Beds were comfortable and clean, free airport shuttle was great, the front desk area REAKED of air fresheners which where overwhelming so it was impossible to spend any time there. Breakfast area was clean and the food was good. I wasn’t expecting a charge on my card- $15 for parking. Personally I think that’s insane to pay for parking at a hotel. The shuttle from the airport is free, why shouldn’t parking be free too? Gave the staff three stars for not evening telling me there would be a parking charge. Overall - good one night stay.

Couldn't beat the location. Proximity to the Airport was great, and appreciated restaurants were within a short walk from the hotel. We also would like to commend the breakfast team. they knocked it out of the park!! Just an observations. The carpet was looking a little tired on the 8th floor. But otherwise we were very pleased with our stay. I think the price was a little steep....but I pay for a Hampton because you guys are consistent!!

Had a last minute stay as our flight was cancelled, and this property was very convenient to the MCO Airport but also wonderful for a quick stay! Even had a free shuttle back to the airport early in the morning! Very clean and perfect for what we needed that night. We received free waters as well since we are Hilton Honors members. This was good overnight for travel. Very close to the airport. Rooms are clean and spacious. Didn’t like having to pay $15 for parking. This is not disclosed on the app. We would stay here if parking was free.

I did not enjoy my stay here, it was very disappointing. At night, ants would begin walking on the night tables, in the bathroom, and throughout the room. When I let the front desk know, they simply said “they would let them know.” The chair in the room was burnt. The sink in the room was cracked. I was also charged for parking, even though I did not park there and I told them that. I even gave the parking pass back and they told me I would not be charged, and yet I still was. I do not have plans to stay here again, as upkeep and cleanliness is not maintained and the staff is not helpful and does not tell the truth.

Hampton Inn was very welcoming and helpful. This was our second visit here and would stay again when in the area again.

I stayed in room 103 it was pretty clean stains on the wall bed was hard water got hot. It has a big hole under the door so any bugs can come in the room. The staff really helped tht i dont like elevators so they put me on the 1st floor. Being close to the airport so the planes didn't bother me. Breakfast was ok. It was this one staff member w a very rude nasty attitude. I think her name was Victoria. Real skinny medium height young lady. She was there this morning of May 24 2026 at the front desk close to the hall way.

Stay was ok. Left make up bag and they wanted to charge me over $130.00 UPS to return it. I went and bought all new stuff for much less than that.

Nice comfortable clean hotel with free shuttle to and from airport. When we landed in Orlando we just had to make a quick call and shuttle was there in less than 10 minutes. Lovely friendly driver. Booked shuttle back to airport for the next day to pick up rental car. Great hotel. No issues and would stay again.

Good stay - we happened to stay when the carpets were being cleaned - which is good, but a little noisy and inconvenient in the hallways. But great breakfast, and no hesitation to stay here again.

The airport shuttle was very convenient to get to the hotel, and to get back to the airport to catch the transport to our Disney Cruise.

I came in from Metro Detroit and stayed a day. Everything was great even the transportation service to pick me up from the hotel and take me to the Port for my cruise. However, there was a slight miscommunication. I was informed. The service to take me to the Cruise was included as well. But, I had to pay $30 which I was told that was separate. Overall my experience was good. I enjoyed my stay.

This hotel was very clean, room was spacious, had coffee in the lobby in the evening and morning (so nice!) a small fitness center that was well equipped and pool and shuttle service to the airport. It was exactly what we needed for a night before catching our early morning flight. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed wine on patio but unfortunately had to deal with heavy smells of smoke from cigarrettes, cigars which caused sevrral people to return inside. Perhaps a more isolated area for smokers! Disappointed to have to pay for parking.

This will be our fourth time staying there. Great value for the price, amazing room with the legendary Hampton Inn comfortable bed, and the best option so far for a family of 6! Highly recommended.

Plane was delayed. Got in later than planned. Tried to get a drink- sorry bar just closed. Got a bottle of water- it was warm. Needed distilled water for cpap machine- sorry we don’t have that. You will have to go somewhere to get that. Took their shuttle to hotel. Not allowed liquid on plane. I was not paying an uber to drive me around to who knows where at that time of night to see if something open and they carry distilled water! Also, could not pull heavy curtains together over thin white curtains. Sun and light bursting into room very early with bed facing the window!

