    This was my second time staying at this property everyone was very kind! The guy at the front desk Johnny was an absolute pleasure very kind offering us help when we came in all the way to the time we left! The only downside was they were fixing the pool so I couldn’t get in during the day but it was opened during the afternoons and late nights so that was nice!

    Booked for the amenities and pool. Tuesday the first night, asked if the bar was open and the front desk said they didn’t have a bartender that night, didn’t see one until Friday. “Pool side bar” is not a thing. The whole stay, 9am banging from the floor above us because of a remodel they didn’t inform us was happening, I booked in February, check in was May 19th. No notice. One of the days the front door was blocked off for more remodel, still no notice until I came back from the store and couldn’t enter through the front. No one came in our room, my husband gave the dirty towels to someone in the hall and was told we would get fresh ones, that didn’t happen. Saturday breakfast is supposed to be until 10:30am, it was completely broken down at 10am. My kids enjoyed the stay so I’m happy about that at least.

    The breakfast is nice and rich. The pool is decent. THe staff were helpful and respectable. One of the staff name Johnny was exceptional with good sense of customer services. Johnny made sure every of our concerns were addressed, He is very compassionate and service oriented.

    The staff didn’t seem to be able to figure out why we are being double billed for our stay, and just said to contact them in a week or two later to see if it was resolved. A final receipt was also not issued, so it is difficult to know what our actual charge is since our credit card posts it in CAD $ and the rate we would be charged from the hotel is in USD. The problem is also that they never answer their phone or messages so getting a hold of them is difficult.

    The staff was amazing, everyone was very helpful and positive. Staff helped with no hesitation. The property was under some construction to better the place so those small inconvenience were expected. The rooms are large and spacious and location is Amazing. We stayed here for a night before our cruise. We are a cruising family and Disney visitors frequently so this will be our new go to place

    I reserved an ADA family room three months in advance through Expedia. They had my reservation but put me in a double queen bed standard room. We asked them to fix it but they didn't have any Ada rooms available with the amount of people in our room. I was able to get a shower chair but the room was a lot smaller so it definitely made it 100 times harder. The mini fridge was pretty much broken it barely kept our drinks cold and the phone was broken so I had to keep going to the front desk to ask for towels more blankets. The blankets were like ghetto jail blankets the elevators were disgusting and the food was gross. I thought I was going to save some money with the free breakfast but we ended up spending a lot more money than we wanted. It makes me sad that something like a hotel can ruin a family vacation and for my daughters it was the first time leaving this state we live in. So whatever you do look somewhere else and don't book this hotel!

    We traveled from Miami and arrived around 12:00 midnight on Friday. The girl at the front desk informed us that our reservation had been canceled because of the late arrival time. When she told us this, we asked about the Saturday reservation we had through Expedia, and without even looking up, she informed us that the platform had not paid and that reservation was also canceled. We asked her to call a manager or someone in charge, and she completely ignored us. We had 3 children with us, the youngest being only 2 years old. Around 1:00 in the morning, we had to leave and look for another place to stay because she confirmed to us that Expedia had not paid for the Saturday reservation. As a result, we booked another hotel for 2 nights wherever we could find availability. On Saturday, before our park day, we decided to call and file a complaint. During the call, we were informed that the reservation actually did exist, which confirmed to us that the employee had lied. This caused us unnecessary expenses and a great deal of frustration, especially because the children were extremely tired. During the call, the representative helped me open a claim, and I am now waiting for a response regarding this situation and the misinformat

    At that hour, with very limited options and children with me, I had no choice but to accept the transfer. I called multiple times afterward trying to resolve the situation, but neither Hyatt nor Travelocity would provide a refund or work with me on a fair resolution. This was an extremely frustrating and stressful experience, especially after a long day of travel. Very disappointed with how this was handled and the lack of customer service afterward. Never again with Hyatt or Travelocity.

