Reviews
The hotel reviews are mixed, with guests praising the cleanliness, location, and comfort of the rooms, as well as the friendliness of the staff. However, there are also complaints about the scent in the rooms, the check-in procedure, the demeanor of the staff, and issues with transportation. Some guests also mention problems with cleanliness in the bathrooms and issues with the breakfast.
- Clean, comfortable rooms

- Unpleasant scent in rooms
- Rude and disrespectful staff

It was a great stay overall for the price. Breakfast included was good, location was great and shuttle bus was good as well. My only complaint or issue for me personally was the bed. Felt a bit uncomfortable. After walking around all day long it was quite hard for me to get a nice and comfortable sleep, but maybe it was just me. Other than that it was a great stay for the price. Waitresses at breakfast were very kind and friendly. Staff overall was great. Would go back.
- 5/5
This was place was awesome. We had a great time staying here. The room was nice and was big enough for my family of five. My kids loved the onsite playground and would play on it as we waited for our ride to the Disney parks. It was about 10-15 minutes to each park and there are several restaurants right next to the property that are easily walkable if you’re not dining in the parks. Best hotel stay in a while. Would totally stay here again.

The bathtub was not clean. The TV did not have sound. The fridge was off and I had to turn it all the up in order for it to get cold. Staff was good. Concierge not helpful after I did not want to listen to timeshare presentation.

- 5/5
This hotel was a great choice for my family. There is a 24-hour arcade and three pools to choose from. You also have the convenience of the free shuttle to all of the Disney theme parks and great places to eat either on the premises or nearby walking distance. There are three hotels that make up the Marriott Village and you do have access to all three, whether it is for dining or swimming or any other amenities one might offer that the other doesn't.
- 4/5
The front desk staff was wonderful. Very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast had a great variety and was fresh and hot. The room, while outdated in decor, was very clean. The bed was fine, but the mattress was older and will need to be replaced soon. The common areas were clean and well kept. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance to restaurants (behind the hotel), close to the outlet mall and Disney Springs.
- 4/5
Great central hotel at a great price. Parking was a nightmare. Handicapped parking was very limited and ANY parking was quite a walk to get into the building. This would keep me from rebooking a very nice hotel.
- 5/5
It’s a great location
- 3.5/5
Location is great, easy access. Breakfast could offer a little more than eggs and sausage, but it does offer the Mickey waffle, which is mandatory. Pool seemed to be in desperate need of a deep cleaning, my room was next to the ice machine area, which had a leak, hallway carpet got wet and smelly, we had no water for 8+ hours due to maintenance. And no discount was given due to the inconvenience. Automatically got charged for parking when I had no car.
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean. The kids loved the pool and play area. The breakfast was amazing. It was a great start before we headed to our Disney resort.

Affordable, close to amusement parks Breakfast felt extremely crowded - they ask you to come in early to avoid crowds but that is not always an option if you are very tired

I just stayed one night before checking in to my Disney resort. The hotel was a bit dated, and I didn't access any amenities but the bed was comfortable, which is a huge plus and I'm a very picky person.

The side elevator wasn’t always working. The building exterior needs to be updated as well as the rooms. Most hotels now a days have tiled rooms and tiled showers instead of carpet and vinyl showers that the rooms in this hotel currently have. The windows are definitely showing age as well as most of the property.

My experience was very bad. I paid for the stay through Expedia and they told me everything was fully paid, but the hotel charged me $343.00 without my authorization. I complained and they told me it was $50.00 per day for security, which for 3 nights is not correct. Now I have it on hold at my bank for 3 to 5 business days. And also car parking $79.00 when I didn't have a car, a horrible lack of respect. I have bills to pay with direct deposit and I have to wait a period of time that I did not authorize. Horrible, horrible.

I recently booked a week-long stay at the Marriott property in Orlando—the fantastic tri-branded location that brings the Fairfield, Courtyard, and SpringHill Suites all under one roof—to celebrate my 50th birthday with my children. I have stayed at top-of-the-line, luxury hotels before, but the level of service I experienced here completely blew them all out of the water. The properties themselves are excellent; the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the food was great. But what truly sets this place apart is its world-class staff. They treated me like a complete VIP from start to finish, and three individuals in particular made this milestone trip unforgettable: Janessa: From the beginning, she was incredibly friendly, courteous, and helpful. She took the time to get to know me personally, but what truly blew me away was that she went out of her way on her day off to ensure something special was delivered to me for my birthday. Seeing her again on my checkout day allowed me to thank her properly for such a beautiful, selfless gesture. Angel: He was absolutely outstanding and attentive. We had a small hiccup during our stay, and before it even needed to be escalated to management, Angel handled it seamlessly and corrected it on the spot. He is a phenomenal asset to this team. Armani: On our very last night, Armani was so courteous, kind, and welcoming, perfectly capping off an amazing time. TY

Property is in a great location. 2-3 minutes from restaurants and shopping outlets Rooms are very old and had a damp peculiar smell which is probably due to old rugs and very old AC. Not central AC but the old units attached to window. Cleanliness was decent. Not the best but for the nightly rate it’s to be expected

Breakfast and the second room we stayed in after we had to switch rooms. The first room we stayed in. The room had a strong moldy smell and cat spray smell, the tub drained slow so the shower held about 3 inches of water, the room cleaning person did not clean the ice bucket from the previous people who stayed there, and the sheets on one bed were dirty. Then when the morning assiciate said she would note our account that we were going to switch rooms she never did. Luckily the attendant that night mived us to a different room.

The staff is great and very helpful, assisting every time to make sure we have a great stay. They even delivered a Happy Birthday goodie bag to our room for our son birthday. All of them have been great and attentive. The pools and hot tubs can be a bit cleaner and better maintained. Also, in the room the inside of the toilet bowl under the rim could be cleaned better. The bathtubs need a coat or changed. We stayed in 2 different rooms and both bathtubs had signs of heavy wear, one of them even a bit of rust. The rest of the room looked clean. I am very peculiar about toilets on the inside under the rim of the seat and bathtubs as they can dampen your stay if you feel are not cleaned well.

