I was very disappointed with my stay. The cleanliness standards were far below what I expected. The bathroom had hair left behind, the floor was dirty, and there were food remnants on the bed’s headboard. The living room sofa was extremely uncomfortable and would sink deeply when sitting on it. Breakfast was also a major issue. The order was not prepared as requested. We specifically informed the hotel that one of the coffees needed to be made with oat milk due to an allergy, yet the cup arrived without any identification, making it impossible to know whether it was safe to consume. Additionally, we requested that no dulce de leche be added to the French toast, but it was served with it anyway. As a result, we were unable to eat it. Overall, the lack of attention to cleanliness and guest requests made our experience very disappointing. I would not stay here again and hope the management takes these concerns seriously to improve the experience for future guests.

I want to commend the staff. The front desk clerk was really friendly and courteous. She welcomed us and even gave us a brief introduction to the Melia brand. Even the security staff we encountered was helpful and assisted us on our way to our room. The hotel itself (at least our building) did show some wear, but the amenities and staff made the stay worth it. Definitely will consider going back when in the area again.

Wonderful stay! Andrea at the front desk upgraded our room when I told her we were celebrating my daughter's college graduation and then later sent balloons and chocolates to the room. Nice beds, quiet rooms. Loved the pool and bar drinks. Frank at the bar was great. Would def stay here again. Everyone was so nice.

No lounge/occasional seating in living area. plenty of room for something to sit in other than the bed and desk chair. Missing Do not disturb sign for door, unless there is another way to advise, we were not aware. Resto food was good, except for the pepper sauce on the steak frites. coagulated gravy with hardly a pepper flavor. when sent back to kitchen, chef disagreed, so I guess its my taste, otherwise all else fine Service at pool was scarce for a slow period of the day 4-6 pm, while bar was busy (happy hour) never had anyone come to ask us for a drink, had to go to bar to retrieve Facility is nice, clean, will consider especially in NYC, and Mexico for future. All in all a positive experience for what we needed for this weekend.

The whole stay was amazing from checking in to check out!!! Staff was attentive!!! Everything was clean and smelled good!!! Our room was amazing!!! And we even had to change rooms because we stayed an extra night they made it so we were able to check in the other room early!! All around it was amazing

Pictures online are not consistent with our experience. Facility was very clean. Staff was nice. Felt very safe. Pool was great and restaurant was good. For somewhere to sleep and spend your day enjoying Orlando, this is a good place. I would stay here again.

The front desk wasn’t very accommodating. They were up charging me for every request that I’ve made.. I ended up paying almost twice the price that I was quoted at the beginning other than that the property was nice. The restaurant was good plus staying in celebration is a plus..

This was my 2nd time staying at this property and it’s always a joy. Very calm, relaxing, family oriented resort. Always my choice when I stay in Orlando rather I want to do Disney or just a staycation to get away and relax.

Everything was wonderful! I would definitely come back and stay again but the AC in our room didn’t work very well which made it hard for me to sleep. There is a fan in the living room over the pullout bed but no fan in the bedroom. So I ended up on the pullout every night. It was almost 80 in our room the entire time. The service, their pool, the restaurant were amazing!!

However staff appeared helpful but didn’t follow up on anything. Nothing was ever done that was expected of them. They didn’t tell us when our room was ready. Then told us they couldn’t ring an English mobile number ! They didn’t email as we were told either. Plus we were online the bar. We had a broken flush on the toilet and a broken lamp. They never bothered to sort either. Then we got a note saying as some rewards system we could pick a reward. We picked a Cabana for our last day. But when we went downstairs we were told we can’t have it as they need to book an apt to talk about the rewards system first. Hard sell tactics.

We loved our stay in Melia Orlando. The rooms are spacious and had all the amenities we needed, the cleaners come every day and did an amazing job at keeping our room spotless. The hotel is in a great location, easy to find, and a perfect distance from all local attractions. The pool was perfectly clean with great shower and restroom facilities. No complaints!

