The staff was consistently unhelpful and came across as rude, which made the experience even more frustrating. The pull-out bed was in terrible condition—uncomfortable, dirty, and difficult to set up. It was nearly impossible to get sheets or pillows for it, so if you plan on using it, you’re honestly better off bringing your own air mattress. Housekeeping stops after 3 PM, which is inconvenient, and overall the staff treats guests more like a burden than valued customers. Customer service was extremely poor from start to finish. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend this property to others.

We had a late check out and multiple times people came and knock on the door and would even argue that we don’t have a late check out when we already checked with front desk at check in. Very annoying

Very noisy hotel. It wasn't just the kids but outside noise as well. Cleanliness of the room was okay but nothing spectacular. It rained the day we planned to visit the pool so no review there. They don't have continental breakfast so that was a minus. I thought I read it online that they did. One of the reasons I picked the hotel in the first place. Will I go back to that particular hotel, NO!!

First the counter staff was not very friendly, acted like he didn't want to be there. The carpet in our room was filthy! We were walking around barefooted then took a shower, we didn't believe the dirt on the shower floor from our feet. Beds were comfortable, room was nice. When I booked our room, I wasn't aware the breakfast buffet was not included. It was $17 each. Read the website carefully. great location, close to Seaworld. Would not stay again. $200 a night was too much.

Additionally, the breakfast did not feel fresh, and the variety was very limited—especially considering it was a paid breakfast. For the price of the stay, I was expecting a better quality and selection. On a positive note, the property was clean, and the area felt quiet and safe, which is very important to me. Overall, it was an acceptable stay, but there is definitely room for improvement.

One my first day after check-in I came across a dog peeing in the lobby. The owner of the dog said it was just a puppy and walked away with her dog leaving the mess right in front of me. I was disgusted at this when the front desk assistant said it’s a dog it’s fine and they are a pet friendly hotel. This did not sit well with me as I was still grossed out at what had just happened, the pet owner didn’t even try to clean up after their dogs mess. I didn’t have my room cleaned after I requested it to be cleaned. When I returned to my room later that night my room was still dirty and I had to go back downstairs to get fresh linen and toilet paper since I had none. When I told the front desk this she said that no one had noted that I requested my room to be cleaned and brought fresh linen. The whole experience at this hotel was disappointing. I have stayed here many times with no issues and have recommended this hotel to other people. I will now update them on how far the quality has plummeted. For this kind of service you can stay at a much cheaper hotel with no expectations.

Around 4 am the noise of the trash truck woke me up, sadly the trash storage is pretty close to the windows causing this disturbance. Besides that everything was ok

The hotel itself is quiet, which is very important to me, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I also appreciated that I received the exact room I requested. There were a few minor issues: one day housekeeping was missed, and I had a terrible interaction with the housekeeping manager…she apologized afterwards…and they made up for it afterward. The pool occasionally had debris and bugs, and the fitness center could use improvement, specifically a universal weight machine and a wider range of dumbbells. My initial check-in experience was also not the strongest first impression…but was assured that gentleman wouldn’t be there again. That said, the positives far outweighed the negatives. With a few operational improvements and more consistency in EXCEPTIONAL service, this property could easily be a 10 out of 10 and one of the best in Orlando. Would I stay again? Absolutely. Thank you to the entire team, especially CARMA, for making my stay memorable and welcoming.

Location was great around the mall, restaurants and shops, easy access to get to all of the parks. Clean and tidy, bar and restaurant was decent food and excellent service. Paid parking seemed a little excessive since it was farther away, but it was cheaper than most other hotels nearer the parks.

Hotel was in the perfect location. In between both Disney World and Universal. Was also within walking distance of the premium outlets and restaurants. The outside seating was great in the evenings and the pool was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Will definitely stay there again next time we are in Orlando helping our daughter that is in College in Orlando. The traffic. LOL

The room is not clean. I saw an empty yogurt cup in the ice box. The sofa couch is old and dusty and they don't clean it either. Coffee is terrible. I don't like this hotel

Hotelwas nicely maintained, the front desk gentleman that checked us in lied to me. i held the room with one card, asked to pay for the room when i got there he told me the charge would go to my card i was using for the deposit but no it charged my card that i used for the hold. i still have the pending charge on my other card for the deposit, the charge for the stay isn't pending anymore. annoying

Absolutely everything was wonderful. Eric was my favorite person at the front desk, but genuinely everything was excellent!

