Staff and amenities provided were great, biggest drawbacks were the bass coming from the pool lounge throughout most of the day and being woken up by doors slamming in the middle of the night. Dinner and Breakfast were great but there were items missing from our breakfast order (ordered room service).

The hotel is centrally located and close to restaurants and lake Eola. Perfect for walking. We will be back.

The TV in our room did not work, the sink had issues, and the bathtub also had problems. I called to report these issues, but when the handyman came, he basically told us there was nothing he could do. Nothing was fixed, and both my wife and I were very upset that our concerns were not taken seriously. To make matters worse, my room card did not work at the bar area. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the bartender escorted me to the front desk in a way that made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable, almost like I had done something wrong. That experience was humiliating and completely unnecessary. This was supposed to be a special anniversary trip for us, but it turned into a very frustrating experience. I am very disappointed with how everything was handled, and next time I will definitely make different arrangements.

One of the biggest highlights is the location. It’s perfectly situated in downtown Orlando and is especially convenient if you’re attending events at nearby venues like the Kia Center or the Dr. Phillips Center—both are an easy and totally walkable distance. Whether you’re in town for business, a show, or just a getaway, this hotel offers comfort, style, and convenience all in one. Highly recommend!

Our go to property when we come to Orlando for performances at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts. Rooms are always clean, nicely appointed and the Front Desk staff is pleasant and helpful.

I wish someone had thought of the pool placement as its on the middle floor and side of the building causing it to lose sun around 2/230pm. Probably my only gripe! Would def stay again.

The building and location are excellent. Comfortable rooms. The restaurant staff is very attentive and kind. Always a pleasant experience.

It was very pretty on the inside land it was clean. The shower was not good. The shower head looked like it had options for type of spray, but the selector didn’t change the pattern at all. I also don’t like forced Valet at $42/night. For a price that high you should at least have another option you could choose from. Room service had very limited options.

My husband is 6’2 and could barely take a shower and it was challenging for myself as well. We’ve stayed at this location previously and have not experienced this so we were very disappointed. For the cost, you should not have to deal with these types of issues. Thank you.

Page tricked me thinking they had parking onsite when they only actually did valet parking. So it was a waste after seeing all the parking garages near the hotel. Very expensive stay.

Then when we finally reached them said they would do their best to accommodate us in lounge if we came early because it’s only first come first serve. . We came early and there was a table perfect to fit our party we sat there ordered drinks and then was told we had to move because that one larger table was reserved ( even though we were told they absolutely would not reserve a table in the lounge . ) They then refused to seat us at different table as they didn’t want to bring chairs over to accommodate our group. At that point, we had no choice but to order food there while some of our party stood because we had a comedy show to get to and would not have time to eat elsewhere. We all felt this was poor customer service if there are rules, they should be for everyone or no one.

It’s the second time I stay here, the location is good, the bar is convenient. I was in 611 next to the gym, and it has a door super close, making it hard to sleep…

Great bartenders Tessa & Chez! They make excellent drinks, very engaging with everyone at the bar and they stayed very calm when they were slammed after a concert with patrons at 10:30pm on Saturday night, bar and tables were full and they did a great job serving everyone.

The property itself was very clean and modern. The area is extremely noisy. Traffic noise kept us up most of the night on both nights. The staff was not on the same level of professionalism as other Autograph hotels.

The decor. The piano. Though as a pianist it was frustrating not to be able to even touch it. Felt a little show-offy. The antithesis of music. Having a pianist at that piano. And having a better chef would be nice. The aioli was watery and not good, and I know aioli. Also, the people tending to our table in the Bohemian were distracted and we had to wait and wait for things. They seemed unmotivated. But we survived, though the cooking and the service were much less classy than the setting. Disjunction.

I am a person who prefers not to use valet and they were not accommodating in this request. Also no room left in the refrigerator for our personal drinks all items where hotels for sale which was frustrating.

The elevators worked. The room was clean. Having been to the Grand Bohemian in Asheville, North Carolina, it was impossible not to compare. At the orlando hotel, I can’t even remember there being any good scent inside the lobby or any public area. The pool bar, which had been the primary reason I chose the hotel in order to relax, sitting in the sun and have a drink while my travel companion was in meetings during the day, was not open on a bright sunny day. Several times my key card malfunction in the elevator and I had to get back out and have them reset my card. Front desk folks just not that courteous.

Stay was great. Staff was friendly and attentive. Will stay here every time I am in downtown Orlando. The bar was great and the spa was amazing.

Valet parking around the back of property… kind of confusing since the front door is by a bus lane. Otherwise gorgeous hotel, clean and spacious rooms. Great staff and 6th floor pool area is hoppin. Very posh and eclectic. Would definitely stay again.

Proximity to Kia Center, coffee on site (Starbucks). Clean mattress that looked new. Comfortable bed. Good space to work remotely. Front desk was friendly. Value for the booking was totally not there. The bathroom in my room looked in serious need of a deep clean; it felt pretty gross and uncomfortable to shower there. Had to check out early due to flight issues and was disappointed they couldn’t do anything to help me recoup some of the lost night because I booked via booking (but ofc if I’d started by asking booking for support, they’d send me to the hotel). I was willing to take the loss anyway because once my concert was done it sunk in that there really isn’t much to do there so I was kinda desperate to leave. I thought I was booking something more upscale so was willing to pay the exorbitant amount for three nights but wow was it absolutely not worth it.

They falsely advertise to be a luxury hotel. I rented a king suite for two nights. The entrance to the hotel is nice but all other amenities are run down. The carpet in my room was gross. My feet were dirty from walking in the room barefoot. Their TVs are old and do not work properly. They did not tell me that my suite was on a banquet floor which had a wedding. It was very loud all day with people yelling and doors slamming. The pool area and bar were unsanitary and the hottub was out of service. The restaurant and bar are allowed to be over a safe capacity for body count. I told the Manager these things and he said he was sorry and to come back another time! LOL! No thank you. Will not be going back to this cruddy hotel. Really a terrible experience.

This property is very clean and hospitable. The beds are comfortable and the rooms spacious. The Kessler bath products are also nice and not overly fragranced. The location is nice and close to downtown venues.

Property was great room was good and clean. Except for Jacuzzi inside room was dirty.

The only unpleasant thing was a "private party" at the pool where the attendees were behaving quite inappropriately (a couple was practically having sex in the pool, other girls were twerking, etc.) and everything could be seen from the rooms. We were leaving the hotel in a bit of a hurry, so we didn't even have time to report the situation.

It’s not all that , rooms are suffocating , spa is just massage rooms no sauna steam room by third party not very friendly, very noisy.

Staff is amazing, and the property is walking distance to plenty of dining options.

It was our second stay here, but it had been many years. We forgot how much street noise there is. Next time, We will try to get a room on the other side of the building. Clean hotel, great food, nice people.

Beautiful and lavish artwork and furniture selections. Friendly staff. Room didn’t have a microwave, but it was provided upon request. My girlfriend mentioned it was her birthday. The room service staff surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a dessert selection without me asking. I gave them a nice tip for this because it really made the morning for us. My girlfriend said she had never felt so pampered or special. It made her cry but in a good way. Beautiful robes, beautiful bathroom, fixtures, very comfortable bedding.
