This place is really great. The staff are super nice and friendly. Our room was super clean, really quiet, and had a comfy bed with fresh, nice-smelling sheets. Breakfast was delicious and delightful. Parking costs extra, but it's secure. I totally recommend staying here.

This was my third stay. I enjoy this hotel. Quiet, extremely clean and well managed, friendly staff, good location for my needs, great value, good breakfast, always a pleasure.

We’ve stayed there multiple times and it’s always been good. But this last time when pulling out of the parking lot, they had rebar sticking up on the parking bumper that tore off half of our bumper. They seemed less than concerned

I was there for a medical procedure across the street at Orlando Health Medical Center. I was not able to enjoy your complementary breakfast but my husband did and said it was wonderful. Well maintained property with friendly & courteous staffed. I was disappointed that the breakfast consisted of the typical Hilton chain food. I.e. pre-packaged cheese omelets & smoked maple link sausage. The offering is not up to par with the property.

Our stay was great.

The room is a basic old standard hotel room. Old carpet. Old bedding. Old furniture. Only thing going for it is that you can connect your Netflix to the TV. Luckily only had to stay 5 hours before going across the street for surgery. The hospital was so much more clean.

Our brief overnight stay was sufficient. I had an outpatient surgery scheduled very early and to be that close to the medical center was so convenient. The only regret I had was in having to pay $20 for parking at the hotel after paying a premium price for a room.

Great room. Left a key downstairs for someone coming a few hours behind me, and the process was easy and the staff was very friendly. I even left a pillow behind, they shipped it back and took care of it like it was their own. I’ll be back to stay here again!!! Thank you.

Amazing choice. Second time at that location. My room was beautiful. It’s quiet and bed was cozy. In proximity to a lot of great restaurants and places to go such as downtown Orlando. Breakfast was also good. The team was friendly and accommodating.

Hotel was located in a nice area with gated parking on property. Fast check in and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Key cards access elevators, rooms and doors to pool and outside. Rooms nicely decorated and beds are comfortable. Full breakfast was a home run! We will return again if in the downtown area.

It was convenient to the Kia Center, which is why we stayed, but otherwise we did not like the location.

Also I think it is unnecessary to charge $18 for parking, since your rooms are expensive to begin with. Also to charge $75 for a pet is crazy. I will be looking for another Hotel next time we travel.

It smells really good and they have a lot of amenities like free coffee at any time of day and fruit individually wrapped. Very impressed. The only thing that was weird is there was no safe in the room

The Hampton Inn had a nice atmosphere. The hotel workers were very personable and polite. The room on the 6th Floor was very spacious and had a nice bathroom/shower. The amenities were nice to have but weather didn’t permit a lot of usage.

Nice place to stay. I booked this hotel because I was under the impression that it had a free shuttle to Amway Center . Read the description given on hotels . Com. Too far to walk.

This hotel was very nice. The only thing is that the additional parking fee should have been disclosed at booking and not check in. Also my block out curtains did not close all the way when it was time to sleep. A person sensitive to light like me may make the nights rest a little less comfortable. But everything else was excellent.

This hotel had a great price and is close to Downton Orlando. We wanted to be close to the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts because we were going to see Harry Potter in concert. It was about a mile walk there and back so it was perfect. The room was nice and clean and had perfect curtains that don't let a lot of light in. They also have breakfast in the morning which did the job.

William ( i believe in maintenance) made our stay. the first day he saw me struggling with all the luggage. he stopped what he was doing, came over to help. every time i saw him, he asked how our stay was and if we needed anything. when we left he came and helped take the luggage out.

I have stayed at many hampton properties but this one was by far the dirtiest hotel I have seen. There many situations where I found myself grossed out. One of which was where i passed a dead Palmetto/ Cockroach on the floor on my way to my room. I had to pass it again in the morning on my way to the breakfast buffet which was very off putting. The coffee urns in the lobby were stained and had calcium like white chunks on the spout which made me not want to use them. I will choose another hotel in the future.

This location is one block from Oregon Regional Medical Center. The parking lot has easy access with ample spaces. Front desk staff is consistently cheerful and professional. Free breakfast is served until 10am with plenty of options including waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, fruit, oatmeal, muffins, toast, cereal, coffee, juices, yogurt and more. Beds are comfortable. There aren't good restaurant options within close walking distance. (There is a bar in the Marriott close by, but that is a one and done option since their barfood and cocktails were poor to mediocre.)

Check in was quick & friendly. Hotel is located about a block from ORMC so its easily walkable. I had a 6am procedure scheduled so this beat having to get up early and drive 40 miles!

I was more than surprised that I had to pay almost $20 to park and it was not in the price of the hotel on your site. My bathroom had pink mold growing on the shower head and black mold growing around the handicap bar, the beds were hard as rocks and the pillows were so soft you needed 6 just to get to the size of a regular pillow. The breakfast was watery eggs, only strawberry yogurt (I am allergic to strawberries ), stale cereal and the sausage patties were burnt on one side and under cooked on the other. I have always stayed at Hampton Inn in the past, but was shocked by this one. I will not be back and cannot say a single positive thing about it I am sorry to say.

Good choices to eat for breakfast, compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at with free breakfast… Food did run out… myself and another guest had to reach out to have them make more food. The pool was small and average but doable. Not the best scenery of buildings surrounding the hotel but its convenient and close to downtown. Not happy about paying for $18 per day for parking, and per car…. When checking out, the lady at the desk did not ask how my stay was. I told her I’m checking out and my room number.. and she only replied with an ok. Other than those minor things, I would definitely stay at this location again… my main concern is the cleanliness and how well the hotel is up to date and their the good breakfast!! Overall I’m satisfied.

Thank you for a restful night at the Hampton while my wife stayed overnight at ORMC. It was appreciated to be able to walk to the hotel from the hospital. Breakfast is exactly what I needed.

The breakfast options included many varieties of hot and cold food choices. You use your room key card to access the elevator and the parking making the stay safe for the guests.

The staff was extremely cordial and responsive.

We had difficulty checking in. Our reservation could not be found. I could never quite figure out if it was Expedia or a training issue with the front desk. Once that anxiety passed, our stay went well. It was me and my young adult daughter. We felt safe. The included breakfast was very good. The room seemed clean, other than the dusty bathroom shelves where the towels were and the steam from the shower revealed a dusty and sticky floor. I would likely stay again.

Needed a place close to Orlando Regional Medical Center. Was perfect for walking there and back to the hotel.

Spacious room. Everything was so clean and new

Nice room, but toilet leaked after flushing, had to put towel on floor

However, the air conditioner sounded like helicopters closing in and in addition the very uncomfortable bed-led to a sleepless night. I hope you plan on updatingthe beds.

Front desk staff was excellent and there was a convenient shuttle service over to the hospital that was exceptional. Thank you for the hospitality!

Room was perfect. Bed, bath, shower all five stars. Problem was only one working elevator and one set of stairs was blocked off.

We liked this motel as it was walkable from the Orlando Amtrak depot. Wonderful place to stay near medical facilities. Buffet breakfast was a plus.

we stayed with our Granddaughters volleyball team. The hotel was quiet and clean

I enjoyed the peacefulness and cleanliness of the hotel during my stay. Complimentary breakfast was good. And the different options of restaurants within walking distance were great. Staff was king, welcoming, courteous and accommodating.
