Nothing. 1hr 15 to check in is not acceptable. They then tried to blame a fault with booking.com not having paid them for our rooms. Not what you need after 16hrs travelling with a child.

The room didn’t smell good. I think it’s a ventilation issue. It felt humid in the room which caused the bedding to have a wet sticky feel to it. The floor felt wet and sticky.

The pool area is not private. We’re enjoying the pool when a homeless man entered, got in the pool and proceeded to wash up.

The staff were great however our room was not. Our room had a musty smell and dirty damp carpet. I understand with the Florida humidity it is possible but the carpet was very dirty also.

Was a pretty good hotel for how close it is to the parks however there was a schedule for the parks and on their advertisements it said they shuttle to disney springs which they did not. The room was average and pretty clean, we got an accessible room when we didn't ask for one or need it. They stored our luggage for us as we arrived earlier in the day however when we got back to collect it she had given me the wrong tags to go with my luggage. My parents were staying in another room and forgot to tell me their room number so I called front desk to get them to transfer me to them and they wouldn't. My parents were trying to call my room to and couldn't get through to it so im wondering if the phone system even works. Breakfast was great and check out was great.

The staff was great. The property is a little bit dated, but I really didn’t mind that.. the air conditioner worked great. The pool was well maintained. My only complaint is that the beds are a little uncomfortable. Other than that, my day was fantastic.

The parking lot is very sketchy, I thought my car would get broke into every night. The air conditioning did not work on arrival and we had to move rooms. The technician did not speak English and we had to communicate through an app. Breakfast closes at 9:30am sharp, they would not let us get water at 9:31. The employees turn off the drink machines right away. We watched several guests get turned away when looking for coffee, water, or apple juice. Trying to leave Sunday morning, 2 cleaning carts blocked the elevators and hallway until they get on/off first. They would not let us out of our room… we had a room across from the elevators and they made us stand in the doorway until they got on. It’s a good hotel for the price and location, but this is the worst Fairfield I have stayed at overall. Typically, I love staying at Fairfield hotels. Just a few improvements could make this a better guest experience.

I love how convenient of this hotel. Restaurants, Walgreens, Wawa and Dollar tree all withing the parking lot to walk to. 10min ride to Disney parks or outlet shopping. I have stayed here before and will stay again.

They just implemented a parking fee. The reason we like this hotel was because they did not have a parking fee. We will probably not stay here in the future now because of that.

The hotel was fine. Had to wait for someone to come out from back when I arrived. Sheets were not the most comfortable.

Parking costs $10 a night to park in a public parking lot. They used to waive fee if you were a rewards member but don't do that anymore.

Bus took up 8 spots. Had to park away from hotel. Room smelled like mildew, bed sheets felt humid. shower had no pressure.

Had to switch rooms because of a musty smell tile broken in bathroom air conditioning didn’t work that great in two of the regular rooms the suite had a different air conditioner so that room stayed cool beds were comfortable the area around has lots of eating choices a Wawa several restaurants a dollar tree and clothing for the parks discount so location was great 10 minutes from Disney so if getting go for the suite just for air conditioning alone the pull out sofa is a twin too breakfast was good too staff was very friendly

The staff were very nice, there was free parking, it was very clean. Great place for the price. This is one of the older Fairfield hotels. My door was tough to close, and the breakfast was just OK. Just four out of five stars on this one. Fairfield normally is a five star.

Place didn’t feel that pleasant, could you with an upgrade. I have enjoyed the Fairfield in NYC But I think moving forwards will think twice about booking them again in other locations.

The room as not cleaned well and the bed had some sort of bugs. They had to change my room but the entire experience was poor.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and had a sink, microwave and fridge. There was a loveseat that was a pull out bed and it was comfortable as well as the other beds. The hotel is very close to attractions such as Downtown Disney. I would definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was great. Location of the hotel was great. The hotel itself was very outdated. Rooms need renovations. Very old and smelly carpet. Very old windows and can't see anything throw them due to condensation. No stove or even garbage bin available under sink.

The staff were awesome. They were very helpful for anything that I needed. I just had surgery. They made sure that I was taken care of. I was able to be put in a room that was handicapped so I didn’t have to have a to step up to get into a shower. The breakfast is really good and again the staff were very nice very friendly and willing to help in anyway that I needed I will definitely come back here again.

