My husband and I stayed for one night, which is all we could have handled if our stay would have been longer. I had made a reservation for a room with a king sized bed, but was given a room with 2 queen sized beds. When I went to the front desk to request a change to a room with a king sized bed, the receptionist was unclear on the details of my reservation and provided a vague explanation stating they didn’t have any king sized beds available. I asked how that could be the case since I had made my reservation two weeks in advance and I was provided no actual explanation.I overheard another guest making the same complaint right after me as well. The room also had a weird, musky smell inside, as if someone had smoked inside of it. Walls were paper thin so you could hear other guests in their room. There were also weird stains on the wall behind the bed frames. While we ended up having an ok stay, I am grateful it was only one night, as I do not intend to return to this hotel. The atmosphere felt a bit run down, the room smelled weird, walls were thin, and the employee front desk service was poor. Only upside was free parking and proximity to Disney world entrance but there are much nicer, more comfortable options just across the street.

Front desk communication during check-in was inconsistent and unnecessarily confrontational. After I fully cooperated and provided IDs for all guests staying in Rooms 213 and 214, the situation continued to escalate unnecessarily. My family felt unwelcome, and the staff’s attitude toward my wife was unprofessional. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable experience for a family stay.

The location was great ! The stairwells need attention because it was dirty and some of the stairs vinyl flooring were falling apart. The hot tub was not open.

NO Wifi in the room at all. Key card did not work sometimes. Room smelled musty and pet odor. Bed was comfortable. TV worked. Toilet flushed OK. Packaged muffin breakfast and warm coffee.

The room was big and spacious. The bathroom needs some work with the hole in the ceiling above the shower and the drain in the bathtub needs help. The bed was very comfy. Check in was a breeze thanks Patrick! Plenty of parking too.

Parking fairly easy, kitchen didn't have stuff to cook with,not sure if you have to ask for it ahead of time. Check in was easy,as was checking out,was only there one night so wasn't able to check the pool area out. We got to the room 11pm. I would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Reserved a King “Deluxe” Suite and instead was given a standard double room without any notice at check-in. The front desk clerk never mentioned the downgrade until we went back downstairs to question it ourselves. We were then told the third-party booking site had “oversold” the hotel and that we had supposedly been “upgraded free of charge” because the double room was more expensive. That was completely false — I checked. The hotel itself was dingy and poorly maintained, the elevator was dirty, and the atmosphere felt sketchy with groups of people smoking out of their cars in the parking lot.

Check in was easy but the front desk employee wasn’t the friendliest. The sofa bed in our room was disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The bathroom was a weird set up. The shower curtain rod was in the way so the door could barely open. There was also damage to the bathroom door. Overall, the size of the room was nice but it needs some cleaning and updating.

The stay was great, close to the attractions at Disney. Ask for a room next to travelers , on second or 3rd floor, not 1st, and not next to long term , (week or more) guest. They get noisy since they are there longer.

The area was very nice and centrally located Hotel was very noisy all night, people above stomping all night, doors slamming all night, what looked like homeless people barbecuing in the back parking lot. The shower was terrible, clogged shower head, the water pooled and took a while for it to drain.

It was honestly one of the nicest rooms I’ve ever said that, it’s almost like I was in my own apartment. It has a full kitchen, the beds are very comfortable, couches very nice, bathroom was big.

Cleaning, smelling , no breafast

We just needed a place to lay our head down between theme park days. Fit the bill. I was expecting the breakfast to be a bit more than what was offered, but Dunkin was around the corner. Overall, we would stay there again.

I reported the issue to the front desk and was told that all sofa beds were in similar condition, which is very concerning. I was traveling with a child and arrived late at night, so I had no option but to stay despite these conditions. This experience was disappointing and does not reflect acceptable hygiene standards for guests.

The elevator could use a good detail cleaning and paint. The halls had a funky smell.