    Arrived at 3:05pm for check in (listed check in time is anytime after 3) and had my reservation confirmed but was told the room wasn’t ready quite yet. They said it would be ready in 1 hour. Came back 2 hours later and was told they didn’t have any King rooms available, that they were still working on it and that they could move me to a room different than what I booked. I asked if I would be refunded the difference in price between the rooms and was told no. After 45 minutes of calls and chats with Hotels.com (the booking agent), I finally accept the different room. The entire time, the lady at the desk was rude. She kept saying that check in was anytime after 3pm and that a 3pm check in does not guarantee a room. I also found out that check out was an hour earlier than the posted listing on Hotels.com. Hotels.com has a listed checkout time of 12pm but this hotel stated checkout is at 11am unless I want to be charged an additional fee to check out late. Overnight gentleman at the desk was very nice though. Numerous other people who tried to check in between 3pm and 5pm had to wait for rooms as well. Completely unacceptable for an establishment claiming to have such high ratings. This was a horrible experience and will never be staying at this property again!

    Staff members were polite, but the property needs work. The pool tiles were falling apart and many surfaces in the hotel were cracked and scratched. Housekeeping did not come for a day, and when they did, amenities were not refilled. The entire breakfast selection was stale and unappetizing.

    Complimentary breakfast was great. There was a good selection and plenty of seating. The hotel staff exceeded my expectations. Every staff member we encountered was polite and courteous. We had to pay for parking, which I don't care for but the rate was reasonable. Our bed linens had a few small stains and the bathroom pumbling could use some maintenance/updating. The sink clogged and the toilet was loud and slow when refilling. The elevators were a little rough. They were loud and shook a bit. Other than that, our stay was great. We'd stay here again mainly because the staff more than made up for anything else that wasn't up to pair. You always want to feel welcome and they did that.

    Coffee could have been better or breakfast in general but I have experienced this at most hotels lately. The staff was great. We moved from a room that had not been remodeled to a newly remodeled one. The remodeled one was very clean and the other very much showing signs of age. Two front desk men are top notch and very helpful.

    My friend discovered the error on the friday and was informed the 'manager' was the only one with access to the accounts. On the saturday we met an interim manager from MCR group who own the Hyatts. We were informed the manager was away and would be back wednesday and would reimburse the credit card. I asked for an email of this and he forwarded it to said manager. It is thursday and my friend has phoned the Hyatt but was not put through to the manager to ask if he has reimbursed her credit card.. We are in limbo. They said they didnt know I'd paid through expedia..... otherwise breakfast lovely, place super clean, staff great, convenient location walking distance to restaurants. Olive Garden next door, Denny's next door, Ihop acroos street as is Latin restaurant and up the street is Burger King a Japanese bakery, KFC, Chijji's and a pharmacy, dollar store.

Its unfortunate to purchase one particular rom and not receive it. Another note is none of the bottles in the shower were full. All of them needed a refill of the product.     The hotel was clean and the rooms spacious and although parts of the hotel could do with a refresh it looked very much like that was underway while we were there. We were delighted to be the first to use the new sun loungers that had just been delivered. Overall the value for money here is great and its so close to the fun thats its a great choice especially for families. Breakfast is a bonus!

    Moldy shower, dusty air vents, dirty/dusty carpet under bunk beds. Pool deck pavers raised up creating tripping hazards, stubbed toes. When I booked the hotel no mention of any renovations, fitness center was under renovation and inaccessible. Breakfast ended early by letting food run out, but the room remained open until end time, coffee was not available past breakfast time, limited on site parking due to construction.

    There was a distinct lack of staff in the evening, one person working the desk, trying to get pool towels, checking guests in, working the hotel bar? Also the room they assigned us initially smelled (as my kids said) like the penguin exhibit at the zoo. They did quickly put us in another room (not a family suite however) and the breakfast in the morning was fantastic. The pool was nice and the location was perfect local parks. The Disney Shuttle however only takes you to Epcot. From there you are on your own to other parks.

