Great stay, will for sure be back in the future. Clean property and helpful staff, what more could you want from a hotel?

Cute Mickey Mouse Waffles every morning! The kids pool area was perfect for my 3 and 1 year old!

Having stayed at this hotel several times over the years, I was disappointed to discover that it has really gone downhill. The hot tub has now been paved over, although signage still exists in places making you think it may still be there or moved - not so. Additionally, our toilet did not flush requiring us to move rooms. Then, the second toilet was also slow to flush, leaving us afraid to use it. One out of the three available elevators was not in operation, causing us to have an extended wait each time we needed to go down from our 5th floor room. On our final day, we noticed a roach crawling across the wall in the bedroom of the suite. There were more negatives to list than this field allows me to convey. Overall, it was an uncomfortable, unacceptable stay for the price paid and we will not be returning.

Got there and the room we reserved they said was not available anymore and they were at full capacity. If it’s no fault of ours we should have been upgraded or something done for our inconvenience. They only have pork for the omelet station. No other meat options. Rooms have a bit of musty smell. Our room had a clogged toilet and shower. They did fix it. Needed to print some forms at the computer and the printer was out of ink. So I had to email it to the agent at the front desk. A bit uncomfortable if you don’t want people in your business. Not a good experience for a Hilton member.

This place is amazing, pool water park breakfast, in front of the outlets. I think its becoming my fav place to stay. Great starbucks coffee.

We enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites. Our room was nice and quiet. There several bands staying there from different high schools all over the US. We did not hear them at all. The amenities are great. A hot breakfast every morning with different food options. We were able to have a barbecue dinner while we were there for the Memorial Day Weekend. We arrived late our first night and didn’t want to drive anywhere. The restaurant in the resort was still open so we able to order pizza and wings. The food was amazing. All the staff we dealt with was very pleasant, professional and courteous. With so many people in the resort to provide service to we did not feel like visitors, but a part of the brand. Now, the parking was not free, however, my vehicle was safe. We paid @25-26 dollars a day for self parking. Valet parking costs more. We wanted immediate access to our vehicle so that’s why we chose self parking. We had two different reservations under two different names. The resort accommodated us by linking our two accounts together. We were able to remain in our room without having to move. We will stay again and highly recommend this resort. Be prepared to pay a resort fee if you are not a Hilton Honors member.

The rooms are a little dated by the pool area. But over all the staff was AMAZING and the Weekend BBQ was delicious along with the wonderful drinks that’s served outside by the pool.

Clean property and wonderful staff. However breakfast this go round was very disappointing and the infamous breakfast is one of our biggest joys as it’s usually well stocked with options and fresh.

Our family of 5 stayed for 6 nights at the property. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning and were pleased to come back to a clean room every day after a long day of adventure. They also have complimentary shuttle buses to some Disney parks but not all. My kids enjoyed playing on the kids splash pad and outdoor pool. For reference my kids ages are 6, 4, and 2. The property also has a tennis court, and a very small playground. Overall our stay was pleasing.

I booked a 4 night stay in February for May 17-21st. They had to split my stay into 2 stays of 2 night each. I had to check out and into a different room on a different floor.

The property is very beautiful and cozy, clean, and the staff is attentive. However, the beds are extremely hard if you really want to rest, it’s very difficult because of how firm they are.

Poop on the floor of the carpet in the bedroom upon check-in.IM SHOCKED! Also, as a mom I’m thinking oh baby diaper change. Maybe. (It could have been from a toddler diaper change) But unsanitary and not what you expect anywhere, certainly not from a hotel on any level. The events just got more bizarre upon asking for housekeeping. Changed rooms two hours later with food manager help because no housekeeping was available. Food manager was amazing, apologized and very professional. He got us front desk help. The next evening even more unsettling was a Cheeto on the floor of our second room and again no housekeeping respons. The same food manager helped, front desk manager helped after he was made aware. But a 7 minute call and hold time to the front desk was unhelpful. It must be a staff issue with housekeeping. The front of the hotel is nice, however don’t book the pool view rooms even if your children beg you for resort fun. They are very old dirty and tired. Not Hilton Brand quality. Who in housekeeping could not clean the floors and brought food in the room to eat while cleaning.

