Only 15 minutes from where I needed to be. Place and room was clean. Friendly front desk person (she was the only staff person I saw) at check in. No front desk after a certain time. Only soap and toilet paper in the room. No coffee maker. No plastic wear available (if you order food, make sure they bring utensils!)

I was assigned a room that was not cleaned. The linen was not on the bed and was placed on a nearby table.

Staff was very nice about allowing us to check in late - we called ahead and they were very accomodating. Overall this is a very rundown property and there are cockroaches. We slept with the lights on. If we could have, we would have left and found another place to stay but it was 12:30AM and that was not an option. People live here - it's not a regular hotel. There was noise from the hallway all night, a dog was barking and then kids were loud in the morning on their way to school. Do not recommend.

Not what we expected we’ve stayed at other hotels we were in town just for the game one night but after the game ended up leaving and driving the two and a half hours back to Georgia my wife wasn’t having it and I personally didn’t wanna deal with it either

The room was in a state of utter disarray. The floor was littered with trash, the doors were in disrepair, and the walls were unevenly colored. The bathroom was filled with an unpleasant odor. I strongly advise against staying here.

The sink was clogged and the need to update their rooms badly my bathroom had mold and no ventilation just ther until my place was ready but overall it's not a long term place the floor I was on smell like cigarettes smoke and dog.Their to pricey for the condition it is in

There is no oven. They do not provide pots/pans or any other kind of dishes and you have to purchase them. They do not provide breakfast. My aunt came to visit and was severely sick from a bad allergy attack which lets me know they do not deep clean their rugs or rooms on a daily basis (aunt is allergic to dogs).Pillows are uncomfortable and the blankets are really thin. I'm also claustrophobic so the window's not being be to open is a big NO for me.

When I complained I was told there were no rooms vacant which is odd because most hotels have spare rooms for occasions like this. Upon my arrival the entire hotel smelled of marijuana and to makes matter worse the permanent guest act like they own entire place. The staff at check in could have cared less when I complained after working fourteen hours.

Best hotel experience ever. The staff is so kind & amazing & great genuine hospitality. Tony, Noah, Max, Devin, Mike , Ivey & Glacia all deserve a business trip cause I’ve never seen a building full of smiles with such kindness. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, which really made the experience feel welcoming and stress-free. The location was perfect & close to everything I needed while still feeling quiet and relaxing. Housekeeping was consistent, & all amenities were exactly as described. I truly felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of during my stay. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, and enjoyable place to stay. No complaints.

I have probably stayed in 10 to 15 different hotels this year alone, however, this was the absolute worst I have ever stayed at in my entire life. If I wasn’t afraid to leave my room, I would’ve asked to be refunded so I could go somewhere else immediately. However, I did not have a car and I did not feel safe engaging with the front desk to let them know that was the case. It was disgusting. The fixtures were literally falling off of the walls, and there was a condom on the ground. Half of the lights did not work, half of the outlets did not work, and the tub would not stop running. This hotel should be removed from your site and not allowed to be booked by anyone.

When we checked in we were told right away that the elevator did not work. When we got into the room the bedding and pillow cases smelt like pee even though the room just got cleaned. We had to go downstairs to get different sheets which we had to pay $3 for even though we weren’t the ones who soiled the sheets. The staff were pretty nice though. I feel bad for the guy who works at night because he’s the only one there to check people in, handle complaints and also washes all of the sheets.

But, when I got to my first room, the smell was musty, shower was not cleaned properly & believe me when I say pictures on website are totally misleading , the cabinets uff destroyed plus my worst nightmare a small roach came out from under the bed. We went down & the representative nicely apologized and gave us another room that at least the beds were cleaned and towels, but you can imagine I took a shower with my sandals on and barely slept with the lights on afraid of any roaches coming out. I paid for 2 nights & checked out the next day. Mind you, when I went to check out today the guy said the system didn’t let him check me out that he will leave the message for the person that comes in the morning which I think that’s unacceptable but I hope the manager reads this so he knows. I even told the guy I just wanted to leave even thought I paid for 2 nights & I left. I just couldn’t stay there. The staff was nice, but management or owners should be more realistic when describing the property & let people decide what’s important where they stay. He was gonna call someone else to do that for me. Then when I finally did get checked in, I was sent to a room that was not ready. The room wasn’t clean. There were no sheets on the bed. I had to go back to the counter again and ask for a room that was prepared. The guy acted like it was an inconvenience that I wanted to clean room.

This hotel goes down in history as the world worst hotel in history. I want to start with it being nasty and everything that’s supposed to be accommodated either doesn’t work or a fee is associated. The staff are rude and sleep on the job. Not to mention it smells like poop or mold. There are constant noise complaints and I got followed twice by strangers almost to my room and I told the guy at the front desk, he asked me what do you want me to do. Excuse me? I have been basically living here for two months because it’s affordable however it’s not safe, it’s not clean, you can’t get help after 10pm, WiFi isn’t included, if you stay less then 7days you will not get clean towels or bedding, you will get chased by dogs though, said no smoking on the premises but right outside the lobby it’s covered in cigarette buds. You can no longer book for one night, you have to book for two. The cherry on top is the last time I gave an honest review the staff harassed me and my partner about it and said if you don’t like it you can leave. This place is crappy but so are the ghetto people who can afford to stay here.

There are roachess crawling on the wall as you walk the hallways, and the mold smell was in at least 2 rooms so as amanager you're telling me you have NO CLUE the hotel you're responsibile for has roaches AND mold?? He said if i emailed him the video of the mold in my room he would do something. I emailed days ago...crickets.

