    The rooms were clean but the second floor had an awful smell. The building is "U" shaped with no pathway to the other end without walking all the way around. But ultimately if you're looking for a cheap one night stay it isn't that bad.

    When I checked in the individual recognized my name that I had called earlier. Very easy check in and info of amenities. The beds were very comfortable and I had a good night rest Breakfast was great and a bargain. Check out was simple and when I asked for a receipt I was gladly given one.

    The Front desk advised that they were working on it but never had the problem fixed for the whole 3 days of my reservation. I’ve made a complaint about the shower had on the same day that I’ve checked in. They fixed after 48 hours that the problem was reported. Very disappointed with my whole stay.

    I didnt had a mini fridge I did told 3 of the people who works at front 2 in day shift and one at night. You would think they would move me to another room but no they did put in a fridge on my last day smh I believe I deserve at least one night free for the trouble cause I couldn't get no snacks cause of the fridge I had stayed couple of weeks before never had any problems till the last week when I booked with them

    Honestly the only thing that I like about the property was that it’s close to the amusement parks. This hotel was nothing like what was advertised online. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and experienced multiple issues throughout our stay. By the second day, the Wi-Fi stopped working in our room. Strangely, it worked in the hallway, but as soon as we stepped back into the room, the connection dropped. Despite repeatedly reporting the issue to the front desk, nothing was ever resolved. We spoke with several staff members on different shifts, and each time we were told the Wi-Fi was being “fixed” and would be working shortly. It never worked again for the remainder of our stay. The Wi-Fi was not the only problem. We had no hot water, forcing us to take cold showers. The toilet only worked intermittently, and we often had to manually pour water into the bowl just to flush it. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of customer service. When we raised these concerns, the front desk staff appeared uninterested and repeatedly told us there was nothing they could do. No effort was made to address or fix any of the issues. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. We will never stay here again. If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would.

    Here’s a list of the things that made our stay not so welcome. - No hot water. We told the staff we didn’t have hot water in the first room, which they switched us to another, which also didn’t have any either! - bathrooms in both rooms were both very dated and there were a lot of damages from the sink having big cracks in the counter, to the tub, and not to mention both of the toilets weren’t even balanced. The bathroom lights also made it seem like you were in your own personal horror movie, they kept flickering every second, buzzing, and the lights take a good 2 seconds before they actually turn on. - the tv was dated and only had cable, in which they only had maybe 15 watchable channels, apart from static ones, and 10 of the channels were the same ones! - paper thin walls. I know it’s not their problem, but we were kept up the entire night due to banging being outside, as well as in the rooms next to us. - and there were some other small problems, but the room was clean, I’ll give them that.

    I was surprised at how well the hotel operated . Orange Blossom trail wasn't a goal for visiting growing up in Orange county. But I probably will use the palms to visit again if the rates are as good, cause the hotel was pretty neat for somewhere off of OBT.

    It's an older no frills hotel. The price was right. Baby at the front desk at night was the highlight of my stay along with Manny the maintenance man. The room was clean. The continental breakfast is $4.99 plus tax. Luckily Dunkin, McDonalds, and Wawa were next door. The carpets in the entire hotel need replacement. I felt safe.

    It was close to were I had to do my motorcycle course. Despite having signs up for vending machines and Ice, there were no vending machines and no working Ice machines,. There were also homeless people in the parking lot with bicycles chained to the light pole and a couple broken down cars in the back. The beds felt like broken springs, the towels were stained, I was only given 1 bath towel. There was no microwave, no coffee pot, and the refrigerator struggled to keep anything cold.

    Once checked in, we called the hotel to ask if they had a microwave oven in a commons area, we were told there wasn’t. Upon checkout, we saw a microwave. There are no microwave’s in the rooms. Dirty bathroom, shower drain clogged, toilet bowl detached from the floor leaking water onto floor. Someone else’s fake eyelashes came up with dirty water through the clogged drain during shower. The team member on Friday night (5/29/2026) was condescending when I shared my experience with them, absolutely unacceptable. Zero stars.

    The room was nice and the price was right. The hallways had a weird smell. I parked in the front of hotel under the lights as the parking area was sketchy. When checking in there was no one at the counter. There was a line. Waited about 10 minutes and called the resort number. I can hear the phone ringing in the office and a man finally came out. Happened at check-out too. Not good service to not have someone at front desk.

