Well priced and convenient for work.

I would not recommend staying here if you plan on sleeping past 9sm am.. you will hear people leaving there rooms and door slamming until about 2pm when the housekeepers are done cleaning. It doesn't stop. Slam slam slam slam

It's very noisy if you get a room by elevators.The roomdoors slam everytime someone comes and go. The shower room is very small. The air conditioner in my room was making a rattling noise all night when on. The walls are paper thin you can hear everything just about from next room. We heard around 12 mid night the people next to us go in their room turn on T.V. and heard someone dailing like on the phone. Such a bad night no sleep at all.

Perfect location near universal studios. The buses were very convenient to get there. We wished there were shuttles later after the parks closed to stay for the firework shows.

We came in after a long drive and a dreadful Hotel before them, we were greeted by a friendly front desk staff, we walked into a beautiful clean room with a decent view and comfy bed. The breakfast the next morning was amazing, with ample choice and fresh hit food. Having the Universal desk on site was nice as well and lastly the pool was clean and refreshing !

It is close to Universal Studios, staff was friendly, room and property clean. Breakfast had lots of choices, convenient and fast. When we arrived the safe in our room wasn’t working but the maintenance person came up immediately and fixed it. Sometimes loud in hall.

Very clean room and beds were comfortable. There were no towel racks in bathroom so there was no where to hang your towel. No hooks either. It would be nice to add those to the blank walls. We were also in an adjoining room and we heard the girls in the room laugh and talk early morning and late at night through the door that joins our rooms. No insulation to block noise. We were not with them. No privacy. It sounded like they were in our room. I had to wear ear plugs 4 days of this every morning and night. Otherwise the hotel was very nice and I would stay again. There were 5 of us travelling and me and my husband used the pull out bed and it was horrible, it needs replacement as all your weight met up in the center of the bed. Breakfast area were closed early like 9:30 than the time it says it'll close, especially the guy assigned in breakfast area, just forgot his name closed it earlier than 9:30am and giving people a wrong impression that they're so late in their breakfast and having second thoughts of getting in. I had a work event 5 mins from the hotel, first time staying there. I arrived at 7 pm and only stayed the night. When I arrived, the receptionist greeted me with a smile and immediately engaged me, I identified myself, she asked me was it my first stay and I said yes, she said welcome! I appreciate that level of service. The room was comfortable, clean, clean towels and the bathroom was nice and clean. The night was great, checked out at 6 am and loved that they had brewed coffee downstairs. It was a great stay for me. Would definitely stay again. Hard to say because I was there for an overnight stay and it was good so far.

Location Clean Sheets Value for Money: Extremely overpriced ($200/night) for the poor facilities and services provided. • Room and Odor: The room in general, especially the carpet, had a bad smell. • Noise and Lack of Privacy: Terrible soundproofing. The connecting door allowed sound from the neighboring room to pass through as if they were inside ours. Additionally, the gym was on our floor, and at 7:30 a.m. on Sunday, weights were being dropped, sounding like loud thumps in our room. • Maintenance: The air conditioner sounded like a broken motor or an old car. We reported it and they supposedly "fixed" it, but it still didn't work. • Bathroom: The bathroom was tiny. • Storage: The luggage area was too small, barely fitting one carry-on. • Breakfast: Very poor with no options, and served on cardboard plates, which is unjustifiable for a $200/night hotel.

I reserved two rooms for a family trip but when I get to the hotel told me it’s reserve only one room.so,we have to stay 5 people in one room. still I got charged for two rooms.

Room was clean and well kept. Staff was courteous and helpful. Bathroom was a bit small and the toilet handle would get stuck often, leaving the toilet running until you manually jiggled the handle.

I liked that it was located very near Universal Studios Resort. Also loved that they provided breakfast in the morning. Staff was amazing and very helpful. It’s clean, but it wasn’t super clean. There are some spots where you could tell needed some more cleaning.

Our room was large, we had a bath and shower and the bed was really comfortable. There was a good range to choose from at Breakfast. Everywhere looked clean.

I think the hotel was good rooms were clean beds were good their problem is breakfast. They are so overwhelmed with the amount of people that the food is always empty and it takes them long times to refill it.

Room was horrible. AC/HEAT was broken, shower knobs and handles were broken, missing, which made it extremely difficult to tu red n on, off and adjust. Bed was hard, very uncomfortable to sleep on. Room was EXTREMELY noisy being right beside the icemaker and elevators, constant traffic back & forth and doors slamming. Breakfast was ok. We won’t use this establishment for any of our future trips to Orlando and Universal Studios area. Recommend avoiding!

The Hotel was nice and it was a decent stay, there were a few minor complaints that I had. The rooms were conjoined so there was a lot of noise that could be heard from the other room. Also we could hear the ice maker every time it was being used. Other than the walls/doors not being thicker or noise proofed it was a good stay.