I checked in online via an email from Melia. When I arrived to get my keys at the front desk I had to fill out another form via a tablet and staff took a long time to check me in again. The next morning, although we hung the "do not disturb" sign on the door, housekeeping opened the door anyway and proceeded to enter my room. Housekeeping saw me sitting at the couch and then backed out of the room and left. The next morning after that, housekeeping knocked on our door and asked if we were checking out. We said no, because we were staying two more nights. I called the front desk to confirm what they had for our check out date and it was correct. Front desk said there was probably confusion for housekeeping, because they mentioned to them they were going to upgrade me to a bigger suite (that have not been mentioned to me at all). The staff was pressuring me to upgrade for free to another room, because we had a poor check in experience. I said it's convenient now that my family has already unpacked, had food in the fridge, and already settled in. The bartender was rude and annoyed to take food and drink orders. He was stressed probably due to short staff. Last year I had a great experience here, but this year was the opposite due to the staff. Very disappointing stay and experience for the price I paid.

Our trip was a working trip and we selected this hotel because of the location. The room was adequate but nothing out of the ordinary. There were several preventative maintenance items that needed to be done, like both the shower and sink did not drain quickly. Many unchaparoned young adults were in the hotel so the noise level was high. Check in and out were easy.

We brought our 2 dogs with us. Every staff member we came in contact with was nice and welcoming. Staff made a fuss over our puppies, which the pups love. This is the third year we have stayed at this location. We have enjoyed it each time.

Good location. Hotel and restaurant staff were super friendly. Pool service was scarce, we had to constantly seek them out. Empty plates should be picked up more frequently because it attracts crows and bugs. The rooms were tidy but could be cleaner, the walls and kitchen felt sticky, like it needed a deep clean.

The hotel was beautiful and not too big which made it very easy to get around in. Lots of parking and friendly staff. Also located in a great area with lots of conveniences close by. I would definitely stay here again.

The phone in the room didn't work. I couldn't figure out how to call for room service. The online menu was very limited. The room had 2 issues which was resolved very quickly.

The onsite restaurant is absolutely not worth it. The safe in our room was not working, so I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my valuables in the room. Ice machines are only located on one floor, and the one in our building was broken with a sign saying to try an ice machine in “another building” (there are 4). The pool and jaccuzi were dirty. There was also a group of teen-20’s boys hanging out in the pool/jaccuzi who were not staying at the hotel; they were discussing which local hotels and resorts had the best pools and don’t check if you just pull into the parking lot and walk right in. This hotel charges a “resort fee” which was just over $30/day at the time of our stay. This fee is for use of their “amenities”. This is a completely dishonest practice; the reasonable room price was offset by additional fees on arrival. We vacation in Orlando frequently, but we will not choose this hotel again.

We stayed at Malia for our anniversary and had a great weekend there. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a bigger room, and they surprised me with chocolates and a balloon. We had dinner at the restaurant, and it was delicious. The next morning, we had breakfast, which was also delicious, and later enjoyed lunch by the pool. The service was 10 out of 10—excellent!

We enjoyed our stay. There for business. The set up with 2 bedrooms each with a king and small kitchen was nice set up for a 4 night stay. Hotel is nice in a good location.

It was a pretty decent stay for the most part aside from being walked in on by housekeeping both days i was going to check out well before 9am. Friend of mines bed was infested in her room with ants and not even delt with in an appropriate manner. Crazy how the rooms differ in upgrades and a massive scale first room was amazing with all kinds of cool features. The second was not felt like a major downgrade for a higher price.

Hidden gem. Great location; friendly & professional staff; value; and the happy hour was a bonus. We will definitely be back. Oh, and try the pizza at The Wilson -so good.

All inclusive doesn’t not mean that as said. Breakfast included, cabana for one day, water only for first day. All other things are separate and ala carte, surge charge. No spa services and wellness center not on premises. Housekeeping also not daily. Restraunt not part of hotel, bartenders and servers amazing. Overall stay average needs updating for what spent for room and amenities very dated. Close to all activities that was plus to uber around. We had 6 other family members stay in other rooms and we agree that for parks good location and to rest your head.

