Do not use their laundry machine in the laundry room, all the machine barely works take your money but no refund, this motel not taking responsible for the laundry machine they said owned by other company, which never answer your call with the phone number on the wall, stay away!!

The hotel was not clean, and there was a small roach inside the toilet. The blankets had an unpleasant smell, and the reception staff made me pay a $50 cash deposit. When I went to collect my deposit the next day at 6:45 am, the hotel was closed, and I was unable to retrieve it. .

The price was very reasonable for the Orlando area, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, while also being firm when dealing with disruptive guests. The hotel is conveniently located on a direct bus route to Orlando Airport, and Florida Mall is only about five minutes away by bus. The hotel requires a cash deposit, but this was not disclosed during the booking process. The property is quite run down and in need of significant refurbishment. Arriving after dark, I genuinely wasn’t sure whether the building was operating or abandoned, and I would not describe this as a family-friendly property. Solo travellers, particularly those arriving at night, may feel uncomfortable with the overall atmosphere and surroundings.

It was very close to the venues hosting events related to Orlando downtown carnival Despite the prefaced no WiFi, there were roaches, the faucet on the sink was loose to the point I thought it was going to come off, the shower head was out of control and water was getting everywhere, despite efforts to keep the shower door closed (it kept opening up), the toilet got clogged after one TYPICAL use, there was no microwave, no mini fridge to keep food, the building was dingy and hard to navigate with a bunch of crackheads everywhere. It says it was newly renovated outside but they must’ve forgotten to take that sign down when they renovated in the 70s ? It gets 3 stars because the bed was comfortable and this place gave us somewhere to lay our heads after all our reveling.

The hotel was not anything like you see in the photos for oto hotel . It was run down and looked like a place low life lives and very dirty outside. The price was good but the place was not very inviting. Smoke arlarm was missing lights did not work properly. Would not recommend to anyone

The property is rodent and insect infested, you can smell hardcore drugs down the hallway but they don’t want you to smoke in the rooms, I left the room clean expecting to get my deposit back but I was told I can’t have it because I got a pea shaped amount of blood on a sheet from a cut on my the inside of my palm mind you; the hallway flooded with water, they have NO WI-FI, NO MICROWAVE, and the AC will give you constant problems even after calling in maintenance, there is also NO ROOM SERVICE, and if you ask for another room they will put you in one thats worst than the previous one. If you report ANY OF THESE PROBLEMS, they will ask you to take photos and videos of you killing and catching them. So I guess let the rodent or insect run around your room until you can get a picture or they won’t believe you. PLEASE TAKE HEED IN THIS MESSAGE THIS IS NO JOKE!!

I didn’t even check in. The place was not anything like the pictures and there was a bullet hole I the glass where I was going to check in. They asked for a deposit in cash which was extremely shady. Nt so was scared and I just left and decided to drive 3 hours back to Miami that same night.

The property is extremely run down, very unlike the photos. Water damage in the ceiling tiles in the hallways looks like something from The Last Of Us (very glaring, not at all subtle). Everything looks worn: furniture, sheets, paint jobs, etc. Pillows feel like several fistfuls of fluff in a sack. Litter in the stairways and hallways that persists for days. There is NO WI-FI. No front desk staff from 11pm-7am. The woman who checked us in was very kind and helpful, but she was the only one on staff so the check-in process/guest services can be a bit slow if there’s a line. To be clear, not her fault. Just feels like a mismanaged business. The AC in the room works very well, though it is quite noisy. The rooms look much better than the lobby, parking/outside area, and hallways, but that is setting the bar Very Low. This place is fine if you want to save money and are ok with only getting the bare minimum (though be aware you need $50 cash for the deposit), but just know it isn’t at all like the photos. I wouldn’t have booked it if I knew. I don’t think it would pass any kind of inspection.