The hotel is located in an excellent and safe area, close to outlet malls, restaurants, and fast food chains. It is also only a few minutes away from the amusement parks, which made the location very convenient. Everything was nice and relaxing and clean Had to spend 2hrs to wait to check in wirh a baby that I wish I could have check in a little earlier to tend to her needs. Especially as I was checking oit the next morning by 4am. So I didn't think it would be a big deal to check in a little earlier. And because we couldn't check-in until after 4, it gave us very little bit of time to enjoy the amenities like the swimming pool. And so on, before we had to put her to bed and for us all to go to bed, because we had to wake up at 2:45 to leave and catch a plane.

The continental breakfast was great, the pool and hot tub were perfect temperature, check in and check out were easy Our whole floor smelled like moldy carpet. There had clearly been a water line break or something because they had fans going on the carpet and had clearly sprayed something to try and mask the smell. I wish they would have put us on a floor that didn’t stink and feel musty.

This hotel was AMAZING! I absolutely loved this place for a girls trip from LA. We loved the food options, restaurants walking distance, amenities, activities, and the morning breakfast with great variety. Best hotel I’ve stayed at ever! Rooms were cleaned and beds were made every day without ask, lobby and hallways smelled clean! Shuttles were provided with routes to all disney parks including Disney Springs, and to make reservations were very easy! Only minor thing was evening and overnight staff were rude and dismissive over minor questions, but morning staff was so kind! We already have our next trip planned here for next year and we cannot wait to be back!

Hidden resort fee started charging at 415 am on the first night, when asked the said "oh, we'll give you a $5 dollar credit for the store" where an energy drink costs $8+. Just be weary, despite being less than 2 miles from Disney springs, it is not easily walkable (and I am someone who walks 2-3 miles from my hotel to Disneyland parks)

We also ate at the food places on site - we ordered mozzarella sticks, a cheese burger, chicken fingers and fries. All were great. The rooms are spacious and clean - no moldy showers or sheets. The maintenance and housekeeping staff are top tier. They were super helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The front desk people were patient, kind and informative. We love that you have access to all the pools as well. Such a nice perk. We didn’t use their charter bus service as we didn’t go to the park. Overall we had a great stay and I’m sure we’ll be back. Hotels.ca didn’t specify but it is a $50 per night deposit when you stay - so take that into account even if you prepay your stay.

Excellent value and would stay again

Great Location to the outlets and Disney Springs
- 0.5/5
I was never able to stay here due to not being able to find the location. I went to what I thought was the location and it was an empty lot and it was very sketchy and my husband and I left there in a hurry!
- 4/5
The tranportation to and from the parks is very misleading. You can't view the times until you get to the hotel and the busing is not condusive to getting to and from the parks for a typical Disney park goer. I was happy with the luggage storage but I did find the wait at the front desk a little frustrating for a hotel that large to only have one front desk person. Lots of high school music performers, Be aware of large group of teenagers being there ie someone pulled the fire alarm late at night.
- 3/5
That said, the location is great. There are a few restaurants right next door, so you can easily walk over. Close to Disney and Universal. Next time I’ll probably try out one of their sister properties.
- 3/5
They stay was good but the bed was like sleeping on a brick
- 1/5
This property is dated and not a great choice if you want convenient transportation to and from the theme parks. There is a very heavy perfume scent in hallways in an attempt to cover up the very old, dirty and stained carpet. Ive also received a charge on my credit card weeks after checking out. I would not stay here or in the other 2 hotels on the property.

This was our fourth stay here. As always it was great. The elevator close to our room didn't work but that's not something that could be fixed on a whem. Staff as always was friendly, and the pool was great after a long day of walking.

Fairfield Inn & Suites was a perfect fit for our family. At last minute, we had our nephew join us and the bunk beds had a trundle underneath. They were clean and comfortable and perfect for our family! The vanity is separate from the shower and toilet, so that all worked great. The location to Disney at a cheap price, was perfect! Thanks again for a great stay! Only a couple issues, an elevator almost squished me in the doors ... it was malfunctioning and the staff were quick to react and shut-down the elevator and put signs up that it was out of order. The room was also dated (needs painted, and would be nice to not have carpet and the bathroom needs a fan), but it was clean and quiet and comfortable.