Let me start by saying that the location is a TEN. It’s super close to all things Disney and close to downtown Celebration. This is why we chose this hotel to begin with. The restaurants around the hotel are all great too! The actual hotel itself though is…meh. The rooms and furniture are VERY outdated. The dressers in the bedrooms were all broken, to the point where we couldn’t even use them because they were literally falling apart. None of the bedrooms had clocks, which drove my family nuts. There is also no ice maker or ice trays in the refrigerators, and the hotel ice machines were broken. So, if you want ice, I’d pick up a bag and bring it with you. The pool was great for kids, but make sure you get there early to get a seat because there are very few pool chairs outside. And, if you plan on doing laundry, just know that it took our one load of laundry almost 3 hours to dry. Overall, it was fine. There are too many other great hotels in Orlando though, so we wouldn’t stay here again.

Hello your suite is very comfortable very spacious and we had 2 balconies. The shuttle to and from th parks with different times were very unexpected and world out for our family. The shower in one room handle was a bit broken when we arrived and the couch bed was not clean very well either.

Melia Orlando was really nice, offering a glass of wine on arrival(timely), a lovely restaurant, poolside seating, and a jacuzzi afterwards. The room as very nice and we slept great. We enjoyed the nearby town of Celebration in the morning before setting out for the day. N/A

Maintenance

Annoyed that when we arrived and checked in at 2:30 pm, we were told the room was ready, but we couldn't check in because a supervisor had not inspected the room yet. My wife and son waited 1.5 hours until they finally allowed us to get the room keys and go to the room at 4:00 pm. I can't imagine it would take more than 5-10 minutes for a supervisor to walk through and inspect the room. Then during the stay, there was a youth soccer tournament and the young kids took over the hotel, pool and amenities. When we advised the front desk at check out they advised they heard similar complaints from other guests, but offered nothing for the inconvenience.

breakfast was good, pool was good, staff was super nice and helpful My original room had the option of an adjoining room which I did not use but because there was no wall between the rooms it was very loud and I could hear entire conversations and the TV and babies crying etc from the room next door. Luckily, you staff was able to move me to another room on my second night there. I wish the original room was quieter but the second room was awesome and I wish I had been moved sooner. I greatly appreciate that staff's assistance in accommodating my needs for a quieter room.

This was a great hotel, and it was pet friendly. I loved that. It was clean and the staff were very kind and professional. I had a room and not a suite, so I did not have a microwave or an iron in my room. Other than that, it was excellent.

I really liked how close it was to all the Disney parks and the pool area was very nice. I can’t speak on all of the staff as I was attended well at the restaurant, The Wilson, but the concierge at the front desk was not very welcoming when I walked in to the hotel.

Place needs an upgrade. My back still hurts from the bed. Dresser drawers were broken. Had to fix the toilet and shower before use. Dirty silverware and dishes in the drawer and cabinets. Microwave was dirty upon arrival. Ice machine was broken in the building for over 3 days then the key to the laundry room was broken. Couldn’t access our laundry and had to postpone plans. Not much of a vacation.

Room was clean but somewhat dated. The coffee maker was broken as well as the shower faucet. The staff was congenial and well dressed. One downside is the restaurant and bar are under separate ownership and you cannot charge drinks from the bar or meals from the restaurant. There is a limited happy hour at the bar.

Property landscaping was pretty poor, but the rooms were nice. The food was great and the staff was probably the friendliest most amazing group of people I’ve ever encountered traveling. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall very good. First room that they gave us was an older room and it wasn’t clean. They gave us another room and this one was very clean and in better condition.

The place is very busy the week I was there, booked 2 days, but I only stayed for one night.

Old and aged. Far from nice condition. In desperated need of renovation. The air conditioner in my room sounds like a freight train. .. TV is a joke ..! Nothing its better ... regular broadcastibg TV and pay per view like 1995. ... Everything was pretty dated. Bed was also pretty average. I ended with the shower faucet knob in my hand ..! Restaurant is average. I recommend to do not pay the breakfast and go to Panera two blocks away for half the price. I paid for the breakfast in my package and do not worth it. Staff was very kind. Plenty if parking. Close to epcot. In need of urgent renovation.

