Really good! But if you're on the first floor or facing the front, you'll hear all the party goers. However it's manageable and you can always take ear plugs. Staff were great, especially the girl with the red hair. Breakfast is great and has to go bags for quick snacks or breakfast. Coffee and tea is free 24/7. Ideal location for tourists and close to parks.

I enjoyed that it was in the heart of the parks and you could actually walk around the area. Good restaurants very close to the hotel. Indian food, Ethiopian, Brazilian. I think the location was great. I did not find anything wrong with the property. I have stayed before. My first time staying there was probably 10 years ago and the place has been completely remodeled.

The jets were not working in the hot tub and people were smoking in the pool area. No staff members checking in to make sure people are not smoking in the pool area

A sneaky $16 parking charge, and that as the first message after hello and welcome at the front desk does not make a happy customer. There is a reason for using a booking site - to get the best rate.

It took forever to check in, because they didn't know if the rooms were clean or not. So after getting there by check in time we waited another 35 minutes to get fully checked in, because they didn't know if they has cleaned rooms.

Park shuttle is misleading it was 20 minutes late for pick up and after calling it was 30 minutes late picking up. only goes one time per day. Hot tub luke warm and no jets. Was never told about an airport shuttle.

Ideal location, not the nicest spot on the main strip. Hallways/ elevators need a little cleaning but the rooms were very clean. Very nice updated rooms. Pool is NOT heated like many other hotels which is a major inconvenience. Complimentary breakfast is always a plus.

The continental breakfast was decent too! I wish the breakfast area was better organized and there was barely any parking on property too. We had to double park one of the nights and then move it in the morning for the lack of parking which is upsetting since it’s $16 a day for parking. This was in the heart of I drive so the location was fine but busy as usual. Would choose holiday inn again but probably a different location.

The bed was comfy and the linens were soft and cool. The suite was remarkably spacious. The staff went out of their way to help.

The carpet looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. There was black bugs crawling on the walls, the sink drain took forever too drain. They didn’t mention that it’s 16.00 to park until after I booked the room.

The room is right next to highway,, the window doesn't have any acoustic protection, whole night same as sleeping on the highway, non stop travel by vehicles noise, won't be able to sleep the entire night!!!! Near to Universal Studios and good breakfast. They have a shuttle to Universal Studios and Epic, but only once per day at awkward times, so I ended up not using the shuttle service. The first room we got was facing the highway and was very loud, but the staff member changed the room for us the next day. The new room was a lot better and also had a coffee machine inside the room.

Got to the room and we were smacked in the face with an overwhelming smell of bleach or other strong chemical cleaner. Which was probably just the staff spraying in the room because it was filthy! There was what appeared to be mold on the wall, the chairs were completely stained , the bathroom, don’t get me started. The tub/shower was so dirty, toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in years. The beds were horrible, squeaky so uncomfortable. We checked out immediately and am still waiting for my refund. If I could give zero stars I would.

We booked two rooms for two nights, but prior to our arrival, the manager, Stephen Zuravin, agreed to a modification to one night . Yet, when we arrived, no modification had been made. The manager was contacted and again agreed to the modification. We were told modification would be made at checkout, but at checkout, no one knew anything. Since then, I have sent messages, called, been told my calls would be returned, but nope....nothing! It appears the whole thing was just a scam to keep the extra $250 that I worked very hard for. I appreciated the modification, but it turned out to be FAKE News! Very irritating.

The room (634) had toothpaste still on the counter so it’s clear it wasn’t properly cleaned. Fortunately I always bring Lysol wipes and clean things anyway and didn’t feel like . The curtains in the room were ripped and the ceiling had a giant crack in it- definitely not an upscale hotel experience.

