    I was there for 5 days with my family and the housekeeper never cleaned the room. And they also never changed the towel. The first day when I came, my room didn’t have towels. They didn’t come to pick up the trash either and we had to do it ourselves.

    It was newly renovated, very nice. Don't get a room facing I-4 very noisy, bathroom sink needs more water pressure, parking is $27 a day, pretty steep but other than that it was very good.

    Staff was great. But everything else fell short. No room carts, ants all in the suite, toilet not working and shower and room wall both had holes. The beds were way too soft. The breakfast only good part was the make your own waffles everything else was hard or poor tasting .

    The check-in was easy to do and the entrance to the hotel was very clean everywhere. The breakfast was good but the hot food was sometimes a bit lacking and strange choices,( pulled pork with chilli). We originally booked a king room which we found out on the first night is right next to the busy I4 interstate road and sleeping was nearly impossible! We found out that most King bed rooms are on this side of the hotel, but the receptionist found us a spare queen room facing the other side of the hotel and was very quiet overnight. When checking in we found out to our surprise, probably our fault for not checking, that there was a $27 parking charge per night which we thought was excessive and I said so at the reception so they managed to drop it down to $15. When booking a stay in Orlando again I will definitely be looking at the parking charge and look where it is free parking.

    I checked in at 4 PM after a long day in the park with my grandson. The lovely young lady upfront was as pleasant as she could be, and took such good care of us and was kind of considerate our room was on the first floor, absolutely beautiful, so well done and the atmosphere was incredibly cheerful. Breakfast was hot. The staff was lovely. I will stay again.

    Location was fantastic. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other travelers should be aware of my experience. My family and I stayed here on April 4th. Prior to arrival, I requested extra towels, blankets, and pillows. I requested them again at check-in and was assured they would be delivered, but they never arrived. The most concerning issue was the cleanliness of the room. When I went to replace the trash bag, I discovered used feminine hygiene products left in the trash from a previous guest. This was both unsanitary and unacceptable. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk and requested clean sheets and cleaning supplies. I was told housekeeping would come to the room, but no one ever showed up. In addition, the air conditioning was not working properly, making the room uncomfortable throughout the night, and the jacuzzi appeared dirty and was not functioning correctly. What disappointed me most was not just the condition of the room, but the response afterward. I contacted the hotel multiple times, escalated the matter to Hilton Guest Assistance, and even reached out to Hilton's Executive Office. The hotel's position was that because they could not locate internal documentation of my complaint, they would not offer any compensation. However, I did report the issues during my stay and was assured they would be addressed. Everyone's experience may be different, but based on both the stay itself and the handling of my complaint afterward, I would not choose to stay at this property

    Really good value, nice location. Breakfast was good... Includes mickey waffles! Nice pool, workout room and guest laundry. Only watch out is that parking is extra cost... That was not super clear from listing. About $20/day. Still recommend.

    Few things - they were missing a few basics like hooks for your towel in the bathroom so there was nowhere to hang wet towels. Was a lovely pool but had a very rough bottom and my son cut his foot and knee on it. I emailed a couple of days in advance to ask about shuttle times and they told me to look on instagram. Couldn’t find them there and could not understand why they couldn’t just tell me the times. Made it a little more stressful than it needed to be with planning. Overall a great stay and we would definitely come back.

    Our room was disguising. The smell coming from the sink was nauseating. The silverware was dirty. The shower curtain was moldy. The tub spout was hanging off the pipe. I would not stay here again nor recommend it. It was about 18 plus minutes away from the Disney parks. There is only transportation to Epcot from 930am to 9pm so be prepared to drive or hop on Disney transportation. I feel badly for leaving a bad review the front desk workers were nice but the property was not maintained. I did ask for a room cleaning from the house keeper but I do think that there was a language barrier as it was not completed. I should have asked for a room change but did not do so as we were hardly there during our stay.

