Nothing really. This place is a trash. They have cockroaches crawling over the beds, rooms stink, facilities ran down. If you stay here you will regret it for sure. We ended up sleeping in our car and ran away next morning to check in to another hotel. What a mess. I paid them for 4 nights because price was good and we just abandoned this place how bad it was. No towels, breakfast is yuk, nothing good about this motel.

I’ve stayed here two years in a row now. I really loved the pool and the tiki bar last year so we made sure to book this spot again. It’s Also just across the highway from all the great food places. Shops and the theater. I was shocked to find out the tiki bar couldn’t serve alcohol this year. Even more shocked to hear the hotel would be closing in April. I was hoping to stay at Mi Casa again next year. We always stay there when we fly in for MegaCon

Location, beds were comfortable. AC was good. Hot water was good Property looks and feels dated. Needs a major overhaul. Fridge in room was not cooling.

Overall very good basic amenities and location. Breakfast was a bit lacking in quality.

The staff at the Tiki Bar were very friendly, the food was excellent, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom had no hand towels or washcloths. The phone in the room didn’t work, so I had to call the hotel from my cell just to request towels, and no one answered. I then went downstairs, only to be told they didn’t have any available. The only option offered was using a floor towel as a washcloth, which was unacceptable. The TV channel selection was very limited. Breakfast was also disappointing—there were no scrambled eggs available, and we had to wait for more. The waffles were just Eggo waffles, and my kids didn’t like them. The room itself felt very outdated, and the carpet had an unpleasant smell. The smoke alarm went off twice in the middle of the night, which was very disruptive. Additionally, the hot tub was not working. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay.

The pictures shown must have been from when the hotel first opened. This hotel was totally misrepresented. Any restaurants were at least 20 minute drive away. I would mot recommend this property to anyone.

The room was disgusting! Everyone’s feet were black from walking around in the room. Supposed to be a smoke free facility and all you smelled was marijuana. Music blasted until late at night and people were swimming loudly after the pool was supposed to be closed. The tv barely had any channels and the channels they did have were all in Spanish.

I’ve been waiting to write this review hoping the hotel would reach back out to my email but that hasn’t happened. The pool/hottub were both down which is the initial reason we even booked a hotel which we weren’t told until after we checked in. Then we we got to our room the mold smell from the bathroom gave me a migraine within the 1st hour, the toilet was leaking from the base and had no water pressure, there were roaches everywhere and the room had 2 double beds which they say are queens, but they are in fact doubles. Also they have a strict policy which you aren’t allowed to take your breakfast to your room, and having a child who has social anxiety and autism this was very upsetting. When I went to the front desk they said since it had only been a couple hours I could check out and within 72 hours I would be fully refunded. She even called the management several times to verify. It was verified now it’s been almost 2 weeks the hotel won’t respond to me or hotels.com on the refund. So I am out almost $500 for our stay in which we didn’t even sleep there. We checked in got our stuff to the room and within 2 hours went to the front desk to talk about the options. This is the absolute worst hotel experience I have EVER experienced! Save your money and peace of mind and choose a different hotel!! Trust me I wish I had heard this before I booked it.

I went there on New Year’s Eve. We could not get in the room. Manager tried over & over to open the door with the care key and his regular keys. He called the higher manager and told him to refund us. There were no more rooms. We called everywhere. There were not any rooms in any hotels in the area and it was a very chilly night.

they charged a $2 for keeping the luggage. They wanted a $50 refundable security deposit. But their elevator stopped working. The iron they gave was already burnt and damaged my clothes a bit.

I have short hair and the room was covered in 8" to 10" long strands of black hair. Obviously it had not been cleaned properly. The shower had mold and some questionable stains on the walls. The hotel is an ordinary old hotel with minimal maintenance. However, considering its price range, it is overall acceptable. The breakfast is not fancy, but it is edible as a morning essential. The room condition is average. I would not recommend it to families, but if it is a simple business trip, it would be more than okay.

