel is one of the best we have stayed in, during our trip we were they for 10 days then on a road trip staying in Hilton’s in tampa and miami and i wouldn’t recommend them at all, we came back to here and it was like seeing your friends and not employee’s who were courteous. The rooms were clean and had everything you needed, the pool was clean and the bbq’s that you could use were such a nice touch. We also met Ayeman at breakfast who was such a bubbly, kind and attentive guy who was such a delight to chat to. When we returned from our road trip, as soon as i saw him he asked how the trip went and what did we do. If i could give 10 stars i would so if you are looking for a home from home with amazing staff who actually made the holiday even better then this is the hotel for you! Thanks again for making our stay as wonderful and comfortable as you did. The staff are an absolute asset to the hotel and i hope to return soon. 🙌🙏🇺🇸❤️❤️

Kyla was great, she was at the front desk and helped us with checking in, it’s always the first impression that lasts and the kindness and the hospitality of the hotel staff that customers gravitate towards to keep coming back. The stay was awesome and great. Definitely recommending this stay specially family with kids!

Handicapp parking is very limited. We were not happy with the stay at all. I would spend the e tra money next time and stay at a Disney resort.

The pool was lovely and the room was spacious and well equipped. The staff was very helpful and the complimentary breakfast was very convenient before heading to the various parks. We were very happy with our stay.

Our room was clean, staff was amazing, everything was great except for the double sofa bed, it was so uncomfortable that it was better to sleep on the floor.

I liked the room, very comfortable, clean and spacious. The floors were not carpet, that was great. The food was good with a variety of options and we loved the Mikey mouse shaped pancakes. The customer care was great, and it was a great location.

I requested an early check in but they weren’t able to get a room ready until 2pm, lady on the phone was rude but idk her name. Front desk on arrival were nice though and tried their best to get my room ready early. Aymen the manager was the sweetest man ever & made us feel very comfortable. Buffet was delicious and our room was very spacious. Didn’t use the pool but it looked great. $27 for daily parking is a joke. Housekeeping didn’t come clean the room until 3pm while I was taking a nap so that was inconvenient. Requested a vacuum and they took like half a day to come & my toddler was napping so I told her to come back later but she never came back. The location was great though, everything was close by within 10-15 mins. Overall yes I would come stay here again.

The room and common areas were very clean. The staff was very kind and the breakfast was great. I did however have an issue with the air conditioning in my room that was unable to be resolved for the duration of our stay. The room stayed constantly at 76°. Unfortunately it was in the 90's our entire trip so we wanted the room to be a little cooler, especially at night. Initially, a maintenance tech came to check on the air conditioning on Saturday. He reset the thermostat and that seemed to help a little bit as the fan icon came on and got the room down to 73° after several hours. However, the temperature never got down to the programmed temperature of 69°. The next day the temperature started to rise again l. So, I requested again on Sunday that someone check the AC. Another tech came and checked. He took the temperature with a handled device and told me that the temperature in the vent was 68° but the window is 78° and that we should keep the curtains closed to keep the temperature down. The curtains being open contributes a minimal amount of heat to the room. It was not as if the window was open. However, I kept the curtains closed to follow instructions. The temperature never went below 76° that night. I checked out at 5:30 AM on Monday morning because I was too hot to sleep.

No complaints except that the matress needs to be replaced desperately. You could see the indent from all the wear it has had and the pillows need to be changed,they are very flat and overused.

Room not quite on same level...had 3 dispensers in shower but not one of them was shower gel. 2 shampoos and a conditioner, not great. 2 plates in the room...I was there 6 nights, needed more than 2 plates. Dishwasher didnt work, wouldnt start. Had about 3 or 4 hard worms crawling around in my room at different times. Breakfast was ok. Fitness room had everything you need. Bottom line is Ill probably try someplace else on my yearly trip to Orlando for a trade show.

Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Same food choices as a couple of years ago when I stayed there before.The room was clean and neat but the air conditioner would not cool room enough. I had on 66 but continuously was at 73-75. Had maintenance do override but the next day was back being warm. It would cool off some when I was in room since I continuously pushed the temp but if I left, I would come back to hot room. Don't remember it being that way when I stayed there a couple years ago. Also I remembered how comfortable the bed was but not this time. They remodeled but not for the better on my opinion. Then you had to pay another $26 per day to park... Where else are we supposed to park. They should just add to room cost. Do they charged my card for parking then charged another $60 that night, but said that the $60 will be refunded after check out. I sure hope so.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly. I was celebrating my son’s 4th Birthday and they’ve noticed and they give him a gift and every time they saw him say Happy Bday to him and ask how was his day. That was awesome to him to be noticed by the staff

Rooms were very nice and breakfast was well stocked and good quality. Shuttles to the parks were a bit disappointing as it was only one time, either an hour early in the morning before open or 2-3 hours before close for returns.

The only reasons I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 are a few missing conveniences. There was no lobby bar, no covered portico for unloading luggage, and the showers were not walk-in style, which can be difficult for seniors or anyone with mobility concerns. Overall, it was a clean, friendly, and convenient place to stay near Disney, but a few improvements would make it even better.

We booked for 5 adults, and if you don't mention there are 5 of you when you arrive, they won't make up the bed for the 5th guest. If you don't ask them to clean the room and change the towels, they won't do it. It sounds funny, but that's how it is. You have to tell them everything because otherwise, just in case, they won't do anything. The paid parking inside the property, which is outdoors, seems outrageous. The breakfast is complete (a plus), and the pool is large. Even so, I wouldn't go back.

*******READ***********Unfortunately was a horrible experience. The maintenance manager was a great guy. Brian the manager for one night was helpful offered me 10,000 points I received it. Reason was because i had 1 night without ac. However the next 3 nights I had again no ac and even worse no water. at this point i did get mad. Cristina the manager lied to me saying expedia had full power for a refund. Found out she was negotiating my refund to $150. The next day hospitality manager wanted to help out and said cristina will take care of giving me 20,000 points and $200 dollars refund. 7 days passed as promised. NO REFUND!!!! DO NOT!!! DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!!! Google reviews says they are scammers and well I believe it now!

Everything was great they even upgraded my room to a family suite. The only issue I had was the shower the spout was broken so I had barely any water pressure

My stay here was impeccable. Great location, easy to get in and out of. Not a noisy area, big plus. Super clean, amazing staff if not the best staff I've interacted with in staying 2-3 times a year in Orlando for the last 15 years. Quite decent breakfast. The parking situation is good but $26 for parking seems high. The store being open always saved us a trip, easy to shop, buy, I'm surprised by this place. Was hesitant due to some earlier reviews. But had zero issues, they had to do a yearly fire alarm inspection, very friendly, very calm and understanding while explaining the situation. I actually enjoyed staying inside the hotel. Pool was nice. The cleaning crew has this place very clean too. Grill available to use, they can shop groceries for you while you go to the parks if you tell them before 9am is same day delivery. This is next level of attention and service in a meaningful and useful manner. Impressed. Will check here before I go somewhere else.

This property was nice. The manager is nice and likes to talk with guests and ensures their experience is nothing short of the best. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good, arcade is awesome for the littles, pool is nice and even has a pool for toddlers. The market in the lobby was also very accommodating. Close to freeway access and 10-15 minutes away from most attractions.

Juicy was very rude and sarcastic. I went there to get a new set of entry cards because we tried to open and it wasnt working. She was like "oh maybe youre doing the wrong thing, your pushing too hard. 0 stars for her and not recommended to be upfront to assist clients.

My business teammates love the 2 bedroom layout because of the extra bathroom and each person has their own bed. Breakfast included is so convenient.

Hotel was really nice and convenient to the parks. No soaps for bathing whatsoever in the rooms.

