Both hot tubs were down. I literally left one Embassy because the hot tub and pool was down.

I like the breakfast always top-tier that’s my favorite part of any embassy suites in the location was perfect. My room wasn’t clean hair was everywhere and I had to clean the toilet myself. The tub was rested and I had it for my happy hour and breakfast voucher from the front desk it wasn’t offered. Also, I didn’t like that in my room outside view with the highway.

The pool and got tub were very nice too

The property is close to everything that you wanna do and you can walk to restaurants, putt, putt, golf, entertainment at night. It’s outdated. But the beds are comfortable. The rooms are nice. The mirrors in the bathroom could probably use a little TLC.

I don’t normally write negative reviews but this time I feel captivated enough to say something. We got the hypoallergenic suit with the king bed. Walked into the room and the floors were sticky. There was a wet spot on the floor in front of the bathroom. There was also some dried crusty stuff on the floor in front of the couch. I’ve always had a good experience at Embassy suites, which is why I booked my room there this time the room was just a little too crusty, the bathtub had its coating peeling up. Also, they must only clean the pool like once a day because we went in there around 8:30p and there were Band-Aids, leaves and bottles floating in both pool and hot tub, which was also labeled out of order. when we went inside to try to use the indoor hot tub, It was caution taped off, so both were a no go. Pretty disappointing for a place that advertises a hot tub in a very walkable location. All in all it was kind of a thumbs down *fart noise*. The bed was the nicest part about the room probably had hypoallergenic sheets hence the ad, but I thought a room labeled as such would’ve been a little bit cleaner… won’t be coming back.

Everything was perfect except for TV. Must have been on wifi as it never would stay connected to watch anything.

We had two rooms, the bathtubs in both rooms had a lot of paint chipped off, no one wanted to take a bath, my son did not want to give his boys a bath in the tub; the shower heads also need replacing, the bathroom picture was falling apart, the body wash was not filled, the safe was locked, the refrigerator freezer was full of thick ice & there needs to be more luggage carts, it was very disappointing that the hot tub was out of commission during our two night stay. I was very glad there were chicken sausages for breakfast one of our days. Cooks & front desk staff were all very friendly & helpful.

However, one key issue remained unresolved. The VIP cleaning that had been arranged was not completed, despite prior communication requesting it to proceed even if a privacy sign was on the door. We also had to spend a considerable amount of time following up during our stay, which impacted our overall experience. While some efforts were made, I believe the situation could have been handled more effectively.

I was first given Room 207 on the second floor, and it was absolutely filthy and smelled terrible. Unfortunately, I was told there were no other rooms available, so I had no choice but to stay. That alone was unacceptable—but it got even worse. The noise was unbearable. I couldn’t sleep at all. It sounded like the elevator was running right next to my room, with loud, disturbing noises echoing through the walls or pipes. It would stop and start repeatedly throughout the entire night. It was not just annoying—it was honestly frightening. The next morning, I complained and was moved to another room. While it was slightly cleaner, the noise issue continued in a different way. The highway noise was so loud it felt like the window was wide open. I assumed it would get quieter at night, but that was completely wrong. The traffic noise went on nonstop all night. I genuinely do not understand how this place has any positive reviews. My experience was beyond disappointing—it was exhausting and unacceptable. If you are still considering staying here, you MUST request a room far from the elevator and away from the highway. Also, do NOT book through a third party. I strongly suspect that’s why I was given such a terrible room in the first place.

Only one feedback - if a guest need bottle of water anytime pls don’t tell them that they can only get in during the check in time. It’s a very small thing compared to what you guys are already offering so pls give them without any adjective. We had a pleasant stay and definitely recommend to anyone that wants to stay

Pleasant front desk and allowed early check in. Room was spacious and clean traveled with children and family so I booked 2 rooms. 2nd room had plumbing issue so room #2 had to utilize our bathroom. The issue was reported, repaired but continued having a flushing issue. Pool was clean but no pool towels available. However there were dozens of used, wet ones left behind by other guests on the chairs after they left pool. I finally found a cleaning person who said she would have to find towels for pool and did find 5. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel in an excellent location to enjoy International Drive.

