I thought the breakfast choices were excellent. The location was perfect. It’s very close to SeaWorld and there are a lot of restaurant choices in walking distance. The shuttle will pick you up there and take you to SeaWorld or other attractions. We took an Uber. It was only five dollars. The pool was really nice, but it was a little dirty. Just bugs mostly but it was very nice outside. Our bed was little squeaky and the lighting was bad in our room but other than that, it was great.

Breakfast was great and room was comfortable. The only downside was the one night that we arrived around midnight to find there was no parking. Manager did allow us to park in front of lobby due to inconvenience.

The room was clean, great location if you are going to Sea World or the other parks. The AC could have been better, it didn't feel cold enough. The breakfast needs to have options for gluten free vegans. I have stayed at other Holiday Inns and they had gluten free options. Also, they advertise the free shuttle, but we had to wait over an hour for one. The number you text for information on it lied saying they had to help a handicapped person and were running 15 mins late. When in fact the bus broke down and the driver had to go get another bus, which would have added another 45 minutes to our wait time. We ended up driving to Aquatica and paying $40 for parking. It would have been nice to use the shuttle service that they advertise.

This was absolutely the most beautiful and fun place I have ever seen. So clean and smells clean , best room I have ever stayed in Holiday Inn and Suites, I always stayed at the BiennVista location, not any more. This is the only place I will stay when in Orlando from now on, my wife agrees with me 1000% , I never knew this place existed, what a difference. I will always go back to this hotel !!! The best breakfast in town. I used the laundry equipment and working was a breeze. Thank you for so great service .

Great hotel close to everything. Only thing I would mention is that I wish they still had coffee pots in the room. Everything else was perfect.

This is our second stay at the Holiday Inn SeaWorld. We are a family of 6 and the hotel was able to accommodate us in one room, which was great. We loved the park view from our room. Breakfast was great and helped to reduce cost of the trip since it was included in the hotel stay. We were able to easily walk to Aquatica and SeaWorld (15-20 min walk). Multiple food options are also right next to the hotel. We did not have to rent a car due to the walkability of things to this hotel.

Stay in business purpose. Happy in very clean room, items are all good. Location is also nice near grocery and food stores.

Average hotel. Beds need to be replaced. You sink into the beds, not great for people who have back issues. Bathrooms are moldy.

The room was great. The kids loved the bunk beds. The only thing was the comforters in the bunk beds were a little scratchy but overall and super great stay.

Clean, bed comfortable, the room can really be dark so I had great sleep, the food is decent, better than most hotels I have been in. Good location, pharmacy, coffee, Wawa, lunch, parks very near. I had my car with me but even if I didn’t I would be able to have anything I need because is a good location. Isn’t you guys fault but the breakfast gets really messy with angry people.

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express near SeaWorld in Orlando and had a very nice experience overall. The hotel was clean, well-kept, and conveniently located close to the parks. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we appreciated the variety of pillows with different firmness options. The towels were a good size, though a little rough. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices each morning. We booked this stay through Booking.com because the rates were significantly lower than booking directly with the hotel. The downside was missing out on earning our IHG rewards points, but the savings made it worthwhile. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay that we would recommend. While the $20 per night parking fee was disappointing, the free shuttle service to SeaWorld and nearby parks helped make up for it.

Location was exactly what we wanted. Shuttle to SeaWorld is a great perk. Clean and comfortable. I immediately dumped a cup full of soda on the bed, they came right in and changed it for us.

2 drain in sink was very slow 3 no exhaust fan in bathroom 4 floors so dirty when I walked bare foot in the room it turned my feet black 5 food debris under the bed 6 pull out couch mattress old and stained No one could provide me with any reasonable fixes.

We arrived late and very tired and Our room initially had sand on the floor. I asked the next morning for a deep clean and they came and cleaned well every day of the 4 nights we were there that helped immensely. Great service recovery!

The room was great but a little noisy. The fact I came home and broke out in bed bug bites and l called to tell them and all l heard was they have had 2 more families in there and no complaints. It takes 2-14 days for bites to appear. It's been almost a week and l haven't heard back. Time to call the health department.

"Free" shuttle to theme parks was terrible! Unresponsive, short on the phone (when they answered), not on time, sent a shuttle too small for the number of people they accepted reservations for, left us stranded at Seaworld when they didn't show up. FIND A NEW SUPPLIER!

Breakfast was great with tons of options, pool area was beautiful and clean kids had a great time in the splash pad, very close to SeaWorld Towels were extra scratchy and for the price of the room there should have been a little better quality of toilet paper. We did have some issues parking after coming back from dinner but it was only because there were four tour busses in the parking lot but staff quickly found a spot for us.

Goog breakfast, excellent location across from sea world minutes away from international drive. We stay here every time we travel to Orlando!

