Our room was Spacious, hot buffet breakfast was very good but pretty much the same every day. The area around the hotel is safe and nice for quiet walks. Adjacent to a high end mall that is walkable.

Had a great stay here! The hotel was very clean, modern, and in a great location close to shopping and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Orlando.

However, there were a few areas for improvement. The room cleanliness wasn't quite up to the standard I expected. We also had a recurring issue with towels; despite asking, we never seemed to have the correct number of bath towels and had to request an extra one every single day. Additionally, while the breakfast is functional, the seating area is quite cramped and it can be difficult to find a place to sit.

The property was clean and up to date, the staff was friendly and accommodating. My only criticism would be that there wasn't a spare roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, so we has to call for more and wait. Also, next time ill be sure to book a room closer to the elevator because it was a lengthy walk to our room but other than those two minor inconveniences, everything was great and ill definitely be back.

The area was super nice! right text to millenia mall (literally walking distance). The staff were pretty friendly, and on point! i loved staying here! was $19 per night for parking & there a gate that you need to go though for parking which is nice and safe. only problem we had was the smell of air in the room but once we turned it on and let it run for a bit it was fine! overall very nice place

the location was perfect directly from the mall, we could walk from the room to the mall, breakfast was what the general hotels have so good enough for us. the place was clean and smelled fresh, so we enjoyed our stay for a reasonable price. staff was very friendly, only issue we had was that the hairdryer was missing in the room and the telephone did not work so she had to get dressed and walk with wet hair down stairs where the front desk worker found a hairdryer for her in another. empty room not a major issue but a small inconvenience.

Property was ok. Staff was good. Only complaint was I ordered a fan for the room days ahead. When I arrived no fan was available. My kid picked up a bottle water on the first day only to be charged for it at the end of my trip. We didn’t even drink it open the bottle.

Good stay however, housekeeping was not great. We had to ask multiple times for towels and even had to go to the front desk to ask for towel's.

When i checked in no one even told me abot hidden deposit fees!!! They took 200 per room total of 400 bucks and kept 100 of it for pet deposit haven't even got it bk yet. And the soada in there so callled store is 5 bucks per 20oz bottle. If u drink the water in ur room on counter its 6bucks too added to ir room bill of couse!! Not like they haven't stolen enough money 🙄 from us. And last but not least thre pool there sucks!!! It is only 4ft 6in deep and is very small for what u get here.

Great location right across from Mall at Millenia. Got my room upgraded to a suite which was huge and quiet. Nice free breakfast but if you are not in the mood for that there are a lot of restaurants in the area including Keke's. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

Our stay here was a good one. A lot has changed since they first opened I noticed but it won’t deter me from booking again. There was one day that the fire alarms were going off for a very long time but other than that I have no complaints.

The front desk staff was EXCELLENT. Everyone was helpful and friendly. In fact all the staff was friendly and engaging. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The front desk and main lobby is very clean and well maintained. However the carpet inside the room 368 has a strong smell like smelly gym socks. I advised the housekeeping lady however all she did was spray over the carpet, but that did not fix the problem.

My only negative was parking. I signed up to be a Marriott member before my trip and I expected some little perks for being a member. Another friend that signed up to be Marriott member while checking in was waived the parking, yet I still had to pay $18 a night. I see this to be unfair to those who have to pay for parking. All members should get parking for free or a reduced rate.

Everything about this property was perfect! It’s in a very convenient location, right at the center of everything. It was so easy for us to get to all the major attractions like Disney World, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Universal Studios and Sea World. Shopping centers and restaurants were also just a short drive away. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and made our trip even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Orlando.

Only thing when I checked in front desk at arrival. No explaination was given about the parking fee to me. All they said was “are you guys parking here” we said yes, he handed us a paper to put in our car. When I get the bill it was $18 dollar a night. He never told me when I checked in. Felt scammed. I would have parked on the outside or paid the 18 it’s just the fact I was not informed at the beginning. Also house cleaning only cleaned my room once during my stay. I stayed for 4 nights and only once was my room cleaned and new towels were brought to be room. Then charge service fee for 4 nights.

It is a very clean and nice property. The staff was attentive. I arrived early on Sunday, the 10th, and the young woman at the desk was so helpful in trying to get me checked in early. The hotel was very busy, but she kept checking on rooms for me.

Such a nice surprise! The room was spacious and clean plus the location was perfect. Would stay here again next time in Orlando.

Overall if was a great experience. My only complaint was I asked for a room with a tube since we were staying there for my small child to have surgery. When i checked in they reassured me that we had one. One more complaint is that they charged us for more nights then we stayed (we booked more but left early) and we still have not been refunded. We did not get to look at breakfast. Room service was pricey but 7/10. Parking was $24 a day with tax..which seems like a lot.

Great staff, but the room conditions were not so good. The sheets and pillows did not smell very nice and the bathroom made a constant noise even with the lights off. The mattress on the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The location is excellent. Good hotel for a short stay.
