This is a great location like 8 minutes from most shopping & restaurants the womanhood checked me in was Fantastic! She had excellent customer service and she deserves a raise im sorry I didn't get her name is think it was Shonda or similar to it Im sorry I usually ask Because she was so good Ok the beds are Not comfortable at all they desperately needs new mattresses they are extremely hard and flat! the blankets made the beds look comfortable but nope, there's no coffee pots, no pots or pans, ok I guess but its an extended stay i think they Should at least have a coffee pot, I was sure when I booked it had breakfast but when I checked in was told there's none & that was ok Except no coffee pot so I was out wondering at 4am to get coffee

Bathroom flooded from trying to shower, hotel and room smelled like a mixture or urine and cigarettes. Did not feel comfortable laying in bed. Checking in is terrible if the staff are not available.

Room I was assigned had food spills on the kitchenette counter and food remains in the sink. Clearly only the bathroom had been cleaned. Received a new room but the tv did not work.

The hallway to the elevator area smelled of rotting food or produce. There was a bullet hole in the elevator door. Couldn't tell if the room was dirty or just old and outdated. The towels looked used. The caulking around the sink was cracking to the point it looked as if the sink could fall.

Did not feel safe there as solo traveling female. The other guests going in/out were very questionable, as well as the people lingering. The room and bathroom were not that clean, and were far from updated. FYI- Absolutely no toiletries or blow dryer in room. I guess you get what you pay for.

I cane to Orlando originally for work and to get away from the craziness from my city and also my divorce. I found this Extended stay America amd will forever be grateful that I found it. From day one when I walked through the front door, they were so helpful and welcoming, even accepting my little fur baby that meant the world to me because she’s all I have they welcomed us with open arms and a feel of comfort. I loved how clean the facility was and also my room. It’s the first hotel that I will always consider coming back to if I need a place to stay my overall experience met all of my needs. I liked everything about the property.

The property is very dirty, it has a bad smell, and the common areas the guests use it for smoking, in addition to that!! Everything is in very bad condition, the bathrooms have mold fungus, the lock of the door of the rooms does not work properly and does not give security, I do not recommend that property very bad experience

Yes breathing in toxic fumes to the point where I woke up with a pounding headache that I didn't have when I fell asleep. Told management/ownership to compensate me after having to move rooms 3 times, they told me kick rocks. I'm still upset about that.

Nothing at all. I believe the staff in the front was the only pleasant thing everything else I did not like at all. Everything. The room was dirty and smelled. Strong chemical smell that gave me an instant headache, bathroom dirty, pubic hair throughout, towels were dirty. Just not up to my standard.

No one actually there foe check-in. Lobby empty,and in poor condition. No check-in available, and i had to find somewhere else to stay..poor customer service, horrifying experience, rhat resulted in me having to stay in an area that was no safe or familiar to me.

Nothing, they don’t have a room for me and left me out on the street. This place is unprofessional and terrible. Everything you can’t overbook a hotel and leave guests stranded and offer no help.

The room was ok, but no shampoo or conditioner available. No staff at the reception in the evening. The elevator was smelling urine when I left the building around 5am. A good definition is... "we get what we pay!".

If this location wasn’t a last resort we would not have stayed there. Upon arriving it did not look too bad. Walking up to the door with my daughter a man walked out and lite up a huge joint, the smell was awful. The whole place inside also smelt like weed. The room looked like it had never been cleaned, the kitchen area was dirty. The bathroom floor had visible water damage and sticky. The sheets had stains like they had never been washed. I do not recommend this place even though the price was right for one night , or so we thought. I’d rather pay more for a clean trustworthy stay.

The entire property smells bad from the moment you walk in. The bed was dirty with some kind of powder, and so was the bathtub. Plus, the water doesn't drain properly. I've stayed at other hotels from this same company before, and they were excellent. This one is like it's not part of that company at all. The air conditioning is old.

The second we walked into the room it smelled like urine. The elevator smelled just as bad. When we checked the bed there were black curly hairs not only on top of the bedding but under the covers. There were also black curly hairs in the shower and bugs crawling around (will attach photos if permitted) There are absolutely no excuses for a room to be this unclean.

Front desk was really nice 😊. Rooms big. However, tv outdated, room smelled horrible like strong pee Odor. It was really hard to sleep in the room. My spouse had to get air fresheners in order for me to sleep.