Breakfast was ok. Staff was excellent. Rooms were ok. Pool was good, we were able to bring our own snacks and drinks in.
- 5/5
Staff was so kind and helpful. Housekeeping was great! Breakfast was good!
- 5/5
The room and the lobby were very clean.
- 3/5
Janessa was very friendly and accommodating with a quick check in. With that being said I went to the room which I was originally assigned on the 5th floor. The room smelled like urine/someone possibly died it in and the toilet was flushing ever so slowly. I made staff aware and was reassigned another room on the 4th floor which was a 360 for the smell. The lampshade was stained and so was the curtains. Neither one I could care for but it reflects the cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel is showing its dated features with the carpets being torn in hallways, trim pieces broken or falling apart, and the bathroom appearing yellowing than the white it possibly was. The next ordeal I had to deal with was parking..mind you this is a “resort” with three hotels on the property with plentiful parking and a $25 fee to accommodate with it. Not staff nor the parking permit indicate only one space per vehicle. Because of previous experience with people parking poorly and striking my vehicle, I parked sideways away from others. Security notified staff of my parking and advised me one parking spot per vehicle which I amended. The following day I parked again one spot with my tail end hanging over another space because it is a larger van. It is believed Security left an ignorant comment on my vehicle about learning how to park. When asked about surveillance cameras, staff told me to ask security and didn’t know it they had cameras..which is bs. Housekeeping has attitude. Not worth the stay.
- 2.5/5
The location is prime for the nearby shopping outlet malls and theme parks. The breakfast items available was ok but the breakfast hours were no-good; a breakfast cutoff of 9:30am is unacceptable. The only bed availability apart from the king size beds are two double bed rooms. As a family of three adults, we found these beds to be too narrow especially knowing the industry standard for hotels is queen beds. The pillows were too soft. The room smelled slightly humid and gave me allergies. The lineup check-in was a bit long and it felt as if the hotel was understaffed.
- 4/5
Hotel was perfectly adequate. Room clean, beds comfy, love the option of the bunk bed + queen, and location was close to the Disney Parks without traffic being bad. Only complaint and it is a big one, is the “free Disney shuttle”. That was the main reason we booked this hotel, but the shuttle was sold out and did not run at the time the park opened. We ended up having to pay for Ubers when we did not budget for that. Rest of the hotel was great but need a better shuttle service or more transparency.
- 5/5
Only there for one night, I did not have an opportunity to use the amenities but the accommodations were excellent. Definitely will stay there again
- 2/5
Pool/hot tub disgusting with trash floating, not maintained. One TV didn't work, mold present in bathroom and back corner under bunk beds (tried to hide by orienting the bed to cover it). Elevators almost unusable due to amount of time it takes to receive one, not due to traffic or amount of people using just slow functioning elevators. Stayed at this complex for 5+ years but will be finding another place to stay from now on.
- 5/5
Clean room, great staff, amazing breakfast, great amenities, a couple scary elevators.
- 4/5
We enjoyed the breakfast menus
- 1/5
Our room was giving away. We were downgraded. Everything was a nightmare after driving 19hrs.
- 5/5
Needs more handicap parking
- 5/5
Breakfast was amazing
- 1/5
Breakfast was okay only went down one time on our four nights date cleanliness is horrible lobbies and rooms smell and are outdated staff is rude will not pick up the phone if you're calling from your room or even a cell phone in your room front desk will not pick up the phone had to go downstairs from the 5th floor every time we needed something because staff will not answer the phone we requested some additional pillows never provided security knocked on our door at 2:00 a.m. not to bring pillows but additional towels we didn't ask for towels and didn't request to be awoken at 2:00 a.m. for towels what we requested originally was pillows and they never provided any after we were awoken at 2:00 a.m. by security bringing towels at that point I went across the street to one of the other hotels and just requested pillows from their front desk staff at our hotel at every excuse has two why they wouldn't pick up the phone and has two why they couldn't bring additional pillows and has to why security knocked on my door at 2:00 a.m. waking us up do yourself a favor stay somewhere else not worth the money hotel is very outdated for no apparent reason the lobby and the room stink funky
- 5/5
Excellent
- 4/5
The front desk staff was very kind, professional, and patient. When a customer enters a building, the staff is their first experience, and being greeted with a smile and a hello is where it starts. Overall, our stay was a wonderful experience and we would stay here again, Thanks to your staff.
- 5/5
We only stayed one evening...the breakfast was very nice. Our granddaughter loved the Mickey waffles.
- 5/5
Perfect
- 5/5
Highly recommended!
- 4.5/5
It was in a great location. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. I didn’t like the fact that they charged a $5 delivery fee for room service and the hotel was just a cross the parking lot.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and clean overall.
- 2/5
Check in took way too long. The hotel needs to be updated. Breakfast was very good.
- 4/5
Everything about the place was great except for the elevators. Need some maintenance very slow moving doors and ride itself.
- 4/5
The location is very good. The breakfast is pretty good. Good value for the money. The elevators are so slow, it was better just to take the stairs… in case I needed more steps for the day..
- 3.5/5
Great location to Disney Springs Parking not available near our entrance. Sketchy elevator but was fixed the next day.
- 4/5
Really good location, everything is really clean. The staff were very friendly. The only thing is that the elevator is pretty slow and some of them were out service. For that price I feel it was pretty good to be honest.
- 4/5
The breakfast was really good and the staff was nice. Only thing is that the elevators are super slow.
- 5/5
Ya es la quinta vez que me quedo en ese hotel y lo amo.
- 3.5/5
Couldn't find my reservation because booked through 3rd party, $25 parking fee each day, housekeeping came extremely late in the day after 5pm one day and extremely early day i was checking out, knocked once and just came straight in, parking was limited, no towels at the pool, long lines always in lobby, curtains in room don't completely close so pool lights shined in all night long, elevator on 1st floor was extremely delayed, slow and made noises while operating, noisy guests up and down the halls and in the rooms by me, television was very limited on channels to watch
- 5/5
Room was clean and breakfast was plentiful!

Needed a cheap place to stay for spending one day at a Disney park. In order to avoid having to rent a car, I spent hours researching the best hotel options in-terms of location near all things Disney World at the best price and ultimately landed on Fairfield. Loved the Marriott village, they offer complimentary transportation to parks/Disney Springs/outlets which we utilized and were very satisfied with. Even if the pickup times are too early or late for your plans, it’s close enough that Uber and Lyft rides are not crazy expensive. The pool area was great and a staff member informed us that your room key can get you into any pool at the three hotels in the Marriott Village. We didn’t get to try this out due to time but definitely would of if we had time. Complimentary breakfast was decent but again for the price and convenience, it beats eating breakfast at one of the parks. The breakfast does have Mickey waffles, which are an essential way to start off your day at the park. All staff were friendly and helpful and all areas were clean at all times. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to have a budget-friendly Disney vacation and I can’t wait to return again to the Marriott Village in the future.
- 4/5
Good location, good price, friendly staff. Overall I would recommend this hotel to other ppl for stay.
- 5/5
Great location especially for families. Room was nice but the location overall is what sold us. Several things to do with the family and a nice breakfast every morning. Definitely worth what they’re charging which was very little considering the location. Just across from the premium outlets and so many stores and restaurants.
- 5/5
Very nice and clean hotel with tons of restaurants and shopping in the area. Staff was very friendly and professional. I would stay there again
- 5/5
I did not have a pet or visit the bar
- 5/5
Clean room
- 3/5
Clean room - however very minimal amenities. Same breakfast every day.
- 5/5
Access to all the pools, staff was friendly My room had an awkward smell , arcade was extremely overpriced, elevators were slow
- 4/5
Breakfast no concern, short of veggies since I am vegetarian. Food court was over crowded.
- 1/5
When I arrived to check in, my room type was not available. Waited nearly an hour for a manger to show up to the front desk, who magically found the family suite that I originally reserved. Once in the room, ot smelled of wet musty carpet. And my son found an almost empty water bottle on the headboard of the bunk bed.
- 5/5
Property was beautiful kid friendly. The playground was ok it had too much ropes for little kids. But loved pool.
- 5/5
Breakfast was a great perk included in the price of the room, the shuttle service was also spectacular!
- 2/5
- 2/5
Hotel felt run down, almost all the elevators were broken, th ones that were working extremely slow, all ice machines broken, weird smell in the lobby, outside of building needs to be cleaned.
- 2/5
Room was hot, humid even with the ac on for over an hour on full blast and smelt like mildew. Staff was good about switching us to a different room in one of the other hotels and that was great!

