Only 8 minutes from the UCF. Disapointed because there is no room service every day. Bed and towells were not attended during the 2 nights we were there. Breakfast can improve.

In my opinion, one of the better hotels near UCF. Great location and clean. Reasonably updated although definitely not new. Breakfast was a typical free breakfast probably a little bit better than average.

A very nice hotel, close to the campus we were going to. Polite, professional staff. The room was clean and comfortable with good A/C. Breakfast was typical chain hotel fare but still delicious and filling.

The room was good, I did have to ask them to change my sheets looked like there was food on them. The staff was so friendly which made it that much better. It could use some updating though but overall it was good. The breakfast was fresh , a lot of choices and overall a good place to stay.

We were only in town for one evening, so it was a brief stay. The front desk staff were super friendly, and the room was clean.

This whole property appeared to be clean and well-maintained, and the front desk staff were always pleasant and helpful. King suites were adequate for 1 or 2 people. Breakfast buffet was convenient. Daily choice of egg, meat, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, cold cereal, breads, coffee and juices. The 'kitchen' and dining areas were very clean. On-site coin laundry was convenient, as well. Excited for a 'heated' pool, but it was chilly. (Though, the air was unseasonably chilly, too!) However, like the rest of this property, the pool was kept well and clean.

Overall my experience was excellent. From the outside the hotel looks amazing. The landscaping and overall look is very inviting. Inside everything seemed clean and very professional. Service was excellent. The only complaint, if you can call it a complaint, is that I wish my room was darker. Light was bleeding in from around the curtains and the lights on that side of the building were fairly bright.

Bed was great, sofa bed was terrible. They need to get new ones. Their sink didn’t work first day, but they took care of it and it worked after. The staff was very very kind, and accommodating. We were there for a conference, so we only went to the hotel to sleep. All in all it was very good.

In one of the bathrooms, the toilet was leaking due to a crack. In the second bathroom, the toilet wouldn’t flush in a third room, The towel bar completely came out of the wall other than that it was good.

First and foremost the linens on one of the beds we're dirty(forgot to take pictures). I called the front desk to have them changed and housekeeping brought the clean linens and handed them to me at the door. They didn't even have the decency to change the linens for me. Microwave door was not closing properly, we had to slam it shut and the fridge was barely cold. The main reason my husband and i got a room was for us to have some quiet time away from the kids and so that i could get some work done(online courses) and I couldn't even do that because the internet service was sooooo bad. At least we got the rest we needed so badly, i guess!!!!

Place was nice other than one thing, the mattress. I have a bad back and sleep on a foam mattress normally so I'm extra sensitive. It was wirely and could feel all the springs, my back was a wreck by morning.

We were in town to help our daughter move into her new apartment for college. Hotel is very clean, quiet and had a decent breakfast. Staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful. We had to switch rooms due to the first room having a water leak by the AC - it smelled very musty. That's the reason for not giving 5 stars. Breakfast was pretty good.

Stayed at the Fairfield Inn for two nights while having our air conditioner repaired. This is a convenient location, it’s clean and up to date. The room and bath were clean, comfortable and quiet. Plenty of parking. Will stay here again when the need arises.

Breakfast is relatively decent and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Enjoyed the pool and was appreciative of the laundry service offered. The only downside was that the TV setup seems a bit old in this day and age.

Daily breakfast was nice and very useful since we were on the go. Hot coffee was usually available and pretty good at most times enjoyed our stay even though we never had time to use the pool.

I really enjoyed the pool area with the fireplace as well as the barbecue patio with the lake view. It’s really a nice place to stay in the area. Did not like the bed though, the mattress is hard and uncomfortable.

The hotel is conveniently close to UCF. Lots of dining options in the area. A generous complimentary breakfast and easy check in/out. The bed was uncomfortably firm but we’ve stayed at this Fairfield twice and it’s nice and quiet.

Breakfast was the worst i ever had in my life. Not only it was cold (eggs, potatoes, sausages, etc) it was bad and terrible quality. Not worth the price charged for Breakfast.

The hotel seemed really new and was impeccably clean. I really liked the way. The little kitchen area was set up with the microwave and the coffee area and the refrigerator all in one small spot. Very nice! Super comfortable bed and sheets.

The check in desk clerk was super friendly and efficient. Room appeared to be clean, but upon further inspection the bedside table was sticky and there were dirty handprints on bathroom walls and doors. On the positive side, the carpet seemed fairly new, the bed was comfortable, sheets were crisp and clean, and the air conditioning kept the room at a perfect temperature! The evening desk clerk had some unsanitary habits. He was eating while on duty and proceeded to lick his fingers and pick at his teeth. He also appeared to have a sinus infection and was rubbing and blowing his nose. The complimentary breakfast had the usual fare and was well stocked. The area was clean and the woman staffing the area was efficient and very pleasant. The location was extremely convenient for my purposes.

I staid at this location multiple times already. The Hotel is very clean, has comfortable beds and is quiet vs other locations near UCF area. There are plenty of dining options if you are hungry. The stuff is always super nice and helpful no matter who you encounter. The only addition i would make..add a few umbrellas to the pool area.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The front desk staff were warm and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The breakfast options were decent. The location was fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, and my room was spacious and comfortable, with an incredibly cozy bedand nice cold ac. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

He was friendly, helpful and on point with his customer service! He was even there by himself one night, still catering to us, while running the front desk and running pillows and blankets up to rooms that were requesting it. Super star! Thanks Danny!

There was no one available at checkin. I understand that the front desk clerk needed to help another guest but why isn’t there someone else to cover the desk while they’re gone? We waited upwards of 15 minute before anyone appeared. The overall condition of the rooms and facilities is excellent. It’s small but someone had used half the supplies in the coffee basket and put them back in their packaging and back into the basket. At first glance they appeared unused but they were actually open packages and coated with dried crust. It just makes you second guess how thoroughly they clean each room.

The hotel is overrated, it's good but for me it's not a 9.2. The hotel is clean, well equipped, nice pool, they didn't make the beds, no new towels, I had to go ask for them at reception. Breakfast is good but not more than that.

We were very pleased with the hotel and its service. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding! The one thing that would be nice is to add shuttles to airport and perhaps longer shower curtains … the rods are so high but the curtain ended at the very edge of the tub … very difficult to use without making a mess on the floor.

Everything from check in to check was seamless . No issues. Breakfast was on time , well maintained and of great variety. All common areas were spotless and well equipped . Dining area , gym , elevators, halls , room , even parking lot. All very well kept and clean .

Spotless all around, associates very nice. Breakfast was continental but beats all others we had lately. The area is nice and quiet. Room was on the smaller side,but was enough for 2 adults. Definitely see myself returning if Iam in the area for work again.

I would again stay here.

First of all, Hotels.com ruined my reservation, second of all the room that we got had a boom boom noise till 2:30 in the morning from the nightclub called the library, the hotel was nice enough to change my room for the second night, and that was better

The breakfast will be a little bit better