    The property grounds could have been cleaner. Our room was not very clean when we checked in. The floors had not been vacuumed. Everything else was clean. There was a towel shortage so even though we had 4 people we started with 2 towels 3 wash clothes and a hand towel. I had to ask several times for towels ect. No one ever cleaned our room in the week we were there. The floors were never cleaned. They advertise they have shuttle service to the parks. We got a no show to shuttle back to the hotel. We had to call a cab and taxi all week. In tiny print at the desk it said you have to shuttle to the main park to catch the shuttle. No mobility scooters allowed on the shuttle. Really, ever heat of ADA compliance? Ugh. It was quiet, but the stove only half worked the microwave was jacked up. The fridge barely stayed cool. We turned it in and nothing was done. The taxi cost us around $700 for the week just to go to and from the airport and to and from the parks. The main reason we chose this hotel was for the shuttle service. The halls were hot like the heater was running. Everyone complained that was staying there

    The property was in a great location, whether you want to visit Universal Studios or Disney. We had a two bedroom suite which was nice though the door facing could use some maintenance. The hit at this location is the front desk staff including Valeria and Vicki. They will sure that you have a great visit. The breakfast could’ve been better, but I was visiting during Memorial Day weekend, one of the busiest times of the year. Check this place out! We will definitely be back.

    Front desk team was great, especially Valeria and Vicki. They assisted my family with securing a great room for our vacation. Laundry facility and gym was awesome. The breakfast area was a little chaotic, but it’s Orlando over Memorial Day so not unexpected. Would definitely stay again!

    The breakfast was good. There was a good variety of food. The front desk made my family and I wait in the lobby for more than two hours. She wouldn’t even check us in at 3:45pm. She said we would have to wait until 4pm for check in. I told her that I have a toddler and that I needed to put my daughter to rest, but she refused to check us in even few minutes before 4pm. There were multiple people complaining in the lobby about many different reasons. There was only one front desk person which made some “diamond customers” upset because they had to wait in line as everybody else. The pool area is disgusting. There was garbage around the pool on the ground(plastic cups, straws.,). The pool seemed that it hadn’t been cleaned for a long time, and the jacuzzi water was smelling urine so badly. The breakfast was good and the dining area was spacious. The room was fine except for the bed that seemed quite small for a king size. It was more like queen size bed. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and wouldn’t go back there either.

    Hotel is very nice and worthy for the price paid, rooms were clean, nice breakfast included, pool and amenities were nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Dislikes were the Parking Fees, this will be the norms when staying at hotels but the price of $27+ tax per day is pretty high. We would definitely recommend staying here and would consider staying there again.

    I reserved and paid for a king suite 2 months prior to arriving. Upon check in I was informed that they could not give me the room I reserved and paid for because they were “out of order “… offered to pay for my parking and a couple of bottles of water. I’m a Hilton’s Honors member. Rooms were clean and nicely remodeled. No AC hallways.

    My family and I usually go with Homewood as our stay of choice for our vacations. However, I noticed from the moment I stepped in our room there were roaches all over the sink and kitchen area. Since it was around 1 am during this time, we waited until the morning to request and new room. Bad idea. In the bedroom were big roaches crawling around everywhere. Although our room was switched the next morning, it felt like the staff were a little reluctant until I showed video and picture proof. All in all, the stay was alright however, the room cleanliness and staff accommodations could have been better considering our inconveniences.

    The locations distance to Walmart and Disney They offered at shuttle that does not go to magic kingdom only Epcot and it’s supposed to arrive around 9am, driver was late causing us to arrive at magic kingdom later than expected. Also if Disney closes at 10 which is the last shuttle way before the fireworks. Also, the bath tub needs work , my toddler wanted to take a bath because she’s scared of showers and it did not look clean enough for her to bathe in. They have a bbq pit by the pool, I assumed it was charcoal , it was propane and they do not put propane in so we ordered our own pit. Staff didn’t know anything about what we needed to do to get it refueled

    The living room air conditioner didn’t work. The bedroom air conditioner rattled and the ceiling fan in the bedroom wasn’t working. I reported it four to five times, tried to talk the manager, and tried to change rooms. All to no avail. I called the hotel upon returning home to speak to the manager, no answer and his voicemail was full. Worst Hilton experience ever!!!

    The hotel was out of towels. It wouldn't of been a big deal if we were aware at check in, but instead we go to take showers at 11pm and there were no towels. The front desk never answered the phone so we had to go down stairs and find out they were out of towels and maintenance was bringing them to all the rooms as they become available. Like I stated communication would've been best at check in especially being so late at night and it was already known. The room was a suite with a kitchenette and there were no silverware, again front desk did not answer so we had to go down stairs. The bedroom fan was missing a blade, and the kitchen fridge had a loud ticking noise the entire night. We tried to get a 30 min later check out but again front desk wouldnt answer the phone when called from room.