Room smelled like BO and pee. There was a dirty tissue on the floor. Pancakes at the breakfast were so hard you could not chew through them.
- 1/5
No ice machines didn’t work the elevator was always broke are tub had crack in it other room we had no room service that was cleaned just terrible won’t be back
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff and nice breakfast buffet
- 5/5
Spotless, cozy, and top-tier service. Highly recommended!"
- 4/5
The staff were friendly and efficient. Convenient location and quiet hotel.
- 3/5
The location itself is beautiful. The standout feature for us was the "little park" on the property. My son absolutely loved it and played until his heart's content, which made for some wonderful family memories. The atmosphere of the Marriott Village is pleasant and feels like a true vacation spot. Our initial room was good, but we had a very rough first night. We were placed next to a room with a dog that made so much noise we barely got any rest. To the staff's credit, they were very accommodating the next day. They honored our request to move and even placed us closer to the elevator to help with wheelchair accessibility, which we greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the convenience of being near the elevator didn't last. On our final day, the elevators malfunctioned, leaving only one working unit for the entire building. For a guest using a wheelchair, this was more than just a "bummer"—it made getting in and out of the hotel quite a struggle. Final Verdict The stay was okay, but not the greatest. The staff is helpful and the grounds are kid-friendly, but the noise issues and elevator maintenance problems definitely hindered the quality of our stay. It’s a decent option for families, but I’d recommend confirming that all facilities are fully operational before checking in
- 5/5
All good except very slow elevators
- 3/5
Well our stay was absolutely great. We enjoyed it. Only thing is our room didn’t have the number so it was weird it looked like the room number fell. Also I saw little cockroaches on the microwave area so maybe they need to update that and clean it better.
- 3/5
Room was doused in air freshener spray making very difficult to breathe. Tv did notnwork properly. Unable to reach front desk without phone ringing for over 5 mins! Overall my most disappointing marriot experience.
- 3/5
The room was very clean. The only thing was the shower area and tub very dated but still clean. Only one elevator working in the whole building. Not only inconvenient but unsafe, where are your priorities? Breakfast in the morning was very busy but they do tell you what times are busy and not. Overall still good for a short visit.
- 5/5
Clean and great staff! The AC and heater broke but they fix it the next day after reporting it. Great breakfast selection.
- 5/5
The room was clean, staff was very friendly, and the price for the room on a holiday weekend was amazing.
- 2/5
Our room smelled so badly of mold and our bathroom was disgustingly filthy
- 5/5
Super courteous staff and clean rooms
- 5/5
Checked in at 12 a.m. rude personal with an attitude told me to wait cause she was busy and couldn’t
- 4/5
👍
- 5/5
Staff was great. Buffet breakfast had good selection and good long hours. Toilet seat had yellow stains that I could not remove even with my Lysol wipes. But otherwise good.
- 3/5
The front desk staff, I called earlier in the week to say my flight was getting in later than check-in end time which I was told that would be fine. When we arrived Friday night February 13th a gentleman at the front desk told me my room was no longer available and the best he could do was a double bed. When I asked why he said because the reservation was made on February 6th. I said not only is that not true, what difference did it make. After showing him my confirmation from January that I had book a king bed room, he went back to the computer for 2 minutes and informed me he had “found a room”. The whole situation was ridiculous, unnecessary and his entire demeanor was as if we were bothering him!!
- 1/5
It is immediately obvious that the cleaning staff do not pay much attention to detail considering that upon entering our room there are mystery stains on the ceiling and what really messed up our stay was a brown/reddish stain in the middle of our bathtub that made taking a shower a race since neither me or my wife wanted to be in the tub with the disgusting mystery stain for longer than 5 minutes if we could bear it. While the staff of the hotel are quite nice but when this issue of our tub and cleanliness of our room were brought to their attention the best they could do for us was take off the parking fee for our stay and send the cleaning staff to attempt to remove the stain. While the gesture was appreciated the rigorous cleaning from the person sent to us did not remove the stain nor the problem with our stay. On top of which in the middle of our stay we came back to our room untouched by cleaning staff not once but twice and with little to no energy from returning from the Disney parks we simply didn’t have it in us to continue complaining over what was the WORST hotel stay I’ve had with a Marriott affiliated hotel for which the managers in charge of this establishment should be embarrassed.
- 3/5
Bathtub didnt drain when taking a shower, maintenance came and fixed it, but it wasnt fixed.
- 5/5
Great location and the room cleaners were great every day.
- 4/5
The dining staff was courteous and very helpful. I have a bad taste though for the hotel to charge 25$ a night for parking.
- 3/5
We were charged an additional $34 for who knows what, pools? For staying there. Be ware of extra charges on check in!
- 1/5
Not the place for young or old people who are trying to rest
- 5/5
Todo muy bien. El cuarto y alrededores linpios. Y el desayuno muy bueno también.
- 5/5
Cleaning staff was great, kept my room clean and tidy. Great location close to all the parks. Used the shuttle to Disney but if you want to rope drop you need to take uber around $12. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I've had for being free.

