Everything! Checked in last minute after running away from a scary reservation at another location and the staff was awesome and even upgraded me because of the other place! She was amazing! Nothing

This property was so stinky and gross. The pullout couch was broken and slanted and uncomfortable. The staff wasn't helpful at all

We left after 15 minutes in the room. Did not seem like a safe place. Very sketchy people staying there. The lady at the front desk was so nice and understanding, almost helping us to realize that it wasn’t a good place for me and my daughter to be staying. I appreciate her so very much but would not recommend to stay here.

Nothing Dirty, very hot in the room with ac. It looked like a beat down location. It looked run down and old. The pictures are not accurate. I thought it was a good area. The bathroom has stayed on the counter, the ceiling and walls. There was rust almost on all the utilities.

Easy access to everywhere we went. The fact that the lady after showing me what we can ask for, denied me a coffee maker, telling me they serve coffee for breakfast. I told her we dont wake up early and I prefer to have it in room. She smiled and wrote down the breakfast times. Don't offer extra things for the room if you're not going to give it to us anyway.

Super clean and great room. Yvette, the desk clerk was awesome. My 2 kids and I had a blast in the pool. Could have had some bananas, apples or some fruit. As well as a waffle machine.. Bkfst was granola bars and very stale (out-dated 4 days) muffins

The kitchen is stripped bear of any utensils, dishes, coffee, mugs, etc. The stove stove was dirty, and the refrigerator sealed shut. I went downstairs to get a coffee maker and head to ask for coffee, but never got a courtesy packet with sugar in it. I asked for a teabag and they said they only serve tea at breakfast. I asked for decaf coffee so I could work in the evening, and they said they only offered decaf coffee at breakfast except at breakfast, there was no decaf coffee. This property needs to be cleaned up and freshened up my couch had rips in the Naugahyde and was very worn out. I was truly disappointed in my stay.

I checked in, the lady at the front desk was kind and professional but the room was dirty, the floor had crumbs from previos guests, and the worst part was the bathroom, which I realized a couple hours after checking in, the conditions of that bathroom are absolutely unacceptable and detriment. I immediately packed my things back, went downstairs and checked out, I told the manager I couldn’t stay because it was so bad, she said she was going to give me a refund, but it never happened, I’m still waiting for my refund. Terrible experience.

They give oats in the breakfast. Staff was kind in general. Free parking. Very dirty. The 3rd floor smells really bad. The “breakfast” is just coffee, some oats, and muffins. We were supposed to stay for 11 days, but thankfully we were able to move to another place after one week. Initially, we were supposed to stay the full 11 days, but the staff said that 11 days was too short a period for the room to be cleaned. That just reinforces how dirty the hotel was. We also asked for something to clean the dishes, and the staff gave us a single cloth to use for the entire stay. I couldn’t believe it.

The whole place was dirty. The fold out bed didn't have sheets and had stains of blood and bodily fluids

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The furniture in the room was well worn, but everything was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet at night.

Nothing in kitchen bathroom sink was all soap scummed up along with bathtub carpet between bathroom and bed area was coming apart doesn't look like pics on Expedia was disappointing

Front entrance needs to be pressure wash. Parking lot needs to be clean. Trash was everywhere.. someone was outside working on a car like they was in the hood. Clean the place up, it seems that it’s used to house, homeless people, and they run out rooms to guess.

Just the location. It smelled really bad, the rooms were old and nasty look. The shower hanging on by a thread. Parking even smelled really bad. I will never book again and do not suggest! Stains on the rugs, couches and tub tile! Every time the air came back on the smell got stronger!

The room was ordinary. The halls had an unpleasant odor. We were not given clean towels when we asked. The evening check-in person was abrupt and not helpful. The morning check-out person was nicer. We were awakened by loud arguing around 4:30 am. Also, a strange man with a backpack knocked on my door the same morning and left when I didn’t answer. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Staff were nice and friendly but honestly the pull out bed mattress had really seen much better days. The continental breakfast was non existent for two days, just some granola bars and coffee/tea. Other than that it was ok. Queen bed was comfortable and location good.

