The rooms were not clean. The bed had dirty looking sheets had to go out and buy some for the bed. I notice a blood spot on the mattress cover. Had to buy towels cause they didn't have any for me to use. This was the worse hotel l have ever stay in my LIFE.

The smell in the hall was so strong you can smell it under the room

There were roches in our room during our stay in and outside the room the whole hallway and entrance smell like weed all the time even the elevator the tv never worked we couldn’t watch it it was terrible over all never staying again here plus it said breakfast included and that was false

The room that i got smelled horrible like very humid. My tv didn’t work and my refrigerator didn’t work either. The room its self looks very old. Needs remodeling. Luckily I was there on business. So I spent as little time on the room as possible. Don’t recommend. Won’t stay there again.

Stove and fridge Need updates really bad and my room was dirty . Room was trash . Lady at front desk was helping to make sure we were accommodated. Changed the room a few times. She deserves some recognition for her patience and also her professionalism that was up kept while dealing with this situation. I really appreciate her act of kindness. I don’t remember her name . She is an African American woman with a nice wedding ring on her finger . Thank you very much

There were roaches, cops showed up when we got into the room on behalf of another tenant, and the TV was left on in the room when we showed up. Also, the room had a weird smell as well.

Easy check out. I was not supplied with any towels. I was given 2 wash clothes. I was in the shower naked ready to dry off and NOTHING. They dont offer plates silverware cups. I have stayed at extended stays many time many cities this was hands down the worse. No one at desk when I checked out she said just throw key on the desk.

They don't switch out towels or come to clean any of the rooms periodically, although i saw the cleaning carts daily then the fire alarm woke us up early morning and not one staff member was there to make sure ppl were out of the building.

If you're a germaphobe this is not the place for you. But if u looking for decent price, then this would be ideal I would just make sure to bring sanitizer, disinfectant spray, slippers and even room deodorizer, your own towels especially and your own blanket. Not saying it's not clean it's just decent, for those germaphobes out there just beware

Filthy dirty inside. Couldn't get a key card to work on the door so had to had staff let us in each time. It happened too 4 other people checking in also. Tried to get my money back but they wouldn't budge neither would Expedia to help. I will never use Expedia again either. 2 times in a week is enough for me. The 1st hotel was a scam i booked on Expedia and they wouldn't reimburse me for either. Pulled up to the address only to find an abandoned and boarded up building. Never again will i use Expedia

This hotel was the worse hotel ive ever stayed in. We came in at night no one was there at the front so i had to use a phone on the wall to dial 0 to reach someone.When they answered, the person seemed just aggravated that she had a customer. Then, she hardly spoke but maybe a sentence to me to tell me what room i was in. When we got to our room, walking through the building, it was gross ,it smelled, and the people that were there looked like they were drug addicts and drug dealers. Luckily, we only had it for a night so my hubby said we should just stick it out. The bed was terrible if i didnt have back problems before i certainly do now... Just a terrible experience it was run down looking and nothing like what the pictures suggested it to be. If youre thinking on booking with this hotel....DONT!!!

The entire place smells like cigarettes or else. The bedroom blinders allowed light from outside. There was a constant noise from the streets throughout the night.

It stunk soooo bad like mold and sewage and the room only had one bed when we booked two , looked like a meth house. Saw someone running away with their bags before we got there and we did the same thing 5 minutes later after we saw the room. NOT SAFE

Room bed sheets were not changed and then to top it off we had no remote for the tv so we could not watch tv because there was no way to change the channels

Wanted something affordable that would work just for the night, was not satisfied. The AC/ heater sounded like a lawn mower which de-railed us from using it because it was so loud. TV network did not work so we ended up having to watch movies on my laptop. Also there was no washcloths in the room so when I needed one there was not one available. Only good thing about this room was the fact that it had a full size fridge and a microwave. And the price otherwise then that I give it 1 to 2 stars.