The hallway was pretty messy too—there were white tissue-like pieces all over the carpet. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was really noisy. You can hear traffic early in the morning, and the windows don’t block any sound. The front desk lady wasn’t very friendly either—felt kind of cold. The only good thing was the breakfast, which was nice, and the café staff were friendly. Overall, not a great experience. Wouldn’t stay here again.

I don not recommend. Dirty hotel, pillows smelled like a rotten egg. Stained sheets that were given to us for the pull out bed. Pull out bed area smelled like sewage. Shower head sprayed water everywhere. No soap at the sink for washing hands. Towels looked very old and used a million times. Toilet flushed very slow. I was unaware that we had to pay $26 a night to park at the hotel. They promised to refund us one night of parking and never did. When i asked for a print out of the receipt they said there printer was mot working. When i asked for the parking refund they said the system was giving them issues. But the quick to charge you. When you check in you have to pay $150 for security deposit. Even after i already payed for the rooms online. Hallway leading to our room smelled like wet dogs. Elevator had broken tiles and was small. Cleaning staff looked sketchy. I dont believe this place is a Marriot. I believe its third party owned and use the Marriot name because i never been to a bad Marriot. This place was cheap for a reason. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK. I will NEVER go back there. I rather spend double and be happy.

Eggs sitting in water made us p&p , no bed linen when I requested them my room got searched like I lied then when I received the linen they where in a huge clear plastic trash bag that staff handed to me searched my room but couldn’t put them on the bed but instead left

They have paid parking which is 27$ with tax per night which was surprise for me, description could have clearly said that they have paid parking instead of self parking

Everything was great- however, l was in room 301 by the fire escape stairwell and the door slamming on a a few occasions at night woke me up. Also the air conditioning unit in the room was a bit loud around noon. apart from those two things everything was great. I would stay there again just a different room.

They changed some of the food. We had different options. It was good, clean and the personal was friendly.

We were so pleased with our rooms! The hotel has a game room wich was fun for our group! The staff was so awesome! We would stay here again!

But..The best thing about our stay was actually the staff! Makayla checked us in and was amazing super friendly every time we encountered her. The rest of the staff was great as well. Amhen was super outgoing and there was a manager who i called a social butterfly because he was truly so friendly and personable not to mention so helpful. We loved our stay and would recommend this hotel!

One of the best hotels in Orlando. Rooms are cozy and clean. The complimentary breakfast is very delicious which is a big plus since that our day is very long. Staffs are very friendly most specially Kyla who’s very warm, welcoming and very professional. It has been a great experience and will definitely choose this again next time.

On the last night i called the front desk for fresh towels and rags but no one ever came. Overall it was a good experience.

Another major issue was the shower—hot water was very inconsistent, making it difficult to take a comfortable shower. The complimentary breakfast was also underwhelming. In addition to being mediocre, staff frequently began removing food before the posted end time, which was frustrating for guests who arrived within the advertised breakfast hours. Overall, the cleanliness, housekeeping issues, and poor breakfast experience made this stay far below expectations. I would not recommend staying here.

Pool was always clean. Room lacked some things; had to call for additional pillows, each bed had just one flat pillow. Had to call for additional towels; stayed in room allowing 6 people, we are a part of 4 people, got only 2 towels. Room was not cleaned on our third day like they say it will be but someone came in on our second day and took towels and garbage but did not leave towels, again had to request towels. Hotel is not close to any restaurants, be prepared to uber/drive. Breakfast was ok, not enough seating. We sat outside, but food then got cold fast. Most people stood and waited, then ran to open tables. Market in hotel provides some meal options (oven/microwave meals). We ran out of kleenex, went down to desk for more, were told they would bring it up. They never did, staff seemed somewhat clueless and overwhelmed, some had syrong accents and were hard to understand but were nice. Overall, not the best, not the worst, sad that average passes as good these days, nothing to impressive but suited our basic needs. Uber worked great, drivers everywhere, never had to wait long. Park shuttle is really non-existant-one in a.m., one in p.m. for pur parks (universal) shuttles were scheduled too early (7 a.m. when parks open at 9, or 10.).