Additionally, when I turned on the air conditioner, it emitted a noise reminiscent of a helicopter landing. The thin walls allowed for noisy music to fill the room throughout the day. Lamentably, there was no coffee maker provided. While the building itself was well-maintained, its location was questionable. Upon checking out, I observed individuals resting in the lobby who appeared to be homeless. Due to these experiences, I am unlikely to revisit this establishment. However, I did appreciate the absence of roaches or bed bugs, which I actively searched for. I also found the front desk attendant to be courteous and amiable.

Great front desk staff. Very accommodating. The manager was available when I had a minor issue with my heater. They immediately sent staff to verify the problem and moved me to another room.

The staff was very nice but we had to kill atleast 5 roaches and we were only in the hotel for 4 hours. The place was stinky and slightly dirty and the surroundings were also dirty. I wouldn't recommend.

What can I say I was electrocuted I went to plug in my charger to the alarm clock and exploded. Then I was accused of tampering with the cord really no concerns from the gm. He just offered the insurance companies information. Then gave me a hard time when I try to extend my stay.

I had to go to emergency room the GM snuck into my room and tried to attempt to remove the alarm clock, but I caught him red-handed the lack of concern for my well-being. Gente sentada en los pasillos y en la puerta trasera como si fuese el patio de la casa, discutiendo e insultandose allí en el lobby, otr@s fumando justo en la entrada del hotel. La alfombra de los pasillos super sucias, un olor a cigarrillo/marihuana/comida. El cuarto no estaba mal, pero el aire UN RUIDO terrible. Se escuchan los pasos de las personas del piso de arriba bien duro, 1 sola toalla por persona y si quieres otra hay que pagarla, no room service. The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. It look like there was dog throw up underneath the bed in the bathtub and shower was disgusting. We mopped our own floors in the mop water was black.

If youre booking this place because of the fridge / kitchen be warned they do NOT supply any coomware. Who travels with cookware? The AC unit was on its last legs and was super noisy, as well as there being quite a bit of hallway noise most nights. Not exaggerating when I say this was the worst place I've stayed. Ever

Came in 15 mins early to check in and told us to come back after 1 hr to 1 hr & 30 mins because they were cleaning the room and still dirty when we came back. The room and hotel itself is disappointing. Room has roaches everywhere. It smells so bad when you enter. Has kitchen but doesn't have anything not even a paper towel. Requested a blow dryer and told us that a customer took it and never gave it back. Can't even request a towel or bed sheet (we stayed 3 days)

The lighting outside was awful. The ONE light over the front door was flickering in a way the reminded me of a horror movie. The whole area screamed, "I'm in danger." (In a Ralph Wiggum voice) Came across 2 roaches. One in the shower when naked, and one fell one me as I exited the bathroom. The floor was made of cheap laminate that felt grimy with every step. Couldn't stand to go barefoot for even 2-3 steps. The air conditioner was flaky and kept things either too cold and so humid it was impossible to sleep. Quite noisy with all the on-off. The room location was right near a stairwell that I'm not sure was in use, but it sounded like someone was slamming the door shut every 15-20 minutes. The elevator looked like something out of a Russian apartment complex. Dingy, flickery lighting, mis-matched paint everywhere. Exactly as I remember my trip to Russia in 2003. Sure, OK, it's Orlando. Everything is expensive, and you get what you pay for, but this place needs some sprucing up, NOW. It's an extended-stay, so I have no basis for comparison, but apparently they only do 'linens' once a week, and there was a sign up that says, sorry, we can't do linens this week, there's a laundromat in such and such a location. Thanks for understanding!

When i arrived the room was filthy. There were hairs in the tub, sink and on dresser. There was no iron, ice bucket, silver wear or plates. There were only 2 towels for the room when i requested clean towels i was told i would have to go to office at 10. When i arrived at office i was told i had to go get my towels and bring them to swap out. There were roaches in drawers and people in front meeting at 3 am and beyond. Felt very unsafe and had to leave to stay somewhere else. Worst hotel expierience ive ever had!

I was pleasantly surprised to find it had a full size fridge, microwave and cook top. It is pet friendly. I was disappointed that the vending machine for drinks was out of order.

