Upon checking in the front desk agent received us with a smile and welcoming aura. The hotels lobby was clean, well maintained and plenty of seating during our stay. The hotel rooms were as the picture on-line and on description. Complementary breakfast included scrambled eggs, pork sausage, breakfast potatoes, waffle, yogurt, assorted cereal, fresh bananas, oranges, coffee and juice (apple & oranges). We did not use the pool so unable to comment. 24hr Dennys walking distance, and convenient store. They offered airport shuttle and for a fee shuttle service to cruise port. Would recommend!!

The breakfast is 6-9 which is great for early flights. I believe there is a shuttle at the top of every hour to the airport as well. The beds were extremely creaky. When my 45lb child shifted their weight the bed would creak so much. There is a $10 parking fee for using the parking lot.

We have never stayed in a hotel where we couldn't stay in the room assigned because of the horrible smell of bleach. Our room was changed and the smell wasn't as bad but the sheets still smelled of bleach. So because of that, I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

Bathroom tiny. Toilet very low. Have to strand to the side to close the door because there is only about 4” of clearance from the toilet to the door. Vanity clears the door by 1/4 inch.

Called hotel upon arrival at Orlando International airport and they sent the shuttle over for me. Scheduled it back to airport upon check in. Room was ready upon arrival. Staff were excellent, friendly and efficient. Nice Denny’s just across the street. Breakfast was basic but ample choices. Coffee available all the time, but no cookies. This was my second stay before a cruise departing from Cape Canaveral. Already booked another stay this summer. Thank you!

Airport shuttle took some time around 45 min wait but once we got to the hotel it was fast and in the room. They were great and understanding including extending our stay last minute due to huge Spirit Airlines shutdown less then an hour before our flight. Let us keep our room even after check out and just renewed our keys. Stressful day made a bit easier.

Very dirty and looked very dreary and unappealing, since reservations were made only 60minutes prior to arrival , I requested at the front desk to cancel (spoke with Katie) she mentioned there is a cancellation fee and would ask her manager (Indie) and said since reservation was made so recent they would cancel with no penalty. To my surprise they never cancelled and deny ever speaking with anyone asked me to prove I was there, I mentioned my uber and shuttle service to which they said they have great memories and didn’t recall and would never agree to dismiss the charge, they said it’s up to Expedia . Expedia was more than compensating and offered a refund if Hampton Inn agreed to which the Hampton Inn manager refused and was ver rude about it . Regardless my husband and I had a very nice stay at the Hyatt Regency Orlando airport instead. Would not recommend due to the terrible customer service as well as this being a low quality hotel

Do not rely on this hotels airport shuttle. They specifically booked me a time for myself and my family including my 2 small children and 2 elderly parents. Clearly they had overbooked the shuttle and we were left faced with the decision to leave my elderly parents or us and our small kids back as they "did not have room for us." We had to scramble and get an Uber at 4 in the morning, after the shuttle was 15 minutes late, and barely made our flight

However, we experienced an issue with the bathroom, as there was a continuous dripping sound that persisted throughout our stay. Although maintenance was called and attempts were made to fix it, the issue was not fully resolved, and we were not offered a room change. Aside from this inconvenience, everything else was satisfactory. With improved attention to maintenance concerns, the experience could have been even better.

Facility is old and in need of renovation. Garbage receptical outside of front door was overflowing and trash was blowing around.I paid almost twice what the current rate was at checkin and manager didn't care.(Even charged me an extra $10.00 for parking. Breakfast area was too small and seating was unavailable. Food was not hot, we left and walked to a nearby Dennys.

The staff were wonderful.. The front desk staff were delightful; smiling and helpful. The van driver, Brandon, is an excellent driver. I noticed that Brandon took his job very seriously; checking his rear and side mirrors frequently and keeping his eyes on the road. As he helped us with our heavy bags at the airport we asked him about how long he had been a driver. We had a short but wonderful conversation with him. We felt fortunate to have met such an exceptional human being. Breakfast was OK, not great. The food was very basic.

But, the neighboring hotel accomdated us & we swam in their pool! Overall, it was a great stay & would recommend it to others looking for shuttle service to/from the airport & vicinity to the attractions & good breakfast to get your day started. Also, the coffee was delicious!! That was a huge perk!

We left before breakfast so I can’t speak to that. The room was clean and the pillows were fluffy. I haven’t stayed in the area before so maybe it’s typical, but I was shocked and annoyed at the $10 parking fee—per night! We only needed one night to be close to the airport. I wanted to pick a location with good reviews. I didn’t see the fine print. They advertise free shuttle to the airport, probably being paid for by the antiquated parking fees. I will go elsewhere next time. There are ten hotels within the two block radius. It’s a matter of principle.

Asked for a prepackaged item and was told “no.” Will stay elsewhere next time.

My party was experiencing unforeseeable issues and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodate and did everything in their power to help us. We got there well before our check in time and they let us use the pool while we waited. It was much appreciated.

However, there was no facility to warm milk, and the single toaster for all guests, accommodating only four slices of bread, presented a significant bottleneck. For long term stay, I would not recommend.

My stay was great. No problems with my stay. My room was clean and peaceful, transportation was great. I didn’t get to have breakfast because I left so early. The hotel was good. The only problem I have was an extra charge for my room when it was prepaid. I was able to get a refund but no real answer to why it happened in the first place. My stay was good otherwise.

We came in as a group for a cruise the next day and only needed to stay for the night but the whole process was easy and smooth! Will definitely be back!

The airport transportation provided by William was excellent, as was the condition of the room and the breakfast buffet.