    Overall the property was nice. Our AC was weird, it didn’t keep the temperature setting. I would set it to 72 and it would freeze us out at 67. The deadbolt to our room didn’t lock and the housekeeping was lazy.

    Breakfast was solid, with a nice variety of options including the classic Mickey waffles which were a fun touch. My only complaint is that when we arrived late we had to park in the rear of the building and weren’t able to access any of the entry doors with our room key. Instead, we had to walk around the building into enter through the front door. Not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of. Overall though, a really enjoyable experience — we’ll definitely be staying here again!

    Pretty, spacious rooms but A/C was broke in the bedroom. We had 2 suites booked for our party and our friend’s living room A/C unit also didn’t work. The theme park shuttle is a joke. It picks up only ONE time in the morning and comes back at only ONE time in the evening and at a time that you can’t take it if you want to see the Disney parade. It also only goes to EPCOT or universal. Staff were also not responsive to keeping up with the needs of guests. House keeping comes every other day, which is fine, but they took all of our towels and gave us NO clean ones in return! We had to asked 3 times in one day for towels and after 6 hours of no one bringing towels, I had to go down to the desk myself and ask and wait. I interrupted the girl at the desk having a fun chat on her cell with a friend so she was annoyed to have to go find towels for me. Too bad about the problems because the rooms are nice otherwise and there is free breakfast every morning that was decent.

    ​First, the daily service: The breakfast was extremely basic for an extended stay. Also, housekeeping never once replenished our towels—we had to track down the dismissive and unhelpful front desk staff to ask for them every single day of our 21-day stay. ​The absolute worst part is the parking trap. The hotel charges an extortionate $25/day for parking, which I paid directly to the front desk. Despite this, I was issued a fine by their parking management company, which triggered extra penalty fees from my car rental agency. ​Initially, the hotel claimed it wasn't their problem. I escalated to Hilton Corporate, which finally prompted the Assistant General Manager, Karina, to step in and promise a resolution. For six months, I have been going back and forth with her. Now, after stringing me along for half a year, she has decided it's "too difficult" to fix and reverted to claiming it has nothing to do with the hotel—even though I paid them directly! ​It is completely unacceptable to charge guests for parking, let them get fined in your own lot, and then refuse to take responsibility. Save yourself the stress, the hidden fines, and the exhausting customer service battles. Do not stay here.

    The rooms are large, but the shower was broken and dated. The shower curtain looked dingy and the water in the tub was stopped up! Annoying! The next morning, I was late for church because the iron was broken and it took 2 hours to get another one! I called for an iron at 8:36 and got it at almost 11! OSKER, the front desk associate said "YOU JUST HAVE TO WAIT!" He's aggressive and unprofessional! The breakfast was bone dry...don't fall for this place! I could go on and on... I have a pre-paid reservation for the 7th that I'll just have to forfeit! Never going back

    The room was clean but they didn't check us in until a hour later after checking in and said our room wasn't ready. But they didn't charge for parking which we appreciated.They charge for parking. The pool was super dirty. The hot tub was dirty and Luke warm with a ton of leaves and other stuff floating around. Breakfast was good. . There are plenty of better hotels to stay at with great amenities, breakfast and free parking. I felt safe and the room was nice but hopefully the summer time the pool will be cleaner.

    When you make a reservation for four people, there should be at least four bath towels in the room. We checked in later in the night and only had three. We went down to the front office and were told there were no towels available and to come back in the morning. We came back in the morning and were told that they were still no towels. Considering this is Orlando, and a lot of people travel to go to parks and are out in the heat, you need to have towels for people to be able to shower. We were not able to get more towels until later that night, which was already 24 hours into being there.

    The kitchen was dirty, above the microwave was full of paint and white dust and dirt from when they paint the walls, the shower curtain dirty and with mold , the toilet seat was old and dirty , my medication disappear from the room, very disappointed , I will never reserve at this hotel.

    Do not stay here. Much better options in Orlando. Cold almost arrogant greeting from owner. Dead landscaping an indication of what was to come. Cold water in shower. Room faced I4 but wasn't told this when checking in. Very loud. Powdered eggs. Have probably stayed in 20 different properties going to Disney. This was at the bottom of the stack. Hard to believe all the 10 out of 10 reviews.

