    Had problems with tv and no one came to fix. Hairs and bugs on bed in a newly renovated room. The front staff was very rude. Breakfast was terrible. Would not stay again

    Good location, nice room. Breakfast is bad, it is just boiled eggs and bread. During the five days I was there they didn’t refill the water tank nor the cereal. The bread was cold and the there was always a huge line to warm it up on the only toaster. Staff is very bidder they probable hate their live don’t know. One day I was in the room and they opened the door when they heard me they got out I chased them and they said they were just checking that the door was close, very weird. The mattress was uncomfortable.

    Nice large renovated room on a high floor with great views. Ideally located on International Drive. Unreliable free transfer bus to Disneyland resort. Twenty minutes late one day and never turned up on 2 other occasions.

    I like location only, Don't get full by term breakfast included because you will only get boiled eggs and bread butter. Staff in the breakfast area is rude and not polite at all. In bathroom there is no dustbin so if women are in periods, they will throw sanitary pads in toilet which will block drainage and not hygiene as well. Room service is after 3 days only so you have to stay in dirty rooms for three days and used the same towels and dirty bed.

    Location is simply excellent. No more than 15 minutes to: Universal Orlando Resort, Orlando Premium Outlets, Orlando Outlet Marketplace, Florida Mall, Mall at Millenia, Target, Walmart, and much more. Breakfast was just ok. There wasn't even scrambled eggs and bacon, for example. Very basic stuff, although decent. The really bad experience was that there's a written policy on their page here in booking.com that they charge you $10 per package delivered to your name, without mentioning size or weight limits. I ordered a baby stroller + car seat and when it arrived they wanted to charge me $50 saying that it was too big. I understand that it's much bigger than the usual package and would be ok to pay an extra, but as long as it was clearly stated before. And of course not 5x more. I ended up paying $25 and they waived the charge on another package that arrived on the following day. But that was very unpleasant.

    Air conditioner was extremely loud and made it hard to sleep with it on. Too humid with it off. TVs do not have any streaming capability. General room size and layout was nice, lots of storage. No gym unless you upgrade your room to a suite, but honestly the gym was not worthwhile anyway if you like to lift. A single cable machine and no dumbbells. Breakfast was just okay. Hard boiled eggs yogurt cereal bread etc. located next to a 24 hr arcade but we didn’t hear any noise from our room at night, though we were on the other side of the hotel so ymmv. Lake view and pool were nice. Not the most scenic walking area, but convenient to a lot of restaurants for a bite to eat. Overall just ok, expected better amenities.

    Nothing except the location of hotel and the size of the room was good. Mosquitos by the thousands, had to buy spray to kill off flying mosquitos entering the room. The room was cleaned every 3rd day, so anyone staying for 3 nights will not get their room cleaned. The breakfast was a disgrace, boiled eggs??? How difficult is it to make scrambled eggs along with some cheap bacon and sausages?

    There was free parking, free WiFi, and excellent location to people going to parks. The room we stayed in had two insupportable things : 1. The sensor of movement/ presence of people had flagging all night long turn on the light and wake us up. Terrible !!! 2. Additionally the air conditioner is very noisy. Impossible to have a good night.

    The hotel was beautiful and staff were courteous. I’d booked this hotel because I wanted to enjoy the rooftop terrace, but upon arrival was told that I couldn’t because I wasn’t a club member. I was put on the highest floor and within two days both elevators were out of service so all guests had to use the service elevator in that part of the building. I had also booked for the breakfast, but it was over by 9:30 so I never made it. Also, on separate occasions, the power went out in my room thus rotting the food that I had in the refrigerator. Finally, the TVs were not set up appropriately, I only had a few live channels, and the guide had no information and no premium channels.

    We generally stay at this hotel for our trips to Orlando. There seems to always be something broken. Both elevators were down, and we were on the 11th floor. Walking wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for the luggage. Breakfast time, out of two toasters, one was broken. Maintenence staff was great, very friendly.

    Location Would not stay here again. Room didn’t match booking (got 2nd floor instead of high floor), dirty window, bad smell, and overall poor cleanliness. Deluxe room was outdated with an unclean bathroom. The luxury suite was worse, dirty carpet, strong odor, weak AC, and broken coffee machine. Breakfast was basic and crowded, pool not clean and closes early, and service was unfriendly at check-in. Not worth the price, better options available.

    We found a huge cockroach and full of small mosquitoes in the room. They did change the room for us but the new room has no blankets and we asked for it. Then they told us to come down ourselves to get it. Some staff has bad attitude. It was a very bad experience.

