    Only issues were out shower leaked all night, and that was kind of annoying to hear and the parking was insane and ridiculous due to the world cup / Knicks game and people taking all the hotel parking and not being guests. BUT we will be back! Because this place was great still :)

    I was very disappointed with the condition of this room. There was a strong musty odor throughout the room, and visible mold on the bathroom wall. These conditions made the room uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about cleanliness, maintenance, and guest health. This is not the standard I expected when booking through Expedia. I hope the hotel takes immediate action to correct these issues and improve the quality of its accommodations.

    The breakfast was exceptional and I loved the location The hallways smelled bad, and there was exposed calking in the walls in the bathroom looked like they built a wall out of it and the toilet paper holder was held on the wall with this, get the smell out of the halls and paint a little nicer and a table and phone would have been nice.

    Matt the front desk clerk was the sweetest person, especially after having to change my room 3 times. I understand the hotel was under construction. The first room the key didn’t work. Second room it smelled like cigarettes, the room was dirty, and I started coughing like crazy due to the smell.( I was also on the phone with Expedia and I mention it to the customer service rep) Third room was ok, but I had to sleep with the ironing board holding the door because I didn’t feel safe, the bathroom mirror had writing on the mirror, and being next to the elevators every time the elevator would get called I would hear it in the room allllll night long. At 4am I booked another hotel. And left at 10 am the next morning .

    Absolutely nothing Everything! First we had to move to 3 different rooms because the odor of mold, bugs, room appearance etc. we tried to check out they informed us that they have a no refund policy! If we checked out we were out $400. The breakfast had curdled milk. It was nothing like the pictures that were posted online. Our toilet plugged so the desk receptionist brought us a plunger because they do not have maintenance. They also said they do not have a manager to speak to. There were no phones or trash cans in the rooms. We didn’t even get a room that we booked. There were wires hanging off over the hallway. Elevator floor was covered in white powder. Shower made a horrific noise when you tried to use it. No one would address or even help with the issues and concerns. It is very disappointing that booking has this as a 7.9 star hotel. We had to sleep in full pants and shirts because it was so gross!

    Pool was perfect. Clean and nice. Breakfast is so wonderful. Bacon, sausage, eggs, make your own waffles, yogurt, oatmeal with toppings, cereal, pastries, bagels, coffee, juice all excellent. Staff is so pleasant wonderful. Best location. Walk to I Drive and the world's largest McDonalds. So fun. Carpet in room smelled like dog. I do not own pets so would have liked a non pet room. That was my only concern.

    Room rates Front clerks not friendly night or day. Also when you get your check in at 1:00am and ask for a late check out they only offer til noon. Good customer service goes a long way every other hotel that I’ve stayed at lets you stay up till 2:00pm at no extra charge. It would be nice if I left your hotel rested. I live out of town but work in Orlando so every once in a while I need a room for the night.

    The hotel was clean ac was nice, pool water was just right temp AAAAAH! some maintance issues lights flickering no biggy closet door in room not good afraid to open it looked like it would fall off its rails. But the big issue was the pool deck drain channel ankers were broken and shaped like a banana being a foot trip problem should have been fixed #1 priority I reported it once..no fix having a 7 year old who likes to run I removed the rail for safety reported it again still no fix but they put the rail back in with out fixing it. reported 3rd time letting the front desk know that if someone tripped and hurt themselves the hotel would be legally liable I like the hotel please fix the rail.

    This International Drive hotel has no signs on the building—you just drive up and hope for the best. I paid $51/night from Friday to Tuesday (4 nights), but sneaky resort fees brought the bill to almost $400. There is a $100 refundable deposit. The front desk clerk was great—super nice and looked like a goth version of Bernadette from The Big Bang Theory. Only one elevator worked for this 6-story building, causing 2-minute waits. The room had a mini-fridge but no microwave or ice bucket. The top sheet had a stain, so I just took it off. The best part was a massive Samsung TV, perfect for my USB-C to HDMI video-out Samsung Dex, though the TV system annoyingly blocks the channel numbers when switching and has no scrolling guide. The hot water takes a few minutes to heat up, and the shower lever blasted me with cold water because it was left "up". For ice, floor machines are broken; only the one by the pool works, pool closed no ice. The Wi-Fi needs an IT tech—the ceiling access points are too close together, dropping your video connection when you walk. Use a VPN here. Parking was fine, just use the windshield pass so you don't get towed. Breakfast (6:30–9:30 AM) has eggs, DIY waffles, and meats, though the bacon and sausage felt undercooked. The room only fits 40 ish people, so go early. Location is awesome—1 mile from ICON Park, quiet despite the freeway ramp, and highly walkable to fast food and nice restaurants.