The staff was always kind and helpful, the breakfast was great (including a Mickey waffle station which my grand kids loved!) fresh made to order omelets along with other breakfast staples. Over all a great hotel experience, I’ll definitely recommend this place to others and we plan to be back again!!

Cons: older hotel shows signs of wear. They no longer offer a shuttle to Sea World only Disney. Parking is $25.00 per night. Overall: we would stay here again there are quite a few restaurants near by shopping aplenty. It’s a large hotel so a lot of people can be very loud in room. AC in room did not get very cold.

The property is in an excellent location. It is close to all the parks and surrounding attractions. The staff is super friendly and work hard . The lobby is constantly being cleaned . The only complaint I have is that our room could have been cleaned better. Vents were dirty and I found a baby sock and m &ms in our pull out couch. Bath tub fixtures were rusted as well . The ice cream shop in lobby was rarely open we never got a chance to have some because it was always closed . The happy hour was really good they gave small snacks and free liquor. They never played a movie outside or in lobby when we were there. Overall it was good stay !

Great breakfast buffet and Mickey Mouse Waffles are available to hotel guests. The showers have hot water and the rooms are clean. Free Shuttle services to Disney World parks. Use key card to operate the elevators. Would recommend to families going to Disney World.

First of all our flight got on early, spoke with the front desk and was told that they will put us on priority, we waited until after 5 pm and our room was still not ready. The hotel is outdated and needs upgrades. Peeling paint on the floor of the outside hallway, bathroom is small and everything closes early. If you’re looking for a late night snack nothing is available. The best thing I had to eat at this hotel was the freshly made omelettes at breakfast. I usually like the Hilton brand but I don’t think I will ever book this hotel again. It’s a noooo in future.

Our room was very clean and had plenty of space. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our kids enjoyed the pool very much, and we appreciated the happy hour refreshments.

They overcharged me and I am still working on getting my full refund.

Check was at 4 pm. We sat in the lobby for 2 hours only to be assigned to a very unclean room. The bed was not made, garbage can was full the room was a total mess towels in the floor. I took pictures as proof. My family and I travel a lot and we only stay at Hilton hotels. This was by far the worse experience ever!!!

The amenities are great but they don’t make up for the unclean rooms. The pictures online look great, and even walking into the lobby, the hotel looks clean and well maintained. This is where cleanliness and sanitation ends. The door of our room had a gap where you could see into our hotel. The toilet broke 3 times. Check in “starts at 4”, but rooms weren’t available until after 5pm. The floors in our room were so dirty that our feet/socks would be brown from walking on them. We had to wear shoes the entire time indoors unless we were in the shower. It was our first time to the area and I thought with the hotel being a “Disney good neighbor hotel” that if meant the standard would be higher but unfortunately during our stay this wasn’t the case.

Was kind of dirty for an embassy suites. Its location is perfect for the park goers as it's close to both while avoiding a lot of traffic going into Disney. Room vents were filthy and beds were ok but if in Orlando you'll be tired anyway. Paying to park kind of sucks. Pool is nothing to write home about, was actually kind of disappointed. Slides and what not for toddlers seemed like they could use a good cleaning. The water park and pool were kind of burning like an average holiday inn with toddler area. Nightly movie in pool was a cool touch for the kiddos

Bartender at the pool was not very nice. He also tried to give us a seafood platter that we didn't order and didn't want to take it off our bill. He was rude not only to us but I saw to others.

Check-in room wasn't ready until almost 7pm which was frustrating after long travel day that was also my birthday. Just wanted to get to our room, had to go back up to desk after being told she'd check with housekeeping and get back to me. She forgot to check. A bag of dirty linens was left in our room. We put it outside the door and it sat there for 2 days. I asked staff 2 different days before removed. The rest of our stay was very nice, pool area was wonderful, breakfast was exceptional. Hotel close to shopping and restaurants.

The breakfast was fine, but they use powdered eggs. The property is run down, and the edges are dirty. The bed was fine, but the old mattress cover kept slipping up on the box spring, revealing severe staining. We had several items stolen from our room and the front desk staff kept referencing our “lost” items, and it took a call to corporate and redirection for them to address it properly, and file a stolen items report. There was no compensation or free stay offered.