Only there for a night so I didn't get to check out the area much. The rooms are nice and beds are comfortable and staff was extremely friendly.

The restaurant food and drinks were amazing. However, one day my room was not cleaned and the pool staff was non attentive. Like, at all. One day I had a cabana and the server was good. However not once was I approached for the next three days by the pool. Not once.

Pet-Friendly: Very accommodating. We were near the elevator which made taking our pup out easy, but Buildings C & D sit closest to the trail and dog parks — definitely request those if you have a senior dog. Room: We stayed in the one-bedroom suite — a nice space, though showing its age. Kitchen, living area furniture, and shower hardware could use refinement. The shower handles detach easily (furthest left = off, right = hot). Request slippers — wood panel floors are hard to keep clean. Bed was firm and comfortable; request a comforter since the provided blanket is small. AC runs cool but felt stuffy — opening the balcony door at night helped. Amenities: The Wilson restaurant is great and easy. The pool is lovely during the day, but the party music and bright tree lights need to cut off around 8pm — music ran until 10:30pm, lights until 2:45am. Also: windows have no tint, so rooms are visible at night — be mindful on floors 1 and 2. Blackout curtains block your morning sun entirely & I hated having to use them. Would we return? Yes — but only when traveling with our dog, requesting Buildings C or D, and staying away from pool-facing rooms.

The team onsite was so friendly and I mean everyone. The room was extremely large and was so clean and smelled like a bit of bleach and a nice cleaner, which I didn't mind at all. I had a king suite and it was massive!!! The only issue I had wasn't with the hotel. If you are going to Disney or Universal don't depend on the 3rd party company that provides the transportation. I followed the directions and booked a ride to and from the parks.The company said to be at the pickup point early and they never showed. Leaving or for my return. Uber and Lyft had me, but the cost for them was the same (or more) than driving and paying to park. Again, this did not reflect on the hotel. They even called the driving company, but I was already done with them.

Front desk person was straight to the point very polite and my room was given to me literally in less than 15 minutes. Room was clean smelled good. The hotel was clean and smell good as well. No complaints.

Staff was friendly and overall the hotel was decent but the room does show a lot of wear and tear, especially the bathroom. Also finding long hairs inside the folded bath towels was a turn off. I ended up buying my own towels to use for the rest of our stay.

Not my favorite. Beautiful hotel, clean, great location and great amenities. Unfortunately the bed and pillows were not to my liking. I did not sleep well. The room temperature was hard to regulate. Tried to call the hotel the day before arrival and the day of arrival and no one answered. Was transferred both times to reservations who then referred me to call the hotel. Departure day I called the front desk and again was transferred to reservations who again referred me back to the front desk. I can’t believe over 5 calls in three days and not once did we get the front desk.

Room was nice but the shower connections were not screwed in and sink tap was same. Reported on 1st day and told was to be done 2nd day - was not completed when we departed on the 4th morning. In addition 1 of the elevators did not work for the entire stay and that caused extended time waiting while all of the staff used same elevator.

Furniture showed signs of wear. But mattress was comfy. gym was hidden and nearly impossible to find in the lobby building. Oh and don't bother bringing in your bags at check in. They will be sending you to another building, which is not connected to the lobby.

There’s no coffee shop or quick service market or anything in the hotel. There are vending machines on the floors with no healthy options. I had an adjoining room that created a lot of noise through the wall. The fitness room is a joke. No microwaves in the rooms, not walkable to any coffee shops.

The hotel amenities inside the room were not what we expected. The room was basic and nothing wowed us. Some of our lamps had usb ports to help with charging phones etc but they didn’t work. The plugs attached to desk were loose and looked dangerous to use. Wasn’t pleased overall with the room for the amount we paid.

