Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Embassy suites everybody was wonderful and amazing but it was one particular person that stood out. The most was a young lady named Miss Yolanda. Thanks again for your caring adjusters. It really means a lot to me in my family.

Happy Hour and Breakfast, specifically the omelet station. Good location on just off of International drive. 1. The pool was rather small and there is no spa, but we did have the pool all to ourselves on one day. 2 We had to pay for parking.

The room was updated and clean, the breakfast was very good and the staff at the front counter were nice. Unfortunately, there are many reasons why I will not be coming back. When I booked there was no mention of the immense construction and redesign that was taking place during my stay. There was plastic sheeting up everywhere, the workers were blaring their music and it just felt like staying in a construction zone. Also, the shower had no separation from the toilet, so after I took a shower, the water pooled all around the toilet. It felt nasty. Also, the pool was dirty and needed to be skimmed. When I brought this to the attention of the hotel, they just closed the whole pool, very disappointed for my 9yo. Finally, my daughter left an Apple product in the room. When we got home she tracked it to that hotel (days later). But when I called lost and found, they said they did not have her electronic item. All in all, I would avoid this hotel.

The staff are cordial and helpful. The rooms are well maintained and spacious. The breakfast buffet was generous (including an omelette station). There is a happy hour for adults. The property is centrally located and walking distance or within a mile of restaurants, shopping and attractions. Although we didn’t use the pool it could use some cleaning. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location.

Big room, everything clean, staff friendly. Nice location. Good quality was very good. The hotel is being renovated so I sat on the lobby sofa with white plaster on it. Breakfast menu gets a bit boring if you stay for longer.

Nice property and hotel with good breakfast, but we did not get room service (cleaning, fixing bed, new towels) for 2 of the 3 nights we were there. We had to go down and literally tell them FIX our room. Cost of staying is not cheap so it must be mandatory to fix all rooms every day, no exceptions.

The hotel was under construction and the front desk had 2 stations open to check people in. There was a long line to check in. The dining area was partially closed off due to construction too. Our room was clean but the cold water did not work in the bathroom and we had towels missing from the second sink area. The tvs were disconnected and we had to plug in the hdmi cables. One of the tvs could not get service even after plugging it into the cable box.

They were renovating the area so it smelled like paint everywhere. The pools were dirty so we did not go and use it. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

Pros: Awesome staff, spacious clean room, comfortable beds, hot breakfast, walking distance to several attractions and good restaurants. Cons: The initial room which we were assigned was at the back part of the hotel / near the interstate so it’s really noisy. I was so thankful that the staff were able to accommodate my request to change rooms. Pay parking.

Area had so much construction and traffic it was hard to get anywhere. Walked into our room in 808 and the bottom of the shower doors had pink mold and dirt that clearly has been skipped for some time. I was able to scrap it off with a tissue. In the morning i was woken up by housekeeping knocking on the door not once but twice before 10am. Check out is at 11am. Once at 8:39am then again at 9:44am. Absolutely one of the worst stays at a hotel.

Pool was small for such a large hotel. Indoor/outdoor pool, not heated, so if temperature was cool/cold outside, the temperature in the pool was the same. No hot tub/spa available. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and very good, with omelets made to order! Fruit available was not varied- honey dew or pineapple. The evening “reception” was minimalist at best. Only 1 dish of veggies/dip/pretzels etc put out for the 2 hour timeframe. If you were not one of the first people there, you did got get any. Maybe was a snack for 10 people at the most. This was disappointing.

Looking for awesome breakfast, but all my high hopes ruins off example pancakes should soft and fluffy but on my first bite it looks like I am eating crackers a crack sounds came from my mouth plus some at her breakfast areas need to be improved.

The location was perfect. Breakfast was good also. The staff was horrible they were doing renovations and didn’t tell anyone this. Made us pay the same price while renovating the water was cutoff when we got there. The front staff were rude and didn’t not care about any of the mishaps. they were having there was dust everywhere cus of the renovations.

