Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Secure and plentiful parking. Breakfast was pretty good. Pool was a little dirty (I still swam in it) and gym only had dumbbells and cardio machines. Could’ve used some mats and other equipment. Great stay overall.

The premises around build looks very good the build also looks well maintained. The apartment carpet looked a little dirty nothing serious, bathroom looked very good an mainteined. Elevators were both working but during my stay one broken and as I had one two days stay and national holiday included I don't have way to say how long took to get it fixed.

Everything was wonderful, however, we noticed pool was closed.

Moved to multiple rooms with maintenance issues....HVAC, plumbing etc. Breakfast was mediocre. Not a very well-maintained property.

Exactly what one expects at a Hampton Inn.

At breakfast, the staff was not attentive to what needed to be restocked once items ran out. Both days, I saw different guests having to tell them to refill food that was already gone. I would not recommend this place.

My husband is Diabetic and couldn't eat due to this. Breakfast is one of the main reasons we stay at Hampton Inns! As it was, this Hampton Inn was out of our way, but we chose it because it was a Hampton. We will never stay here again and are considering never staying at another one!

The staff were nice, the hotel was clean, breakfast and the little fitness center were decent.

Convenient to restaurants and Wekiwa State park, but pool chairs are not that comfortable and had to go out to buy French vanilla creamer. Not everyone likes only cream or sugar. Bathroom sink faucet is in very awkward position, floors were very dirty as our socks showed us. Air conditioner very noisy. Rm 420

PM. He got it fixed in about 10 minutes. And the fire alarm went off at 4 am. We had walked an art festival allday and needed sleep.

Comfortable beds and courteous staff. Good coffee. Housekeeping was uneven — forgot to clean bathtub, didn’t leave enough towels. Front desk was not always manned.

Eggs on Thursday very runny. Housekeeping terrible. Dirty soap dishes Empty soap, and lotion containers. Staff in room daily and never emptied the trash cans. Is that not a part of their responsibility or are guests not supposed to throw items in the trash cans???

The property was easy to get to from Wekiwa springs. The beds were super super comfortable the hotel smelled clean, service was great! Mel at the front desk was phenomenal. We will definitely be back.

The room was not clean. There were grease marks of the Wooden furniture, something nasty on the main big glass Mirror and I found hairs in the bathroom floors. All these were enough to gross me.

There were people grilling in the parking lot after dark and people loitering around their cars. There were several men standing sing the parking lot. I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. Will never stay there again. The street did not seem to care

The hotel was great, in spite of a problem with the shower. The shower water went from cold to excruciatingly hot, even for me since I like hot showers. But overall it was a great trip. Ali was very knowledgeable about the local attractions and springs.

Which might be my only gripe with my stay it has nothing to do with the hotel itself I guess, but while I was staying there, I had the option of booking the exact same stay cheaper mind you not far and alot nicer hotel that had visible outdoor lodging for guests I believe it was the hilton garden inn or something

The breakfast was not good. There were no meats, only powdered eggs and lots of cheap carbs. The breakfast was cheap, super-cheap. We won't return bc of the cheap breakfast. They also pressure-washed all day one of the days we were there, so it was loud most of the day. However, the staff was very nice!

The rooms looked nothing like the online pictures. You are using eco bulbs with a cool white light which made the decor look ugly. This does not look like the bulbs with a warm yellow light in the pictures which looked good . The gym lacked equipment, the pool was unheated. It looked less inpressive on the inside than it did on the outside . There was no heating in the room, and i was cold

It was a pet friendly hotel. Our room smelled stuffy and old. Me and my boys got sick with allergies do to smell of dog in room. Them bed sheets smelled old and stuffy.

They need a safe in the rooms. The second day of our stay, they didn't make the bed very well, the towels were not arranged properly, and they didn't leave any coffee. The last day was much better.

Staff were so helpful, friendly and made it a very comfortable place to stay. Breakfast was good and plenty. I would be very happy to stay there again when i visit. Thank you Staff :)

Excellent bathroom and shower in ADA room, but lighting in bedroom was inadequate and a shade was inoperable and preventing allowing natural light from showing through window. Excellent free breakfast.

We stayed one night in handicapped room as husband had surgery next day. Great room but need more large towels in room ( only 2 and no floor mat) as my husband had to take 2 showers as well as I had to shower. We had to use one of towels for the floor as nothing to step onto from handicap shower. No one answered front desk phone when I called about 11 pm. Otherwise great stay!

Room was nice, hotel was a little expensive for the location. Breakfast was not good. Very few offerings. Also the showers have glass doors, which were designed for a short person. I had to duck to get in and out of the shower.

Staff seamed friendly to start, but after 2 weeks they still have not returned $150 temporary room deposit. When called they are unhelpful and are unwilling to even send an email confirmation for my bank. I cannot even get a hold of management.

I waited for over 20 minutes to check in I finally went next door to the other Hotel and they called and finally got somebody when I came back the guy didn't even apologize

Was great …..due to hurricane they didn’t charge us for our pets which was such a good thing with everything already going on . I would definitely stay here again.

The manager is not a person, he is a scoundrel, my airline canceled my flight because of the hurricane and he did not want to change the days

The hotel was very clean and inviting. I would suggest to upgrade for the suite, the rooms are huge! The breakfast is what you would expect as a typical free continental breakfast, not my thing but it looked decent for a quick bite on the go. Would stay here again, close to the springs which is why we chose it!

Frank who checked me in was awesome! Very friendly and gave me great restaurant advice! The man who checked me out wasn’t pleasant at all and didn’t seem to care when I complained about the smell of marijuana in the hall way of the second floor!

Liked everything except they have no cookies on Fridays & Saturday jijiji. The staff is very friendly, hotel is very clean, air conditioner was excellent, the breakfast was very convenient and good. The lady taking care of the breakfast area was very helpful. Thank you!

Had an amazing stay!

We stayed here to be close to Kelly Park Rock Springs. It was an easy drive there. We booked a studio with two queens. It was a very large room. Bed were not as comfortable as i remember Hampton in. Needs being, but that may be because it’s now a Hilton hotel. Took a while to get extra towels, over 24 hrs. Thankfully we didn’t need them until the next day after the springs. They do clean the room every day.. but failed to replace use towels like the floor mat after shower. Overall a nice breakfast and close to springs.

Their pool pool was under construction, but it wasn’t a problem because we use the pool which was just a few steps away Next Door. We will definitely be returning
