The rooms weren’t the cleanest as was the rest of the hotel. Limited seating for breakfast. The airport shuttle took an hour to pick us up do to (switching drivers) will stay somewhere else next time for sure.

The entire staff were absolutely wonderful including the shuttle driver. The buffet was more than expected. Kariann who originally answered the phone when we inquired about of stay was super helpful and easy to communicate with . Rebecca at check-in made it so easy Nataliya who ran the buffet all by herself, WOW... kept if fully stocked, clean and super organized, she did the work of 2 people!!! Congratulations to the GM- Bismack for having a wonder team WE HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Jason & Maria

It was a nice hotel with great staff at a good price...we were able to check in early after getting off our cruise and the shuttle the next morning taking us to the airport was on time and got us there quickly and safely....the pool area was really nice and clean with plenty of seating area's...overall a great one night stay.

We had the family suite that slept 8 and it was great for our party of 6, except for the pullout couch and had a very thin mattress and a metal bar across the middle that made it useless. However we did have enough beds with the bunks for everyone. The breakfast was great. Disappointing that so many people took all the fresh fruit for their trips (I mean 2 bananas and apples each ) leaving nothing for the rest of us. I would stay here again

Breakfast is awesome every morning and I loved the freshly made coffee machines rooms are clean along with fresh towels I recommend this hotel for a long or short trip.

Their website inaccurately states free shuttle service from the airport. But they only have it for certain times. Not when I needed them. That was the only reason I booked my stay with them.I was traveling late with my kids and didn’t want to do an uber.

Updated rooms and bathroom! I'm a little picky about my bathrooms and I found it satisfactory. Just needed to stay a night but would totally stay here for a week long trip. Did exactly what I expected for a great bang for your buck.

Booked this place because of the high reviews but the building itself feels dated, cheap and dull compared to the slightly cheaper priced but lower rated Wyndham Garden Orlando just down the road. I had booked a king sized room but was allocated 2 queens. When I asked the staff after being issued the key card, she gave the excuse that "oh we are fully booked", but it felt more like she was just lazy to reassign the room. When I arrived, the parking lot and main entrance were cordoroned off but with no signage, which made looking for the entrance a massive hassle. The least they could do was to put some notice that the main entrance is closed, please proceed to the rear entrance. The noise insulation was really bad. I was falling asleep at 1am and was woken up by a guest that had just checked in in the room next door. They were making lots of noise and their speech were very legible. Perhaps the staff could have allocated them a room that was isolated from the others? On the bright side, the included breakfast was pretty decent. For the price that one has paid, the breakfast spread was good and even came with a fresh pancake machine.

Overall, the cleanliness of the property was excellent, and the staff were courteous and professional, which I truly appreciate. However, I would like to provide a suggestion regarding the breakfast offering. The current options felt somewhat limited and fairly standard compared to other hotels I have stayed at. It would be great to see a broader variety of items added, such as fresh fruits, pastries, cookies, and cakes, to enhance the overall guest experience. Apart from this, everything else was satisfactory, and I enjoyed my stay. Thank you once again.

Room was perfect for our family of 5. Kids had a blast with the bunk beds. Breakfast was good for our 2 night stay. It was a bit tricky to find the hotel as the back entrance goes through a car wash. There's a McDonald's nearby and within walking distance. Hot coffee offered in the lobby area but tables were sticky and dirty with no one monitoring.

This hotel was what we needed for a over night stay before going on a cruise. The staff was very professional on our checking in and checking out. Breakfast was great plus airport transportation was a extra bonus.

The hotel is nice, clean and staff were courteous. But we got it so we could use the shuttle to the hotel in the morning and when we checked in we were told that the shuttle was full. No accommodations or additional rides offer unless we wanted to leave at 4:30am or 7:00am for our 7:30am flight. Had I known I may have picked another property.

We contacted the front desk and requested full room service. While the staff at the front desk were polite and helpful, the cleaning crew did not do their job properly. They only cleaned the bathroom, but didn’t fix the bed or take out the garbage. It felt like they barely addressed the issue at all. It’s frustrating to pay for a hotel stay and walk into a room that looks like it hasn’t even been cleaned. This experience really ruined our stay. I would strongly recommend looking for other hotels before booking here.

The room was not clean, and the staff was kind of rude. We had a kid get sick in the middle of the night and we asked for new bedding, and all we got was a crappy blanket and top sheet. We also had to grab a shuttle to the airport at 4:30 AM and the front desk person shouted at me at 4:28 in the hallway as I was trying to get my children out of the door.

The complimentary continental breakfast was also terrible and not enjoyable at all. On top of that, the customer service at the front desk was very poor, especially from one of the female staff members who was unwelcoming and unfriendly throughout our stay. The only positive aspect of this hotel was its close proximity to the airport. Other than that, I would not recommend staying here.

Stayed here to catch an early morning flight the next day. There is a charge for parking but had returned our car at the airport after check in so didn't need parking. Took shuttle from airport to hotel after rental car return and then booked shuttle for 6:30 am the next day. Free shuttle was a nice service. Room was clean and stocked as expected. The side table and desk area had stains on it from food and drinks plus the wall had a spatter of brown on it that hadn’t been cleaned. The supposedly clean towels had visible stains that were fresh, not washed and old stains, the bathroom was gross and shower head had so much water build up it was flaking. I do not recommend this hotel.

