The parking is inflated. The alcohol is greatly inflated. An additional $200 should be added to the cost just by checking in. The landscaping was atrocious outside the front doors. All the beauty is around the pool. I took pictures it was so bad. The property needs some updating

Hotel was fine, as expected for a Hilton. Staff aren't very helpful. Half the time there's nobody at the front desk, nobody answers the phone. It feels like a chain business hotel without much actual customer service. Pool was fine, nothing special.

Great gym. Easy parking

Everything was great about this property! Friendly staff, and outdoor pool area was great! Only issue I had was our shower head sprayed everywhere and the shut off to the shower was coming off the wall.

Property was great, connected to Orlando Community Center

Everything here was top notch! The food the service the coffee the hot tubs and pools! You could stay here for a week and just utilize the hotel and have a super vacation!

I stayed in the hotel while attending a conference. I wish that the room instead of a couch had a functional desk so I could do my work

The room was recently renovated but our sink in room 337 was not draining so we were offered another room and comp’d breakfast which was very nice. Pool area and lounge chairs, umbrella and bar all need an upgrade. Very dated and old- and there are birds everywhere so a lot of the chairs have bird poo - birds fly into the bar and hop around the counter and straws/drinks. There should be a fan or something installed to prevent birds from flying in and around the drinks. Location is great! Restaurants are ok- better to explore around! All in all, we had a great time! Thank you! We will come back again!

They offer complimentary shuttles to all four Universal properties and have a conceriege to help coordinate your activities. Shuttles were on time and very clean. Drivers were helpful with our large stroller. Property is very spacious and has something for everyone. Our room was always cleaned and well kept. House keeping was prompt with all requests and polite when we passed in the hallways. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. There are restaurants also on the property but due to time constraints with our activities we werent able to try them. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone especially families with children

shower head was fixed and hard to use. Ths sheet and blankets was kind of rough like linen and made my wife and daughter feel itchy. The Italian restaurant inside was not worth it— one single piece of octopus cost $28! To me and family, kind of rip-off.
- 5/5
We were able to leave luggage with the bell hop and use the pool still after check out until we were ready to leave. The room was immaculate and we grabbed sandwiches from the 24 hour market in the lobby after a long day at the parks, which was a lifesaver. Our kids enjoyed the lazy river; pool staff were friendly. This hotel was very relaxing; just what we needed!
- 5/5
My only complaint would be how long it took to get food out at the pool area other than that very nice hotel The staff was very nice property was very clean
- 3/5
Went there with 2 kids and we had a good time at the pool. However the bedding was like paper. Probably the most uncomfortable bedding I’ve experienced at a hotel. Also on our floor there was vomit stain that wasn’t cleaned. The todo vos restaurant and our waiter was absolutely amazing.

Wonderful hotel. Clean, large rooms, comfortable beds. Many delicious Restaurants to choose from on site. Staff was friendly and easy connection to the convention center. The pool area and cabanas were wonderful. The kids loved the slide. Easy Self Parking available. Would stay here again.
- 3/5
Staff very nice. Small rooms. For our stay they had a cheer competition that over took the entire lobby, lounge and any available area. There was no one checking the pool area for hotel guests entering. Typically I wouldn’t care but the pool was over run, no towels and trash everywhere. It’s a lot of money to stay if we can’t enjoy the amenities. They also highlight the connection to the convention center but not worth it if you have an event in the west end. Super long walk and if nothing is going on in the south wing the doors are locked and you can’t access anyway.

The AC did not work properly. One of the hot tubs was not hot. The front desk staff inconsistent and not always helpful. Housekeeping. Room refresh - beds made, towels not replaced when 4 people staying in the room. 3 requests on text if we needed anything - no request was responded to. The carpet in the hallways had the same chips and food for the three days we stayed there. Although the spa is rated a top spa, I would not rate it anywhere near a top spa - few amenities, shower hot water did not work, anesticians ok - not great. Ordered 2 enhancements, which supposidly came with a glass of champagne, not delivered. Upon check out over charged had to go back to straighten out the bill.