My first day checking in I was greeted with an attitude after a 9 hour drive from one of the desk workers that said he was having a bad day. Paid almost $800 and they told me breakfast wasn’t included in my stay. One guy said my son was included and could eat. Then when I get over to the breakfast side another guy said my son couldn’t eat unless an adult was included as well. So I ended up buying breakfast elsewhere all week. Everytime I asked my bedding to be changed they would just make it up instead of changing it. My first day it was hair all over the bed as if they didn’t change it from the previous guests. Hair all over the bathroom on the floors etc my whole stay . I had to go to target and buy my own cleaning supplies to clean myself. Nobody hardly spoke English. I also was told I had to pay an additional $3 for parking every night which wasn’t included on the booking site, they handed me a paper that said $19 parking per night. Although very very close to 2 outlets and shopping centers I probably will not stay here again.

I got a suite. The room was nice. It was very clean & a good amount of space. The A/C worked well. Breakfast is not complimentary, you do have to pay an extra fee for it, & they also charge an upfront fee for parking, but other than that, I had a good experience. The beds were comfortable & the surrounding area was quiet, so I slept very well.

Awesome staff let us leave our belongings for the day since our cruise got in well before check in. They were also great upon check out when our flight was delayed we were also to check our luggage while we killed some hours waiting to go to airport.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. We checked out early, and they assured us that the third-party booking service would refund our payment. The outdoor pool was wonderfully warm, even at 6am The hotel offers a convenient shuttle to the theme park, which was quite good. However, since we preferred the second or third pickup spots, it took about an hour to pick up all the guests, even though it was only a 7-minute ride to Disney World. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and smooth.

We couldn't get the free breakfast, and the front desk was very nasty when I asked for the breakfast. He didn't even offer a choice to pay for the breakfast. This hotel doesn't have good customer service. This is the only one that I have a complain. Other Holiday Inns have better staff.

This hotel is overall very clean, new and comfortable. My only complaint was that the buffet breakfast was in fact NOT free. It was a high price of $15 per person. Although the hotel is conveniently right next to a McDonalds which runs around $5 per person for breakfast. VERY close to DisneyWorld. The hotel is in a good area as well with no homeless.

We stayed for 6 nights and requested housekeeping twice during our stay. Unfortunately, the room was not cleaned on either occasion, and we had to stop by the front desk to request fresh towels, garbage bags, and coffee pods. While the staff were kind, accommodating, and friendly, improving consistency with housekeeping services would make a difference in the overall guest experience. A few additional suggestions: it would be helpful to offer more convenient shuttle times to the parks. We were also disappointed that the pool was not heated during our stay, as we were looking forward to using it but found the water too cold. Ensuring the pool is heated at all times would certainly enhance guests enjoyment. The breakfast buffet was good, though somewhat repetitive; adding a bit more variety would be a nice improvement. Regarding the pet policy, I understand that many travelers appreciate pet-friendly accommodations. However, for guests with allergies, this can be challenging. Perhaps designating one floor for guests with pets could be a balanced solution. Lastly, a few days before our check-in, I emailed the General Manager, Stuart Bloomberg, but did not receive a response. An acknowledgment would been appreciated, as communication plays an important in guest satisfaction.

I did not stay here. I was supposed to be credited that booking with your live customer service person. We switched to a different hotel in Saint Petersburg, which was a horror I have did a review on it for you, but I have not heard back anything

This hotel was cost efficient and the blinds blocked out all the light which was good when I was trying to sleep. This hotel has a bar and food options for breakfast and dinner. I would stay here again.

The manager, Stuart wasn't present but was called that evening because I (and two other hotel guests that heard the dogs) went down to complain. I was told he would be in the next morning. When I went to the front desk the next morning I was told Stuart didn't come in and as of today I have never been reached out to or contacted in any way. Clearly this place doesn’t want our business. That's fine, stick to the obnoxious and inconsiderate guests who leave the TV blasting as aeans to entertain their loud barking dogs! We live close to Orlando and stay in hotels/resorts several times a year but never this one ever again. Beware.....!

