The staff is absolutely wonderful. They are so very friendly. The prices basically reflect the property maintenance. The building is very outdated. Yeah it is clean and has no bug so we didn't complain too much. He definitely could be cleaner as there are a lot of wear and tear and proof of how old and in need an update is. The air conditioning was terrible. The hallways were way colder than the room we woke up sweaty. It is conveniently located. The hot tub is still in so the pool even though the hours are cut off very early..

Top 3 (or is it bottom 3?) of the worst hotels I have experienced. When I moved the bedside lamp to see if I could find an outlet (no outlet as all were covered by the fixed headboard) my hand was covered with foul grease. I was willing to accept the shady neighborhood, the aged and poorly maintained exterior and overall putrid property as I was just sleeping there for a few hours before a 3 AM airport run, but the greasy lamp was more than I could accept! The woman at the front desk almost acted like she cared when I immediately checked out.

As for cleanliness, there was dust in the bathtub; the shower curtains had holes in them, and the towels were yellow. Regarding the air conditioning, the fan could not be set to run continuously, and the unit lacked a vent to adjust the airflow direction; furthermore, light seeped through the room curtains.

definitely an older property. there was a bug of some sort found in the bathroom twice. bathroom could’ve been cleaner. staff was pleasant, pool was ok (could be cleaner). breakfast was usually over cooked or burnt. didn’t have much to choose from either- but overall a 6.2/10

Hello. I typically don’t really write reviews but this weekend wasn’t the best staying at Garnett. Moment I got there, I unpacked and found a baby roach by the bathroom sink. Baby roaches means a lot more are somewhere but I was busy and didn’t think to much of it until I found another larger roach when I got back to the room after a long day working. Bathroom tub wasn’t up to par. Landscapers cut the grass the first morning right by my window. I understand it needs to be done just inconvenient when I didn’t get much sleep. Overall, I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

The hotel is located about 20 minutes walk away from Florida Mall. There are lots of restaurants and shops within a 20 minute walk from the hotel. From Florida Mall there are great Lynx bus transportation options to other parts of Orlando including the theme parks. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again

This is good for a one nighter near the airport. That's what I booked for. The breakfast is good, full breakfast but the hash browns were raw. The property has had water demande in the past and has dated items mixed with new items in the rooms. Bed comfortable , would stay again as a one nighter to get closer to airport .

We arrived early off the cruise ship aroun 10:30 A.M. There was one other customer but no manager in site So I called out for one and she immediatey shows up with attitude.. To make a long story short, I asked for early check-in willing to pay and was informed there was nothing ready.. We sat there and waited. Finally a male manager emerged and I went through the same with him. and was told if I did not want to stay I could go elswhere. Ihave never heard a manager say that to a customer. Believe me, if I had a car I would have. We were stuck. Air comditioning was fine.It's not like I bothered them the entire day, my husband and I were tired and hungry so went next door to a resturant for a while. I could go on but wanted to leave room to tell them to get rid of the bugs crawling around the bathroom where I had to kill a few. We overheard another couple complaing about the bugs and a broken lock and the managers we a bit short with them too. We finally got checked in at 2:45 after sitting there for hours because no one lifted a finger to get us in sooner. I

The staff on the other side when called, asked to come down and collect from front desk. The breakfast was quite avg. not fruits and limited options. The only option I liked was free and self parking. Location is quite near to market and universal studio parks. ⭐️⭐️

Well I arrived at the place, did my check in,the guys send me to 281 unit second floor, i was walking to my room 281,and start smelling to bad ,very strong ,oldest carpet, very dark and dirty ,stinking to much they had to keep exit door openned .i entry to my room and was a strong smell too , the room is very poor situation, i didn't understand why they have all draws open in the Unit 281 . i fall sleep from 4 to 8pm wake up with headache . Strong smell , when downstairs to complain nobody was there, mabe ask them to change my room? ,.i when out the night came back after 1am to sleep it was to hard to fall sleep with that stronger smelling coming from hall carpet, then i did opened the back door of my room to fresh air gets in , then i fall sleep ,did get up to breakfast at 8:23am . It very simples brackfast .Ceirals ,apples, chocolate, pancakes, Brad, coffe ,powered milk, milk , not bad , brakfast isnot my things, , they must to change that carpet or pay to clean It . I don't recomendo people to stau at section 260 to 281 at the same location i was , i section before was smelling good , and downstairs secotions was like so much better . I dont know why the guy send me to that 281 units or that section ? They must to know it wasn't smell goo ,that smell was from 1 day only it been there from way long time . Sorry for my experience it didnt worthy the money i paid $$.