Breakfast was good. Lots to choose from good choices for breakfast. Bed and room was very comfortable. Foul smell getting off the elevator on the second floor. Bar in family pool area would have been nicer by adult pool. Loud banging from shower when turning on.

Everything was clean, and the staff was warm and inviting. The kiddo was greeted by 2 cute cut-outs of Elmo and Cookie Monster, which was a great opportunity for photos. Breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety every day. Paying for parking daily was a unwarrented surprise, especially when close parking is limited. For 3 days, it was an additional $100, which was definitely not budgeted.

The hotel itself was fine. I was pretty annoyed when they charged me to park in their parking lot on top of paying for my room. Thats a joke and should be noted when booking. Didn't really have a choice at that point but to pay. Like they don't make enough money off of room fees!!

The lights are horribly dim in the rooms. The light in the bathroom didn’t work, very dim! No fan in the bathroom. Drain flies in our bathroom sink when we checked in…ugh! Refrigerator needs defrosted. Floors were in extreme need of mopping! Commode ran the entire time we were there.

We booked our trip a day earlier and needed a place to stay. The front desk staff were very welcoming. They allowed us to get an early check in which was super convenient given we had a toddler and an infant. The place was clean and smelled good when we got there. The rooms were clean. Even the room service staff was nice. We stayed on the 5th floor and had a great view of the amusement park across the way. Great location with many stores around. Breakfast was also great and free with your staff. Highly recommend this hotel.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The room was decently clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax. Breakfast was a nice bonus with a good variety, including pancakes, eggs, sausage, and cereal. The staff was also friendly and welcoming during check-in, which set a positive tone for the stay.

Our room was very spacious and clean. It was a little weird though cause the ceiling looked like it had been patched a few times. We did love having the bunk beds though for our kids. The air worked in our room but the hallways were so hot. I’m guessing the air wasn’t working? Overall we had a good experience and it was in a nice location adjacent to seaworld

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express and Suites. The buffet breakfast was very good with plenty of options, the property and room were extremely clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was also very nice and welcoming. Plus, the location is perfect-only one block from SeaWorld and Aquatica. Highly recommend.

Property was great, staff friendly, the inly thng is the pay to park. It wasnt listed that i saw but when we got there it was an additional 20 bucks.

What really made the visit stand out, though, was the exceptional service at the front desk—especially Claudia. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived. Claudia went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and that I felt welcomed. Her positive attitude and willingness to help truly made a difference in my stay.

Also the shuttle to discovery Cove was absolutely terrible. We were required to show up at the pickup point 10 minutes early and the shuttle was 25 minutes late later than the stated pick up time so we stood out in the cold weather for 45 minutes waiting for the shuttle. The vehicle reeked like cigarette smoke and the driver had the windows completely down the entire way when it was cold outside and he wasn’t wearing a seatbelt and he put his seatbelt on behind his back while we were sitting at a stop sign. If we would’ve known that we were stopping at five other hotels before going to Discover cove we would’ve never taken the shuttle. We were not told that ahead of time. We were told that this was a shuttle to and from discovery Cove no mention that it was stopping at any other places beforehand. We will never stay at this hotel ever again.

Room was very clean. We reserved a room with a roll in shower and didn’t get it. I am in a wheelchair and will strait say the toilet is not Ada approved.. so low.. took my wife and I 20 minutes to get my up off the tub bench.

Overall all its a good hotel. I had one thing I didn’t like. I was put into ADA room and when i asked the front desk, it kinda felt like he’s blaming me for booking this. I showed him that my confirmation from Expedia doesn’t say anything about this ADA room. He made me feel like I don’t know what i’m doing.

My only issue was I called earlier in the day to verify my reservation and the lady at the hotel was very rude “you’ll have to verify with Expedia” then just hung up. Not sure if Holiday Inn will be my top pick to stay at on my next trip.

Not friendly.. huddled in the kitchen talking and eating amongst themselves.I asked first day if they had hard boiled eggs and she just stared at me while pouring HER coffee I asked again she looked right at me said no and turned her head. They def didn't make you fell welcome at all both days..I'm very friendly and nice..

When I ask about the bus to SeaWorld on the 31st, she said they were not going to be working late. That it was run by SeaWorld, not the hotel. I said, but the park is closing late, she said that the drivers didn't want to work. The male clerk in the morning also said the same thing; no late busses were coming back. We took the bus to the park. The driver said that the bus were working late, and so we came back to the hotel on the last bus from the park at 1AM! Staff needs to be more informative. The room was very nice, up to the last morning. I was taking a shower and found 2 small baby roaches crawling in the bathroom. Needless to say, it needs to be fumigated more often.

