Stayed for one night. The suite was very spacious. Front desk was very helpful but I did have to go down there myself to get what I needed.

Very clean hotel and the staff were all very nice. I enjoyed that it is nestled in behind other businesses and off the road so it is quiet. Will definitely stay here again in 3 yrs when my next child graduates from high school.

This was a perfectly serviceable hotel that is clean, quiet and safe. The only suggestion would be to improve the signage at the entrance and lobby to make it more clear as to where to turn in to the parking lot and to highlight the front door. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and it smelled good. We loved the layout of the room as well. I loved that check out time is at 12pm. We didn't feel rushed and anxious as we do with other hotels. The breakfast was just ok, it could be better. All on all we were comfortable and our stay was great.

Hotel was clean and the rooms were big. You couldn't hear slaming doors like in other hotel rooms. I'm only taking away a point because I thought the breakfast was lacking a bit. It could have had some fruit options. Like bananas and apples maybe. The pool and hottube were nice. I did not like that they had 1 elevator. To me, that is odd with a 4 story hotel. And it seemed like a service elevator. It did not go with the decor or the ambiance of the hotel. My sons pull out bed had a hard area in, so he had to sleep on the edge, completely the other way instead of the right want in the bed

Property had everything I needed and more for my quick stay in Orlando and near UCF. Rooms were nice size with Full Kitchen and staff all friendly and welcome treats when I arrived. Enjoyed the outside sitting area with fire pit daily as well as the pool to cool off at night. Walking distance to grab some ice cream as well

It was perfect, I was able to cook my own meal. Very convenient I just didn’t like the facts breakfast was server until 9:00 AM on weekdays.Time need to extend till at lease 10:00 every day

The property was in great location, close to many restaurants and UCF Arena. It was very nice and clean. I noticed that they allow pets on the property and the 2 dogs that I saw were well behaved and quiet. I would definitely stay here again! My only gripe was the AC in the bedroom part did not work well. I was hot all night and did NOT sleep well, even after adjusting the thermostat. I did report the issue this morning at checkout however I wasn’t offered anything off my room. They asked if I was a member of Bonvoy which I wasn’t. Even though I’m it, I felt as if they could’ve done something to accommodate me.

The only things I would change is housekeeping only comes every other day, but I could request towels daily, and the air conditioner was very noisy...my husband jumped out of bed thinking it was a crash or something outside the first night. I would not even metion these, but I rarely trust reviews that are 100% positive/negative.

Appreciate the cleanliness of the room, space in the suite and amenities. However, not happy with the bed which sagged and the pillows that were too flat and small for king sized bed. Also breakfast options were disappointing.

The staff was amazing, the room was clean. The only problem we had was the air conditioner was extremely loud so we all kept on waking up. I knew they were fully booked so I didn’t bother to ask for another room. Otherwise is a wonderful hotel.❤️❤️

I killed two roaches in the bathroom. Also in the first room tv was inoperable. The second room was next to the a/c units so it sounded like I was next to planes taking off all night. I was just too tired to move to a third room. Just praying no roaches are in my bags to take to my home.

My stay was good. The only thing was the poor lighting in the room. It was very dark. Otherwise they were very nice and quiet.

Good location close to UCF. The facility is old but well maintained. It’s a pet friendly hotel and the pet fee is $150… so not very friendly. Unfortunately the pet fee was not disclosed in Expedia.

We had a 1-bedroom suite with a full kitchen: full-sized fridge, microwave, & a mini 2-burner glass stove top, dishes & silverware. There was a single serve coffee maker, but we didn't use it, cuz there's 24hr coffee, tea & hot chocolate mix in the lobby. The complimentary breakfast had nice options & the breakfast area was kept clean & well-stocked with basic breakfast items, as well as healthy choices. Hot station had a different omelet each day, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage & turkey sausage. They also had a waffle station, cereal, muffins, scones, bagels, toast & oatmeal, and apples & bananas, fun extras like salsa, pico, variety of sauces & cheese. I appreciated the healthy toppings bar with yogurt. granola, dried fruits & nuts, and even pumpkin seeds & flax seeds. Coffee & tea station had milk & oat milk, plus little flavored creamers. The hostesses were very efficient with keeping everything clean, hot & fresh.

My daughter were in the area for a concert. I let the property know about this through one of the greeting emails. The staff was incredible at every level. We stayed there for my son's UCF orientation. The hotel is very close to the campus, and easy in and out. Have plenty of food choices around it. The hotel staffs were very friendly. I Highly recommend it.

Close to many eateries and other shops

The bed was comfortable. I saw 1 roach. The bathroom fan was very loud. TVs great , sofa bed not too comfortable. The pool was not open on Saturday. The main weekend day and there were no lights outside for night swimming. The eggs were terrible and they need more than one waffle maker.

Considering still under renovation since last visit the room size was still adequate except a/c unit too loud every time it click on. No luggage rack to place luggage to unpack and no extra blankets/pillows available

I like that the suite that I had, had a full kitchen with an oven The room was not too cluttered I could move freely around the room. The maintenance was timely, unfortunately most of the staff cleaners did not speak English and the did not service and sanitizer the room as I thought it should be.

Paid for a 2 bedroom suite. Couch was broken and unusable. Toilet stopped flushing. Keys had to be reprogrammed after every time we left the room. No dishwasher packets. While the staff was friendly and it was a nice location, the room itself left a lot to be desired.

This is a safe, clean hotel, convenient to several colleges/universities and to Winter Park. Housekeeping staff has to share elevators with hotel guests which is a bit of an inconvenience for both. Otherwise, our room was clean, comfortable, quiet and in good condition. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel was PERFECT for visiting UCF. The only downfall I can say about our suite was that there was a horrible smell in the room (like someone previously had fried something). Staff was extremely nice and helpful.

I was original scheduled to stay from 12/20 - 1/9. However, do to a medical emergency my stay was extended for another 2 weeks. The rooms really really need updated. It feels old and looks old

Very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Hotel was very clean and safe. Wonderful breakfast service during remodel of breakfast room. All staff were friendly and professional

The rooms feature a kitchen, microwave, and have in room items such as coffee, tea, and popcorn included. There's a coffee pot and a stove top. The room includes a full refrigerator. We also enjoyed that it had a work desk. The desk has ample plug ins for your accessories to charge. The property has a pool, jacuzzi, and even a basketball court. There's also a gym that's accessible 24 hours. This location offers free breakfast. The breakfast area is currently closed because of covid. However, they give you a form to select what you would like to eat and which time frame you would like it delivered to your room. The menu features: bagels with spreads such as butter, Nutella, or cream cheese. Scrambled eggs, sausage skillet (potatoes, sausage and peppers), yogurt, jimmy dean breakfast sandwich, fruit (banana or apple), and cereal options. You can basically select one of each and all of the options will come to your room. I'm definitely staying again. Great location.

The room was very well maintained and spacious. The room service and the breakfast arrangements were great. The staff goes out of way to make your stay comfortable.

I was checked into a dirty room and didn't received an apology.

Residence Inns are always great, and this was just as hoped and expected. It is walking distance to IHOP, T-Flats, Steak-n-Shake, Chipotle, Panera, ColdStone, and every other type of food you could want.

The room was great and they tried their best to accommodate us without the lobby ready . But the really bad point is a dog barked all night in the next room and we couldn’t sleep

The lobby renovation threw us offf. The entrance was comfusing and it needed to be advertised.