Regarding location the hotel was in them middle of a lot of restaurants and attractions which is why I picked it. It was perfect. The facilities were somewhat dates but the value was good so it was a good trade off.

The breakfast served at the property was wonderful. We enjoy staying at Embassy suites because it allows us to have our own private space when we travel with our grandchildren. We like the atmosphere of the hotel and the amenities offered.

The Hotel was very clean, but I would same the room was not as nice as some of the other Hiltons we have stayed at. Also there were no charging stations for Electric Vehicles.

Our first night at the hotel we killed a roach, we also had to shower in a flooded bathtub until maintenance came to fix, we were missing floormat towel as well as the shower curtain liner. We saw a fork near edge of bed on the floor. Our room was on the 3rd floor in the back, so when kitchen birned aomething, we got the smell in our room and could see the cloud of smoke comkng out of the kitchen exhaust. Not to mention we were charged $50 parking for 2nights which we thought was covered under our expedia payment as. Terrible stay

This used to be a very nice brand but this embassy suites has gone downhill. It is very important that all employees learn to speak English. I was disappointed to find that some of their employees could not speak any English. Communication is the key to a great stay. They were out of some supplies and could not provide adequate room service.

The temperature of the room was hot and stuffy despite setting the AC to the lowest setting. Our infant coughed the entire time so I wonder about a mold problem. Overall not impressed.

It was not quiet. There was an air compressor just outside our room and when I brought it up to the front desk they said nothing. Mold above the shower area and I mentioned it as well. They never sent anyone to clean it. No water bottles in the room.

The hotel seemed old and worn in the rooms. It could use a makeover. The maid staff was sloppy. Sometimes we didnt have all the towels, they never restocked clean glasses, and we had to get more toliet paper from the front desk. The breakfast were a nice option but some of the meat was overcooked

Bathroom needed remodeling at least 2 years ago. Terrible shabby condition

I called twice regarding a late flight. The hostess was still a jerk to me for checking in past 2AM. Our bathtub water drain did not work. The fire alarm was set off by my hair dryer. The pool area was very nice but there was nobody checking to bring towels back like they said they would. They asked and never returned. The room itself was very decent. We did not make it to breakfast.

I'm trying to be positive the room was great the breakfast was very good. there were dirty diapers in the elevators that sat there from 10 pm until we left at 7:30 am. there were dirty dishes and trash bags sitting on the 3rd floor balcony from the time we got there until the time we left. The cocktail reception had one bartender with a line of 30 to 35 people in line you were lucky to get one drink let alone the 2 drinks that the tickets were for (I have pictures if you need to see) the snacks were gone in 20 min. and the dishes were replaced with paper plates. went to the cash bar where we thought we would just pay for our cocktails come to find out that the complimentary bartender was the only bartender after waiting 20 min. we went across the street to another place to have our drinks. We come to Orlando 3 to 5 times a year and always stay at the Embassy Suites either your Jamacia Ct. Adress or the International dr. Address. Sorry to say we were very disappointed this time again I do have pictures if you would like them.

Front desk staff was exceptional as was the rest of the staff. Our room (235) smelled musty and the sheets on the pull out were dirty. The shower was also in roughy shape. Toilet paper roll was also empty when we checked in. Staff that we interacted with was 5/5, room was 2/5.

Rooms are so old . Lighting in the rooms give you haunting effect . I probably not going to book any of my holidays via Expedia since this is the second time I have been deceived . The room was average. The bathroom door at the bottom is broken. The microwave, floor rug, chair was dirty. The rug was wet on first day when we entered. It wasn’t rectified after making a phone call to the front desk. The staff was ok in general. Amenities were fine too. There should have been additional time slots for shuttle services to parks rather than just one or two. Additionally, the price per person in high as we can easily spend that cost to pay for parking. Parking was expensive too, it should be included within the room rates as there was enough spaces at this time of the year. Not sure about other months.