Went to check In late due to delay with my flight I called before hand, went to hotel and doors were locked nobody to up front door for me. Had to scramble at night and find another hotel in short notice. Horrible experience stay away from this hotel. The staff was very accommodating and worked hard to make sure their guests felt at home. I was impressed with their effort and desire to make sure the guests were happy. I appreciated them. Unfortunately, the property is just dated and in bad shape overall. I feel the housekeeping did a fabulous job with what they had to work with, bit is hard. Staff deserves a five, but hard to recommend a hotel that is in the poor of shape overall. Rate was higher than 20% higher that we are paying for the next 4 nights for a property closer to the events attending... Disney and Tournaments. Just not a value

Very old and dirty looking. Furniture and carpet stained. Asked for a hair dryer. Gave me a broken one. When I went down to get a new one they said it was the only one they had. Couldn’t wait to get out of there.

This hotel is the worst one I have EVER been in. Everything was filthy, not just dirty, but nasty. The couch in 201 is broken, and the pull-out bed was partly pulled out and could not be fully pulled out OR put away! counters, dirty and stained with burns, and what appears to be peeling paint. The cupboard doors are so filthy, covered in handprints. The back wall of the kitchen is covered in food splatter. The carpet ruined our socks. The tub had a scum ring—cobwebs in the windows. I could go on and on. We had rooms 201 and 203 for a family trip. The rooms smelled of strong chemicals that had messed up our sinuses. Room 203 had a slice of pizza on the fold-out couch, and it was covered in ants! 203 was just as filthy as 201. We tried finding another hotel, but couldn't find one with a kitchen in this area. So we stuck it out because we have food allergies and needed to cook our own. The health department needs to investigate. One thing I will say in a good light is that the woman who works the front desk is lovely. She was helpful and kind, and we have nothing but the best to say about her. The owners need to see what is going on in the rooms, though. Repairs are NOT being done, nor is cleaning.

The hotel serves its purpose if you need a long term stay. Pros: It's tucked away ina nice area. 7 Eleven is a walk away. It's extremely quite so you can get good rest here. No questionable people hanging around in the lobby or outside. Some staff are super friendly. Only saw one roach in my room and no more after that. Cons: it's basic, boring, and does not have enough handicapped accessible units. (They should have handicapped accessible units available for people paying money out of their pockets and not just for people to live in). The gym is super small and basic with zero privacy. The pool area is unappealing. Bathtubs are also not appealing to sit in. The rooms do not offer any privacy if you have adult male family members in the room. No sitting areas outside if you get cabin fever. Reminds me of a shelter or motel. Does not have that hotel feel. The entire hotel is outdated, especially the oven and stove top. The stove top stained the bottom of all of my pots black.

The burners get hot, then it turns down (rinse and repeat). This prevented my food from cooking at an even temperature all the way through The gym looks cheap and only has three sets of equipment in a very small room. You can literally reach over and touch a person while working out. My family and I are having breakouts from sleeping on their sheets and pillows. My face is inflamed and I NEVER get bumps on my face until now. My entire body feels itchy. The bathtub is horrible. I definitely would not sit in the bathtub even if I scrubbed it with bleach. TV is not a smart tv so you cannot stream or mirror your favorite shows. NO BREAKFAST - although their website says there is a breakfast, its actually not. It's grab and go muffins etc that they get from donations (maybe churches). I've seen the same muffins being passed out at a resource center. Over all experiences- Peaceful for the most part but extremely boring. Nothing to look forward to.

Was a nice stay, a little out of the way; but a nice staff and decent room. Water pressure in the shower was very low and the shower head was partially clogged and leaking, other than that had a full kitchen for those who stay for more than just vacation which there's a few I ran into during my stay.