During my stay, I experienced an issue in the room (kitchen sink failure), which I reported. Because of this, I had to check out early and did not use my final night. I requested a refund, but I am still waiting for a resolution. Expedia informed me they are waiting for the hotel to respond, but there has been no response. Additionally, I was charged $26 for parking for a night I did not stay, and I also see a charge of $110.76 that has not been clearly explained. This situation has been frustrating and remains unresolved. I hope the hotel can respond and resolve this matter as soon as possible.

This hotel was great for what we needed. the included breakfast was probably the best I've had at a hotel in years and was organized and clean. the Amenities were ok and i wish the pool was heated because it was pretty chilly to get into. the arcade was a nice added bonus for my kid but some games were broken and there was no prizes to win, which is weird when its advertised as a chucky cheese arcade. the room was nice and it had great amenities but the only thing they need to change is the beds. they were super firm and not very comfortable to sleep on. i like the pillows they provided but really wish the beds were better. the parking charge to me is a scam but i feel that charging for parking in general is scam. overall this was a good budget friendly hotel and would maybe stay again just for the breakfast.

The staples were always available and refilled constantly i.e. scrambled eggs...hashbrowns...bacon...sausage...The second set of choices changed daily i.e. pancakes...next day French Toast etc...next day premade Omelets unbelievable...plus yogurt plus waffles and also washed wrapped fresh fruit!!! The room(s) was/were exactly like the photos and descriptions...the two bedrooms and two bathrooms were beautiful and exceptionally clean...no scents anywhere (as an asthmatic that is extremely allergic to anything you can name that is highly important!!!) The full size kitchen was absolutely perfect for any meal or snack or just a cup of tea. The location is central to anywhere and everywhere you could want to go. The employees are Very Kind...Courteous...Knowledgeable and Friendly 24 hours a day. You literally feel like you are staying with friends. Couldn't want or ask for a better place. P.S. We did not use the pool(s) but they are obviously sparkling clean and beautiful to look at from our excellently located room. Being told I didn't let them know that we would do a late arrival...I told them in the reservation and I told them when I paid in full over a week ahead of time yet they still acted surprised.

He clearly promised that: • The entire cost of the additional room would be refunded • Parking charges would also be refunded However, after checking out: • No refunds were issued • I was actually charged additional money • There was no follow-up or confirmation Since then, I have tried contacting the hotel many times. Calls are passed from one person to another, no one takes responsibility, and there has been zero issue resolution. The place has undergone positive renovations. The entire staff was attentive to my needs and comfort. They were all very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and included with the stay. The room was clean and very comfortable. I loved it! I recommend it!

Our room was initially booked as 2 queen beds in a separate room with a living room and kitchen. For an extra $30 we got an extra bedroom with 2 single beds for our children. That was nice. However the layout is a bit odd. The bathroom is only accessible through the master bedroom. It felt a bit strange. Overall, not a bad experience. It’s a good hotel while being budget friendly.

Stay was very pleasant and relaxing. Room is maintained clean and hygienic. I checked in with family with kids so having a kitchen really helped and it was well maintained. Breakfast was really good and including different variety for kids. We requested for hot milk and got it in few minutes. Thanks to the Residence support staff. They were really friendly and helpful. Hot tub and pool was also well maintained. Parking was bit expensive and can be looked into if it can be part of package. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Everything was great. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Grounds are well kept, breakfast was large and good and the staff was hands down the best part. Traveling on my own the Manager Ray checked in with me all the time. I will return for sure.

Our room had a leak that flooded the floor and dripped down the bathroom wall and on our heads in the shower.

Location is ideal between Disney and Universal. We spent a week visiting the parks and the extra space, kitchen, and dedicated dining area is essential for traveling with kids.