My stay was great. The staff here are always lovely, Liam at the front desk was warm and welcoming, and very kind when we were stuck by a snowstorm and were hoping to extend our stay (we couldn't, they were full but he made other local recommendations). The resort fees have become a little steep, particularly because we are often not in the hotel to take advantage of their one hour happy hour between 4:30 and 5:30 and don't make use of the Advent Health Centre spa/gym. The only constructive feedback I have is that our balcony wasn't really usable and we usually enjoy sitting on the Melia balconies for fresh air in the mornings of our stays. We were in an accessible room on the first floor, and you can go out on the balcony, but you're treated to a view of the privacy wall on the bar patio. It blocks all of the natural light into the suite, it's like looking at a brick wall. I haven't chosen an accessible room at the Melia before, but someone had an injury, so we wanted the roll in shower. It's very strange and hopefully not a reflection of how they prioritize the experience of their guests with accessibility requirements.

The hotel is kept very clean but my room had a couple of things that need attention, the toilet and the mattress. Everything else was excellent.

I would have preferred a non accessible room. Hotel staff should understand with family and give them a better room. They have kitchen but no kitchen towel. Otherwise it's a nice hotel for family stay especially if you are visiting Disney.

Rooms are overpriced for quality. Was expecting much better. And where the heck are the trash cans in the room?

The hotel staff were outstanding. All encounters were friendly, professional, and helpful. The food was excellent! Great variety and value. The pool area was small but adequate and the music was phenomenal and created such a cool vibe. A few activities were available for the kiddos but not enough for the teens. The location is ideal. Close proximity to many attractions. I was not happy with the condition of the room. Although it was very spacious (huge plus), it felt run down. The wood furniture was chipped and the dresser drawers kept getting stuck. The walls and bedding were white with no artwork. Also, there were no area rugs to anchor the furniture so they moved around a lot. This hotel has so much potential if they upgraded the rooms.

Our entire stay were excellent!!!

Our stay at the Melia Hotel Orlando was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, there was blood on both beds, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. While housekeeping did replace the sheets, no apology and little compensation was offered for such a serious oversight. Throughout our stay, tips were automatically added to charges without any prior notice or explanation, which felt deceptive and unprofessional. On top of that, we experienced a very uncomfortable interaction with a staff member who swung a door open and nearly hit me. When I calmly addressed it, he did not apologize, claimed it never happened, and accused me of lying, which was shocking and disrespectful. To make matters worse, we checked out over three hours ago and still have not received a receipt, despite requesting one. Overall, the lack of accountability, poor communication, and unacceptable service left us frustrated and disappointed. This is not the level of hospitality I would expect from a hotel of this caliber.

Clean room. Kind staff. Booked this location due to it stated they had a shuttle service to the parks. Which the do but with several restrictions, the shuttle is operated by a 3rd party & only picks up once per day & must be reserved days in advance. “Having” a shuttle & “Being able to arrange” a shuttle are two completely different things. The location is very close so we opted to drive & park. Which wasn’t the experience I wanted but it didn’t take away from how much I liked the hotel. I would stay here again.

Great location friendly staff

The whole reason I stay at the Melia, is the Wilson Restaurant. Many hotels in Orlando have suites and large rooms. The Wilson was a great restaurant with one of the best happy hours in Orlando. They changed management and both the food quality and menu offerings declined terribly. The hotel staff is subpar. It takes like 30-40 minutes to check in. They never check on your comps have issues understanding English.

My room was not cleaned properly, alot of things were broken and outdated and the bed was not comfortable at all.

The overall decor and vibe was very nice and the pool was pretty. We enjoyed the hot tub but it didn’t really bubble much. Too cool this weekend to use the pool. In the room, the bed was comfortable as were the linens; however, the base stuck out from the mattress by a couple inches which resulted in banged up shins. We tucked towels onto the corners to pad them. The shower never got hot, which was annoying. Maybe it was a top floor issue? Ate one meal at the restaurant. Get the marinated olives. They were amazing.

Room was spacious and clean. It was like having your own apartment. A full-kitchen, separate shower and bath, and a balcony in the bedroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel had plenty of social activities for guests and is a short distance from Disney, downtown Celebration, and many restaurants. The balcony doors were hard to open and there was weed smell in some of the hallways.