We are locals and stay here several times a year just to get away for the weekend/Disney and it is our favorite hotel in the area. The front desk staff and Housekeeping is always so helpful and polite. I recommend this hotel.

Very functional property. Daily use items were clean and well stocked (towels and bed linens). Staff was attentive and pleasant. The room had staining along with signs of wear & tear that make it seem less maintained.

The stay was ok. Breakfast didnt offer hard boiled eggs so only scrambled was given. Bathtub had some paint chips and bed were too soft and tilted towards the middle. I also called front desk at night because an uber delivery was roaming the halls on the 4th floor and knocked on our door which was the wrong door. It was a little concerning for security purposes

There is a strip mall right outside, which actually came in handy because there are multiple restaurants and we ate there each night of our stay after the parks. Overall I'd absolutely stay here again.

The pool was closed, but they have a back up plan for that. Pro/con (depending on your sleeping type): the coolers system is loud. That was great for us, but not great for out silent sleeper who had a different room. Cooler worked great though.

Room was kept clean fresh towels every day. Staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was fresh every morning and the staff that were taking care of breakfast were very friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend the hotel.

Our room was clean enough but scrimpy on coffee, holes in comforter on bed and horrible water pressure --- shower was slow and the toilet would not always flush as it leaked and pressure was not adequate. Breakfast was just passable. Coffee in lobby was repeatedly sludge-like --- I don't think they clean the pots. Overall, the hotel seemed shabby. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and the shuttle to the parks worked well.

While the staff was extremely kind and helpful. The room itself was absolutely disgusting. Outdated and dirty. You can see where they tried to make a times to rectify and it just looks even worse.

I didn’t like this property. Will not stay again. Needs to be updated. Facility is old. There was dust in the rooms on the smoke detectors. Carpet need to be cleaned and very bad smell like pets been in the rooms. Bed was not comfortable as any other hotel stays. Upgrade sheets.

The fan in the bathroom didn’t work and made the floor super slippery. I went to the front desk told them. She said she would send someone to our room with floor mats. We waited an hour and no one came.

Only thing I'd say is the carpet on the floor of my room (517) got a little damp when I turned the air conditioning off, and started to smell. This may just be a climate thing, so keep the AC on a little bit if you stay during particularly humid days.

From the first moment we checked in the TV didn't work. We called the desk and they sent the maintenance "engineer "😆 with 2 different remotes to try to get the tv to work. He finally was able to turn the TV but the volume didn't work. So the maintenance "engineer " 😆had to come back with 2 more remotes to fix the volume on the TV. The toilet didn't flush properly!! They sent the maintenance "engineer" 😆 to supposedly fix it and it was not able to and we were not offered another room!! The entire stay was a CRAP SHOW!! On top of all of that I had I personal hygiene items missing from my luggage along with my phone and apple chargers!! I reported it to the front desk manager and I am still waiting for a call back from her almost a week later!!! This is a 1and done for me. First time staying in a Marriott hotel and will definitely be the last!!!!!

We had a lovely stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which was decent and provided a good start to our day. Highly recommended!

The staff clean our room everyday,put new towels. We stayed for 6 nights.

The room needs a serious update. The bathroom - you had to hold the toilet handle for 5-10 seconds for it to flush, no exhaust fan, the toilet paper holder was so rusted the roll wouldn’t stay on it, and the shower drain was broken so we had to remove the cover completely for it to drain. The bed was sunken in the middle, years overdue for a replacement, with springs sticking up and the pillows were so bumpy and thin it was easier to sleep without them. Only positive was the AC was on point which you needed in order to dehumidify the room after each shower

There was an unpleasant smell coming from air-conditioning and it was impossible to open the window. Not many options provided for the breakfast but very good waffles

Staff was courteous. Breakfast was decent and convenient. The shuttle was a bonus when it worked for our schedule and the location was close enough to catch an Uber when needed. Overall I would stay here again.

The hotel employees we spoke TO didn’t speak English. Breakfast room seemed too small for the large crowd of visitors. No place to sit, took food back to our room. Only Bold regular coffee, no medium blend. Having someone serve the hot breakfasts was a nice touch. They gave us 10,000 points for the inconvenience on Saturday, although we don’t know how to access that.

