Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando Near UCF

I wish I had known the names of everyone I interacted with. The staff at the front desk, housekeeping, and the breakfast area were very kind and respectful. The room was extremely clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The only thing we didn't use was the pool; it didn't really look inviting because the water wasn't clear—it looked somewhat murky. It needs some maintenance, but otherwise, I recommend it 100%.

The hotel was very clean, the room was very comfortable with a very clean bathroom and kitchenette. I will definitely choose it again if we come to Orlando for a longer stay.

Traveled 2 hours from Tampa for the Charlie Puth concert that was at 7:30 PM. Notified by Ticketmaster at 4:10 PM that the concert was cancelled. Call to the hotel and spoke with Victoria who was unprofessional. Despite the situation I was told if I would have called prior to the check in time of 3 PM they would have been able to accommodate. I understand business is business, but when I offered to even see if we could credit the use to a future stay at a Hilton and that I was a Hilton Honors member, since it was after 3 PM, the entire cost would not be refunded and she ended the call. Very disappointed and will not be returning to this property again.

We enjoyed our stay and all the staff was friendly and welcoming. The room we chose had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable with the kids.

Everything was great. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Beds and pillows very comfortable. All staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was lacking as other Home to Suites had much better choices for buffet breakfast.

Everything was great and very clean. Very comfortable beds. The staff was super nice, and I loved that the hotel was close to lots of restaurants and gas stations. The continental breakfast was good too, the waffles were great! The only downside was the sausage at breakfast. I don’t know what kind they use, but it was horrible. Other than that, 10/10 would definitely recommend this hotel… just skip the sausage!

We always stay here when we visit our kids and grandkids who live in Oviedo. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is always extremely courteous and go out of their way to make us feel welcome. Thanks for making our stay a great one!

I really liked the hotel and the room we stayed in. We were there just one night so we didn't experience everything available but the staff were very nice, personable. Pool was great, lovely little patio area. I really appreciated their little cantina so I didn't have to go back out after driving all afternoon to get some snacks. Will be booking here again when we are in the area!

This hotel is exceptional in every way. It is immaculately clean. The staff are extremely friendly. Breakfast offers a wide variety of foods, both hot and cold. The rooms are large and modern. I would stay here every chance I get. In fact, I put my 21 year old college student up for a week when she needed a place to stay and she was completely safe and comfortable. Love this place!

Everything was amazing very nice location, super clean and very nice staff, the only thing I wasn’t happy with was the time for the breakfast is to short, we travel all night long, and we want to sleep a little bit more but the breakfast ends at 9am. That was very inconvenient, but the rest was great.

Being kind to people is very important to me because I've had experiences with other hotels where the people were uncaring and even rude. This hotel was great and was constantly asking if they could do anything for me and my wife. It was very much appreciated, and I promise we will be back to this hotel for these reasons. This hotel was exactly like the other guest ratings. Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast options. The rooms need a little updating, however, the bed was comfortable and the sofa was a good size. Front desk staff was very accommodating. This is truly a great Hilton hotel which represents the brand well. We will be back for another stay at this hotel.

We initially stayed at this hotel against our will. We were staying at a resort for the previous 2 weeks, but they had already sold out for the last night we were in town and we had to move hotels. We honestly were not expecting much better than a Motel 6 so we were surprised that the Home2 Suites were much bigger, nicer, and the staff were friendlier. We wish we had stayed there for our entire 2 week vacation. I think we paid around $210 a night which was pretty reasonable considering the closer you get to the airports or the resorts, hotels double or even triple in price. Everything was perfectly clean and ready for us to check in an hour early, and we even had a little note from the lady who did the housekeeping welcoming us. Additionally, all of the TVs were set to the Home2 Suites Channel and they all had a personalized message to us saying welcome with our first names. If we ever go back to Orlando, this will be the ONLY place we will consider staying. And for my wife and I's next adventure, you better believe we will check if there are any Home2 Suites wherever our next destination takes us. If so, we will absolutely be staying there regardless of the price. It really IS that nice! Everything6was PERFECT.