Our room was clean. The first day or so. Then water would leake from our bathroom ceiling from the vent. We didnt know what it was as we were gone to the parks for most days. It was actually leaking from the vent from upstairs.

Before I arrived I asked if I could have a different room they approved it an upon arrival they told me it wasn’t approved. The room was still dirty when I arrived at 10pm refrigerator dirty and couch. This is my second time staying here within the last month and I won’t be staying again this stay was very disappointing

I stayed at 4 hotels over my trip to Orlando and this was the worse one unfortunatley. I am a hilton honors member and was treated terribly at the end. I was moved to three different rooms and the staff was very accommodating. However the last room I was in the shower head fell off and I had to screw it back on, and one of the light bulbs was out next to the bed. The main issue was I was never told I had to pay for parking until I was checking out. They put a 50 dollar hold on my card (Standard for incidentals) and then charged me $24.50 for parking so I had $74.50 charged to my card. Today only $25.50 was reminbursed so I will need to call. There is terrible communication between the front desk and no one told me anything about parking. When I checked out the woman said the gates wouldnt let me out without paying for parking. I informed her that the man told me not to worry about it when I checked in that the gates were broken. She said they arent broken but when I drove out they were broken. I will be calling as I have been charged double for parking and wasnt informed of a parking charge!

The room smelled overwhelming of Clorox. The carpet outside the bathroom door was wet. One of the two elevators on our side was out of order. There was one person working the bar, cafe, and room service. We left after one night.

It was cold and we couldn’t get the heat to come on. My husband called down to the front desk to report the concern. He was told they were sending someone in a few minutes. 45 minutes later no one had showed up. My husband called again and he was told maintenance was on break and to use a blanket in the closet until someone gets there. My husband asked for another room but did not get one. someone did show up he said he turned a valve off so we should have heat in a few minutes. There was no heat and my husband called the front desk but no answer. We were cold all night. We were told we could have received a hotel credit but since we had already paid, we couldn’t! What? My husband said we will not stay here again.

I love the hotel, the breakfast, and the service.

The room itself, carpet, furniture have all seen better days. The whole place needs a renovation. Elevators are painfully slow and only two for each side of the hotel. The breakfast area was filthy—no one picking up plates so they were just left on the tables. Gross to look at and smell. 930 is WAY early to stop breakfast at a vacation hotel. The food area reminded me of the pics we all saw of the superdome after hurricane katrina. Not kidding. It was awful. Until they do better with this place don’t stay here .

The overall hotel seamed clean, the first night we were there we had a long drive and decided to eat downstairs and the food was actually good, but while we were eating a roach crawled across the counter in front of us. They removed it and you could tell the staff was embarrassed but we obviously didn't eat anything else at the hotel. The room looked clean other than the tub, the tub was dark where it needed to be scrubbed with bleach. and the beds here are so hard its like sleeping on the floor.

The staff were great, very helpful and friendly. The lobby was passable, but the rooms and the rest of the property definitely need upgrading. In my room, the bathroom socket was coming loose, the tub was scratched and dated, and the furniture in the entrance area was also worn and marked up. Overall, both the room and the property felt quite outdated.

The smell is not the best. The bedding didn't smell good. I expected much more from the comments.

Large rooms, friendly staff. WiFi is free if you join Hilton Honours. Two free drinks and snacks at happy hour each evening. Easy access to restaurants and shuttles to parks, but they do fill up quickly so book ahead.

Clean room great location

The cleanliness of the room could’ve been better. Shower had hair in the tub and on the sink from previous guest where we had to clean ourselves. Living room area was dusty and had crumbs on the office chair.

Everything was great, clean room and pools, variety foods for breakfast and complementary drink and snack in the evenings and so friendly employees.

My stay at Embassy Suites was absolutely horrible. The staff completely ignored my bedding requests, and when I followed up, I was told that I had to be a “special person” to receive certain bedding. This comment was extremely offensive and felt discriminatory. No guest should ever be made to feel less deserving of proper accommodations after paying in full. Beyond not receiving what I requested, the entire experience left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. The language used and the lack of responsiveness from staff were unacceptable and could even be considered discriminatory or unethical treatment.

