Unfortunately they gave us a room where condensation was building up on the tile near the bathroom causing a slippery area. I had to throw towels on the tile to absorb the condensation building on the tile. I advised the staff and they immediately moved me to another room. This hotel clearly needs renovations, the rooms are stale along with the rest of the property. If I would have known that this property was in this type of condition I would have made reservations elsewhere. Hampton Inn has always been my favorite hotel to stay in, but on occasion I've come across a few which were in deplorable condition. The TVs are not smart which doesn't allow for connections to NETFLIX, etc. Again, this particular hotel does not meet my minimal standards. Staff on the other hand were responsive and cordial, no qualms there.

The hotel was clean, the front desk staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. The only unpleasant part of our stay was the woman working in the breakfast area. She constantly got in guests’ way and came across as unfriendly and passive-aggressive. It seemed as though she did not enjoy her job, which negatively affected the overall atmosphere during breakfast. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of hot food, fruit, yogurt, waffles, pastries, coffee, and more. Free parking and an amazing location — only about 3 minutes from Universal. The only small concern was finding a Johnson & Johnson powder sticker near one of the mattresses, which made me question if all bedding had been fully refreshed. Also, some areas could use minor updates. Overall, great value, excellent service, and we would stay again.

It wasn’t anything spectacular but if your looking for a close hotel with a decent hot breakfast that offers shuttle to islands of adventure / studios this one ticks all the boxes.

This hotel must be the oldest Hampton inn. Not clean.

one out of two elevators was OUT OF SERVICE for all 4 nights of our stay, not sure if it was on purpose to save some cost or they couldn't get anyone to repair the same. it caused a long wait time as our room was on 5th floor. breakfast was decent, but repetitive, only change in variety was in waffle which we loved. they could work on shuttle pick up time from universal theme parks, currently its 8.15pm, could be more like 9.15 or 9.30 pm.

The pool looked kinda gross, the shower wasn’t very clean, and the water pressure was terrible. Did not enjoy the location of the room being right outside the elevator, as I could barely sleep due to noise level

My stay at the Hampton Inn in Orlando was overall very pleasant. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and everything met my expectations. I would like to suggest an improvement for guest safety. During my stay, I slipped and fell in the bathtub, as there was no anti-slip mat. Adding a non-slip mat or surface in the tub would greatly help prevent accidents and make the stay even safer for guests.

The hotel was ok. A little more run down than I expected but it was good enough for a few days.

The breakfast was fresh but the workers were all around you waiting to remove it, even before 10am. You definitely didn't feel comfortable getting your food because they were right behind you ready to get rid of it. The eggs and sausage were taken back with food still in it, I would think you would want your guests to eat it instead of throwing away all of that food. Even if it was past 10.

Bed was especially comfy and cozy. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Exactly what I expect from a Hampton Inn— I choose them often because you know what you’re going to get. A nice stay!

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only complaint we really had was the noise. Rooms are not very soundproof. You could hear everything going on in the halls, above you and outside.

I love staying at a Hampton Inn & suites. This was the first time I used the shuttle and I don’t think I’ll ever go back. The bed was comfortable which is very important for me. The breakfast had many options and very filling. They also had a little mart that was useful when you come back from the parks and want a quick snack or even microwaveable meal. They were accommodating with the toiletries. The rooms were clean and fairly up to date. I had a great experience. The staff was wonderful!

Pros: The staff was pleasant, free basic breakfast, and the checkin/out was efficient.

Ice machine right next to our room was constantly dumping ice and you could hear the compressor running through the night. The ice machine is in elevator lobby beside room.

We spent the weekend of Easter 2026. The hotel was nice and the staff was pleasant, the rooms and the overall stay was superb!!

The hotel is close to the water park, and the front desk was very helpful to give us advice to take uber to citywalk rather than driving there. We saved about $20. There are a lot of restautants around. Our room was clean and quiet.

Very close to Universal Studios, which they offer a free shuttle to with pickup. Breakfast was very good with a great variety of food options. Rooms were clean and spacious. My only complaint was our check in. We got there early, 1:30 pm and check in is 3:00. They said about a half hour. At 2:00 no room and they said another 30 minutes. Checked again at 2:30 and was told the room still not ready, try back in 30 minutes. At 3:00 which was the normal check in time, they again said the room was not ready. It was about 10 minutes later we were told the room was ready. Other than that we had a great time. I checked and they had no options for getting to Disney World which would have been nice to have.