At check-in, we did not receive clear instructions on how to correctly make the payment. Due to the lack of proper guidance, we ended up paying incorrectly, which resulted in an additional charge of $130 beyond what was necessary. When we approached the front desk to request a refund, we were informed that nothing could be done because the parking app is managed by a third-party company. As a result, we were left with this loss, even though we followed the instructions initially provided to us. We submit this complaint in hopes that the hotel will review its procedures and communication with guests to prevent others from experiencing the same issue. We also kindly ask that the hotel reevaluate our case and assist us, if possible, in obtaining the refund for the amount charged in error.

The room was fine. We were upgraded due to one person having mobility issues in our party. But we also booked because of the free breakfast and free parking and now month later are being charged $75 for parking. No one seems to know anything about it, what a hassle. Get everything in writing at the time or else!

We had the family suite, and it was excellent and large for our family. King bed, separate room with 2 twin beds and a sofa bed. There were 3 TVs! They only clean once every 2 days. There was a kitchenette with stove which we used, and when the appliances had a small issue, we called the front desk and they immediately sent an Engineer Miguel to come look at it. Things were fixed promptly. The downside is that the rooms do not have enough lighting.

- staff were very friendly - maintenance gentleman, Jose, was great - breakfast and supporting staff were very good - we had an overall comfortable stay for 6 nights. Improvement: - I wasn’t properly explained the parking procedure at check-in, leading to a $75 parking ticket waiting for me when I got back home - Nobody answered the phone line when I tried calling the hotel to get the parking issue sorted out. I called 11 times (5 in the morning, 3 mid-day, 3 in evening). I even called Residence Inn customer service who tried to call the hotel but nobody answered either. - The floor was not vacuumed properly inside our room, so someone had to come the first night. - We stayed in a corner room on the third floor and nobody vacuumed the carpet in the corridor at all in 6 days. There was visible garbage debris on the carpet outside our room for the duration of our stay. - One night after coming home late from a Theme Park around 10pm, we came back to all of our trash and dirty linens stored outside of our hotel room door. Someone forgot to take it away after they were done cleaning our room. - There were a few, small maintenance-related things needed in our room that could have been done ahead of time (e.g. glass shelf on bathroom wall was about to fall). The maintenance guy was great, but we shouldn’t have had to deal with that on Day 1. - Our room had a musky smell, which I wonder is if they quickly vacuumed/cleaned our carpet the first night after we had

This hotel was a complete disaster. At check in was given keys to an already occupied room, pillow cases were used and smelled like dirty hair, heated pool was FREEZING, and I was over charged for drinks at the pool. Noth worth the money.

The staff was courteous, the sink in the bathroom did not work properly, and the carpets didn’t feel or look very clean. There is a DAILY charge for valet parking even though it’s literally self parking. No one picks up your car or brings it to you, you park it yourself, and they charged us $26 a day, for valet parking…. Will probably not stay here again but I guess with it being in Orlando and near Disney, this extra fee seems common for other hotels as well, still feels unfair to us as we paid for a service that’s not even offered at the hotel.

Awful!! The worst two nights ever! First, the hot water takes two days to finally get some. Second, the rooms ac was not working properly and when I reported it they sent a maintenance worker who only made some adjustments on the thermostat and even told me that management had been messing with the settings for the ac. Before he left he led me to believe the problem was solved but not even close. Make the story short I had the worst night ever and couldn’t sleep at all. When I told them on check out all I heard was we’re sorry. NEVER AGAIN! Would not recommend this location at all 😡

The room was fine. The bedroom(s) layout was awkward. It was a two bedroom we were upgraded to which was nice but it really wasn’t all that. The bathroom is in the main bedroom so anyone staying in the second bedroom would have to go into that room, and since the sink area doesn’t have a door the light will shine to those sleeping. Also, the windows are very thin and we could hear all the noise of Interstate I4. The staff at check-in were pleasant and polite and check-in was fast and simple. The breakfast buffet was good and staff was pleasant and polite to. We had no complaints.