I stayed on the 2nd floor in a handicap room and the elevator goes up to the 2nd floor but doesn’t go down so I had to take the stairs to get downstairs everytime smh…also I extended my stay only cuz I am here due to doctors appointments and I was charged a early check in fee that I wasn’t aware of at all beforehand and I had already been here I’m not too happy about that and will not be staying at the establishment anymore due to having to pay added costs and not being able to use the elevator and there isn’t even a sign of warning at all the staff is very rude

It was hotel where people go to use drug, hallway smelled like smoke, and it didn't feel safe. Checked in and left right away. Kid at the front desk was nice tho.

Be aware of your surroundings with this place. There are loads of trash in the stairwell. People follow you to your room. Check out is at 11am but front desk will knock on your door at 9:30 in the morning. When you extend your stay for the night you will have to pay additional charges for early check in and for new towels and internet. If you have other options go with that.

Been here for over a month. There is new management now and be aware of extra fees for booking through a 3rd party. The new manager is very rude and I wouldn’t advise anyone book at this current time. was gonna stay a couple more weeks but I don’t think I can tolerate this.

The rooms need updating. My room was clean, but in unsatisfactory condition with partially painted walls and ceiling from previous patch jobs. The room needs to be repainted. The bathroom exhaust fan cover was filthy, and the refrigerator was rusty. The facility needs to do better.

The air conditioner never works accordingly the internet is intermittent and the tv only allows you to watch basic channels with no streaming options.

Never checked in. I arrived late at 2am because of a flight delay and was told I couldn’t check in that late and had to pay for another day. I had already prepaid for my night. I walked out and slept in the car. Not fair.

We had a wonderful day my husband works out of town all the time and we visit many hotels and this is exceptionally great and efficient! The only thing I would say is maybe a couch would be great in the room but other than that it's very clean the staff is great and they are very understanding when it comes to bookings and staying over.

attempted to check in at approximately 8 pm and was told sorry we canceled you as we were overbooked. Clerk showed zero empathy, basically oops no room available. Since i was unable to check in I cant comment on the room, or lack thereof but i can say the vestibule leading to the front desk had a very strong smell of Marijuana

The pot/smoke smell was overwhelming throughout the entire property. My kids and I couldn't sleep and had headaches. No shampoo/conditioner, towels limited. No one was ever around to help or answer questions. It was very difficulty getting anywhere with information or even to try and leave the property due to poor conditions

The management clearly was messy. They gave us a room, where somebody was literally living there, keeping their bicycles and stuff, we walked it and they were brushing teeth. We come back to get another room and they gave us a busy room again, it was already open and somebody's stuff was there. Only the third time they managed to find a free room finally (mind me, we booked and paid a few weeks before). We come into the room, it smells weird, like old A/C and chemicals, we find some roaches in the bathroom. The overall experience was pretty bad, people walking in and out looked like they definitely just live there permanently so overall experience was like living in some poor community building, where you can't tell what's gonna happen to you.

The room was in poor condition. Rug very dirty, old appliances, the bathroom not great. Overall for the money, and if you’re going just for business, it will do. The rate was much cheaper than other hotels in area. As basic as you can get.

Decent room. But filthy property. Absolutely filthy. Neglected landscape. Cigarette butts everywhere. Sorely needs power washing on all surfaces outside. Even dirty sticky exterior door handles. Clean this place up. Take some pride in it! Otherwise decent room.

The check-in hours I had expired upon arriving in the Orlando area for my family funeral. I had no way of contacting the hotel before my arrival and tried to get no answer when I arrived. I admit I was partially happy I couldn't stay here with my family because it was a dump. I made last-minute travel plans ( as you do when someone passes away), and this place was close to the service venue—a lack of customer service and an absolute trash place. The best part is I still am getting charged even though my family, including two little ones, were on a floor at a family's house. Talk about making a hard situation harder.

The only king they had available with my prepaid reservation had been vacated that same day by a tenant that had been in the unit for nearly a year! The hallways and interior carpeting smelled of animal urine. The linens and tub had hairs in them. I ended up purchasing a cheap queen set from Ross to use over the bedding. There was no breakfast available as provided in the amenities description. There was no microwave in the unit and when they firnished one it was molded and appeared to have caught on fire. When asked for another room i was advised that unfortunately that was the cleanest room based upon the maid that cleaned the room. I will NEVER stay at this location EVER again and I have requested a full refund.

Looking for my refund for itinerary 72755173459218. Hotel was beyond unacceptable upon arrival and they CLAIMED we were to provided full refund and we left. I would not leave a stray dog in those rooms. Dirty floors, walls, broken furniture, plastic sack on broken unlevel mattress, and bugs everwhere including in-between the dirty sheets.

Staff was not available late night key did not work had to sleep in my car until someone finally came and reset my room key

Hallways smelled like cigarettes and wet dog. Room wasn't anything like the photos posted. Remote didn't work to the television. I don't recommend this place at all.

The room was very run down. I tried to cancel my second night minutes after checking in but they refused. I did not stay the second night and found a better hotel.

We did not like anything. Hair on the bath towel when we went to use it. Sugar ants all over the bathroom counter. The plastic light fixture over the florescent blubs fell off...almost on my head. One of the light switches was not working. Bed was uncomfortable. No one was at check in for 10 minutes. The whole place was dirty..fingerprints all over inside the evevator and trash. Hallway rugs had stains. We felt like we had to disinfect our whole body when we returned home.

I will never back to this place again.
