The property was nice and clean staff always nice no matter the time of day and food was hot and fresh !

The suite with two queen beds and pull-up couch was great!

Location, very clean, comfortable. Noisy Air Conditioning , had to have it on but fan was super loud, enough to wake you up! Some noise from corridor, kids running up and down the long corridors also guests arriving or departing at 3AM, you clearly heard them talking and doors slamming!

Don’t be hyped by the name Hilton no charge per vehicle per day. The bed is hard as a rock like not even having a bed on there in first place I could tell the room wasn’t even clean because there was change on the floor underneath the covers at the bottom of the bed, there was something on the toilet seat.

The sofa bed was hot as a rock. It felt like there was no mattress at all. It felt like you were sleeping on springs they refused to do anything for me. They told me that a manager was gonna speak to me the next morning never did called corporate. They told me they were gonna take care of it. Make sure somebody gave me a call. Nothing ever happened. Don’t waste your time. Don’t be fooled by the name Hilton.

The hotel is quiet and comfortable. The only issue was the TV picture seemed to be going out, but we really weren’t in the room much, so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was very nice and we will stay here again.

The shuttle bus is a disaster, it arrived on time but was as dangerous as it gets. The bus literally had parts falling off and every jump made me feel like I was going to fall out of the seat.

Miss sold this hotel. Was described as a queen suite with two bedrooms. This hotel has no care in customer service. They are not helpful at all. completely disappointed overall.

Nice quiet area and very clean. Parking lot is small in my opinion and as leaving from my stay, homeless people sleeping out front of facility. Elevator needs to be looked at. Did not feel safe on either one of them. Shook very bad and seamed like it wanted to stall out.

I got locked out of my room and got offered a down grade room that wasn’t comfortable at all so I booked another hotel and went there at 1 something in the morning. Plus I couldn’t get my tablet out of the first room until the following day when maintenance came

I asked to review camera footage, DENCLINED. Asked to speak to a manager, there was always a run around. There in at this time and I would call and oh no they did not make it. Call tommrow. For 2 weeks straight. LIES after LIES. Then, I mention to them when I checked in the room, we remove all linens, we discovered blood stains that have been there a while, and I asked for a change. They ended up charging me for it because upon there policies they do not do housekeeping everyday. MIND YOU this is me discovering it CHECKING IN DAY! Horrible! All around DO NOT STAY HERE.

We were trying to sleep between 10pm and 12am and people were slamming doors and we called hotel staff to see if they could get them to stop and they said that they would. We kept hearing the slamming doors and nothing was done about it. The next morning we kept hearing the slamming doors and finally we asked the hotel manager if we could get an extra night for our inconvenience and they refused. We also asked for a refund from that night that we were not able to sleep and they refused again. I don’t plan on staying back at that location ever again.

Breakfast was awful. The beds are as hard as a table. I will never stay at a Hampton Inn again. I could barely walk when I got out of bed the next morning. Felt like the mattress were 50 years old.

Great location, very close to Sea World. Shuttle service was available to both SeaWorld and Aquatica. Breakfast was pretty good, offering a variety of hot and cold items. The hotel and the room were clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if visiting those parks.

The room itself was $115 they made me pay $75 for my dog which was non-refundable and we were only in that room for 7 hours just to sleep

Room was very small and dingy and dark. Not too much lighting. Left bed was horrible. Sinking in the middle of the bed. Had to go to front staff and tell them that maintenance hasn’t stopped at all to give us new towels or change the trash after 2 days.

Only downside of hotel was the musty smell in the room. For the price range, the hotel met all needs and nice to have breakfast and coffee included in rare. Easy access to parking lot and elevators to rooms.

The bed was facing the window with no black out curtains to pull to block the light in the morning. The fabric skirt around the bed was torn. The pillows were small pillows on a king size bed. The mattress and pillows were not comfortable at all. The bath was clean and there was plenty of hot water.

We had a very early morning arrival and we were kindly offered a later checkout time due to this. Our flight layover was 22 hours and next flight was not until 10:30 pm that night, and hotel stored our luggage for us so we could visit an area attraction without our baggage. Room refrigerator did not have a freezer compartment to keep an ice pack frozen which we needed to keep medication for special needs twins cold during our flights. Front desk at least put the ice pack in the refrigerator for the day after we checked out of the room. Also wished we could have enjoyed the breakfast, but we missed it sleeping in due to our early morning arrival.