When we went inside the room instantly noticed how the smoke detectors were covered with a bag, apparently people smoke inside the rooms, also noticed roaches running by the room area. It felt so dirty we didn’t even want to shower or touch anything. Luckily I only stayed one night. But the next day at 8:30 am there front desk was closed with a gate, not allowing g me to check out. After I left I called several times during the day, when I finally get a hold of someone from corporate the lady told me I needed to go back and check out with the key. After explaining there was no one there they guaranteed to me I would not get charged. Long story short… I do t really recommend starting there

I couldn’t sleep in my room end up in the car.. The room had roaches in bed floor fridge and in the morning the front desk told me there is nothing they can do.

DISGUSTING! Never been cleaned. Previous occupant food left on floor. The floor is so dirty it has mold all around, especially in restroom. DO NOT bring your family here to stay. Smells terrible. I don’t think a house keeper works here.

Mold in the bathroom, roaches , the rooms are not swept and mop , I have passed a whippi on the floor and is disgusting, the staff are very polite specially Juan . The bed is soo clean love it .

This is not a hotel, it’s more like a Housing Project, people seem to be living there like they own the place. Also like the other reviews say, I had roaches in my room, long hair on the bed and bathtub. Pest control and housekeeping need major improvements. The room next to me and upstairs had their TV’s with loud volume at 2:30 am it’s ridiculous and no one at the front desk, you have to call an extension number and get to many automated messages trying to reach someone. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place, crowds in the parking lot after midnight.

I didn’t sleep all night it was so disgusting. I couldn’t wait to get out. The worst I’ve stayed in. I will check reviews for all my last minute bookings. Never again.

I could see them having them at the front desk and having you pay a deposit. the roaches were out of site until the evening when I turned on the lights roaches on the walls counter and in the bathroom. I went to take a shower, clumps of hair in tub and shower curtain. later that night about 1:30 am I woken up by by a roach crawling up my nose. I sat up the rest of the night night not wanting that experiance. I decided I was not going to to stay another night I checked out early. I told the person at front desk. did not show any concern nor offered any apology for my ordeal, or offered to discount me for the secound day. and acted as if this was a normal thing. even though I lost the money for my secound day, and since I did not get to sleep all my plans for that day was ruined since I was exhausted and had a 4 hour drive back home actually took six since I had to go to rest stop to sleep for a couple of hours. to continue my trip horrible

Front desk was closed and it took 10 minutes for the on-site attendant to take care of me. Seen two roaches. And my key card didn’t work until hours later.

Room was grimy and smelled very bad. There were cockroaches all over the place. We had to turn around and leave as soon as we entered the room. There is no way we could have spent the night there, it was disgusting.

Went to check in at 1am. No clerk on duty. Had to call a number that was provided and it took about 30 minutes for somebody to come to the hotel to get us our room. Wasn’t able to get a room key. Clerk claimed the key machine was broken. Remote for tv didn’t work. Horrible place. One star at most amd that’s being generous

Unfortunately horrible. Unable to sleep. Spend night killing roaches. Roaches everywhere even swimming inside the toilet. It was awful. It is too bad as I am usually a fan of extended stay. At least the front desk person was very nice and knowledgeable. But this place needs to either close for fumigation or shut down

Really disappointed once I saw the room, that was not sanitary at all, the staff that attended me was great no problems there, and she refunded my money no questions asked.

I appreciate the location. The staff was nice.

I don’t know where I should begin. Lots of cockroaches( we had to kill them and swept the floor) floor super dirty, bed with dog hair, kitchen without cookware, furniture falling apart, TV didn’t worked, no coffee machine, walls full of grease( kitchenette), no one takes your trash out. No enough towels for people in the room. No one lobby most of the time, horrible smell lobby( weed). Weird people walking around building during night hours. Advice to stay other hotels is plenty in the area of Orlando.

All I have to say is that you get what you pay for. U pay little don't expect much. It was just a roof over my head.

The room smelled like cigarettes even tho we paid for a non-smoking room. The room has roaches everywhere and even though we complained to the front desk they said they could do nothing about it. When I went to the front desk to check in I waited about 25 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. The hotel is in terrible condition and unhealthy and unsafe to stay.

The was a very noise building it was hard to sleep. Juan, was awesome !

Theres no one at front desk at night. But its ok parking accessible. The only issue i had was tinny roach at the shower, then another one goes around at the floor and another on the bed while getting ready to sleep.