The facility was under construction. The facility is located near rt. 4 and the traffic noise is heard all night. Back up alarms on construction equipment was heard very early in the morning before 6 am. We did not like any thing See above. Construction workers were eating at breakfast

I didn't like that I had to put a $212 deposit and was told that when I check out i get it ALL back, only to receive $162. We didn't purchase anything while in the room.

Our room was great! It seemed to have been remodeled (Rm #731). We were happy to have breakfast, but weren't able to use the the pool, that was on us, not the hotel. There was some construction going on inside the hotel, but I understand wanting to freshen up the look. If I come back I would stay again. I was surprised by the $18 plus tax overnight parking fee.

Clean quiet corner room on top floor, perfection! Only thing is location is renovating, so bar area wasn't’ available to really enjoy. And lots of areas blocked off with clear/white sheets. But they came through with the happy hour- Joel was the bartender during my visit && he was awesome & heavy handed! Only downside was the snacks were not what I expected- veggies & hummus lol! But other than that, stay was great! Will return again soon!

I gave the room one star because negative was not an option. The hotel experience was absolutely horrible. For starters, the hotel is very outdated, and I was told that I would be given a newly renovated room, which was still very much outdated. The hotel is undergoing a full renovation. The pool tile around the pool was removed; this was a horrible experience. Anyone reading this who thinks a one must be new to traveling or accustomed to truck-stop motels. There are so many other great options nearby. As someone who enjoys Embassy suites, this was the worst stay ever. Do your research and don't suggest your family loved ones to this horrible location.

The property is under major construction. I was happy to get a great price on Expedia (compared to the Hilton app). The price savings compensated for the construction inconvenience. We’ve stayed here before and are looking forward to staying again after the updates are completed.

The hotel was under construction so that's the only reason they didn't get 5 stars in everything and that's not their fault. The work sites were clean workers professional. Outside of that the hotel was amazing. The happy hour and breakfast were great. The staff was super friendly and out room was spotless. We had just had horror stories from hotels we had recently stayed at and this was a breath of fresh air. I would 100% come back to the area mainly because of the hotel tbh.

They aee like a one stop shop. Everything i need is right here. I stay here every time i come to Orlando for the last 5 years or long. I wouldn't stay any where else.

The hotel was being renovated and we didn’t know that was happening until we got there. The renovations were loud and most of the first floor was roped off due to the renovations. We didn’t have my body wash one day due to the staff not refilling the bottles . We had to wait outside our room for 25 minutes due to the battery dying on our keyless entry. We had to ask for staff to help us get into our room 3 times before someone came up to help us.

Had to move from first room due to noise from I4. Second room was noisier due to lift engines. Had to buy ear plugs as couldn’t be bothered moving rooms again! Staff recognised issues and waved my parking charges and allowed a late check out.

We were made aware that renovations were talking place. But over all, it was a fine stay at The Embassy. We frequently stay at Embassy’s and enjoy our stays every time. The breakfast is great, along with the separate sleeping and living areas.

I enjoyed all, except the shower didnt get not even after sending up maintenance who bleed lines for air in boiler room. It kinda set me orher guest back! Had to wait inbetween showers to get water to at least be lukewarm.

The hotel main lobby is absolutely beautiful. The outside of the hotel doesn’t show how nice it is inside. The rooms are clean but ok, thank God they are in the middle of a renovation so the dated rooms will soon look awesome. Location is great, breakfast very good.

Very clean, friendly staff, great location. As a dog show ecibitor for royal canin i am greatful for properties who support the venue. My only issue is with people not picking up after their dogs. Nice locations are hard to come by with show dogs in tow, please do better!

There was positive and negatives to this hotel. Positive was the breakfast, I had a fresh ready to cook breakfast every morning and the check in/check out was very fast and simple. Cons was our room smelled musty, and it was SO loud at night with the bar in the middle of the hotel.