Loved my stay with my family. All staff were so friendly and extremely accommodating, especially Ayman. We stayed 3 nights and each day was the same excellent service! KUDOS to the staff for going above and beyond. The only feedback I have is the dated fixtures throughout the property and the TV isn’t a smart TV, which with two kids under 5, it is much needed. Thankfully, we brought toys! Also, the tissue quality was super rough and we ended up having to buy wipes for our kids since it hurt to continue to use it.But overall, we would definitely stay there again for the space of the rooms, service, and location.

The room looked clean but actually had a roach problem. We checked in, went to the Walmart and got a bag of ice. When my husband went to sit the ice in the sink, 3 roaches were trying to crawl up out the sink. The next morning as we were sitting down eating breakfast the manager came over and introduced himself. I explained to him the issues we were experiencing in our room with the roaches, the thermostat not working in the bedroom that had the king size bed, and the constant dripping of the water from the tub faucet. He said he would send maintenance to our room. Maintenance came but we were told he couldn’t spray because my dad was in the room and that he fixed the thermostat. We continued to have the roach problem and the thermostat wasn’t fixed. I took pictures of the roach and of the thermostat showing the issues. Even showed the pictures to the manager. What was so disappointing was we were not immediately offered another room until 2 days later or other options which we never received those options. Keep in mind we were there for 6 nights. Staying them many nights, parking should have been free.

I left my stuff in the hotel room where we stayed and l have been calling but nobody gets back to me. This isn't very ethical to your customers

Thiis property is attractive and clean for families. I visited with my family four adults and we had a relaxing quiet time at the pools. The people here are so nice. I didn't run into one person that wasn't nice to us. The breakfast was really good even the Mickey pancakes were good. The room was really nice and clean. I love the fact that we had a kitchen which was really nice when you want to save money on food. It is really close to everything like good and shopping but disney 9 mins away and universal was 19 mins. Couldn't ask for a better location. The price was really good as well compared to other places. This will be our to go to place from now on!

I stayed at residence for two days 21- 23 September while on a Dr visit. Firstly I must thank Linda and Aname and Geneal Manager for excellent customer service. The newly renovated property is beautiful clean and breathtaking. The front desk staff was so accommodating to the point that we were upgraded from a king bedroom suite to a two bedroom suite. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. Breakfast area is huge. This was one of the most peaceful stays I've had in a long time. The staff was very friendly, I had to reserve my stay twice due to some other reasons, they were so understanding. The room was very clean, and the staff was so nice. It's so close to shopping, there is an outlet less than 10 mins away, plus it's just down the road from all the parks, including Disney and SeaWorld. Overall I would totally recommend.

The shower was wonderful… water pressure was better than most and treated water was perfect. Included breakfast was disappointing but adequate. Perhaps all Residence Inns offer that current breakfast since pandemic days, but I was remembering the breakfast menus that the Fort Collins, Colorado location provided for several years which was outstanding. We had a car but planned to use the hotel shuttle to parks. Shuttle schedule is extremely limited so we ended up driving and parking after all. I should have asked regarding specifics on shuttle schedule before booking. Paid parking at the hotel would make sense if the shuttle was effective. Overall, the accommodations were clean and safe and the staff was wonderful but it’s not the most convenient location.

The rooms were clean, neat and tidy The one and only thing although it had nothing to do with my reservation that bothered me. It is $36 per day to park a car. If I had brought a car on this reservation, I would not have booked this hotel for that particular reason otherwise the hotel is absolutely amazing.

Staff were always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were ok and varied slightly daily. This is an old hotel with very low ceilings. The elevators were old and slow and sometimes would not work. The corridors had this dark brown carpet and dark brown walls. Together with the low ceilings it made you feel like you were walking through a dungeon to get to your room. The hotel is providing cleaning service every other day which is reflected in the overall maintenance of the hotel.

I loved the service and the very friendly workers. The only thing I didn't like was that the air conditioning had a problem and my daughter is allergic to mold. The breakfast wasn't bad but the scrambled eggs weren't cooked well. The cleaning was ok because the bathroom and floor were missing some details, but the property is accessible to all parks, shops, etc.