    Additionally, the stay was more inconvenient than not. We had to switch rooms because our sink was already clogged and drained super slow, the bathroom door didnt latch onto the thing that keeps it closed, and the shower head and tub faucet both ran at the same time sorta. Im assuming the building is under some sort of renovation because the building has no name. We weren't sure if it was the correct one. We found on Google maps that it used to be a comfort inn but they took down all logos. The beds were hard, the comforters had stains, the wifi router was hanging off the wall, the lamp between the beds had rust and dirt. I thought the free parking pass for the cars were neat but all the parking at night was taken by the customers from the corazon tropical restaurant right next to the business and it was very hard to find parking on hotel grounds. The room we got switched to had an AC cover that was falling off and made a weird news every time it turned on/off. We had a very busy weekend so we didnt get to use the pool or eat breakfast so I can't speak on those, but the kids looked like they were having fun. The elevators were a little scary. Just a little. I wouldnt recommend the hotel rn.

    When we arrived, we paid the extra $25 to check in early. We had to go back down three times for a key. The first room, smelled like urine. The second room was locked from inside and the third room, was very dirty. The hotel had one elevator and the pool pump had just stopped working, so no working pool. Parking was easy and staff was friendly, but would not stay there again.

    The location was in a very busy area lots to do. Sadly I could only stay one night because the beds were extremely uncomfortable. The hotel is in drastic need to renovate. I believe a new owner bought it and will fix it up. Breakfast was ok but a few things were gone about 20 mins before it was to be over. It was budget friendly reason stayed. Both front desk workers young girl I believe Lisa and young man I think Matt were extremely sweet and tried to accommodate.

    This former Comfort Inn is lacking in so many areas I don't know where to begin. On check-in I was given an inferior room because they were removing sofa beds. Check-in process required me to review and sign literally a 70-some paragraph agreement downloaded to my phone via QR code. 2nd room given had a "sortabroken" door lock that only worked by pulling handle up. Unlike nearby competing hotels, room had no kleenex, coffee package, or microwave as shown in website pics. Ice machine non-functional and pool closed. Absolutely no parking available in the evening-property shares with restaurant, nightclub and icon park. No transportation to parks. I didn't see any bugs or dirt (other than the elevators) reported by others. Positives: instant great hot water, new 55" tv, and reasonably good breakfast. It's apparent they're trying to run this location with insufficient staffing and incomplete refurbishing from previous franchise.

    I am extremely disappointed with my stay at the iDrive hotel in Orlando. From the moment we checked in, the experience was nothing like what was advertised online. The room felt dirty and poorly maintained, with noticeable issues that made us uncomfortable throughout the stay. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable, and it honestly felt like basic housekeeping standards were ignored. The atmosphere of the hotel was also very loud and chaotic, making it difficult to relax or sleep. On top of that, customer service was incredibly disappointing. Staff members were dismissive when concerns were brought up and made little effort to resolve the issues or make the stay better. For the amount of money spent, I expected a much cleaner, safer, and more professional experience. Instead, this turned into a stressful and frustrating stay that completely ruined part of our trip. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Orlando.

    The receptionist were very nice and helpful, polite. Even though I was upset for the room he did his very best to help me out and change me room which I really appreciate it. When I got there Friday night the room was stuffed we couldn’t breathe the receptionist changed the room for me he gave me a room in the second floor this one was worst then the first one i had bought a humidifier in order for my babies to be able to sleep. Not only the room was stuffed it has roaches, I’ve been killing roaches all night I couldn’t sleep it was my worst nightmare. I went downstairs to ask the receptionist I need to change the room for me again they didn’t have anything available based on what he said. But he said Saturday morning he will change me room which he did first thing in the morning. This room was okay the room and the beds were bigger then the first two not too stuffy then the last two. Their pool is not working, Breakfast were okay and parking was free.