    We made this reservation three months ago and we specifically needed two rooms with two queen beds. We came early and attempted to check in at noon and they told us that they don’t check in until 4 o’clock. I’ll have to come back then they said. We came back at 4 o’clock and they said so sorry we only have one room left with two queen beds.. I thought the room was great and the hotel very nice. Just an unfortunate situation.

    Room was very clean and stocked with kitchen appliances and toiletries, and the tvs were great and had Netflix and other streaming services. The girl who checked me in was wonderful (I didn’t get her name but I checked in on 1/24 between 9:30-10pm).

    Location was great, facilities were good too. The staff was very flexible in giving us options to move our booking when our flight got delayed for multiple days. The location and the perk of the hotel being a Disney Good Neighbor were also great, a good indicator of quality The windows could not open in the room which made it smell stale after a couple of days, even with the A/C running. We only had 2 towels provided in the room which got changed every 2 days, we asked for some more towels but only got those 5 days later. The soap also ran out and did not get changed in 5 days. The toilet paper roll ran out on the second to last day and did not get replaced in the last cycle either. All in all we weren't very happy with the cleaning services provided, even after making this clear to the staff.

    The property was run down and falling apart. The shuttle for theme parks was once a day and the pick up was 3 hours after the park closed. The shuttle was the only reason we chose this hotel. The staff was so very rude, except the manager. The elevator broke 4 times. Jacuzzi didn't work. Property was filthy! trash in the halls and lobby. Refrigerator broke and no one fixed it for over 3 days, all of our food went bad. I would never recommend or go back. I feel this hotel put a damper on my vacation.

After we packed up everything we couldn’t get into the new room because staff said they couldn’t provide two keys for one reservation. So we returned to our original room only to be accused of potentially defrauding the hotel by demanding a second room that we didn’t use. Desk staff was very cordial. Management was incredibly insulting to us. (By the way, the original TV set didn’t work because they did not hook it up to the Internet and couldn’t do so without contacting another company the next day. So why did they give us that room in the first place when it wasn’t ready?) And further, when we did change rooms the second day because they still hadn’t fixed the TV set, the new room had been slept in and wasn’t entirely clean. All in all incredibly bad service where the customer was blamed for the difficulties rather than the hotel graciously trying to resolve the issues.

    Next to I-4 so pretty noisy but not horrible unless a motorcycle goes flying by. Shower made a loud noises. After going out and returning room has a musty smell, I’m guessing since we turned the air down (read reviews that night and others mentioned the smell as well) because when we got there we left to check out grounds. Pool was beautiful and cold. Hot tub was a bummer not working. Pool towels were like dish towels in size. Gym and Basketball area were nice. Breakfast was yummy. Wish there was bacon. $27 a day for parking - absurd! 3 of 2 elevators worked. Thought there as only one at entrance until we got to the 5th floor and half way down each hall was an elevator. Check out.. found a broken cart during breakfast. It’s not enough to make us NOT return in the future but will definitely look at other hotels.

The elevator closes to the room did not work and the exterior door closest to the room would not open from the outside with the keycard. On the last night a group of young children were there running the halls yelling and playing on the elevators with no supervision.

About what you would expect from this price class. Has a pool and hot tub, gym and shuttles to Epcot. Good amount of parking (additional fee). Each suite has a kitchenette, couch, dining table, a large living room, decent bathroom with good pressure and hot water. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend if your either looking for a spot or planning a vacation to the Orlando area.

    The reason I did not rate it 5 stars is because a $130 parking fee was charged when I was sure the booking covered parking at their own hotel. It is not nice to not disclose all fees up front and these hidden fees are ways that undercut the experience just starting on the first day we arrived.

    Upon entering the suite the tile baseboard at the entry was cracked and missing. The microwave touchpad display was broken. The bathroom in the room with two beds is in disrepair. The tub spout was hanging off the pipe. The floor tile was loose and missing large sections of grout. Some of the receptacles in the nightstand between the two beds did not work. The lamp in the room does not have a receptacle available for power. The door to the bedroom with the King bed cannot be opened or closed without disturbing anyone inside the room. The master bathroom needs repair. The floor tiles are missing grout. The toilet seat looks like it was chewed on by a dog. The shower wall tile is broken at the shower rod. They could not move me to another room. Upon waking the next morning I discovered the in room coffee maker would not turn on. I went down to the lobby and the night clerk was not able to get me working coffee maker. The lobby coffee area was in total disarray with trash and spilled coffee and creamer on the countertop. Coffee was unavailable. I was given a refund of the $27 parking fee. That’s embarrassing compensation.