When I arrived, they did not have a room with a king bed, which I reserved two months prior. The TV really had no channels on it and it was hard to navigate so I didn’t use it. There was a leaking bathtub for so long. it wore the porcelain off the tub. The water was somewhat warm when it was being used as a tub but when you diverted to the showerhead, nothing but cold water towels were paper thin not enough staff at the front desk.

On my first morning, I went down to eat and noticed that the staff handling the food were using the same gloves to pick up items that had fallen and to search through cabinets, without changing them. That did not feel sanitary at all. The eggs were prepared in the microwave (I assume it’s some type of safe microwave method), but overall the cleanliness standards were not great. Because of that, I decided not to eat there. The hotel advertises a continental breakfast, but there were no fruits or yogurt available — only eggs, toast, cereal, and sausages. The only positive aspect was the staff. The front desk ladies were very polite and professional. However, there is definitely a lot of room for improvement. to begin , there is

The room was very neglected the bathroom sink did not drain the bathroom shower had hair on the walls and in the corners there was dirty footprints in the bathroom as if the room was never cleaned I got out of the shower and got dressed in the room and got in bed and my feet were black from walking on the floor to make it worse after I let the front desk know these things in a very calm demeanor they said there was nothing they could do a sorry atleast would have been nice but honesty I full refund should have been given for how over all filthy it was

It was charged sixteen dollars. For breakfast which I checked in around 7pm Thursday and left at 11 am Friday. I've said breakfast was included, which was free. And they charged me for parking in internet again, Wichita said on their website parking internet was free. I will be addressing this with the general manager. Also, the ice machine didn't owe? The food was horrible. I don't think it wasn't very appealing.

I kept the old room, was able to get the TV working and informed the front desk. 2 days later the toilet stopped working (wouldn't flush) and the TV stopped working again. we once again informed the front desk, gave them authorization to enter the room in our absence, and left for the afternoon. when we got back 6 hours later no issues had been addressed. I went back down to the front desk, reported everything again and the maintenance staff eventually showed up. he replaced the TV, but did nothing to repair the phone, toilet, or provide a plug for the tub. In the morning I got up to use the bathroom and noticed the ceiling was leaking water and the entire bathroom was wet, as well as the carpet near the doorway. Breakfast was disappointing and the coffee was regularly slightly above room temperature. Although the staff was friendly, they were minimally helpful. Multiple mechanical issues include elevators not working and the Hot Tub not working.

The front desk clerk informed me of the deposit policy then left. I was alone in the lobby for about an hour. Then the key card wouldn't swipe. The maintenance guy was amazing but otherwise walking to the front desk over and over to yet to get a working card ... I literally was here for long work shifts and I just needed to map. It was awful.

Bathroom need update. Whoever work as the repair man should do better job using the caulk gun was a mess of caulking everywhere to cover imperfections. But was not properly put on. Floor ceramic tile was all cracked in front of the shower. Clogged shower,

Absolutely nothing. My wife and I could not believe what a dump it was, and we have stayed in some bad ones Hotel is a tear down condition property, everything is very old and in need of repair. When we got to our room tap in bath was running and could not be shut off, mildew smell, broken dresser, carpet was so old it had folds in it from vacuuming. Even though we had no refunds and had booked in for 4 days we left.

Wow this place is bad, really bad. It was so bad even though there was no refund policy we left. I have been in some dumps but never one this bad. When we arrived parking lot was empty, abandon empty and the whole place looked like it. Went in to reception, people in it looked like long term renters that can't afford anything else, got our keys and immediately thought this is a big mistake, got to the room, bathtub faucet was running, room stunk of mildew, carpet was so old it was stretched and wrinkled where they vacuumed, furniture damaged. This place makes a 2 star in Cuba look good (and I've stayed in one). DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.

This hotel is a mess. The rooms are very shabby and the facility overall is not well maintained. I can’t believe that this facility passes inspections.

