Great breakfast, quite night, big pool, not a lot of traffic. Free parking web site said I was paying for queen size mattresses and only got double size, wife was not happy. the frame of the bed was sticking out past the mattress. Pool and pool deck was not real clean.

It was as advertised it was clean everything I wanted. The breakfast I didn’t get to enjoy because the area is too small and it was so full of people you couldn’t even move and a couple of things I was able to get to out at the moment. All that tells me is, I should’ve gotten there earlier. Haha

Clean rooms, close to Universal, 100% will be staying here again.

Clean, spacious, comfortable and has a nice breakfast with great staff team. The location is very close to several interesting places like Universal, outlet etc.

Confotable beds. Good location to shopping malls and attaractions. Beds are small, breakfast is not breakfast just cereals, bread, cream cheese and some other non meaningfull staff. Rooms are small with no storage units. You ask for soap they dont, you ask for change of bed linens they dont, you ask for portable bed or crip they dont provide. Then suddenly when you come back during evening you found out they put a crip not asembled and without bed, sheets and linens. No hot water at bath at our last day of stay.

I liked that it was on International drive, and that there was a Denny's right there. Very convenient. No elevator. For a big family with lots of suitcases, the stairs were exhausting. Breakfast closes too early. When going to the pool, all pool towels were wet.

Nothing. We couldn't even stay there and had to cancel once we were at the reception. It's all a lie. The photos you see on their website and here are fake. The place is poorly maintained. There were police officers checking out for an issue with one of the customers when we arrived. Not a good look. The reception staff is poorly trained and rude. The buildings paints are falling. The vibe of the place is like in the horror movies. It's far away from everything. It's misleading. I would like a refund of the cancellation fee. I had to accept paying for it because I didn't have the time to go through a claim for a free cancellation because we were tired for a long trip with a kid. Everything is bad.

We had a comfortable stay at La Quinta by Wyndham. It was well located with restaurants all around us. Close to the parks and mall area. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. It was a bit crowded at breakfast in the morning. Not enough seating so either you ate standing or waited a bit to get a table. I liked that there was a laundry on site, so we washed our clothes before traveling back home. Also easy drive to and from the airport. Def recommend.

Hotel did not have an elevator and we were on the 2nd floor. The hallways were very warm and breakfast was okay. Eggs and bacon were cold. They were doing renovations, so maybe that is why it was not great. Staff was alright, didnt really feel very welcoming. A place close to everything and to sleep. If that is what you are looking for and for a fair price.

The price and location were the best deal. Well when we first arrived, they gave me the wrong room type. I had 2 other adults traveling with me and a 1yr old. They gave me a room with one bed. Then the guy at the front desk said he was moving us closer to the lobby. Once we walked back to the lobby, he left us to go check on a room. Mind you, this all happened around midnight. I was with my disabled mother who needed to be pushed in a wheel chair, my teenager and my now cranky/very tired 1yr old. When we finally got another room, the guy at the front desk was nice enough to show us where it was personally walking us there, nowhere near the lobby, as a matter of fact, it was down the opposite hallway of where we were originally. This room did have 2 beds that we asked for, however, the toilet when flushed, would almost over flow and the shower/tub would start to fill with water. This left like a sand residue. We were afraid to flush the toilet and afraid to ask for another room, due to the first mix up.

Ideal location for international drive and resorts. Plenty of restaraunts in walking distance. Doors in hotel need soft closers as they slammed and often at unsociable hours. Some of that is down to people however.

Bed comfortable, AC working amazing. They gave us the first room to the right on the first floor, they are renovating the breakfast area and at 10.15pm they were working. I had to call and ask when they would finish. Is not make sense jobs at night when guest wants sleep. Hopefully they already finish at the moment i am writing this review.

The pool area was very good and we enjoyed it. Also the breakfast was delicious. Also, being able to stay with our puppy meant a lot to us, it was his first trip.?❤️ They don't have any elevators and our room didn't come with a closet, just wall hangers.

No jacuzzi, no elevator (just 2 floors), hotel is under renovation so the exercise area was not available & we were not able to use other WyndhamLaQuinta brands nearby(very disappointing to my family member)..Breakfast was good, however a change of daily protein & side choices would’ve been nice.

Our door had a problem, the breakfast was fine, but the day we were going to leave the cleaning crew set alarm to 6 am. It is my first time seeing this and it was a quiet unpleasant experience.

The breakfast was very good. My door to the unit would not lock. Maintenance dept tried fixing it to no avail. Staff also tried, to no avail.

My first room wasn’t up to standard so they switched my room out to another. It was cool netter than the first more cleaner. And breakfast was ok something better than nothing. But it’s walking distance to everything food fun and shopping that a major plus. 8/10 recommend

Shower did not have hot water (luke warm-ish water). If you are on the first floor, you might hear waffle maker noise in the morning. Bus to disney and universal but not epic (times are not so convenient). But its very close to Universal to uber or lyft.

The newly remodeled rooms are nice. The night time front desk staff need to be more friendly and give directions to the room and advise new guests that there no elevator.