I had asked Ashe i might be able to upgrade my room to 2 separate bedrooms, he said if something was avaliable yes. When I arrived to check in, I asked if that was still possible, he said yes something was avaliable BUT the desk agent also told me that my room had 2 bedrooms. I asked if he was sure, he said yes. I completed checking in, get uo to the room, only 2 beds... not 2 bedrooms. I called down to the desk agent, he asked if i was sure. I advised him yes, only 2 queen beds. I proceeded back down to the front desk, and advised that i did want to upgrade to the room with 2 bedrooms separately. I was then told, he had nothing avaliable. I must say, not a great way to start my stay. Especially when I called the day before. Secondly, the coffee maker in my room didn’t work. I reported the 1st morning of my stay. Each daystopped by the front desk, reminded them. Nothing. Last Evening gentle a man came to my room. When I opened the door, He stood there with a coffee maker. He didn’t say a word. If that person had another urgent issue, he should have let me know that he is handling an urgent issue and asked me to use another front desk, however, he didn't say anything - no guidance, no eye contact, no apology. Only 15 min later, I was able to check in. Also, even after I paid the parking fee, the person at the front desk did NOT give us the parking permit. Do we have to ask the parking permit even after making full payment?  At this point, I am not sure if I will dare to choose Holiday Inn for my next trip

This room was clean, the staff were super helpfully, the complimentary breakfast was also great. We had a late departure flight, so we were offered a late checkout until 12pm for free, and a $25 dlls fee for every hour after that.

The room’s physical appearance was fine. The climate control didn’t work at all. As a result, there was a stale smell in the room. I didn’t say anything to the front desk because when I was checking in, they told someone they were completely booked and I needed a place to sleep. I slept fine, but it would have been nice to get some air moving.

The breakfast and cost It had no hot water the entire time I was there. I never had a hot shower in the morning or at night. The little refrigerator was broken and when I address this they all went in the back and laughed, while continuing to not doing anything about the warm milks and yogurt in there. They were warmer than room temperature and when I addressed this they acted ignorant

We stayed in the 2 bedroom king suite. Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. A highlight for me was the jetted bathtub although there was also a walk in shower if preferred. The breakfasts were wonderful with a variety to choose from and the fresh ground coffee tasted fantastic! Thank you for a lovely stay!

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. Upon arrival, we noticed toilet was not flushing properly. Called the front desk and they promptly sent a technician up to check on it. He was very helpful to diagnose and correct the problem right away.

Decent place to stay in the area, a little north of the crazy busy part of International Blvd. Much quieter area yet still very close to all the tourist action. Property is clean and kept up with. Maids refresh rooms daily.

We had to go out of the hotel in two separate events. There was a short circuit in an air conditiining that activated the fire alarm. The staff was ok.

We always select this hotel for out business trips. I love ti book in this hotel, but today I could not have breakfast since the fire alarm was on and we have to got out of the building. I could not take a shower because I got late for that inconvenience.

There were many of places nearby that was walking distance. It was the worst hotel stay I've ever had in Orlando. The first room 405 my family and I stayed in had the strongest Clorox smell and other cleaning products smell, which persisted and caused my daughter's eyes to flush and her throat to itch. When I call the front desk to report the persistent Clorox odor, Gregg promises to send someone to investigate. I walked downstairs to the front desk after my family had been waiting for someone for more than 15 minutes. I had to wait 10 more minutes until he got a housekeeper who could accompany me to go upstairs to check the room. When we finally entered the room together, she replied, "Yes, that's a strong smell," and instructed Gregg to changed our room. My family even told me that while I was downstairs waiting for someone to check the room a employer entered the room and said, "That's a clean, normal smell, all the rooms have that smell." Our room was moved to 305. My family and I collected our belongings and headed to room 305, exhausted. When we entered room 305, it was hot and the thermostat wasn't working. I called the front desk and told Gregg that the AC wasn't working and that the room was hot, but nobody showed up to check the thermostat. We stay for an additional half hour to see if it gets cold. I had to return to the front desk and I told Gregg that the thermostat wasn’t working. Gregg didn't do a good job of explaining what was going to happen, so I had to wait 30 minutes for him to finish checking in customers. After that, he went with me while we waited at the elevator, left without saying anything to me, and eventually returned. We got on the elevator together to check the room. He noticed how warm the room was and examined the thermostat, which was broken when we both got there. Then he said, "Go ahead and pack, I'll put you guys in room 104.