The room (320) was clean and the bed comfortable. However the bathroom was in some disrepair with the toilet paper holder coming off the wall and parts of the grab bar in the shower being loose. The fact that there was no coffee in the room was a real negative as well. I only stated for one night so it was manageable but for a longer stay guys would be unacceptable.

Our flight canceled 0500 and the hotel allowed us to store our luggage until check in and then early check-in at 11:00 so thankful for that, the front desk was extremely helpful!!!

The hotel was clean and the gal working at the front desk was very helpful and efficient. Our room was also clean and ready when we checked in early. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. The shuttle driver was also very nice and the shuttle was clean which was as refreshing change for the other experiences we have had on other hotel shuttles. It is a great place to stay and we will stay there again when we return to Florida.

The front desk was dismissive and condescending because they did not let me explain the situation before they decided I was wrong about what I was asking for. We loved our stay here. The room was clean. Loved the bed and the couch. We were attended to right away when we needed some toiletries or extra towels by housekeeping. Fadwa and Juvena were phenomenal. They made us feel very welcome and at home. They were very respectful and kind. They arranged our rides to and from the airport. Helped us in our stay. Everything went smoothly. We appreciate their hospitality and warm reception as well as the other staff members. The food was good especially the pancakes, fruit juices and the oatmeal. I wish there were more selections daily though, for guests staying more than 3 days-- more variety would be fantastic. Overall our stay was amazing. We had a flight cancellation from MCO and decided to stay overnight. My wife woke up with Bed bug Bites ! This is totally unacceptable from a hotel chain like Holiday inn. I’m hoping someone can reach out to us to discuss this situation. We have pictures to prove it as well.

Overalls I like to stay there. It is comfortable. The staffs are so kind. Foods are not many choices but good enough. I like the fresh cup of coffee but wish coffee cup was paper not styrofoam.

Only drawback was the shuttle service. It was first come first serve. They only had one shuttle. We purchased a hotel for this reason as we were just picking up a few hours of sleep in between flights more out-of-pocket money. Hotel other than that was nice.

The check in was easy, the room was spotless, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The one complaint we have is there is very poorcwater pressure and the towels are not thick.

Front desk concierge was some of the best that I’ve ever dealt with! Rooms were very comfortable, ac worked wonderfully, amenities were available and ready to use. Breakfast restock staff (lady) was a tad on the crabby side but other than that couldn’t be happier with our stay!

We like to use HI Express, but this one looked a bit 'tired'. Shower head could only deliver narrow, hard stream of water or weak mist. Placement of TV on wall was odd -- near bed but far from couch. And we could not find a program guide on the TV and had to simply search blindly. That said, staff was helpful and shuttle bus to airport was efficient and friendly. Breakfast OK but not as good as at some other locations.

Clean, restaurant nearby, near the airport, let us hold luggage there after checkout 3 days before and after returning from our cruise and waiting for our flight so we could go do something while waiting.

The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. We were contacted by the hotel the day before arrival with instructions for the shuttle when we arrived at the airport. We followed the instructions and the shuttle never arrived. After waiting over an hour, we decided to take an uber. Check in was a breeze. James at the front desk was friendly and got us checked in quickly and apologized for the issue with the shuttle and made the situation right. The shuttle to the airport the next morning was a much better experience than the night before. My only suggestion for you if you stay at this hotel, would be to not rely on the shuttle from MCO airport to the hotel during evening hours. Call an uber, you'll get there much faster. All in all, a good stay, good breakfast, and friendly staff.

Great place on a budget

Was excellent for a last minute extra day due to flights. Had to uber there bc transport was having difficulties. Had transportation setup for the next morning and still difficulty but they paid for our uber back to the airport!

It is conveniently located close to the airport and close to shopping centers and many restaurants.

Breakfast was terrible!!raw muffins and fake eggs,( no wonder why the don't have hard boiled eggs anymore)staying at this hotel was more expensive than usual, had to get breakfast somewhere else plus had to pay 14 dollars for parking daily while other IGH hotels charge 5 per day, never coming back to this hotel

This is a perfectly acceptable airport hotel. A plus is that their airport shuttle starts running at 3:30am, whereas a lot of the other area airport hotels don't start offering their shuttle until like 5:00-6:00am. At an airpot that has a plethora of flights between 4:45-6:00am it's nice to have one that has an early shuttle. The staff was great, the price was in line with what you'd expect for an airport hotel, and the room was clean, so nothing to complain about. I'd definitely book again.

The transportation times need to be fixed. We specifically selected this hotel to avoid Uber and use the shuttle, just to learn that the shuttle leaves the airport at 3am and not the hotel at 3 am. This should be stated somewhere to avoid let down and frustration

They have a free shuttle to and from the airport- which is so nice. Somehow we got on the shuttle bus to the wrong days inn! Carlos was kind enough to cube and get us from the wrong Days Inn! Breakfast was great!

Room was ok, carpet by AC was wet. Other than that the bathroom/bed was clean. Free breakfast with plenty of options. Front staff was nice. Would not recommend if you plan on staying for more than 1 night. I only stayed for 9hrs since I had a late flight and just wanted to sleep.

Due to wellness minute flight cancellation, we decided to stay at the Holiday Inn express because it was close to the airport and had free transportation. We were very pleasantly surprised with the room, accommodations and breakfast, and the staff was super nice. This is a great airport hotel option if you need one in the Orlando area.