- 5/5
This was a great hotel. Good location. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Hot breakfast was included and the Mickey waffles are a fun touch! The pool was great with the ability to order poolside food and drinks. Building itself was very clean. We have already booked another weekend trip here for April.
- 5/5
Shuttle buses saved me a lot of money. staff were friendly. Using facilities in both the Fairfield inns and courtyard allowed access to to the bistro and coffee shop. Close to shops/restaurants on Vineland/Apoka and Vineland outlets - easy to walk to.Staff always very friendly especially the staff in the restaurant.
- 1/5
The first room we had the walls were so thin we could hear everything our neighbors were saying and every little thing that happened, we went to front desk and got a different room. This room was on a completely different floor and much quieter but when I went to take a bath the bath tub finish was coming off and there was rust around the area and overall was a huge turnoff. I would not even stand on it to shower. We went to front desk again and were moved to the Courtyard across the way. This room was much nicer and we appreciated the 3rd move. Although there was hair still on the wall in the shower and the water was only cold or scalding hot. Breakfast also wasn’t included at this hotel an after a little back and forth they let us in the buffet for free. I normally don’t write these reviews but after three rooms and two hotels we still weren’t happy with our stay and will not pick this “village” again.
- 5/5
Room was clean, and comfortable. Excited to have a microwave, coffee pot and fridge in the room. I don't usually sleep well the first night away from home, but I slept like a rock. Breakfast was to die for! Absolutely the most perfect experience EVER!
- 1/5
Hallways were freezing
- 5/5
Everything @nice, especially the employees. Will make another reservation through Expedia for the Marriott chain, for Fairfield. Amenities were fair, I had everything I needed.
- 4/5
Clean room, all front desk personnel were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was. Very good with a wide variety to choose from. All personnel working the breakfast did a great keeping things clean and filled. It would have been nice if coffee was available in the lobby during nighttime hours.
- 1/5
They told us that parking was included & then ended up charging us, & said “miscommunication we meant picking is available” I got charged like $300 extra because of this “miscommunication”…
- 5/5
It was a great experience
- 3/5
No USB plugs, elevator slow, shower head slow with slow water showering on me. Staff friendly and nice.

The room we got ending in 94, was facing the highway and you heard the cars all night. If you get a room that ends in 94, avoid it.
- 1/5
Staff were trainees, housekeeping came in our room unannounced.
- 1/5
Terrible, the hotel is nasty. The smell was so bad I had to leave as soon as I got my room. It smells like mold and cigarettes. Unless you are homeless, I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy.
- 5/5
It was very comfortable to sleep in, but the body wash bottle was empty for the two nights.
- 1/5
Bed have cockroaches request the reception to change the bedsheets after showing the video of cockroaches wandering in bed nothing done by hotel worst hotel to stay in.
- 4/5
good clean room, but the hotel was too crowded for breakfast

El desayuno fue muy rico, variado, limpio toda el área del restaurante y bufete, las enpleadas muy atentas. Lo único q encontramos fuerte es el pago del estacionamiento. De lo demás todo fue excelente! Gracias!

The hotel need a up grade
- 3/5
There was only one person checking people in so it took a long time. Otherwise everything else was good.

The continental breakfast is not good. The choices are not very good for the hot items. Lots of rubber sausage. Our room had a musty smell and the hotel could use some modernization. The people were friendly though.

Smooth check-in, clean room, friendly staff, decent breakfast every day, and nice amenities (pools, gym, food). It was close to several shopping malls and attractions.
- 3/5
I called earlier in the day to say that we wouldn't be checking in until around 10:00/10:30 and they said it was fine. When we arrived, they didn't have a room "available" for us and had to go open something up. We did finally get a room but after waiting a good 20 minutes. The breakfast was okay but nothing to write home about. Our room was pretty decent. Note that they charge a $5 "incidentals" fee per room that you use or lose so you pretty much have to buy a soda or something else from their little "pantry" or forfeit the $5.
- 4/5
Complementary shuttle service to Disney parks and Spring.
- 5/5
Crwded for brkfst, food was okay. Room a bit damp and smelled a little. Bed comfortable enoough, pull out couch bed terribly uncomfortable, no safe in room but could lock items at front desk
- 2/5
Room disgusting.housekeeping need to their work very well.
- 2/5
The breakfast need more variety.
- 4/5
Hotel is extremely convenient if going for Disney. Beds were very comfortable and had new furniture. Similar to most FL hotels, it’s slightly outdated in most other aspects of the room including the bathroom. Breakfast was great and had lots of options. Overall I’d stay again going to Disney!
- 5/5
Great

We were out of water for half the morning on Wed 24th 2025It set us back a half a day
- 3/5
The room was good but both ice machines were broken on the 3rd floor, so no ice. Need to get them fixed. The breakfast was good and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice place just need to fix a few things!!!
- 5/5
Excellente
- 3/5
All of the Staff were super nice! The rooms were a bit outdated, smaller and a little old for the price you pay. $25 for parking was a bit high on top of the room pricing. When I booked it said free parking, then the email said different. The breakfast looked great but the lines were so long we didn’t even wait! 9:30am is a bit early to end breakfast at a hotel. It was an average stay. Not worth $260+$25 parking in our opinion.
- 5/5
Excellent front desk staff especially Silvana. Great breakfast includes mickey waffles, bagels, eggs, sausage patties, bagels, cereal, fruit and more. Location is perfect, close to Disney Parks, restaurants, outlet mall. Only issue is that toilets tend to act up but maintenance is very responsive. However, you might want to avoid flushing tissue or pack a small plunger if you can. Otherwise, perfect stay so 5 stars.
- 5/5

Messed up my family vacation. Bad hotel
- 4/5
Staff were quick and helpful, breakfast was great
- 5/5
Clean room, comfortable bed, excellent staff especially the Manager Matthew.
- 3/5
There was no water use for almost a full day during our stay and no one ever contacted us to have us moved or give us a Marriott credit for the night without essential water use. The housekeeping staff took a full set of blankets from one of the beds and did not replace them. They also took a box (assumed as trash but not placed near trash can) for our daughter’s toy purchased at Disney that we intended on keeping to transfer home as we are not from the area. Unfortunately overall would not recommend this hotel
- 1/5
We didn’t have water in the building , had to leave in the middle of the night … very disappointed
- 4/5
Breakfast space was spacious. Hallways smelled fresh and clean. The theme park shuttle was helpful, but the online registration could be more efficient and the pickup/dropoff times could be more frequent and/or earlier and later. Room was a little musty and the shower had a large rusty crack in the middle.
- 5/5
The breakfast was always fresh and delicious. The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh and inviting!