Breakfast was very nice with the custom omlet station and mucky waffles adding a personal touch. staff are always polite and helpful. Most dont speak englush but some do. A great family stay away from home. very welcoming.

They have a free breakfast buffet, omelette, station, and Mickey Mouse waffles… Juice, milk, coffee… Everything is free… Indoor heated pool which connects to the outdoor pool… My four-year-old had a great time… However, the little water park with a slide area they had, was freezing, and the slide was falling apart rocking back-and-forth and the water wouldn’t even push my four-year-old down. They do have cornhole, Jenga, playground, volleyball, four hole, putting green, & pool table.. they clean your room every day, change out your towels, make your bed, etc.… Their pool towels are crappy, super small and very thin… I suggest you bring your own pool towels… We had a room with a lanai facing the pool, which was great because we just went out the gate into the pool area…

Service was extremely frustrating. We requested sheets and pillows for the pullout bed multiple times and were repeatedly told someone was coming, but no one ever showed up. After about 45 minutes, we had to track down staff ourselves. When we finally opened the pullout, it was stained and dirty, so we didn’t use it. The hotel itself feels rundown and is definitely not a four-star property. That said, the amenities are nice—a good pool, kids’ activities, and an outdoor bar. The best part was the breakfast, especially the omelet station. However, even that was let down by dirty tables that weren’t being cleared. Overall, with better cleanliness and service, this could be a great hotel—but right now, it falls well short.

I reserved a double queen bed with sofa bed to accommodate 5. Although I had a paid reservation, at check in they notified me that there were no rooms available and they had to send me to another hotel but I had to use theirs for breakfast. I did not accept and we ended up in a one bed and one sofa bedroom. The next morning they changed me to the room I originally reserved. It was a bad experience that lasted an hour and negatively affected our family experience. In addition, I paid for three nights in a suite for five people and only received two.

Cleanliness was also an issue during our stay. When we got to our room, we found long strands of hair on the bed that clearly did not belong to us. This made us question the level of housekeeping, and we ended up having to change the sheets ourselves just to feel comfortable. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, especially in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. I hope management takes steps to improve these areas for future guests.

Most of the housekeeping staff don’t speak English and it was very hard to communicate. They threw away my personal belongings that were irreplaceable. I stayed in a room out by the pool area and all I could smell was someone smoking marijuana. The heat did not work and it was freezing!! I couldn’t get warm anywhere for days. The beds were SO uncomfortable it felt like I was sleeping on a board and there was so much mold everywhere. I do not recommend this place!

The property was very nice and the staff was very friendly. Our room didn’t appear to have been vacuumed prior to our checking in. We had to request wash cloths and the vent in the bathroom didn’t work resulting in the bathroom becoming very hot and steamy after showering.

The pool was so dirty and ppl were washing their crocs in the pool and the dry wall was broken and no towels for guest . We were told by concierge breakfast was closed 1030. we arrived 10 am and breakfast was closed . We were told by concierge food can be ordered by 11pm and that wasn’t true, online everything said closed and unable to order. The next day when we wanted to swim the team failed to tell us they had maintenance in the pool and closed it. The rooms were rusted in the shower, drywall repairs were falling apart. My child awith special needs had a stroller and we had to carry him on the stairs with the stroller because they had no ramps and everything was blocked off with caution tape. Overall, I would never recommend or return. I truly would like a refund.

The room is pretty big a lot of space if you stay with the big group this place is good, but my room have a little problem on our first day bathroom door is doesn't close the water keep running i have to go down and talk to the front desk about the bathroom she called the maintenance and he come with me, its should not be like that. when the housekeeping cleaning the room and see that the bathroom door doesn't close they have to fix it before another guest come in. My room never clean for my 4 nights there. I ask to one housekeeping on Sunday if she take at least my garbage and put a new lining, she came after 3 hours, i ask her if she can also clean bathroom and stock the towel she didnt . she just brush the toilet bowl and leave. i have to ask the next day to one guy if i can get the towel. I'm very happy the space but not the service. the bar at the pool is nice you can order food and drinks and talk with your family. i did not use the pool. The breakfast buffet is below average sorry .but its a good location close to everything the vineland is 7 minutes away from the hotel Disney spring is 10 minutes away basically location wise is very very convenient restaurant is just 5 minutes away.