The room rug was black of dirt, bath tub sink was running all day long like a faucet since the valve was broken. No blankets or towels available in the room. The lobby attendant by teenagers and at night time smelling like Marijuana, and waht about the supposedly complimentary breakfast... bread, eggs with water a burn meet! good luck if you find coffee

The breakfast room was crowded and small for the amount of rooms on the premises.

The price was alright. The bathroom was big. That the elevators were down. The room was a bit dirty when we got there and the bathroom floor felt very unstable. The chain for the toilet kept breaking off so we had to keep fixing it. The aircon is really noisy as well.

Very cool that they had a pool bar that was staffed. They did the best they could with an aged location. No ice available. I did not feel trusted when I was not allowed to bring breakfast to my room to eat. Breakfast has to be consumed in the dining area. This area is too small for the hotel size.

After we complained AGAIN to the front desk, we kept getting someone repeatedly beat on our door, like they were trying to scare us and harass us. We actually packed up that night & left a whole day earlier than we were supposed to.

Upon walking in my room, there were roaches. I waited four days for a washcloth that never came. The remote controls never worked for the TV so all we could watch was YouTube. Requested a new remote control, but the maintenance man rudely refused to have a conversation about what the problem was. You’re not allowed housekeeping services until after three days of your stay. I had to get my own linens and pillows for my pull out bed which was extremely old, lopsided and uncomfortable. Would not recommend.Sink and tub took forever to drain.they advertise a pool and a hot tub, pool was there hot tub wasn’t hot ever nor warm pretty much ice cold. The way they word they have shuttle service You would think that it goes to the 2 other major parks as well, but their shuttle only goes to universal which made my trip a lot pricier because I had to use Uber the whole time with 6 people traveling in my group. The few employees that we did encounter with the exception of maintenance were absolutely wonderful.

Room was very dirty, you could really tell in the bathroom where there were still tons of dirt in the floor, there were also a lot of black curly hairs all over the bathroom. Breakfast fell very short with watery scrambled eggs, undercooked sausage, mixed fruit melody out of a can, some cereal, toast and bagels which were both hard. Milk was out for the cereal, asked the ladies standing in little room for more they continued their conversation and got it when they were done chit chatting.

Breakfast fell very short with watery scrambled eggs, undercooked sausage, mixed fruit melody out of a can, some cereal, toast and bagels which were both hard. Milk was out for the cereal, asked the ladies standing in little room for more they continued their conversation and got it when they were done chit chatting.

The room is humid, bathroom walls are full of black mold, and towels never dry. We found cockroaches died and alive. Breakfast was included with room rate, but was always the same food and coffee ran out quickly. Room service is only available if you're 5 days or more and upon request. We need to go daily to front desk for clean towels.

I did not end up staying. After my grandmother had a fall we could not go. They would not work with us for any type of return. They wanted us to book for the following weekend.

And the room for one smelled so bad like mold I threw up and we both had an awful sore throat by the time we checked out and for two the locks on the door barely worked the inside lever type lock was useless as there were things on the door in the way of it that did not allow it to lock and main lock with key card when leaving you had to really slam the door and triple check that it locked because it did not want to latch properly. Definitely would not recommend this place.

The room was pretty spotless; however, room service did not come to the room and we had to bring towels to the lobby to get towels. The complete property smell like cigars, it feels very unsafe, looks like people are living there, no just on vacation, the pool was dirty, green dirty, and out of service, the shower was clogged. Awful. I don't recommend this hotel for anyone, specially not with children or women's alone.

I ordered food from the tiki bar 17 dollars for a small premade pizza crust. I also ordered 2 orders of hot wings and was given plain under cooked wings. We went to the front for breakfast which again was terrible. And the staff gave my family and I the nastiest looks. We needed up walking outside and sitting on the steps to eat because we felt so uncomfortable. I reached out to management and asked for a refund and was ignored! We will never return again!