The staff was extraordinary! They always made sure you had everything you needed. The Manager was awesome, every morning he would greet the guest and make sure they had a good night, and would always be available to make your stay more comfortable. He was very attentive not only to guests, but to employees. They were the perfect example of what hospitality should be!

Great hotel, it had exactly what we were looking for. It was cheap, and it was close to both the disney and universal parks! They had a pretty good breakfast as well which helped when we were going to the parks in the morning! It is a older hotel that is being renovated so keep in mind that it isnt a 5 star hotel, but for the price it is unbeatable!!!

I have stayed at this property many times and I will be back again in the future. It has everything I need and a short drive to the parks and Disney Springs.

This place went an extra mile by having a Captain America Costumed employee walking around breakfast area taking pictures with guests. Love how it made so many kids and some adults day. We stayed in 2 bedroom (4 double bedrm w/sofa bed) My family of 10 ppl were pleased.

We've stayed at other Residence Inns before and this one did not meet our expectations. The breakfast was bland, with food selections repeating themselves often. Lots of design flaws in the room including spaces on the toilet and shower room that were too tight, as well as no door to the sink/vanity, so anyone attempting to get ready in the morning will wake everyone up in the bedroom. There's only one elevator per hallway of rooms and because its used by both guests and hotel staff, that means long waits at the elevator. Also, housekeeping only came every other day and never left enough towels (we didn't even have hand towels for a few days to dry our hands at the sink). Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the laubdry was easy to use. Too many nagging issues to ignore, we would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel was great overall, I do recommend. Breakfast was great. We were a little let down to find our room floors not as clean , especially the bathroom but we did mention it and it was addressed.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, especially disappointing coming from a Marriott-branded property. Our first room had a lizard crawling inside, which was horrifying. After switching rooms, we found that the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. Staff repeatedly said a technician was fixing it, but we noticed other nearby rooms had strong signals. We weren’t moved again until two days before checkout, and only into a lower-tier room. The front desk staff were friendly but unable to resolve anything. We were told the new room would be ready by noon, but by 3 PM it still wasn’t. Meanwhile, housekeeping staff were chatting casually in the hallway instead of working. When I tried to use the elevator, they toyed with me, telling me to get in, then out, then back in again, even though there was space and they knew the direction. It felt like I was interrupting their social time. The room was filthy with bed bugs and other insects. The soundproofing was awful, and I was kept awake each night by loud banging and stomping noises. We also accidentally left several packs of cigarettes in our room. Only three were returned, and the rest were clearly taken by housekeeping. When we asked about compensation, the staff avoided the topic and never offered a solution. This stay was a complete disaster, with poor cleanliness, unprofessional staff, and no accountability. I will never stay here again and do not recommend it to anyone.

Great time!

I was charged twice for parking so make sure you pay attention to your bank account. It took me calling several times in the course of three days before it was finally refunded 5 days later. I have stayed at this location several times. Pre renovations mid renovations and finally remodeled. It’s looks nicer however they put the beat up furniture in the remodeled rooms dented fridge, broken dishwasher chair was tattered. If it had been replaced it would have looked nice. Overall it’s comfortable always pros and cons. Also pool waterfall and fountains were not working. Other than that it was ok.

My stay was for 5 nights and staff never went to clean the room. They didn’t change towels, linen, shampoo, conditioner or body wash. I had to go ask ok Thursday night for all the items and front desk associate said he was going to send someone Friday at my best convenience and we agreed to 12pm. Around 8 something in the morning there were workers outside making a lot of noise that woken us up and scared my son, also the staff try entering the room before 10 am. Very upsetting and another thing that bother me and my family is the people smoking marihuana outside, my son almost threw up because of the smell.

Our trip was for our son birthday everything was great except we can't seem to hardly get a roll in shower for our son who is in a wheelchair and is an adult. Other than that problem we loved our stay there.