    Honestly I love everything about the property the only thing I dislike is paying for parking I didn’t like having to pay for parking but also the people that stayed nearby on the 5th floor and above us were so loud it was annoying. Like I understand having kids but why are your kids screaming and doing the most after midnight and running down the halls as if they have no home training. I found it distasteful and rude.

    Special thanks to "Quincy" at check-in. He was very helpful & informative. We had a room on the 4th floor & everything was impeccable. The elevator, hallway, & our room smelled of "new construction" because it had just been remodeled. Furnishings & carpet were all new. Bedding & linens were comfortable & clean. No complaints.

    Not a lot, a lot wrong with the place. Our shower water would just trickle, we we couldn't wash our hair. The room floors were dirty, dried blood on bathroom floor, not enough towels, bed mattress was old hard, pillows smelled horrible. The breakfast food was cold at 8:00AM.

    Laundry room not open at all. Dishwasher & Microwave did Not work. The Room Card key lock did Not work & we had to wait in passage way until a staff person had time (sic) to come & use their Master to open.Very distressing for my young children .We got No help from Staff or Manager so we Booked another Hotel for remainder of holiday 8 days & Checked out.     Had stayed here before and this is why I booked here again. Sadly, things have declined. The water pressure in ours suite was so bad that the toilet would take about an hour to refill before it would flush again. I complained 3 days in a row and they kept saying they were sending someone, yet nobody ever went to fix it. Thankfully, the water temp was hot and the a/c was cold. Other than that, I will not return. Breakfast was also lame with really watery eggs, burnt sausages and more like continental style, in my opinion. Ohhh and now we have to pay to park. So for our 3 night stay it was almost $85 just to park!

    We arrived at 2am for a night of rest and were woken up at SEVEN AM for renovations being done on the third floor which was completely undisclosed to us. I would have stayed somewhere else had I known I’d spend almost $100 for a night of REST and get no sleep. We tried to call and no one would pick up the phone, and when they finally did they just dismissed us.

    The AC didn't work in the main area in our room. Parking is $27 per evening for hotel guests. The carpet in our room was in bad condition. Construction in the lobby. The only functioning ice machine I saw was on the first floor. The only elevator close to our room was reserved for on-site construction workers.

    It was not disclosed that there would be a $30 per day parking fee. Not even in the fine print. We were assigned a newly renovated 7th floor specifically #706. The WiFi did not work and the air conditioner in the living area did not work. We had to leave the bedroom door “open” using the bedroom air conditioner in order to cool the entire room. We reported immediately on our first night and absolutely nothing was done and there was no further communication from front desk from one shift change to another. Considering the amount of money we paid upfront and for this hotel not disclosing the nightly parking cost or addressing the ac problem and lack of advertised WiFi is really a deal breaker to ever return or even suggest this location to anyone in the future. DO NOT STAY!!!

    We’ve traveled several times to Orlando and this was easily our worst stay. We requested an early check-in and arrived at 3:30 (30 min early). Our special needs child takes a medicine at 4pm and needs to lie down comfortably. We were told our room wasn’t ready and waited an hour in the lobby. Our original room still wasn’t ready and we were given a replacement on the 7th floor. The phone didn’t work, the internet didn’t work, the bedroom temperature couldn’t be controlled from the wall, and the shower water never got warmer than room temp. We called the front desk and showed up in person, several times being told that maintenance would come fix the issue but never did during the 2 day stay. The walls are thin and we heard the noise of the road and housekeeping at all hours. The pool was too dirty to use, the eggs served at breakfast were powdered and nasty, the pastries were very stale. Don’t forget the $27 per night parking charge for a relatively quiet area. Save yourself the headache. While we waited for the room to be ready we heard call after call complaining about the conditions so it wasn’t just me.

    Although this hotel was in a great location and was easy to get around , the hotel itself was under construction and the water/ shower in room was never hot, just warm. The pool Spa was cold. And paying guests you had to pay for parking! The breakfast was good , the kids love it. I would probably ask questions directly to the hotel before booking third party.