Hotel grounds are outdated and dirty, inside lobby looked okay on pictures and smelled clean in person. Staff was not friendly and did not seem sympathetic when i got locked out of my room due to keycard repeatedly losing programming. No staff available from 11pm to 7am. I was locked out of my room at 1am and noone was around to reprogram my key. I had to get a room across the street til the next morning. Got refused a refund by hotel and was told it was my fault. This place should not be advertised on hotels.com Never again!!

Nothing Payed before I go there 60$. The booking online said nothing about room number or pin, nobody was in the front office to tell me my room, nobody workers around either. Misleading pictures. If it wasn't for the person at the front desk, I would have assumed the property was closed down and or abandoned. Very rough neighborhood. Doesn't feel safe. Very much a low low income/homeless housing type of property. Smells, lots of stains, garbage. Booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. Ate the cost of 2nd night to go to a nice hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!

There was cockroaches all over my room gave me and my friends nightmares every black shadowy place in the room was crawling with bugs. Don’t leave your pizza box down for five minutes or you’ll get an extra crunch a little bit more protein on your pizza.

The conditions of stairways terrible, dirty, with a strong urine smell, cigarettes, Wawa cups on the floor. Room was in acceptable cleaniness conditions except sink which had evident dried soap or foam traces and a dirty towel. Despite my reservation was for two nights, I checked out next morning and I looked for other hotel. What a difference! The reception was almost in ruins with a set of width plastic layers which brought to my mind the causes of that and I could think of due to dangerous people there. I won't go back there!

The place is not as listed. It is an Econolodge very rundown. There are printed sheets on the door that says the name of the hotel you thought you were booking at. And they wanted $50 for the amenities in cash. Very sketchy and rude.

The hotel does not meet basic standards of safety or cleanliness. During the night, a stranger knocked on my window looking for someone else, which created a very unsafe and alarming situation, especially since I was traveling with children. This is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the property is in very poor condition: it appears run-down, with damaged floors, no WiFi, and there were insects (we found a cockroach in the room). The surrounding area also feels unsafe and does not match the photos shown during the reservation process. I attempted to cancel the reservation upon arrival, but due to the late hour and the fact that I was traveling with two children, I had no immediate alternative. I had also booked two rooms. This situation constitutes false advertising and a serious failure to meet basic safety and quality standards. Therefore, I request a proper review of my case and an appropriate resolution, including a refund or compensation. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances.

She refused to grant my request and was a nasty c you next Tuesday for real and straight kept my cash. Shes lucky im a reformed eff up, or shed definitely wouldve tasted the side of my hand, but ive come along way since my hellion days. Anyway hotels.com should remove them from their list cause the police told me that lady does that to everyone. The cop said even if we proved it was soy sauce that specific lady would only pick another reason, the police told me yea no one really gets their deposit back here cause she will only move the goal line. So yea do not go here unless you want to spend an extra 50 bucks cash cause you will not get it back. The room was not in the best condition. Tub spout was not attached well and water lines were actually attached backwards, cold on righthand side and hot on left-hand side, the same with the lavatory faucet.

I was asked to pay a cash deposit after paying in full which was non refundable. The hotel name was OYO online when I arrived it was an Econolodge. It was filthy and rundown. The pictures online looked nothing like the actual hotel. I was scammed.