This hotel was just ok. The property is showing its age and is in need of some much needed upgrades and renovations. The AC in our room never got cold even though I cranked it down to 65 degrees! Bathroom was old, bed and bathroom linens were not great, the floors were always damp from the humidity and the rooms needed some new paint. I will give the high marks for the included breakfast, can’t beat made to order omelettes! Oh, and happy was pretty good too.

Check in was at 4PM we got there about 3PM and were told our room wasn't ready and we would get an alert to phone when it was. In meantime we got some drinks at the bar. 5 PM rolls around and still no alert. Went to the desk and she admitted she forgot to update the system so no alert was sent out and our room had been ready. We weren't given any information at check in about breakfast, evening hour or shuttles and learned through our stay and multiple trips to front desk. Usually at these hotels they offer up all that information at check in. We didn't even realize there was a shuttle until day 3 and had no idea where it was located, times or anything. Room was okay seemed outdated. Tub was rusty and toilet paper holder was broken off wall.

I like Embassy Suites but this one is not worth the money. It is run down and under staffed for the hoards of people that come through there. The first room we had looked as though it was under renovation and the second wasn't much better. The breakfast, which are usually always good at Embassy Suites, was less than average and the evening reception was about the same. It was run down, under staffed, crowded and the room was less than average.

Room was right next to I-4 — extremely loud at all hours. It was also the farthest room on the property even though the hotel looked half empty, and when I returned at 4:30pm it still hadn’t been cleaned. The bartender during happy hour acted bothered to serve guests. I stay at Embassy Suites often, and this one doesn’t feel like the brand — I would avoid it. After I received a text asking about my stay, I replied with these concerns and was told within seconds it had been “passed on to the team,” which didn’t change anything for me. Disappointed

We are fans of Embassy Suites but this one needs a remodel. The evening happy hour and breakfast was underwhelming and not what we expect from an ES.

Happy hour....very nice touch but I was expecting other items like in other embassy suites, veggies, cheese, soup, every night was different...but here the selection was poor, just a big bowl of salsa, big bowl of chips, big bowl of popcorn....it was ok the first night but every night was the same selection... hopefully they will improve the options....the area was very clean and nice, but most of the people would take a peak and leave....the bar was awesome.

This letter serves as a documented complaint regarding conduct and system failures that placed my family at risk, caused physical illness, and resulted in significant emotional distress. On the evening of the incident, my wife and I briefly left the hotel to purchase medication for our children. Upon returning, my digital key functioned normally for both the parking gate and elevator. However, when we reached Room 357, the door would not unlock. After multiple attempts, my phone battery died. I immediately sought assistance from the overnight front desk. The agent issued a physical room key and stated it would resolve the issue. It did not. I returned to the front desk multiple times explaining the urgency of the situation, including the fact that my children were alone inside the room.

Staff was world class! So friendly and helpful! Room was not amazing at all and was opposite of staff. Muggy and damp with lights outside my windows that the shades did not black out.

The staff were friendly. We needed bedding for the sofa bed, and someone brought it to us within minutes of calling. I was disappointed that the type of room I had booked weeks in advance was not available. It seems like if a customer books a specific type of room, that type should be reserved and not be given to someone else. The hotel itself was a little run down. The bath tub had several rust spots and the box spring on the beds were dirty and looked stained. The whole place just seemed like it needs some renovations and upkeep. The front desk told me the room keys would get us into the parking lot. The keys would not work. There was a parking lot attendant outside that gave us a parking tag and opened the gate. I think he then also charged our room for parking, so we ended up with extra parking fees. I didn’t realize we had been charged extra until hours after checkout when I was an emailed the invoice and my credit card was charged. It was strange that there was no communication between the front desk staff and the parking staff. We would not stay at this hotel again. I think for the same price, we could find somewhere that is better maintained.