    I booked this hotel for one night. Outside it was beautiful the lobby wasn’t bad. But when I got to my room on the 5th floor. Getting off the elevator it smelt bad. Upon getting to my door the lock didn’t just open I had to ask the desk how to open. I had to pull the lever all the way up, it was rusted out. The couch was molded and mildewed where something had been spilt and it soiled. I didn’t even stay in the room. I slept in my car. Woke up ate some breakfast. Got ready and left. This particular room was a no. And surprisingly cause the hotel seemed heavily populated. I can only speak on my experience. I have pictures. Update these kind of rooms at least take out the couch if you’re not gonna replace. I’m sure others that have stayed in it complained

    Area under construction, hard time / long time to find a parking as area is very busy, room was very dirty from bathroom to bed. Plus it was raining and entrance towards location of hotel was quite flooded and hotel had not sign with name so it was ummmmm am I in the right place or not.

    The hotel had my car towed-WITH the pass in the window. Stay somewhere else. The towing company they use is a horrible man who called me a F*&^%ing B 4 times. When he realized his mistake, he acted if he was giving my car back out of the goodness of his heart. No- you stole my car. Luckily the hotel took responsibility however I will not stay there again. I missed my daughter volleyball tournament and was verbally attacked when trying to explain to the towing company the hotel hired what mistake they all made.

    For the price per night it was okay hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and professional. I had two downsides. First, from the moment I got out of the elevator on the second and got into the room, there was this smell which I believe is from carpet floors with lack of ventilation. The second, I was expecting seeing more shower item that was limited. Few small rounded bar soaps and tiny bottles of hair washing items and we were three people. Again, it was one night stay and the price was cheap.

    The property seems to have recently switched hands. I struggled finding it as all the signs say comfort inn. I was told breakfast was 6:30-9:30 at check in, but it was till 9. And if you plan on getting breakfast, go early as they stopped refreshing stations at 8:15 and the juice machine is off at 9. My room had the loudest air conditioner and the door to my room only locked when slammed.

    Close to everything. Handicap parking and room was close by The pool was CLOSED!!! The room smelled and the shower leaked all night. I told the girl that night and the girl in the AM who said gee I never heard of a problem with that room. Well in the shower the grout told the story cause it looks like it’s been a plumbing issue for a long time. The bed was ok but heard lots of noises through the night. One of my worst ever hotel stays.

    The staff here is wonderful. Great personalities and always helpful. The place is ALWAYS clean and the rooms are spacious and well maintained. They are also renovating so some rooms are even better and they all have a huge tv.TV. Breakfast is full with eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, toast, pastry, yogurt & fruit!!! Nothing. The place is fantastic!

    We were unable to complete our stay. I was thoroughly disappointed in the condition of the hotel. It was grossly misrepresented online. First of all there was no name on the building as it's being painted and heavily under construction. We were switched into three different rooms due to locks not working on the doors, ripped and torn carpets and the heavy smell of mildew and mold. I was informed by the front desk agent that they're had been an extensive leak from several floors up. I informed the desk agent that due to my extreme allergies and respiratory issues, for my health we would not be able to stay. The manager Katie refused to refund the room amount, even though we'd only been there for less than 30 minutes. I am very disappointed. I understand the improvements being made, but as a courtesy I expected them to make it right by providing the $85 refund.

    The building is being renovated, so you might get an upgraded room or not. It wasn't terrible. But keep that in mind. We had another cheer mom stay here when it was a comfort in and we stayed when it got bought. Breakfast was your standard breakfast. Eggs, waffles, sausage, oatmeal, toast, Coffee, juice. We ate every morning and it was good. OH they're doing construction outside the road and they did this Wednesday night. Which sucked because we had a competition the next morning my kid was competing in. But I heard theyve been working on that road for years.

    Like the location in the area it was in. The property that we stayed at with the rooms needs a lot of updating the first room. We had a leaky air conditioner that had water on the floor smelled musty. So they moved us to the last room that they had and that one had screws up and down the doorway for trying to hold the molding in. It needs to really be shut down for a month and do these repairs. The rooms were clean

    Bathroom in our first room was covered in black mold. They moved us to a second room and it was worse. The third room had mold on top of the toilet lid but nowhere else. Toilet in the third room would flush properly and we had to pour water into it until maintenance came in to fix it. We will NOT stay here ever again.