Yes, clean room, very sweet housekeepers and very sweet front desk staff. All around very nice!
- 3/5
Very clean but quite dsyed
- 5/5
Everything was great while we visitied. My daughter forgot two pairs of shoes and I called all day after leaving the hotel to ask about them, but no one could answer the phone. I sent a message, and never got a reply. Called the next day, and was told no one found them.
- 5/5
Rooms were very clean. No noise in hotel and comfortable beds.
- 3/5
The area was good, many restaurants in walking distance. Also it is in ~15 min drive from all the attractions. The breakfast area was also clean and big with many varieties. But my 3 star review is mainly because the room with two queen beds was very congested, specially the bathroom. I really hate when the washing spot is outside the bathroom. Overall it was very tight for a family of 3. The bed mattress and pillows were also super uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Love
- 5/5
Clean room, great staff, location, and walking distance to several good restaurants.
- 3/5
This hotel offered a free shuttle to and from Disney World. What they don't tell you until you need one is that the shuttle is a one time per day shuttle and you need to schedule it in advance if you want to use it. This is the reason I picked this hotel, we got to pay for parking at the hotel and at the park we went to.
- 5/5
Everything was top of the line! Staff, rooms, services, overall location and daily agendas for guests made it all mucho conveniente! I’ll be sure to utilize it again in future endeavors and to promote it to friends/ family when on the road!
- 3/5
It was okay

Went for my birthday disney trip and had a great time has shuttle service to and from all parks.
- 1/5
Front desk lady was extremely rude for no reason at all. My room was paid up-front. Short and unpleasant. Hotels.com advertises “Free Parking” - Parking is $25 plus Tax per night! BE AWARE!
- 4/5
Clean and quiet. The included breakfast was nice although somewhat limited. Good value if you're looking to be close to Disney without the resort prices.
- 4/5
Enjoyable stay. Nice hotel. Unfortunately some things were misleading such as a picture of a tray of waffles for breakfast when really you had to stand in line for 20 min ( no joke) to make your own waffle. My kids were excited about FroYo on site but it looked like the machine hadn’t worked in years and instead they charged $5.75 for a generic cherry popsicle.
- 5/5
Room was clean and nicely stocked with essential items. The staff was super kind and helpful. I would definitely stay again!
- 3/5
The review was okay overall. However, when the fire alarm went off, the staff were not very informative and demonstrated a lack of proper emergency response.
- 3/5
Courteous staff. Building has seen better days.
- 5/5
Very clean, breakfast was great! Staff was very friendly & location is perfect.
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent gym! Good breakfast.
- 3/5
The issue was the bathroom. The sink area was VERY small. Almost too small for one person. The shower head was falling off the wall and the tub was patched up and felt like it was going to give out and you would end up in the room below
- 5/5
Great.
- 4/5
Room was decent and clean. Good for a 1 night stay with my husband and 8 year old.
- 5/5
Very much enjoyed our stay.