The elevator made a popping noise going up or down.....made us feel uncomfortable each time.

My stay was good, however there were couples of thing I didn’t like, some guest next to my room was yelling out to their kids in the very morning around 7 AM which it wake me up… second of all breakfast is poor and full of people. Basically this is a hotel to get a rest because is very noisy. Other than that the room was good a little expensive like 250 with parking for $16 per night, which I was not informed. but it is what it is.

We booked 2 nights, 1st night was perfect. 2nd night we get to our room at 1030pm. There was loud bass and music playing under our room, we were on the 2nd floor. We called the front desk, & were told there was a wedding & that "quiet hours" didn't apply to weekends. Even though they were posted every where & no mention of weekends vs. weekdays. The front desk said they wouldn't move our room or refund us. We decided to leave and drive home early. Worst experience ever at a hotel. Hotels.com said they would get a refund, then emailed & said they wouldn't do anything. So, I guess if you are looking to sleep here, its only required guests are quiet during the weekdays.

Great Hotel, very nice and clean

We had a good stay, the only issue was they advertised ‘free theme park shuttle’ which was not available - very disappointing to have to pay transportation on top of accommodation

Room clean and the breakfast was good

Staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were nice and clean. Our room wasn’t ready when we went to check in, but the staff were really gracious about it and gave us snacks while we waited. Would stay here again!

Parking is charged separately, and they only tell you this after you've made the reservation.

Room was clean

The hotel was generally clean and well run. The free breakfast was definitely above average for this service. I took off one star for the fact I was charged a damage deposit and the parking charge (there was plenty of room in the lot.) Also, the free shuttle was never on time, moreover using it resulted in getting to the Universal parks late. From an expense and convenience standpoint, if I were to stay at this hotel again I would not drive and use a ride share company to get around.

Greg, the guy who received us, was amazing! His personality, customer service and way to help was 100 all the time! He even took the time to give us some tips and better directions!

Was very pleased with the accommodations and most of all our check-in with "Ash"! Very friendly and started our stay off wonderfully!! Give that guy a raise!! Our only problem was not having a tv channel menu in our room, since the remote was not working properly to be able to pull up a menu on the screen. The MAJOR and very disturbing issue was not being able to sleep due to the event being held in the conference room..loud music thumbing continuously vibrated our room. A call to the front desk said event would stop by 10 pm, however the noise continued past then. PS..front desk needs to be more aware of answring the phone..had to call using an outside line to finally get someone to pick up.

We stayed here for a couple of nights for a family trip to Universal. The location to the parks was great and the free breakfast was great with a lot of options and surprisingly tasty. Rooms were fine. Two negatives were smoking by a lot of the guests right at the front door and obvious homeless people using the free breakfast. One was even passed out standing up at the coffee bar. That was not great for the family.

Amazing staff. Very clean, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. Definitely will go again next time I visit Orlando for the theme parks.

We truly loved our experience at this hotel. Everything was very clean, from the rooms to the common areas. The breakfast was delicious, varied, and well organized —perfect to start the day before heading to the parks. The service was outstanding: the staff was always kind, helpful, and attentive, making us feel right at home from the very first moment. Without a doubt, this is an excellent place to stay in Orlando. Highly recommended!

Great hotel for a quick turnaround. Excellent location easy to get to from the airport and plenty of transportation options when you stay, right in the heart of international drive. Emmie and Greg the two receptionists I had most interaction with were professional and friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable which was most appreciated!

Room was clean and well stocked. Beds were ok not really comfortable to sleep in. Staff was pleasent but there was a delay in checking in and checking out. Having two staff at the front would definitely help the load. Wifi was accessible and the facilities overall was nice and clean. Breakfast was decent. Felt the parking fee was unnecessary.