    Room carpet was gross with stains, wall had holes covered with pictures, couch was not even usable as a seat, water just ran in the bath, door barely opened. The TV stand looked as if it would fall apart with the rusty mini fridge. All that said it was close to the international drive attractions and was cheap, but not cheap enough for this experience

    It was ok until I ran into an ignorant guest in lobby and the room had roaches so when I did a video and went to get assistance from hotel staff I was laughed at and ignored. Very unprofessional behavior. Also I was on a scooter due to surgery and they would not allow my order to be dropped off to my room so I had to get up and get downstairs to get it from the front desk.

    The staff was genuinely friendly, and they were able to get us into our room about thirty minutes early, which was a nice surprise. The room was clean, but very outdated. There were a lot of scratches, some broken doors, and overall everything just felt average. The beds weren’t very comfortable, though the TV was a good size. Breakfast was okay, but the breakfast attendant was incredibly sweet and kept everything stocked, which made the morning better. The location was great for what we needed—we were in town for the Magic game, and it worked fine for a one‑night stay. If you’re looking for something modern or updated, this isn’t the place. It did the job for a quick stop, but I wouldn’t choose it for a week‑long vacation.

    The property itself was nice and it smelled pleasant, BUT once I got to my room it had a smell of mildew. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, and my sliding closet door did open at all. The room itself was outdated. The pool was ok. When I arrived to the front desk I was told check in was at four but in website it said three. All in all my stay was ok but I won’t be back

    It looks like they bought the old hotel and just put some new paint on the walls. They didn't even have a microwave in the room. The whole hotel shared one down on the main level. So you had to carry everything down with you. Only 1 working ice maker. They also didn't even have regular bottle water for sale in their concession area. They had a pitcher of sink water available in the lobby. The place was hard to find. Beds were super creaky and the couch would've fallen in if we had sat on it. We also almost got stuck in the elevator.

    Room had a musty smell to it. Sat on the couch and it broke as the wood had rotten cause seems like someone either wet the couch or peed on it. Breakfast was not so good. When I tried to check in at 1.30pm, they wanted to charge me for early check-in and wouldnr allow me to even leave my luggage.

    I checked in late on Saturday, and when I entered the room there was a very strong, unpleasant odor and the room did not appear to be properly cleaned. I went back to the front desk immediately and asked if I could switch rooms, but the associate told me the hotel was completely booked and there were no other rooms available. Because the room was not usable, I requested a refund. I was told that a manager would have to process it in the morning, but I was assured it would be taken care of. I called Sunday to confirm, and the manager again stated that the refund would be processed. It is now several days later, and I still have not received a refund or any confirmation. I have called the hotel multiple times throughout the day with no response, and I even contacted Expedia to try to reach the property, but I have still not been able to get any resolution. The most frustrating part of this experience has been the lack of communication and follow-through. Issues can happen anywhere, but the way they are handled matters. At this point, I am still waiting for the refund that was promised.

    So I stood here because my flight got cancelled the day after I went to the front desk when I got back in the room and said my room wasn't clean he said we don't clean the rooms everyday I said well I wasn't told that and I need new towels nobody ever brought me the towels. I had to go back down hours later and the girl provided me with towel and said my Room will be clean tomorrow when I got back to my room the room wasn't clean I had to get toilet paper myself never again.

Breakfast is good but be sure to go down early because most of it will be gone during the last 30 minutes and doesn’t get replenished.. I’d stay again after renovations to the hotel and construction outside completed.. oh this place I’m walking distance to many places to eat and Walgreens.. Golden Corral is literally a 1 minute walk and border the parking lot..

    We had a very nice time at this hotel. It was perfect for us after a bad experience elsewhere. I wish more places in USA were like here since it’s hard to find a good deal these days. We had a nice clean spacious room with 2 large comfy beds. Coffee maker & a huge TV. A great Breakfast included too all for a very fair price. Reminded us of home in the UK where standards can be good & prices are fair. We even had a cup of tea before we left from the lobby breakfast area which to a British person is much appreciated! Front desk staff are really nice too. I would highly recommend this hotel as a very good deal in this crowded area & we will certainly go back if we are in Orlando again. Thank you very much 💕

    However, considering the cost, we were actually very pleased with the hotel in general. Staff were friendly, breakfast was as described, location was perfect, bed was comfortable and shower was hot. To sum it up, basic but affordable.