Nice clean place. Very friendly, helpful, and courteous staff. Nice room. My only issue was plumbing. We had 2 different rooms. One room the toilet and sink kept getting clogged. The other room the sink was clogged. Very slow to drain. If you like to use the pool. The water was very cold. We were told the heater was broken. There is a phone at the pool with a direct line to 911. It was hidden and blocked by a piece of machinery. (Scissor lift) All in all its a nice pla ce except its maintenance is slacking. The place is starting to fall apart. Its hard to communicate because not many speak or understand english. Claudia at the front desk was very helpful as well as Cesar. Nice people. Went out of their way to help. The one manager/supervisor was a person that had a answer for everything and doesnt do it. She was no help at all. She was the one I reported the blocked emergency phone. She did nothing but humor me. Oh well. Im going to report it myself.

My biggest concern is theres a phone at the pool that is a direct line for 911. Its blocked by a big machine. (Scissor lift) i brought it to the mgr attention. Well see where it goes from here. All in all, a nice place to stay.

The room was great. The fact that you are an official SeaWorld hotel and don’t have a filtered water bottle filler is crazy. The water jug on the coffee station with fruit in it isn’t for everyone because some people don’t like lemon or orange flavored water. The housekeeping staff came into the room while someone was in the bed . They also came back after we put out the do not disturb sign.

Will definitely stay here again. I love how clean and neat it is. The price is great for what you get. It’s right across from SeaWorld and within super easy walking distance of Buffalo Wild Wings, TGI Friday’s, and CVS, all on the same premises. The convenience of the location made my stay even better, and everything felt safe and well-maintained. Overall, a great value and a comfortable place to stay.

Love the hotel, staff wonderful, very clean and the rooms were perfectly thought out to accommodate all your needs, even a keurig machine. Very close to sea world, mellow mushroom and Starbucks. Beautiful pool area as well. Will definitely stay there again when I come back to Orlando. 😊 Thank you

This Holiday Inn Express is in need of serious renovation with its rooms and facilities. Parking is limited and you are changed 15.00/day for the privilege which I believe is unreasonable. Upon entering the lobby, there was no one at the front desk and my friend and I had to wait several minutes before someone finally appeared to check us in; this was pretty annoying after a long day of travel. There are much better Holiday Inn Express locations to stay at in Orlando. I would recommend the Southparke location over this facility.

We stayed 3 nights, parking was ample which is usually a problem but the pillows smelled funny. Otherwise all was good.

The hotel’s breakfast was excellent each morning: always ready on time, no waiting, and a nice variety that changed slightly every day. The 24/7 coffee machine in the lobby was a big plus. The staff was very accommodating and helped us get a room on the sixth floor with a great view of the park, which the kids loved. The shuttle service was convenient and made getting around easy. Overall, we felt completely safe and comfortable throughout our stay. We couldn’t have been happier and would definitely stay here again.

This has been our go to hotel for years. Staff unfriendly,hotel not as clean as it used to be. Very disappointing. We will choose a different hotel in this area next time.

The rooms were comfortable. The staff were amazing. The breakfast was really good, but they should have later hours on the weekends. They do charge fees for parking as well. I had a great stay.

Room was clean, there was plentiful parking, the shower took a while to get hot but would get there, the room stayed cold, and the beds were comfortable. Bathroom looked partially updated, but had some character issues which is fine. Overall our stay was pleasant and for the right price, I would stay here again.

Over all great experience

Hotel refused to address a damaged elevator which caused not only undue stress for passengers going up and down, but a very safety hazard as no signs were put up when the door kept slamming. The supervisor walked around with her walkie-talkie speaking Spanish and then nothing.

Clean and relaxing. Considering the high tourist traffic there for Seaworld and Disney, the rooms were in better than expected condition as was the hotel. Would stay again.

The room was perfect – clean, comfortable, and just what we needed. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. The TV channels weren’t great (not a big deal, but it would’ve been nice), and the breakfast could’ve been a bit better. Other than that, everything else was fantastic!

Everything is great about this hotel except that they charge $15 to park your car. That alone will make me look elsewhere next time. You shouldn't have to pay for your car to sit in an empty lot in an area that's not a major city.

We paid for parking but when we came back one night there were no parking spaces left. There should be enough parking for everyone who stays here.

Breakfast is pretty basic, but at least it's free. Slight issue with the toilet which was handled promptly.

Everything was good except for the receptionist with the ear buds on, talking before and after that I was able to realize about it, the problem is that we are asked names, last, etc and there is someone listening to the checking process when is not necessary. Ear buds while working with the public are simply wrong, disrespectful and not proffesional. Otherwise everything with the hotel was great and right accross the street from SeaWorld for those interested. 100% recommend.

The hotel is at a good location and near the SeaWorld Orlando and the Aquatica Orlando. Also, there has the free shuttle bus to the SeaWorld Orlando and the Aquatica Orlando. The room was clean with a nice view. The staff was very nice and friendly. Also, has the good breakfast.