The room was clean and the hallway was pretty quiet. On Friday, we slept at 11:00 pm and woke up at 8:45 for breakfast. And we slept fine. Breakfast was good. On Saturday morning we had omelette à with onions and peppers and chicken sausage. There was hard boiled eggs and oatmeal. You could also make small and large waffles on the waffle maker and it had a whipped cream, maple syrup, chocolate chips, and chocolate and a caramel sauces. There was white bread and white bagels to toast. There were muffins too. Also, there were 3 types of cereals, yogurt and oranges and green apples. There was a juice machine and milk. It was 26 degrees Fahrenheit, so we didn’t go to the pool. The gym had weights, treadmills, and bike machines, along with those heavy weighted balls. We had a wonderful time. We went to Seaworld and it was so close. And behind the property there is a 7-éleven. We will definitely come back.

Our curtains didn’t close all the way it was a bit odd. The blackout curtains didn’t pull all the way to the middle so we have to clip them closed with a hair clip

Overall great stay. Room was clean. Staff was available. Breakfast was good and had a lot of options. Convenient location. Housekeeping didn’t restock the body wash. And the hot water smelled like rotten eggs. The showers were hard to turn the water off and not drip.

My room was very clean and front door check in was great

The overall room is clean, staff was amazing, friendly and courteous. Beds were comfy and clean. Breakfast was very good. Check in and check out process was smooth. My only issue with the room was the carpets, they were outdated and no matter how much they get cleaned by the staff. Once you walk on them bare feet it will make a bit of dirt on your feet. The water taste very heavy with metal taste. But overall I will stay again if I come

The hotel is EXCELLENT! The staff and facility received 4 starts due to my last night in the hotel. My toilet was clogged after 11pm. The front desk clerk advised I come down to get a plunger, come down to use the bathroom on the first floor, while stating he has no other room availability and he was working alone. He assured me he would put the bathroom on the maintenance list for the next morning. I asked him what good would that do if I was checking out the next day and he expects me to come down in the lobby to use the bathroom throughout the night. Mind you there are two other ladies with me. I go down to the lobby after not coming to a resolution and lo and behold I am greeted by “another staff” actively working. However he stated he was alone. When I told him who I was he proceeds to go to the back and there is not a plunger. He tells me “maybe” it’s on the 2nd floor, I will meet you at your room. About 10 minutes he does come with a plunger and happily states, it’s fixed now and I will leave the plunger. I am a loyal Hilton rewards member and always give my honest feedback, so this propriety is wonderful, however this staff experience was not. He lied, there was another staff member working, he insinuated it made sense for me to come to the lobby to use the bathroom throughout he night, the disgusting plunger he left in the bathroom. Never turned around to sanitize the toilet after. I would definitely stay again, but improve maintenance protocols.

This facility is spotless and very modern. About a 15 minute walk from the Seaworld entrance which was good since we did not have a car with us. 7-11 a second from the entrance to the hotel in case you want to pick up some snacks. The breakfast was great—all the usual Hampton Inn classics such as waffle maker waffles, the yogurts,the breads, plus some hot dishes. Took an Uber to the Brightline at Orlando Airport to return to South Florida, not too steep a price either.

We pre-paid for a 2 Queen Bed Suite and when we arrived, we were sent to a 2 Queen Bed Standard. I showed the receptionist the receipt and said they do not have any. We were provided the King Suite and a roll away bed in a take it or leave it scenario. So we took it. The room was OK.

Everything was good, except for check in. We arrived at 2 pm for check in and the front desk would not allow us to pre-register. He just told us to come back after 3 PM when the rooms were ready. I ended up checking in through the app instead, so that our room would be waiting for us after leaving the theme park later that evening.

Rooms are nice cozy, the only thing I would add is more light to the rooms. And for breakfast more variety of fresh fruits, the only had green apples.

Everybting was great. Maybe some instructions for parking, trucks parking in two spots although the spots were large, maybe no parking of trucks where they can back up over the sidewalks preventing passage between their trailer hitches and the building. Other than that everything was great.

Continental breakfast was OK but a kind of crowded. Maybe extended timing for breakfast would be needed. We were able to use the laundry service, it worked pretty well.

I was on the 4th floor. I asked the staff if he was able to move me because I am claustrophobic and was unable to use the elevator. He said yes at first and then said there was nothing he can do. I took the stairs everyday being tired from going places. It said at the counter 100% guaranteed satisfaction and I was not satisfied. I am an Hilton member and never have this issue

This is a nice hotel but it shows its age. AC had to be at lowest setting for fan to come on. Water was like warm and you couldn’t get show or tub to run independently. They had to run at the same time.

I love this Hampton Inn…I’ve stayed at others in the Orlando area and this one is consistently clean and the staff are so friendly! They all seem to really care about the guests. The only thing I don’t like is paying for parking…but it’s still worth it! The rooms are so clean!

Was very impressed with a great variety of foods to choose from with their free breakfast. Also, the price was very fair and everything seemed very well maintained.