From the moment you walk in you smell the clean atmosphere of the hotel. We absolutely loved our stay. Breakfast was wonderful.

Room was clean, staff were pleasant and accommodating. Hotel was strategically located to stores and restaurants.

Our group of ten booked a five‑night stay at this hotel. Although we arrived early and appreciated that our luggage was stored, the situation quickly deteriorated when we returned to check in. We were informed that one of our reserved rooms was no longer available, and two members of our party were told they would need to stay at another hotel 30 minutes away. This was especially inconvenient as we had early morning plans the next day. Management was unavailable, and no proactive solutions or compensation were offered. Later that night, another serious incident occurred. A guest was mistakenly given a key to the room where my daughter, son‑in‑law, and three granddaughters were sleeping. The person opened the door, but thankfully the security latch prevented entry. This was extremely distressing for the family, especially the children. The following day, the same room had a plumbing issue with only scalding hot water, requiring yet another room change. Overall, our experience was extremely disappointing—from the overbooking, to the security breach, to the lack of meaningful response from staff. When I submitted a review to the hotel directly, the reply was a generic apology that did not address any of the issues raised. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Overall I would choose to spend a little more on a different hotel next time as this one just was not even worth the price as it was.

You get what you pay for. It’s a budget hotel, so you get budget amenities. There was an odd smell in our room and it felt a bit musty. The room was old and dated, and the pillows were paper thin. Not a great night sleep, but it did the job for one night.

Staff is wonderful, as always. I stay here frequently and I appreciate free parking and clean rooms. The bummer is the plumbing is problematic, water pressure makes every flush a challenge...pro-tip : use the waste bucket for better results.

Friendly staff

Expedia informed me that they booked a king size bed and sofa bed and they really only booked me a king size bed. NO SOFA BED. We had to switch to Two Queen beds non accessible room. And I asked to be booked at the other Fairfield inn on Vineland Rd and they booked me at a different Fairfield inn. Lots of running around trying to correct our stay. Very frustrating!!!! What can Expedia offer me for my disastrous event?????

We didn’t enjoy our stay. We had no hot water for 2 days. We were told it was fixed when we returned at night to the hotel the second day, but it was not fixed. Cold showers the next morning again. We asked to change rooms. We were not offered any compensation for any of the problems. The hotel manager said she would contact me via email and she never has. The hotel is in much need of repairs. Just a few examples: the dresser drawer had to be held shut with a chair placed in front of it. The room we moved to had a clogged sink. The license frame in the elevator was being held to the wall unsuccessfully with electrical tape. A front desk staff was rude, never offering an apology for the inconvenience of having no hot water, having maintenance in our room for an extended amount of time, nor changing rooms. She also locked us out of our room, canceling the key card when we still needed to remove our luggage. I would not recommend this hotel.

It was very dark at the entrance and sketchy ppl in the parking lot where guests are intended to park. We felt unsafe anytime we were in the parking lot and were thankful to leave the next morning. Facility also needs a good update. Felt old and kinda dirty.

Hotel could use a refresh, but there were some nice perks - we enjoyed the coffee and cucumber water in the lobby, took advantage of the free breakfast a few days, and found the pool enjoyable. Temperature was a bit variable through hallways and ventilation left a bit to be desired - our room on the 5th floor somehow still got the smell of breakfast meats and waffles every morning?

Our biggest issue was extremely stressful: our car was towed overnight because the front desk did not give us a parking pass during check-in. We were checking out at 4:00 AM to drive back to Ontario, Canada, and discovered our car was missing. Traveling with kids, this caused major stress and set us back significantly on a long drive home. This should never happen due to a staff error. Breakfast was also very poor. There was very little food available, and by 9:00 AM, the only items left were eggs and sausage. I didn’t like that someone was serving the eggs and sausage instead of guests serving themselves, which caused delays. The line for the DIY waffles was very long, and overall the breakfast area felt unclean and disorganized. Because of the location, condition of the hotel, poor breakfast, and the serious parking issue, I do not recommend this hotel, especially for families or anyone on a tight travel schedule.

We had to switch rooms because the air didn’t work. No one came to fix it. The rooms felt neglected. They would not let us move our reservation to a different date even though we had a tragic sudden death in the family.