    Location and room were great. Housekeeping was great. There is not enough parking for everyone. Second floor parking is always blocked off, called front desk one night for access and nothing happened. Another guest had to move the barrier for access to the second floor parking.     The renovated rooms were clean for the most part. There was a few marks on one of the queen bed spreads. It had rained for a little bit for both days that we were there, in a large puddle of water, pulled out right in front of our hotel room, and there was really no way to step around it so we’d have to step into water before walking into our hotel room. The AC unit also seems pretty old, and the vents were facing the bottom of the bed closest to the unit, and the floor, and there was no way to move the vents to face higher than that to really circulate the air around the room.

    Would have been nice to have cooking utensils, even just a pot and a pan. People use the suits with the cook tops to try and cut costs of eating out. Traveling people don’t carry around stuff like that and more than likely can’t take it back with them if they need to purchase so it’s wasting money. Also the jacuzzi tub did not work.

    1/2 lifts out of service for the whole stay, sometimes took 15mins to get downstairs during busy periods. Cleaners only come every 3 days and only once left shampoo/conditioner in the 12 days we stayed, we had to ask reception for replenishments twice. Bed linen not changed, just made up, which we know due to a stain on one of our pillow cases. Cleaners came around 5pm, whilst we were back at the hotel wanting to get changed for the evening. Breakfast was very basic, boiled eggs, toast, waffles, pancakes or cereal. Long queues due to only having 2 slow pancake makers and 2 slow toasters. No gym unless club member, Only 14 sun beds which were generally all taken/reserved with towels by 8.30am (not sufficient for 12 floors of guests). Pool towels often not available/replenished. Overall good location for restaurants and universal studios, but not sure we would stay here again.

    Room was big, modern and clean. Great view over the lake. Check in staff were friendly and helpful. Lobby was clean and spacious. The air-conditioning was extremely loud. The breakfast wasn't great. Kitchen staff at breakfast were almost yelling in the kitchen. Was extremely loud. Would have been more useful if they came out into the dining room and wiped a few tables over. Rooms are only serviced every third day, which we were notified about after full payment of the booking. Only one elevator working for 12 floors

    However, the overall cleanliness of the property, especially in the common areas, was disappointing. The hallways appeared dirty and not well maintained, which affected the first impression. The breakfast was very basic, with a heavy focus on bread options and very limited variety. Even something as simple as toasting bread involved long lines. The boiled eggs, unfortunately, had an unpleasant texture. The rooftop, which looks very appealing in the photos, is only accessible to VIP members, which was not clearly communicated and felt misleading. As for the room, it was comfortable, but there was a noticeable humidity/musty smell that made the stay less pleasant. Overall, while the location is excellent, there are several areas that need improvement to match expectations.

    The check in process was horrible. Went to check in and there was a man at the desk just looking at people. There were 5 partiea a head of me. After ten minutes, I heard him say the computer was down. He could have looked up and told the newer customers this news. After 40 minutes another lady took our info and gave us parking passes and then manually a room key. There was no apology,discount or upgrade offered. One time the elevator didnt work so everyone had to hike up the stairs. 1 garbage can per room. There needs to be one in bathroom and one in the main room. Parking is available but I think during peak summer season there will be a problem.

    Parking not adequate for number of rooms. I was told to park in the fire lane or in handicap spaces and just find something by hotel staff. Room was hot as AC unit is equivalent to a window unit. Sheets smelled. Breakfast was sparse again for number of guests. Will never stay there again.

    The hotel was clean and we had no issues, I would recommend. What I don’t like is the fact that they clean the rooms every 3 days. I was there from Tuesday to Saturday and my room was never cleaned. I keep it clean but I imagine how other guests might be like, so that questions the cleanliness of the hotel. No issues with parking on the contrary the fact that it was free parking is an advantage. TV did give us a few issues. Overall it’s a good choice if you are going to the Universal area and don’t want to spend so much in a hotel.

    Though we arrived at 9:30a we understood our rooms wouldn’t be ready, but instead of being optimistic the front desk leader rudely shared that check-in would not be possible at all as they had 150 check outs. We then went to hang out by the pool and lay on day beds that greeted us with water drippings from the ac motors on the side of the building. After leaving the pool area because of that, we went for lunch off site and spent a few hours off site. We came back around 3p and was assured at 4p the room would be ready, 4p came around and the room wasn’t ready still. We waited around until 6:30 and our room STILL was not ready. Since we had been up since 3a traveling, we decided to find another hotel on our own and stay there. When we tried to leave, we were told that we should stay because the room would be ready at 7:30 and that we could have a drink in the lounge to keep waiting ( the lounger was closed btw). So we left and asked that we be refunded since we didn’t stay, we are still waiting on a response from management to offer the refund we were promised. Worst experience ever. This is certainly a hotel that is hanging on by a thin thread and doesn’t know what true hospitality is. There’s plenty of better and affordable hotels in Orlando. Avoid here.