​The breakfast was just basic cereal, some fruit, and coffee. They have a waffle maker, but I never bothered with it. Even though I saw the maids vacuuming, they clearly skip the details; the baseboards had a quarter-inch of dust on them. ​The room itself was a mess: ​The Bathroom: The metal frame is so rusted it looks like a tetanus shot waiting to happen. To top it off, the toilet just flushes itself every few minutes for no reason. ​Safety: I didn't realize until my last day that my sliding glass door was unlocked the whole time. When I finally looked out there, the back area looks like a homeless camp. ​The Microwave: It’s missing screws out of the top, which is sketchy because that can let radiation leak out. The turntable doesn’t even spin, so it just rattles and burnt my food from the night before. ​The Smell: As soon as I walked in, there was this weird, unpleasant smell. Not a total stink, but definitely not "clean." ​The TV situation is trash. No HBO, no Showtime, nothing premium. They have Spectrum 13 from Tampa for some reason, which makes no sense since we’re on the other side of Florida. Most of the channels are just sports or kids' shows. I spent three nights just flipping through channels because there was absolutely nothing to watch.

It was fine. We just come to sleep and get up early and leave for the park. Can't complain. Everything was clean and it was quiet.

This property was mostly clean but appeared older and run-down. Stains on sheets, musty smell, crumbling bathroom tile, etc. I paid for a queen bed and a sofabed, but the “sofabed” was just a regular chaise sofa, no linens. We did like its location near the Florida Mall. It was OK but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

I realized that my family and I were not staying at the Plaza however I have both positive and negative comments. For the positive first: staff was helpful, the beds were comfortable with fully sealed mattress covers on the beds to prevent bed bugs and the continental breakfast was fine. Now for the negative comments: the place is old, floor tiles missing in the halls, bath tub looked dirty, it had a broken drain and the biggest issue I had was about safety since the side entrance lock was broken and always always open.

I don't know how this hotel has even an average rating. I would not stay here again. Hallways and stairs were dirty. There were stains on the floor in the room. The bathroom was not clean, and there was a used soap stil in the shower. The hallway smelled like wet dog, and the hotel was very run down. One night, there was a person passed out in the middle of the hallway. Breakfast was okay if you want cereal and waffles. The staff wasn't unfriendly, but they weren't very outgoing either. I do not recommend this hotel

My experience was terrible, the bathroom was very old apparently with a bus station bathroom, there was hair in the bathtub and on the bed .. 2 o'clock in the morning the neighbors in the next room started fighting and I couldn't sleep anymore! Breakfast also left something to be desired...

El personal muy amable Pero honestamente fue lo único bueno del lugar… lo demás es deprimente. Sábanas sucias, baños con pelos, instalaciones con moho, el baño no paraba de cargar agua y hacer ruido porque tenía problema, los extractores sucios en fin quería irme corriendo desde que entré a la habitación. La habitación “no fumadores” olía algo extraña y El pasillo olía a marihuana. No, there wasn’t one. The bed was disgusting, it had bugs crawling on it, food in it, stains all over and multiple hairs all over like it hadn’t been washed and was infested. The staff was incredibly rude when I went to them about these issues and offered zero solutions.

That said, for what we paid, it delivered exactly what we’d expect from a budget spot: functional, comfortable basics without frills. If cleanliness and perfect maintenance are top priorities, you might want to look elsewhere, but if you’re after affordable convenience near attractions, this works fine. Would stay again for the right rate—3.5/5 feels about right.

There were tiny bugs on the bathroom sink, the wifi didn't work often, and there wasn't much offered for breakfast - the eggs and sausages were gone when I got there both mornings. Otherwise it was fine.

The locks on the property doors were all busted. In our room we found hair on the shower curtain and moldy Cheetos between the headboard and mattress. The back stairs were so stained and dirty. It just needs some attention and a little cleaning up. Definitely some safety concerns.

I got a look behind the mattress when the pillow slipped down… pretty awful and it clearly never gets cleaned. Lots of roaches in the bathroom ( it is Florida). The sheets and bed were surprisingly comfortable. The road is very loud with the occasional insane car rev.

Looked like someone threw up all over it and was left like that. Ceiling particles had fallen all over the mini fridge and floor surrounding it in the entrance area. Bathroom was very dirty. We left and requested a refund. The Hotel would not give us a refund. Hotels.com is still trying to contact them on our behalf to help us get a refund. It was gross.