The hotel is quite beautiful..for breakfast- buffet breakfast with made to order omelets.. the gym open 24/7, although indoor pool closed, outdoor pool open... there were even quiet hours perfect for the older population.. the managers open bar ended early so we werent able to attend... however only a few issues. The beds were smaller than expected in the room & the sofa bed wasnt comfortable to sleep on and mattress thin.. we stayed during the thanksgiving wknd and a cold front came quickly. The heater only worked in the front (where the sofa bed was) so heat didnt circulate in the room despite maintenence replacing the batteries

The staff is always so friendly, welcoming, and absolutely wonderful!! They are the main reason why we coninue to stay there when in town for EDC.

From reception to bar staff truly terrific. The manager on duty was called over for a question and was very non engaging and did not to anything out of the ordinary to encase of better the interaction. Seems as though the staff deliver the wow factor and the management detract from the experience.

Building and Room are very clean and very well upkeep. Staff and service are very friendly and efficient. Enjoyed our stay there and will definitely use them again when we travel back to Orlando.

There was some hair on the bedding. Other than that, the room appeared clean. Staff was friendly and there were fresh options for breakfast but the omelets were too watery and bland.

Hotel was nice. Room was clean. Enjoyed the chef making omelets to order. Did not like getting a knock at the door at 9:30am and the lady stating, "Check out!" I was confused and asked, "Isn't check out at 11am?" All she did was walk away and say Okay.

Nothing special about this Embassy Suites. Breakfast and Evening Reception are lacking when compared to other Embassy Suites locations. The property's age is very apparent in certain areas, and interstate highway noise is audible in the room. Hot tub has been out of order for well over a year and the pool does not look clean enough to enter. Staff is pleasant, though, and complimentary bottled water and toiletries are offered.

The pool was unusable with some sort of film of dirt unfortunately. And the other amenities were sub par from our previous visit.

The room door doesn't close. Stains everywhere rust on everything. This is a overpriced motel 6. Its close to everything but the quality of the room and breakfast is subpar at best. And why do they limit u one drink??? For the concession it used to be free open bar. Now it limits u to one drink..it sucks badly but the only person at that whole hotel was the bartender jose....if i ever come back..its cause of u bro..also he sell solar yall check him out.

I wasnt happy about our thermostat in our room, wed go to sleep and in the morning , it would switch from cold to warm, i didnt vomplain to you guys but thats the only thing that make me disappointed

Bed was terribly uncomfortable and too much interstate noise. The interstate was on the back side of the room. I couldn’t fall asleep due to traffic noise. I’m disappointed in my stay.

Overall the stay was not bad at all. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean but had an old smell upon entering. During our stay only 1 elevator was in operation serving the entire hotel which was very inconvenient. Daily happy hour was always something to look forward to.

The stay itself was fine, but there were two out of three elevators that were out of service. The hotel was packed and the wait was outrageous. There was nothing offered for the inconvience either.

Embassy Suites have always been my preferred hotel. This one was great, the breakfast and happy hour pushed it over the top.

Don’t check in with the app. It will double charge you and not send the confirmation to the hotel and they make you do it again. And staff was rude about it too. Not accommodating, just wanting to move on to the next guest and prove he was right when he clearly wasn’t. Why would the hotel send a message to pre check in with the app just to make you do it again at the Hotel. $$$

The stay was short but it was convenient the stay, the only thing I will suggest that you should have Spanish Chanels like TeleMundo or Univision. I was hoping to see a very important show but was not able to and also heard at breakfast some people in Spanish about the same thing. I also think that we should not be charge for parking

I was shocked that when I booked the room it didn't say anything about having to pay for parking. On the website I booked through it said there was free parking and it is not free parking you have to pay $19.77 per night. So that was a So that was an unexpected cost. Rooms were nice, you got anyou got a little living area with a pullout couch then the bathroom in the middle with an extra sink and then the two beds in the back. the pillows were like half size pillows and very flat so we had to order extra pillows which was fine. The beds were comfy the rooms were nice and cold. I wish they gave out samples of the body shampoo and conditioner because I absolutely love the smell. The bathroom had a lot of patchwork done so I just took pictures just to show them like it was nothing we did, it was just like a lot of bubbling in the paint. other than that I would definitely return here. The breakfast was amazing! It was a full buffet from a toast bagel English muffin station then you get yogurt and grits or oatmeal then you have eggs bacon sausage waffles pancakes then a whole make your own omelette station with tons of drinks and coffee. Definitely worth the breakfast!