Clean, comfortable, great location, good breakfast, and the hotel smelled lovely

Not enough space to accommodate guests and parking was full.
- 4/5
Nice room for the price.
- 3/5
Riom was clean. Biggest issue was that the tub was caving in the middle. Sounded like we were stepping on a pipe. I also think that if you pay for a room, parking should not be an additional charge. Might avoid future stays for this reason.
- 3/5
I don't have a photo, but your manager can check the tub. Unfortunately, we realize bookings through hotels.com we get the worst rooms that apparently are blocked out.
- 5/5
Nice place would stay again. Very convenient for shopping & Disney Springs.
- 2/5
Another thing that I didn’t like is the voucher that you get cannot be used in the hotel anymore. What I mean by that is that you can’t get yourself a bottle of water with the voucher. I wanted to get a four dollar and 50 Cent bottle of water with my voucher, but I was told that I couldn’t. But I figured with a broken air conditioner, and a broken toilet they would understand. But I was definitely wrong. Since when can’t you use the five dollar voucher? I’ve always used it inside the hotel whether it to get snacks or drinks If this is the way it’s going to be then I will look elsewhere for my New Year’s Eve plans
- 5/5
All was good
- 3/5
clean room
- 4/5
More healthy options for breakfast. Wasn’t crazy about the destination fee either
- 5/5
Very clean rooms they are small the breakfast was good I just couldn’t understand why I had to pay 25 dollars for parking and we literally have the park the car our selves another experience I had.. I have 2 kids a 1 year old and 2 year old when I checked in I asked for there “cribs” which they told me they had available I didn’t just ask one time for the beds I had to call about 4x for my kids bed and the room was really small and we had no walking room with the cribs other than that experience everything was good and clean
- 5/5
This is our go-to hotel when visiting Disney World thanks to its clean rooms, friendly staff, continental breakfast, and convenient shuttle service to the parks. The only downside is that the shuttle schedule isn’t as frequent or early enough to take advantage of early park entry or staying until park closure.
- 4/5
It was my girlfriends birthday at Disney, and they didn’t put any balloons or card as requested and promised 2 times the evening before and morning of, so don’t hold expect them to do their work all the time. They did make an effort by putting a bunch of birthday things in the room the next day but only after I talked to their main boss. The regular day and night managers have a poor attitude and clearly need to all be spoken to about their work ethic and politeness. One person asked if I had paid for the birthday amenities that I was told would be complimentary after I complained that my girlfriend did not get the birthday I wanted her to have…..the audacity of some of their employees is appalling to say the least. Overall, if they send their managers back to training, it would be an exceptional place to stay.
- 5/5
I loved my stay, my room was quiet despite not being far from a mayor highway. I did not hear any guests outside ever and the grounds and hallways were always clean.
- 4/5
Really nice place only back is the parking 25 USD daily is absurd and abusive !!
- 4/5
The place was good, room was clean, but had a bit of a damp feeling. The location was great. The biggest downside was that the water pressure was a trickle in the shower. By the time I knew that, it was too late to change rooms.
- 3/5
Hotel was being remodeled, this needs to be known when booking. The end we were at was part of it. Had a musty smell in room but beds were very comfortable and new.
- 4/5
good
- 5/5
The stay was great, was able to get checked in time to get ready before the concert. Was able to grab breakfast in the morning before heading out
- 5/5
Great hotel not only was it Very clean but the Staff were so friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to make my boyfriend feel special on his birthday. Breakfast was delicious and their shuttle service was also great and easy to get on. I will definitely be coming back to stay with them next time I come to Orlando.
- 1/5
They charge 25 dollars to park plus a 5 dollar for no reason and staff is rude as crap. Never going back.
- 5/5
Room was clean, very spacious.
- 2/5
You had to Uber to the shopping area.
- 4/5
Very limited trips and times to theme parks. If you didn’t check in early then all the free shuttles were booked. So I pay 25.00 to park in your lot but because shuttle was full by the time we checked in I have to pay 30.00 to park at theme parks. Not happy with your advertising free theme shuttle but not letting customers know it’s limited!
- 3/5
It was OK. Breakfast was decent. It just needs some upgrading. The refrigerator was very loud. It had a weird smell in the room. The drain for the shower is very slow and you can just tell it’s an older hotel but for the price it was decent.
- 4/5
My wife and I had a good stay. The hotel had a nice breakfast and good coffee. The front desk never answered the telephone and we called over ten times the day we were slated to check in. (This was very frustrating). The bed was comfortable but the room was a tad outdated and the tv was on the small side. All in all it was fine for what we needed.
- 5/5
Great place and the people is lovely, the breakfast is excellent, the location is perfect, very recommended
- 4/5
I really like the Marriott village. This was my grist time staying at the Fairfield and it was a good experience. Definitely feels like an older remodeled hotel but it was comfy and the free breakfast is always a plus!
- 3/5
The breakfast can have more options
- 5/5
Excellent location and rooms, walkable area and has near everything you may need, I only have a suggestion, listen the customer and be more flexible
- 5/5
Great breakfast.!
- 5/5
Great experience at this location. The young man at check in was exceptional, as was everyone else on site. Convenient to Disney Springs and the parks. Would definitely recommend for a Disney trip.
- 5/5
Several places to eat in walking distance. Short Uber to parks.
- 4/5
Good staff
- 1/5
We had coakaroaches in our rooms and the rooms were musty and moldy. We would like a full refund.
- 5/5
Family friendly
- 5/5
The Staff were very friendly.
- 5/5
Clean room staff was super friendly
- 4/5
Good location and loved the park. Our room smelled like mildew and some parts of the hotel as well
- 5/5
Great location, diverse breakfast, staff great.
- 5/5
We will stay again!
- 5/5
For $25 per day for parking it shouldn’t be self parking.
- 3/5
However, issues marred our stay. Two of three elevators had broken switch panels, making us wonder do they even work? Our room was damp and musty, feeling like a wet basement—not the fresh space we expected. Breakfast, meant to run until 9:30 AM, was a letdown. At 9:00 AM the first day, food wasn’t replenished; eggs were cold, forks were gone, and the milk machine was empty. Staff faced a language barrier and seemed unwilling to help. The next day at 8:45 AM, the same issues persisted, and they didnt want to replenish the waffle batter as it got closer to 9:30 suggesting this is standard here, unlike other Fairfield Inns. They made us feel like we were a bother to them. It’s a shame, as we’ve enjoyed other locations, but this one’s maintenance, room quality, and breakfast service disappointed. We likely won’t return but hope management addresses these issues.
- 4/5
Mattresses too soft
- 5/5
The Marriott Village will forever be a staple on where to stay whenever I do a staycation. It makes it easy and fun. If it’s raining no worries as they also offer indoor pool at the courtyard, which you can also go to while staying at any of the other two hotels. Also to add to it, they have like an arcade area as well as a playground for kiddos. It’s always fun when I take my nieces and they always have a blast.
- 5/5
Clean and Respectful
- 5/5
Room was clean but smelled a little musty.
- 5/5
Really good
- 4/5
The property provided a shuttle to Disney. Check in was quick. Shower had no water pressure and ac made werid noise the whole night. Breakfast was provided until the last day they moves it to the hotel next door but it was to packed so we skipped.
- 5/5
Only stayed a few nights but me n my husband enjoyed our stay
- 5/5
The place was clean, friendliness, affordable, spaces it has different amenities and restaurants in walking distanced. The only two things I don’t like elevators and when it comes to a stop it would shake weird and the beds are ok. But I would stay here again already booking my next stay.
- 3/5
There was one person working check in and I was 12th in line. It took nearly an hour. After a long day and flight it was disappointing to wait so long.
- 5/5
Great stay... loved the rooms
- 1/5
Not what we expected, the room smelled realy moldy and dated. We couldn't stsy in the room not even for 10 minutes, we left and went to the one of the other Marriott.
- 4/5
Ok
- 3/5