Staff was great. Room was in rough shape. Shower curtain was ripped at the top and the angled shape of the rod caused the curtain to not close all the way, leaking water out and soaking the floor. We did not have a remote and the replacement one they brought was filthy and the volume button didn't work. Not enough accessible outlets and one outlet didn't always work. We had four people in our party, yet only three towels were in the bathroom, so we had to call the front desk to request another towel. This hotel appeared to have been a much older hotel that Holiday Inn took over and just tried to put band-aids on the defects instead of remodeling. Not up to Holiday Inn standards.

My son and I really enjoyed ourselves. It was my son’s 16th Birthday trip and we went to several different parks including the new Epic Universe Super Nintendo World. We had a great time. I really enjoy this hotel stay and we will be back soon.

The Continental breakfast was good, shirt drive to parks but overall dingy accomodations, room felt slightly damp from humidity. Someone with a key card, assuming staff, attempted to enter our room while we were sleeping. The top latch was fastened so they couldn't enter all the way but it was unsettling.

Breakfast was amazing with so many choices! I also liked that they had drinks, iced coffee and snacks for sale in the lobby. Though I didn't use the pool, we did enjoy sitting poolside in the morning. I will stay here again.

Parking is free, another added bonus because many of the neighboring hotels charge per night. The breakfast was also good and included in the stay and there was plenty to choose from. I gave a 4 on property and facilites because my sink has a leak which I realized after there was a puddle of water on the floor and my remote control didn’t work.

There was one time I didn't get fresh towels and when I asked at the front desk for some, they were given right away. Expedited service. Hotel service is great, the rooms are well maintained, they are clean and organized and a bit more modern (no carpets). They're equipped with electronic security locks, rooms have a fridge and microwave for your convivence and plenty of lighting. If you're on a high floor, you have a tremendous view. They have breakfast at this hotel with so many options to choose from whether it's cereal, pancakes, eggs, muffins, oatmeal, bacon, sausages, yogurts, fruits, english muffins, etc. The breakfast area is spacious and has lots of space, plus a very big with TV. There are 3 elevators, stairwells, air conditioning rooms and hallways, a swimming pool and plenty of parking for your car. They also have shuttle buses to theme parks. You're in good hands here.

We stayed at this Holiday Inn because it was so close to Universal Studios and offered a free shuttle to/from the park. Our room was very cozy and clean, the shuttle service was very easy to get a reservation for, and we enjoyed the free breakfast this hotel offered!!

The positive is that is not far from universal studios. However, Is a old property, coffee machine in room was rusted. Room did not smell fresh. I requested a wake up call and never received it. Breakfast is included but is not worth it. I chose this property because of my loyalty to the brand. This property did not meet expectations.

My group had a wonderful time! My partner and I went to Universal Studios, while we were at the park for 2 days my grandma and her friend got to hang out by the pool. There’s free parking at the hotel, and a free shuttle ride to AND from Universal. The rooms were clean, fresh towels by the pool. The free breakfast was great with lots of options. The people at the front desks were so kind, answering any questions we had. We arrived early before check-in, went to lunch, and our room was ready 2 hours before check-in time (don’t expect this for everyone but how awesome is that!) My family and I had an amazing time here and we will highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a trip to Universal

We stayed at this hotel prior to and following a cruise. The hotel staff were excellent. Extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Pool was a decent size and area around pool well kept. Would absolutely stay there again.

Appreciated the shuttle service to universal studios. Lady at front desk was awesome helping me print boarding passes.

Everything was perfect except for the sofa bed, was a bit uncomfortable. It’d be best not to count on it.

Air conditioning didnt work at night randomly (freezer compressor) & could hear through walls so very loud other tenants.

Room was old and dirty, the smallest bathroom I have ever seen in a one bedroom suite. Bathroom was dirty, carpets disgusting, everything is old, outdated and drab. Breakfast was ok.

Great hotel for our pre cruise stay.

The room is very nice and internet is great. They serve a large breakfast, too. But I am one of those people blessed (and cursed) with sensitivity. The walls between rooms are too thin and my room faced a busy highway with endless noise. In short, I slept very poorly.

My son loves staying here for the breakfast, lots of variety (eggs,sausage,biscuit,gravy,pancakes,cereal,yogurt). Free parking, 30 minutes walk to Universal or they have a shuttle (we didn't use the shuttle so can't comment on that).

The staff especially at night and early morning doesn’t greet you. They seem irritated we were visiting the property. We went down for breakfast the last morning of our visit and I admit we were too early for breakfast. However a person from my party went into the breakfast area. They didn’t see any food out but the staff saw them enter and was agitated. Instead of the staff being courteous they scolded my party for being in the room and it wasn’t open yet. Noted we will not visit Hilton Inn Express ever again.

Clean, excellent staff service, good breakfast selection. Should consider building soundproof rooms, unable to sleep due to loud noises from other guests loud tv also room next to ice machine and elevator too much noise. So I was forced to leave early check out.

Great stay for a quick business trip. Clean facilities, good breakfasts, easy parking.

Breakfast and shuttle to parks are what I liked the most.

Professional staff. Nice room and clean. Love the body wash, body lotion and shampoo combo in the bathroom. Enough towels and pillows. So nice temperature control. Awesome stay!! Breakfast was great too. Everything was Outstanding!! Highly recommended