    I like the location. Here's breakfast offered for an extra $5. Hot coffee or hot water for tea is also available only in the early morning - it is very inconvenient and limited. I believe that coffee and boiling water can be at least available around the clock; so there is no microwave in the room and no coffee pot or kettle. It's a disgrace.

    The property is outdated and the bed was very uncomfortable. After having a surprise 18 hr layover at the airport, we spent the night out of desperation and I regretted picking this hotel once I laid down on the rock of a bed. Also, our main light by the beds was broken and we had to unplug it to shut it off for the night to sleep.

    The only thing decent was the shower feature. Unfortunately it had a lot of hard water build up. The mini fridge has mold and didn't work (I have pics) the main door has a broken lock (didnt feel entirely safe) the lady at the front desk that work 5/16 around the 2:30p shift was rude and lied to me about check in times (she said it was 4p), plus she tried to charge me an early check in fee for an hr but I was 28ish mins earlier than check in time which was posted everywhere for 3p. It smelled like old wetness, the sheets had stains. They charge for breakfast (not worth it) go to kekes!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

    The staff is trilingual, English, Spanish and French Creole ha ha ha ha ha very friendly staff. This property was a hotel prior franchise unknown. They continue to remodel areas section by section the 3 o’clock check in is somewhat annoying but one could cut corners on this pending the basketball team in the NBA Orlando Magic the town seems to be dominated by universal Studios universal Corp. this is a good commercial section near the Florida mall mixed Neighbourhood great location with a Wawa store Dunkin’ Donuts and McDonald’s less than five minutes away, pending etc…

    Property is extremely run down. The bottom of the toilet was leaking and the room smelt stuffy. The lady who checked us in was amazing but they have a deposit fee that nobody is aware of they say it gets refunded but I’m still waiting on it. The carpets are stained. We had some questionable stains on our pillows and there were holes in the ceiling. I’d pay the extra money to stay elsewhere next time.

    The pool was nice and we enjoyed the air conditioning and the complimentary wifi. On our last night, around 10:30 pm, as we were getting ready for sleep, someone accessed our room, literally opening the door. If it weren't for the safety latch, they would have gained access to our room. This made us feel very unsafe.

    We stayed here for the weekend. The staff are pleasant and friendly. The room is clean and nice. The only problem we had was there was no microwave and hot water in the shower so we just thought it was a slight problem but the next day there was still no hot water so I called the front desk and told her that we don’t have hot water since Friday night. The lady helped us showered in another room which was a great decision of her! Heads up for this lady for helping us out! Over all the hotel was great to stay! Thank you very much

I couldn't go to a different hotel because my flight didn't arrive until after 12am had a early cruise departure the next morning that was 3 hours away from where we were so we had to settle on it for the 1 night. The 2nd room was clean and better.

    price and location the cleanliness of the first room I was given had bugs all over towels and bed (not sure if were bed bugs). When I told the staff I thought it was bed bugs he didn't apologize or seem surprised , he said okay let me change your room and gave me a different room.     Man at check in extremely rude wouldn’t even allow a reason for early check in had to wait 4hrs to check in. Room was a bit dingy but smelled clean. Room service only came once they forgot the towels. Pool had no lights to swim later in the evening.

    Staff on site 24 hours very helpful for late arrival. Key card didn't work and staff accompany guest over to verify and used own card to open room. Breakfast available for a very reasonable fee. Will stay again if in area.

    Check in was smooth, limited elevators, had to walk up stairs to get to the room, when trying to open the door it would stick so bad I also had to literally kick the door open after using the hotel card to open it. I went back down and told the receptionist about the issue with the door and all they said was " Oh Ok" no offer to have someone come look at it or check it out, nor did they offer if I would like to switch rooms. Needless to say we will not be staying there again.

    For the price we paid the value was decent. Nothing too horrible to discuss in. The bed was actually quite comfortable. For those people who are very picky this is not the hotel for you. The hotel and rooms are very outdated although the lobby is nice. They definitely need to get new carpeting for sure, the carpeting felt like it had outlived its days. The staff was not rude, but nothing above and beyond. Again, I felt that I paid for what I got.

    The room was so outdated. All of the doors and walls were scuffed. The bathroom light only worked half of the time and hesitated to even turn on when it did. The shower curtain was too small for the shower and unable to close, the room smelled musty, and the switch to the lights next to the beds didn’t work, someone had unscrewed the lightbulbs to turn them off and on….