If zero was an option I would have rated a zero. The towels were dirty, hair embedded into them. One hand towel was folded damp. And a wash cloth was folded with small crusty particles. The bathroom shower/bathtub wasn't clean and had hair on the wall and sides of the bathtub. The toilet had pubic hairs and the toilet seat had visible dried up urine streaks. The bottom of the toilet seat cover had some type of black speckles all dried up and splattered. Absolutely disgusting, would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. After speaking with the front desk in person, due to their phones not operating unless one pays for it to be on. I was told the only thing they could do for me was move me to another room which the bathtub also had hair. Clearly no matter what room your in at this hotel, you are going to get a dirty room.

Unfortunately the floor was not very clean. The bathtub looked like it had not been scrubbed in a while. The bed, sheets, covers, and towels were clean. AC was good and quiet. One thing to keep in mind that you get what you paid for.

The only thing that could be taken as a negative is the lobby floors as of March 1, 2026 are in kinda rough condition giving the appearance to be dirty. I know it was just years of wear and tear but some make take it otherwise, but other than that I was quite pleased.

One room that we went into smell like cat urine and the other room that we ended up staying just had a stench of food the whole time we were there. Their sign that says housekeeping comes to clean your room once every 14 days &; you can't refuse it. They might want to reconsider the time frame. The bathrooms and beds along with the sheets were clean. I stayed one time before at an Extended Stay. I didn't have this experience with the smell. We'll probably not stay at an Extended Stay tay in the future. Their breakfast is a grab and go. After the time frame they remove everything. Other places at least leave the option of having coffee during the day.

The room was nice and clean but it wasn't handicap accessible for my husband. So we had to keep leaving our room to take him to the bathroom in the lobby and we had to keep asking the guy working the front desk to open the bathroom for us. My husband is in a wheelchair and needed safety bars to hold on to use the bathroom and there were none in the bathroom in our room. Also, breakfast sucked. I never want to stay there ever again. I really want a refund. I would never recommend this place to anyone and the lobby bathroom was so dirty.

This was a last minute stay and the price was right. The room was relatively clean (kitchen area floor looked like it needed to be mopped). The curtains didn’t close completely so we had to get creative to make sure we had privacy. The beds were comfy and we had a good nights rest.

We would not stay here again. I wish i could get refunded

Next morning we went down for breakfast and there was nothing! Only black coffee. We met other guests who said they have been there for a couple days and there was no breakfast at all. There was never anyone at the front desk. we stayed for four nights and they told us that because we were staying under two weeks. There would be no cleaning of the room disgusting gross. If I could ask for a full refund, I would stay clear.

Very disappointed. The property had sign saying it was going through renovations and it was obvious it was not complete. There was little to no advertised hotel amenities. The room had no dishes, pots, pans or appliances except microwave and refrigerator with a two burner stove top with nothing to use for it. There was always only one staff member on duty during our stay so getting assistance with anything took a great deal of time. Our room also lacked linens for the pull out sofa(a bare mattress pulled out of the sofa when we opened it up soon after check in) and only two towels(one of them the small bathroom floor towel) and no wash cloths. Thankfully the room was very clean and tidy on arrival. The morning breakfast was barely existent with only coffee, tea, hot chocolate, instant grits and muffins available on a small counter. There was luckily sugar for the coffee but that’s it. I would consider staying her again after the renovations are complete to see if the stay is any better, but I definitely won’t be back until then if at all.

It is exactly what you would expect for less than £50 per night. Clean, tidy and good location. Certainly not top end but for a basic, cheap short stay or longer term for work etc... it will do.

The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The only real issue we had was there was mild sround the rim of our tub. I let the front desk know and they marked the complaint. I have also contacted the customer service line.

They canceled our booking after calling and letting them know our flight would be delayed.

Perfect location between the Orlando Convention Center and the Disney Parks! We really just used the room for sleeping and the accommodations were above average. Friendly staff and clean (despite the current remodeling taking place).