    However, considering the cost, we were actually very pleased with the hotel in general. Staff were friendly, breakfast was as described, location was perfect, bed was comfortable and shower was hot. To sum it up, basic but affordable.

    Well as i was sitting on the bed the bed frame just breaks and i hit my head in the wall. Staff was not concerned. Front desk person came to check the bed and said yeah its broke. I had to ask to moved to a different room. As we are moving rooms the one elevator starts shaking and making weird nosies. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Very unsafe and staff did not care!

    Room should have a little more attention to because I had to let the person in the front desk if they could at least have anyone to go in our room to empty the garbage I wasn’t asking for much I didn’t care if my bed was made or my towels were changed we had enough towels but only one garbage can very small in the bathroom for the Room it needs to be addressed Thank You

    Check in way awful as when I arrived they were out to lunch at 6pm, but after 40 mins they got me checked in however first two rooms wouldn’t open so she switched me around. Eventually got it opened after A few trips up and down but the room was a room. Wouldn’t sit on the couch as it looked gross but it was a bed for the night so will not complain. Would stay again

    The breakfast was very good eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, bread and croisant, Coffee and juices. The rooms need remodelations, and more cleaning for example in the bathroom the tub had an antislid pad that look dirty but the beds were clean and confortable. The staff was very kind and attentive. The area is very safe and walking distance entertainment and restaurants.

    Once I checked into my room, I took my clothes off and was using the bathroom when somebody walked in. They were in the room when obviously someone’s naked and didn’t leave. The staff just issued keys to the same room and didn’t even pay attention.

    Room was clean and everything functioned as it should. The front desk lady was very nice and even though my first room had a busted heater, she got me moved quickly and easily. They just took over the hotel operations recently and are still sorting things out. Overall, for the price, you can't beat it. Breakfast was good. There are also some restaurants in walking distance as well as a Walgreen's.

    The caulk on the bathroom floor had mold on it and it water was leaking on the floor. The room we stayed in had no microwave. There was no ice machine to be found contrary to signage stating otherwise. Breakfast was pretty basic. Ran out of waffle batter a few times, ran out of milk a few time or milk wasn’t even present.

    As I entered the lobby there was an over powering air freshener. Then we got on the elevator which it appeared to be mold on the door. When we got off on the 4th floor it stunk of mold so bad I was choking an gagging. I attempted to go into our room which smelled horrific and again there was visible black mold on the rug. I couldnt even stay there. I had to immediately leave the same way I got there.

    Website lists a fitness center and laundry facilities but have neither one? Room was dilapidated and had an old iron but no ironing board. Tv was more frustrating than entertaining as there was no guide to reference. Went to front desk for listing and was told to take a screenshot of the ONLY copy in the hotel. I went to my room to utilize the list but none of the channels listed corresponded to the channels on the tv. Super frustrating and time consuming to find anything to watch as I had to go channel by channel and if a commercial was on, wait until program resumed before I could even determine if I wanted to watch it or not. Parking was horrible and I had to wait 30 minutes circling the lot to park my car. I will never book there again.

    The room had a 65 inch TV with cable. There were four fluffy pillows on each bed. While the room was clean, the carpet was a bit worn. My wife generally is very critical of the rooms I book as price generally takes priority. This time, she had no idea that the hotel was so cheap. She congradulated me and thought I had spent more.

    Honestly, great staff, room was nice, location was right there on idrive. I could leave my car in the parking lot and walk down idrive to all the places I wanted to go. I give them only 3 stars because I reserved a King suite and upon arrival I was given a different room and told no kings available despite previous interactions and arriving early. The bathroom aesthetics weren’t there. Super basic, worn n rusted, and my first time stepping into the restroom after getting my room keys, I found several wet towels hanging as if someone recently used the shower and the room wasn’t clean. I had to go into detective mode and inspect everything and bed sheets.