    The front desk staff were very helpful, courteous And accommodating. I would definitely be back. Great location, especially for Disney fireworks in a distance. If you take the elevator up to floor 12, you can see them wonderfully.

    For the price this was perfect. I was in town for one night with 15 and 12 year olds. Picked this hotel because of the fact there is a 24 arcade in the parking lot. We came in to town around 8pm a wanted something for the kids to do. Hotel was very clean and recently updated. Great location for those doing Universal or Sea World. Biggest downfall for me was the window unit AC. They tend to be loud. I would suggest splurging on the North tower club level if you plan on staying a few days

    The cons: I didn’t like that the rooms were not connected to the main hotel. The TV reception was not good. Unfortunately, the hotel WiFi didn’t allow streaming so you had to watch TV with bad reception and minimal channels. The breakfast was ok. There were not meat options. They should have two toasters for the waffle, bread, and English muffins. The pros: The beds were comfortable. They were work quickly to fix the sink drain that was clogged. They rooms have a mini fridge and microwave. The hotel is near tow gift shops that you can get souvenirs and snack. There is an arcade nearby for entertainment. Overall the room was decent.

Only complaints are one of the elevators was not working on the weekend we were there, lack of parking and I was charged $250 for a incidentals which was credited back a day after check out hence the 4 star review. There was no notice of this charge and I was not forewarned or informed during check-in. I credit management though for having staff out in the parking lot to direct where to park late in the evening and the speedy return of the deposit. I have stayed at other hotels where it took a week to return this incidental fee and staff was polite to explain.

    Parking is free if you can find a spot. Had to park in an area designated no parking only to wake up and find other guest parked in no parking areas in front and behind my car. Took the front desk 1 1/2 hr to locate the owners. Also had to wait an hour upon arrival because room was not ready. Breakfast was minimal breads, hard boiled eggs and pancakes.

    No response to online inquiries after booking. Check-in was supposed to be at 4pm but not given to us till the pm because housekeeping was still preparing it. Bathroom sliding door lock was not working and due to design, the light and bath noise disturbed all occupants. Lack of electrical outlets. Mini size iron board. Not enough parking and told to just go out and find space as long as it is not blocking traffic. Even told to park in handicapped parking if available. Booking site stated parking included but service desk used the words stating it's complementary meaning go find space on your own. Breakfast items were average and not refilled once getting emptied. The only good thing may be the beds.

    The second night (12/26) was a complete nightmare. We returned around midnight with two exhausted kids and there was absolutely no parking available. The front desk staff were extremely unhelpful. I was repeatedly told to “park in any available spot” despite there being none. When I asked for help, asked them to come outside, or requested to speak with a manager, I was refused. I was even told to cancel my reservation—despite already being checked in for our second night. At one point I was threatened with having my car towed but given no solution, even after explaining I had children in the car who needed to sleep. Staff admitted that people from nearby businesses were parking in the hotel lot, yet they made no effort to secure parking for guests. Eventually my husband had to call a police officer for help. The officer confirmed the hotel had done nothing to manage parking. Thanks only to the officer’s intervention, my family and two other guests were finally able to park—after over an hour. Another guest canceled and left. Completely unacceptable, stressful, and poorly managed. I would not stay here again.

    My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of disappointing. The experience was marred by a series of unpleasant encounters and unmet expectations. Issues with Accommodation and Accessibility As a disabled person, I was appalled by the lack of accommodation and empathy shown by Manager Bryan. Upon arrival, I was informed that the room I had reserved, which was supposed to cater to my accessibility needs, was unavailable. When I insisted on a suitable room, Bryan reluctantly agreed but then demanded that I move my heavy suitcases within 15 minutes, despite my inability to lift heavy items. His irate reaction and threat to involve law enforcement if I did not comply were both distressing and discriminatory. Unmet Requests and Noise Issues After much hassle, I was finally allowed to stay, but only after my family intervened. However, my request for a quiet room was completely ignored, as I was placed right next to the elevators. This led to a sleepless night due to the constant noise. Limited Amenities and Poor Breakfast Furthermore, the hotel’s advertised amenities were misleading. Access to the workout room and top floor was restricted solely to elite members, contrary to what was advertised. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were subpar, consisting merely of cold items and unappetizing, dry pancakes. Overall Experience Overall, my experience at this hotel was deeply unsatisfactory. The lack of respect, poor service, and misleading advertising.