    The location of this hotel is perfect with easy access to theme parks, other attractions, food, etc. It's also a beautiful area. The room was not well kept and we felt a bit catfished with the pictures online. This is definitely an older hotel so the amenities are out dated and the carpet smells. The bathroom does not feel clean at all. We requested an extra towel for our kid and never received it. The breakfast was a hot mess - there are not much options and food items are not restocked so you will need to go down early.

    The hotel looked like it needed some work. The pool had areas where the floor was uneven or falling in. The rooms and furniture looked old. The first room they gave us smelled like mildew but they were able to move us to a different room thankfully. Positives were staff was nice and helpful and the breakfast was good.

I needed an extra room key and the front desk person didn't ask to verify my name but she told me my name. No security there.

    The hotel was pleasant to stay at. The only complaint is that they don’t clean the room everyday like most hotels and the towels were not replaced when it was cleaned. In addition, the key would not work at times and would have to go down to the lobby to reconfigure. The hotel was very understaffed and we felt bad for the one person working. So overall it was a nice hotel with great prices.

    The staff here is amazing and friendly. We needed a last minute hotel due to flight cancellations and we’re glad we landed here. Bob at the bar was good company and made good drinks. Our room was extremely spacious and clean. The pool area wasn’t fancy, but it was comfortable and clean and was a chill space. Will book again.

    Save yourself the headache and avoid this place even if the price and location seem attractive. It’s not worth your peace. We arrived at 6pm and rooms weren’t ready. We waited 2 hours for an available room. A long line of customers waiting one after another. Multiple people asking for clean towels. The room itself had an unpleasant smell of old shoes and dirty gym clothes which we had to buy a car air freshener to mask the odor for 3 days. The A/C unit roars like a loud muffler whenever it is on. The fixtures in the room are coming apart. There is one microwave in the lobby for all 6 floors to use. Location is the only pro for this hotel. This was one of the worst experiences to date.

    I love how I walked in last night min and Anthony was willing to accommodate my family an I with a vacant unit. After being at Majic Kingdom for 11 hours i was ready to shower and lay down. We checked into a unit but the tv didn’t work. However I had kids so of course after a shower they want to watch tv until bed, Anthony with no hesitation asked us to come down to replace our room. I woke up this morning for breakfast and he was still there assisting members. Just wanted to say a small thank you, even the courtesy water the company provides was thoughtful. Hospitality goes along way! Breakfast could’ve been better

    There were very limited parking space in hotel compound and was full at night.When i asked staff where to park she was rude and said not sure.You are charging for parking then you should be able to direct your guest to the right parking spot if your compound is full.Instead of placing bar soap, proper handwash soap can be placed near wash basin.Only two towels were in bathroom.Staff asked to checkout at 10 in morning. Breakfast was good and bed was comfy.

    The property was tired and broken. 3 hour check delay in due to the machines broken so no clean linen. The roof was leaking after rain storm. 5 gallon buckets lined up in the floor. Staff called out sick so no Food. Could only get beer and wine a bar if the front desk was available. Plumbing did not work. Had to get a plunger at 10 at night. Bathroom sink would not drain. Tv did not work properly and the refrigerator was broken. Starbucks machines broken and staff called out sick everyday. Payment machine at the ticket desk broken. Nothing worked properly!

    This hotel has potential but it did not have enough staff. There was only one person at the front handling everything, check-in and phone calls. It took forever to check in. The bar and Starbucks area was not open. Breakfast was okay. No microwave in the room so we had to come downstairs to heat up our food. Pool was nice and relaxing.

    The staff was very nice and excellent customer service. The hotel is under renovation. The upkeep isn’t the best and a little run down. The restaurant was never open the entire time we were there, but overall I did enjoy my stay. I wish they offered daily housekeeping. I liked the location as it’s in between both Universal & Disney. Honestly, I wasn’t sure if my sheets were actually changed or not during my stay. But overall it was ok for 2 people and good breakfast. I also liked the free care products they offered and they offered me free parking.