The water in the shower didn’t heat, the smell in the hall is terrible, carpet in the hall looks dirty. I was checking out at 6:30 AM, there was nobody in the office to receive the card keys.

It was roaches in the room and dead ones in the refrigerator. The room state that it would be a breakfast and that was not provided and other rooms had complaints also. One of the two burners in the kitchen does not work, the microwave barely opens even with prying the door, one of the 3 clothes drawers does not open, but the other 2 are dirty anyway. The Wi-Fi is terrible. I tethered my iPad to my phone the majority of the time. Nearby road noise is quite loud, even at night. This place is definitely not worth what you pay for it. Good: It's nice to have a few hangers for clothes. It feels like a safe neighborhood. Close to supermarkets and restaurants as well. Friendly employees.

We ended up going to walmart to pick up cleaning sprays and paper towels. I cleaned the floor it was so dirty the towel was black when inwas done cleaning it. The sink was full of hair, the refrigerator hasnt been cleaned so i had to disinfect and wipe it down. The towels werent even clean. We do not recommend and will not be back.

The hotel was filthy. The lobby was extremely small and closed at the time of check out. The towels in the bathroom were stained, the bed sheets had ashes, the room smelled like humidity. Very disappointed electorate was broken. I have a medical condition. Had to walk up 19 steps to the second floor. No one offered to help with bags. Will near stay there again. Staff was not helpful.

The worst part, though, was the smell. The hallways and elevator had a nasty, lingering stench that hit you right away. It smelled like a mix of mold and whatever’s been absorbed into the stained carpet over time. Because of that rancid smell and the state of the carpets, I couldn’t help but question how clean my room actually was.

I gave a terrible review because for whatever dumb reason - I had a reservation- tried to check in early they said I couldn’t that is fine. Got a parking pass and left one of our cars there. Told them I wouldn’t be checking in until after 10pm. They said ok. At 7 pm they called to tell me I no longer had a room there even though I had a reservation because everyone had checked in. This made no sense to me. But needless to say I will never stay here again

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever booked. It’s very unfortunate for anyone forced to stay overnight as roaches crawl around the bed and ceiling. The photos don’t even show all of them. Do not book here unless you want to burn your belongings.

The evening staff was friendly but we could tell she didnt want to be there. The day staff was better. Walking down the hall to our room, there was a server door open with a fan going to make sure the technical didnt over heat. Upon checking into the room we found something lodged into the light fixture in the bathroom. I am not sure if it was a chewed cigar, feces, or a dead mouse. I honestly do not want to know what it was. when maintenance cleaned/repaired the fixture, they didnt clean the mess they made off the sink top. The room overall had a weird chemical smell. Every time there was maintenance done on the light fixtures in the room, no attempt at patchwork on the walls or ceiling was done. Masking tape was used to keep the blinds on the wall; no curtains. The hotel has a bug infestation, worst of all were the roaches. We had to smash cockroaches multiple times during the 2 night stay. The refrigerator barely works, put food in there at your own peril. Make sure you use all door locks, people were trying the door all night. The floors were dirty. It is clear that absolutely no care is put into any form of maintenance or cleanliness. Its was not worth the $204 charged for 2 nights.

I'm only leaving this review is hopes that the hotel will address the cleanliness of the hotel the room was dirty, holes in doors,smelled like mold and ROACHES babies and adult size I never wanted to leave a hotel so fast in my life I hope it gets worked on the service was nice though and the employees were very kind

Room smelled like smoke, sheets were covered in dog hair, they smelled like smoke and so was the floors. Front desk lady was extremely patient and friendly, she gave me new sheets but those sheets were covered in very noticeable stains.