    This hotel was average. It was affordable and close to the airport. Looks nice from the outside with white painted exterior and black windows though the inside was dated. Our room was clean except it looked like there was some mold within the grout of the sink and shower. The beds were comfortable. The pool area was quite nice and there bathrooms and towels out there and the sunset over the pool was lovely. We left before breakfast so am not able to comment on that. Parking was free and ample. One strange thing is that there were no paper towels in the public restrooms, only tissues which were placed in a way that suggested to use those instead.

    It was very affordable. I didn’t have the breakfast but there was a nice lobby with breakfast area. I just laid over from the airport and left next morning so can’t rate much but room and bed were comfortable and shower worked good. It’s a little worn but to be expected if they are keeping those prices lower than competitors. I would stay again so nothing that really bothered me

    A nice surprise on the road. We booked at the last minute during the night, and it was a great surprise to find really nice people with a natural calling to serve and help. Elie was very helpful and professional throughout. It's not a fancy or new hotel, but it’s very convenient, and the staff doesn’t give you a hard time.

    Orlando Palms is now on my list of hotels when I visit the city as it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and spacious. I didn't need to use the phone but it would have been nice to have one in the room to call the front desk for possible suggestions of things to do or if housekeeping was needed without having to go all the way to the front. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend!!

    Room was clean but old. They didnt honor what we won on the spin the wheel. We got free early check in, they couldnt refund us that so they offered free breakfast in which we went and it wasnt even open. Was told no breakfast on Fridays. Had to go elsewhere and spend more money. Nothing else was offered in return except for a late check out option. Pool had a ton of bugs in it and hadnt been cleaned so we didnt swim. Its comfortable for a inexpensive place but dont expect anything else than a bed and shower.

    We booked for 1 night to get to the airport. Arrived at 10 pm as previously had told them. The room was the furthest away top floor as there could be. When I asked why, I was told, 1st come 1st serve earlier in the day. Bath sink damaged by smokers/burnt. Wall had a dent and a number of screw holes exposed. It worked. Vehicle was free parking and safe.

    The location of this hotel wasn't too bad. It was close to the Florida Mall within walking distance. The hotel itself wasn't great the room was basic all we needed as this was a last minute booking due to our flights being canceled. It was hard to get things we needed extra towels, pillows and soap for our stay. The property seemed very unorganized. The best part to this entire stay was one of the hotels employees. Her name was Baby and she made the stay as pleasant as she could. Every evening we came back we were always hoping to see her just to say hi. She was a great employee treated us really good during our stay also adding in a little comedy and being very personable. She would be the type of employee any business would be lucky to have. Although we won't probably ever see you again Baby your Canadians are gonna miss you. Thank you so much for all the hospitality and great laughs!!!

    We returned to our room on evening to find about 1/2" of water covering the floor of our bedroom. We used our towels to clean it all up, but we woke up to the same problem in the am. We contacted the staff who sent maintenance personal to clean it up. It was determined that the leak came from an air conditioning unit next door. This was a 2 day affair for which we were given a gift certificate for $25 to the gift shop and told this was the best they could do

    The real highlight of my trip was Eli. He was absolutely incredible, so caring, helpful, and genuinely kind. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. He answered all of my questions, shared great recommendations, and always did it with a warm, positive attitude. You can tell he truly cares about making guests feel at home. Great coffee too and other breakfast items available which was nice.

    Terrible outdated hotel. Fire alarms went off every half hour. Had to check out and go to another hotel. Was told I would get a refund. Sure enough the property denied my refund claim through Expedia. So now I’m out money. The best thing about this hotel was the front desk lady Baby. She was calm and nice during this. She can’t control the fire alarms. I’m sure her manager is the one denying my refund.

    The room was not clean. The ice bucket was gross inside. When housekeeping brought a new bucket they said nothing. Thought it was really bad that they did not apologize for it. When I tried to call the hotel before we went there no one ever answered the phone. The breakfast was not available one day due to an “inconvenience” - pretty sure they had no plans to have breakfast that day. The pool was very cold!! Not at all worth the money I paid.