It’s a decent hotel just overpriced for a place that still has shower curtains. You have to pay resort fees, parking fees if you have a car, and I actually had to pay to get my Amazon package which is crazy. They have all deliveries go into the fedex office. If I would have known, I would've told the Amazon driver to call me when they were downstairs so I can get my package. The rooms were clean. They don’t have microwaves in the room. If you want one for your stay, it’s $25. I picked this place because of the lazy river. The lazy river was boring. It barely moves you. My daughter loves lazy rivers but wouldn’t get in because there were leaves and stuff all in the river. I usually stay at the same property every time I visit Orlando. I wanted to stay somewhere else this time so I tried this hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again. I’ll stick to my usual property or try a different hotel next time.

It would be a great location if you are going to the convention center right across from it. Liked the store with cafe in it. Not bad food and pretty fast! The baked goods are pretty amazing! Slide was being painted, so we could not use it. Unfortunately, we booked the hotel half because of the slide. We are willing to try them again, though.

Very good stay here. Staff was very friendly. Resort was beautiful and my daughter enjoyed the pool every day even in cooler temps outside (pool was heated). Room was cleaned and tidied daily, room service was kind and friendly, staff very helpful when needed. One thing to be aware of is parking if you have a vehicle. 38.00 a day. But the hotel was overall wonderful so it made that part not as terrible…. Would be beneficial if they offered an airport shuttle but they don’t.

It was a very easy to park for the most part, but one night we had trouble finding self parking. I think it was New Year’s Eve. Otherwise, the ease of going in and out was very good with the key card. The ease of getting right to our elevator and going to our room each night was also good. We definitely would stay at the Hilton Orlando again. Thank you.

After returning from Universal Epic around 10:30pm, we were greeted by Andrew at the front desk; although friendly at first, he abruptly prioritized complaining about the messy reception desk to a female colleague while we were waiting for our room assignment and keys. Our room ended up next to the elevator, our kid fell asleep within 15 minutes, but we couldn’t sleep all night due to the noise - and because it was so late (and our child was already asleep), we couldn’t reasonably request a change then. It also felt like Hilton treats Expedia bookings as second-class, using Expedia for acquisition but steering guests to book direct while delivering a worse experience. The next day, when my wife requested a room change, staff were rude and non-communicative - they said they’d let her know, but after 3 hours of silence, when she followed up, they snapped that the room was ready (with no prior notice). Getting replacement keys from Sanjay was similarly unpleasant, and at checkout, when I raised the issue with Chloe (a trainee), she smirked and insisted we should have used “the box in the system” to request a quiet room away from the elevator, while the manager beside her backed her up - an incredibly dismissive response. Quiet room isn't the norm according to Chloe To top it off, after checkout, John (sales) got in to sell us on staying at Hilton again. I don't think we will be staying at Hilton again

I enjoyed the bar, the rooms were clean and very comfortable with very nice finishes. I actually liked the beds, which isn't true very often. The convenience of the restaurant was nice. I wish there was a free breakfast that i could grab and go without having to sit down for a meal. Price point was higher, but I was there for a conference in the building and the company picked up the tab.

This is a very nice venue for conferences, very spacious. The rooms are great. Very comfortable and housekeeping does a great job. It also has several restaurants. It would be nice to have a microwave in the room. They charge you for bottle water which seems excessive. No other complaints.

Wonderful amenities! Can't wait to return sooner than later. The views from our rooms and balconies were amazing for sunsets and sunrises as well as the night life. Loved the shuttle schedule to and from the parks. Everyone was always so nice and willing to assist. Enjoyed the in-house restaurants for a convenient meal at the end of the day. Charged us an additional 100 just before we. Checked out and that was to cover additional fees. Did not like how they charge the 100 when you arrive and tell you that is all you will be charged unless you go over 100. No, they charge it as soon as you you put parking on the 100 the originally charged (where they said it automatically goes). Other than that. It was a decent stay.

Always the most fun but still “fancy” hotel for a weekend getaway. The slide and lazy river could have been cleaned up a bit but overall the pools and DJ are always great. This was the first time we were disappointed in the food. Chicken fingers poolside were really low quality for the price and breakfast food was really not good for prices. We’ll be back but we’ll pack more food next time.

I didn't like that how I had to place a deposit and then still get charged for things that was supposed to come out from the deposit. It can effect people if they were low on funds.