The room was clean and in good repair. Not much of a TV channel selection. The included breakfast has a wide variety of choices.

(2) I had points that discounted this hotel. There's a bonefish grill andt 7-Eleven next door. Very near I4 too. Hotel is refurbished and the King room is spacious. Bathroom nicely remodeled. No issues with the room. Carpot in main area and LVynal in the foyer and bathroom. It even had extra USB ports. Smart 40" Samsung TV and AC worked great. Only saw 2 staff on the entire property which was the front desk youngnman and breakfast bar worker. Both were serious and did their job efficiently. No frills but no complaints. Fromt desk associates always behind the wall. Breakfast was eggs and sausage woth fruits yogurts waffles oatmeal and cereals. Everything seems very tight budgeted at thos hotel. Boiled eggs were extra small and could not peel. Threw them in the trash. Coffe was luke warm and house blend tasted weak and almost burnt. Threw the coffee in the trash...Apple and yogurt were a 10! The Staybridge suites and Hilton garden are nearby for about the same price and they don't charge $12 a day for parking. Many of the Google responses from the Hampton Inn management say the parking fee is to ensure safety on the property. When you have two staff members only visible on the weekend and one doesn't speak English and the other is behind the wall that doesn't seem very safe to me. Anybody could walk through the front door and go onto the elevator. Overall the hotel was acceptable

Hats off to David, who tracked down a sleep mask I thought was lost (it was not, as I just did not see it due to a black on black situation!) Unlike the Hilton Garden, there was no charge for breakfast. (Not gourmet, but adequate - eggs and sausage, cereal, yogurt, hardboiled eggs, bagels, etc.) DO bring a sleep mask, as the black out curtains do not fully close due to the placement of the air conditioner. Conveniently located near Sea World (wh I d NOT like due to the life of the animals, but many DO)

The fact that I had to pay $12 per day for parking at the hotel during my duration there. this was a first that I have experience at any Hampton-INN.

The room that was provided initially was smelling bad and there were leakage caused due to AC on the carpet. An alternate room was provided after this problem was brought to the front desk

Check-In was easy and the guy was super super nice. We only stayed one night. The room was very clean and so was the hotel. The bed was comfy and it's not the hotel's fault but the lady next to us was up coughing for many, many hours throughout the night/early morning. Unfortunately we had no choice but to be up with her because it was so loud. I believe it's because we had an adjoining room but they weren't with us. So if you go I guess suggest to not have adjoining rooms. I will definitely sleep at that hotel again. Just make sure I don't have the adjoining room

Great stay for a last-minute overnight in Orlando. So convenient to visit all Sea World parks, beautiful room, clean and comfortable.

Walking distance from sea world.

We booked last minute and got a great rate for a big room to fit six people. It was in a great area and not far from my daughter’s doctor appointment the next morning. The room looked to be pretty clean, but then I found a big dirty sock in the room that was left from guests before us. I feel like they need to do better when cleaning the rooms but I didn’t make a big deal about it.

There was a live roach in our bed. I told the front desk and I was told I would be given enough points to more than “comp” my room, I was given enough points to only cover half the cost of the room. We have stayed at this hotel many times over the past few years, but clearly the standards have changed. There are too many options in this area to risk bringing home “guests “ in your luggage. AVOID HAMPTON INN AT SEAWORLD!!!

My family and i enjoyed our trip! We loved how close we were to sea world. Breakfast is always satisfying.

There was a small issue with our room and my allergies and he couldn't have been more helpful. The biggest issue was the elevator bell, was constant starting about 6am, not sure if there was an issue or if that many people were riding the elevator. But overall a good value, clean, nice linens, towels, etc. Would start again.

The accommodation was good. While we only stayed one night, the room was neatly clean and it had all the things we needed to sleep comfortably but best of all, the breakfast was great! That was the best!

Loved the hotel, but I didn't read anything about a $70 charge for having a dog. The site said pet friendly and when I got there the desk clerk said there was a $70 charge for my dog. Never had that at any Hampton/Hilton we stayed at. My dog is very clean and well behaved. We didn't leave any mess for anyone to clean. That was the only disappointing complaint we have. Appreciate a credit to my account or point out where it says that on the hotel site.

The beds were not comfortable at all I woke up with back and body pains. On our second night there was a roach crawling on my nightstand next to my bed. And then when we told the front service person they asked for a picture to proof it . Well in the trash cuz it was killed with a napkin. I just found that unbelievable cuz I’m not gonna take a pic . My first instinct is to kill it . And then I was nerves to sleep just in case another came out. The breakfast was ok but for the pork sausages was not patties but that what it was labeled as .