Asked for 4 days for the room to be cleaned after my son wet a bed and never did clean it. We moved out. Went to him and hotel. The rest of the hotel is nice. Their breakfast buffet is good, but they're cleaning staff. They're completely incompetent

The rook was awful and the housekeeping. Not only incompetent but also had no sense of awareness. Walking in on my little boy who was getting into the bath, leaving my door wide open while I was gone from the hotel, threw away memorabilia that I purchased for my kids. The heat didn’t work and they had a cold front come in and I was freezing for multiple nights! No working phone. Mold everywhere! The guests next door were filling my room with their illegal marijuana smoking. I wish I had booked somewhere else.

Very nice hotel with a bunch of family friendly activities like movie night by the pool community hour (free, cocktails, snacks, and non alcoholic drinks) from 5:00-6:30, pool, splash pad, rooms are nice (8/10), clean but not spotless so you may want to wipe some things down before fully settling in, the staff are very friendly and attentive to anything you may need. I requested a charged receipt. Then two days later recieved a new one for about $100 higher. Requested an itemized charge list to be emailed and never got one. Bartender tried charging room after charging our card also. We said something 3 different times about this.

The day we arrived we got checked in and the room we were given had ants all in the restroom and sink area. I returned to the desk and reported it and asked to be put in another room but was told that wasn't possible until the next day. That seemed odd but I really didn't have no choice, so we just kept our stuff in our luggage's and got some rest for the night since Saturday we were visiting 3 parks. Woke up Saturday morning and went to the front desk to see if it was possible to get the new room since we would be gone the entire day. I told the desk clerk what had happened and they had no idea, then I was told I should've been moved last night immediately! I was then given another room and we proceeded to move, only to enter the room and see what we thought to be just not cleaned yet. I went to the front desk to inform them the room hadn't been cleaned yet, and while I was doing this the person who was assigned that room entered the room while my fiancée was waiting for me! So, they were all confused as who was assigned the room and trying to figure that out, I had to finally tell them they were digging deeper into my plans for the day ( almost 2 hours had past). I finally was told they didn't have the suite I paid for, but could put me in a smaller one, unless I was willing to wait longer. I ended up having to put my luggage's on a cart in my daughter's room until we returned, which caused us to cut our night short simply because we didn't have a room

The room and the food was not that great. I was changed to 3 rooms just for a 2 day stay. One the thermostate was broken the other my son took a shower and the bedroom got flooded and the other was just basic and we made due.

The room was in good condition, just a bit dated but spacious, the staff was phenomenal and very hospitable. The bar pool menu was acceptable and the food was delicious and well prepared. There are no balconies with the pool side view but there is like a front porch area that’s open and they show movies at night which is cute for kids to swim and watch. We chose a bad time to visit as it was surprisingly cold and the pool isn’t heated. Overall the staff receives 5 stars but the hotel was ok.

Construction was going on inside the hotel so it was very noisy at times. We left to go out for the day on Monday and came back and some how our room keys were deactivated. We got all the way up to our room before finding out and having to go all the way back downstairs and wait in a long line due to minimal staff to have our keys fixed. Dinner was also not clearly available wheb we tried to order it in the Atrium at 6pm on Monday. We were told if its not a very busy night like the weekend they just close up, but theres no information posted on how to place an order or get food. Otherwise, our room was great and we had a nice stay.

We were very surprised of how dated and old our room was. Holes in the base of the sink in the bedroom, hair on bath towels and comforter, my husband also slipped in the bathtub due to no slip grips in tub. Rusted exterior doors. This property can stand a complete remodeling with new everything, including towels and bed linens. Since our stay was short, we managed through, however we will not be making future reservations until they remodel. Very uncomfortable stay, unfortunately.

Toilet clogged first night with low water pressure too. Front Desk and Housekeeping did not answer after repeated calls. Had to go down to the front desk to speak in person after 11pm and a long day of travel.

Your property was more than what we expected when it came to location and great amenities.