    Please take note the date of this interview when considering booking this property. Hopefully, things will improve but if you are booking anywhere near this date, consider yourself warned. This property appears to be in some sort of transition as there was some work being done while we stayed, which was totally fine. The problem started and Check-in, when the room type we booked (months in advance) was simply "given away" to someone else. We specifically booked here because of that room as it was perfect for our family of 5. We basically had to come up with a plan on the spot to rectify the situation on our own, as a solution was not offered other than to just deal with the room they had available. They did accommodate our ask with an additional comped room so each of us could have a bed. Also, the "restaurant and bar" on site was anything but. They even had lovely posters in the elevators showcasing meals that looked wonderful that were not even an option. There was ONE person working the front desk, the bar, and the "restaurant," which basically had sandwiches on the menu. The poor guy had to run from the front desk to the bar to the towels, etc ... Fine, I get being short-staffed, but he said that's just how they schedule. There is not possible way to offer the accommodations they advertise with a one-man show. IT was awful. Then, to top it off, my Son got a horrible rash from the pool, which likely was not properly cared for.

    No store, nobody is ever at the front desk, rooms are damp & outdated. The area is very sketchy. It is NOT walkable to anything except Olive Garden lol I had a pounding headache- asked if there was anything available to purchase… there wasn’t.     Refused to clean my room after the first night. I asked for clean towels, did not get delivered. I had to go downstairs to personally collect fresh towels. My room smelled like sewage. Parts of the hotel were in disrepair (areas around the elevators, etc). The front desk staff is tasked with also staffing the Starbucks coffee bar…they are “barely” trained to handle this task. The tables in the breakfast/bar area are equipped with power outlets, but they do not work. The staff had to borrow items from the breakfast are to complete my Starbucks order.

    Great location! The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was perfect. Clean bedroom. The pool and hot tub were fun after a long day at the parks. Only one elevator was working, so we had to use the stairs during busy parts of the day at the hotel. Not a big deal for us. We planned on hiring a car and I’m glad we did. The shuttle service does not go to all the local theme parks, and it leaves late in the morning, so it’s not convenient for a day at the park.

    This Hyatt has exceptionally hard beds, so much so that we weren’t able to sleep. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was very weak, and the continental breakfast was barely edible (hash browns that tasted like they had freezer burn, rancid fruit salad, etc). We ended up getting a refund for our remaining nights and going elsewhere.

The bed had a big divit in the middle sonwe kept rolling to the middle of the bed all night. The fridge really didnt stay cold. The pool had so much sand and debris in it that it felt disgusting to swim in. Definitely needs to be vacuumed more than it is and better maintained.

    Our stay was great but there were some small minor issues. We had a problem with our key, but the front desk was able to resolve the issue. During our stay- there were only 3 towels for a room of 6 and it took some time to get more towels. The pool was dirty. The hotel phone had busy signal and we had to go down to talk to front desk.     We had such a wonderful stay at the Hyatt. The location is perfect, close to so many fun attractions for kids. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and when I asked for a late checkout until 4 PM on our last day, they approved it with a very reasonable fee. The service was excellent from start to finish.     The room itself is good and roomy. A couch, table, desk, tv etc. If there is one small critique, it's the shower. It's one that has the spray nozzle with hose but the height was not the usual of a hotel. I'm 6'2" and had to duck down to wash my hair. Also, no body lotion in the bathroom area. These are minor issues and not a dealbreaker. I would (and will) stay here again.

I called around 8pm and they said someone will bring it up. Waited until bedtime of 10:30pm and no one showed and no one answered the phone after calling multiple times in the meantime. Breakfast is not great and one morning there’s no plates. Hallway bathroom has no soap for days. Overall probably the worst Hyatt place we’ve stayed at.