First of all, we couldn't find the place because the sign says Econolodge. It's so dilapidated and run down it doesn't even look like it's open for business. The receptionist gave a rundown of the rules, one of which was no smoking weed on the property or you'd be asked to leave with no refund. I was there 5 days, the people in the room next to mine smoked weed constantly. My room reeked, as did the hallway. These rooms don't have phones, so I went to the front desk twice and complained about the horrible odor of weed, mainly so they didn't think it was me and ask me to leave. The receptionist clearly knew the people personally because she asked which room, then said "they know they aren't supposed to smoke in the room" then she got her cell phone and called them. She didn't have to look up their number first, she already knew it! My trip was absolutely horrible. First night I saw a roach and Heater was not working. Fridge stopped working halfway through the night and I saw two more roaches. Checked out early. Tried getting a refund through the third party but they have to contact the hotel, which no one has answered the phone. It was literally everything. First, the hotel is poorly lit from outside, and does not have any identifying signage. The only sign is for the Econo Lodge so I’m sure you can see how that is confusing when my reservation was for the OYO hotel. It appears the Econo Lodge has closed and this new OYO hotel has taken its spot. However, again, still no signage. Second, the woman at the front desk who looked and acted as though she would rather eat her snacks than do her literal job. Her nails were way too long to be sanitary in hospitality. She was not mean, but she was certainly not welcoming either. Third, no where in the booking was I informed that this hotel was a CASH ONLY establishment that was closed from 11pm to 7am. Had I known this, I would not have reserved here because my flight was leaving at 6am and so I had to just donate them my $50 because the lovely lady at the front desk told me it was either that or go somewhere else at 9pm before my 4am wake up. When we received our room key, we were informed there was no WiFi and we had to take out our own trash. The room felt neglected. The room had cockroaches and other pests. The blanket looked dirty. The floor was caked in dirt. It was terrible. The staff was pleasant though. Quick and responsive. It would have been nice to know that the WiFi was not working in the hotel AND the credit card machine as well ahead of time to prepare for the payment for the security deposit.

Oh, false advertising and rooms are photo shopped to make it look like something else. If you can find the OYO sign id be shocked because it is the Econolodge I think? And cant forget the welcoming guests when I walked into the room and killed multiple roaches. 10/10

You truly get what you pay for. At this cheap rate, the price should be a clear clue of what to expect. The place felt dirty and honestly scary. There was constant noise doors slamming, people walking outside, and you could hear everything. It felt creepy, almost like being in a horror movie. I only stayed one night due to an emergency.

Pictures are 100% fake. This place is so run down and filthy. Lobby closes in the evening so if you have an issue then you are up the creek until the next day. The place is full of people with major life issues. AC didn’t work. Maintenance guy is useless. Hot water worked twice.

Do not put your key card anywhere except your back pocket because if it even comes closer, touching your phone or your other cards it will stop working. We got locked out of our hotel at night on Orange Blossom Trail, it was not a fun experience if I could put a zero I would.

From the outside, it looks destroyed. People live there is not only a hotel but a proyect area, and at night doesnt look secure, a lot of questionable characters, police were called twice its horrible. Do not go there.

They did not meet the deal , They offer 24/7 on the description , but when you arrive to the place , there is a label tha said they don have the same , and you have to pay a deposit and they will deliver to you next day , in my case I left the hotel and I lose my money , it is terrible service for the customer.

I was never able to see the room because the hotel cancelled my reservation. The customer service was almost non existent-all AI voices and constantly put on hold and given the run around. When I was able to get a hold of a human, they were mostly unhelpful or belligerent. The hotel was very difficult to find, and the pictures online are 100% inaccurate as it is a rundown building with no signs or indication that it is a hotel and not an abandoned building. I finally found the hotel and there was no hotel staff available after 11-I’ve never seen or heard of any hotel like this and based on the signs on the door-it is a recent and temporary development. Either way, I wasn’t able to check in that night. When I went to check in, in the morning, the woman through the window rolled her eyes and rudely told me I need to contact my third party provider to get a refund. Sadly, hotels.com sided with this establishment (after they themselves had trouble getting in contact with them) and refused to give me a refund or a voucher for a hotel stay that was not cancelled on my behalf. Very disappointing for a company I have been a customer of for years. This hotel just seems like it gets bookings, makes the experience so terrible that people cancel and pocket the money. Or they just cancel the booking on their own like they did for me. Terrible place and I will be there to witness it’s eventual closure.

Room was not cleaned before we got there, no soap, broken lock on door, only one key card worked, there was no hot water. I had not one but two roaches crawl across the comforter of the bed. I understand a hotel can't control the outside environment, but they can control the pest. On a brighter note, the room was very clean.