The only good thing about this hotel was that the front desk guy was nice. The hotel reeked so bad. So many different smells mixed in together that it was nauseating! Our room had no air conditioning. It was a sauna in there. I went to the front to ask if someone can take a look at it and was told to open the windows because maintenance wasn’t going to be at the property until Monday! (Mind you this was Friday) Completely unacceptable. My daughter and I had to leave in the middle of the night because there was no air at all circulating. We slept in the car until daylight and then went to search for another place. This was an extended suites but there were no kitchen items at all! Not even soap to wash dishes. It states there is a fully equipped kitchen and there was not one kitchen item. This place should be shutdown honestly. They should not be able to rent out rooms.

Whoever is in charge needs to update the rooms. The carpet was dirty and dingy with multiple black spots where something sticky was probably stuck. The counter in the entry to the bathroom was stained. The bedside lamp doesn’t work. The drawer in the nightstand was dirty and stained. There wasn’t a full length mirror. The best thing about the room was how clean the bed was and the swivel TV. The hotel itself didn’t smell the best. It smelled good walking in but once in the lobby it smelled unpleasant. I can appreciate that there were air fresheners in the hall way by our room so it didn’t smell disgusting every time we walked out our door.

No actual food was offered for breakfast besides packaged old stale muffins and coffee. Beds were hard as a rock. Would’ve felt better on the floor. Unable to get fresh towels unless you take them your dirty towels and wait for them to be washed. Zero dishes for the kitchenette. Just overall poorly managed hotel

Even though we were told breakfast was “grab and go” in a very rude way. It was really disappointing that at almost 8 am we had to ask about it. (Supposedly breakfast was from 7-9) There was coffee, tea and grain/fruit bars. As we were leaving the clerk approached us with some mini muffins.

Not good. The place looks old and we found roaches in our room. The back door of the hotel was kept open and there were some suspicious people hanging around and there was a marijuana smell. Didn’t feel safe and ended up leaving the property the same night. If possible, I would like to request for a refund or some kind of credit. Thanks

This property needs a refresh badly. The floors were sticky and dirty, the kitchen cabinets were old and practically falling off the wall. The backsplash in the kitchen was awful. Worst of all the tub was a terrible color with speckles on it, probably to hide the dirt and the water didn't go off in the tub completely. I guess if you are looking for a cheap place to stay and willing to accept the poor care and unclean floors.........

I stay overnight. The stay was ok. The room needs a little update and carpet cleaning. The couch needs some steam cleaning. If your planning to stay somewhere quick for a overnight, its ok.

Friendly staff and convenient booking but once we reached the premises the smell of old food, dog ,and urine took over. I ended up leaving a few hours of booking and did not stay the night like I planned.

All good, except that I got a smoking room when I requested a non-smoking room.

Needs updating. 7.2 score is not accurate. It could be nice but since everything is old - it looks dingy even though clean. Tape on windows , old carpet.. ect. People roaming the parking lots … I would not stay here again unless renovated. It wasn’t worth the price they charge

Worst hotel I have ever experienced. I was in a bind and needed an overnight stay that was cost efficient, but this stay was not worth a single penny i spent. Upon arrival check in was easy, but everything that came after was a horrific experience. The hallways have a heavy smell of feet and dog. The carpet and couches were stained and the room smelled of mold and mildew which I later figured out why when there was a leak in the ceiling of the bathroom which left the entire bathroom floor flooded. When I discovered the leak I went to the front desk to explain the situation to the attendant and was asked if it was "livable" meaning she did not want to change my room and was going to try to leave me in the flooded room. Eventually after asking for a refund and offering to leave she accomadated us with another room which was not in much better cleanliness condition but at least it wasnt leaking. Though in this room when the hot water was on in the shower it smelled like something was burning. I have never experienced so many issues in one overnight stay at any hotel/motel ever. Overall terrible experience. My advice, learn from my mistake and pay the extra money for the better accommodation at another hotel.