Fair price. Rooms are extra clean and comfortable.Almost like new. Well cared for room with spotless bathroom. Nothing to gross me out. Full cable TV services (50+ channels). Embroidered labels on the pillow cases for 'soft' and 'hard' pillow options. 6 pillows per bed. Breakfast options were excellent, including fresh pancake maker, Greek yogurts, cereal bar, sausage, turkey sausage, bacon, eggs, cheese omelette, and more. Great location with excellent restaurants within walking distance. 24-hour Walgreens 2 mins by car. Stay here.

The pool only worked 1 day. Breakfast was okay. Location was close to theme park which is a plus. Sofa bed not good.

This hotel is located very close to Universal Studios and included breakfast so that’s why I chose it. The pool was not working except for 1 day while we stayed so the grands were disappointed and the pull out sofa was not in good condition. Also ants got in my car while parked on the property.

Breakfast is unnecessarily stodgy and meaty. Better granola, bread and more fruit would be healthier. That said the coffee was amazing.

The only thing I didn't like was the salesman that was there promoting holiday inns resort on Oct 7 th when we arrived

Only disappointment was the pool which we could not use due to it not been clean, advised it would be cleaned but then found the gate to be locked so could not access at all.would have been nice to use this after a long day in the parks.

Was a great stay

The hot tub didn't work all week while we were there and the pool was shut for 4 days of our week stay didn't even say anything about it at all we were gutted about it and we were on the 4th floor and could here the traffic passing loudly kept me awake in the mornings to be honest.

This place is spot for anybody doing the parks clean tidy and relaxing breakfast is a great free edition. there is a small walk to international drive but not a lot universal transport is one bus in the morning at 9.00am then one bus of an evening at 19:45 which works fine for most I would stop here agin

I liked how clean the room was. I was also able to adjust the temperature of my room. The king bed was very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. It was a very relaxing stay.

The location couldn’t have been better—literally close to everything. We rented a car, and parking was easy and convenient. Even if we didn’t feel like going to the parks, there were so many things to do right along the strip within minutes. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast each morning was tasty and satisfying. Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel. If I ever return to Orlando, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites on International Drive! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what really stood out was the kindness and professionalism of the front desk team. Every agent I interacted with was welcoming, attentive, and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Their warm hospitality truly made the experience memorable. Highly recommend!

I traveled for a solo vacation to celebrate my birthday and the hotel accommodations was great. The hotel was in an area with a lot of restaurants, attractions, and shopping.

The elevators sounded like they would break down at any second. They shook with every stop and when I addressed it with the person at the front desk, they rudely asked me to look at the elevator certification on the wall. This is done yearly so it wasn’t much comfort and it wasn’t the way to respond about a customer concern. The deadbolt on our door seemed to have been repaired improperly and prevented the door from closing on its own. The pool area was nice, the beds were comfortable.

The property was kind of outdated, we had stained sheets and the room could’ve been cleaned better.

I liked that it was close to shopping and restaurants. It was a bit of a walking distance to Icon park but not a bad drive. Would stay again. Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly.

I did not like to pay for unsupervised and open parking.

The hotel was clean but obviously needs some tlc...loose tiles in the bathroom and peeling paint on the bathroom doors. I would not stay here again with all the other options in the area.

The only thing i did not like was when we checked in the clerk was more interested in placing his video buffet dinner order than take care of us. We paid him $16 cash for parking and told him not to charge our credit card. 2 days later there was a parking charge on our credit card. We called the hotel and got some excuse they were using a new system. Had to call corporate to get it resolved.

The room was clean and spacious. Its proximity to Universal and the free shuttle service made my stay very comfortable.

The room had a dirty bathroom and sofa bed, strongly smelling of smoke, and they supposedly claim to be 100% smoke-free. On the app, they advertise a $50 pet fee, and they charged me $75. They didn't provide enough towels for the number of guests, nor did they provide sheets for the sofa bed, whose mattress was in terrible condition and dirty. It wasn't a good experience. I won't stay here again. The hotel is very run-down.