Hotel looks nice, however there are some serious issues. 1) Noisy!!! My room was very near the breakfast area. All the noise from people in that area permeates the walls. My first night the hotel allowed a very large group of (loud) people to congregate and party - they were making so much noise beyond 11:30 pm!!!! I’m thankful for a loud AC/fan to drown it out eventually. Note: No I didn’t call the front desk - they obviously could hear it also and did nothing. 2) The convenience store next to the front desk is VERY price. 3) The only ice machine is past room 142 - a long walk to a dark corner. RIGHT next to the ice machine is a vending machine with water and soda which is HALF the price as the options next to front desk. 4) When checking in, the front desk requires several signatures on a digital screen (I have no problem with that)….. the first screen says the hotel is 100 percent “moke free”. I tried to point out that typo to desk agent, who could care less. Seriously? That makes your quality control seem non-existent. 4) The other reviews are accurate about a small breakfast variety and the same thing every day. The breakfast area is not large enough for everyone - it is a very small and narrow space. Many people have to eat in the lobby or take food back to the room.

It was SO noisy!!! I could plainly hear basic conversation from the next room and in the hallway. The construction was LOUD at 0800 am, sleep was confirtable, room was dark, however the noise was very disturbing. Newly renovated rooms that are very clean and smell amazing, especially for Florida! Was happily surprised at the size and condition of our room. I don’t know if we were upgraded because we weren’t told, but it was awesome. The ability to literally walk across the street to grab extra clothing or personal items at the several stores was helpful!!

We also found two roaches in the bedroom — one dead and one alive. Despite making multiple complaints over back-to-back days, nothing was ever done. We were told housekeeping would address the issues, but the room was left in the same filthy condition. We were also promised a discount for the inconvenience, which we never received. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had — unsanitary, unprofessional, and completely below basic hospitality standards. I would never stay here again until management takes real action to fix these serious cleanliness and customer service problems.

Can’t beat the price! The new remodel looks great! Been a couple years since we stayed here but looks great! Breakfast was simple but good. The stay was great and friendly! The blackout curtains in the room were so dark and the AC was ice cold! Will be back again! Only 1 shuttle in the morning and 1 in the evening. If you miss it the Uber is cheap! Thanks for everything.

Can’t beat the price! The new remodel looks great! Been a couple years since we stayed here but looks great! Breakfast was simple but good. The stay was great and friendly! The blackout curtains in the room were so dark and the AC was ice cold! Will be back again! Only 1 shuttle in the morning and 1 in the evening. If you miss it the Uber is cheap! Thanks for everything.

We loved this place due to its convenience and how close it was to all the main attractions and to the shopping malls. Staff was super friendly specially the girl from the breakfast staff. They made us feel comfortable and assisted us with everything that was needed. Regarding the free breakfast I think they have some good options like: eggs, sausages, waffles, toast, cereal, juices, hot cocoa. I will be definitely returning.

date. I stayed in new side clean. Stairs outdated undergoing a makeup. All staff members we came in contact with were very pleasant. Lino in the cafe area was a pleasure, hospitable, respectful, welcoming. I can’t wait to see the final renovation. Closed to main highways. Good location.

The room was not bad but the lobby is under construction. There is no elevator and the carpet on the stairs was ripped and disgusting. Fortunately we are only here for one night

The hotel was completely dirty especially the carpet leading upstairs and the room. Even though there is a renovation going on but it could be better. The chair in the room needs to be replaced. Discovered cockroach in the room and there was no complimentary water at the make shift lobby.

Hotel is under construction. The sheets and bedding were clean! The bathroom still had other people’s hairs in the sink. Breakfast left a lot to be desired.

The propety is under renovation, but is just a minor inconvenience. Room are clean, room service daily which most hotel do not provide.

The property was under renovation, the place is ok if you are only looking for a place to sleep. Has a shuttle to Epcot and Universal, but the schedule doesn’t really work on the way back, as it’s before the fireworks

There was no mention that the property was under renovation. This meant breakfast was prepackaged and various noises /shuffling / dust were part of our stay. The carpet in our room was also always cold and moist. Maybe with renovation they may add hardwood/floorboards to give a more modern feel.

Our stay was nice. They are currently under construction in some parts of the building ,but the staff members were more than accommodating and the remodeled rooms were very nice. Will be staying here again.

They are doing some remodeling right now, so there was that. But the staff was great, service was great and the beds were comfortable! Walking distance to lots of stores and restaurants.

The property is under renovations but our room was great and the staff is making the best of the situation. The room comes with breakfast and because of the renovations the main dining area is closed The staff accommodation by giving us our breakfast to go. Which worked out great.

Bedd, sheets, pillows, rooms, all look like they were used for the last 20 years and never replaced. Bathroom showers weren't well kept, property was under renovation on the front side so breakfast was just a to go box with a scoop of eggs, toast and sausage links. None of which was noted on the listing, I would have stayed elsewhere for sure

Room was great and seemed to be newly renovated. The ongoing Reno’s of lobby cause some issues, but understandable when they are trying to improve. The stair ways were not clean and are in desperate need of some TLC !!

laundry room was available for use $6 for a wash and dry not too bad a price. bus service to Universal studios was good. room was clean and comfortable but the walls were thin and I could hear the guy in the room next to me coughing all night

Staff was really nice and accommodating. The only thing is they didn't mentioned that hotel is currently on renovation. I saw the reviews since December but thought that should be done by now. Nice hotel overall if it's not in renovation.