The rooms had a kitchen with 2 burners. I was able to save some money by not having to eat out everday.

The bed was heavily soiled, the bath tub was nasty overall the room was dirty very unclean ask for another room no other room was available please I would like to have a refund for this room.

The stench of humidity and mold was so intense it literally took our breath away. The walls were cracked, stained, and falling apart. The lighting was so dim it felt like we were walking through a haunted house. The colors were depressing, the energy was heavy, and there was a straight up evil presence in the air. My family and I were genuinely scared to touch the bedsheets and with good reason because after just ONE night, I ended up with a fungal skin infection. Disgusting. Unacceptable. This wasn’t just a bad experience, this was a total health and safety nightmare. And to top it all off, when we were checking out, the girl at the front desk had the nerve to ask me to please leave a 5 star review. Yeah… right. 5 stars for what? For surviving the night? This place should be condemned. Stay away. Far, far away.

I didn't like how I booked the hotel using Expedia... Received a confirmation email saying my room was confirmed and then I show up at 10pm to check in after 11 hours of driving to be told there is no room available for me. If that was the case they should not have confirmed the room and it would have been nice if they used the phone number I provided to call and tell me so I could make alternate arrangements.

I booked thru Expedia this property on March14 for the 15th, and by the time I got to the Property the Front Desk Rep. claimed she didn’t see my reservation, and I paid through the App, and she was rude

Mold, bad smell, holes in the window screen preventing use, breakfast was a granola bar and a cup of juice. On the up side the size and floor plan of the double rooms were quite nice.

Hotel was clean and decent. Went to check in. We could only get 1 key because they were running out. Needed sheets for the pull out bed. We had to go down and get them. No one would bring them up. Asked for extra pillows for the pull out and they had none. We had to share off the other beds.

We stay one night we loved

One thing to keep in mind is that we did see a few small bugs, including what looked like roaches. They were actually palmetto bugs or water bugs, which are very common in Central Florida because of the humidity. They are harmless and not unusual in hotels in this area. It did not take away from our comfort, and we would definitely stay here again.

If you don’t mind the strong smell of pot in the hall way, dirty rooms, and people coming and going all hours of the night loudly. Then this is for you. Breakfast was literally muffin and coffee.

Have stayed at extended stays plenty of times but this one was the worst. Hotel wasn’t really clean, smelled like there was water damage, mold in the bathroom, the free breakfast wasn’t what was advertised. Noise all night and not controlled by the front desk. Thankfully this was a quick stay or we would have left for another hotel.

I am almost positive that the room was not fully cleaned before I arrived to the room. There were leftover items in the refrigerator. There were zero trash cans/bags in the room. The floor was sticky. The entire appearance of the interior of the hotel overall was dirty. There wasn't a hair dryer in the room, went to the desk for one and stood for 15 minutes for a working hair dryer to be found. Upon checkout I stood for about 20 minutes for the desk person to appear to process my leaving. I would never recommend and will not be returning.

Ok for a nights sleep

The bed was a good sleep. Bathroom drawers had hair from where someone had shaved. Nightstand drawers had hair and debris left over from previous occupant(s). I took a shower and the floor was covered in water due to a leak in the tub. When checking out at 5:30 a.m. I would have informed the attendant, but I had to call from the front desk. The property seems as if it's treated more like a small apartment complex as it has residents who live there. The attendant sounded as if I had woke them up. I told them I was checking out. They said, "Ok, just leave the room keys there."

Room was not prepared ahead of time. No sheets, blankets or pillows for pull-out couch, no kitchen supplies. Slow desk service (one person doing everything). Accomodations just below-average to average. Would not go back.

Upon checking in the person at the first desk (a man) was not very friendly or welcoming. He wasn’t rude but was very dry in talking in conversation. The room was clean and as described. The hallways smelled horrible as if someone had pee on the carpet. The hotel is also very close to Disney

The room had a leak from water in the ceiling light which leaked onto the counters. The water was brown so it had been there a while. My kid found hair in her bed and a roach on the toilet lid. Not a palmetto bug, a house roach. Also the racks to hold your stuff in the closet were flimsy and gave way with just - few clothing items on them.