It was ok. Old dirty carpet everywhere and the room smelled moldy. I was disappointed as I expected 4 star hotel quality. Location is great but I will look for other hotels in the area next time.

Breakfast was good. The hotel is in a desirable area with several restaurants that are walking distance. Rooms are run down and have mold and are dusty. It was difficult to breathe in some rooms due to the humidity inside.

You can't even order a coffee in the bar or restaurant? However there is a Denny's diner across the street that is open 24/7.

When you check-in the hotel they give you some drink passes for happy hour time. We went downstairs to claim our free drinks and there was a massive line of guests on the side of the bar waiting to claim their drinks. You would think that they’d have the people claim their drinks at the bar so they could consume more. We didn’t really like that we had to wait in a long line for two free drinks made with liquor we never even heard of. You know the kind of liquor that gives you a hangover the next day. Luckily the bartender was nice and we grabbed a seat at the bar and opted to buy our drinks. If you are a light sleeper this hotel is definitely not for you!!! Our room was right next to the highway and we could basically hear all the cars passing by. It didn’t bother me a ton but I can see how this could be a problem for some. I am particularly disappointed on the cleanliness of our room. Bathroom was gross!! Pubic hairs on the floor and shower. Also, other peoples hairs as well. You could tell that the housekeeper does not clean the bathroom. Cleanliness in a hotel room is bare minimum for me. In addition to the bathroom being dirty I noticed that it was not well kept. Great place to stay and quick to get around

I stayed at this unit with my wife and 4 kids. This is a great location with a lot amenities. Breakfast was amazing and the staff are very friendly. Very clean property and room. If I was being 'picky" the only issue I would bring up is in regards to the washroom in our unit. Maybe this was only in our unit but the washroom did look like it needed an "upgrade". I have stayed in many Embassy hotels and I would say it was not "Embassy" standard. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Delicious. There is an inside and outside pool. A large sitting area in the middle of the hotel. It is very close to Icon Park and tons of restaurants

Not too impressed with this location. Needs to be updated and staff was not friendly. When we got onto our room it was flooded from the air unit leaking water overflow. Parking gates difficult to navigate with passes and one way driveways. Best to stay at the other Embassy Suites down the street.

I would’ve rated this property higher but I had no hot water in my shower & the entire handle came off when I turned on the shower. Otherwise the property was clean and breakfast was amazing!

My biggest problem was the proximity of our room to the highway. It was very noisy and very difficult to get to sleep. Other than that. Everything was good..

The happy hour was fun. The bartender was nice. The front desk guy was great. The room was spacious and nice.

The room was clean and very ample I booked a 1 bedrooms suite with 2 queen beds and a couch bed. the queen beds were ok they are better than other hotels but not the nicest beds, however the couch bed was atrocious you could feel the springs right through them my brother had to sleep on it in it couch config cause it was so much better that way. Ty e breakfast was also very nice I love the made to order omelets they are very good and the rest of the breakfast is good as well with a small complaint of how small the cups were. Now if it was just this I would have given 4 stars as the issues were minor and the service was very good, but during our short stay of 2 days each night had a false fire alarm go off in the middle of the night with it happening 2-3 times each night rudely waking me and my family up. If they could fix that issues the stay would happen so nice

The fire alarms jept going off multiple times throughout the night beginning at 1am for the 3 nights I was there. Woke my children up

Every night at 2 am the fire alarm would go off for several mins at a time. I don't mean 1 time I mean like 4 times a night. Bathroom shower faucet was broken and the parts feel off I to the shower. Called for help they half fixed it and then it dropped all night and day.

The hotel is a bit tired but it serves a purpose and the staff are great. The pools were lovely. The free breakfast was fantastic and we enjoyed the unexpected free drinks in happy hour!