The hotel is totally under renovation. They serve breakfast in a bag. I was sick for two days. The remodeled rooms were nice and clean, but the beds kept sliding off the platforms.

Hotel was under construction when we arrived. I had called the hotel earlier to our arrival to inform them we would be a late check in, it would have been nice if they would have gave us a heads up that they were under construction. Due to them being under construction breakfast was served to-go out of a hotel room they converted. We didn’t even get breakfast one day due to the line being way too long and very inefficiently run. Hotel room smelled of mildew and shower dripped non stop for three days.

The property is nice and the amenities provided are quite decent. I just hope that the shuttle bus to Universal Studio can be adjusted to depart from the park near the park closing time so that guests can make most of their time at the park.

The hotel is under major construction, the lobby is basically a reimagined hotel room. Breakfast is in a room as well and is to go only, this was never relayed to myself as a guest. The room had a smell to it and the bed was so old, it sunk in the middle. The worst part is we found cockroaches in our room and had to leave early. It seems the property is aware of these problems and can only offer their apologies and to leave notes for management which are clearly left unaddressed. My worst hotel experience.

Construction made it weird.

Specifically the building smells like beer and cigarettes. The smell is in the hallway but it is also carpet and environmentally issue for ppl with respitory illnesses. Everything else was fine.

We didn't realize this was under construction. We thought we were at an incorrect location from the looks of it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was alright considering we only stayed 1 night we were ok with it. They did provide breakfast but it was a to go but it was enough t get started. Hopefully the construction will finish soon and I'm sure it will be great. Walking dstance to Dennys. Close to alot of restaurants.

Nice modern upgrade, noise 8-6 from Renovations but we were out in the day so no problems. Breakfast modified to grab and go, eat in your room or by the pool due to renovations.

Property is in the process of remodeling the entire building. No notice online to advise potential customers. Scary sight to drive up to for a planned special evening. Our room was available and very accommodating. Had to get staff to replace a/c unit, and they did so quite efficiently. Small dining are for the size of the property. Understandably the carpets were soiled from the remodel traffic

The location was filthy. They had exposed work that was being done. Just laying around after the people left, and there was a shower curtain separating area that was being worked on versus other area wide open where children can run right through. It was just unsafe it was dirty. It was very noisy.

Liked location, breakfast was good, staff fantastic,Renovations meant long walk to front desk and breakfast. No elevator for luggage to room on second floor Hotel overbooked, not given room we were expecting. Expedia was blamed for this. First night upgraded, second night downgraded.

First Impressions: Upon arrival, our initial excitement quickly dampened. The hotel felt more like a condo than a hotel, and the lobby area was under construction, which contributed to a disorganized atmosphere. The entrance to the lobby was at the far end of the reception area, making it inconvenient to access. Room Conditions: From the moment we stepped inside, we were met with an unpleasant musty odor that lingered throughout the hotel and remained in our room. The interior appeared outdated, with many bathroom accessories showing signs of rust. To our dismay, we discovered a dead cockroach upon entering, and the carpet was filthy—our socks turned black just from walking across it. Even barefoot, the carpet felt damp and unclean. Pest Issues: Unfortunately, our experience with pests didn’t end there. During our stay, we encountered two live cockroaches. Cleaning and Amenities: We were also surprised to find that room cleaning was minimal; over a week’s stay, our room was cleaned only twice. The breakfast, advertised as continental, was lackluster—consisting only of some bread, waffles, scrambled eggs, and yogurt, with no cheese or cold cuts

Probably one of the worst stays I have ever had at a hotel. The hotel is under renovations and does not even have a functioning elevator. The parking at night is very limited. Finding your way back to your room is a maze. Alot of entrances are closed and so you have to walk all the way around to the other side. I hope all these inconveniences are because of the renovations, if not, one of my worst stays at a hotel.

This was the type of room that you would expect to cost 80.00 not 200.00, way overpriced for the old run down rooms, mattress was not very good. Service at the desk when we checked in was not good, not welcoming at all. The term no tell motel comes to mind.

There was smell in the room (hunidity) which was reported but there was no change nor any other action from the front desk.

It was conveniently located to many shopping areas and fine dining. Universal was just a stone throw away and transport was easily available

Pros: Good spread at breakfast. Clean room, clean sheets, etc. Very kind and helpful staff. Safe and convenient location, with free parking and a free shuttle to the parks. Great insulation between rooms, I couldn't hear my neighbors once inside my room. Cons: Cockroaches (which tbh, is expected in Orlando). We picked up some sticky traps from the store and kept our food in the fridge, so no real issues there. Bathroom could use some renovation.

We stayed at this hotel 2 yrs ago it was aging BUT now the rooms are very well done. Staff are always friendly. Denny's was right across the parking lot.