Well, my check in experience was absolutely terrible. The lady at the front desk was either on drugs or having a stroke. She couldn't even stand up straight we had to call an ambulance for her and it took about 2 hours for me to get checked into my room which hmm was the wrong room, not the room that I had booked and It was hard for me to get my room changed to the room that I did book. It was just a very unpleasant experience, but I had no other choice. Because I was in town for a convention and a lot of the hotels, we're full. I would love to either have my money back or have some type of compensation for the lack of professionalism that came from an experience that I was supposed to be on vacation and the hotel is supposed to be doing a job.

I would recommend nobody ever stay at this hotel was the most dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever experienced in my nine years of traveling. There was pee stains on the bed black spots on the curtain burn marks in the carpet. All carpeting was dirty and black AC unit smelled terrible. TVs did not work on door was not even attached was filled with cardboard so nobody could peek in doors do not close all the way showing light through the doorways. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Showerheads were not cleaned. Walls were all damaged painted over with new paint on half the walls painted over dirt spots TV stands are falling apart. Dresser drawers would not pull out if I was not staying there for only three days. I would’ve definitely booked a different hotel was not accommodated at all, and was told that I was not able to have a room change and that that room was clean when I have picture proof of the room being absolutely disgusting. They do not care about their customers by the clean of their hotel. Please stay away. I advise you. It’s your best decision.

Check in went fine, but we found some roaches in room 349. I went to the reception and got changed to room 250. On this one I found only one roach and no new problems.

It's just need updating but other than that I enjoyed my stay.The food at bar was great for it to be a pool bar. Drinks was good but was a little expensive. But over all had a good stay and didn't see any bugs

The hotel is very disappointing. The photos did not match the hotel at all. The hotel was old and run down. The lamps in the room are rusty. The remote control was caked with a thick layer of dirt and with sticky. There were dirty splash marks of something on the picture and on the headboards. There are bugs in the room and we found a cockroach in the bed. The carpet was so dirty if you walked around barefoot or with socks on there was a layer of dirt on your feet. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. There are bugs in the bathroom. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It should be removed from the Expedia website. I will never use Expedia again because obviously Expedia was not aware of the type of hotel this was and the false pictures that were submitted representing the hotel. I can't trust this site to provide me a quality hotel I probably won't use Expedia again.

Bathroom has millions of termites!! Rooms do not look as pictured and one of our beds had ripped bedding we also had no microwave.

When I arrived, someone was complaining about the elevator not working. My first attempt at a shower, there was no hot water. The pool heater and hot tub were not working. Although there was a hot breakfast, it was terrible. There was no milk for the cereal. When I asked the lady serving the food, she said they were out. After I asked the front desk guy, milk appeared in pitchers. Although it was a non-smoking sight, there were areas that were very littered with cigarette butts.

It was close to the hospital. I stayed 2 nights and the rugs in both rooms were damp and dirty. The beds were very comfortable.

Not the Hyatt but remember the cost is very affordable. Only negative was Expedia site showed it was .6 miles from convention center, it is if you can fly. The hotel is across the highway and the only way to get there, if you don't have a car, is to either walk 4 miles around the highway or use a ride share/taxi service. I've asked Expedia and the hotel to get the description changed.

Peaceful

The room was very run down. Mold was growing in the bathroom. The tub was peeling. Had to ask for more towels because two towels were only in the room.

Pool was cute. Rooms were very old, musty, smells strong on cleaning supply. Sheets were questionable if they were clean or not.

Hot tub was not working

Yuck. My allergies are killing me from the dirty hotel.

It was ok for what the price. And the ice machine didnt work.

Awful hotel. Please don’t ever book

We entered our room after a long evening at Disney and noticed roaches and other bugs crawling around everywhere. The bed was clean, but NOTHING else was. The rooms were old and falling apart. We were offered another room, but it had the same issues, including more roaches. The kids were just in tears. It was quite a horrible experience for a family vacation. The hotel rooms are in much need of an exterminator and upgrade!