The woman at the front desk called "Blanca" treated me super well, she was very kind and courteous. I loved everything very well and the room very comfortable for the price excellent service and stay. I give them 5 stars

My door did not lock and the elevator was broken, and the AC was also impaired. The vent above the bathroom was completely rusted, and every corner of the room was covered in some sort of stain or cobweb. The humidity was absolutely high, and the floor was subjective. I will never ever book with this hotel. The staff is barely there at the front desk. They have to be called upon request because they’re under staffed. Don’t book here

Water damage in bathroom-flooding. We saw three bugs on the floor- live ones. The lighting was terrible and only overhead worked. There was a microwave and a sink, but no silverware in the drawer. The water pressure was non existent and the only view was a parking lot. We will never stay there again.

It had a bad smell in this place, and it needs to be updated

The water was good and the air conditioner was good but the bed was not prepared right, It was clean inside de room but outside it was so smelling and a lot of bad odors.A lot of people smoking inside the building and it was disgusted even in the elevators.

Property was very dirty. You walk up to the property and there's five homeless people sitting outside smoking. Hotel room did not have any complimentary shampoo or conditioners. We found a pubic hair on the toilet. There was also a piece of hair stuck on the wall with packing tape. Rust on the tub, stains on bedding, overall dirty.

No one was at the counter when we arrived to check in also once someone arrived, they issued us a room key that wasn’t activated. Then when we finally got into the room, there was roaches everywhere when I brought it up to the front desk, they said they were booked and we could find another hotel if we wanted it, but they couldn’t refund us

The moment I got there I waited for someone to help me check in I heard the whole laughing in the back. My room and the whole second floor smell like mold and Clorox.

Liked the stores close to the hotel. Staff was courteous. Did not like the scent of the hotel. Hallway on 4th floor smelt like fish and urine. Scent permeated through the room.

Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. The AC panel fell off while I was sleeping, I went down to the desk where I found the desk window closed. I called them from the lobby phone once and my room twice to report the broken AC and to ask for an extra blanket since what was in the bed was one sheet and one thin fleece cover. Nobody ever answered. Not to mention the floors were filthy as you can see by the bath mat. The television didn’t work either. I cut my stay short and left after a total of 14 hours.

The hotel room is infested with roaches. I had to sleep with my lights on. Even with the lights on, they were walking all over. We hardly slept. The only reason I didn’t go to a different hotel, it’s because we got there late. I am requesting my money back.

I never stayed at this hotel on the night I booked at four because they oversold the rooms. At 1am I was told that I had no hotel room and they had no alternatives. Oddly enough, they keep wanting me to review the hotel.

Beware of this place. I’ve stayed in some seedy hotels before and this is on the top of the list. When I went to check in, the lady behind the counter looked at me as if I was crazy and said she couldn’t find my reservation. She hadn’t even asked my name yet! When I got in the room, it smelled like urine. The whole hotel smelled weird. During the night, I heard what sounded like gunfire exchange somewhere near the hotel. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to get a nicer hotel. This one needs to be either remodeled or condemned ASAP!

The hotel was just OK.Room looks old and alot of dust on the counter of the bathroom.Looks like never dusted.We also seen insect by the ceiling at the washroom.Hotel rate price for me is not worth it.The lady at the frontdesk was nor even smiling when we checked in.But the guy in the morning was really approachable,He was nice to us when we checked out.This is just an honest review.

Roach Infested in the both rooms on the 2nd and 4th floor. Roach was found on bed floors dead on the wall and in the bathrooms. shut this place down already!

If there were any issues, they were able to correct them immediately, they were very friendly, professional and helpful.

Floors were dirty, bathroom smelled of mold. Light bulb was burnt out, informed staff and nothing was done. It was bogus that I thought I was renting a room that had kitchenette but wasn't informed that there wouldn't be a single kitchen utensil

The lobby attendant was very inexperienced and could not see my reservation and my check-in process took 20 minutes although there was no one there. The room smelled very bad and there was no shampoo or soap. There was a lot of noise coming from outside into the room. The sounds of the adjacent rooms and the upper rooms were all inside. When I came back late after dinner, the card did not open the door and there was no one on duty in the lobby. I called and waited for 15 minutes for him to come. They gave cards to two other people in the same room and they tried to enter while I was inside. I waited 20 minutes to check out and no one came. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Not exactly a Ritz Carlton, but hey, you get what you pay for. If you want something no frills, and just a bed and a shower, that’s somewhat ‘clean’, then this is the place for you.. the good thing about it, it’s cheap!!