The room, primarily utilized for sleeping, fell short in terms of cleanliness. Towels contained stray hairs, and small ants were present in the kitchen area. Red splatters were visible on the bathroom walls. The bed area was sufficiently clean for sleeping purposes. If a satisfactory breakfast is a priority, it is recommended to bring one's own provisions, as the available option was limited to a bagged muffin. Considering the price and location, the accommodations meet expectations.

But even over looking that, I almost had the beg at the front desk 41 extra towel. The room had black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. The bathroom door only opened halfway before it hit the bathtub. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. I'm not going to say there's a camera in it but it certainly looks like it had been messed with. The bathroom sink didn't drain. The bed was as comfortable as sweeping on a bunch of cardboard boxes. The hallways were dark and gloomy. And the "grab and go breakfast" was a basket of either blueberry or chocolate wrapped muffins and a nutigrain bar. I stay in that area monthly. I'm careful about the hotels I pick. This one failed in every single way.

Very much bland, from the decor to personnel. The room smelled from a strong disinfectant. Paint chipping off walls, shower curtain rod was curved making it impossible to open the door completely, shower soap smelled and felt like industrial grade, elevator looked dirty, and there was no receptacles to plug in a phone or device directly when not using an adapter which I did not have. I have stayed in hotels that offered more for a lot less money. Very inadequate, not memorable in a good way. I will never come back.

The front desk staff are not physically present most of the time. If you do happen to encounter one in person, when approached they are not interested in saying standard greetings such as "hello!". The place is falling apart, is generally sticky and dirty, and there is mold in the bathroom in the room I occupied. There are no blankets to be found, the sinks don't drain properly, and the "breakfast" consists one thermos of lukewarm coffee-flavored water, and a small cardboard tray of "Li'l Bites" pre wrapped muffins. But make sure you're there before 7:30 A.M..

The hotel changed the bed arrangement from what I originally booked, the shower head didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it or offer another room, the bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work, there was mold in the bathroom, they didn’t offer breakfast like advertised, the room condition was poor. I went to the front desk in the morning and no one came to counter. Stood there for almost 10 minutes. I heard someone in the back office but they didn’t come out.

The entire place had a stench to it. Had to pretty much beg for cooking items. No cleaning products were offered. 2 lamps were full out missing lightbulbs…ac stopped working completely!!! Not an enjoyable stay

The hotel is not well maintained, especially the bathroom in the room we were in. The check in and out process was slow and the front desk couldn't even print a folio at check out. Overall, the hotel is in very poor condition and needs better maintenance. Also, breakfast offerings were extremely poor.

Let me start by saying the area around this hotel is PERFECT!! It’s walkable, so so so close to dining options, pharmacy stores, gas station, etc. and the property around the hotel is beautiful and well taken care of. The hotel itself though? Not so much. Like, it was okay, there wasn’t any bugs, I didn’t feel like I was in danger around the place or anything but the rooms were dirty, visible dirt around the bathroom fan, the hallways always smelt like cigarettes and sweat, the couch in the room was torn up, things of that nature. The bed sheets were fairly uncomfortable, they were very scratchy and lacked any kind of softness. Needed more toilet paper throughout our 5-6 night stay and there was hardly anyone at the front desk area, I got lucky and found a room service maid around the hotel while looking for someone and she gave me 2 more rolls. Found that quite annoying as if you need any dishware to cook on the little stove they have in there you have to get the pots and such from them but yet they’re hard to find? The hotel really just needs some TLC and fixing up/updating and it’d be a great hotel due to its location. The staff I did interact with were friendly and never rude and did provide us with the things we asked for. Staying here for a night or two would be fine if you just need a place to rest but I don’t think I’d stay here again for as long as we did until it got some updates done to it.