If you value your sleep, stay away from this hotel. The night attendant, Kristina, is no good. When we checked in late after a 4 hour delayed flight, she put us in a room right next to the elevator and ice machine. We were so tired we didn't have the energy to move. Another evening we received a wake-up call at 3:30 in the morning from the front desk but they called the wrong room. The breakfast is good and the breakfast women were really sweet. The cleaning ladies did their job. The only nights we had issues were when Kristina was at the front desk, or Finn was on her nametag. Never staying there again.

Definitely an old refurbished hotel renamed and rebranded to attract those that actually want a nice newer type Hotel. Rusty metal in the rooms, broken things, refitted things that aren’t really refitted well, old outdated, tiling and decor.

I was put in an adjoining room on the 2nd floor and directly across from the elevator. I complained and they said that it shouldn't be a problem and that was all they could do. I know that it is a request but I do not feel like they gave any attention to my requests. I was traveling alone on a work trip and request for safety and environment needed for work. 2 of the days I was there, the wifi was down for most of the afternoon/evening and also all of the morning/afternoon. It was challenging because I had work schedule needs for internet. The hallways were loud with guests and the noise was so loud through the shared door in my room. Yet another reason why I requested to not have adding room. On my final night, the talking through the walls and the noise from the TV was so loud that I had to call the front desk. It was 2am. I will have to think twice in the future about staying at a Hampton Inn and definitely never stay at this location again.

This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had in any hotel. We were checking out early because we had a 4-hour drive from Orlando to Miami. We went to the dining area at 5:30 a.m. hoping to grab breakfast early. The food was already out, so we served ourselves and sat down to eat. While we were already eating, a server suddenly came out and told us breakfast starts at 6:00 a.m. We explained that we were leaving early, yet instead of handling the situation professionally, she began slamming and aggressively dropping food containers, clearly showing anger and hostility, making us feel extremely uncomfortable. Then the receptionist, Filma, came over to lecture us about the breakfast time. We acknowledged her and nodded respectfully. Moments later — while we were still seated and eating — they turned off all the lights and left us eating in the dark. That was absolutely outrageous and humiliating. I immediately called their attention and told them how incredibly disrespectful that was. At no point did anyone politely ask us to leave and return at 6:00 a.m., which we would have done without hesitation. Instead, they chose the most rude, passive-aggressive, and unprofessional way possible to treat paying guests. I have stayed in hotels in many countries, and this is the first time I have ever been treated with such blatant disrespect. The behavior of the staff was unacceptable, shocking, and completely ruined our stay. Worst customer service ever.

Very close to Universal Studios, easy to find Asian food for sure. Near wallgreens can get necessities easily Pretty old building but everything is very clean. Breakfast area can get pretty busy and full, pretty bard to get table during the holiday season.

I like that free coffee, tea, and hot cocoa were available 24 hours a day. Breakfast was very good. Lobby and room were very clean. Staff was very nice. Convenient free shuttle service to universal once each morning and two scheduled free return trips available. Close enough to Universal that Uber costs little.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in (well, didn’t sleep actually) - we have stayed at many Hampton Inns and the beds are wonderful. It was $180 to lay awake all night, with very limited TV channels available. Very disappointing. The breakfast was great, though. Only positive aspect of our stay.

We didn’t go to Universal so the location was not that convenient. Otherwise it was good. Fitness centre is not worth booking for - only has limited cardio gear in a small room so didn’t use (no weights). Staff on during the evening was rude but others were really helpful

This is a really old hotel and it is run down. The faucet in the tub leaked constantly and the toilet would fill ever few minutes. The blood stain in the sheets really sealed the deal for me

The property was very clean comfortable and good value for the location. Nice having a fridge and microwave. However, if you are going to Universal the shuttle that they advertise only runs once a day from their property to universal and once a day back, it is actually a shuttle that covers the whole area of hotels, so it is very crowded. Not what we expected and we didn’t feel safe

All was well. The bathroom sink was clogged in room 220. We asked for it to be fixed but it did not happen. Staff was extremely helpful with getting me on a flight home. It would have been nice to have a computer in the business center.