    Room was not ready at 4:00 check in, several guests were waiting for rooms. Waited 45 minutes until room was ready. Front desk was as helpful as he could be. Decent size suite but there was trash behind the pullout couch and under the mattress, refrigerator door needed repair, no soap in the room. Pool was dirty, hallways were dirty. Breakfast was really sad, nothing edible but toast and coffee. It’s true what they say you get what you pay for, fine if you’re on a budget I guess but next time I will be upgrading for sure.

    Front desk staff and manager were incredibly rude and made us feel unwelcome. The ice machine was broken through our entire state. As was the water fountain. The Wi-Fi was also not working throughout our stay, and the manager gave us a phone number to call to resolve our own Wi-Fi problem saying that he wasn’t going to do it. I will never return to this location.

    I rarely write reviews, but my experience did not match the high ratings I saw when booking. The room had an overpowering bleach smell, and by the next morning we discovered the kitchen sink had a rancid odor with no way to plug it. The AC in the bedroom barely worked, the shower water was cold, and none of the ice machines functioned. The hallways were also hot and humid with no air conditioning. Would not recommend staying.

    I spent a great deal of time at the front desk as after we checked in and got in our room the pull out couch bed was not opperable so had to go back to the front desk. Between myself and someone that was sent up we had to both pry the bed out to utilize it as it was broken. Was later back at the front desk as the ice machines were not working. I was told they thought the one ice machine on the 4th floor forked but a lot of the other floors didn’t. But I could walk across the parking lot to their sister hotel and get ice from that hotel. The next day after returning from a waterpark all day we returned to being locked out of our room and was back at the front desk. I was told that room was scheduled for construction as were many of the rooms on that floor were so I was going to need to move rooms. After asking if it was related to the couch, no, it was planned construction which would have been nice to know prior to checking in. With a wife and 3 little kids we needed to pack everything and bring it back down to the lobby to get checked into a new room. It was a huge inconvenience which caused a lot stress, wasted time and much later bed times for kids than what we wanted. Both rooms were very dirty one with black mold.

    We stayed for 2 nights there. The carpet was dirty and smelly. The sink was leaking , the water pressure was horrible that it’s like peeing . We told the front desk three times but they kept saying they would send someone to check it out asap but nobody was really show up to take care of the issues until we left the hotel. It’s very disappointing and I would not recommend this place for anyone to stay especially family with young kids.

    Water was an issue the whole week. No one notified us at the front desk upon checking. We noticed a small sign by the door to boil water to drink and brush your teeth with. At that point we had already completed a grocery delivery order so super frustrated by this. They didn’t even put water out at breakfast. They could have put out bottle water or boiled it and put it in a dispenser.Front desk knew nothing about anything happening in the hotel. The Wednesday social that was posted in the buffet area was canceled with no warning and we adjusted our schedules to attend.

    We didn’t get to the hotel until about 3am due to flight delays. There was no one at the front desk so we had to go next door to the sister hotel to get help, this took about an additional 45-60 mins. Once checked in everything went very smoothly. The staff was very accommodating. Only negative experience was having to constantly ask the cleaning staff to clean the room as we needed new towels and wash clothes at a point.

    Shower had no water pressure at all! No hot water, and toilet wouldnt flush. I called the front desk 3 times, and no one ever answered. I walked to the front desk and the guy was just sitting there. Someone also opened our door while we were in the room then shut it quickly. If it was housekeeping they didnt knock, they just opened the door.

    The hotel was under renovations. The air conditioner on the 2nd an 3rd floor didn’t work. The hallways were hot. Our room had mold and only the air conditioner in the living room worked. The pillows also had mold on them that were stored inside the TV console in the living room. The room also smelled wet.

    I recently stayed here with 3 other people on vacation and the door to their suite was broken and didn’t get fixed even after calling the front desk. We contacted the front desk multiple times and still had no access to wifi in our rooms the whole week. They were doin construction on the floor directly above us and it woke us up early several times the last two days of our trip. Housekeeping is only every other day and the dish washers don’t work well.

    What I didn't like........ 1) Paying 27 a day to park 2) Getting off the elevator on the 3rd floor and a huge pile of trash sitting there.(With diapers, etc....and it was there all weekend, terrible smell) 3) Dirty sheets( having to wait over an hour to get new sheets, and then to be told that the nighttime person left and know one would be coming to change my bed linen) 4) Having to change the bedsheets myself because know one was available to change it. Watching 3 different front desk people contact house keeping to change the sheets and it never got done. 5) Getting a final bill and all my info is incorrect on my bill? After everything I registered for the room with had my correct information on it 6) The many health code violations were committed just by having trash lying in the hallway and that smell and heat not helping 7) Worst Hilton Stay ever

    The room was in need of lots of repairs from the whole in the wall from the door knob to the tub that sounded like you were going to fall through to the floor below. Carpet was stained and had an odor to it. Phones to front desk weren't working which they didn't tell you. No new towels without asking.

