The breakfast was very good and the items changed daily. The room was clean. The only downfall of our stay was the shuttle which only operated at 7:10 AM and the return time was earlier than the park closures. In addition, there were no direct shuttles to Epcot. So we had to park at Epcot and Animal Kingdom, each time costing $35.00.

This hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was good with great hours. Close to the parks we were visiting. We were very comfortable during our six-day stay and would definitely stay here again.

I liked the amenities and the breakfast they always serve every morning. So this if the first time I have ever had a charging issue at this hotel, and it has completely messed me up with my own funds. So I am little hesitant with staying here again. Even though I have chosen to stay at this location a lot

They use a 3rd party shuttle. That wasn't as good. They only pick up/drop off at specific times from certain locations (Disney and Universal), and they were late several times and at one point didn’t have a pick up for us, so shuttled us to a different location and was confusing.

The room was very clean! They cleaned our room every day that we were there, which was a nice surprise. The staff was friendly and even sent our daughter a birthday gift which I thought was sweet. The breakfast was not fresh. Cons: you do pay for parking although hotels.com does not specify that nor did they tell us this when we checked in. My husband and I got ill off of the waffle batter. I know it was the waffles because we both ate them and our children did not. The bananas were also old.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and it's on the shuttle route. The breakfast was very nice especially the Mickey Mouse waffles, and there was plenty of parking, although there is a small fee.

Property was your typical Hampton Inn, very clean and well maintained. Amenities are okay, but I was just there for a clean room and it delivered. Location is quiet, but still in the middle of everything.

If you have reservations at Disney springs , DO NOT TAKE THE SHUTTLE !! I was very disappointed in this option . The hotel failed to tell us it stops at 15 other hotels , before getting us to Disney springs. We left the hotel at 5:15 pm . Disney springs is 8 minutes away from the hotel. But we didn’t get to Disney springs till 6:05 pm. They failed to tell everyone that got picked up about this. When someone asked the driver how many more stops , he ignored her .

The room was clean and well maintained, a little smaller than a typical Hampton room. Hot breakfast selection was okay, just the basics and small selection. I did not utilize the pool, gym or resort shuttle so I can’t comment on that. My only complain is the digital key not working and coming in well after check in time. The key let me in the building but not my room.

Excellent stay at this hotel! Rooms are standard but clean. Having an outdoor pool and hot tub was very nice. The breakfast was decent and the all day coffee/tea was appreciated. The location of this hotel is excellent with a very short drive to many different theme parks, water parks, shopping and restaurants!!

Room was spotless and comfortable. Staff was friendly and did their job well. Comfortable bed. Bathroom needed at least one “hook” to hang a towel or robe etc and a little more counter space would be good. Buffet breakfast was very good and staff kept up with all the guests extremely well.

The only downsides from what was a good hotel; The room was well kept, however there was no blackout curtain or blind, and this is annoying if you need a dark room to sleep. The food selection was more limited at breakfast and in their on-site store than many other hotels. No bacon, beans, or sausages for us Brits.

Room was very clean. The front desk receptionist Jeanne was amazing at checking us in and answering any questions that we had. The only reason there are four stars instead of five is because the fire alarm went off twice during our stay.

The location was perfect for us with an easy, close drive for both Disney Springs and MCO international airport. We only spent one night here at the end of our Disney world vacation, but would most definitely use this facility again. Wonderful job , thank you!

There were some issues though. We got into our room and there was no TV remote. I had to reach out 2 times and wait over an hour and a half for someone to come. We were treated like we had stolen it or something but finally got one. The air conditioner was super loud and would rattle all night. The elevator down button was broken and would work sporadically. We will look for other places to stay in the future.

Every time I can, I stay with them. It's close to the parks, you can have a good breakfast before leaving in the morning, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. The price is good. I have nothing to complain about.

Horrible and disrespectful staff. Charged a ridiculous amount of parking. Especially for it being an empty lot. Housekeeping only came when they felt like it. Never again.

Do NOT stay here if you're going to Disney World. Their listed amenities are a lie. They do not offer free parking, parking is $7 a night. Their shuttle service is literally the worst we've ever experienced. The earliest shuttle doesnt even leave the hotel to go to the parks till 935am. Coming back is even worse. They have one shuttle that goes back to the hotel at 415pm and not another till 1030pm. Their breakfast was disappointing for the brand. The only thing this place has going for it is the housekeeping.

This hotel is amazing the room was clean and check in very easy. Not to takeaway from the positive experience but...the lady who ran the park ticket desk was very unprofessional. We had issues finding the address to epcot. We asked her assistance and she said don't you have a phone. We asked again and she said let me see your app. She really seemed put out as if we interrupted her lazy time.