Excellent breakfast!. I had to call frontdesk cause the security box was not working, also the shower handle was loose and fall down. I asked f/a surprise Bday amenity f/my husband and even I confirmed daily; never got in and O had to call front desk. No music at the lobby, bar not available at all time, only after 6:00 completely separate for the main lobby. I won’t stay again!

I did enjoy my stay. It was clean and safe. Staff was helpful and supportive. I felt the room furniture could use some updates. Felt like I stepped back into the 90's. Overall good stay.

We booked a Suite with 2 Queen beds and sofa with ample space for our family. We only stayed 1 night but had a comfortable stay overall. The room was clean and had all amenities that are required away from your house. The main reason I booked this hotel was proximity to the MCO airport (15-20 min drive,) the Volcano Bay (5-10 min drive,) and free breakfast. The breakfast did not disappoint; options included pancakes, waffles, scambled eggs, potatoes, yogurts, pastries and muffins, bread and bagels, cut fruits, cereals, coffee, juices, and order to made omelet or eggs. We fully enjoyed the breakfast.The reason I gave 4 stars is the poor condition of the bathroom which showed the age of the hotel: the faucet kept falling off when taking a shower, bottom of the door was worn off, and the tub sealing was done poorly. The pillows were so flat that I had to ask for 4 more pillows and kudos to their service they efficiently resolved the issue by providing good fluffy pillows. I would have loved if they offered free airport shuttle. Regardless of the minor issues we had a great time and recommend this hotel.

I was in awe with everything highly recommended

Room one had a Huge water bubble leak coming from the ceiling and smelled misty showers and bathroom were dingy and outdated very small as well. Room two had a leak coming from the wall behind the shower we had maintenance in our room close to midnight and said they couldn’t do anything because they needed to cut into the wall front desk said we had to wait until the next day to move rooms as they were fully booked. So we had to move all of our things out of the second leaking room and then after a full day at universal move everything into room 3 which finally had no leaks. The air conditioning was also out in the whole building the first night we were there. I was comped parking and hotels.com gave me a credit on my account but I spent 1k on two rooms and was comped like $300 dollars. The only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast surprisingly. Would absolutely never stay here again.

I was greatly disappointed by the condition of the room. The bathroom ceiling was in terrible condition. The bath tub was cracked around the drain. I turned the thermostat down to 67 degrees but the temperature felt like 80 degrees and because of this I could not get comfortable. The beg was horrible. Pillows were old, flattened, and just worn out. Overall, the room felt damp and smelled old. I will not book this hotel ever again.

I loved Tammi at the front desk she was welcoming upon checking in. She also checked on me during my stay. The a/c went down Friday night my room was very hot and muggy. However, I didn’t find out until I called the front desk where the young man advised it’s been down and they are working on it. The back entrance in the back by the pool was inaccessible with our room key which diverted us to the front of the building which made accessing our room difficult. The elevator is very slow and we were on the 8th floor so our ride up and down was very long.

The property was beautiful and my family and I felt welcomed instantly. The breakfast they offered was amazing and they absolutely catered to all of the guests. It was by far the best experience at a hotel my family and I had.

Hotel was very nice and in a good location. Staff were friendly and courteous. Room was big. I liked everything about the stay except the gates in/out of the parking lot. The hotel key cards didn’t seem to open any gate so I had to call service each time. I saw others having the same issue.

Beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Hotel needs renovation badly due to very old bathroom and rooms. Things are worn out. Not the cleanest- on fourth floor and had sugar ants popping in random places during our stay. Water coming in from window when it rained.

I liked the room, real spacious and privacy in the bedroom and the indoor access to your room instead of outside the building. I didn’t like the set up of the entering and exiting the parking lot, too complicated. A pull up pole needing the key card from almost every exiting access from the parking lot.

The hotel was convenient to what we needed. Great location. Rooms were very spacious and clean. The pool water was somewhat cloudy and not very inviting but with regular maintenance it would be great to use. The breakfast variety was the best!