Clean rooms, a nice view, and a very convenient location close to Universal, Disney, water parks, and shopping outlets. The front desk staff, especially the older lady, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Even around midnight 1 AM, she assisted us patiently and professionally, making us feel welcome despite the late hour. Five stars for her service and dedication. Breakfast is complimentary, so expectations are reasonable, but having a few more kid-friendly options would be a nice improvement.

The property was a walkable distance to fast food and a few restaurants. The pool and outdoor area were nice with good seating options. Clean towels and comfortable bed. We arrived with luggage, a car seat and toddler but there was no luggage cart available. The hallways smelled terrible including smoke smell. The microwave in the room only had certain buttons that worked. The area is a bit sketchy. The room was okay but pretty worn out and dingy. Breakfast options were very limited and picked over. Lobby bathrooms are not useable. No pool towels available.

The room could definitely be improved with its cleanliness because it had cockroaches (4 in total was killed) and bedsheets had stains. Other things were decent. Please.

It was clean. A little noisy from the road noise. It could use updating. Trash over flowed the garbage cans in the corridors. We didn't get to use the pool because it was too cold but it looked awesome. Breakfast wasn't very much to choose from. Doors to the outside did not lock and they were supposed too.

Nothing Our hotel room was the filthiest room I've ever stayed in. I slept in my clothes for fear I would catch something. There was mold in the tub train and the sink was gross. Watermarks on the ceiling black marks around the ceiling edge even the light switches were grimy. I don't believe these rooms have been cleaned for months. I washed the soles of my feet off before putting my shoes on and the washcloth was completely black. I would not suggest this to my worst enemy. They should be shut down by the board of health

We had a great stay at this property. The front desk agent was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made us feel so welcome. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Orlando.

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. If you are looking for a no-frills, basic motel, then I think you will be content with this choice.

We get the the room, we have 2 bath towels, 1 wash cloth and a towel to dry hands on, but no where to hang that hand towel. Husband goes to customer service for more towels. He is told to bring the 2 used towels to customer service and we can get new ones. He is given 1 wash cloth and told to bring it back for a clean one as well! There was 1 very thin bar of soap in the room. We could not get another one to use at the sink to wash hands as we were only staying 2 nights. The hall we stayed down says no smoking yet reeked of smoke. The pool was nasty looking. The lady who checked us in was very rude to us, but friendly with others she spoke Spanish to.

We stayed one night at Garnet Inn and Suites and had a decent overall experience. The staff was very polite and helpful from check-in to check-out, which we really appreciated. Our room was clean and comfortable, and for a short stay it met our basic needs well. The biggest downside was the noise. It seems like most of the rooms face the street, and traffic sounds carried through the night, which made it hard to sleep. If you’re a light sleeper, this could be an issue. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool since the weather was a bit too cool during our visit, so we can’t comment on that amenity. Overall, not a bad stay for a quick overnight trip, but the street noise would make us think twice about booking again unless that’s addressed.

The only plus I can give is staff was great. Our room was not very clean, we had antes in the bathroom and main bedroom. It was also very loud during the late hours.

The room seemed fine visually, after the third one I went to! It took three tries to get me a room that had working utility. And the third room didn't have roaches, I didn't see roaches anywhere in this place but they had little sugar ant piss ants in the bathroom sink and will the TV is. The first building I went to smell like weed even though they're supposed to be non-smoking rooms. I wasn't really call it a breakfast, an apple an orange cereal and make your own waffle that you can't even make because I couldn't even get the batter out of the container. It was disgusting. There was cockroach eggs laid everywhere. The room in the hallway smell like straight pee , the sheets were all stained. The couch bed was beyond disgusting it was the worst day I’ve ever had. I have pictures of everything too. But we needed a place to stay for the night and it was late already when we got here mind you we drove 21 hours to get treated that way we told the lady in the front and she said she’s sorry that our stay was that bad. Wow so sweet They should’ve gave me my money back.

The bathroom tub had pubic hairs and was rusted out. Took 3hrs for someone to come clean it by then I had showered in my socks already. Room floor was dirty. I had a torn meniscus and when I asked for help with my luggage upon leaving, I was told they were too busy.

I was assigned a room that the bath tub was so dirty with mold. Each of the several spots were an inch long, horrible. The second room had faucet broken.

The hallway and rooms smell like cigarettes. Of course, they have a no-smoking policy, but I wonder how the odour got there in the first place. No room service, breakfast is merely cereal, bread, and DIY waffles. The bathroom is barely kept; towels are small and useless for drying oneself.