There was no hot water the first two days of my stay! Room was absolutely filthy and the TV did not work. Was not even offered hotel credits or any kind of compensation for the egregious violations. I requested my employers never use this hotel ever again to book work trips. .

A/C was ridiculously loud. Bathroom light cracked with a chunk missing. Mold all over the bathroom. Our room overlooked a filthy taped off hottub that looked like a crime scene! No coffee at 10am. This property was nothing like the pictures. The room was not clean and nothing felt like it was properly cleaned in weeks. The pull out couch had mold on it, the hot tub was closed, there were no dishes or cookware to use which defeated the purpose of getting the room. We stayed a few days and just needed to leave it was so bad.

The conditions are different, the breakfast not exist, in the restaurant have beds, you are responsable for clean the room.

My husband & I were just doing a staycation after being at Disney all day. We got to the room pretty late and the area is pretty nice even the room for what we needed it for was nice, but the lady at the front desk. Sabrina, OMG! I almost yelled at her. She definitely works slow & takes her time and I’m okay with that but for some reason she needed my husbands ID and email even though the room was reserved under my name. That was okay, but what pissed me off was….oh and mind you a line of people was forming at this point, about 5-6 people AND it’s like 11PM.. she takes her time and I’m okay and patient with her but as soon as she writes my room number down onto the card holder..she lifts it up! AND SAID OUT LOUD, MY ROOM NUMBER! With 5-6 random people behind me. I made a face and literally tried to use my body to cover it hoping no one behind me was looking or paying attention. Sabrina! Girl! That’s a big NO! Like come on!-_- We went out to get some food and I called the hotel just to see if there was at least more rooms available, & there wasn’t they were booked for the night. Luckily I was staying with my husband because if I was alone I would’ve slept in my car or went to another hotel all together. You don’t just show a lobby full of people and state out loud someone’s room number because you never know what could happen nowadays. Besides that decent hotel and area just have to quickly grab your room card if Sabrina’s up front.

We had no remote to the tv, you can turn the tv on by the buttons. But the volume would turn off on its own. The shower curtain did not go pasted the tub which made all the water go onto the bathroom floor.

There were also no dish ware, even though this was a kitchen suite. While there was a sign to collect a full pack we could use, this was one night and all we needed were small things (two paper plates and two glasses) Perhaps the most frustrating part was a refusal at the desk to give me access to the room until my second adult showed up and they could copy their ID. I have never had that be an issue in any other hotel. Luckily, I was able to get to the second adult - but what if I had arrived hours earlier? I would not have been allowed to access a room I already paid for because my entire party was not there? There was no advance notice of this. The staff was not helpful. This also seemed like it was a long term housing option for locals more than a vacation hotel. There were many kids who owned the open areas and treated it like their living room and kitchen. Would not recommend.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL UNLESS YOU WANT TO BRING HOME BED BUGS. The hotel is disgusting. The hallways are lined with mechanical air fresheners to mask the odor. The rooms have strong wet animal and body odor smell. There is excessive mold in the bathroom on the ceiling, in the sink and walls, the kitchen table had animal claw marks, the appliances where dirty, the carpet was dirty and it felt like you would leave the hotel with a disease, cockroaches or bedbugs. We went to front desk to let them know about the condition of the room and ask for a refund which they told us it would need to come from hotels.com because that's where it was booked. They wouldn't provide a receipt that we handed the keys back. While we were inline the person in front of us was asking for a different room because his shower didn't work and the counter lady looked at a long listed of repairs and said oh yes that room was listed as needing repairs. This hotel should have a 0 rating and hotels.com should be ashamed to list this hotel on their website. Hotels.com refused to provide refund and it will be the last booking from out family. We even booked a different hotel with hotels.com the same night because we were expecting a refund but you have put Profit before People.