    Great hotel!!! The front desk employees were absolutely outstanding and very professional. The hotel is well maintained and in an excellent location due to the close proximity of restaurants and tourist attractions. I have stayed here a few times and always loved it. The room itself was very spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. All staff members were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely will stay here again!!!

    This was the worst property I’ve ever stood in. The staff was good but when your building is failing around you. The staff is on a sinking ship. The whole experience was not good. The elevator shakes and stops. The doors don’t work when you use the keys. The keys become demagnetized. The room we stood at was on 6th floor and elevator went out of service. Then to top it all off. Monday morning they had the maintenance staff in the using nail guns at 8am.

    If you make reservations for a specific room and they don’t have it available they’ll give you a different room that’s smaller even though you reserved that kind of room. I got a room with a bathroom door that seemed stuck and impossible to get out . If I need supplies I have to get them myself and I don’t get fresh sheets until I am checked out or I have to let someone know. At the other hotels I never had that problem.

    The first two rooms where full of roaches, the third room was moldy and wet dog smelling, 4th room wasn’t a queen like we booked , finally the 5th room was ok it smelt like mold but they had no other rooms. The shower head was full of mold. The bathroom door was soft and water damaged. It had two carpets laid on top of each other. The room was dirty. Staff was not friendly.. I would stay far away.

    This place was a nightmare. After being at Disney for 12 hours we were so excited to go back to our hotel and rest our hurting and tired feet. When we arrived to the hotel I had booked 5 days in advance, we were met with the only room available. The door was prompt open and the room was filled with appliances. I took a picture see below and went and showed the concierge. He said I'm so sorry but that's the only room I had left ... And it didn't have a working ac and was currently being renovated that's why the things were in there ... So they over booked and me and my children at 1 am were left without lodging I had already paid for ... His only way to fix this was turn us away at 1 am to find alternative lodging or give us a dirty room and the stuff to clean it ourselves !!! 100 percent unexctable. While we were cleaning a couple came to yell at the concierge because they couldn't even close their room door and the 4th floor was a disaster they said !

    Need update and it appears it was starting. Need trash can in the bathroom. Used Qtips in the hallway near my door w/o anyone picking it up in a couple of days. Same breakfast every morning (4 mornings). But, the sheets appear to be clean and we were able to rest. Centric in the IDrive. I accomplished its purpose with a low price.

    Check in was a nightmare. They over booked our room, had to give us a completely different room which did not accommodate for everyone traveling. Walked into the room, doors didn’t work properly, restroom floor was wet, shower was wet and moldy, curtains and AC unit were full of grease stains, toe nail clippings and stains all over the carpet.     Where do I start...how about the first room they assigned me looked like a tornado went through it. Carpet pulled up and drying due to getting too wet (according to front desk). Then when I get a room I was so disappointed is not even the phrase I would use. We stay at comfort in a lot as we travel and have never had a issue with our stays. The USB outlet did not work, the wall outlet did not work, the mini - fridge add ice buildup, coffee pot dirty, hotel phone inoperable. This was the worst hotel room we have ever stayed in and that says a lot as we have stayed in literal one star hotels when we had no other option. The only reason why we stayed was there were conferences in Orlando that weekend and all other rooms in my budget $200.00 per night were not available.

    Anything could go wrong did. Arrived at the room my daughter sat on one of the beds and it broke down nearly throwing her to the floor. HVAC or toilet leaked on me from the bathroom upstairs. They finally moved me to another room and the TV didn’t work or the toilet. Prior to being moved none of the rooms had blankets or comforters on them, I called room service to inquire if they had any and man at the front desk said yes come on down. I get downstairs and he says oh no we don’t have blankets but here’s an extra sheet. Later that same evening I wanted to purchase a bottle water from their cooler in the lobby, again I called the front desk asked how much the waters cost same man said $3 I responded ok I’ll be right down. I get downstairs and he says we don’t have any bottles of water. Now on to cleanliness definitely a mess. Faucets were not clean, got out the shower and was greeted from the previous guest with a love note drawn on the bathroom mirror through the steam.

    If you a south asian indian family coming to Orlando for the first time, I definitely recommend this hotel. Its really a good location and the rooms are good. When we walked inside we were slightly impressed because I have seen worse hotels but this hotel did a great job and the staff is very nice as well. Definitly recommend if your staying on a budget. This hotel is the perfect example of the saying "Not Bad". You walk in and see that it is very good for the budget and price.