- 5/5
in the perfect area
- 5/5
Quiet location and it always smelled good
- 5/5
This is now my home away from home.
- 3/5
Slow check-in at 10pm on a Saturday. Hotel reeked of air freshener in common spaces and rooms. Room smelled musty with air freshener smell trying to overpower it. Linens for bunk beds consisted of a fitted sheet, pillow and top sheet… no blanket so kids were cold all night. Rooms were clean but dated and worn.
- 5/5
I like the options available between the properties
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful
- 3/5
Hotel has a selling point that it offers shuttles to Disney parks. However, the shuttles are available at times that dont work. Example: It offers 5pm drop off to Disney Springs. Park opens at 10am. No other time is offered. I text number with additional questions and no answer from service. The hotel itself is fine. But uber cost me quite a bit, i counted on shuttle.
- 5/5
The beds are so comfortable!!! Breakfast was nice, coffee in the lobby was extremely nice.
- 5/5
My stay was amazing
- 3/5
Overall, our experience was decent. The hotel staff were great - friendly and accommodating. However, the room was a bit old and had noticeable dirt buildup, which was disappointing. The breakfast was standard fare - pancakes, eggs, and sausage - nothing too exciting, but it did the job. The kids loved the Mickey Mouse waffle maker, which was a nice touch! One perk worth mentioning is the $5 daily voucher for snacks or drinks of your choice. With some renovations and menu expansion, this hotel could really shine.
- 2/5
The service is very poor it takes days and follow up before your request was done we were assigned our room on the very end of the building
- 5/5
Love the location of the hotel .missed a couple of things like 25.00 a day parking but was a great weekend seen the grandkids
- 3/5
This is a 2 to 3 star hotel
- 5/5
Lication, cleanliness
- 5/5
Had a great stay and would definitely recommend
- 4/5
Very nice place to stay and was close to a lot of amenities and parks will be back
- 5/5
The staff is super friendly, they are always willing to help
- 5/5
Very friendly staff and clean. Better than expected. Breakfast buffet better than 90% of the hotels we have stayed.
- 5/5
The staff was wonderful, breakfast was a good buffet with decent options (Mickey waffles were on point). Hotel was clean and the property was very safe. Disney springs was also super close to this hotel as well as the Vineyard Shopping outlets. In walking distance you have Bahama Breeze, Pollo Tropical, a random Mexican restaurant and a shady gas station with very expensive gas lol (Do not get gas here, find another cheaper spot). Families will definitely enjoy this hotel and the pool as well. they also have some stores, food halls onsite which we did not have time to use.
- 4/5
Las areas limpias. El A/C en el piso 5 pasillos lo pagan o no funciona a. El desayuno no es variado.
- 4/5
The girl in the front desk was helpful. but the other lady was not I think the night shift lady was rude she had a mask on and was just rude cuase I ask about that I extended my stay and I wanted to know if it was in the system, enough of that. I just really want them to fix the elevator that’s on east side of the hotel by the guest #1 entrance take to long to come down and to open the doors I had to wait literally 7 mins to open the doors :). Oh also the coffee maker in my room was broken:( but the hotel was was cold and the room which was a A+ because of the Florida heat can’t beat that!
- 5/5
Loved the property the pool needed to be cleaned of the palm tree debris but other than tht it was a great stay. The breakfast and staff was amazing, enjoyed the chicken fingers and salad at the bistro bar . Wonderful stay will definitely be back !
- 5/5
Nice place, friendly staff and convenient shuttle to Disney parks.
- 2/5
Was charged a smoking fee when I have asthma and no one around me smokes
- 5/5
the only drawback was the limited availability for shuttles to the Disney parks, otherwise, it was a great experience
- 4/5
Only issue I had with hotel is parking. Parking for Fairfield is not convenient to front entrance and the spaces are very tight. Driving a full sized SUV was very difficult to park to prevent door dings.
- 3/5
I didn't like that when checking in the young girl at the front desk did not had knowledge of the property and how room service worked. I booked this hotel because it said it offered room service and when got to check in the girl said they didn't offer that. But when eating at the bistro we asked again and they showed us how to get room service and it was definitely available. That made out visit better since it was what we were looking for on our vacation.
- 5/5
Good all around
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Housekeeping Staff was excellent. She saw a problem and reported it. The clogged drain was corrected within hours. The breakfast crew was excellent. Food was always fresh and it never ran out. Halfway through my stay I found the charging stations for my USB devices. The desk staff was not able to point me out n the right direction so As I was checking out Kimberly pointed me to the location of the ATM. Someone the day before sent me to one of the adjacent properties.
- 3/5
They spray some air freshener or something in the hallways and it’s so strong you can taste it. It’s not too bad in the rooms but in the hallways.
- 4/5
This is our second time staying at this location. We chose this spot for the convenience of shopping and other great things Orlando offers.
- 5/5
Property is close to everything
- 4/5
Rooms were nice, clean. The bathtub service was very slippery. The employees were kind and attentive but, at checkout time, there was no staff at the desk. Inconvenient.
- 4/5
The front desk lady be in her cell phone the entire check in process, nothing professional.
- 3/5
Room was nice and big but it smelled like cat pee. Breakfast was great,
- 5/5
It was a very good stay. This is one of my goto hotels for a Disney weekend trip.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and good complimentary breakfast
- 5/5
Rate was suppose to be inclusive but I still got charged $25 a day for parking
- 5/5
Wasn’t happy with the concierge
- 3/5
Pretty outdated property. But still kept clean. The pool was heated like bath water despite being 95 degrees outside. And chlorinated to the point it faded our clothes. Aside from that it was clean and about what you’d expect for a outdated hotel and cheap rate
- 5/5
Good experience
- 5/5
Short family vacation....staff was amazing, room was comfortable, location was great, amenities were on point.....Will be booking again.
- 2/5
Reserved a king room for anniversary weekend with my wife. We arrived early and were advised room was not ready but to check in and just pick up keys when we returned. Upon, our return we were advise that they had no king bed rooms available and the only thing available was a room with two double beds. The clerk advised that they had overbooked the hotel and there was nothing they could do. If that information had been shared with us we could have gone to a different hotel. Too many hotels in that area to be treated like you don’t matter. Never again!!
- 1/5
Fire alarm at 2:00am! Stuck outside until 4:00am. Brutal service/support after. Unbelievable.
- 2/5
Alarms went off at 2am and the fire trucks came but the alarms didn’t turn off until 5am
- 3/5
The interior smell of hotel was very strong air freshener smell. Even the carpet in our room was overly sprayed and the smell lingered and I could not sleep due to the strong smell. It made me nauseous.
- 5/5
Very good
- 5/5
Very nice! Comfy beds! Great breakfast! Close to parks.
- 5/5
Our stay was great! The manager that checked us in was fantastic- very friendly- upgraded our room to have bunk beds, which my kids loved! Breakfast was great and staff in breakfast area always were friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 3/5
We didn’t get the room we requested. We asked for pool view king size and we got two full beds with no pool view. We received free parking as compensation. They did accommodate us for early check in which was helpful
- 5/5
For rainy days, outdoors should include some walking area to get to the food hall...
- 5/5
Clean served its purpose
- 2/5
I had roaches in my room, last night there found one in my bed. YUK! The room especially the bathroom was old and hair on the bathroom bars again YUK! I was over charged billed $177.00 and should have been $48.00. They did correct, but found strange that all those charges were on my card. I do have positive remarks for the staff at the front desk, they were very helpful and apologetic about the roaches and the breakfast was very good.
- 5/5
It was full of young teenagers
- 5/5
Family from up north have not been to disney world in over 25 years. Hotel was near everything and we used Uber to get around. Much faster then shuttle service and we could come and go as we wished.
- 4/5
Great hotel central location the shuttles were not great though
- 5/5
Lovely
- 4/5
Overall, the place was fun, but the tub in my room was dirty before used. The AC was not working when we arrive. It was super hot and I was traveling with kids. We had to change room in the middle of the night for a cooler room. Parking sucks to pay $25 a day. Free breakfast was good. 3.9/5 rating.
- 5/5
Good stay. Enjoyed