    I did not get a lake view room like I booked. Room has a kitchen, but no utensils. We asked for some at the front desk, and they literally told us to go buy some cause they didn’t have it. Vending machines downstairs have nothing and barely works. The one on our floor also didn’t work, neither did the ice machine. We had to go to a few floors to find ice. Definitely not worth the money besides the location.

    My overall take is that for the price the stay was adequate, in a bind I would stay there. Having experienced it, if given an equivalent option, I may not opt to stay there again mainly due to the breakfast. Cons: 1. The breakfast is disappointing to say the least. It comprises of boiled eggs in a container, bread slices. Pancakes and waffles to reheat, which did not appear appetizing at all. Cereal which mold was found on some of the Cranberries or strawberries (not sure what they were) in the cereal. They did have a better drink selection but nothing extensive. Black coffee, dairy creamer packets, one type of tea bag, apple/orange juice. I am a breakfast person and was looking forward to a nice breakfast n summary it felt like a sad breakfast. 2. The rooms aren't cleaned everyday. After 3 days someone placed clean sheets on the bed but didn't change them but they did changed the dirty towels in the bathroom to replace them with clean ones. I don't think the floors were cleaned as when I walked around my socks became dirty at the bottom. I eventually threw them away as I didn't want to walk around barefooted as my feet would get dirty 3. The room was generally poorly lit. 2 bedside lamps and a desk lamp. Nothing overhead.     The moment we arrived we stood in front of the gentleman at the desk who looked at us like he was confused on why we were standing there so WE had to say hello he didn’t even greet us. The rest of the check in was fine. The free breakfast is a joke. We specifically picked a hotel with free breakfast to save money and at the end of the day we ended up having to go out and spend money on breakfast. Our room had ants they said they came to take care of it while we were out it got worse so at 2 am once we came back from the park we had to move rooms. Not only rooms but a whole other tower. I was happy they were swift and didn’t hesitate to change rooms but then we went from an upgraded room to a non renovated room I was highly disappointed but was too tired to go back and forth. The only good thing about this hotel was the location and view.

    This hotel is in an excellent location. The service at the lobby is not the best, some of them are rude. The breakfast tastes good but it’s very limited. The room was clean when we arrived but it’s obvious it needs maintenance. The AC makes a lot of noise and the handle for the shower would fall off at times. The room key given to you doesn’t work smoothly, we would struggle a lot when trying to open the door. But if you’re planning on going to the parks in Orlando then I would recommend this hotel because if it’s location.

    The lobby was nice and clean the man at the desk was very friendly and helpful but the key cards were trash we had to go back to the lobby before we could get in our room, the guy at the desk was apologetic and again very helpful and gave us new keys. The new keys only worked when they wanted to so I would go downstairs but couldn’t get back up because the key wouldn’t work. After shift change the two girls at the desk were arguing and talking crap about guests that came in while my friend was sitting in the lobby waiting for me, not a good impression. Overall the room was clean the view was great and I would probably stay here again if you fix the key system and train the desk girls better

    When we checked into our room, we immediately noticed roaches. Thankfully, the front desk staff was kind and quickly moved us to a better room. Parking was frustrating since it was first come, first served, and many non-guests were using the lot to go to the arcade next door. The breakfast was bland with very limited options.     The only redeeming quality of this hotel was the kind front desk workers. There was no parking as soon as we arrived. People were fighting for parking spots. We had an employee who was leaving his shift give us his spot after nearly 2 hours of trying to find parking. Hotel room in the South tower was covered in ants. All over the floor, fridge, cabinets, bathroom, and night stands.The TVs do not work at all, even if connected to the hotel WiFi or personal hot spot. I would absolutely not book here again.

    I booked through Hotels and paid. When I got there to check in they wanted $250 to hold. That’s more than I paid for the room.     Overall we were happy with our suite. It was large clean and quiet. The only issues we had were both involving the elevators. One elevator was down during checkin during our 2nd night causing delays to get to our room. The other issue is the elevator is very finicky when you swipe to get to your floor. Multiple people had issues getting to their floor without going past it first!!