    Shower had large crack in wall at ADA handle. All the metal in bathroom was so rusted it left rust stains on the towels. Hot and cold water was reversed at bathroom sink. Door card key malfunction and had to be reset by staff. There was only one small trash can and it was located in the bathroom so it was very inconvenient to use. The only microwave was located in the lobby which required a very long walk from our room to use.     Check in was fine. Proximity to an already sold out hotel for a conference I was to attend is the only thing going for this place. Many issues with my first room, and the morning desk attendant was not wanting to accommodate a room change. Caution.. AC unit in the first room was obnoxiously loud when frequently kicking back on through the night causing loss of sleep. No hot water in the shower next morning, no washcloths(either room), or hair dryer, in the first room. There is a mini fridge, but no microwave or coffee maker. And there are no vending machines, so make sure you carry in any beverage you may want. Lobby looks nice which is very deceptive for what you get once you venture down the hall. Carpet all over was tattered and old. Part of upstairs hallway has bad odor. Hotel needs lots of work.

    The rooms are out dated and the walls in the shower area are falling apart do to moisture not being exhausted because the fans dont work. The shower head thing leaked so bad had to put extra towels on floor beacuse there was only 1 shower curtin no vinyl inside curtains. And do to all this extra moisture there is definitely mold in the shower stall and shower area.

    I spoke with the recepcionist 3 times about it and they never fixed it. The bathroom air extractor did not work either and they never fix it. Only 2 small pieces of soap for 4 days and 3 nights. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

    THEY *KNOWINGLY* GAVE ME A ROOM WITH A BROKEN TOILET AND THEN REFUSED TO REFUND ME! Morning after checking in, I found the toilet wouldn’t flush. Before I even reported it, a maintenance technician came by to fix it, so they had the trouble call before I checked in and still put me in the room! I complained to the clerk and he said “I don’t do maintenance. I just check people in. The room is non-refundable.” Fine. I’ll get the refund from my bank!

    Immediately after my credit card was stolen and wiped due to fraud, I contacted the hotel to explain the situation and request a refund or partial refund. I called four separate times, and each time I was told, “Let’s wait for our manager and solve this.” The manager was never available and never followed up. On the morning of the 29th—the date the stay was scheduled to begin—I called again to cancel the booking to avoid further confusion or charges. The receptionist confirmed the cancellation, but no refund was ever issued. I understand that this was listed as a non-refundable booking. However, this was an exceptional circumstance involving credit card theft, and I contacted the hotel immediately and repeatedly, in good faith, to resolve the issue. I have never canceled a hotel booking in my life, despite frequent travel and multiple bookings through Expedia. The complete lack of communication, follow-through, and basic understanding in this situation is unacceptable. I have records of my calls and will be documenting this experience publicly. I travel to Orlando often for business, but this experience was unnecessarily stressful, time-wasting, and deeply disappointing. I am requesting a proper review of this case and appropriate resolution.

    Price was fantastic and the quality was well above the cost. It was clean and smelled nice throughout my 4 day stay in a single room. Free parking, location and overall appearance were solid. The only cons were the shower water temperature was scolding hot after the first day, room maintenance never came (which I’m okay with, I prefer it at the end of the stay) and internet dropped out one evening. I highly recommended if the price is consistent and will stay again in the future.

    No more than two towels .."the others are locked up and I am the only one working. I don't have access". Google reviews are great due to hotel staff manipulation. For example, spin some wheel at the front to get an early check in or a free drink.... but only after you leave a review.

    Staff was courteus, room was clean. Paid breakfast was cheap but basic. My only complain was failure of hot water, which seems to be a recurrent problem, water wasn’t frozen but cold, something you don’t expect for the morning. What I like the most is its location, because it’s close to Florida Mall, Ross, BestBuy, and 15-30 min at most attractions. If hot water is resolved I’ll give you 5.

    Behind the TV there was food on the ground dirt behind the bed. The first room we went into the light didn’t work in the bathroom over the sink. Then the staff changed us to another room. The cleaning chemicals was very strong. That’s all you could smell even smelled in my clothes. Side door on building did not lock safety issue. not a good way to operate a hotel. Obviously the only thing that they care about is making money not what the condition of the hotel is like.

    Unfortunately, my stay at Orlando Palm Hotel was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I understand this is not a luxury hotel — however, there is absolutely no excuse for the unsanitary conditions and extremely poor housekeeping service. From the very first day: • The room had an overwhelming and unbearable odor, a mix between urine and curry, so strong that even air fresheners had no effect. • The bathtub was dirty, clearly not cleaned after the previous guests. • Housekeeping service is practically nonexistent: – They bring clean towels but do not pick up the dirty ones. – They do not make the bed or clean the room at all. – Basic cleaning and restocking simply do not happen. Sleeping in a room that smells bad, is dirty, and receives no proper cleaning is not just an inconvenience — it is a serious health concern. This hotel does not only need renovation; it urgently needs proper sanitation control and supervision of its housekeeping staff. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. There are many better options in Orlando for the same price — or even less.