I left at 1:00 in the morning to go get a bite to eat and when I came back my key card did not work there was nobody on property there was no phone numbers to call you are basically out of luck if your key doesn't work my key was demagnetized somehow I did not have my cell phone with me so I couldn't have been that I had to wait outside my room till 7:00 in the morning till the front gate door opened and somebody showed up to let me in they did not refund my stay they did not extend my stay give me a few hours to sleep they were horrible I would not recommend staying there at all

Barely livable, only stayed because prepaid and non refundable. The room stunk, had roaches, toilet didn't flush, shower barley had hot water. My husband even found drugs on top of cabinet! The whole place is so run down it look abandoned and sign is not OYO, so it's easily missed.

It wasn’t clean, the plumbing wasn’t great, they put us in a very sketchy that clearly looked abandoned building all the way in the back, there were bugs, the room maintenance wasn’t great at all.

If your goal is to stay in a homeless encampment , this is a hotel for you. This is in the old dilapidated econo lodge. The pictures on expedia look great but don't be fooled! When we got there, we drove around the building.There were homeless people everywhere , some of the windows had garbage bags for window coverings. We Meet two girls as we were leaving that said they were scammed as well and they were not staying there either because they didn't feel safe. If I could give this hotel a negative star rating I would. When I called expedia to ask for a refund they could not even get in touch with the hotel.

Key cards constantly failing to work with no staff available after 11pm my daughter and I were forced to pay $97 for a room across the street till the next morning when staff was available. I was not aware of the $50 Deposit fee that wasn't explained needed to be in cash, I had to go to an ATM that wouldn't except my card then I finally was able to get my bank on the United Kingdom to sort out my card when I went back the hotel had closed so I ended up sleeping on the street for the night as other hotels I couldn't afford

Not a lot of lights outside so the place looks sketchy at night. The office was closed between 11pm-7am and there was a $50 deposit. It wasn’t advertised that there would be a deposit to pay. The staff were nice enough and there were food options nearby, which is why this isnt a 1 star review. The wifi would not connect work the entire 3 days i was there and other guests said the same. The desk had a new policy of being closed between 11-7, which was not 24 hours as advertised when I chose here. The floors seemed as if they hadnt been cleaned properly. Way less nice than in the pictures, honestly kinda gross/sketchy and other guests i talked to felt the same. Someone was blasting music at 8 am so much the floors were shaking and that went on for hours.

The hotel is run down. Even though it’s old, the room was very clean. I saw security going around multiple times while I was there. I didn’t like that I had to leave a cash security deposit and wait for housekeeping to check the room before getting the security deposit back during checkout, but I understand why they do it. Checked in on Friday 11/07/25 first they gave us the wrong room with someone’s stuff inside it and then when we got our right room we noticed a small blood stain on the bed but due to them being busy we ignored it and then it came to checking out today. Said blood stain was the reason we were refused our deposit back BUT another member in our party had makeup and stuff all over her sheets and got her deposit back! All I’m saying is we now have to sell our festival tickets due to ignorance and disrespect. The front desk lady was rude and unprofessional cursing at my fiance and calling him stupid

My experience with this hotel was awful from beginning to end. The entrance is horrible, the building is old and poorly maintained, and the reception area looks outdated and neglected. But the worst part was the lack of honesty. I had prepaid my stay through Hotels.com. When I arrived, they demanded a 50-dollar cash deposit, with no option to pay by card because they “didn’t have a card machine”. I needed to leave very early in the morning, at around 5 a.m., and the front desk would be closed at that time, so there was no way for me to get the deposit back if I paid in cash. The receptionist herself suggested that I cancel my stay under these conditions, so I didn’t check in and did not stay at the hotel at all. She said my prepaid stay would be refunded. However, the hotel later refused to cancel or refund anything through the app, and I lost the full amount I had paid in advance for a stay I never even used. Old, badly maintained, unprofessional staff and dishonest with money. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

I’m very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was very dirty and had a strong smell of cigarettes, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The bathroom was not clean, the bed was poorly made, and the whole place smelled bad. On top of that, the person at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. I didn’t feel respected as a guest. This was not a good experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. They really need to improve their cleanliness and customer service.