The room selected for my family's stay was a handicap room. One of the showers continually leaked, the door to the handicap bathroom is in need of repair. All of these were reported to the staff on checkout. Other than those things the hotel is nice, clean, and quiet. I've booked here previously and would book again in the future.

I really was only here just to sleep bc I came so late from universal haunted nights and then slept in a bit and went to volcano bay the following day - so again didn’t do too much at this hotel. Seemed pretty cool w the pool in the middle; but the concierge service was really uptight about the complimentary drink (cocktail), they would only offer it between 4-5, so you would have to come early to check in, or stay super late to get it the following day. Or would have to come back from your day’s adventure like with me at universal - was not worth leaving early for the drink but they would not budge about the timing. I simply asked if they could honor one hour later until 6 and they would not. Disappointed to say the least; as a VIP traveler it’s a small ask/expense for a hotel but means a lot for a guest

This hotel is dreadful – – do not stay here! The furniture is old and shabby, and the one restaurant can almost be deemed absurd due to its extremely limited options. There is nothing nearby vis a vis good restaurants, so one is stuck here with a lousy Caesar salad. And if you are put on a low floor, which I was, you will have to be nervous about the sliding glass door to the outside with a very flimsy looking lock. I did not have an opportunity to get into the pool, but it looked lousy, filled with kids and cloudy looking water. Yuck. I would never return here, even if paid to do so!

Property is close to everything and away from the chaos!

The restaurant and bar were a nice option to have onsite. Even though they feature live entertainment the rooms were quiet. Convenient location to theme parks.

The room was great and included a kitchen with a balcony. I really enjoyed the restaurant, and ended up eating several meals there. The wait staff and bartenders were great, and I really liked the food. It was a great experience, and if I travel to Orlando again, I would definitely try to book this place first.

Room was spacious and tall ceilings, clean, beds comfortable but it needs some love with the furniture. It was all banged up and nicked everywhere. We only had 1 trash can in the bathroom which was small so that was kind of annoying. Sink clogged and toilet handle was really hard to flush. They only had 1 ice machine on the 2nd floor and it wasn’t working (we were on the 5th floor) so I had to keep going to the bar to ask for ice. Pool was nice but really wish it was heated cause it was so cold by the time I got to it. Free drink incentive is mind of misleading cause it’s only from 4p-5p, we thought it was whenever as listed “per day”. Overall, I would likely stay here again.

Front desk staff were great. Room was very average. Pool was icy cold in mid October - unusable. Biggest disappointment was the restaurant and bar. Don’t expect to eat after a long day at the parks. They closed the kitchen at 9:30 despite being told pizza was available until 11:00. I was rudely told to go to Wendy’s.

I really wanted to like this hotel. The location was great and so was the price. The property up keep is severely lacking. There is inadequate outdoor lighting and multiple broke lights making it difficult to park. The shower was broken and so was the AC. The furniture looked like it came from a garage sale. The bed and the sheets were some of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept in. I will not be staying here again or recommending this property in the future

The pool was closed 5 out of the 7 days we were there. Only one elevator worked out of the two on our side of the hotel. The day we were checking out the automatic doors to the lobby were not working. The Wilson restaurant is not affiliated with the hotel and it’s ridiculously expensive. We had breakfast there and the bill was over $50 for two! Will not be staying there again.

I stayed here because it was close to the hospital where I was visiting a friend. It was much more spacious than other resorts and you couldn’t beat the price. Would be great for a family. Pool looked pretty cool even though I didn’t get a chance to use it.

This is a busy hotel and very family oriented. With that said, those of us who are travelling for business are looking for a little peace and quiet to balance out our day. Being awakens at 5:30 am to the beeping noise of a work vehicle we’re not my highlight of my stay. Secondly, my television did not have local channels. I spoke with the front desk (in person) and was given instructions on how to find the local channels. It did not work. So, I called to front desk and was then re-routed to “someone who can help” me, but no one answered and I was left the option to leave a message, so I did. No one ever returned my call. For two days I was unable to watch TV and the music option was 12.99 per day.