Unfortunately this hotel doesn’t look as it appears online. The hotel is older, extremely dated, and appears unsafe. Upon turning into the property, I knew we were in for a terrible time. We checked in despite our fears to be greeted by a room that was worst than we could have imagined. My family and I had to find other accommodations at 3am. MiCasa was not “our house” and was not the start of a great start to a vacation. To credit management they did refund our reservation for 4 of the 5 nights we booked. Hotels.com as a courtesy refunded the additional night ,as we only remained in the room for 10mins and otherwise sat in the lobby locating another room and waiting on Uber.

From the photos on line it looks beautiful plus affordable. It’s extremely dated, my room had ants coming out of the ceiling in the bathroom. The door barely locked and the bathroom door didn’t close at all because its bigger than the frame. Some put a hole in the tub wall and its just poorly spackled. Online it says hot tub which is one of the reasons I picked it, no hot tub. It was freezing and filled with leaves. I requested housekeeping for Sunday because my trash was overflowing, they never showed up. I did not know that every night until past 2am that loud music would be playing and my neighbors let their kids run up and down the balcony, hitting my wall and door. I did not have the time to switch rooms or hotels or I would have. I was there for a limited time and on the go for softball.

There were two cockroaches in the room, they should fumigate more often.

I don’t believe I’ve ever had a bigger ‘ick’ feeling staying in a hotel- and I’ve stayed in hundreds. The floor and sheets were damp and smelled like mildew- walking around barefoot on the carpet gave my kids black feet! When we first checked in, another guest came down with a coach roach they’d found on their bed. We tried to get more towels and blankets and the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. The hot tub and pool heaters were broken and while surprised they served a hot breakfast, we soon stopped eating there because the eggs were crunchy and the sausage didn’t taste like sausage.

We went to Disneyworld for a weekend. The hotel was perfect for a 2 nights.

All of this I got so very happy. I was attending a conference that was local so MiCasa was close by and it was inexpensive relative to other hotels. I did not have breakfast. I did not need guest services as I reused towels. The room was basic and look aged and tired but everything worked so no concerns. Overall it met fully my expectations.

This was the most awful hotel ever. From check in at front desk, discourteous staff and dirty rooms

Staff was friendly , was given a higher floor at first the elevator was not working and I was unable to do the stairs. Switched rooms for a bottom floor. The sheets and comforter had spots all over it, the shower head was disgusting , the hot water wasn’t working the next morning.

Absolute horrid place

Chose this hotel due to visiting this property a few years ago. Check in was efficient and the staff helpful. That wasn't the issue. Upon getting into the room, we noticed there were no pillows or blankets for the sofa bed. called the front desk and they had them delivered. The room was nice and clean. The biggest issue was that there was no hot water in the shower or the sink. I let the front desk know upon check out , but the clerk didn't seem to care. We will not be staying here again.

Horrible musky smell in the room, shower water kept running min stop, 2 days with COLD showers, no room service. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone

They don’t even deserve a single star but it’s not an option. We arrived the place looks nothing like the pics. They used old pics from the last owner look at the pics closely and you will see the old name. It smelled of mold. Was told pool wasn’t heated and hot tub was out of order. Got to the room right away noticed the pillows was dirty. Went to the bathroom behind the door was a dead roach and hair. On the way out of the bathroom we seen roaches all over the coffee maker. Asked for a refund through hotels and the hotel said they would only refund for one night not two.

The location is great. It is around a lot of of things, but they are way more cons than there are pros. Ice machine did not work, elevator look like it was getting ready to fall apart, the hot tub did not work, they didn’t want to supply us with any towels, went to wash my clothes in the washing machine, and the dryer did not work at all and they told me I had had to wait until three hours when a manager came in in order for me to dry my clothes.

Cockroaches in the room, would never stay here again nor recommend it to anyone.