Great hotel has everything and near everything. Staff was super friendly.
- 5/5
Excellent location nice pool
- 3/5
Check in was great cause they did let us check in early which was great but I was surprised there was no microwave in the room. Beds were sooo uncomfortable for a 500 dollar room. We ordered food then later when I went to heat it up there’s no microwave. The outside bar closed super early for the pool being open till 11. The bar closed before it was dark. So much walking…. My mom had a tough time getting around she’s disabled. There’s only 1 smoking area so far from everything.

Have stayed here several times and absolutely loved our newly renovated room on the 3rd floor this visit! Every single encounter with staff surpassed our expectations! One of the valet staff members remembered us from our visit last year, which also speaks volumes about this Hilton’s staff retention! Can’t imagine going to the convention center and not staying here!!! Only wish was that we would have had more time to enjoy their incredible outdoor pool area!! Was absolutely beautiful from our room’s window!

Ahhhhhmmmaaazing Staff all of it
- 4/5
Rooms in terrible shape. The lobby and pool were wonderful and worth four stars, but the rooms were severely distressed. You’d have to decide if the trade off is worth it.
- 5/5
This amazing resort has activities and food for everyone. I’ve been coming here for years and the service is consistently excellent. Highly recommended. Here’s a picture from our room that was on the 11th floor.

Always fabulous at the Orlando Hilton. Haven't been there in about 7+ years, but it has not missed a beat or showed much age at all, super clean, super upscale, awesome pool areas, many new restaurants/bars/amenities. Love it!
- 5/5
The Orlando Hilton is an ideal place for a long weekend to escape the outside world or to be close to all that Orlando has to offer. We were here for a lecture in the Orange Ballroom and one night stay at the hotel. You could easily stay here for days and never leave. There are nice restaurants, a market, large pool with lazy river, and many other amenities. We ate at the Mexican restaurant (sorry, don't recall the name). Should you choose to order guac they will prepare it table side, which I found unique. The service could have been better but I think our waitress may have been new or just had a hard time multitasking but all in all it was a good experience. Our room was clean and in order as expected. Valet service is available for $50 or self parking is $38. The valet parks your vehicle in private parking garaged directly under the building. Self parking is in a parking garage directly behind the hotel and has a direct entry to the lobby. The lobby entrance is at the top floor of the parking garage so you may prefer to park there as the garage elevator can be hot during our Florida summers. We enjoyed our time here and will definitely return when we can stay longer.

Very good

Wonderful hotel
- 4/5
Updated hotel which was very comfortable, great restaurants and amenities
- 5/5
We love this hotel, and always come for a long weekend to kick off the summer break with our son. It’s the perfect mixture of relaxation and fun, and you don’t have to leave the hotel at all if you don’t want to.

It was a good experience my daughter loved the water park
- 4/5
Great experience. Enjoyed the resort and weather
- 5/5
Nice. Great for families and children of all ages.
- 5/5
I like music Dj

Great hotel all the way until a valet started yelling at me and my wife for accidentally pulling into the valet part of the garage. Extremely unprofessional and completely unnecessary. I even apologized and he was still yelling. Could not believe this person is in the customer service business? Complained to the valet manager and he knew exactly who it was and didn’t even seemed concerned.

We had a good time
- 5/5
It was very clean and great staff

After a long day of travel, we arrived to find our reservation ignored (hotel overbooked their rooms) and our rooms given away. The hotel sent us to a terrible “nearby” place with cockroaches in the bathroom. It was convention week, so we were stuck. Absolutely unacceptable—worst hotel experience ever. Avoid at all costs.
- 5/5
Parking very expensive.
- 4/5
At check in, the rep determined I had 2 reservations made through Expedia. I thought I had made one, but it didn’t show up in Expedia or my emails so I made another one and paid for it. The rep was concerned if he used the wrong one that it would be difficult to get my money back. We determined which was already paid for and continued with that. Neither of us could figure out why the first Expedia reservation did not show up.

I requested paid late check out , but unfortunately they refused.
- 5/5
Amazing property. Needs a little TLC. rooms need attention
- 5/5
Whoever checked me in did a great job, very friendly and patient. Wish I remembered her name.