I have stayed in a lot of Hilton properties in the Orlando area the last few months and this is definitely one of the best. The things that I look for when I’m staying is a delicious breakfast. This was clean. It was tasty. It was fresh. The staff did an excellent job. There was hot water in the shower some places it’s only mediocre and the elevators were fast. The room was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

I bought stuff at the parks and put them on the counter when we returned and there were ants all over the counters in both next to tv and next to bed. The beds were super hard and uncomfortable and the breakfast they had bacon only one day out of the 5 I was there, they kept offering sausage which is not for everyone, the transportation only comes once in the morning so if you don’t take it your stuck taking an uber and it leaves at 8am yet some parks don’t open till 10, the people were very nice but the room itself was not great and my son went to take a shower and the water would not drain properly.

About 30 mins later they called out at me across the lobby that my room was available, I was happy to hear that and I said, “oh really” with excitement because I was happy to be able to get into the room so quickly. They both started hysterically laughing at me as I was walking up. So immature and unprofessional to laugh at a customer in front of their face. I wish had gotten their names because they were acting like teenagers.

For the price the beds were so hard that sleeping on the floor would be more comfortable. Besides that, our room was infested with ants. We bought some things from universal and put them on the counter, macaroons and fudge, and they were covered in ants when we went to enjoy them. There were also ants all over the bed table. The breakfast was good except they served the same thing everyday and no bacon except for one day. The lady giving out mints was nice. Also no shuttle except for at 8am and it’s packed to the brim with people. Overall the place was a disappointment and I would not stay again.

This was a convenient stay for the universal parks. The rooms are very dated. Showers need to be remolded and tubs removed. Bar soaps should be replaced with liquid soap. Breakfast was your average free meal. Overall decent stay but I’d try somewhere else if returning.

We enjoyed our stay. A plus is the free parking and continental breakfast. It's a good spread too, and it's not just muffins and cereal. There's two waffle makers to make your own, one for a large one and the other makes mini's and they're sooooo good. Super close to Universal and not very far from other parks. If you're looking for quiet and not the hustle and bustle of the overcrowded, noisy resorts, this is the place to stay. We're already looking to book our next stay.

The staff at check in and check out were AMAZING!!!! The room on the other hand was below standards, the second i walked in the room it smelled damp and humid, the ceiling 1-large amount of black mold 2-water damage being covered by paint. I’m going to go with the mold being that the frame around the mirror has weird spots, the bathroom towels were dingy, not white and to top it off there was hair on the bathroom ceiling im assuming from an old cleaning rag. All night there was a loud noise for a couple of seconds that kept waking me up. In the morning, we realized it was coming from the elevator. I didn’t make a fuss because I was there on a quick trip. I basically needed a place to shower, sleep for a few hours, grab some coffee and keep going. I’ve enjoyed plenty of Hampton before and a lot better hotels in the same area.

Room carpet was flooded, had to switch to rooms at 2 am after getting ti the hotel, Christine was very helpful and efficient she was amazing, but the room was a mess and housekeeping was waking up so early in the morning even after we didn’t open the first time and they saw the door was locked they tried another time ,could improve

Rooms were clean, staff were pleasant, however the beds were uncomfortable, the shower head didn’t work properly and noise was easily heard in the rooms. Breakfast was just okay.

Hotel was clean and safe. I will say it looks dated especially in the bathroom in our room. I actually had a piece of the shower head fall on me in the shower. I did tell them about it and they did fix it. However, that piece had black mold or mildew all inside it. The shower head itself looked fine though. You can see in the picture. The worst part of the room was a shower head for sure. My kids even complained about how the shower head put out water. It was just a very bad type of shower head. Hampton Inn, you can do better.

Properly smelled clean from the lobby to the hallways to the room. Scent made me feel good. Rooms was clean and tidy. A little noise from other rooms but I guess that's not something that can be avoided. Breakfast and parking were included. Not too crowded around this time of year.