    The room was shockingly very clean. The staff seemed overwhelmed at times. Things definitely move slower in Florida than NY but things here are cleaner then NY and that's something I'd take over anything. The beds were ok. Hotels really need firmer pillows. There were no options when we called and asked the front desk. The pool was enjoyable but not as many lounge chairs when we did want to chill at the pool. The water was very delightful and as clean as it could be considered all the trees around it. Something that did throw me off was no air in hallways only in the rooms. We were dying in the elevator and the hallways. It makes for stinky nasty smells as well because people leave there garbage out for housekeeping. But it was so hot and damp walking through until you get to your room. All in all the breakfast was warm the coffee was hot and the rooms were definitely clean. That was most impressive to me.

    My 7 nights stay. I was assigned Room 518 and told parking fees charged, anything after 5 days was free. I got to the room: The telephone did not work, the safe did not work, and the remote control in the living room was missing. I went downstairs to the front desk and reported the problems. The clerk wrote my complaints on a clipboard and assured me they would be taken care of. I reported this to the day clerk each morning, and told it would be fixed. I returned each evening and nothing was done. This went on for 3 days. On day 4 a remote control was placed in the room with dead batteries. I went down to the desk and was told I was lucky because I received the last batteries. Nothing was done with the phone or the safe. I had to take anything of value with me each day. I reported the problems 5 days in a row. Nothing was ever done. I think the phone was intentionally not fixed so I could not call the desk with my concerns. I check out after 7 nights, I informed the clerk again of the problem. I was told my balance was $0. I asked about parking. I was told I needed to scan a sign in the parking lot. I said I did not know this and would like to pay for 5 days now. The Manager, Karina Fontanez Nieves told me to email a letter explaining the situation and parking would be waived. I sat down in the dining area and immediately emailed the letter before departing. My credit card was charged by the Rental Car Company for 2 parking ticket from the Hotel. SAD!

    We requested clean towels on our second day along with toilet paper, 3 times. We did not receive towels or TP until we went to the front desk and complained. This is after we had used all the tissues in the room and my purse. The hotel defiantly needs an upgrade. The comforter on one of the beds had a huge hole in it.

    The moment we got there and waited to check in the woman checking Us in was on a personal call when we sat there and waited 10 to 12 minutes while she spoke on her cell phone acting like she's booking someone's reservation until I realized she was on her personal cell phone taking a personal call after that mess making us wait disrespectfully while she takes a personal call we went up to our room only to find out that our air conditioner wasn't working and we checked in July 13th 2025 the middle of July the living room air conditioner was broke it was 85° in the room the bedroom air conditioner worked okay we couldn't survive that in July in Orlando we ended up having to move five different times to find a room of which the bare necessities functioned such as the air conditioner like it should in the middle of July in Orlando five different rooms four different floors not to mention every time you walk out of your room into the hallway the hallways are a hundred degrees Plus you can fry a steak on how hot and thick the air is in the hallways no housekeeping we were there for four nights housekeeping came in our last night we were there while we were not in the room took all of our towels didn't pick up any of the bedding didn't vacuum didn't clean up anything the only reason we knew that the housekeeping came in is cuz she took all of the towels and didn't replace any did not replace any of the soaps did not replace any of the replenishable wash products in the shower

    Not impress with this property for being a HILTON property. We mainly needed a place to sleep and close to parks, but it just had a smell walking in as dirty restroom. I frequently had to ask for towels and room service. I requested to have my linings fully changed since we stayed for 9 nights and I was informed I was going to have it done and never did. Basketball court had no BALLS for kids to play, I have boys, and they were excited about the basketball court, and they were told there was no balls. Might not be a big deal but my boys were looking forward for that on our off days from parks. I regret not going with my other option of HOTEL.

    Our room did not have a working vent in the bathroom, the light about the bed did not turn on, the sink didn’t drain fast, due to the humidity the walls were pealing and black spots, did not have hot water in the bathroom during showers. We went to the front desk to even pay for an upgrade but was brushed off.

