The room - Bring plenty of socks. The floor maybe hoovered (when housekeeping attends every other day) but is it clean? Nope. The floor doesn’t see a mop. So whether you’re bare foot or wearing socks, they both go black very quickly. The other major flaw with the room is the size of the bathroom - it’s tiny and not big enough to get changed in. So if you’re travelling as a family, good luck on the privacy front. On the plus side, the property is in a good location.

Check in was quite easy and the young man who assisted us name Roberto he was very efficient and professional. He did a very good job in getting our check in done quickly and letting us know where everything was at a hotel as well as the places around to eat and do fun things. The room was exceptional. It was clean, spacious, although sometimes the noise of a neighbor came through. But again well worth the stay regardless of that. The price also was great. Will definitely return.

The room was great, we were able to switch from 1 king to 2 queens so we could get a tub. Clean room, organized, extra blanket and pillow in the room . Tub could have had hotter water, but it was good. Quiet. Late arrival was no problem. Beds were comfy.

Great choice for us to stay. Yummy breakfast, great location, friendly staff, spacious room, good price. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is bc the AC stopped working one night but they were able to put us in room Nextdoor for the the rest of the night and compensated us for the trouble. The staff was great, friendly, helpful, and always polite. The location is a big plus, super convenient and in a really good area. The room was also quite spacious for this type of hotel, which made the stay more comfortable. On the downside, the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, and the pillows could definitely be better. Also, the bathroom felt a bit small and slightly awkward in layout, but nothing deal-breaking. Overall though, the positives definitely stood out and I had a pleasant stay.

The staff was really nice but this particular location charges for every thing. I enjoy staying at Hyatt hotels and I think it is a little ridiculous when you know folks are primarily in town for a event at the Convention Center or the attractions and they are charging to eat or park. The stay should suffice but at least service was up to par.

If it wasn’t for a racist customer who was shouting racial slurs at my friend and too many kids shouting up and down the halls, and the $29 dollar per night parking fee, it would have gotten all 5. The room was neat and clean- spacious. Each day, it was perfectly re-set. Breakfast was also good with surprisingly decent options.

Breakfast items where limited, hotel was very busy over the Christmas period and was difficult to get a seat, especially when breakfast stopped at 9:30am, maybe if hours where extended, that wouldn't happen. For some reason the man cleaning the floors decided breakfast time was the best time to do this. One lift would be out of action, leads across the floor while he dried the floors. Why not wait until after the breakfast rush or earlier in the morning? You pay for parking, however free carpark in the next parking lot infront of the hotel. Swimming pool was clean, towels provided.

The receptionist on the first night warned us of a locked door scenario for security after midnight without room card (which i am totally fine with) but that was actually not something they did when I returned at 2 AM and the door opened without needing verification of stay. The phones cut out on us twice when talking to reception and we never got a call back either time.

We had an easy stay. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was amazing, staff were amazing. The one thing I wish was better was the size of the restroom AND the cleanliness of the shower. Yuck! It had mildew on the walls.

The hotel was nice. They need more help at the front desk. I did not like that I was charged 30.00 for parking for a 2 day stay after paying to stay at this hotel parking should be included. I also was charged 17.00 out of my 100.00 deposit that they could not tell me why.

Our room was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The location of this property is a complete home run as everything on I-drive is walkable from here. Only thing I found to be ridiculous is the fact that they make you pay for parking, DAILY, even though you're a paying guest at the hotel. Hotels need to stop this ridiculous practice. Oh, and the breakfast that I pre-paid for was nice and convenient but everything was COLD.

Staff was rude and very unprofessional. I poured the coffee out that they were serving and an employee snickered "wow he poured it out" I turned around and said to him the coffee is cold" this was during the checkout process so I was leaving.

I was given the worng key for the wrong room. I walked into a room that was occupied.horrible

My stay was fantastic overall. The only pro kem I didn't like was the fact that breakfast wasn't complimentary and you had to pay to park. All of these shouod have been included with our stay, just my opinion. But overall it was excellent.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hyatt place. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They made sure we had a great anniversary trip. They even remembered us and greeted us when we went by each morning and evening. They comped our breakfast buffets when our room got changed at checkin and gave us a bigger room. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious.

Close to a lot of activities within walking distance.

There was a substantial parking fee $ 15 a night that I was never made aware of.

tv is old and very limited things to watch tiny washroom and sink is open no privacy room felt old compared to lobby charged for breakfast when i booked for 6 and it said breakfast included

One major thing that was not disclosed on the website or Expedia is there is a $15 per night parking fee. Also breakfast is $8 per person each day unless included in your stay. And while it said on Expedia free breakfast I had to show proof because they wanted to charge us. Otherwise this was nice hotel, clean and not noisy.

Rooms were alright. Clean but just somethings could've been fixed (toilet handle loose/ overall felt dark and older) Hallways were dark. Fitness room was nice but had 2 peloton bikes that you needed your spin shoes for instead of the attachment to use your regular sneaker.) I was just here 1 night so it was fine.

I like the spacious room and the hotel in general (staff, breakfast, etc). The only thing I did not like was that there were homeless people in the hotel parking and near areas. I did not fell save walking at nigth.

The trip was last minute and short but the hotel's environment was nice! The property is updated and clean. The room we booked was 1 King, which is perfect for about 3 people. It also comes with a let out couch, mini fridge, and microwave. Although, i couldn't get the microwave to work that didn't inconvenience me due to the short stay.

The fridge DID NOT work properly. First and last time. The staff did help me changing the rooms. They dont have any help at all times to get you a towell.