Do not be fooled by the 4.6 rating on hotels.com, it is an absolute dumpster. The fact that hotels.com even allows this hotel to be listed is absurd. There is no way it meets any cleanliness or safety standards. I’m not sure how it is legally allowed to function.

Internet was good. Bed and bathroom were clean except the floors could've been cleaner. I felt better wearing my socks. The hallway floors were a tripping hazard as some areas were warped. Utterly disgusting. Online pictures DID NOT match the hotel in actual life. Checked in and went to the room... we did not even put our bags down as the whole room was crawling with roaches, bedbugs, and other small beetles. There were hundreds crawing in the room and bathroom. We took pictures and went back to the front desk. Two employees said they did not have the authority to give us a refund, but that the general managers does and would be there at 7am the next morning. We stayed in our car that night at the hotel grounds. The next morning the GM said she didn't have the authority to issue a refund, either, but that she would put a request in the computer. Since she was asking me about contact info and what exactly the complaint was, then said, "there, I have it", I asked for a confirmation email of the refund request. She said she hadn't put in the request yet because she had to go to her office to fill out a "stack of papers" to request it. She was emotional, loud, and unprofessional. I asked her to lower her voice as she had a dozen people 8' feet away having breakfast. She told me I was ruining her business. I told her I was keeping my voice low so that the other "guests" souldn't be able to hear my complaint, but if she would like, I could match her volume. Mind you, the whole lobby/breakfast area stunk of sewer as the manager said the lobby bathrooms flooded. She then said that she'll get to my refund request at some point that week. They should not be licensed.

Each every staff that my friend and I encounter were super sweet and friendly. I had my doubts at first but they went beyond expectations.

I checked into the room. Stopped my stuff off, went to go run errands. When I came back there was cockroaches on the walls , floor , bed. I grabbed my stuff and went to the front desk and asked for a different room. The man stayed there was no more rooms available. I stay in budget hotels all year long, but this was the first time I felt like a place was too unsanitary to stay in. The bathroom sink was dirty, the towels were dirty - this place was a disaster.

You name it. Everything that you could think of that would make for a terrible stay they seem to happily supply. The photos attached show the “view of the pool”, patio door you can’t open, the “soap” supplied, dead cockroach. Pics don’t show the pitbull barking outside the room next door. And the smell!…wow. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE.

All in all you get what you paid for honestly, none of the hotels on this road are the best but they’re good on a budget

The air conditioning works great. Overall, the hotel offers good value for the price. As long as you keep your expectations in line with the budget, you’ll have a pleasant stay. It’s located in a safe, pleasant neighborhood within walking distance of a shopping mall and convenience stores.

I got this hotel for me and my family for a couple of nights, I honestly felt very unsafe…. There was cars racing right in front, a lot of noice a lot of people everywhere, I was very nervous, and my children were scared with all the reck it was way too much, car horns, burning rubber, people yelling it was too much and on top of that because of the racings there was a car accident that hit the fence that faces the road….. My room, had no water, it looked like there was a leak from the roof in the whole wall on top of the beds, it’s smelled like the room was not used in a long time, the fridge stank because it was turned of, oh and door lach didn’t work, it locked me in! The lady on the front desk she speaks Spanish, helped us and she apologized for all of the disturbance and everything and changed our room, the other room smelled better and it looked good… there was water but the tub had rust and it’s VERY SLIPPERY !! The breakfast, the juice it’s literally water with orange color, horrible, the waffles we had to call several times the lady that was doing the refills to mix the waffle batter better because it was always not coming out, on top of her with an attitude as she didn’t want to be there, she looked very angry and annoyed…. no variety of other juice at all, except water. Yup water and next to it colored water. Up and down the stairs with suitcases by the way…. I would not stay here again.

For the cost of the room good value

The staff was great, and the hotel was clean. The only complaint I have is the rooms weren’t properly updated. Who ever renovated it did a terrible job patching everything. The TV didn’t work- but that wasn’t too big of a deal. Overall I’m happy with the stay! Very close to everything.

We highly enjoyed our stay at Garnet Inn! It was very affordable and comfortable. It was a beautiful place to stay, the pool and courtyard area were so gorgeous!!! Our room had a small balcony and was very spacious. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean!!! All of the staff were super nice and were very helpful. They do what they can to make sure your stay is enjoyable! We didn’t get to swim due to the pool being closed for maintenance, but it is a huge pool and very clean! We would for sure stay again. The only complaint is that it is a very busy and congested area, but that is no fault of theirs that they can help. There is also a restaurant right beside it and a 7-11 we found that very convenient!