But what I didn’t like at all is that they offered this as a breakfast included, but instead is like a pick n go snack. Just some cupcakes, coffee machine and individual packet oatmeal. No fruits, no cereals, no milk, no juices, no bread, etc etc, so I feel this is a total scam to offer as a breakfast included hotel. See picture below, that is the “breakfast” table next to the front desk.

Satff very friendly. Rooms are out dated and is run down. Beds were very clean.

Overall it was ok. Though it lacked in amenities that were needed for the room. Bathrooms had some mold in them. Kitchen sinks needed a deep clean. Floors made your feet black.

Time of check in the lady that helped us was not friendly no smile or how may I help you. She was obviously not happy and very short answers. My husband ask for a do not disturb to hang on our door and was told oh we do not do that anymore. I have NEVER not been given one after requesting. Seems odd I would not want to be disturbed. I found one in my side suitcase and placed it in the key card slot when I left the next day, after arriving back it had been removed. No they did not give it back. I would never stay at that hotel ever again! Extended Stay America Orlando 8100 Palm pkwy. The staff at the front desk said it was full up to someone else asking for extra blankets and they didn’t have any. The next day I ask for some extra soap and the guy at the desk gave me one small round soap I ask could I get a few with shampoo and he said they were out of shampoo he did give 2soaps. I wonder who was getting all of the soap and shampoos and blankets. It wasn’t full. Well the parking was not. I do not recommend. When your child is ready to get out of there that tells you what kind of vacation they had. Also breakfast was granola bar muffin coffee and juice. I feel I did not get my $$ worth. Do not recommend.

The woman at the front desk did not let my son who is 20 check in. She simply said no. She said she was the manager. The room had been paid for via Expedia. She said he had to be 21, and that was not true. They allow 18 . He had to sleep in the car. He stayed in an extended stay in fort lauderdale for 3 weeks in the spring and had zero problems. I believe this was some sort of profiling.

The room wasn't feel that it was clean overall, specially the restroom. I understand things are update but the sense of cleaningness was missing

It should say when you book that really there is no breakfast, a granola bar or a muffin isn’t.

The staff was not helpful at all, also my family and I booked 17 days stay and we stayed there for 15 nights, our linens were not changed, the room was never cleaned and you can't even ask for getting new linen for your beds.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. Most of the outlets in the room didn’t work, including those in the bathroom, forcing me to get ready next to the bed without a mirror. The room wasn’t very clean, with hair and stains in several places. The front desk at check in attendant on Monday afternoon was rude and unhelpful. We arrived at 1:30 hoping for an earlier checkin than 3pm, and upon arrival, she came out from the back room and just stared at us like “what?” I told her we were there to check-in and she said “no, come back at 3.” I asked if there was a bathroom we could change in as we had an event that night and she said no because it was under maintenance. I’m not upset that they couldn’t get us in early. I’m upset that she was so rude about it. The following night, I called down to the front desk to get some dishes delivered to our room, as a sign in the room said dishes would be happily delivered upon request, and the same front desk attendant said that I was wrong— they wouldn’t be delivering anything, that I was to go down there and get them. So, I had to wake up my sleeping 5 year old and go downstairs for dishes and silverware. I showed her the sign about dish delivery and she said the sign was wrong. On the positive side, the area felt safe, and it’s conveniently located near the Disney parks. Unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the pros, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I have pictures, but it doesn’t give an option to post on this review.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting! The smell of mold and smoke is so overwhelming, the smoke alarms low battery alert kept us up all night, the pull-out mattress had so little support that I just about fell through it to the floor when I sat down. Someone had very obviously punched a hole in the bathroom door, it was EXTREMELY obvious that this room had not been clean in weeks. This place was so awful that we ended up leaving at 11:00pm to make a three-hour drive home rather than stay another night. Sleeping in my car would have been better than the one night slept here. Absolutely awful.