Everything was great. The only negative was we were charged $15 a day for parking and were not told that until we checked in, I have never been charged for parking at any hotel I have ever stayed in.

A beautiful facility with awesome staff. The only thing I would change is the consistent broadcasting of Trump upon entrance and departure. Please consider other channels to broadcast. I found it to be very disheartening. It led me to believe the hotel was taking a political stance/ viewpoint.

All of the staff were friendly from those at check in to the breakfast staff. We had a lovely stay. Only thing is rooms aren’t very sound proof but not major issue

2 minutes from SeaWorld was wonderful, staff were pleasant and kind. Room was really clean and bed were comfy! Loved all 4 pillows per bed! Didn’t care for the shower as that took awhile to warm up but once it was going it was nice and hot! Will come again! I thought it was decently priced as well

Overall my experience was very good, but the AC in the room was not working properly on one of the hottest days of the summer.

The reception is very open and stylish and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very big and spacious with a microwave, coffee machine and fridge. The only complaint is the floor had a lot of bits on and had to brush our feet off before getting into bed. Guest laundry room well equipped, pool very nice. Breakfast has plenty to choose from.

The staff at the Front desk and the manager assisted me with a problem and made my stay more enjoyable

The hotel charge you $15 every day to park your car in the hotel. This is absolutely absurd and ridiculous. They are hidden information when you book The hotel. What is supposed to get to orlando, by foot,? This is just a suspicious hidden information they don't provide to the guest. If you are in the hotel 7 days is going to be over $100 only in parking fees and it's not a valet parking it is a self parking. Also they tell you if you get Rob or somebody break into your car it's not the responsibility. So they are basically overcharging $ Fifteen Dollar per day per car to your stay

Just be aware of others I saw not once but twice kids drop the breakfast utensils and the parents just put them back on the line. That was a major thing for me seeing that!

Breakfast was delicious both mornings! The bed I had in our room was very uncomfortable. But the other queen bed in my room was super comfortable!! Very clean! I absolutely love there is no carpet in the room!!

Stayed at this property last year with my family and loved it and stayed again this year we loved it !! Breakfast was good wasn’t just bland your ordinary apple and muffin. They actually had hot items like Pancakes, sausage, and eggs. They also had turkey sausage and I don’t eat pork! Love their pool and how it connects to the other hotel so we can swim in either one! Rooms we nice to.

We enjoy our stay and liked that every thing was kid friendly. The only con was there was little to no hot water in the shower at any point in the day.

The soap and lotion attached to the wall are so high up for shorter people that I could not comfortably reach it and I kept spurting it everywhere when using it. When showering, the hot water kicking on smelled like something burning, which is very odd and disconcerting. The towels are thin and rough. The room is pretty shabby looking and has definitely seen better days. The floor looks dirty and I refused to walk barefoot in the room. I come to Orlando often for work conferences, sometimes multiple times a year, and I will not be staying here again even though the close proximity to restaurants is nice. Orlando is not a walkable city and it's full of chains and lacking in vegetarian-friendly restaurants so having Panera, Starbucks, and Mellow Mushroom right outside the hotel is what prompted me to book it but not worth it. The rooms suck. Staff was friendly, which was the nicest part of this hotel. Fine, I guess, for the theme park families but the hotel desperately needs an update.

It was a beautiful property and didn't get much time to enjoy all amenities, due to early flight. There was a positive atmosphere from the staff and my family enjoyed the experience. The only negative thing was they were low on extra blankets.

As far as going to any of the parks around there very well located. This is a 10/10 maybe not the Waldorf Astoria but rivals them in every way

Property was in decent shape, and the daily housekeeping was nice albeit limited.

We had a decent sized room that had bunk beds. The breakfast thats included was nice and balanced.... pancakes, biscuits/gravy, omelettes, cinnamon rolls, etc. The only down fall to my specific room was that the bathtub drain was clogged up. By the time I noticed this,it was too late to change rooms. I would definitely stay here again because of the convenient location and the pool set up.

We only stayed for one night. The ease of check in/check out was fast and efficient. 99% of staff were friendly. The rooms were nice but had some cracks In the ceiling and the lights in the bathroom were a little dim. Overall we had a great stay.

This is a very nice hotel, especially for people going to Sea World, which is right across the street. My room is a "family suite," which include a queen size bed and another smaller room with bunk beds for the kiddos. Though I'm here on business travel, I got this room because I checked in early (which was very nice since I was tired and needed to change for my meeting), but it is a great room for a small family. The bunk bed room is really cute and right next to the "parents" bed. The room is very comfortable, and the hotel is in a great area and is generally just very nice, modern, and clean.