The bathroom door handle broke off while my wife was trying to open the door and they kept my deposit as if we were wild animals and kick the bathroom door handle to break it.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Great pool for the fam!
- 4/5
Hotel was nice. Stayed due to flight delay and the wait to check in was about an hour. Way understaffed! 2 people aren't enough on a normal night let alone a busy night and app checkin wasn't work. Very disappointing.
- 5/5
I will come back
- 4/5
Great restaurants
- 5/5
Kids love it
- 5/5
The hotel has a lovely pool area. Our granddaughters loved the lazy river and the water slide. The food at the poolside bar is very good and the breakfast buffet has some great options.

Excellent hotel in Orlando. Attentive and friendly staff, large and clean room, great bed and spectacular service.
- 3/5
The resort is beautiful but they charged extre $38 dollars for parking.
- 5/5
spacious clean room. bakery shop was good.great ambiance.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel. Very accommodating to children as well.
- 5/5
Such a beautiful hotel. Attentive staff with immediate response time. Less than a 10 minute wait for valet. The pool area was amazing. They have an adult pool with hot tubs.
- 4/5
It’s a nickel and dime hotel, they charge you to park, they charge for the water bottles they leave in your room. Great cause it’s close to the park and clean, but very little amenities and they claim they have on site laundry but don’t.
- 3/5
Average Parking issues on 21 DEC w/no garage space Access to convention center walkway locked and had to go around on 21DEC
- 3/5
House keeping was REALLY BAD. No toilet paper, no coffee cups, no bags for trash, no vacuum the carpet… the hotel is nice but rooms are old
- 4/5
They nice location near attraction and Hwy
- 2/5
My experience was not good, I was charged $100 dollars for parking even though I am an Hilton honors member and my tax was a lot higher than everyone else in my group
- 4/5
Loved the pool area. Found the bed to be very uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Thank you
- 5/5
It’s a beautiful property
- 5/5
close to the dance convention
- 4/5
The only reason it isn’t a 5 is cause the overcharged us. They had great customer service and responded quickly but over drafting our account wasn’t cool
- 5/5
Wonderful stay!

The lazy River was wonderful!
- 5/5
Everything was nice

I didn't like that rooms have floor mats but other than that the rest was very good.

- paid for king bed and pool view booked months in advance -- got 2 queens and a view of a parking lot -- due to my height - dont fit well on a queen -- went to front desk they said -- yea we bumped you to this room because your room was taken -- said thats not right -- reply was soo sorry you booked through expedia so we cant do anything --- there is no where to contact exepdia -to help resolve -- the room was old , dirty smudges all over the doors the toilet had to flush 2 to 3 times to get it to go down , pillows were damp -- weird crackling noise and high pitch whining coming from the AC system all night -- will never stay again at this place

Appallingly however, Hilton Orlando evidently completely disregarded our reservation and gave our rooms away to other consumers .. We even purchased booking insurance to avoid precisely this form of contingency .. Hilton Orlando furthermore had the audacity to decline to provide us with any alternative rooms or accommodations, etc .. As a result we were with no alternative, and therefore had to remain in the Tampa Bay area, where we could have suffered grievous bodily injury and or death from Hurricane Milton .. What we did suffer as a result of Hilton's shocking malfeasance, was at bare minimum enormous emotional and mental distress, which is still on going at this time ... Erik A. Gillespie

Stayed three nights. Never saw housekeeping. Trash piled up in room. Refrigerator in room barely cool. Had insulin with me that had to remain refrigerated used coolers and kept using ice. They'll probably send me a bill for the extra ice when they read this. Charged for EVERYTHING. Food was expensive and just barely edible. $30 buffet breakfast was nowhere near worth the price. I can get a better breakfast at Dennys at a fraction of the price. Cost me $105 to park my car for three nights. We were running from the hurricane. Next time I'll take my chances. NEVER AGAIN.
- 3/5
It was ok. Nothing to do at the hotel if it rains.

Estuvimos hace poco por un fin de semana en este hotel y debo decir que pasó a ser nuestro favorito,la piscina extraordinaria la comida los cierto el servicio de 10 estrellas,súper lo recomiendo

Cool, People are nice
- 1/5
The staff members were very rude every time we went to the restaurants, our room was ver very very dirty, had hair in the sink and bathtub, the water was clogged in the sink and bathtub, the room smelled so bad, someone came upstairs to spray our room and apologized! They never asked if we needed a new room or anything to help us! This hotel price gouged on people who evacuated from Hurricane Milton. This was just a mess! I will her stay here again! No talks to you there with any manors- they roll their eyes and ignore. & we are the kindest people ever!