First of all they didn’t leave any toilet paper and second and most importantly there was roaches all over the room , my son son couldn’t sleep. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been.

I want to be really honest. I was looking something affordable this time. It wasn't the most affordable option but the rate at expedia was decent... but this place showed to me the worst version. This place is located like in the industrial area. If we talk about cleaners theu are the worst-case. This place stinks, the room smells like decompose food. The bathroom smells like a public bathdroom and the room has millions of cockorach. And J have pictures of it. The security is the worst. I paid for 2 nights and the first night I heard a lot of people screaming and fighting around the area. I won't be able to sleep. Next night we have cockorach flying and jumping inside the bed. I had to leabe in the middle of the night looking for otjer place to rest that night. Finally I spend more money fro. What I expect but I was pretty sure thay one more night got my crazy. Ny advice is don't spend your money and your security in this place.

This place has roaches. Found them in the kitchenette area. The stove was disgusting. Area around the sink had mildew and crust. Not a great place to stay overnight. Renter beware

Bed was just a cot. Walls were damaged. Appliances we’re rusted and dirty. Roaches were everywhere.

There was a loud noise in the bathroom vent that wouldn't shut off, killed about 6 bugs in the room, didn't have a remote for the TV, no lamp in the room, no coffee maker, and the bathroom smelled VERY strongly like cat urine. We were very unhappy with this room but were too tired to leave and try to find someplace else. We’re not at all picky, but to pay over $180.00 for this was pretty bad.

I checked in, went to my room, immediately found 3 live roaches in the bathroom, kitchen area, and by the bed. I immediately went downstairs and complained, they said there were no other rooms, so I had to check out! Took pictures of everything. Orbitz said the manager has to issue a refund. I am waiting for resolution on this! Gross!!!!!!! Also, there were no free utensils or dishware to use at the property, unlike other places with kitchenettes that provide these basic free amenities. Also, there were no washcloths I noticed in the bathroom, only bath towels! This was bizarre, frustrating, and disgusting. I found out there were several homeless families actually “living at this hotel.” Not a good sign…bad for business.

The place needs to have a new supervisor that do he/her work with care…

We were assigned the wrong room and walked on somebody else’s space. Then assigned to another room to only be infested with roaches. Horrible experience.

I felt like I was in a low budget dorm room. Walls were banged up, bed was on a cheap metal frame. Only thing supplied was hand soap so bring your own shampoo.

This place was horrible. Bed bugs and roaches. I had to take my luggage to the car. I couldn’t leave my things in the room. Room was cover in pet hair. I couldn’t walk around in socks. My socks was covered in pet hair. I couldn’t even eat a meal in the room. Room was cold couldn’t access the heat available. No het was available. On the last night notice bed bugs. No management was available to address the issues.

Staff unhelpful indifferent, and rude. Sink plugged, black hair & dirt on bedspread, pillows uncomfortable. Staff refused to provide additional pillows. Medical condition requires proper neck support, so I suffered the next 2 days. During check in (which had to be called on lobby phone before they came & opened the office) my wife needed to use the restroom, but staff refused to open lobby restroom saying it wasn’t a public restroom, and we’d have to use our 3rd floor room. Both of us had to use the parking lot instead! Luckily it was dark, because there were no lights or signage identifying the property. I circled the block 3 times before going into what looked like a dark alley, to get to the property. Most miserable experience I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Outside of the hotel were people doing drugs and sitting around,the front desk gate was closed,had to call the hotel,front desk clerk very rude,only because of airline cancellation and it was the only hotel left did I stay there!

When I first arrived around 2:30 there was no one at the front desk and this guy told me to come back after 3, the outside was dirty, people just hanging out in the back, garbage looked like it has not been picked up in a month and the room floor was dirty, no hot water just got warmed. I will no it visit this location again.

Run of the mill extended stay hotel. Clean, centrally located to downtown Orlando, the attractions, and the airport. Couldn’t beat the price per night though, and the rooms were actually very clean.

Muy tranquilo el lugar con excepción de una situación que tuve con otro huésped. La limpieza no es la mejor (muchas cucarachas y los baños no estaban muy limpios).

I didnt like anything about this property or my stay here. I do know that i will never stay here again or recommend anyone else to stay at this establishment.