Loved the swimming pool,, didn't like our room, due to it needing alot of repairs, the cleaning girl was not the best, that's why no tip in our room for her. found the breakfast staff snotty and the young girl was miserable. Other then that, we did like our stay there.

We had a problem with the keypad not working, they say they would fix it - to just give them a few hours. We said no problem, went out for a bit, came back and it was still not fixed. Keep in mind, our stuff is stuck inside and we haven’t been able to access it for most of the day. Finally, they were able to get someone there to finangle the door open so we could get our stuff. Mostly disappointed by false promises and we had to ask to be moved to a new room - they didn’t offer. Overall, not a pleasant experience, the keypad issue being just one of the few things, probably won’t be back.

Dirty room, full of dust, hair, and late night visitors (roaches).

I found a dead cockroach on the floor that remained there for two days. Communication was difficult as the housekeeper spoke only Spanish, and the receptionist with red hair was harsh, making us feel unwelcome. The “breakfast” was almost non-existent — nothing like what was advertised. What made things even worse was that every morning there was a man sitting in the kitchen area next to the reception, playing loud music on his radio. His unkempt appearance, with visibly swollen feet and poor hygiene, made the dining area feel unsanitary and very uncomfortable. On the positive side, the air conditioning in the room worked well, and when I gave my documents to the front desk, they were returned safely.

Our room was clean, and it served it’s purpose but the hotel itself needs some serious TLC.. BEWARE: There is a $100 hold for damages here. They said it’s refunded after the stay but we have yet to confirm just be prepared.

The towels we received were dirty, there was mold on the bathroom door, the hallway smelled badly of feet, and we were repeatedly woken up by screams and banging on our door from a baseball team. I didn’t get any sleep and had to beg my husband to keep from calling the police or going out there.

The rooms were very, very clean! No bugs at all which the price had me worried. The trash in the common areas sometimes got over full, but it didn’t cause any pest issues. A little dated/old but I loved the retro feel. Pool was amazing. Rooms were amazing. Convenient location close to a shopping mall and many plazas.

The location is good is really close to many shopping options and theme parks. But the cleanness was terrible, also they should open more breakfast options because they basically only have waffles. The staff is really nice and helpful, I don’t have anything to say about them. The cleaning was really bad also the strong smell of marihuana in the hallways and the breakfast should be improved.

No hot water for about 3 weeks

I was not informed at check-in that the water heater was broken. I was there five days. No hot water. The bed was quite comfortable, even though the place was noisy. The morning waffles were good - the only good part of breakfast. The people service was curt and brusque. The dyed neon red haired woman was the worst. The facility is in a sketchy neighborhood, even though the hotel was conveniently located for my purposes. It needs a lot of refreshing and fixing. I was not offered a partial refund for the lack of hot water. Will not choose this place again.

The hotel flooded & I checked out Saturday morning, 1 day early, but the receipt shows that I stayed Saturday night.

When we got to the room we noticed towels shoved in the crack and thankfully I had my mother take me dog as I opened the door I discovered that they were fogging the room for bugs. They tried to move us to a room that only had one bed so then we had to get it changed again. The hot water was broken but after having to move all our bags through the whole hotel we decided to just make it work as there was no telling another room would have it anyways. Also outlets were not working well.

The twin bed rooms were large and it had a large refrigerator that was not really cold but that was the only positive thing I can say about the property.

The whole place reeked of marijuana from the moment we walked in. No warning was given that there was no hot water — we only found out at check-in. We booked two rooms: one had people already sleeping inside (they were just as shocked as we were), and the other had wet towels and soaked bed sheets. Disgusting. The front desk agent just shrugged and said, “I’m the night shift, I don’t know anything.” Absolutely unacceptable. Never again.

I arrived at the hotel, went to the check-in counter and after identifying myself, I was informed by the hotel receptionist that there was no cold water in the rooms and there was no estimate of when this problem would be solved. The same employee informed me that if I checked in and decided not to stay at the hotel, I would not be entitled to a refund. Before I could make a decision, the employee left the service area counter and went to the hotel lobby to ask a homeless person to leave the premises. She claimed that the area was monitored by cameras and the manager had asked him to leave. Since the homeless person refused to leave the hotel, she returned to the counter and continued to serve me. I then informed them that I would not be staying at the hotel with my family, and requested that my reservation be cancelled and a refund be issued. They said that I should request a refund from "hotels.com", which I am doing now, attaching 2 receipts. One for the reservation and the other for "Garnet Inn & Suites (Orlando). I would greatly appreciate it if the refund of the amounts paid, as described below, were returned to the same credit card used to pay for these expenses. Sincerely,