What would’ve made it better is if they still offered transportation to Universal Studios. I’ve stayed here before, and they used to offer it. Additionally, the air conditioner didn’t work the first day, but they quickly resolved it before I got back to the room. The phone to call the front desk needs to be replaced. It makes the room look unkempt with its missing buttons and dusty appearance. Other than that, I’m loving the remodeling they’ve done since the last time I stayed. The construction they’re doing right now can be a bit noisy, but it doesn’t start until mid morning. After the changes they’ve made, I’d say it’s well worth it. My partner was particularly disheartened by the removal of the hot tub. I would have to agree that it’s a necessary amenity after a day at the parks. Here’s to hoping they bring it back. If they are looking to add amenities, I would love a handheld shower head. It’s challenging to only have the standard shower head when traveling with kids.

The first room we received (622) did now have working shower. This particular day my family and I went to a water park and decided to check in after we left the WP. Fast forward to entering room, it smelled bad, hole in the wall from door handle, shower didn’t work, it trickled down the faucet. Huge inconvenience to switch rooms.

We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Hotel is a good value, with daily buffet breakfast and happy hour for guests. The hotel itself is nice enough and close to disney springs. Some things in need of refurbishment, like the outdoor amenities, carpeting, and they no longer have a jacuzzi. When we stayed there was a lot of noise due to hotel maintenance. For the price point however, its easy to look past.

I have stayed at this resort over 25 times in the past 8 years, and as usual, it never disappoints. Julian and his staff are top notch and the facilites are the same. The breakfast/food service/bar crew is terrific as well, Doraliz, Lizangela, Mirasol, Cristina, Alex, America, Scott, Hanane, are kind, attentive, and an overall joy to be around. The front desk clerks are always helpful and knowledgeable also. The chaimbermaids always keep the rooms tidy and fresh. I have never had a bad stay whenever I have visited, and I look forward to many more to come.

We arrived 1 hr after check in time and still our room wasn’t ready. Needed to wait 1/2 hr to get a room which wasn’t cleaned. Poor customer service.

It was great having a gift shop, diner, bar and pool available. Even the check in process was great. Josh was great! The reason for a low rating is due to the last night at the hotel. A fire alarm was either pulled, or an actual fire occurred. My family has no idea what happened because no one spoke to us. No apology for the abrupt loss of sleep in the middle of the night. No explanation at check out. We were just forced to sit outside at 4 am for about 20mins then told we could enter the hotel and we sat in the lobby for an hour in silence with our families with no one speaking to us or giving us an explanation of what happened. I’m really disappointed in how this emergency was handled.

Very nice! Had movie night at the pool, the splash pad was great for my 2 year old (besides bigger kids not letting him go down the slide - but that's not the hotel's fault). Included breakfast was great with the Mickey Mouse Waffles! Michael helped me get my 2 separate reservations into 1 so we didnt have to switch rooms. It was only 10-15 mins to disney springs/universal!

My family had a great vacation here. It was close to all the parks and the included breakfast with omelet bar was a great way to start our days.

On arrival the room had no toilet paper and there was powder all over the bathroom counters as well. The shower had little hairs on the walls, soap containers, and tub. We had to call down for toilet paper and they brought towels. Kids were banging on our door and running down the halls at 3am. One of our nights a man was sitting outside our hotel room fighting with the people staying next to us. Security was called but the man continued to sit outside our room, leaving food and trash. Our room keys were deactivated three times during our stay. We were locked outside with no key to get in. One time the elevator was out of service so we were stuck outside after using the staircase due to our keycards not working.

We booked this property because of its vicinity to Universal Studios and the transportation shuttle to the park. Upon arriving we were immediately told shuttles to Universal had stopped a month prior and our reservation was booked months in advance. No notice was given before check in. Also, we received no room service for entire stay. Our sheets were dirty and the bed was stained. We only got towels sent to us upon request and we also asked for our room to be cleaned and it still wasn’t clean after multiple days coming back from the park. However when talking to management towards the end of our stay and after multiples calls they were very apologetic and worked with us to remedy their mistake. We probably would not stay here again but this can be a good low budget option for families and the management staff seems to be helpful. Also, free breakfast is a plus!