*Room was clean and kitchen was stocked with eating utensils, cooking utensils, 1 large and 1 smaller pot, can opener measuring cup and spoons,2 small knives and 1 large, potholders, big plate, small plates and bowls, dish soap and dish washer detergent, and a toaster *pool was very nice and they supplied towels and there was easy access to a restroom *Great breakfast, tons to choose from - 2 days before we checked out the water in the toilet started gurgling then all of a sudden it sudded up and ut looked like it was going to overflow but it didn't. We were on the way to dinner and let the front desk know. When we returned it had been fixed -1 night before we checked out we came back from dinner and ourc room was very hot. The front desk sent the engineer and he tried a few things but it didn't work. He was very nice. The front desk was very nice and allowed us to keep our belongings in the room and have us a new room to sleep in. The new room was even a bigger room than our studio. It was a 2 bedroom suite and they also doscounted the night with a 50% discount. *** staff were all very nice. Greeting even they pass by etc. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed and requested accommodation since husband just had surgery. We requested a 1st floor room. They made sure we got one but it was a battle with the doors he is in a walker the doors are heavy. So it was a bit of a struggle. It was far for him to go to the breakfast and our room very nice but had a particular smell like old ramin noodles or maybe a musty smell you noticed as you first come in.

The location of property is perfect for food and shopping. Shuttle service of Disney world comes after every hour and property staff didn’t tell us. Room doesn’t have kettles but thats okay. Overall it was very good experience. Thanks

When we arrived, we had had to pay a $45 early check in fee which was fine, but also were told we needed to pay $29 to park our car even though we were only keeping it there an hour or two before we had to return it to the rental company. Breakfast was okay. Pool was nice from afar but our family struggled with the cleanliness and the amount of hair clumps floating around. However, my kids got a kick of drawing their names in the scum that had accumulated on the tile of the inside of the pool. We also had to cut one night in the pool short because people were smoking pot while swimming. Not a fault of the hotel, but we wish they kept somewhat of an eye on what was happening outside at night especially being a smoke free property. We did share the above information with the property via Expedia but never heard back. Overall, if you’re in need of an extended type stay and want to save a few bucks, this would be a decent choice. However, we came for a 3 night family stay to visit Disney and would never come back. I am a Marriott rewards member and usually a big fan of all brands of their hotels; however, with how many hotel options there are in this area, I would choose somewhere else.

You can tell this place is old but location is key. Be mindful of the paid parking. Lot could use some type of security measure as anyone can get in. Property can use a refresh. Hallways smelled weird.

They put a double charge on my bank account for my room, that was held for my entire stay. Front desk girls very nice, saw what i was looking at, understood, and said management and accounting would reach out to me. That never happened, after 2 days of "meetings, they'll call you" i just gave up.

We had the suite with two bedrooms and enjoyed our stay. The room was very spacious. We did not use the stove or the dishwasher but the microwave and refrigerator absolutely came in handy as well as the sink with provided dish soap/sponge to clean water bottles after long park days. The air vent in one of the bathrooms didn’t work but that wasn’t a major thing. We loved the breakfast options and only ate of properly one day because we slept in. We even had a character breakfast one morning (Chase from Paw Patrol) which everyone seemed to love. There was a good variety with some daily staples and some items that rotated which helped in not feeling like you had to have to same thing each day. We didn’t get a chance to go in the pool but it looked nice and other guests seemed to enjoy it.

They don’t offer early check in, the hot water doesn’t work in my unit, it is older and the Wi-Fi will constantly cut off. Breakfast amazing great pool I didn’t even hear children running around

It was a good stay in the midst of other hotels. The location near the highway and surrounding area activities was great. Friendly front desk staff, breakfast was okay, pool area wonderful, room large and great for our family to spread out. The only problem was the smell of bug spray when entering the building...I know it is needed to help with the insects etc.

Had a maintenance issue but they thankfully helped to resolve for continued, good customer service. We've stayed at various Marriott chains for 20+ years and want to continue. Especially love the Residence Inn chain because of the 2-bedroom option.