    It was a nice enough place. It’s a little outdated and old but the bed was comfortable. The water did not get warm for showers but they said that maybe the water heater needed service. The breakfast was really good.

    1. Checking into the hotel, the guy at the desk just didn’t seem to know what he was doing and didn’t really care about us when we were checking in, just seemed lazy and non chalant, not very welcoming 2. In the first 10 minutes of being in the hotel room, i spotted 4 things that were off. An active water leak under the bathroom sink and a puddle of water on the floor. Secondly, the door blocker/stopper on the wall was missing a screw and the 2 other screws were loose and the whole stopper was moving around like crazy which isn’t safe especially if you want to block the door from anyone trying to get into the room. Thirdly, the shower head was just not spitting out a lot of water at all and only had two settings and they both sucked. And the last thing was the overall placement of the furniture in the room. When you walk in, you have the couch near the door and kitchennete. Along the wall in the middle of the room, you have the TV facing the wall where the desk is sitting, and you have the bed at the other end of the room. I had to move the whole TV stand and TV just to watch the thing. Not sure who decided to put the furniture where it is but none of it makes any sense. 3. The staff was hit or miss depending on who was there. One guy was really helpful, the other guy during the weekend just didn’t seem to care about the place or his job, as mentioned above. I can go on and on.

    Not what I expected. The carpet in the room was unclean, half the lights were defective, the toilet flush system as well. Breakfast was very basic, contrary to what the review was for best voted breakfast, I do not actually know where that vote came from. Selections ran out early, toasters weren’t effective and old. The staff was very friendly and tried to help as much as possible.

    Muito bom na recepção inclusive com o atendente falando português, café da manhã bom, cofre no quarto, camas boas, porém, a limpeza deixa a desejar, entravam no quarto a cada dois dias e nem todos os lixos eram retirados, a água do banho teve dia que não esquentou, tive que reclamar. Por fim o fogão estava com um acendedor quebrado e mesmo reclamando não foi concertado.

    Our rooms did not have hot water until the last night of our stay despite speaking to the front desk. When housekeeping cleaned the room on the second day, our used towels were folded and placed back on the rack as though they were new. Only one of the beds was made, which is fine, but why make one bed and leave the other two unmade. Only half of the garbage cans were taken out. The listing shows that there are shuttles to Disney parks. That is not an accurate description. If you are going to Disney, I would call and get details on where and when the bus runs. I was disappointed in a Hilton property.

    Overall, our stay was just okay. They tell you that the rooms are cleaned every other day. However, although every other day we did get fresh linens and towels...our trash was put outside of our room and left there, the floors were not swept and the bathroom was not cleaned.

    This was probably once a very nice hotel, that now is in need of renovations. The tile on the bathroom was coming up, there were large cracks in the walls and ceilings, the sink was broken, the flush handle was broken, the carpets were stained and old, there was no hot water. There was a water main break in the area and we couldn’t drink the water, but they did not offer us free bottled water, I had to pay for multiple bottles! There are tons of hotels in this area and closer to the attractions. Do not pick this one!

    I normally stay in another homewood but they didnt have accommodation I needed. So I chose this one which is about 20 mins. away. The room had a smell and when investigating found the dishwasher full of standing water. It had to be there a while because ot was all moldy. We did not have hot water at all during our stay. I went to front desk complained and when came back to hotel that night still nothing was done. The parking fee is outrageous and per car. At our other locations we stayed we didnt have a fee or it was $10 per stay. And it didnt cost us per car as my significant other will meet us later when he got off work. I will not be staying at this location again. Never had this with the other locations I've stayed at.

    They didn’t clean the room every day. The day when they did clean, they didn’t put towels. We arrived and we waited one and half hour for towels. The shampoo dispenser didn’t work. We talked with people the reception and people of cleaning but nobody fixed. The breakfast was the same every day, same eggs, same fruits….if you stay in the hotel 8 days you don’t want the same breakfast.

    All in all the Hotel was good, it’s near Disney, Universal, Outlet mall and Target. I find the hallway a bit off since not all the walls had wallpapers (like they fell off). The room was good and clean. I stayed with my son and it was perfect for us. Laundry facility, the laundry room is clean with new washer and dryer. The pool was also okay my son loved it, on the days that we stayed the pool was clean.