The hotel was a decent stay for a budget trip, but be careful if you do not have a car. we stayed at this hotel primarily because of the shuttle service to the parks, but it seems that the shuttle never existed. We did not have a car so we were relying on the shuttles which never came. Even though I complained to the front desk staff about this, I was told there was nothing they could do since the shuttle company is separate from the hotel. I tried calling the number for the shuttle, but it went straight to voicemail every time. We ended up having to take Ubers each time, which I feel that I must be compensated for since the free shuttle service was listed as being part of my hotel stay but I had to pay extra to get to the parks. In all, the hotel is not bad just don’t rely on the shuttles.

Walking distance to stores, restaurants and gas station. Beds were comfortable. Best of 3 hotels we stayed in on trip. Close to Disney Springs. Checked in early after long trip was helpful. Glad they had room to accommodate. Lady checking in was very nice and helpful. Thanks you.

I have stayed here many times before and really enjoy the area plus being close to the parks, I feel they have fair rates being so close to major attractions. My room was great but there was a stain on one of the towels, but the front desk was happy to send up new ones. Overall a great spot, I’ve recommended it many times.

First, my itinerary listed the the wrong Fairfield Suites. They didn't have my reservation and sent me to a different one. When i got there I didnt have my drivers license with me and they would not accept a photo of it that I had in my phone. My friend had to rebook with her I D and I had to pay a second time with my original credit card. I expect a refund of my original booking.

However, the room needs a good cleaning and updating. It looks like they put down laminate floors which is great but the mattresses should be flipped/replaced; ours had body molds which we fell into. We did not have hot water, just Luke warm The WiFi was completely free, no password, no protection and since the hotel is on a main road surrounded by local restaurants and gas stations, we did not connect to the internet for security reasons. And parking was terrible. Overall, we stayed 2 nights, survived and will probably not choose this hotel a second time.

The staff is very kind. They offer bottled water with your stay, which after a day at the Disney parks, is greatly appreciated. The breakfast is very yummy compared to other hotels I've stayed at before. The noon check out time is wonderful for someone who likes to sleep in.

Disney shuttle bus broke down in the middle of the highway and ended up having to get an uber. Waisted time waiting on the side of the road for them to tell us “your guys have to call an uber to get to the park AND I had lightning lane scheduled. Extremely disappointed and upset.

The room was clean and spacious, the staff super friendly and welcoming, we had so much available for us for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was available and it was delicious. What stood out for us was the pumpkin spice Mickey waffles!!! So cute!!! Water and coffee was available 24hrs at the lobby, Our room was kept tidy and clean by housekeeping staff. Pool and gym are was nice and clean as well. We did have light fixture not working, and body wash fixture fell off the wall but that was quickly resolved. Overall a great stay.

Everyone was nice but my room was kinda gross. Walking into the bathroom, just the dirt my feet gathered from the carpet was making the floor dirty. The baseboards and all the nooks and crannies were grimy. It needed a deep cleaning not just a once over.

The front desk staff was always friendly and heloful. Every morning at breakfast l, we were greeted "welcome to breakfast". Love it! The location was close proximity, the free shuttle was inconsistent or packed. We opted to Uber to the parks for $8-10 each way. So easy and worth it. Room was clean, couls have use some update but overall, cold a/c and bed was way to soft. Overall a good stay!

We stayed in a first-floor wheelchair-accessible room conveniently located near the breakfast area. The property is very accessible and close to restaurants, the freeway, stores, and gas stations. The location is convenient, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing that they don’t have is laundry room they said they are on the process of upgrading it.

Older property did not meet brand expectation. Bed lumpy and rust on the bathtub is always an issue. Only stayed 1 night and left. Staff was very good and understanding. Said the property was slated for a full remodel around the first of the year and refunded me for the night we did not use.

Staff stated they could not do a room change because I booked through a 3rd party. Room was dirty with a foul smell( dirty wet carpet smell and cigarette smell) .

Great hotel for a simple stay. It made pur vacation affordable. Free parking, breakfast, and free shuttle to the park. Be sure to ask about shuttle times. Shuttles have very limited times. One ran at 7:45 and then next one was 2 hours later; same in the evening. And the evening b us left the park precisely at 9pm. Do not be late! All if the staff was very friendly.