When we showed up to this property, it looked abandoned. We confirmed that we had the correct property location and we did. We did NOT stay here because the whole place appeared dirty, abandoned, and unsafe. We booked a whole different hotel that was much nicer and closer to Universal Studios.

So the hotel doesn’t even have the name on sign. The blanket had mystery stains. The window had a bullet hole in it. It looks like a hotel that people sell drugs out of. The door to my room worked when it wanted to and you had to shoulder check it to get it to open. 10/10 don’t recommend. Also had to pay a deposit of 50 that they only accepted in cash that was not mentioned in the booking.

I booked a property yesterday night and when I showed up at the property no one was there at the hotel. Besides this, the hotel doors were closed too. Also, Expedia is not refunding the money for the booking.

Upon arrival, the place looked to be boarded up. It was a sign, said Econo lodge. The uber driver circled around because it looked dark and dark deserted, and then he argued with me and uh told me to I had to get out of the car. Then he left visibly upset. There was a sign on the door stating, as of august twenty eighth, they will be closed between twelve thirty and uh, five in the morning for renovations. I was left there up. I tried to walk to 2 other hotels with all my luggage and no one would do any chickens at that hour. So I ended up at a burger king, and the man told me, never get a hotel on orange blossom. He said, I was in extreme danger, and he left me inside the building, and I was able to call an Uber to go back to the airport where I had to sleep. For the rest of the night.... That was a terrible experience, and I could have got robbed, and there was drugs. Dealers, arguing with people buying and selling drugs and staring at me as i'm walking up and down the street at two a m.... Thank god for the burger king manager on orange blossom in orlando..

Just an overnight stay before flying out. After arriving, hotel seemed a little sketchy. But that's on me, I usually drive by and check before booking. Both ladies for check in and check out wete fabulous, so that made me feel better.

This hotel looks nothing like the pictures posted!! It looks abandoned and it should be. Broken glass doors, the outside doors open without a key card, no pool, broken ice machine, broken toilet and water stains all over the walls and ceiling. I cannot believe it hasn’t been shut down! I never saw any security and the traffic after midnight was crazy! Luckily I used my reward points and did not pay too much out of pocket!! The $50 per day deposit was ridiculous! I got mine back when I checked out but only after someone “inspected” the room. They should have paid me to stay there because that room was cleaner when I left then when I got there! Too bad I used my points for this place and Hotels.com needs to take this hotel off their list! It’s a dangerous area, well known for drugs and prostitution!!

I had to relax because it was quiet there and i didnt know the office wasnt 24 hrs i had to leave around 4 am it was difficult to connect to someone to come to assist you but next time i wont requesting early fly if i have to stay at this hotelthat i didnt like but the place was safe and quiet.

The signs outside say Econo Lodge so it took some time to actually realize I was at the correct place. Speak with the receptionist at the front and she informs me that there will be an incidental charge, I had no problem with it as most hotels charge a fee. She had also informed me that the charge must be in cash, $50. Luckily I had money on me and I handed her the only bill in my possession, it was a $100 bill. All of a sudden she gets an attitude with me and tells me that she is going to have to wait for her manager to return to accept the bill. It was already close to 11pm and I was already Really tired. I patiently waited 10 minutes and politely asked her if she had summed her boss. She returns with a snide comment and that was then i decided that I would not escalate the situation or return with a comment and left the premises. If I were hotels.com I would seriously reconsider associating with this establishment. I travel a lot and this has NEVER happened to me in my life. I ate the charge for the stay and it was to my benefit to not even stay there, after I had pay to stay the night. That is how bad this place was. If it were 1-100 stars I would give it a .3……….