    I enjoyed staying at Hyatt Place but i had a not so good checking experience. I reserved with months in advance and check in is after 3pm. I arrived at 3:20pm and there was no room ready for me. The clerk at the time was not very helpful and had an attitude so she was given the same attitude. Two other visitors arrived and got a room before I did. I waited almost two hours bwfore getting a room as the clerk said it had to be cleaned yet i know housekeepers take from 20 to 30 minutes to clean a room so not sure why clerk made me wait almost 2 hours

    The pool was filthy. Had algae across the surface. Breakfast was limited. They do not serve the Mickey waffles as shown in the images. They gave our room away that we had booked for 6 months. We had to stay in a small room our first night even though we paid for a suite. Front desk people said they couldn’t help because they weren’t “trained properly”. Overall a terrible experience.

    While in Orlando we went to several parks and looked forward to the hot tub after each day of lots of walking. To our unfortunate surprise the hot tub was not working. We were not notified at checkin and were only notified when inquiring about why it wasn’t hot. Again, since we booked through Expedia, there was nothing they could do for us with the exception of a complimentary hamburger and fries for one of our family members. I was very disappointed in the service at the Hyatt and with Expedia‘s “deceiving” description of the room. I am a hard working single mother who saved a long time for this trip and am incredibly disappointed in the lack of responsibility that Hyatt took for their partnership with Expedia.

    This was a One night stay on our way to Jacksonville. I would not recommend staying here. The room we stayed in was old and dirty and had a musty order. The shower had mold. We were only staying for the night and came in later so we opted to not use the nasty shower until we got to Jacksonville and check in at our new hotel. The breakfast was okay but couldn’t had better options. I have stayed at other Hyatt Place’s before and they are always a good stay. This was not it. Would not recommend and will not stay here again.

    The gym was decent but the towels that are available for use were dirty and stained. I forgot my glasses in the room and realized it the same night I checked out. When I called the hotel, they had not found them which leads me to believe the housekeeper kept my glasses. I was hoping after two days of calling, the housekeeper would’ve turned them in but no luck. Disappointing that any items left behind aren’t brought to the lost and found.

    Bar and gym were less than advertised, however we were impressed with the breakfast buffet. It’s a buffet home cooked and tended by a staff. The pool does not have lay-down lounges, but did have table and chairs and towels. Heads up if you were looking to lay by a pool. The pool is nice and clean and does have wheelchair ramp into spa and pool, as well as two showers and a decorative fountain. Beds were comfy, a mini fridge, safe, iron, and hair dryer is in the room, but not a microwave. Cleaning staff was active and helpful at all times.

    Location, location, location. We stayed in this hotel due to the proximity to Disney, it had a free shuttle to Epcot which was great. The continental breakfast was also great. The rest of the hotel is why it's only $80 a night. The room door didn't open all the way because it hit the floor but there was still enough of a gap that you could very clearly hear everything in the hall.

    The room was dirty. We had to request clean bath towels multiple times to finally get 2, when there was more than 2 people staying. Requested toilet paper, got one only and we still had 3 more days left of our stay (again, more than 2 people). Requested for the trash to be taken out, they took 2 hours to come. Requested clean bed sheets, only got one for the mattress, and they made us change it. Bed comforter was dirty. Extra pillow had stains. The food was terrible, tasted like frozen food. I have stayed in multiple Hyatt Place hotels across the country, including other cities in Florida and had never had such a terrible experience. Will not stay in this location again. Save yourself some time and money.

    Everyone from the lady that checked us in upon our arrival to the housekeeper we encountered in the elevator and the gentleman that checked us out on departure made this stay outstanding. This was my first stay at this hotel and i found it to be inviting and clean and everyone friendly and professional which is a wonderful thing. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay. If I am ever in the area again I will choose this for my hotel.