Shower head and bathtub was very old and dirty. And so much noise from outside.

The property was good but the elevators didn't work. They also charged for parking in this property in Orlando... This is the first time ever I had to pay parking in any hotel I've stayed in Orlando. The property manager was not in a very good mood which I can understand. At the end the hotel removed the $12 parking fee for the elevator inconvenience.

Guests, including ourselves, waited in line for over 20 minutes to use the waffle station, only to reach the front and find the batter container empty. Despite breakfast being scheduled to end at 9:00 AM, staff began closing the doors and turning guests away without allowing them to gather food or beverages. When asked, they also refused to refill the waffle batter, even though there were still guests waiting in line who had not yet been served. This level of disregard for guest experience is concerning and reflects poorly on the hotel’s customer service. I hope this issue can be addressed to ensure a more respectful and accommodating environment for future guests

Breakfast very goo and very nice variety of food. Also everything was impeccable and organized. Front desk super friendly and helpful every time. We have a thunderstorm, and because of this we didn't have elevators, however wasn't that bad for us. The only "not good at all" was the pool. My kids used, and was very dirty....

The floor was so damp tried to get a different room they couldn’t accommodate it! The parking was charged $12 per day which is crazy, the last time we stayed it was not charged.

The girl at the front desk was not very helpful. Ive stayed at so many hampton inn and i got here 1 hour before check in shw charged me $20 more. So 20 for 1 hr early check in and $12 for parking. Ive never been charged for 1 hr early check-in. All she said was ur room is ready but it's $20 more ive never heard of that ever i travel all over for work. Then ive called so many times to get late check out and to see what time breakfast is and no one answered the phone

What I didn't like was the musty smell of the AC and the carpet didn't feel clean. The water from the tap and showered smelled and tasted burnt. It definitely was not pleasant. The bed was very soft and uncomfortable for my liking. I'm sure others would've been fine with it. To be honest, I couldn't wait to check out of the hotel. Just not comfortable enough for me.

The hotel was very quiet and had a nice breakfast buffet (hot items, fresh fruit, juice, etc.). Housekeeping is every other day. There were plenty of television channels and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool area was small and there weren't many restaurants around.

The room was nice, the bed had broken springs.

This was perfect for our SeaWorld and Discovery Cove vacation. Literally 3 minutes, made it easy to get there and back. The studio suite gave us a little extra room, the kids enjoyed the extra space. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast was good. It's a shame that all of the hotels in Orlando squeeze you for extra $$ for parking. It's not like the lots were full either. They all do it, so they all get away with it.

My family arrived in Orlando much earlier than expected. I requested with the front desk for early check in. I was willing to pay as it was not previously arranged. The hotel did not have a room available at the time, but she offered to let us use the pool until our room became available. Two hours later, 3 hours early, I received a text letting us know our room was ready. No charge either!

The check in process was fine, however, the room air conditioner and fan didn't work. We were given a different room that was ok. The coffee machine wasn't clean in the new room. We were charged for parking in the hotel parking lot, something I have never paid for at a Hampton Inn before. The breakfast area was chaotic and coffee ran out and not refilled during the time we were eating. We have usually been pleased with our stays at the Hampton Inns we've been to. This one has a lot of opportunity for improvement.

This hotel is fantastic! The breakfast buffet was great with many options. It was a quiet location with quick highway access. SeaWorld is almost walking distance (the hotel provides a shuttle) and Disney is less than 20 minutes by car. The bed was comfortable, the whole room was very clean and actually smelled pleasant upon entry. The room set up was great and spacious! The pool was clean and refreshing! Probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! I will definitely stay here again in the future!

We normally stay at the Residence Inn nearby, but it was $100 more this weekend, so I decided to gamble. Our room appeared a little older, but well cared for and spacious. The location was perfect, right behind one of our favorite restaurants, Bonefish Grill. Breakfast was included and options were acceptable, better than continental and the are was very clean and stocked - a job well done by the two ladies working. Could get hectic if going during busy hours as the buffet area and dining area are on the smaller side. Would definitely recommend to those considering a budget option without sacrificing much!

There was no body wash bottle in the washroom, and when I asked the front desk I was given vague responses and no one willing to drop off the alternatives provided to the room. I had to make trips downstairs to the front desk for retrieving the soap bars. Location was quiet, so not sure why there was a overnight parking fee since it was quite far from the major destinations.

Please note that this hotel does NOT take cash upon arrival. When I booked with Expedia it stipulated that we could pay at the hotel. Great! The exchange rates sucks so got money to be able to pay cash to save a few dollars. So that would be the negative of the hotel. Parking is NOT free. The breakfast opens at 6 to 9 no later...