Told me there were no clean rooms available as they had an issue with the housekeeper. My booking was non refundable and no one wants to own up to their mistake

First someone called me trying to cancel my room saying there was a water leak her name Denise. I call back they tell me theres no leak ok i say then she calls me back once i say i had insurance that i was going to go and they had to refund me and show me leak because sge literalt called 30 min before check in she said nothing we can do. Then she calls me back all of a sudden a room is available. Welp i must say never again will i stay there sheets dirty a foul smell once you walk in room in hallways all you smell is cigarrets there was a draw missing feom nightstand. Outside ariund bathtub the corking was litarrly on floor curtain had mold.

30 minutes to check in. They gave me a key to an occupied room. Dirty place surrounded by criminals

It was good for the price. It accommodated us and it had a kitchen. It wasn't very clean. It has no extras like tissue, paper towel, or even towels or washcloths. Very much like a studio apartment that you would rent for longer periods of time. The staff was fantastic but are only around limited hours.

It was no horrible advertised with breakfast included no true.... stove in room did not work and we place request for service and they never fixed it. Roach infested bed was broken. Wifi wasnt even available... i highly dont recommended unless u are desperate the towels and bedding are constantly stain and there is no housekeeping until you leave even if they say u get housekeeping after 7 days or longer stay. Ac leaked ruining our items... staff smoked and did drugs on shift or would speak about it they would always be missing from the front so it qas always a chase. PICK SUM ELSE.

This place is horrible. Had to leave and rent a room elsewhere. Unable to get refund despite my conplaints. Arrived at 945pm and out by 11pm. No one at front desk after 11pm so ai couldnt complain and check out. Called the next morning and have been giving yhe run around. Smells, dirty, and run down. Save ypur money and rent elsewhere.

Hotel looks outside but its in bad shape inside

When we got to our room it had a very bad and strong musty odor. The room was clean but one of the beds had stains so we took the sheets off a laid on top of our personal blankets. I always travel with extra items like lysol sanitizer wipes and such so of course I wiped everything down and went a grabbed a candle from the store along with air freshener we had a lot of stuff so changing rooms with no elevator was a no. When we woke up to go down stairs the front desk was closed which is crazy for a hotel.

If I could rate this -100 stars I would. It was unbelievably dirty and infested with cockroaches. Their was no one available to assist us past 9 pm and they refused to help the next morning after we left them know they had cockroaches. DO NOT STAY HERE! The health department needs to step in.

Third floor was full of trash and had not been vacuumed nor steamed in quite some time. Literally personal items and trash throughout the entire floor.

This hotel was not only scary, loud and badly damaged. But it was also disgusting. Black mold on the ceilings in the bathroom, the floors were so nasty I had to wear shoes in my room. Stains on the head boards, and dust and hair everywhere. Not to mention the scary people staring you down and asking your personal questions and being creepy. Won’t be back to this hotel or any extended stay America hotel ever. If I could give 0 stars I would. I also have pics if your interested.

The carpets walking to our room were dirty and there was a horrible smell, got to our room once opened the door the was a bad smell that wouldn’t go away, we had a telly but no controls we went down to reception and asked for some to be told the manager had gone and to come down between 9-5. When getting into bed there was hair already in the clean bedding

Showed up with a reservation but no room available at 11pm. Waited until past midnight and they called and said someone canceled so a room became available. Gave me keys that never worked and changed them twice and still didn't work. We had to go to the front desk to get let into my room every time. Hotel smelled so bad generally, A/C on the wall smelled liked mildew. Bed was so uncomfortable. The faucet in the kitchen area was taped up and when you turned it on water shot out everywhere from the broken faucet. Definitely avoid this hotel. It's Orlando. Many other better options.