    We stayed three nights for our first trip to the area. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations. The photo representation on Expedia did not reflect the condition of the property. There were signs of water damage, and the building appeared worn and in need of major repairs. The carpet was torn in places, contributing to an overall less-than-ideal environment. The concierge on Saturday morning between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM was unprofessional and unhelpful. When I raised concerns, there was a heated exchange rather than a constructive resolution. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the parks that is advertised as free. We were informed that sign-ups were needed the day before or at least 30 minutes before the bus departure, and that a guaranteed seating area was available if we arrived 20–30 minutes early. On arrival, the shuttle was late and fully booked, with passengers crowded into a vehicle that was not safe for its capacity. There were instances where 12 people stood, and additional guests were asked to squeeze into the bus. I did not feel this arrangement was safe or appropriate, especially for families with children and infants. The staff member at the concierge desk insisted that the issue was not the hotel’s concern, which added to the frustration. The room did not always provide towels, and we experienced a plumbing issue during our stay. There were multiple complaints from other guests at the front desk about overcharges and

    This hotel was in a great location if you are headed to Disney literally outside the gates, plenty of restaurants around the property as well that you can walk to. The hotel itself is ok the room we had fit all of us but you can tell it needs some TLC lots of dents and the bathroom lock was broken and just needs an upgrade in the bathroom. Overall a good stay.

    This location and some of my recent Hyatt Place stays have really disappointed me. The hotel was in bad condition; wall by elevator lobby was molded and hanging away from rest of wall. Elevators are prehistorically slow and only had 2 for such a busy hotel. Breakfast buffet was more of a snack bar.

    When we were notified our room was inspected and ready, we went up to shower. We found that the bunk beds sheets were never changed from the guests prior. When we asked for this to be changed, the staff originally just left folded, clean sheets on top of the dirty sheets and didn’t remove the dirty sheets. Eventually we were moved to a new, clean room. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The location was further away from the activities we planned to do. It looked closer online than it was which was also very inconvenient.

    You get what you pay for with this hotel. The floor in the breakfast buffet area was extremely sticky. The hotel needs cleaning, proper upkeep and upgrading. The tub in our room was clogged and was filling up with water while showering. Maintenance eventually came and fixed it. The rooms are small. The breakfast was not hot and there weren't much options. It did not taste good. There are a lot of people on a morning for the breakfast buffet to the point that it is crowded and noisy. Adults and kids blowing their nose and sneezing in the dining area. Dirty tables to sit and eat at in the dining area. A very, very long line for the waffle maker and persons in the line are impolite and discourteous. The guests are rude. The location also isn't ideal if you don't have a vehicle. We had to uber a lot which was costly and arrange cab service with the hotel front desk staff. The cab driver was rude, aggressive and greedy. He changed the price without our consent, then was angry and hostile when we questioned it, which made us feel unsafe. To get to the nearest restaurant across the street, you have to cross a very busy road with traffic coming in both directions and hop over the grass median (hopefully the sprinkler is not on as it was when we hopped over the grass). This hotel is for people who are going to disney and want somewhere to cheap to just rest their head at night. Don't expect it to be relaxing and a nice experience. I definitely WILL NOT be returning to this hotel.

    Filthy. Falling apart. Came in to the front display with food, broken water, dripping out one of the ceilings in the hallway cracked leaking on the floor. Our first room with check in at 2 AM the door jammed into the floor and it was broken and wouldn’t latch we had to change rooms. Again, just a filthy hotel breakfast not good and toaster was broken and one microwave in the lobby. Complete disappointment would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

    If the turn down staff would stop being on their phones maybe our room would have been ready at 3pm and not 345pm. The breakfast was not ready to handle all the people, all were standing in line waiting for food to be served, again a little less time on the phone and more time focusing on their job.     Check in was a pain, they had no rooms available despite the fact that I arrived 40 minutes after their check-in time. Staff was not helpful and their only solution was to offer a smaller room than the one I had booked or for me to cancel my reservation and leave. Pur room and the whole building was very dirty, swimming pool needs better maintenence. I would not stay here again.

    I had stayed at a Hyatt Place in New York and it was amazing. It wasn't the case in this location. Yes, it was a lot cheaper but we arrived for check in at 3 pm and they told us to wait in the lobby because our room wasn't ready. They told us we were going to receive a text when our room was ready but it was 5:30 pm and nothing. The kids were getting restless so I stood up from the lobby chairs and approached the receptionist and I asked her why it was taking so long. She said they should have texted you by now the room is ready. I was so tired from waiting in the lobby over 2 hours