We traveled as a family. We liked that it was clean, big (wide) beds, close to Universal Studios. I didnt like that it was busy during breakfast so thay there were no sltables available.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My hot water was out and they were at my room 10minutes and had it fixed. Their breakfast is awesome best selection of cooked food and make your own waffles. I wish the TV had a channel guide other wise I will stay there again when I'm in orlando

Room was impecable. The shower gel is so nice and they have the big bottles of toiletries. Beds are super comfy, good sized fridge and ample space to keep snacky snacks. The breakfast was very delicious and varied. Such a convenient location to Universal and Epic. The handicap parking is literally right by the elevators. The price was affordable for a family and nothing was lacking. Next time I go to the parks I won't be shopping around for a hotel. This is ny new hotel. Also there is a lovely lady who comes around and gives everybody mints during breakfast. Those little touches make it spectacular.

Pros: I liked that there's a shuttle to Universal studios. Even if you miss the 8am shuttle, you can always walk over; takes about 25-30 mins walk if you don't stop to admire CityWalk. Shuttle comes back to hotel 5:30 and 8:15pm from CityWalk. There's no shuttle to epic from hotel but you can always take hotel shuttle to CityWalk and take epic shuttle bus. Breakfast is standard: eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes etc. Staff are nice and tries their best to help you. If you don't have a car, there's a few restaurants like 10-15min walk from hotel that's pretty decent. Cons: the sink in our room was slow. Toilet was somewhat slow to flush and when we turned off the shower, you hear lingering dripping water. I mentioned it to front desk and they sent someone to fix it while we were out. But I think they just fixed the sink issue instead. No toothbrush given but I think you can ask front desk for it. (we brought our own toothbrush) The ac in the room was OK. It'll turn on for a few mins and turn off before turning back on randomly. Overall it's a decent place to stay to recharge. We were out mostly for the whole day so we only came back to the hotel to sleep. It's a decent location and I thought it was quiet too.

Just a place to lay our head after Halloween Horror Night. Close to Universal parks. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only compliant was in the morning when I woke up there was tiny little sugar ants crawling on the nightstand by my phone.

This place is about a 30min walk into the parks if you wanted to walk and it’s two straight roads for the most of part on sidewalks and crosswalks. The staff was fantastic! Maria at the front desk was very tentative during our stay. The food options on the breakfast were warm breakfast items that had some cycle items and very good. We felt comfortable in the room. Our only complaint would be the shower liner/curtain but this was a great location close to the parks and dining choices with big parking and seating nearby. Would stay again

I liked that it was near Universal, but the quality of the room need to improved. Better betting sheets, toothpaste, or mouth wash ect. Rooms with two king size bed had small space. The rolling chair was dirty and damaged. The cable service really need a upgrade.

Overall, this place was really nice. However my room had ants and they were in the bathroom and on the beds. And got into my suitcase.

Great option if you are going to Universal, Epic or any other attraction in Orlando. Very well located on International Drive and a 5 minutes drive to the new Epic park. Very clean and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast (included) and very nice staff. Free parking and many restaurants, pharmacies and parks really close to.

Things that need to be considered: A bigger area for breakfast and a separate reception area with quiet seating and no television exhibiting continual depressing world news. Folks are all specifically to enjoy a getaway or family vacation, not carry issues.

I loved the extra blanket in the closet because my room temperature is different from my husband idea room temperature. The breakfast was the absolute BEST BREAKFAST we have ever had hands down!! We also rode the shuttle to and from Universal Studios which made our trip a breeze! Thank you Hampton Inn for making our stay PERFECT!

We stayed for 4 nights, they have a lot of options for breakfast, different kinds of eggs, cereals and more! We liked that they offer shuttle to Universal. Staff was nice and we had a good time during our stay. They have everything you need.

We had the best stay at your hotel. The room was immaculately clean. I did not utilize the outdoor pool area but we did check it out and at 8 am it was already clean and serviced. I believe it was Bella we checked in with, upon arrival. She was pleasant and acknowledged my child. She even got him to try the Hulk roller coaster at Universal. Breakfast service was wonderful and had multiple attendants refilling and cleaning. Love the adorable women who handed out mints. The shuttle to universal was convient in the morning, however very full. We did end up ubering back because we needed the flexible timing. I have recommend this hotel to friends for staying off resort. Added bonus is the delicious french bakery with my much needed fancy coffee just down the street. Thank you for a great stay!