The room was spacious, but the carpet and furniture were outdated and unattractive. The comforter on the bed was made of uncomfortable material, and the internet connection was poor, continuously cutting out during our stay. Overall, the property feels old and in need of an upgrade. On a positive note, the area was great and conveniently located near many restaurants.

We frequent this hotel, its always clean, quiet, and the breakfast is amazing especially for those who do not want a carb filled mess for breakfast. Having protein options, and fresh cooked options are crucial for some families who watch their dietary intake. The corner suites are the best and always have wonderful perks. We really like it here.

The hotel was nice and clean but is outdated. It’s time to remodel the rooms and give the bathrooms walk-in glass door showers. Other than that, the staff is nice and Zack way very helpful! I would definitely book this hotel again. Also, it’s very close to shopping and restaurants.

Property definitely needs upgrading. Our toliet kept getting clogged. Inconsistent housekeeping. The breakfast and happy hour really saved this review from being much lower.

Everything about the property was good except the room. It needed updating and deep cleaning. Stains on carpet and all the furniture, faded mirror. Housekeeping didn't properly clean the room, plates from breakfast were left in the room. I have stayed in many Embassy Suites and never experienced anything like this one. As an out of state visitor I will make a different choice on my next visit.

Room left a lot to be desired. No sheets for the pullout bed, faucet detached on the bathroom sink, housekeeping didn’t come til 7 PM one night, left their cleaning bottle and only bath towels, no hand towels. Morning buffet is decent but the number of inconsiderate guests who just leave their dirty plates on the tables when done was huge. Self parking for $18/day was pretty steep. Check in time at 4 PM was later than most hotels. Have stayed here several times but probably won’t again after this last time.

I’ve stayed at South Lake Buena Vista location and truly enjoyed both stays. I felt welcomed especially as a Hilton honor member. However, this location didn’t make me feel as welcomed and didn’t meet my expectations.

The bathroom had hair in the floor and in the tub from previous guests. Some of the towels had stains. Other than that, which is nasty, the stay was good.

We normally stay at the Embassy Suites because it's works for our needs. The breakfast is good and very convenient especially when travelling with kids or, just travelling for a calm getaway. The staff was professional with the exception of one front desk attendant who needed to be more pleasant (I forgot her name caucasion young lady). The African-American chef that did Monday morning omelettes needs a course in customer service. Other than that the hotel would benefit if hot cups had lids in the dining area. It would limit the number of spills and mess.

Service was great and the atrium and lobby area was fantastic. Could hang out with our large group with no interruptions. Hotel was beautiful - wish more embassy suites were like this one!

The hotel is very well located, with many restaurants nearby, and a very good breakfast. The hotel, and specifically the bathrooms, need to be remodeled. I think the hotel is overpriced.

The breakfast buffet was delicious! They changed the entree items each day for more variety. Our two-room suite felt like a home away from home. The cleaning staff was prompt, efficient and detail oriented well above the hotel's standards. For my three day stay I was "Bond. James Bond."

The place is grate

The property is located next to icon park and within walking distance of all types of restaurants and entertainment. I didn't like that the hotel was not as updated as the Embassy hotel just down the street next to Dave and Busters.

It was just a one night stay but overall it was clean and comfortable.

My bathroom was overflowed with water and one room in the other room was super hot. Only thing they did was bring a fan and it did not work.

Staff are always friendly, and the property is well maintained. We stay here at least once a month when visiting Orlando.

My stay was just excellent the front desk stuff was wonderful. I arrived a little early they called early get the room ready for me and my family very nice place.