I been to this hotel many times it’s been good until the last time no room upgrade to Expedia platinum members but what was disappointing someone scratched my truck in the parking lot I went and ask the manager for a copy of the video surveillance his responded to me on a rudely manner that they do not have video surveillance really on this day and age they lost my business

-booked a large room for space and a king bed. When I arrived I was told I could not get the room with extra space and I will get a room with queen bed. -called front desk for a extra pillow and blanket. House keeping didn’t bring it. I went to the front desk the next day and was told they don’t have access to house keeping cupboards. -everyday house keeping would come make the bed and put clean towels but not throw away any garbage or water bottles.

It was a decent place to stay, conveniently close to shopping malls, restaurants, and Disney Springs. If you’re visiting Disney World, make sure to check the shuttle bus schedule in advance, there’s a copy available at the front desk. The room temperature was comfortable, though the water temperature felt too hot even when set to the coldest setting. The staff were pleasant and kind!

Hotel was in the perfect location for us between Disney and Warped Tour, Araceli made breakfast an awesome experience along with the wonderful interactions between the rest of the staff as well. We will definitely be keeping this place in mind for our trip next year!

Clean and staff was good. Did not like the breakfast.

Laundry service was ok. No free breakfast was offered. The suit was not accommodated for four people. Bathroom should have double sink. Room look "clean" but did not have a clean feel or smell. Bedroom very cludder to be considered a suit hotel( I have seen better) Housekeeping staff were very nice. Only one lamp in bedroom, no paper towel in kitchen after washing hands.

Truly appreciated Araceli’s welcoming and accommodating energy when we ate breakfast. She always greeted our table and honored our special requests.

We had our 2 dogs with us and the hotel was very accommodating. It was a clean hotel and very friendly staff.

Staff was nice but the comforter had hair and a big yellow stain. The floor was not the cleanest either.

Sheets were dirty room not very clean no hot water at all asked for new sheets housekeeping just knocked and gave them to me to put on myself.

One of the worst places I have stayed, they did not give me the king bed that I paid extra for. They said early check in would be available but kept delaying it, parking was an additional 20 bucks a day which is a joke for this low quality place. They could not get me any towels either, i had to go the front desk 4 times and then I just gave up. Safe to say I will never be using expedia and never booking this place.

The beds were so comfortable compared to many other hotels I've stayed at in the area. This is the most important thing to me, so well done! Staff were all very friendly, the room and all common areas were clean and fresh smelling. It was such a relaxing place to spend a few days, and this will be my go to for future visits to the area.

Friendly staff. Very inclusive building for a solo traveler. Check in was early and so was check out. Felt very safe and breakfast smelled amazing. Free coffee. Legit so close to DisneyWorld you are right there it’s a great option for any of the theme parks.

The hotel was clean and staff friendly and very responsive. We missed breakfast due to us waking up late.

Parking fee of $19 is more than most universal hotels which is ridiculous considering this is not a resort. Went down to get the free breakfast and were told it’s not free, it’s a charge per person even though Travelocity included it with our reservation. Staff was not very friendly at check in. Won’t return.

The hotel itself was nice, clean, and comfortable. However, the service was very much less to be desired. I asked for housekeeping to come by my room and bring towels and change the linens. They never came. I went to the front desk late in the day to complain and ask them to send someone up to take care of things, he said give me five minutes and someone would be there. We went to dinner and shopping and came back late. Nobody ever went to the room. The hotel seemed shortstaffed. There was only ever one person working in the front desk, which often made long lines at the counter. The parking charge is ridiculous, and I noticed as I was sitting in the lobby as guests were checking in, they also thought it was ridiculous. I think there’s a lot of pushback against the charge for parking, which is asinine. Especially when the parking lot was only half full. Read the fine print when booking. Breakfast is not free either. It’s almost $20 a person and it’s the most mediocre breakfast you could ever have. There are much better hotels in the area around the same price or cheaper, with more amenities like free parking and breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel.