This was the worse experience and dangerous no lighting in the parking lot, addicts sitting in the stairs. We even found a knife by the stairs, we were approached by a male demanding to use our cell. When we got to the room n turned the light on the big roaches were running all over it was so disgusting. We went to front desk n the lady changed us to another building n the room smelled clean n the roaches were tiny. Never again I do not recommend it at all, unsafe for kids and family

They did not have the amenities advertised. I needed internet for work. She said they would allow cancelation thrift Travelocity and then did not. Several calls later, i got ripped off by a few hundred bucks

My vehicle got broken in to, window smashed and steering dismantled, clearly some one tried to steal the vehicle from the hotel parking lot.

Staff was extremely kind and helpful! But the room was dirty and was clearly not cleaned. Bathroom sink was gross, floors were sticky and overall the room just did not look or smell clean. If you are checking in later at night it is super sketchy since there is no access through the lobby. You have to walk past the buildings. There were homeless people sleeping on the ground outside the stairwells, and overall just sketchy people that made it feel super unsafe. It was a quick and cheap place close to the parks but would not recommend! Especially if you are a young person // woman.

You book a room using Expedia and pay upfront, only to get to the hotel and get your access denied because they charge a deposit fee of $50 per person, exclusively IN CASH.

This property is dirty, not properly maintained, and not safely secure. Old furniture, mold and rust are in the rooms. Housekeeping only cleans once a week. Several weeks worth of trash is piled up on the property. The front desk staff is severely less than customer service friendly. And they will keep your cash security deposit if your bed sheets get stained with menstrual cycle fluid. The property does not accept cards so you cannot dispute any wrong doing on their part. The hotel corporate customer service line is of no use and no help.

The good: the room was clean and perfectly functional. The bad: You need to provide a $50 deposit IN CASH. Some of the hallways smell bad. The place feels abandoned and creepy, dark and run-down. The signage (unlit) says, if I remember correctly, "Travelodge", so you might wonder if you are at the right place.

This property did not allow me to check in because I am a disabled veteran who relies on the assistance of a medical service dog. Highly illegal and discriminatory, but they didn't seem to mind turning us away.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. First, they refused to return our deposit over something ridiculous—drooling on a pillow. Seriously? That’s clearly just an excuse to steal money from guests. The room was filthy and NOTHING like the photos online. The pictures show a renovated hotel, but what we got was old, disgusting, and falling apart. There was no hot water, and when we complained, they told us someone might come the next day—no one ever showed up. The parking lot looked abandoned and unsafe. We did not feel secure at all. But the worst part? The staff were rude and acted like they were doing us a favor. If you need clean towels, they make you bring the dirty ones back to the front desk before they give you more. If you want clean sheets, they literally told us to take them to the laundry room ourselves and wash them! What kind of hotel doesn’t provide basic services like clean linens and towels? This place is a scam. It’s dirty, unsafe, misrepresented online, and run by people who don’t care about their guests.

They only accept cash, no credit cards! Those were the two reasons why I cancelled my reservation immediately. The name Oyo Hotel was not even on the building! It’s very old, dirty Econolodge.

First room had bed bugs and window would not close and very poor air conditioning. I was given another room that was not my what I paid for and never composited for the room down grade and then I was told I had to leave because my up coming reservation they had not have a room for me. Very upsetting I was only staying to keep from moving all my things again but I am much happier at another hotel and I will never go there or recommend this place to no one. The view from the last room was the trash over flowing in the back by the dumpster ths is the worst place in Orlando at this point and the front desk staff both ladies I came in contact with needs to be fired they have no customer service manors very rude to everyone even if you as a simple question true laziness and just need major training how to talk to guest and assist in hospitality...

The hotel had at least 2 dumpsters that I saw that were absolutely overflowing with trash and hadn’t been emptied in months. I also noticed 2 cockroaches in my room during my stay which was not cool at all.