DON’T STAY HERE!!! There was no one at the desk when we arrived. No one even answered the phone. We waited 20 minutes and I had to contact corporate to get any assistance. When someone finally showed up we were told there was no hot water in the hotel and that we could stay but there would be no discounts given or cancel and find a new hotel. It was 11:30pm at this point and we had our 8yr old just needing to go to bed after being Sea World all day. We stayed out of desperation. The room was poorly remodeled. Bed was at least comfortable. Hall was loud, noise came right through the door. Smoke alarm in hall chirped ALL night needing a new battery. To top it off, at 1:00am a couple checked in, was assigned our room, was given keys to our room, and tried entering our room. If we had not had the safety lock on the door these people would have entered the room while we were sleeping. How does the desk clerk assign a second party to a room that is ALREADY OCCUPIED? All the desk clerk could say was “sorry”. After breakfast we tried to return to our room and were locked out because our keys had been cancelled. All the desk clerk could say was, “oh I heard about the mix up last night”. MIX UP!?!? We will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

I’ve had serious issues during my stay: loud noise from the ventilation, no hot water, broken hairdryer, high humidity, and now the parking lot is flooded above ankle level.

Pool area was great and clean. Our room was entered by someone unknown, noticed, as we returned 5 hours later and our key was inactive. Upon entering our room everything was in place with an added gift of puke in and on our toilet. My deactivated key made sense if anyone can go to the front desk and request a new key to ANY room with no verification done prior to handing new keys. I know this as i forgot my key in room the day before and requested a new one, thwn returning my old one. Front desk tried to tell me it was deactivated possibly due to credit cards. I shut that down real quick when i informed them of the gift left. Thankfully all valuables were with us and no one physically in our room when we returned. Housekeeping was sent over to clean up, but did not feel i could be in room without locks and some random barging in with a new key the rest of stay.

The room was full of baby

As soon as we went to our room the toilet was broken. They sent a maintenance guy to fix it. Then the TV was broken. It would would be static across the screen then it would just go black. There were roaches in our room. And the door to the parking lot by our building wasn't accessible. You could go out the door but to come back in you had to walk all the way back around to the front of the hotel. It had a key card reader, but it didn't work and the handle to the door was missing.

Didn’t get first floor as requested for my bad knees, got 2nd floor with no elevator. The room was sub-par clean (pics below), housekeeping never came even after being requested several times. We had to go get our own towels and trash bags and drop off the dirty ones ourselves. We had a huge pile of towels by the third day that WE had to take to Housekeeping in order to have room to walk in the bathroom.

In The Cleaning in how clean the rooms are. It’s clean. The housekeeper doesn’t really good job on the keeping the rooms. Nice and clean puppy size that I requested a blanket for a pull out bed that I got and they did not provide me with no blankets are all like my kids were like freezing because they didn’t give a proper blanket for for for the pull out bed so there was not even blanket. Said I had to bring my own blankets. They were actually charging like $25 or $30 per blanket. Like a ridiculous.

I really wish I could rate them higher because the staff was very nice. Unfortunately, the property was very run down. My room had small bugs crawling on the bathroom sink and on the nightstand. This made me question the cleanliness of the entire room. The air conditioner in my room was incredibly, unreasonably loud. Minutes after I checked in, staff arrived to inform me that they didn’t get to finish working on it before I arrived, so they asked me to have workers come in to finish fixing it (note that I did not arrive until 1 hour after check-in). I am not sure what they did to “fix” it, but it was still the loudest air conditioner I had ever heard in my life, which made it very difficult to fall asleep. The bathtub was…gross, and had no proper drain plug, just a hole at the bottom with no hardware around it. The shower-head was clearly very old and was yellowed. I only needed to stay overnight to sleep, so all of this was tolerable for a few hours. Overall, I would not stay here again.

This place was very nice. It was small and pretty clean. It was a little out dated but still cute. No bugs and no weird stains. The price was great and area of town was busy. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in shower was really good. I liked the waffle machine for the breakfast, there was cereal and toast and coffee also.

I've been there before and it wasn't like this. Lots of cockroaches, breakfast only had 3 items and when I asked for water, which was the only thing we wanted, the red-haired attendant with curly hair was super rude and said that it was over less than an hour after the service started. And she was on her cell phone the whole time, as if we were interrupting her call.