    While check-in was fine and the lobby looked welcoming, the room was in poor condition. There was no chair, no microwave, no options for charging outlets, and the walls had peeling and stained paint. The bathroom faucet knob was broken, the vent was dusty, the towel rack was rusted, the wooden door was chipped, and the sink counter was damaged. Since we were flying out in the morning, we decided to stay for the night. When we tried the shower, there was no hot water at all, so we requested a room change. Unfortunately, the new key we were given didn't work, and we had to go back downstairs again for the fourth time to get another one. The second room was slightly better, at least it had a chair but overall, this was probably the worst hotel experience we had during our entire week-long vacation. The hotel has to do better. Pictures were taken. Rating can be close to a 1 but I’ll give a 2.

    We had traveled from MN and all we wanted was to rest. When we got to our room it was a construction zone. Pieces of drywall all over the floor the beds and in the bathtub. I have never experienced something like that. When we told the front desk she said they only had a one king bedroom left for my family of four. She was not able to accommodate us. It was the worst experience. She went on to say that she may not be able to refund us.

    The facility looks nice from the outside, but a closer look tells a different story. First, I didn’t get the room I had paid for. Second, there was no hot water. Third, there were prostitutes in the lobby. There was also visible mold in the bathroom and showers. On top of that, there was no coffee maker in the room and no washcloths. After talking to the friendly desk manager, I found out there was no spare laundry. The desk manager was the highlight—he definitely deserves a raise.

    The entire hotel smells like fumigation chemicals mixed with marijuana. The carpets are extremely dirty, to the point where you can’t even tell their original color. All the furniture was broken or poorly fixed—inside the room, in the bathroom, and even outside. The beds were in terrible condition, there were barely any working outlets to charge our phones, and everything felt neglected.     Room was clean. Property is clearly old and would need to be fully remodeled. The night was $40 so you know it's not going to be a Hilton. For the price it was satisfactory. One thing is that it was quite noisy during the night like people would make strange noises. The staff was friendly.

    The wing of the hotel we were placed in was covered in mold and had no hot water. I left as soon as I could and the hotel refused a refund and expedia refused to help me with anything either. Awesome.

    Where do i even start. This place did not meet my expectations at all. To start off we began having issues with our warm water in the shower on our first day which was quickly fixed by staff but had to have the issue return later on and not be fixable. They offered to switch our rooms but took over an hour to actually switch us, in which i decided to just leave after all of the other issues. The hallways reeked of humidity and mold, which they only put an air purifier that would work for only about 2 hours and the smell would return. We found roaches in our room. The surrounding area doesn’t appear to be safe as well. I decided to give this place some grace the first few days but I definitely could not take it anymore. This place is good for maybe one night, not many.

    Key cards were not working repeatedly. I put in a request for housekeeping like i was told to do and my room was not cleaned. The first room we went in the AC was not working. Got locked out of the hotel from one of the times the keycard was not working. Had to get it fixed 4 times. It was one of the worst experiences I've had the mispleasure of enduring. Will not return to this place even if they were the only hotel with a vacancy for miles.

    . I stayed at the Orlando palms hotel the for two night and I was supposed to stay last night as well. However, I checked out early (yesterday morning) as i had a handful of issues in my room. First, we had no hot water AT ALL so we had to take cold showers. Then, after taking a cold shower, the shower curtain fell on me! Lastly, our faucet either barely had water coming out or sprayed completely all over making it barely usable. I don’t like to complain but with this kind of stay I would like some kind of refund for my room.

    I checked in later about 6:30p and the next desk clerk was polite. At around 7:30p I found I had no blow drawer. I went to the front desk where I was told she was the only employee there and had no access to housekeeping. I went to take a shower and there was no hot water. Not in sink either. Next morning still no hot water. Cold shower and no hair dryer for 6:30a check out. When reported to desk clerk in AM he just smiled and said , " sorry about that". The hotel itself was fine except for these issues.

    I checked out 10 minutes after checking in. They had no hot water and said the boiler wouldn’t be reset until maintenance came in the morning. I’m filing for a complete refund as well.

    our door did NOT work. we had to get 5+ new hotel keys. everytime we came back to our room our key did not work. we were told one of the nights if we couldn’t get in we would have to sleep on the floor. will never come here again.