Yes, I’m very glad I picked this hotel for my mini vacation. When I came in my room, it was nice and clean. And also the bed was very comfortable. The staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and they had a variety of food. The gym was great, I spent more than an hour in there. Myself and the kids had a wonderful time there.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! It is clean and cozy. The receptionist Victoria was fast and friendly, and made check in easy. The room was exceptional! We had a 2 bed queen suite and everything was clean and spacious, one of the best hotels I've been to in Orlando and they weren't Disney affiliated. I will definitley return.

And the actual decor had odd colors put together that did not make sense so far as compatibility. I'm all for playful or creative, but the colors chosen were a bit jarring. I would not enjoy a vacation at this hotel; fortunately, we were attending a conference and in the rooms very little. The "free" breakfast inncluded cold eggs and sausage. From the check-in process to the checkout process, we thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. The location was great, the place was quiet, the rooms were comfortable, and every employee we interacted with was friendly. We will definitely stay at this place again.

Decided to stay here for the UCF "Space Game" this year. It was a great choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was well maintained and comfortable. I didn't get a chance to use the pool, but I used the hotel gym. It was very good for a hotel facility. This hotel is a great choicenfor anyone visiting UCF for either a football game, or visiting their child in school.

A fairly new facility in very good condition. Staff was quite friendly and helpful, and breakfast food and eating area were positives. Room was nicely appointed and had a mini kitchen (though we did not use it). Well located near some restaurants (e.g. First Watch) and small stores. Would be a good choice for visiting UCF (though we did not use it for that).

Convenient location to many places to eat, and to UCF. Just off a main rode. Quiet area. Room is spacious with a sitting area so you don’t always have to sit on the bed.

The staff is always helpful, they are friendly and pleasant. The rooms have always been clean and the beds comfortable. But this time I was shocked that the towels were in bad condition. They were frayed, torn and hard. They felt and looked like towels I would use to wash my car. There is one suggestion, the pillows are great but the pillow cases need to be a little bigger in order to allow the pillow to expand so that they are soft.

Hotel is okay. Breakfast was not exceptional. Only 2 bananas were out for the fruit selection this morning and they were both very brown and not desirable. Oranges were the only other option for fruit and the eggs were very bland.

16 of my family (11 kids, 5 adults) stayed here and the staff were nothing but friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to have a late check out due to kids napping, and even after checkout allowed us to use their bbq and pool facilities outside. Rooms were huge, and fit our family of 6 just fine. I arrived at what I thought was the right hotel only to find out I booked the other one. This Hilton was completely booked. I called Hilton and they were looking into a refund but it was booked through Hotels.com so they were unable to. I had to book and pay for another hotel. Terrible experience

Construction nearby. Couldn’t sleep due to the madness. Doesn’t take away from the hotel, but it was still an issue.

The property was easy to get in and out of. The room was clean and in good repair. The coffee set up was awkward and there needs to be more available.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was modern and clean. The room was large and had everything that you need. The only thing that can be improved is their breakfast which I found to be inedible and I’m not picky. Nonetheless, I still recommend the hotel.

The staff at this property is always very warm and welcoming. The rooms are clean and well prepared. The suites are large and can accommodate up to 6 people if necessary. Wonderful property with a pool and convenient dinning or takeout locations in the area.

WE LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HOTEL

This room was Amazing! How many hotel rooms have a dishwasher and full refrigerator. They had dishes,toaster and microwave. If you need one they could give you a portable stovetop. Most hotels have 1 tiny garbage can. This one had 1 under the sink that you could fit more than 1 thing and another one with a recycle bin. Definitely will stay here again.

Everyone was very kind at this hotel. Josephine at the front desk was very helpful. My husband and I were in town for the game. The bed was very comfortable and rooms clean. We will return. Thank you to every staff that was there during our stay. They have free breakfast-waffles sausage pork or chicken and eggs. Juice,hot chocolate,tea etc.