    Check in was great staff was very friendly unfortunately my fiance didn't get any sleep all night because the air conditioner made a loud noise everytime the compressor turned on and continued the whole time it ran. Baby was already asleep or would have asked to change rooms.

    I stayed there for 5 nights and each night there was always a problem. 1. Was forced the switch rooms on day 1. 2. A/C broke during the night. 3. Housekeeping knocked on the Bathroom Door while I was taking and bath then using the toilet. 4. Room Key never worked, had to reactivTe every time. Coming from the 6th floor. Zero empathy from the front desk.

    I requested to have the toilet fixed (internal chain on flush handle was broken and just running water), chain and flap were replaced with wrong size, so the flap never closed and the water continuously ran. Shower head was broken and only shot out in a stream. Shower temperature was either ice cold of scolding hot, not in between. Everyone I encountered seemed nice, but the place overall is just old and poorly maintained.

    Property DEFINITELY needs attention on their physical structure, specifically their rooms (from access system to rooms until carpet, furniture (rust in refrigerator and bathtub), stains in carpet, bathroom door, etc). On the other hand staff personnel (Reception, Cleaning, Breakfast, Handyman) very kind and customer oriented We had a situation to access room and they provided prompt attention to resolve the problem. Very good breakfast (hot) and included in rate.

    I was missing the remote and the front desk promptly provided one. The shower wasn't the cleanest, hair appeared to be stuck under the shower head, and one of the sheets were stained. Once brought to the clerk's attention, it was remedied immediately. I was expecting a recently remodeled room, was disappointed with the soiled and stained carpet. We slept comfortable after adjusting the temperature in the room.

    The building is old. The room hallway smelled like weed or maybe the smell is something else’s, I don’t know. The bathroom linen had stains and hair. The refrigerator didn’t get cold. And in order to use the microwave you had to unplug either the refrigerator or tv. Horrible.

    Needs a complete overhaul, was dirty and smelled bad.The carpet in our room was ripped and stained also smelt bad, because of the condition of the place I felt unsafe. I was told on the phone that they had an airport shuttle turns out they don’t, they told me that I must have called the wrong comfort inn. Breakfast was stingy and the baked goods were not fresh!!     The staff was pleasant but was not made aware that there would be an extra charge at check in on top of what we already paid. There was a hold put on the card plus an extra $15. The floor we stayed on smelled like mildew. The room smelled as well and there was mold on the doorframe to the bathroom. Dirt on the bedsheets and floor was sticky. The breakfast was a disappointment as well. Pancake batter was empty, drinks were empty, coffee was basically water.

    Rooms have declined since staying previously. We had to switch rooms as our first room the bathroom door wouldn’t close and the toilet wouldn’t flush. When we asked to switch rooms we were given an attitude. The second room was better but still not the standard that we had experienced at our last visit. We will not be rebooking at this location in the future.

    The front desk staff have been overwhelmingly accommodating to all our needs but special attention needs to be paid into maintenance and cleaning off the rooms and bathroom , our first night mold was seen in the bathroom and cockroaches coming out of the shower drain off. Room was not cleaned everyday and we asked for and bath towels wasnt left either, CSR at the front desk was help full but seem disturbed not there instruction and ours were not been met.

    I had a bad night, front desk nocked at the door at 11:15 pm, we were already asleep, my husband said who was it and the person said front desk, I tood my husband not to open the door because ai was afraid. I immediately called front desk and did not answer. We went back to sleep and 20 minutes later the telephone was ringing. And it was front desk again,the next day at 8.45 I went to the front desk and they just told me that they were checking if someone was un the room because the sistem showed like uf it was empty. After that like at 9 We went to have breakfast and there was nothing, I asked and they told me that breakfast ended at 9. No one told us that it ended at that time or anything. I really do not thi k will recomend this hotel or stay in it again.

    This hotel is in need of a renovation. Many things from poorly repaired sheetrock to painted over water damage in the bathroom. There was an overall damp odor. My biggest complaint was the fact that I killed more than 1 cockroach in my room. That, I thought to be unacceptable.