The rooms are definitely older. The bathroom is out of date and looks cringing around the bathtub especially the fan in the bathroom was really loud and quiet hours were not enforced. Staff was polite and helpful. The shuttle to the airport is a big reason why I stayed there and will stay there again.

The room and property had not been upgraded since the 1970's. No couch or lounge chair. Only 3 small lamps in the main room - felt like a dungeon. Had to go into the bath room to read a book. No USB ports - period. Could not charge anything. No wall coverings. Made the room feel very sterile. No clock. Window had not been cleaned for long time. Bar was a joke. Breakfast was good.

I went on a mini trip with my son for spring break and we absolutely loved it. Our room and everywhere in the hotel was so clean and they were on top of mopping the floors everywhere we walked. The breakfast was wonderful and had a large variety, we were full until lunchtime every single day. The pool was well maintained and we took advantage of swimming every day we were there. Definitely making this hotel my go-to when we visit Florida again.

The breakfast staff was amazing but the menu was ehh.. the potatoes could have been better, and I felt the oatmeal was pretty watery. The eggs were great though. Also the hard boiled eggs didn't look super fresh.

It is a lovely hotel. The rooms are clean and well appointed. And SO easy to get to and from the airport! My only complaint was we had a very early flight and our room was overlooking the outdoor pool - lots of kids. But otherwise I would definitely recommend!

I told them my concern of being allergic to cats and dogs so they wanted to make sure that I was comfortable! Try sent house cleaning up to go through the room thoroughly cleaning one more time to make sure it was clean of any animal dander. When I got in my room, it was clean freshly smelling and I had a wonderful sleep! They went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable! Now that’s a caring hotel.

Everything and everyone were great. Big thumbs up to Valarie, bartender who told us about the discounts at nearby restaurants when you show your room card. She made great cocktails also!

This is a nice place to stay near the airport in Orlando. It’s definitely a nice feature to be able to walk to several good restaurants as well.

We were disappointed to be surprised with a $15 parking fee that we didn't know about. If we had we would have stayed at the Hampton Inn across the street which doesn't charge for parking.

We stayed here for a few hours during an overnight layover to Mexico. It was a last minute decision that we didn’t regret one moment! Shuttle service got us to from airport and rooms were very cozy! Plus the area had so much surrounding if u needed a snack or a meal. Also complimentary coffee and tea in lobby. Would stay again!!!!

Room was entered into by staff while we had the do not disturb sign on the door, this was discussed with one of the front desk women who said they would be giving me points as an apology, which never came through. It wasnt until the next day when I went to take my medication that I realized it was missing. The room also had a cigarette smell to it and a vibratore under the bed. For staff that doesnt clean very thoroughly, they seem to like going into rooms and taking stuff.

$15.00 to park, we were never informed about this charge until we arrived? We will consider this the next time we book. Don’t make your guest pay for parking because non- guests are using your parking for the airport. Solve the issue with the those who are not paying a high price for a room.

Front desk staff was very friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom included amenities such as hand soap, hand lotion, and body wash. The included breakfast was sufficient. Hotel is in close proximity to area restaurants so you are able to walk to them in a short amount of time.

Next door room guest had their alarm clock go off at 5:00 AM and it was on snooze for every ten minutes thereafter until I finally got up at around 6:00 when the fire alarm in the hotel went off and we had to get out of the room and downstairs and outdoors. Fire Dept sent people who wondered around the kitchen and finally left but it kind of ruined the stay. We grabbed the shuttle to the airport at 7:00 and not at 7:30 as planned. I did not even check out. You took my credit card for incidentals but we had none.

Our stay was excellent from the booking process through checkout. We had a short overnight stay and found this hotel last minute & convenient to the airport. The check in process was very easy and the front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful which we very much appreciated at the end of a long day. The complimentary shuttle to the airport was very convenient. The room was very comfortable and clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Orlando.

I was contacted by the manager who was kind enough to put me in a higher leveled room. I had to pack up all my things just to get some rest. It was very frustrating. In my opinion they should put people higher up if they plan on hosting big events like this. I was told the ball would end around 12am. I should have received a refund for the trouble.