Air conditioning was weak, carpet was old, areas of the room were redone, but others were well aged. We had reserved a room with 2 queens and a pull out sofa. We only got a room with 2 queens and they brought a roll out bed. We got a refund of $20 for the room price difference, but it was a rough night sleeping. It could’ve been a mix up in how Expedia transmitted the room request because our reservation was clearly made for that specific room, but the Expedia receipt just said “multiple beds”. Staff was all very nice though, even late at night.

The room smelled really bad. Despite the air conditioning temperature being set at 68 degrees when we arrived, the room was extremely damp to the point of the carpet feeling damp. I wouldn’t take my socks and shoes off because the carpet was nasty. The tub and shower had obvious repair patches and the caulking was cracked and peeling. To top all this off, there was a live roach on the inside door lock! It was the type of roach that multiplies and infests….not a palmetto roach that sometimes finds itself inside. This type of roach is a problem. We will not recommend this hotel and will never stay here again. It’s a shame because the location is awesome.

The hotel places caution tape around all seating areas so you can’t sit anywhere in the lobby. Our room smelled like feet and had other people’s hair all over the bathroom and shower.

Great place to stay away from the expense and chaos of some of the Disney properties. Was attending at conference at Disney and rooms were way too expensive. Definitely stay again when I come back to Orlando on business.

On our return trip, the rolm that we had booked was unavailable. I booked a room with two queen beds for myself and my son. We had acroom with one king bed and the sofa bed wasn't made up with bedding. This was not ideal. I explained this to the receptionist and all she said was that it wasn't the hotel's fault, it was the third party that we booked with. The location of the hotel was fine and we only stayed for one night so it was ok. The breakfast was good with a variety to choose from.

Andrew at check in was great. The room was just ok. Could use a good cleaning. The rugs were old and some mildew near the air vents which upset my allergies. The bed was comfortable. The AC was very loud! We had no hot water and when I told the night time front desk staff he said they were aware of the problem but there was no resolution at that time or the next day either so our entire stay was no hot water. My friends were on a different floor and they did have hot water? Breakfast was good for a free breakfast a lot of options. There is a shuttle to the parks but very limited. Great location there are restaurants and a Wawa in walking distance. Overall did not live up to the expectations I had based on the reviews. I personally wouldn’t stay again.

Only negative was having copies of The Epoch Times right on the front desk check in counter - being confronted with a extreme right wing, conspiracy theory, anti-gay paper run by a foreign cult leader was jarring & distressing…

This property was fantastic. Super friendly staff, good sized rooms and there’s plenty to do and eat in the area. They have shuttles to take you to the park & if the times don’t work for you a Lyft or uber will be max 15$ & $5 min. Everything is fantastic especially for the price, would def stay here again

I didn't like the annoying concierge lady. We were on the road for 6 hours and first thing we were greeted by as someone was trying to sell us something. The rooms are clean but they are so old you have to keep the AC 60 not to smell the malt. The front desk lady and housekeeper were nice.

A black purse with electronic items were left in my room. Maintenance and house keeping were in my room that day and now my items are gone! I spoke to the front desk, they were not overly helpful. Searched my room and couldn’t find anything. Told me they couldn’t do anything u til manager showed up 2 hours later. I have a flight to catch so I asked the front desk to have the manager call me asap. 45 min after the manager was supposed to come in, no body called me. I called and the manager has no idea of the incident. She was supposed to send me a list/stolen item form. Over an hour later, she didn’t. I called again and she said she didn’t realize I wanted it right away. There’s an urgency there because it’s my purse! I still have not received the form to fill out. I’m also filing a police report. Staff are not helpful.

I hated that there was a parking fee of 10$/day that I was sadly not aware of. Parking lot was even in a strip mall and very dirty, so charging for something like that is absolutely unacceptable.

This property is amazing, it’s near all the parks, the staffs are respectful and I stay here every time I go up to Orlando.

Honestly very bad customer service, they charge for parking and a deposit of $50 per room and offer breakfast and do not comply, my deposit is still waiting to be refunded. They don't meet expectations...

We love the property and staff

Staff were friendly. Shower was Luke warm at the hottest it could go.

Also parking is shared with the businesses so it makes it difficult the find at certain hours of the day. Would never come here again