First floor room had bright lights from the pool area that never shut off and the curtains don’t close well. The room was dirty. The faucets leaked and I didnt feel sanitary bathing or even using the water to brush my teeth. Again they could care less. “Breakfast” is some like warm coffee and 2 blueberry muffins and 1 chocolate muffin… that was it. Again. The worst room I have ever stayed in, management didn’t care, corporate will be getting a call Monday.

Good area , very easy to get to the parks. Staff was nice and helpful .

The bed was comfy and I felt that the sheets were clean, tv worked appropriately but WiFi did not. Front desk staff was polite.

The toilet wasnt fixed to the floor and had bad smells in the hallways. The outside was nice and the room had great space

The complimentary breakfast was only a “on the go breakfast” which consisted of coffee, a sad display of muffins and granola bars and prepackaged oatmeal with hot water to add to it. There were no doors on the closet in the room. The bathroom counter sink was so low I had to lean over to use it (and I’m not tall) The toilet/shower area was so small, you had to move out of the way to open/close the door. The kitchen was terrible damaged with peeling laminate, burn marks on the counter and the refrigerator doors open against the wall so it was very difficult to get into. In addition, the motor to it was very loud. And to reiterate my initial concern. The window was wide open to the room when we walked into the room. And it smelled like mold.

A stranger keyed into my room while I was there with my 4 year old granddaughter. I did not feel safe and the counter personnel did not appear to be concerned, just gave me another key. This should haver have happened. I also provided photos of the bathroom sink, which was covered with mold under the rim, as well as the shower head which was also covered with mold, and came out of the shower as I was using it. I asked for a supervisor and was told that she was out for the weekend and would call me back Tuesday. This has not happened.

Very old and out dated. Not very clean. Got moved to another room not much better. While watching TV some strange couple keyed in. They said they were given this room. Went to front desk and they got another room.

Mold on the outside of the building. Siding falling. Missing handles on some of the drawers.

Close drive to Disney Springs and the parks. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping opportunities. Room was okay. Bathroom was very small. There wasn’t enough room to enter the bathroom and close the door. You had to essentially straddle the toilet to have enough room to close the door. Bathroom cleaning needs a more detailed approach. The light fixture in there was gross. The room has a small kitchenette, but you have to ask for any dishes or pans you would need. They don’t even supply so much as a roll of paper towels without having to ask for it. Was told there was a grab and go breakfast, but we didn’t look for that. A big plus for this hotel? Free parking!!! One of the only area hotels that don’t charge their paying guests an additional fee to park on their lot. Two thumbs up for that! It’s a good place to stay for a quiet place to lay your head without spending thousands of dollars.

The room is big & quiet, free parking, lots of restaurants in the area. The bed is very firm, the sink faucet knob is broken, they gave us a different room bec. the lock wasn't working but instead of king size bed, they gave us 2 beds (single & queen), no hair dryer, small bathroom.

The breakfast was a disappointment, there was nothing to take only coffee

If you are the Hilton/Mareiott customer dont even thing to try this hotel! The breakfast/ muffin&coffee -i never found even it is before 9am. The kitchen had 0 kitchenaid, i had to request and the size of the pan is for 1 person! Shower was broken, no trash can for the kitchen! There r no front desk service , they hide some where and not friendly! For the check in you need ID for evey single adlut in the room.

Literally just a few nutrigrain bars and packets of oatmeal left out on the counter - the “complimentary breakfast” was a joke. Room smelled of mildew like there had been an old water leak on the carpet - staff did allow us to change rooms. Overall would not recommend.

peoples pet fake service dogs are more welcomed than a 9 year old and 6 year old autistic kids service dogs dont bark or come for you when you walk past them the staff is very rude and for 3 nights in a row we were woken up by somebody knocking on the door and when we told the staff nothing was done they were more concerned about scolding us over our autistic kids

It was really great! Super friendly service at the front desk and housekeeping. Felt very welcomed.

Property was good. Hot tub by pool just needs to ne cleaned and maybe put utensils, pots and pans in suites. Overall it was good.