Most of the staff were friendly. But, unfortunately, two of my credit cards were hacked at the Embassy Suites in Orlando. I ended up with charges from a hotel in Miramar on my card right after using the card to buy 2 bottles of water and the other after the parking charges were processed. Charge for $58, and 2 charges for $29 each! I had to cancel both cards. Please conduct background checks on all your staff members! Don't think I will stay there again or recommend.

Given Hilton’s reputation, I expected far better. Unfortunately, this hotel fell severely short in every aspect. I strongly recommend exploring other accommodation options if you’re visiting the Orlando area.

It was very clean comfortable and the staff very helpful.

Great stay for one night! Wonderful breakfast and enjoyed the nightly happy hour! We arrived at 11 am and they had a room ready for us which was so nice because we have a little one that needed a nap. The only downside was our room was in the front of the building and it was extremely loud with the bars and restaurants across the street. Music and noise went on until 2 am making it very difficult to sleep.

We like the hotel and the location, but the charge for parking is outrageous. The hotel cost is already high, and then you have to fork over $23 a day for parking! We are staying at the Embassy, so where else are we going to park? This policy needs to change.

First I was told the property thst I had reservation was overbooked and moved me to a different property. Once I got there, the rooms I booked originally was not available and was forced to take a different room as the availability at this property was also very tight. Additionally, I was told since I had booked with Expedia (third party) they had the right to refuse the room if the hotel is overbooked. I will not stay at Hilton Hotels again after this experience.

The toilet was clogged. They switch to another room..smells like carpet cleaning.

The staff was excellent the breakfast in the morning was delicious lot of options. The pools and hot tubs were great. Would give the hilton chain a triple star rating

We got a balcony room. Main highway was main view. There Is a lake in the distance. The room was great. Breakfast was very good and the staff from checking in to checking out was phenomenal. Would definitely stay again.

Embassy Suites has nice large rooms which are perfect when traveling with children.

They didn’t have my upgrade that I actually paid for told me that they weren’t able to provide that for me, but they gave me a credit for the first day no credit for the second day and my credit they gave me points at my hotel members card not actual cash credit so I got the small little tiny balcony with no chair

Overall good stay. Only negative portions of our stay was the initial room charade. There was a few rooms that needed a little extra TLC. However, the manager and staff quickly worked to rectify the problem which instantly returned our stay to a good status.

Amazing time

The location is excellent. Breakfast included is really good! But the bed is way too hard for my liking so didn’t sleep much at all. Room was facing highway and heard highway noise all night.

The manager Johnaoss is heaven sent! Great location, great breakfast, great happy hour. Overall pleased. There was only one person that worked who was problematic, she worked the morning of Saturday and she was no help in concern we had - she was rude - her name tag was not visible. But, again Johnaoss made it all better. We couldn’t thank him in person due to leaving but we thank him and the staff under his leadership. God bless. :) Decorah

The hotel was very nice but it was cheerleading competition so it was a little loud.but over all the stay was very nice.

I noticed the sink was clogged when I checked in , maintenance keen, said they unclogged it a few days later I noticed the tub was all clogged. I asked one of the housekeepers to vacuum my rug. She sugar her head no the following day there was another housekeeper that came in and cleaned up my room. For the price they could have been better . Food in the morning was good !

Few items kept us from giving 5 Stars/10s across the board. The HVAC system in our room sounded like a slamming door everytime the system kicked off. Took us a while to realize that’s what the noise was, and that it wasn’t teenage guests slamming doors at 3 am. The system worked beautifully, otherwise. Also, the bathroom sink was plumbed backwards. Hot and cold were switched from the sides that are expected. All of us were adults, but if we had young ones it might have caused a potential hazardous problem. Lastly the shower faucet was very difficult to adjust the temperature on. While we were able to figure it out, again someone with young ones might have had issues. I know it sounds not-picky but those few items kept our stay from being stellar!

Staff member at check in was very nice - he gave us free snacks and waters since we are Hilton Rewards members. The indoor and outdoor pool were both nice and great temperatures. The breakfast was good too. Would stay here again!