Altogether, everything was good. Staff were helpful and polite. Coffee maker in the room didn't work. No hair dryer. Other than that, room was well made up and comfortable.

Old building

This hotel was fine. It is not as dirty as some reviews make it out to be, but it's not high end. The facilities are fine and well kept, and the breakfast was also good. If you're expecting a fancy Disney-level hotel, this isn't the hotel for you, but if you're just looking for a place to stay for a couple nights, this place is great for the price.

It's not walking distance to the convention center but it's a cheap Uber trip. 2 thumbs up Alan

The room very basic, need update, is like cheap motel, need better maintenance

The first room they gave us it had rust on the shower head, there was spots of wetness on the carpet, ashes on the bed sheet, our AC broke within a few hours of checking in, barely any type of lighting, black spots all over the mirror, the handle bar in the bathroom looked like it was taped back to the wall and they painted it white, and we found a bug! After we went downstairs to let them know our AC broke the lady told us there was two options but since it was a weekend there was no way we would get a maintenance guy so we instead got a different room which all it had wrong was a leaky shower head.

I literally never leave reviews for places but I have to for this place. We had to get the key card fixed twice, in just the first like 4 hours of being there. We are a family of 5, and the room supposedly slept up to 6, we had 2 towels in our room and a little more than half a roll of toilet paper. The room looked like it was falling apart, the ceiling had clearly been recently patched up. The pull out mattress from the sofa was dirty. There were small ant like bugs in the bathroom and every morning we would see 6-7 in the bathroom sick, so needless to say we ended up throwing out all our toothbrushes just to be safe. The door had to be lifted to be locked all the way from the inside and even then there was still a gap between the door and the door jamb where light was coming through, felt very unsafe. Overall, not a great experience, and sucks because we are a bigger family and just trying to save a little money for our vacation but ended up regretting it since everything was so gross and the sofa bed was super uncomfortable for our two older kids.

Stealing by employees. Asked room to be freshen on 4th day. Two pairs of Nike shoes and some cups of instant noodles (food) was stolen!

This was the best stay we had on our entire 3 week trip. Half the price of most motels and more convenience offered.

The room smells stale and breakfast is terrible. You get what you paid for I guess.

Our room was clean and the ac worked properly which are my main concerns when I stay at a hotel. I stayed for 1 night and I was satisfied with my stay. I rated 4 stars because there was only one person at the front desk when I checked in and multiple people were waiting so there was a wait at check in.

We loved the place. The breakfast was really good, it would be nice if you served bacon and waffles. Other than that it was great.

The absolute worst place I’ve ever stayed. Roaches, broken door lock, unable to use the safe, unclean bathroom, unclean sheets, uncomfortable beds, no ice machine, rude staff and twice in the middle of the night someone tried to get into our room.

The pool area was nice, but the room seemed dirty with carpet stains and a few cockroaches were seen in the bathroom. Not very clean.

Microwave was unsafe to use it (smoke came out upon use). Floor carpet and wash towels are in poor condition. Seeing small cockroaches in the washroom! Not a good place for a family with kids.

Excellent service

Absolutely disgusting to the point went and stayed at another hotel. Requested a refund but haven’t heard back. There was fresh feces in the toilet. Cockroaches everywhere. It stunk and the pool side bar was blasting music at 10PM at night.

Everything it’s ok for the price, bed sheets needs an upgrade ASAP!!

Just I stay one night, I don’t like because old is old, look diferente from the pictures, the continental breakfast was poor. I’m disappointed.

It was a great quiet place to stay during EDC

Will NOT be staying here again. Ants were everywhere all over my food, all over the bathroom literally everywhere. The Air con didn’t work either. We were able to move rooms with less ants and a working AC, but then our new card keys stopped working every now and then.

TV did not work. When I dialed desk no answer

the carpets smell like mold, we all came back with allergies, the restrooms are awful, in fact everything is awful, I wouldn't recommend nobody to waste their money staying there.