Solo trip to Orlando for 3 nights 4 days. Had a great time. No complaints at all. Less than 10 minute walks to all shopping needs. Surrounded by 3 shopping malls. Less than 20 minute ride to the parks. Pool was mostly empty during my stay, not many kids were there. Breakfast was good. Wished the dinner menu was bigger but it was dead every night I ate there so it makes sense why it’s so small. Drinks were really good. I love the seating area out back, nice way to shut down after a long day. Room was very spacious, way bigger than the pictures. Bathroom was small but it worked for just me. Shower very spacious. I was on the 6th floor and had a beautiful view of the other hotels and the lake. Customer service was really good too, I was able to get checked in at 12:30 after my flight. Definitely will be back here!

Great experience

I think the major 2 things that bothered us were the water from the sink was cloudy so we didn't use the water. Also we were unaware of the 19.00 a night for parking(but we booked through a third party). Otherwise it was a nice place.

It’s a hot odd to see such a modern lobby, amenities and building appearance with outdated rooms. We got upgraded to a bigger room that had its own living room and kitchen. That area was so outdated- old furniture, carpet and couch. The bathroom was small and it smelled like mold/humidity pretty bad. The beds were great and the view was nice. Close to a lot of restaurants, shopping and SeaWorld. We also had free breakfast with our stay and it was simple but good. Staff were very friendly.

Great value for the money I was actually quite surprised. The Holiday Inn and suites on International Drive was great. They even had breakfast at their restaurant bar set up. I didn't use it, but it seemed really good. Actually smell delicious when I walked through the lobby lol. The value of the suites was impact much cheaper or the same price for rooms I would spend elsewhere. It had a good size bedroom with a king size bed, a small kitchen area, a well appointed bathroom and a whole living room area for the same or less that I paid For a standard room elsewhere. Location is great I would say it's right in the middle of Disney and universal and right nearby SeaWorld. I'll definitely be back again.

One of the beds mattresses in the room was unsatisfactory as it sank down quite a bit and made sleeping uncoftable. Some of thr other furniture pieces in the room looked worn out and damaged like lamp shades, seating, etc.

They had a nice restaurant. We had breakfast each day. We paid $16 and didn’t get vouchers. However the kiddo was free. Plus they provided free bottled water. Food was good better than average hotel breakfast.

Super convenient

The only staff members who were genuinely friendly were the cleaning crew, although their management did not share the same demeanor. I felt an overwhelming pressure to vacate the premises, as it seemed that cleaning would not commence until we left. On the day of checkout, I was forced to hurry out before the designated time because the manager insisted we leave by 11 a.m., even though it was not yet that hour. This experience made it the worst place to stay. We ultimately checked out and moved to the Hilton next door, where the service was exceptional.

They charge for absolutely everything at this location. It is not your typical Holiday Inn. Parking cost and so does breakfast. Plenty other nicer hotels with included accomodations.

They overcharged our credit card. After we paid everything up front. Lucky for us we where still in Orlando so we went back and they gave us our money back.

Beware… There is a difference between breakfast available and breakfast included… it’s a semantic trap to get you to book… but then… no breakfast

We stayed two nights and it was a great location and very clean!

Nice area. Outlets are within a walkable distance. By car, Disney springs is 15 min away as well as the florida mall. Epic Universe is just 12 minutes away. Check in was a mess, staff didn't wanna honor at first our expedia reservation that included breakfast. Room at first sight was good, but a blanket still had stains in it. Upon closer inspection room furniture def had some wear and tear. AC was a little bit loud sometimes, but worked ok. Beds were superb. Bathroom was super clean. Housekeeping was every 3 days, but every day the knock by to see if you need fresh towels and more water. Beware they also are facing low staff, housekeeping manager had to do also some cleaning cuz if lack of personel. Breakfast was varied, they always offered coffee, tea, orange juice, cold water, assorted cereal, waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon and breakfast potatoes, and every day they offered something different like pork sausage or breakfast burritos or apple juice or even horchata. All in all a good breakfast. Pool was good, albeit a bit tiny but its okay, there wasn't many people in it. Parking wasn't included in reservation, was 19 dollars per night plus tax.

We stayed for a night before checking into our Disney Resort. This hotel was in a great location, surrounded by lots of shopping and dining options. 15 minutes from Universal, Sea World and Disney. The staff were welcoming and wonderful. We would recommend staying here

We went on a short girls trip to go to a concert at UCF. The hotel was wonderful. Great location, clean, staff was very friendly and they had different events that took place. We attended the print & sip! The pool was so refreshing. I would return for sure!!