The accommodations were basic, the hotel had an odor throughout from the lobby, through hallways and the room as well.

The last extended stay that we stayed in had the dishes for you to utilize inside the room. We didn't have to pay a separate price. And the next morning when it was check out time, being 5 mins over, we were still able to check out. This stay, the front desk guy came banging on the door yelling, "front desk." I opened the door with my bags in my hand literally getting ready to walk out. I was at the door when he banged on it. And it was only 5 mins passed check out time. That was unprofessional to me and out of all the rooms and hotels I've stayed in in my lifetime, that has never happened. We were only there because my husband had to preach during watch night service and that hotel was close to our church for that time of night and reasonable.

The room was clean, but the furniture and fridge are old, and it shows. The couch bed was difficult to open/close and it’s mattress was quite used, but clean. The staff at front desk and housekeeping are very helpful and attentive and take guests seriously (5-star)! The only issue I had was that even though there is no smoking within 100 ft of the property, which is clearly posted, it’s not enforced. So persons were often smoking at the entrance, which made for an unpleasant experience coming in at evenings. - I would stay here again on a budget, as the area is quiet and felt quite safe for me and family. There are also chain eateries and convenience stores nearby (7-11, Wendy’s, ChickFilA…).

We arrived and the manager was very nice. First room had condom wrappers on the pull out bed. Second room had bugs and the worst mattress I’ve ever seen on a pull out couch when we pulled the sheet back. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. Hotels.com did refund my money.

I was tranfered to a cleaner room away from pet hair that was in the carpet in room 304 The GM put me in a cleaner room 110 without carpet. This made my stay much better.

This place was so disgusting I had to leave not long after checking in but they refused to give me a refund. It was very filthy, noisy and smelled. It looks like the property hasn’t been updated since the 1970s. I had to check out early as I was concerned for my health. I got a migraine headache immediately and noticed an extremely filthy vent in the AC. Don’t let the hood reviews fool you like they did me.

The property from outside is nice, the room is old and the night service wasn’t good.

It was ok. No problems with the staff or service but you definitely get what you pay for . Thankfully I was only there for one night with my sister. They need to update their furniture. The wash cloths and towels looked like they were over used and not washed at all, so did blankets. The pull out sofa was nasty and damaged. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

This was a last minute booking as our real hotel was cancelled mistakenly. We booked because they were one of the few hotels with openings and the profile on Hotels.com looked decent. However, Instead of a hotel, it was more like an apartment complex. Several people actually live at the complex. They would hang out in the parking lots playing loud music and added to the overall feeling of not feeling secure or safe. The hotel would not offer room service without an extra charge, they would only replace towels and sheets if you brought them down to be washed every day and then you had to make the beds. They also ran out of toilet paper!!! Yes! Out of toilet paper, so we had to buy our own for the room. There are no hair dryers in the room, the iron didn’t work, and the breakfast consists of instant oatmeal, muffins and granola bars. The front desk lady, Michelle, was very pleasant and the best part of the stay but the rest of the staff were not as friendly or helpful. I would not recommend staying here.

The room was clean but the bathroom was very dirty. Couldn't get a good, goodnight rest because all you hear is dogs barking. They were not one physical person behind the counter when needed.

Telephone had no dial tone and couldn’t be used so anything we needed we had to go downstairs to ask for. This was not an enjoyable stay, at all! Yvette was amazing and did make it right by giving us a walk-in room with hotels.com reservation price and upgraded our room to a bigger room … but the issues we had weren’t worth it.

The hotel was moldy and musty and the rooms were filthy. I got the worst sinus headache while there that disappeared whenever I left the establishment. The parking lot was dirty as well, with random people seemingly living out of their cars. The window in the room I was in couldn't even close properly so ants kept crawling in. Just a nightmare stay from start to finish.

This location has become my new home away from home. When you don’t need all the bells and whistles and all you need is peace, I’ve found it here! Thanks Everyone for always being so Awesome!❤️