    This time they renovated the rooms and they look incredible. The lady that checked me in at the front desk, I believe her name was Deborah, was extremely nice.     AC did not cool the room well. Even on the lowest temp. Black-out drapes did not close all the way to serve their purpose. No internet " due to construction". TV made frequent noises like bursts of white noise. We were told we were staying in the "newly renovated tower". We were woken up at 8am by a worker drilling and hammering outside our door. The breakfast is a joke. They run out of juice and water everyday and their other limited items. Seems like they shop at near by stores for their breakfast items instead of in bulk like other chain hotels. Worker states they only receive one 5 gallon water bottle "per day" for guests. Pool was closed for cleaning during " "open" hours instead of treating the pool when it closes at "sunset". The lake view is pretty,but don't look too close. It is rather disgusting where the lake meets the hotel property. Depending on your race, you may get an abundance of toiletries. I witnessed it checking in. If you spoke Spanish to the front desk workers they gave you a surplus of soaps, etc. If you ask politely in English you get 2 soaps even if you tell them the number of guests in your group. They advertise a bar and I never saw it open once ( stayed for 5 nights). I will not be staying here again.

    Breakfast was a joke. They only had toast, pancakes, bagels, cereal, yogurt and boiled eggs and even then there wasnt enough of everything. There were no umbrellas to provide any shade by the pool. It was advertised that there was a bar and pool available on the roof, but its only for "Club" members. The 4th floor hallway smelled like soured, mildewed carpet. Only one elevator was working the entire weekend. If you wanted to take the stairs, you had to exit the building through the emergency exit door and reenter into the lobby. The other elevator broke and we had to carry all of our luggage and belongings down 4 floors of stairs upon checkout.

    Room looked newly remodeled but the AC was old and it kept us up all night the last night we were there kicking on and off because it was going to go out according to maintenance. The breakfast is bread bread and more bread. One day they had hard boiled eggs. There was cereal or apples and oranges… not my idea of breakfast.

    Card to open the room door and elevator barely works. If you don’t mind the noice constructions going on during the day. Breakfast is ok mostly plain breads, waffles, pancakes, fruits ans yogurt. There were eggs some days are noneV is blurry, had to call maintenance to fix bedside light. There is 2 side of the hotel

    The view across the lake from our room was beautiful, the room was clean and the staff are lovely. The parking area and surrounding shops are grotty and the lifts are temperamental.

    The only positive thing is mybroom was very clean. Check in, Check out and parking were a nightmare. The staff were rude, condescending and not helpful at all. The only help I received was from a construction worker.

    Room was ok...there was a leak in the room. We advised management but nothing was really done as there was another leak the next day...so if they don't care, why should we. Luckily none of our stuff got wet. The AC unit was not the best...even though these rooms had recently been remodeled. The breakfast was ok....mostly pancakes and waffles, toast, fruit, cereals, juices and coffee. They had boiled eggs and one morning they swapped the eggs for just beans. No sausage or bacon or hash browns. They have a gym and a rooftop pool but you had to stay in the main building to have access to the gym...makes no sense. I guess only people in the main building care to workout/exercise. We asked the front office about access and said that unfortunately since we're in the "outside" building we didn't get access to the gym but we could the next time IF we stayed in the main building. Unbelievable...you figure you paid to stay at the same place but we don't get access. They also have a bar but you have to buy tickets at the fron desk and can't pay the bartender Again location was good, hotel was ok and service was mediocre

    Thanks for patiently waiting on the line. I'm done calling with the property and Hermina the front desk said that the pool was not broken and it's been functioning well for a week now so they will not be able to approve of me for a compensation. I'm doing my best to let them know of your situation and stated that you've provided a picture however they are still upheld to their decision. I wish I can post pictures here. What a shame will be coming to this hotel for a long time.!

    The remodeled room was quiet, and king bed was very comfortable, Had a problem with the key card not working, but 2nd one was fine, Breakfast was basic, hard boiled eggs were odd textured, luke rubber..,All in all I would stay again

    They situated us in the building that was under construction where there was a lot of dust and dirt inside the elevators and the hallways which you brought into the room. It smelled bad I chocked constantly from the dust. The side of the wall where the TV was hanging the electrical was not working. I called to ask the front desk to explain the situation and informed them that my mom was disabled. If they could move us inside the other building. II spoke to Andrea the manager and she said she could not change our rooms. Engineering came to check the electrical. The man said the breaker was not working they told the front desk to move us, only 2 rooms down. The staff was not empathetic to the fact that my mom was disabled and did not want to acknowledge or apologize for such an inconvenience. Being that my mom is disabled they should of made adjustments on ADA American disability act. They should of also notified Expedia about the construction and why are they making people breathe the toxic air what if there was asbestos.

    Somehow, a clerical error was made and my room was listed as occupied. At 1:50 AM in the morning four individuals were attempting to enter my room shortly after I arrived back from obtaining my delivery order from downstairs. Very strange and scary situation.