The glass by the entry doors were all kicked in, many of the security cameras point too far over or down leaving blind spots, almost no lighting in the parking and the name displayed outside the building is not OYO. Also the listing is misleading because the photos do not match, there is no wireless available and your deposit MUST be in cash and cash only. You will not feel safe on this property, will not get what is promised from the website. As someone in contructuon I truly do not know how this building got a CO.

This place is nothing like in the pictures, all the pictures they have are basically AI created, is very ugly smells bad, and is full of homeless people's around the area. Also it have a lot of loud people that lives I guess permanently there, they ladies at the front were nice, but this hotel needs helps and repairs! The room was clean with a brand new fridge, stove and sink. The bed was extreme hard to sleep in. For a weekend stay is not bad, but not for a long time. I was expecting to encounter the beautiful amenities I saw online and nope. Is not even call OYO Hotel is a Econolodge. So just be very careful when staying here. If you suffer from any respiratory problems DO NOT stay. Like i say the smells is really bad in the hallways and room a bit. Also be careful in the bathroom, the water will come out completely because there's nothing to hold.

This place is completely run down, pictures are deceptive. Everything looks like it’s a drug pedaling facility. Didn’t even complete my stay. Left within the hour, and crashed on a couch instead. Stay away!

This hotel looked nothing like the photos, the front desk lady was rude upon arrival, and they only accepted cash, which they did not have change for larger bills. Once we got into the room, it was in terrible condition. We also woke up in the morning to find that there was no hot water at all so we had to take cold showers.

I have booked my son to go and stay on this hotel. But apparently jist received cash payment not card and this is not written anywhere on the website. Also they have making my son walk all night and staying outside looking for place to take money to pay as only cash only cash was accepted card pay. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I visit ORL a lot, and have been to a lot of different hotels. This place is by far the worst, and I've stayed at the Seralgo for reference. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. OYO shouldn't even be open. The place feels unsafe atg all times. My kids were terrified, and the best part of our stay was hearing people trying to pry open doors next to us. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

Price point was excellent be aware that you have a cash only deposit. .... i booked on line and the deposit was cash only as the front deck stated that they couldn't put the deposit on the card that i boked..... the room was great .... cleanleness i would give a 6 to 7 at the end to recive the security deposit the receptionist will inspect the room on checkout and be aware that it takes time for them to physically leave the front desk to inspect every guests as they checkout

We never stayed here. When we arrived to OYÓ we found out that they were not taking credit cards only cash!!? Was dirty as we walked in and dangerous. We reported asap and they refused to refund us. They said we will be penalized!? I did everything through Expedia the reservation and payment. They refused to cancel my reservation and refund my money. Please do not go there. Someone needs to report this place no one be trick to stay there.

The streets are deteriorated, the other guests close the access doors to the corridors, listen to very loud music and ask for a cash deposit

The room itself was fine, unfortunately the hallway smells like marijuana and the buildings are very rundown and with very limited lighting at night. Front desk refused to accept credit cards for deposit and demanded cash, but there was not even an ATM machine in the building. Checkout policies are unaccommodating.

Online i booked OYO but Econolodge is the name on sign outside. Lobby lights were off and grounds are overgrown and trash all about i though it was abandoned, especially with ceiling panels missing from entrance awning. No internet even though it was advertised. I prepaid and only use my card to keep up with spending. $50 to my name and had to give as deposit before I could get room key. She said pos machine broke! At night people blasting car radio, no phone in room to call front desk so had to walk around whole property to get to office to ask how to turn on tv...should've been simple sign with instructions. A.C. sounds like motorcycle, someone stole shelf out of mini fridge. Had to pry microwave door open. 2 inch space under door so we heard EVERYTHING from hallway. Much more but no more space.

i couldn't sleep cause people were in the hallway slamming doors, talking loud and kids playing in the hall.