- 2/5
pool very crowded, no towels and chair to accommodate
- 5/5
Todo me gustó. El hotel. La vista. Y la atención al cliente por parte de Vanesa y jhon en especial.
- 4/5
The hardest part of the stay was using our Hilton Gift Cards. It made the check in process difficult. Then we still ended up owing a little more after our stay that should have been charged at the beginning. Other than that the rooms were nice. The balcony at the end of each hallway was cool to see out at night. We enjoyed the valet parking. Loved the lazy river and spa area. The waterslide was super fast and fun. The centerpiece in the pool could use some new paint but was cute. The pool tables were disappointing because of the pool stick. It had no tip on the end to properly play but we played as is and still had fun.

Staff was rude, room was dirty. Started raining and the entire LL had a half inch of rain on the floor. It took staff 30 minutes to just start cleaning the water.

First off ill say this is my 2nd time staying at this hotel so i have had great experience on previous occasions but this time i was not so happy, first ill start off by saying the other time i stayed i was not driving so i had no clue about the parking situation, so this time i drove and upon ariiving and getting my hotel key nobody explained how to enter and exit the parking garage ao instead of using my hotel kwy card the prompts on the screen just says 35 dollars to park so im like thats strange let me press the call button i pressed and waited and no one answered and by this time i have about 7 cars behind me so i go ahead and pay for the parking, once i return tp the hotel i tell the desk person what was goung on and she said o you just gotta use your room kwy which would have been helpful when i chrcked in so i asked is there any way my money can be refunded, she told me o no i dont know anything about that so the next morning i ask to speak to a manger and they claim they would take care of it which im not sure they did because i will get into that in a second, after all that happened i noticed upon getting on a off the elevator the entire trip that every black or african american person that came into that hotel where all put on the 10th floor including me and my wife now that wouldnt have been a big problem until i decided to just stop on afee other floors to check things out and not really sure if it was a lack of cleaning or what but the hallway rugs looks as if

The rooms were clean, staff were very accommodating, the food is great and the amenities were a plus. It felt like staying in a resort.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
The pool was great my family had a good time on the slide and the lazy river. Unfortunately the shower in our bathroom was clogged the whole time and if one person took a shower the whole tub would fill up. I didn’t get a decent shower our entire stay.
- 5/5
I was authorized for deposit at check in which was fine. Later that night i was charged another 45 dollars perhaps during the night audit which i did not expect. They charge you a 40 dollar resort plus 35 for self parking and if you want wifi and not a honor member you have to pay more. Parking and wifi should be included. Our trip was included with breakfast buffet which was great. Ronnie was on point. He allowed me to go upstairs and bring my girlfriend down and held me a table so i didn't have to wait on line again.
- 5/5
Had a great time at the pool and lazy river, Bar was so fun
- 4/5
Overall good but my bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower when I first walked in like they forgot to clean it. The bedsheets - which are usually super soft when I've stayed in the past were tough and scratchy. I had to sleep on the comforter itself and just wrap it around me. Most of the bikes in the gym were broken with no pedals to use. Otherwise everything was wonderful.
- 5/5
I liked the pool and activities.
- 3/5
I loved the lazy river n pool areas. I love the fact that theres an adult quiet pool although they had a dj that day n music was so loud that the people who wanted quiet at the quiet pool could hear the dj still blasting tunes. The rooms are a bit dated. And the showers still have shower curtains which i think is unsanitary. Also we had 2 rooms booked and the carpets in the rooms were soaking wet to the point that when i tried to lift my foot with my sandals i couldnt lift because i got stuck. We couldnt wear socks in the room because our socks would immediately get wet. We didnt complain or ask for another room because we stayed for only one night and were out most of the day. I used to love it here when the quiet pool was really a quiet pool but rooms and pool area especially quiet spa is deteriorating.
- 5/5
I had a great experience while I was there. The view was incredible from my room. The front desk staff and housekeepers were all amazing!