I travelled with my husband and daughter; we always enjoy staying at any Hampton inn. Just like the others, this one had the same clean facilities, friendly staff and safe space. We stayed here for our Disney trip which is about a 10-15 mins drive away from the parks. Will definitely stay here again

Our one night stay was great! The rooms were clean spacious and newly renovated. The staff were nice and very welcoming. We had a complementary breakfast which was very good with a variety of choices to choose from. The only thing is that on the website it say no parking fee but it definitely was a parking fee on check in. It was noted in the front lobby but hopefully they get that updated soon online. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Booked at this hotel for free breakfast and free parking- upon check in there is a sign at the front desk that says they just started doing a $7 per day parking fee, although when booking online it showed free parking. Breakfast was sort of a mess, no line, no structure, people just walking up in front of you. Unfortunately when we arrived there appeared to be work being done in the main lobby and some of the rooms so it just wasn’t what we expected. People were also very loud in the pool past 11:30pm. The room itself was clean and the location was convenient but that’s about it.

Staff were fantastic, going above and beyond. Nice breakfast. Everything else was good except for the advertised "shuttle service" to Disney parks. There's a single shuttle in the forenoon and one in the afternoon/evening, at sort of random times, not even conveniently timed for park opening/closing. Useless for us (and I imagine for many guests).

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the attention to detail — from the complimentary toiletries to the fast Wi-Fi. The location was convenient, with great restaurants and attractions nearby. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This is a lovely hotel that is centrally located and ideal for Disney. It can be difficult to navigate to Disney, due to the major intersection; but that is not the hotel's fault. The breakfast is delicious!

The property itself was fine as far as cleanliness and the staff was great. Unfortunately, I never felt safe or comfortable at this hotel. You could hear everything happening in the hall at all hours. People were loud and let their kids run up and down the hall yelling both early in the morning and late at night. On two nights of our stay, we had someone attempt to open the door to get into our room at around midnight. I thought it was probably an honest mistake the first night, but then it happened again the next night. I chose this hotel for the high ratings, but would not stay again.

The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was excellent with many options, and all the staff was super-professional, welcoming, and really went out of their way to make our stay great. A shut out to Maria M. at the lobby for her helpfulness. Will definitely come back next time in Orlando.

3rd time here, always a pleasant stay

It was very clean and quiet. Staff were welcoming. Free parking on site and free continental breakfast.

Terrible WiFi.

My kids love the Mickey waffles every morning as well as the eggs and sausage. The coffee bar was very convenient too.

There was a weird smell from the rooms. The water had a weird smell and taste

This is a wonderful property! The rooms were clean and well appointed. Breakfast is bountiful with lots of great options. Also has plenty of seating. All the staff greeted us with a smile. Excellent location.

We chose this hotel for my husband while he had business in ORL. He had a wonderful stay. It was quiet, and he was able to rest easy at night. The staff was friendly and welcoming!

Love this hotel… this was our 3rd visit and won’t be our last. Staff on the front desk were welcoming and very polite… hotel is spotlessly clean…. And breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice.

From the check in with Tiffany that was super amazing and the breakfast staff Itzel and Lupe and the rest of staff that help around if i had any questions I will recommend this facility to all my family and friends thanks 😊

The staff was great here! So nice and helpful. We got daily messages checking-in to make sure we were enjoying our stay and if we needed anything. Breakfast was standard, pleased with the options and appreciated the daily free coffee. Would recommend this place as it’s conveniently located near Disney Parks and reasonable to Universal!

NORMAL HOTEL STAY. WALLS VERY THIN BUT CLEAN AND GREAT LOOCATION TO FOOD AND SHOPPING.

It was in a nice area close to Disney Springs and other restaurants. The hotel breakfast had a good selection and the room was quiet. We would definitely stay again

Great place to stay!!!

This is my 3rd time staying at the Hampton Inn Orlando/Lake Buena Vista property. SASHANE at the front desk is so nice and she makes you feel so welcome and right at home. The hotel is immaculate and so clean...spotless room, spotless shower/bathroom...property is so well maintained. The complimentary breakfast is outstanding. It's wonderful too that they do not charge for parking. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn - 5 Stars!!!!

The front desk staff were terrific and very friendly. Nice amenities, local to everything Orlando has to offer. 20-30 min drive to Disney but Universal was closer. Good restaurant/ shopping options near by. I would stay again.

Front desk = great guest setvice. Room was clean althea i really didn't need SIX Pillows. N i doubt they can do anything about it but i had to move the chair to the other side of the bed to be able to watch the tv. Breakfast was Good. Be nice if they could add Bacon 🙄

If I could give the staff 6/5 stars I would. Veronica and Baraa were both great for the length of my stay. Veronica even helped me with late checkout due to my flight being later in the afternoon. Everything was great!

Breakfast was good. We stayed for 6 days and still liked breakfast on the last morning.