To be fair, the staff was great. No fault of theirs, but the power was out and they could not help anyone. I could not check in, people with digital keys with dead phones could not access their rooms. The property needs to have a back up plan for a coud based system with power outages.

I specifically booked this hotel because they advertise 24 hour shuttle. Knowing my kids would be exhausted landing after 12 AM I even called to verify and was assured that the shuttle would pick us up, just call when we arrive at the pickup. Well I called several times and waited on hold for 27 minutes just to give up and get an Uber anyways. The room was tidy and clean, what you would expect. Breakfast was gross but also what you would expect. Had I known they in fact DON'T run a 24 hour shuttle I would have booked elsewhere.

I requested a handicap room through a third-party Hotels.com and when we got to the hotel, there was no handicap room and none available the next morning. I went down to the front desk to request a handicap room and the woman was very friendly and helped me change rooms with no problems. Very nice staff. It was clean, but it was old, could use some updating modernizing.

Angel at the front desk was fast and friendly getting us checked in. Hotel is well kept and is close to a lot if restaurants and shops.

Parking costs an additional 10! Shower head did not work right and did not move. Toilet was really low to the floor. Elevators were slow. No bacon and coffee was sometimes cold.

This Hampton Inn has become of one of or "go-to" hotels when in Orlando. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and the airport. We have always been pleased with our room and find the staff to be excellent. If I had a complaint, it would be about having to pay for parking my car while staying there.

They have shampoo and conditioner that actually works. We were able to go to our room early no extra charge. Beds are a bit hard. Got picked up from the airport easily and dropped off right where we needed. Only complaint I have is they only bring you to the airport on the hour. Working frig. No where to sit in the room like a couch. Nice outdoor pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Hampton Inn’s always have the best variety for breakfast. Their rooms are always clean and beds are comfortable. This one was great for our very short stay.

We only stayed one night on our way to the airport, but the staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and welcoming.

the staff was the BEST part of this property...Oscar our shuttle driver was kind, patient and very efficient. Katie at the front desk went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed and Indy was the best and always goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I would totally stay here again!

Very clean and quiet. Great budget friendly hotel less than 10 mins from the airport terminals. Would certainly stay here again if needing to be near the airport.

Staff was friendly. When I checked in which very late the lady behind the counter was not uniformed so didn’t come across like an employee. Lobby was nice bit the elevator was runned down and not clean. Paint and minor floor fixes can go along way.

Housekeeping or Maintenance workers kept 2 loud floor blowers on blowing carpet in halls all night till morning day. Shuttle forgot about 12 o clock appointment while being on property, had to remind front desk to notify driver..mini fridge was loud, told front desk they told Maintenance but no one ever came . $7 for a water is ridiculous

Clean room. Very close to airport. It was a 5-min drive for an early flight. It worked out great!

Friendly staff. Room sufficient, a bit outdated. We waited 50 minutes for the airport shuttle but that was due to traffic around the airport. It was fine for a quick 1 night stay.

Michael checked us in and he’s very friendly & helpful. The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants, bars and some shopping. There is also a liquor store across the street. The room we had was on the 4th floor and was clean. They have coffee & tea 24hrs and the breakfast wasn’t bad it’s your typical hotel buffet breakfast. Enjoyed our 1 night stay before our cruise. I would choose this hotel again.

Problem with paper thin walls and a family that yelled all night and then woke us up this morning. Wife saw a big roach last night in our bedroom; guess that explains why we saw a maintenance guy that with bottle of Raid earlier in the elevator.

Was s good stay, but limited restaurants in the area

Everything was good. My only issues were 1) I don't understand having to pay for parking. I am parking myself and on some occassions far away. Why do I have to pay for that? 2) The bed sheets were scratchy and not soft at all.

We stayed here after a late night flight, and going to Disney the next day. What a bargain! Really nice hotel with good staff. Good breakfast buffet. And the free shuttle from the airport made it so we only had to pay Lyft from hotel to Disney next morning. Would stay here again!

For the money we paid it was not worth. It was very basic hotel if u r not spending much time in hotel . We were charged for parking, $15 per day. Only advantage its about 8 min to airport and few restaurants are close by walking distance. Property is old. Breakfast was ok but timings are 6 to 9am, its should be at list 10am and it get crowded between 8-9am

The shuttle was prompt to pick us up but I did not like that the return to airport shuttle only runs every hour.

Took 2 hours to bring out pool towels after requesting one

We needed a room for an overnight stay until we beaded out to Disney the next day. There are several restaurant's nearby, all within a 10 minute walk of the hotel. There's a convenience store (overpriced!) across the street for a snack or water if needed. Room was comfortable and clean. Desk staff was pleasant. Breakfast needs more organizing for a smoother flow when refills are needed, but it was something to put on your stomach, no complaints. I woukd stay bere again.

We stayed overnight pre- and post cruise and plan on definitely staying there again! Katie at the front desk is awesome! She helped with check-in and out - and it was a breeze. She also arranged our shuttle back to the airport. The hotel’s location is convenient (free hotel shuttle and they’re less than 10 minutes from the airport), great amenities (pool, gym, and complementary breakfast), nearby food options (awesome Cuban food truck across the street among other restaurants like Agave Azul, Bonefish, Denny’s, Cracker Barrel, and bbq restaurant, etc.). Definitely staying there again when visiting Orlando.

It's close to the airport, but the upkeep is spotty.

Only complaint is when you book a family of 4 and you are only provided 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths. Didn't think to check until morning and was to late to check with front desk. They know this ahead of time very inconvenient to my family.