    Room did not smell and was clean. Toilet didn’t want to flush sometimes and not hot water. When checking in the guy never disclosed they needed a deposit and just ran my card without even asking or telling me. Had a slight attitude. Morning staff was really polite though.

    Great place to stay if you're comfortable with modest accomodations. Staff is friendly and most all are bilingual. The couple of issues I had during an extended stay were solved promptly and properly. It is usually peaceful and feels secure with sturdy doors/locks. I also appreciated the solid electrical outlets which all worked well and actually held the plugs firmly, unlike many hotels. I did miss having a microwave and coffee maker in the room, but they are available in the lobby. Room service only cleans once or twice a week and faucets lack hot water sometimes. Only other downside was the slow wifi speed and high latency during online games, but the network is secure and perfectly fine for internet browsing. Overall a nice hotel, especially given the reasonable rates.

    This message serves as a formal notice regarding the conditions of Room 263 during my stay from November 5th through November 11th, and a request for an appropriate billing adjustment based on essential services that were not provided. During the stay, the room was not in habitable or service-compliant condition, due to the following issues: 1. No access to hot water for multiple days. 2. Restroom lighting remained nonfunctional, resulting in showering in the dark. 3. Housekeeping did not properly change the bed linens when requested; instead, clean sheets were placed over the existing used bedding, which does not meet sanitation standards. These conditions constitute a failure to provide basic services that are reasonably expected under the rate charged and are required under standard lodging and consumer accommodation guidelines. The services paid for were not the services provided. I want to emphasize that the front desk team, particularly Rose, demonstrated outstanding professionalism and care, and this request is not a reflection of their performance. In light of the above, I am requesting a partial refund / rate reduction to reflect the documented service deficiencies. This is a standard resolution for cases in which required accommodations are not furnished.

    staff was not friendly. We did not have hot water the whole entire stay. The second day of our stay we went to the front desk to ask them about it and the worker told us they would switch our room and to come back later. When we came back to get them switched we were told that there were not open rooms since we had arrived. Our room looked like it was barely cleaned, there were black hand prints on the wall and the room chair was damp and smelt like mildew. Overall, I would have to say that this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

    They didn’t always have clean towels for us. It was not clearly posted that the breakfast was not free. I also had to unclog my own toilet. Overall for a cheap hotel it was ok but not one I would return to. On the positive the location was great and parking was free

    I was booked for 8 nights i left after 2 nights there was no hot water to take showers so we took very cold ones before going to the parks for the day all 3 ice machines didnt work , holes drilled out of the outside emergency doors so they didnt lock not safe, 2nd floor 1 hallway reeked of marijuana and its a smoke free hotel hard not to notice and on night 2 there was a 20-30 yr old male who would sit down the hall outside of the rooms very unsafe place would never recommend. They refused to reimburse me for the remaining 6 nights so I'll have to hire a lawyer for that issue. Very dissappointed staff were non existent or if in sight didnt give you the time of day hated that hotwl.

    The room we were given was COVERED in mold. Walls, Cielings, Lights. Mold everywhere. Looking at the cieling you could tell there was some serious water damage they tried patching over. We noped the hell out of there. We went to the front counter and asked for another room. They were super apologetic. Went into the new room and still mold on the walls and Cieling but cleanable. I found the cleaning cart ladies and asked for bleach. They handed me Mold Spray like this was protocol. So I wiped down the whole room the best I could. The beds are fine, shower is fine. Didn't have any problems with hot water like some other reviews. Location is 20 minutes away from Universal. Next door to a Dunkin and McD. Theres no microwave in the rooms, the freezer part of the fridge didnt work. "Breakfast" here is $6.99 and its just a WaffleMaker, Toast and OJ. Mold and minor inconveniences aside. It wasnt TERRIBLE. For the price you literally cant have high expectations. Its not a Hilton but not a crack den either.

    The staff gave us a room which the door could not open. We tried 3 times and still could not open. In addition, we tried to ask for another room but the staff said all room are booked for the night. However, when we still could not open the door for the 4th time and request a refund. The staff then told us there is another room that we could stay. When we get into the room, there is no hot water at the room. So we have to take shower with cold water.

    I can't believe Expedia offers this as a place to stay. It's a dump in the hood teaming with prostitution. I booked it then researched it and called Expedia to cancel it and they said no. Oh well my loss. I booked with another hotel. If you want to refund my money that would be great. I have made several calls and got no where with your customer service department.