The staff was absolutely fantastic! Extremely kind and they went out of their way to welcome us. However, the overall condition of the carpeting, furniture and even the elevators was poor (dirty). Not what you typically find with Embassy Suites. I realize it is easier said than done, but a renovation is way over due.

The staff was excellent! My room was clean but had a light musty smell. My family came in from Mississippi and we all enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Pros: breakfast buffet with omelet station, happy hour, toddler movie time, nice pool & water play area, very friendly staff. Cons: room felt dingy/unclean, king bed seemed like a queen, no blanket for pullout until next day, maintenance issues (light fixture went out, clogged tub, safe wasn't locking), empty shower gel and conditioner that was empty the first day, had to request basic items like towels and toilet paper, pool had no towels, and worst of all I saw a roach in my room as we were packing this morning. Also, there were lots of flies while eating breakfast. I’d rate my stay a 2. I would’ve given 3 but the roach killed it. Quality felt better years ago before renovations. I won’t stay again or recommend to family/friends. For charging a resort fee, at least it could feel like a resort and not like a cheap hotel.

The hotel inside is kept up and clean. However the pool needs life guards or someone to watch the kids at the slide there is to much bullying by other children which makes it bad for the little kids that want to use the slide. They also no longer have an activities person so that’s lacking. Plus the lounge chairs outside are falling apart… and the movie at night you can’t hear while sitting by the pool…

Our room was not cleaned in the 14 nights we stayed we needed to ask for clean sheets and towels at reception. Due to renevations in the building we were woke at 7am due to the noise and the fire alarm been set off multiple times due to the work too.

Wish there would have been more dining options and that the bars were open, not just the pool bar.

Overall, we had a very good experience at this hotel. The remodeled rooms are a big upgrade—they’re much cleaner, brighter, and more modern compared to the carpeted rooms, which look dated. It looks like renovations are still ongoing, and once they’re complete the hotel will feel even more refreshed. Parking is definitely expensive, which is something to keep in mind, but the breakfast options were great with plenty of variety. Altogether, it was a comfortable stay and we’d return, especially once all the updates are done.

I had a toilet clog took them over 4 hours to address the issue as the water overflowed and flooded the entire room and had poop everywhere. The guy came after I went downstairs to complain and them never answering the phone he came with a plunger but the poop was all over the toilet had to go back down to request someone to mop and that took another two hours then the staff did not ever come to do housekeeping daily only upon request and my kids were disgusted to go to the bathroom due to the issue as one has special needs and my flight delayed I arrived the following day at midnight they would not adjust or credit that. I came before better service but now it’s horrible why have the phone and don’t answer

Overall was a nice property enjoyed the free breakfast and snacks in the evening. Was nice having two tvs in the room one for the adults and one for kids.

There was a great deal of noise from construction during the day which kept my grandson from napping, the air conditioner was out much of the day and the pool was cloudy. The breakfast was great and the room was clean and roomy.

I must admit my stay was amazing. Everyone was so kind and helpful, from check-in, the restaurant and poolside bar. It's a must that you reserve a room there. You won't be disappointed. No water for over 6 hours which went out around 9pm the evening. They charge $25 a day for self parking with tax added which was not told at the checking desk when I arrived. The room service was poor. I would never go back to that property my. I paid good money and I got crappy service.

We enjoyed our stay overall, but one major disappointment was the pool. The listing mentioned three pools, but in reality, there's only one pool with indoor and outdoor sections connected by a swim-through area, plus a kids' splash area. Definitely not the three pools advertised. That said, the property had some nice extras like cornhole, giant Connect 4, and Jenga outside. Gazebos were available to rent, which was a nice touch for families wanting some shade. Breakfast was excellent -included with the stay-and featured a made-to-order omelet station, bacon, and Mickey waffles, along with the standard continental items. There is an additional $25-$32/night parking fee that’s not included in the resort fee. It would be better if this were made more clear upfront. In-room, the fridge and microwave were handy, though the shower faucet had a constant drip. It didn’t cause any major issues, just a minor annoyance. A nice surprise was the evening snacks with popcorn, chips and salsa, and Chex Mix-our kids loved that break in the day. Overall, we were happy with our stay, but the inaccurate pool listing left us feeling a bit misled