However, the room although being clean as a majority was lacking - the bathroom floor tile and grout looked extremely worn and dirty - the water faucet in the shower was missing a screw as well as another component and needed to be cranked on to turn the water off all the way so it wouldn’t drip constantly when not in use. Both days housekeeping failed to wash the coffee pot out - one day was just the pot the other was the pot and filter basket. No new waters were left. And then I received a notice that the pool was shut down which was never made known when I was booking - a key decision in my hotel booking. The air conditioning was also rather lack luster. Even when I set it to 68 degrees which should have rendered that room ice cold - it was warm and very humid. Each morning housekeeping was extremely noisy in the hallways at 7am approximately each day disturbing my sleep. I would like to see some considerable restitution for the above problems as I would rather resolve this matter directly with your hotel. I was in room 425b Jason Janzen 4037030575

I stayed here with my wife and two kids for 5 nights and it was a great stay, we think the hotel is in great condition and the pool is amazing for the kids. I loved that I was able to use the full size gym about 2-3 min drive away. The only downside is that the kitchen didn’t have even a small bottle of dish liquid soap or paper towel so we went to the store and could only find normal size dish soap and bought paper towel (didn’t even use quarter of the things we bought for the kitchen) The reason I mention this is because we had another 4 nights stay at another hotel (always planned) and it had these basic kitchen essentials. I would stay here again tho.

Everything was good

this place is strange, it's almost like the do not want anyone to call them. They do not have any cards, brochures or anything else that has their phone number on it. I directly asked, the front desk replied "no" we don't have any biz cards and didn't offer to even tell me the front desk number. Bizarre.

Booked the wrong day accidentally and they refused to refund or give a future credit even though I rebooked the correct date. Got stuck paying for two nights when I only stayed one because they wouldn’t allow me to just walk up and get a room but had to book online on my phone at the front desk and made a mistake with the date rushing.

No continental breakfast available. Great area near to everything, beautiful place, clean and modern room.

Nice rooms and pool are. If you are not in a 1 or 2 bedroom suite, the room is very small and the walls must be paper thin. The person in the room next door was extremely loud, I could her them 3-4 doors away as I was walking down the hall to my room, then kept me up till 1-1:30 am , then woke me up at 3 am, all from them talking on the phone with it on speaker. Finally had to call security they were so loud!

My recent stay at the Meliá Orlando Celebration, particularly the "Level Room" experience, was nothing short of fantastic

TV live channels did not work and nobody has a solution. Bathroom had mould in the grout and faucet areas. In addition music started thumping at 8am around the poolside which felt like it was in our room. Certainly nothing like any other Melia we have stayed at … certainly not a 4 star property!

We stayed here while we went to Disney World. We had a great stay. It was close to the parks and down town Disney. The food at the restaurant, The Wilson, which is in the hotel was amazing. We had dinner there and lunch out by the pool. The food was excellent. The room was clean, but a little dated. The sheets on the bed were a little rough….not soft. The pool was great. They played music and games. It was a great stay and we will definitely stay here again.

They have a great staff, they took care of every need. Is a wonderful hotel for kids and teenagers. Close to Disney Parks. We’ll return any time

This place was awful! 2hrs to get our room at check in. Staff was rude. Very disappointed in my stay here. The room was not clean and the sheets had stains.

I didn't need all the fancy restaurants or bar. All I needed was a place to sleep close to the hospital. No help from the fron desk on TV problems.

Food and bartender were great. The property can be noisy if you’re looking for quiet.

Great location, walkable to cvs, Nike outlet and many dining options. Laundry facilities in each building. Free shuttle service to Disney and universal parks. Immaculately clean rooms and friendly staff. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nice property. Pool was swesome.

Staff is very nice and welcoming. The property and rooms are clean but old and outdated. The bed mattress was bland and unsupportive—it lacked firmness and causes both people to sink in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep on.

Very nice place. Very spacious living room and bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen . Swimming pool looks neat. Good value.