The hotel with average but comfortable. It was a bit noisy coming from the adjoining room. Breakfast is average and unfortunately, you weren’t able to serve yourself.

I was not happy with the check-in personnel at Gateway Village. We arrived early and was told that there were no rooms available, but we would be called when a room was available. We checked back later and was again told we would be called. We never received a call.

We checked in late after midnight arriving from a late flight, and Irma was very patient working alone checking guests in and responding to shuttle requests. She kept her composure and was very friendly during our check in process. The next evening when we checked into our next destination, our daughter discovered she had left her childhood teddy bear in the room. We called the front reception, and Irma was very kind to check the lost and found, and placed the teddy bear aside for us to claim when we returned to stay for a few more nights during our trip. We really appreciated her follow thru and kindness. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms, and consistent breakfast service during our stay. One thing we realized during our multiple night stays was that airplane noise was more prominent on the 7th floor, compared to the lower 4th and 2nd floors.

Front desk staff was not as polite and cordial as other properties and showed little empathy when I mentioned that my room did not have a microwave oven like I am used to having at similar properties. Hotel environment and room were decent, and staff was courteous and helpful. It was an overnight stay and breakfast was great. Airport shuttle was easily accessible although you have to call for it so you should have the hotel telephone number handy.

Room was clean, staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and breakfast was delicious! Only thing I would say is that the shower was VERY slippery and if we had not been in an accessible room with safety bars, I likely would have fallen. But overall a nice, clean hotel and an excellent stay!

The location was great and we felt safe taking our daily walks. There were many great places to eat within walking distance. We stayed 4 nights. The staff were friendly and helpful every day. The drinks & bar tenders at the bar were great each evening. Everything was clean everywhere. We didn't use the pool. We would definitely stay again.

When I arrived, the building looked nice and inviting. The young woman at the front desk treated me with courtesy and handled my check-in with professionalism. My room was on the fifth floor. As soon as I stepped off the elevator, I noticed a strong odor coming from the carpet. The hallway did not smell fresh. My room had an odor as well. The shower curtain in the bathroom smelled like mildew, and that raised concerns for me.

Room was ready early so they let us check in.. Near many restaurants and we can use hotel card for discounts. Free breakfast and shuttle to airport in which was only 10 minutes or less away. Only thing I wish they had a hot tub and pool was outside.

When I booked Dexia free parking, they charged my credit card an unknown amount without any prior notice. After several phone calls, a very kind woman finally told me the charge was for parking. It's not just the charge itself, but the fact that they didn't mention it when I made the reservation, nor at check-in or check-out. I found it incredibly inconsiderate.

It was deally wonderful and I feel like the front desk staff and the housekeeping staff worked hard tongetvus checked in as early as possible! But the aur conditioning ubit in our room was so terribly loud it really ruined our sleep! We were in room 603.

The only thing that would have made it nicer was to have breakfast at 5:30 am travelers going the airport early could grab a bite to eat. A bumpy start to our stay in that we couldn't find the free shuttle to the hotel. Then, when we arrived, the front desk staff was challenging to deal with. First, the system was down so we had to sit and wait to check in. Then, once back up, the staff raced through the check in with more commands than helpful information or insights.

I loved the little things in the room. We stayed in a suite for our family of 5 and it was very spacious. I loved that there was a roll of paper towels and a night light in the room. As I mother, I usually pack things like that but I didn’t, and I so appreciated them being in the room already. Also, the breakfast was delicious. I loved that there was fresh chives sprinkled on the eggs.

Great 1 night stay after our flight back to the UK was cancelled. Lovely pool area with lounges, great American breakfast. Big comfortable beds and nice toiletries. Such a huge choice of places to eat or takeaway all walkable. Also a lovely park for kids a 15 minute walk away.

We were only there one night before travelling to our holiday resort the next day. We landed late after a long 9 hr flight and arrived at the hotel around 10pm very tired. It was a quick friendly check in and then to bed. The room was very spacious, clean and welcoming. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Free breakfast was adequate. We would highly recommend this airport hotel and would definitely stay here again.

I checked in during a downpour. The person who checked me in was so kind. They allowed me to leave my car for a very affordable rate so I can shuttle to the airport. I enjoyed a delicious mixed drink at the bar and slept great in the very comfortable room and bed. I love Hampton Inns!!