The place looks like an abandoned building and nothing like any of the pictures. Our uber driver didn’t even want to drop us off there. There was multiple people trying to get their money back and could not. We took the loss and ended up booking a different hotel immediately! I would give everything 0 stars if I could. This property is dirty, the surrounding area is okay. Once we got to our room the sheets where dirty, the blanket had semen on it. There where little bugs flying around. Did not have any Wi-Fi available. We checked in and right back out.

They required a deposit which is fine,however they wanted in cash,but they dont have an atm machine on property, I arrived at almost midnight and they made me walk,with my bag, across the street to a Wawa to get the money cash, because they don't take c/c,only cash for the deposit. The lobby smelled of pure weed,the entrance looks like a scary movie,then i had to walk all the way to the 4th bld,, no ilumination,people smoking weed, hanging like if it was 3pm. In the room, I had to put a towel under the entry door, because the space in between was so wide, anything could crawl underneath. The curtains wouldn't cover the whole window, if I pull one side,the other got uncover, and I was in a 1st floor, so anyone could look from outside. I had a king bed and i sat on the left side and the bed flip.Had to sleep only on the right side. The noise from people outside was horrible, I couldn't sleep at all. People opening the lobby doors, I could hear everything 3,,4 in the morning. The worst stay ever. The only good thing about this room was the water pressure in the bathroom.

This is horible property. I dont know why it's on Expedia. I had 2 nights reservation but i barely could stay 1 night. I even thought to leave right away, but I checked in at midnight and looking for another accomodation was too much hassle. It stink chemicals inside. Not sure what it was - spray against bugs or disinfectant - but you could not breath inide the room. The carpets were filthy and stiking to you feet. This property should not be on reputable providers such as Expedia.

The only thing good was the smoking room was available. Grounds was dirty area unsafe yet they want a cash deposit and they do not have housekeeping clean daily only on Fridays. Terrible!!! This was not becoming of an airport hotel. Expedia should not even have this on their choices.

This was the quiet hotel/motel experience I’ve ever had with hotels.com. The grumpy lady at the front desk made everyone pay cash for their deposit. Very sketchy. Worse though was the amount of filthy stacked up trash that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I chatted with hotels.com for almost an hour and took pictures and video of how much of a dump this place is. Hotels.com’s disappointing response was that they refund me the full amount because the hotel didn’t answer the phone. This sets a horrible precedent. It allows hotels to avoid capability at the paying customers expense. I ended up paying for another hotel that same night and hotels.com has the cojones to issue me a ridiculously low credit.

Well first the property itself is not at all what you expect. the staff was rude. they only accept cash so when you go and they want your deposit, they send you to another gas station to get cash out of an atm, the only way. and then you have to go and walk through the sticky halls that are missing paint and smell like cigarettes. in my case when i went into the room which was supposed to be a nonsmoking room, i got hit by the insanely strong stench of cigarettes. then i went in and firstly the bed wasn’t made! there was no sheets and the pillows were in a pile on the corner of the bed. what i think was a blanket was just rolled and left on the tv stand which was just falling apart. overall i would not recommend anyone to stay here for any reason.

The managers need to make sure their policies are up to date on third party websites, such as this one. This place required a $50 cash deposit, which isn't clear until you get there. Also, you have to wait 15-30 minutes to check out and get your cash back when you keave. Also, their Internet had been out for several weeks prior to our stay. Management needs to get this fixed because it is unacceptable. And it's unfair to the front desk people have to tell customers this when it's unexpected and inconvenient. Management needs to get it together and make sure their posting on third party websites are accurate. The rooms are clean and I didn't see a single bug or roach. They are dated and in need of a paint job, but they are clean, smell nice, and the beds are decently comfortable. The rooms are very spacious too.

Very poor lighting when arriving at night, makes walking to rooms feel unsafe. Front desk is NOT open 24/7, and phone number is not accurate. Rooms smell and look rundown but not necessarily “dirty”. You get what you pay for. WiFi wasn’t working and cash deposit made checking out harder. I personally think those things could have been listed or emailed after rooms were reserved for customer to be prepared.
